We have been bringing our both of our dogs (snickers and coco) to the Bow Wow resort for many years now. The accommodations are great and the staff are wonderful. The owner is a super guy and everyone treats the dogs as if they are their own pets. You can’t go wrong with this place. I’ve been to some of the others and this place is the top of the line.

We have taken our French bulldog to Bow Wow for at least five years now. The staff has always been helpful and treats our pup well. He loves to stay at Bow Wow - the moment he walks through the door he continues walking back to get to the outdoor area like he owns the place. They are conscious of his breed and brings him inside during times when it gets too warm for a frenchy to be outside in the Florida heat. Most recently, the staff was helpful with administering meds he needed to take while we were away. We always ask to get him bathed before pick up. Recommend to try and book early for holiday weekends because they do get busy.

My german shepherd has been going to Bow Wow Resort for the past 5 months, mostly for daycare, and she loves it! They have several areas for dogs to play and exercise and I feel the staff does a great job of matching up doggy personalities and play styles. The mornings I drop her off, she jumps out of the car with excitement and walks right in, confident and happy. In the evening, when I pick her up I can tell she had a great day of running/playing and the staff always gives me an update on her play throughout the day. Occasionally I have boarded my pup and the staff is great with instructions for feeding and care. The most important thing for me is my dog's happiness and James and his wonderful staff have a passion and love for what they do and it shows everyday. I have complete trust in their care and highly recommend their services to anyone in the area looking for daycare and boarding.

First time there today. Very nice staff, good customer service, my dog was very happy. Place is clean and you can see the playground from the reception area glass wall. All the dogs looked happy to be there.

Very pleasant to deal with. We boarded our puppy Frenchie here for a 4 day stay.. as soon as she got there she was mingling with her buddies. I saw her having a good time.. Place look pretty good and secure, the staff have full view of outside area and there is a watchman outside while the dogs are interacting.. Thank you for taking care of our puppy hopefully we'll do business again.

Had a horrible experience here. I brought my three dogs here and my golden Did not want to enter sat down in the parking lot. He managed to slip out of his collar and got loose in the parking lot…and I managed to get the border collie in the office so I could run after the other two. One of the employees was at the store, milling me to come in, and I was signaling that I needed help, then came out berating me. I told him my dogs were loose. That’s why I had dropped one of the one dog into the office so quickly. I felt the entire incident was unfortunate and very unprofessional. I will never frequent this place again.

Great place for day care or boarding. They keep your dog in the separate playpen if you ask them. We been using them for boarding for almost a year and didn’t have any issue. Nice staff!

I absolutely love Bow Wow resort and day are. My puppy has been a regular at daycare since she was 2months and she is still excited to go everyday. The staff is soooo nice. Every time I leave I know she's in good hands.

My wife and I just adopted a rescue puppy we named Mochi earlier this year and did not expect him to be a Shepherd mix, so his energy needs are taking some adjustment on our part. Some friends of ours recommended doggy day care and specifically Bow Wow, so we took him for his first day and we all loved it! My wife and I had some time to relax at home and get chores and work done, Mochi got to socialize and play and got several hours to nap, and he came home a much more relaxed dog! The staff was great, they instantly recognized us and had nothing but wonderful things to say about Mochi, and we plan on seeing them a couple times a week for the foreseeable future!

Wow! The professionalism and cleanliness here is unrivaled. My husband and I took our dog for an interview and registration. We were amazed! There must have been 40+ dogs playing and not a single spot or odor anywhere. I will not hesitate to leave my boy when boarding is required. I fact, we were so impressed that we are considering some day care to allow our dog some social time with other dogs. The way they conducted the dog interview to see how he reacted with other dogs was great. I doubt there is another boarding facility that compares. We are excited for our boy to go play.

We've been sending our energetic dog to Dogtopia in Apopka for 2 months and have been extremely happy. It's worth the price for her to mingle with other dogs, mental and physical stimulation, and for us, to tire her out. When she comes home, she eats dinner and immediately takes a one hour nap, and then is ready for her evening walk. The team is positive, responsive, helpful answering questions, and super creative with a weekly and monthly schedule of events. The facility is organized, clean, indoors (temp. controlled & not dusty nor dirty from mulch), and the team is amazing with the dogs. We highly recommend Dogtopia!

What an amazing experience. The staff were amazing and my cutie Layla loved every moment. The boarding experience was super easy and I felt comfortable leaving my Layla in good hands.

Can not recommend this place enough! Vexahlia is our first fur baby, and she was so shy when we came for our meet and greet. She’s always been more of a people dog, so we wanted to give her the opportunity to interact with other dogs safely. I was pleasantly surprised at the lengths Dogtopia went to help her adjust. Months later, she zoomies in the car and practically jumps through the door so she can play with her fellow pups. I can’t thank everyone at Dogtopia enough for taking care of our girl and giving us the peace of mind that she’s safe, loved, and cared for, even when we’re not there. And the ability to check in on her takes a lot of fur parent anxiety away. I also love that we get pictures of her during special activities, and I have an amazing pup art collection started on my fridge that I look forward to growing with every pup craft. Perfect place to bring your pups, if you’re thinking of giving doggy daycare a try, this is it.

My babygirl will never return. Cheap is not always good. I will say I liked the webcam they provide to see your baby. Also cute fridge magnets they gave us of her, but this last visit she had made it her last. She came home with 3 scars. She also came back home with diarrhea. Come to find out all the dogs share the same water bowl! My husband contacted management and she called our girl an “instigator.” She has been to boarding mulitple times before and not once had this been a problem. She was even here before and this was never a problem. I understand moods change and let’s say she was being an “instigator” how about a phone call? How about you pull her from group play? Do something about it rather than letting this happen to her. Protect your babies and go somewhere else.

The experience we received for our dog was priceless! From the first welcome to how they manage the facility with great activity for the dogs and make sure our dog is with the right bunch. There curriculum activities and themes for dogs every month are so much fun for them! We can’t wait to bring in Archie for his week vacation at Dogtopia next month! I just brought my 3 dogs in for a meet and greet. I am appreciative that they do assessments to check dog temperament, HOWEVER - Two of our dogs have been boarded at no less than 7 different facilities (we've moved a lot). They have never EVER had an issue at any of the facilities EVER - No discipline reports and certainly, they have never been denied boarding or sent home from one. They have never had an issue with other dogs nor other people. Yet, here, my 6 year old Boston Terrier, who again has never had an issue with any other dog or person before, "nipped" and "became dominant" with another dog. I laughed when the employee told me that. At home, this dog is extremely submissive. We have 3 small children and he let's them pet him and play with him to no end - without incident. I trust my dogs read on people - they know good people from bad. If the dog who has never had an issue with anyone before is "nipping" for the first time in his life, something must be off with these people. We will not be back for the reassessment and will be actively telling others to avoid this place.

I waited a while before posting a review to make sure my pup liked Dogtopia and will give a detailed review because pup-parents only want the best ;) I was nervous to take my dog to a daycare because he’s my first dog and I get worried about others caring for him. Luckily I found Dogtopia and it is his favorite place to be! He barks and jumps around excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot every single time we arrive. The benefits of Dogtopia versus other places are: 1. It’s indoors - my dog hates the heat and in Florida, there’s a lot of it 2. I can use the app to check in on him via webcam anytime to make sure he’s alright (he always is, but pet parents get anxious about fur babies) 3. My pup was a bit destructive at home out of boredom and this has just about completely stopped since bringing him to Dogtopia! 4. There are fun-filled events nearly every day from bacon bubble machines to pool parties and everything in between to keep things interesting and there is almost always someone in the room with the dogs to give them human affection and ensure playing is not too “ruff”. 5. Dogs are screened for temperament prior to being admitted (shots required) and separated into 3 rooms by size and so I know my dog will be with other smaller breeds. 6. This place is VERY clean. If you check the webcam now and then, the staff are CONSTANTLY mopping and cleaning and if you arrive at the end of the day (when cameras are off), you’ll see that they do a deep clean every night. 7. The dogs are free to play all day. There are kennels that the dogs can go in to chill out (when they do, other dogs leave them alone), but the dogs are always out and about and not locked up but free to move about. When my little guy comes home; he is exhausted (which is really nice). 8. They offer spa and boarding services. I hope this helps someone to make a good decision based on my (and my dog’s) experience at Dogtopia as I know the care of our pets is important :) <3

Great staff, they were caring, sent photos and updates. Our Doodles were very happy...and tired after play days. Just a great place for a play day!

Dogtopia Apopka is located at the far back corner of the mall,,, is looks like the mall administration is ashamed of them or if not is even worse because it means that Dogtopia Apopka is so cheap that they don't want to spend $ on their location,,,, reflect, if they don't even spend resources on their own location,, do you think they will want to spend a dime on taking care of your pet? This is why. I personally went inside the lobby and see their monitors, of 3 rooms, gray concrete floor, 15 to 20 cages (literally, steel cages) on the sides of the semi empty rooms, 0 toys or interactive area. So, If you believe you have a bad dog that deserves a day in jail (that i will never support) I totally recommend Dogtopia Apopka as a severe punishment for your puppy. 😐 (btw i gave them a star because there were no alternative to giving 0)

Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.

I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! I trust them to take care of him moving forward and absolutely adore the staff! Special shout out to Jess and Valerie who are amazing and friendly :) I will continue to use miss Emily since I trust them! & recommend for any pet parents in the area

my pup LOVES it here and always comes home happy-as-can-be! Miss Emily’s is the perfect place to take my pup knowing she’s in safe and caring hands. The staff at Miss Emily’s treats my baby like family!! She plays all day with her friends and always comes home passed out from a full day of fun at Miss Emily’s!

My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.

Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! Randy and Mary were amazing! My mini Scnauzer came to Disney with us and he is very particular about who he likes. They came and met us the night we got in and were so patient and friendly with him that he instantly took to them. Randy came back three days in a row and by the time we left Ace thought Randy was family. He took great care of my boy while we were in the parks. I will definitely call them the next time I come to Florida!

Kim did an amazing job taking care of my pets. She sent picture confirmations of each visit, marked them as completed in her system, sent me notifications, and communicated how each pet was doing. There's a level of comfort to having Kim take care of your furry friends.

Kim and her crew are always so wonderful with my cats while I'm on vacation. When my dad would visit with his senior dog they were great with short notice dog walking. They have great rates and easy online scheduling. They always send updates while you are away and take care to note any changes or potential issues. They really care about your fur kids and it shows. I have been using Fur Babies for several years. Kim is amazing! She takes great care of my dog and 3 cats! I love how she sends pictures and texts after each visit , it helps my anxiety when we are not home. I know my dog Paige looks forward to her time when Kim comes to hang out with her! Kimberly is absolutely the best! She takes care of our fish and also our 16 year old rescue kitty. Our cat, who usually won't let anyone else touch her LOVES Kimberly! She allows pets, chin rubs, tummy rubs, and brushing from Kimberly, and purrs the entire time! Kimberly sends pics and texts after each visit so we're able to see how happy our senior kitty is! Kimberly is extremely reliable, trustworthy, and professional. We feel confident and at ease when we know Kimberly is providing her special care for our feline and fish pets when we're away from home!

Furbabies is amazing! It's hard to leave your pet behind, but we no longer have to worry. Their care goes above and beyond. We love the detailed updates and pictures on the mobile app after the visits. It's so easy to get in contact with the owner (who is awesome) and the person caring for our pet through the app. You can easily book or modify appointments in the app as well. After a friend who watched our dog moved away we had always stressed over who was going to watch our dog. That is no longer the case! I'm so glad we tried Furbabies!

Amazing service, best pet sitters we've ever used. Kim is great to work with and they took care of our 2 kitties like those cats had won a lottery. Our little shy cat warmed up to the pet sitter better than we've seen her with anyone. Highly recommended!

I used Kim's "pet taxi" and dog-walking services last year. She is phenomenal. Before meeting Kim, I had been extremely wary of pet-care/pet-sitter services. But as soon as she stopped by to meet my pets before I left for an out-of-state trip, I immediately felt at ease. My dog and cat absolutely adore her, and I trust her 100 percent to care for them. As a new dog owner with a full time job and a puppy full of energy, I needed a good place to take Parker some weekdays so that he could play while I was at work. D Dogs Lodge had been recommended to me by a few of my friends of mine and it does not disappoint! Their screening process and playtime group organization reassured me as an owner that my dog was going to be happy and healthy when staying at D Dogs Lodge. The staff is very friendly and the owner Katia goes above and beyond to get to know each and every dog individually, she knows every dogs names, play style, and personality making for a great daycare host. I would say my favorite thing about keeping Parker at D Dogs Lodge are the live cameras and daily Facebook pictures of playtime.

D Dog's Lodge is the best kennel we have ever used. It is small, has a generous staff to dog ratio, and the staff absolutely love the dogs. The dogs get loads of playtime and come home tired and happy. Those are the qualities that should appeal to anyone, but there are other, unique things about D Dog's that speak to a very picky person like me: It is spotless and never smells like dog. The owner is very strict about the dogs having all their shots and being healthy. The staff have never messed up dispensing the medications our dogs need. The dogs are on camera in their suites and in the play areas, and we can look in on them by app at any time. Bottom line, there is no better kennel than D Dog's!

I was recommended to D Dog Lodge and boarded my two dogs this past week. Found them to be professional, organized and caring. Loved the owners kindness and patience toward my babies…and found her staff to be the same. So glad I found them.

We LOVE D Dogs! We have 2 small dogs that have been going to D Dogs for 2 years and when we turn onto their street they get so excited! They love everyone who works there! Every employee is kind, sweet and loves animals! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My husband and i moved to winter park and a week later our jobs sent us to Texas for training. We had no idea what we wanted to do with the dogs. They have never been on a plane before so we didn’t want to go that route and unfortunately we have no family here. Our best option was to have them boarded. Katia and her wonderful staff took great care of them. Since this was their first time being boarded I called a few times everyday to check on them. Every time I called the front desk girl greeted me with such kindness, she could tell I was worried about them. I thank her for her wonderful updates. I will definitely be using them again.

Gretchen has grown up at DDogs since she was just a nippy puppy without a backyard fence. Although she is now an extra big girl & the fence is installed, Wednesday is her day to ride in the truck to go to her favorite place to be with friends. She gives it 4-paws + 1-tail up = 5-stars.

I have been a regular here for daycare and boarding. I truly cannot say enough good things about D Dogs lodge, all of the staff, and of course Katya. She has been so kind, considerate, and truly caring with my pup as if she were her own. She has been flexible with me working with me with my work hours and post op periods for my dog. She has gone above and beyond and has shown the highest moral character. I would recommend D dogs lodge to anyone. The staff are amazing too. You can tell they all love dogs and I know my dog loves it there because within a few weeks of going to daycare she was wagging her tail and so excited to go in.

My dogs favorite place to be if he's not with me! Highly trustworthy and responsive to concerns. Great energy and the dogs are always happy! The grooming is great (my dog doesn't need a haircut ever but I'm sure it's great!)

This facility, and all it encompasses (including the staff) has played such an important role in the health and safety of my kids. I bring them in almost everyday, and every morning they run I’m excited to see their friends and play. When I pick them up they are happy, and worn out. One of my dogs has unfortunately had two medical emergencies, and I couldn’t ask for a better response. Without asking, I was offered help to better support my puppy and her needs. The results have been amazing, it has really been a team effort. I truly feel they are loved and well cared for. This place gives me such a piece of mind, and I don’t feel guilty for having to leave them so frequently. Hands down the best group of dog people around.

Our fur baby, Bowie absolutley loves his Pet Play Town family and so do we! If you want to find a good, family owned place to take your pup to get some exercise and meet some new friends I highly recommend Pet Play Town Pet Resort for doggie daycare and boarding.

My three pups love Pet Play Town! Beth and the staff are really knowledgeable dog people. I trust them with my pack. I really like that I can ask questions about all things dog, even nutrition, grooming, etc, and they can give me answers or point me in the right direction. The enrichment activities are so fun! Bowling, water play, hamburger day, and so many more. I use them for grooming, daycare and boarding.

My dog suki is never without me. I was afraid to leave her anywhere since I never do and she's old her sight is going as well as her hearing. The owner of the establishment was worried to leave her in the kennel and took her home for safe keeping. It was much appreciated. The front desk clerk was friendly proffesional and accommodating as well. The prices are also very reasonable and my suki smelled so good when I picked her up. I highly recommend pet play town

It is a brand new business for your four legged friends. It offers doggie daycare and boarding for cats and dogs. The best amenity is the back yard. The outside is huge with a ton of running space. It has a tiny "doggy pool" of your furry friend likes the water. Very clean and the sleeping arrangements are very accommodating. Great local place in Maitland!

We had our first day at Pet Play Town and my Golden Retriever loved it! She was so happy when I picked her up and she slept so hard when we got home; just what we wanted! We use to have a yard, but we don’t anymore after moving to this area. PPT has a HUGE backyard with little doggie pools and toys for them to play with. There is also a large indoor area for when it is hot or rainy out. Everything I saw on my tour of the building was very clean, and all of the dogs were energetic and happy. We were going to another daycare in the area, but Pet Play Town is better quality at a better price. We will most certainly be taking our dog here from now on!
