I used to board my dog (50+ per day) and pay friends to take care of the cats at home (40/day). We tried Pernas to combine costs and it saved us money and also the animals (and house) were better attended. The feedback from every visit is really impressive and I have to say we got a lot of enjoyment out it the pictures and awards. The owner is amazing and we enjoyed the pre-service home visit, it was really fun! I don’t know why anyone uses a boarding facility now that I have had this experience. Also the software and website she has work perfectly.

These are some of the best people in the world. We have an elderly (and sometimes grumpy) Labrador mix, who has thrived under the care of Caitlin, Linda, Amanda, Claire, and Clinton. If you want loving, caring people to take care of your beloved pets, this is it. Every walker we’ve encountered is so special: a few times, I was working from home, and I could hear them singing and laughing with my dog - it was too sweet! On days where the weather is an issue, these folks devise fun little games with treats or snuggle up with my old gal. They never rush - they love animals so much, and it shows. Thankful to have found this group of exceptional people who make our lives easier and sunnier!

Perna's Pet Care is always so reliable, and I never have to worry about my cat when I'm away! They leave me detailed updates when they visit, and I know my cat is in good hands!

Perna’s Pet Care solved my stress in going out of town. I have four cats, one of which needs a little extra attention and medication. Thanks to Perna’s Pet Care, someone comes twice a day to check in, give medicine/food, clean the boxes, and even play with the cats. They will even do household chores like take out/in the trash, get your mail, water plants, etc. However, the best part of the service is that you receive photos and a written overview of every visit. Used Pernas Pet care for the first time this week. I have an older, needy cat, who needs meds. I honestly felt at ease right away. They send you detailed visit info with pics and they were great with following instructions. Dishes and litter boxes were cleaned. He unfortunately has Ibd and vomits, which they cleaned up after too. Thank you so much 😊 .

Caitlin is always so responsive and helpful when we are in a bind! She takes great care of our pups and we will continue to use her services. I have a 130 lb Newfoundland, and he is not the easiest dog to manage but she always does well with him. She understands the exercise needs for XL dog breeds and knows when he is getting too hot to continue. I recommend her services a thousand times over!!

Caitlin is the absolute best. Love the easy to use online portal for booking and requests, getting regular updates while we are gone, ALL the pics that she sends (and the bonus of seeing the puppies on her instagram story!)... She has always been so accommodating - and very understanding about us being super anxious and paranoid anytime we leave the dogs. You can tell Caitlin really loves animals and is absolutely someone we trust to stay in our home, and watch over our pups. Our dane woke up from a nap and looked toward the front door when I was watching Caitlin's instagram story one day, no joke - the dog seriously heard her voice talking to a puppy and got so happy. (The only fear I have now about leaving is that one day we will come home and they'll confess they secretly love her more than us, haha!)

There are so many great things to say about Caitlin and her team at Perna's Pet Care. I use the dog walking service regularly and have been incredibly satisfied with the level of care. I get pictures of my dogs in action on their walks and a full report of their behavior/activities (ex. if they pooped, got treats, etc.) every day. Scheduling and communicating with Caitlin and the other dog walkers is easy and quick. I have had nothing but stellar experiences, and I highly recommend Perna's Pet Care!

We (and our two big dogs) love Caitlin from Perna's Pet Care. Earlier this year was our first time leaving our dogs and being able to schedule drop-in visits throughout the day with someone we trust has definitely helped us feel less stressed! We have booked Caitlin throughout the summer and are so happy with her services. The dogs are always excited to see Caitlin. The report cards we receive after each visit include pictures of our dogs playing and snuggling, and let us know how they are doing. Perna’s has been amazing for us. Caitlin is incredibly flexible and responsive. My schedule frequently changes and she always works with me on last minute adjustments. It means a lot to have a reliable group of walkers that I trust to come into my home and help out with my dog…and with all my friend’s dogs that come to visit. Highly recommend.
