This is the first place my dog has been where he seems to really enjoy his time. We come for doggy daycare, and I would have absolutely no issue leaving him here for boarding! The staff are incredibly friendly and love what they do, and you can see it in how much they care about every dog that's there. And it's affordable as well as spacious for every dog. Definitely worth it to come here!

Great valley is amazing! The entire staff is incredible…so warm, friendly and they clearly love what they do and love the dogs! My pup runs to the door and it is always evident she has had the best time when she comes out to see us. We mostly take her to doggy day camp but have also done boarding and spa services and all have been wonderful. Highly recommend!

Pascal had a lovely stay at GVPH. When I picked him up I could tell he had definitely enjoyed his stay. The regular updates from caregivers left me reassured that he was very happy and was having a great time while I was miled away. Thank you GHVP.

Our bloodhound always enjoys his stays at Great Valley! The staff is very affectionate towards him every time he boards and they are attentive to our requests as pet owners. Special medication administered—check! Bath and nail trim before pickup—check! Happy dog—check!

Picking the right pet hotel for our dog was important. After all, he's part of our family! We've never really had our dog stay at a pet hotel before since family has always been available to watch him. This was a first for us, and we were beyond happy with the customer service and care they've provided our family. I appreciate that this is a family owned business. There's something about the type of care your dog receives, as if he's one of their own. From what we saw from our dog, he was well taken care of. The staff seemed very friendly, answered any questions we had, and provided a tour of their establishment. We felt comfortable with Great Valley Pet Hotel. Thank you for taking care of Logan!

Oh my gosh!! My doggies just love this place! The staff is so helpful and kind! We’ve had to make last minute reservations and they were so accommodating! My dogs love to romp and play with their friends during their stay. You’ve got to give Great Valley Pet Hotel a try, whether you’re going on vacation or just need a day to spring clean without the dogs underfoot. They are so wonderful!

We highly recommend the Great Valley Pet Hotel for dog boarding. Our 1.5 year old border collie needed boarding when we were away for 10 days; although she was initially anxious, Mark, Halle and the team really helped her settle in. GVPH allows you to bring familiar foods, toys, and bedding for your pet's comfort. They offer 1:1 and group play, with daily treats and email updates with photos so pet parents remain informed on their pup's adventures. This was a very positive experience for all of us, thank you Great Valley Pet Hotel!!

We are so happy with Great Valley Pet Hotel. We had our 10 month old pup attend day camp today and she did so well. We love that we got a report card at pickup and hearing that she had so much fun. We can’t wait for more camp days and will absolutely board too when needed!

Sweet people, but our dog came home sick (major tummy troubles -- with blood involved) the last two times he was boarded here. We've boarded him plenty of times throughout his life and haven't had this problem before. Maybe something changed at this facility. Today we were scheduled to pick up at 3, my husband arrived at 4 and they still hadn't cut his nails (nail trim had been requested at time of booking) and also failed to bring his belongings out with him until my husband asked. Seems unorganized, and I'm really not happy about the infections/parasites he's picked up here.

This was our first time here. Super friendly staff. Very easy to make reservations and they answer all your questions. Our pup was very well taken care of while staying here for a week. We will def be using GVPH again. Highly recommend.

K9 Resorts in Malvern have always taken such awesome care of my dog , Dexter. He has boarded there several times and they always deal with his fussy eating habits with the utmost patience and concern. Whenever I call to check on him , they are so kind and understanding. He comes home happy and clean. I love this place and everyone who cares for him there.

I had a fabulous experience with K-9 Resorts! Brielle was professional enthusiastic and went above and beyond to ensure Philly would receive the care he needed while his mom was away! Our pups love K9 Malvern! Everyone is always so nice and we know they are taken care of when we have to go out of town. They even celebrate their birthdays!

Our dogs love it here! They get to share a room and enjoy meals and play time together. They can also get their medications and even a bath before coming home! Not to mention you can watch K9's Instagram to hopefully see your pets featured and having fun while staying there.

I drive 30 minutes one way to take my dog to K9. She loves it there so much and I have complete peace of mind when she’s there. I am so grateful for K9 Resorts Malvern. We absolutely love K9 Resorts! The staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and loving toward my pup. My puppy loves it there! I know this because when we arrive in the morning he can hardly contain his excitement and he darts to the door leading to the daycare space as soon as the leash is passed to the staff member ushering him back. He’s exhausted when he comes home, which is just what he needs being an Australian Shepherd mix. He’s high energy and needs to run and play all day. It’s nice seeing photos of him playing when they post them on their Facebook page, such as the one attached here. I know he is in good hands!

After looking at 3 other local options, we were so excited to walk into K9 Resorts and not smell a kennel. They did an assessment on Lilly, my 10 month old Peke, and she did well. She is a dog who is pleasant and social, but has to scope out a situation and then she decides if its right for her. After a few visits, it was obvious we had found the right match. She loved the staff who are pleasant, courteous and attentive. They took good care of her and have been our lifeline when I need her to have active socialization or an overnight stay. She learned good manners, and was potty trained by them . Everyone in our building comments on her great personality, good manners, sweet disposition. She has made great doggie friends and plays hard. It makes her happy and confident. I cannot say enough about the staff and how helpful and reliable they are, every one of them, so K9 Resorts is doing a great job recruiting and training them. This place is well run and clean. The dogs are loved and doted on and it provides peace of mind to owners. Their packages are a good value and their day rates are reasonable for the services that they provide. 5 STARS to the Team

2024 Update: Grace is now almost 3 years old and is still attending K9 resorts at least twice a week! She still loves it and we have never had any issues. The staff always communicate even minor issues. Every day when I drop her off, she gets so excited and when I pick her up, they have to “drag” her out because she doesn’t want to leave. We will continue here as long as it’s needed! Definitely worth the price to know your dog is well taken care of and having the best time! My mini Aussie puppy loves it here! She not only has TONS of fun and comes home tired, she has also learned many social skills from the other dogs and employees. Bringing her here is by far the best decision I’ve made for her!

We love K9 resorts Malvern! I can't say enough good things about this location but I truly believe the staff make it. The staff here is the best. They go above and beyond and treat your dog child as if they were their own. Chloe loves going to day care here, she always has a blast. Words can’t describe how wonderful K9 Malvern has been. Our dog Chiggy was immediately made to feel welcome and loved. We never worried for a second while he was at daycare here. We travel a lot for work and this is probably the best daycare we have gone to. The employees and manager should be so proud! Take my puppy Acadia there for daycare and boarding and she has an absolute blast! They post photos of her regularly throughout the week on their Facebook so it’s nice to how great they are taking care of her when I’m at work. Staff is very friendly and facilities are very clean. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I boarded my whole male Weimaraner here for the first time (7 nights). The staff is so friendly and also followed my feeding instructions (he is raw fed). I really appreciate their hard work. My dog is not easy and they seemed OK dealing with his extra energy. I will definitely be back. Pricing is reasonable too.I highly recommend them.

Can only comment on the boarding side of things as our dog does not go here for daycare. The staff are friendly and the biggest plus for me is that they are clearly experienced with caring for dogs so I felt comfortable knowing my dog was going to be cared for by people that would understand his behaviour. Reasonably priced as well. We have definitely found our dogs home away from home when needed.

Review is for boarding only without daycare. They did not make it clear to me that she wouldn’t be socializing with other dogs. It would’ve been fine but once I did find out then I was wondering what exactly she was doing all day. I didn’t want her cooped up in a cage all day. I’m not sure why they asked such in depth questions about her temperament around other dogs. Then I opted in for updates everyday she was there. The first day I got one after I called, second day was missed, third day I called with no response for over 4 hours then I finally got my update. It was a bummer to be worried about her while on vacation. Then they charged me all the same at the end of it. They seem nice, are affordable, and have great reviews for daycare which is why I’m bummed to write this review.

I brought my older dog here when we went away for the weekend. The staff was so Patient and kind. He has never liked boarding and came home with his tail wagging! They took excellent care of him! Thank you!

I searched around the area for the best day care and Canine Creature Comforts was the only place I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog. The staff and owner are extremely friendly and give great care to their animals. I feel completely comfortable and at ease leaving my dog there knowing he is in good hands. Facility is very clean + pricing is extremely fair as well which is a huge plus! I highly recommend this facility if you are searching the safest and most comfortable care for your fur baby!

Absolutely love this place! Our dog did behavioral training with them for two weeks and came back a different and better dog! There is still a lot of training we have to do ourselves, but it was so worth it. She also goes to daycare there a few times a week and she loves it! The staff there are amazing and I completely trust them. They are awesome!!

This place is the best doggy daycare in the area. The owners and employees are always very nice, and they have reasonable hours to drop off and pick up your dog. If your looking for a place to bring your dog, I highly recommend canine creature comforts.

I have been able to send my dog to day care & for training. During these experiences, the employees have been polite, courteous, respectful & professional to me and my family. She loves being there with all the staff and especially with Christina. She looks forward to playing with all of her friends and learning how to behave. My dog needed extensive training to help relieve her anxiety. Christina was her trainer and she made sure to help her try to get through the issues causing her to be so anxious. During her training Christina made sure to text me daily to let me know exactly how she was making out with her. Her compassion and loving nature was evident while she was working with my dog. I am so grateful for all of the time, effort and hard work that Christina needed to use to resolve my dog's issues.

The daycare and boarding here are amazing. Our dog absolutely loves it and we do too! His behavior has improved and he is very friendly with dogs of all shapes and sizes, so we can bring him everywhere without fear of his reaction. He is very well socialized thanks to Canine Creature Comforts!

My dog loves coming here! The prices are very reasonable. Some daycares give the dogs a “nap time” which I think is ridiculous but here they let my wild husky run her little heart out all day and she comes home exhausted. Love taking my girl here and will be taking her for daycare and boarding as long as I have her!

I called Karen's canine the phone which is keep ringing and ringing some ignorant guy he does not know how to run a business doesn't say the pet hotel name has an attitude if you want to have your business open don't be so rude to people.

Her grooming is always top notch and keeping or Daisy looking so beautiful. Stephanie is so kind to my husband and I and always so sweet and considerate when I called to schedule. Love these guys! All of the workers are great.. you see the same faces when you go.. Steve and the other regulars take great care of our two big dogs whether it is daycare, boarding, or grooming. We have been coming here for years.. our one dog is getting older but still wants to be a puppy and they pay attention to him making sure he takes breaks once in a while as to not overdo it.. the other one had horrible separation anxiety and the socialization has helped her a ton.. they are always happy to be dropped off which makes us happy too. Christmas cards with my pups on them as well? This place is the best. And it is affordable too! Would highly recommend.

Karen's was so helpful right from the start! We had to find a kennel last minute for a long holiday trip and they were more than willing to accommodate three dogs on short notice. They were by far the best price we received and the dogs could play all day long. Other kennels charge for play time...? I wouldn't even consider going somewhere else. On top of everything they reassured us when we called to see how the dogs were doing and were willing to talk. Karen's was super helpful and friendly, a true picture of customer service. Thank you! You have our business from here on out!

My 2 dogs were so happy at Karens K-9 while we were away for 1 week. I was nervous especially for German Shepherd because it was her first time for boarding but she was so comfortable from first minute. Thank you so much to a staff . You did an amazing job to taking care of our dogs. We will be back for sure!

This place is fantastic - my dog always loves staying there and is exhausted after from having spent her time playing with all of the other dogs!

My three dogs had a great time at Karen’s! They were also groomed during their stay and look beautiful. Affordable and the staff was professional. No extra fees when boarding - the daycare is included!

I trust Karen’s K-9 with my dog and drive 30 minutes it means that much to me!

*Edit - four years later and my dog still suffers from when you let her run into traffic and get hit by a car. Disgraceful. I was very happy with the service until my dog fractured her femur in two places under the "care" of this place. As anyone who leaves their loved ones with strangers I had to trust Karen's K-9 to ensure the safety of my pet. I understand that there is risk when a bunch of dogs are put in a small area but why would you add children's play sets and other environmental structures to increase the risk of injury? Dog's don't need slides. I received the call a little before 5 pm from Karen's. They said she had fallen off of a play set and I should come get her. I took my dog to an emergency Vet hospital which performed surgery. She had a large plate implanted with screws. I'm embarrassed to admit to this but the cost was over $6000. I still have more x-rays and possibly the removal of the plate when the bone is healed. I called Karen's to see if they had insurance or if there was anything they could do to help me with the bill. I was told the owner "wasn't in" and they would call me back on Monday. I never got that call.

This place is terrible! I feel awful for anyone that leaves their dog here. They do nothing my neglect your dog while away. I live close to this kennel and I can hear that they just put your dogs outside and do not stimulate or play with them at all. I can hear and see all the dogs in an awful outdoor space just barking to come back inside because knowing is watching them. Occasionally an angry man comes outside and yells terrible things at the dogs to keep them quite. Which only helps for a few moments then the dogs all start barking again. I have called the malvern police on multiple occasions because the noises I hear the dogs make sound like abuse. STOP BRING YOUR PETS HERE!

My dog stayed for two nights and came home happy and healthy. Booking his stay was an easy experience. I would board here again.

We have had nothing but great experience after great experience at What A Good Dog from Manners Level 1, Manners Level 2 with our Chocolate Lab puppy, Day Care and soon to be boarding. I've boarded my dogs here several times over the years. Every time there was an incident. The first time I received a call saying my dog had kennel cough and they wanted to take him to a vet. He did not have kennel cough. He was coughing because of the collar they tied around his neck. Another time my dog came back with a broken tooth. Nobody mentioned this to me. It resulted in a $1200 extraction. They also didn't tell me about the 15% service fee until I was picking up my dogs. As others have said, the lady at the front desk (who I think is the owner) is very rude.

We love everyone at What a good dog!! We have a very anxious high energy dog and the staff at what a good dog has always been extremely patient with both her and us. We can never thank them enough!! :)

Poor communication/disappointing boarding experience for 7 month old puppy In addition to all the up-charges ($15 for each activity - nothing included beyond giving the dog a place to sleep, feeding her the food you bring, and letting her outside for the bathroom), the administrative staff made this a very stressful experience, namely due to poor communication both among themselves and with clients. There were several contradictions and confusions: (1) I was emailed forms to complete less than 48 hours before the tour that I thought were for the boarding reservation itself, but upon our arrival for the tour the staff expected them all to be completed beforehand so I had to sit in the lobby filling out 15 mins worth of paperwork, making our tour extend beyond the time allotted, in the middle of a workday. FYI you need a printer - the forms must be filled in by hand, as they are not in an editable/fill in the blank PDF format or available online. It was our first time there and already the front desk was annoyed. (2) On the tour there was no mention about the up-charges for all the activities they offer. I’ve never boarded a dog before so I didn’t even think to ask if there was an additional charge. It’s probably included in the fine print somewhere in the paperwork, but to take you on a tour of the facility and boast all the offerings and neglect to mention they’re not actually included in the stay was not the right thing to do. (3) I was told on the phone before the tour that normally the tour includes dropping the dog off so they can acclimate but because of the uptick in kennel cough they weren’t doing that. I was surprised and unprepared when we arrived for the tour and they asked when we’d be by to pick her back up later that day. (4) At the end of our tour I confirmed the drop-off and pick-up times for boarding. I was told 9am for drop-off and that it was flexible, so long as it was within a general 9-10am window. On the day of drop-off, we arrived at 9:20am and the admin staff stated they operate in 15 min drop-off windows and was not pleased at our arrival time - same grumpy front desk lady - or the fact that we showed up without a PA dog license, even though as I told them during the tour and as is shown in our paperwork, we do not live in PA. (5) The day of drop-off I confirmed for the second time that pick-up could be any time before 1pm. You can imagine I was then very surprised and stressed when I called the day of pick-up to let them know we were en route and they told me that they are closed from 12-1. I raced to get there, arriving at 11:50am. (6) I figured that even if the admin aspect was less than ideal, at least our dog would be well cared for but I have not a shred of insight as to whether or not that was the case. Our dog was only there one night and the two staff who walked her out to meet us in the lobby couldn’t tell us anything about her stay. We paid $15 extra for her to have a playdate with another dog and the two staff members told us they weren’t working the day before so they don’t know who she played with nor how it went (or if it didn’t work out and she instead did a different activity.) All they could share is that she pulls a lot and told me to get a harness. Since our dog wasn’t signed up for the $15 walks I can only assume that their experience “walking” her was the 30 seconds it took to get her from her room to the front lobby. With no staff communication as to how her stay went I can only assume it didn’t go well, as they handed our dog back to us incredibly anxious - she was pulling and jumping and has never behaved even remotely that poorly. I went into this experience thinking we’d pay $65 and ended up spending $92 (in addition to the $15 up-charge for the playdate, apparently there’s a 15% administrative fee which brought the $80 total to $92) and, more importantly than the cost, I didn’t get any indication as to how my 7 month old pup who had never been boarded before actually did during her stay.

Caring and professional people. We have loved their dog training, and daycare. My 5 month old puppy came back from daycare calm and happy! Highly recommend. So glad to have found them.

I have been a customer of WAGD off and on over the years. It’s not the care of my dog that is so discouraging, it’s their treatment of me! I stopped going completely for several years because I couldn’t get a human on the phone to answer a question or two and even after leaving a message they didn’t respond. But I needed to board my dog and it’s convenient so I decided to give them a try again. They sent me an email with paperwork and I completed and submitted but not in the 72 hours prior requested and they charged me $25.00. I didn’t even see the demand at first. But after all I’m human and make mistakes. So I noticed it the evening before and I did get it in. I then had my vet email them the vax records and they couldn’t find them at first. But I can forgive human error but apparently WAGD can’t. I feel that it’s pretty punitive to assess that kind of service fee. They obviously don’t need my business. So once again I won’t be using WAGD! Oh and also, there’s another $25.00 randomly assessed. For what I don’t know!

I am an anxious dog mom and I do not enjoy leaving my dog, but when I have to board him for travel reasons, I do not worry one bit while he is at Wagsworth. The staff do an amazing job making sure he is happy and cared for! And definitely add on the photos, they are well worth it and they send a nice update as well! I will always use Wagsworth for boarding needs, so thankful to have such an awesome place.

From making the appointment, to working in Wagsworth’s wonderful customer portal to the actual visit, pictures and easy checkout - I’m so impressed. My lab is happier than ever!!! We can’t wait for his next stay!

Our GSD Kasi takes a vacation to wagsworth every time we go away, and it’s always a pleasant experience! The staff is so sweet and handles our drama queen with understanding and ease. We have only ever used Wagsworth and have no reason to ever go anywhere else! (We love adding on the picture updates for peace of mind, too!)

Wagsworth is the best! My giant breed dog has stayed here multiple times over the last several years, and every time is well taken care of. I love that Wagsworth allows me to choose options that meet my dogs needs and I always feel comfortable that my dog is good hands while I am away.

My husband and I are both insane helicopter cat-parents so when we found out, short-notice, that we would need to be away for up to two weeks, we were in a panic! Luckily we were recommended Wagsworth Manor by our vet. I am so happy with our experience and grateful to the staff for taking such great care of our boy! The staff was incredibly organized and professional. They were able to give our cat his prescription food and medications with no issue. Every time we were nervous, we could call in to receive a detailed update of how he was doing. Thank you so much to Wagsworth Manor for making this as easy for us and our pet as possible.

Wagsworth is the premier dog and cat daycare and boarding business in the Delaware Valley. A range of pet care services are offered, including swimming. Our family has used Wagsworth for four years and we have always been pleased. Our dog loves the place—we have to almost drag him to the car when we pick him up because he loves the it so much.

Our pup Sadie loves Wagsworth, and so do we!! Today when my husband picked her up she was happy, & not stressed! Sadie is sometimes difficult and takes a while to get used to new people, but at wagsworth she seems to enjoy her training and handlers, and they are all so kind and patient with her. its all good stuff! We Joke, and call it Wagsworth Academy! (School for the furry elite!) Lol. ❤️ We wouldn't have Sadie stay anywhere else!

Kaya loved her 8 day stay at Wagsworth. She was so happy when I picked her up. I love that there are different suite options for sleeping. Wagsworth isn’t the cheapest boarding but the care makes you able to go away and know your dog is happy.

I took my first dog, Whiskey to Wagsworth ever since we got her 14 years ago, and she loved it! Once she passed away we got a new dog named Daisy who also loves it! Daisy goes to daycare and gets the swim package when she boards and she’s all smiles when I go to pick her up! My cats unfortunately hated it but that’s because they’re felines and you just can’t please them. 🤷

We have always been pleased with Wagsworth - they are worth the money. They are very professional and we never have a worry when we board our dogs there. We recently boarded a deaf 11 year old, and a 2 year old where this was her first time staying, and both were perfectly fine. They came home happy but not too happy, which is just what we want as pet parents.

This was our - 3rd time (or 4th) having Tails N Whiskers Pet Services stay with our dogs. Amanda was our sitter. She provided us with multiple daily check-ins and photos. I could see both of my dogs were content and happy during their time with Amanda- from the photos she provided. My mind was at ease and I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my pets were being cared for with the upmost sincerity and professionalism. We have been working with Tails N Whiskers for nearly 2 years now. As the parents of two very nervous/anxious senior rescue dogs who are scared of most people outside of the family, we were very skeptical that we could find a dog walker they (and we) could trust to give them an occasional potty break when we are traveling for a long day out. When I reached out to Rebekah she was nothing but positive. She came out to the house and met with us and the pups and listened to everything we had to say about the dogs and our concerns. She had wonderful instincts about giving them their space and was crazy patient with our pups. She chose the best dog walker for their personalities and our needs. Rachael is our hero who takes each and every direction we gave (we were super specific as helicopter dog parents) and she follows our requests exactly. We have frequent long day trips for college sports year round and Tails N Whiskers has been there for us time and again--always reliable, always right on time, and they always make time for us (even when we have had some last minute requests due to changing sports schedules). We always get a prompt update about how the visit went including details and photos of the dogs. We have consistently had the same dog walker and on the rare occasion that Rachael was not available Rebekah herself has stepped in for our "special needs" pups. It is obvious Rebekah takes great pride in her business and the families and dogs that she serves. She and her team are an absolute pleasure to do business with. They treat my dogs with the love and care I would myself and are so responsive to me any time I reach out about anything. I highly recommend Tails N Whiskers with zero reservations.

Rebekah and Tails N Whiskers go above and beyond when taking care of our two dogs. We always feel confident when we are out of town that our dogs are getting lots of love and attention. We enjoy receiving the updates and pictures throughout the day. It is nice to see that our dogs are having as much fun as we are. It makes going away and leaving our dogs so much easier since we know they are in good hands.

Will took care of my dogs for the day while I was at a wedding. One of my dogs has separation anxiety and will tear things up if left alone in new places. I called around to see if I could get her boarded for the night, but no one responded. It ended up working out, because Jogs with Dogs worked with me and sent Will out for the day to watch them, the price was reasonable and I was able to enjoy the wedding without worrying about them! Phil was fantastic with my special needs Frenchie. He carried her up and down steps, fed her, gave her meds and stayed overnight while I was away for work. He sent daily updates and took great care of her. Highly recommend Phil and Jogs with dogs for your pet sitting needs!

Since moving to Exton, have used Jogs with Dogs. Nothing but great things to say. My dog gets an excellent 30 min walk/run for $30 and (he told me) he comes back happy every time. Phil is clearly an animal lover, and my dog warmed up to him instantly. This is the service I'd use again when moving to this area. Cannot say enough good things.

If I could give 10 stars I would, Jocelynn was AMAZING, we did the over night stay for 2.5 days and they warmed up to her immediately. Let me tell you they had the time of their dog lives running and playing and a vacation from the kids lol. She was so caring and sweet. It was last minute and she had no problem at all. The way she cares for dogs and her customers is amazing. There is no hesitation at all to say she is by far the best and we will be telling people about her because she deserves that much. What free spirited person.

I cannot say enough about the service provided by PetCare Group. We have never had to leave our dogs by themselves overnight, but this company made me feel very confident that all would be fine. PetCare Group was recommended to me as I was looking for a new walker having moved from out of state about a year ago. They have been wonderful to work with! Jen is super professional and accommodating and responds to questions right away. My dog is picky when it comes to the people he likes and he requires a fair amount of care. Jen scheduled the perfect walker for us, even setting up a meet & greet initially to make sure we were comfortable.Our walker kept in touch daily with updates and pictures so I could rest assured that all was well. It has been easy to call or email to set up daily walks/feedings as well as overnight care. PetCare Group is a wonderful find!

Jen and her staff were great! It was my first time leaving my cats together. I always boarded my older lady, Alley, she is on medication but the stress last time was too much for her. Our younger girl, Nubby, does not do well with strangers and usually hides. Jen came out for a visit and I immediately felt at ease with the way she greeted my girls. I gave a long list of instructions for my endless amount of litter boxes and water bowls ( you would think I have 10 cats) and they followed them perfectly. Scheduled them for an hour in the morning and evening and got detailed emails with pictures which in turn was a nice surprise and calmed my anxiety. I could even see on my front door camera Nubby hearing them pull up in the driveway and meeting them at the door. Which, no matter how food motivated my chunky girl is, that was a first and most people understand if your nervous cat trusts someone then you trust them too! Also the convenience of being able to have nails trimmed adds another star they don't give me an option for. I absolutely will use them everytime and highly recommend Petcare group with the love and safety of your home as well as your pets.

I loved working with PetCare Group! I had amazing experiences all throughout my time there. As a college student who was only home for the summer, It was a great way to make money and spend time with all sorts of pets. I love animals, so it was an incredible opportunity. I cannot wait to come back and work over break!

Jen is the best pet sitter that I’ve worked with. She’s very professional, kind, trustworthy, and down to earth. I have a lot of pets and I was a little anxious to see if she could take on caring for all of them while I went away and she was so pleasant and eager to offer her services.
