My dogs love it here they even wag their tails when they see the staff ! They let dogs out 6 times a day in compounds for 30 minute runs. 10 pm a treat before bed, heated beds when needed and classical music played. A lovely family run business. Highly recommend.

Went to visit/View with plan to board my dog there,nice welcome from Sara who explained procedure and showed us around,nice location, good accommodation for the dogs with ample exercise areas.Max is looking forward to his stay and making new friends.

Really impressed. Nice people who looked after my two furry Samoyeds very well. The people clearly card about the animals they look after. Cost is reasonable £30 for a day and night for my two.

My boy came here for the first time the other week as he is to big for home boarding, I was hesitant as he’s only young but he absolutely loved it, they took amazing care of him and I believe he would be very happy to go back. Brilliant service, lovely staff! No faffing around. Will definitely use again.

First time putting my dog into kennels and Frensham Pond Kennels was recommend. From when we first got there they were very polite and happy to show us around and where our dog would be staying. Would definitely use them again.

A great experience. We had never put our 2 year old Pippa into kennels so we were nervous, would she be ok? The staff were very friendly and confident. When we picked her up she was happy and had had a little pug to run with. We were really pleased and know she will be OK in the future. Thanks to all involved, you are very professional and we would recommend you to anyone looking for kennels in this area.

Often booked far in advance but for good reason with facilities being clean and comfortable. Our dogs are always happy staying here and the staff are friendly and go out of their way to try and help. Located next to Frensham Big Pond so convenient for Farnham and surrounding areas. Parking is never an issue.

Our dogs have enjoyed staying at Frensham Ponds kennels for years. I never worry when I go on holiday as I know my dogs are 100% safe and very happy indeed. My labradoodle drags me off my feet in his hurry to get into the kennels - he loves every minute. Thank you to the wonderful staff and lovely caring dog and cat mad owners!

Marita was an absolute star, She helped me in an emergency with my dog and cat at home and made sure they were walked fed and happy , 100% recommended

Marita is an absolute life-saver! She goes out of her way to help us whenever we need day care and we know that our pup has a fantastic time running around and playing all day. He always comes home very tired and very happy! Marita is hugely knowledgeable and has been a wonderful sounding board for us as we have raised our first puppy. Two years later, we feel very lucky to be able to leave him with someone who we know will always take great care of him.

Brodie - our very mischievous Cairn Terrier - was fortunate enough to spend his holidays with Marita just after Christmas and what a wonderful happy time he had there! He thoroughly enjoyed playing and socializing with the other dogs (and cats), spending time at Marita's heel and generally enjoying life and the freedom to run unrestricted, whilst his people family were on holiday in far off lands. At the end of his stay he had a lovely haircut and grooming session (Excellent results!) and we collected such a happy dog on our return. All in all we are so very pleased to have met Marita and relieved that it was such a stress free experience for Brodie too. We cannot recommend her highly enough and Brodie hopes to spend many more enjoyable days there. Marita is a true animal lover and such a lovely, kind, caring person too. We cannot fault our experience in any way!

Our Tibetan Terrier started having his regular trims with Marita and loved his time there so much that he now goes for sleepovers when we go away for weekends or holidays. He is always excited to be dropped off to spend time with his doggy mates giving us huge peace of mind. Marita provides a professional and flexible service, which is very reasonably priced. I would recommend her to family and friends.

Marita done a fantastic job cutting our Black Russian Terrier/Giant Schnauzer cross. It was his first hair cut, so alot of puppy hair needed to be cut off. He looks so smart and handsome, he looks and feels like velvet now. 5* review I would definitely recommend anyone to come and use Marita's Animal Care, the love she has for animals is extraordinary. Marita has been fantastic with Baghera our cat. When we come home he’s always a happy chap which for us is superb. It really nice to know we can go away and actually switch off knowing we can genuinely trust Marita to care for him. We also get periodic updates which is lovely reassurance. Marita is a life saver, literally. She has our little chap Dougall regularly to give him a tidy up, it was on one of these visits that she mentioned that she thought there was something wrong with his teeth. It turned out, he'd broken his jaw and his whole jaw was infected. He's fine now thanks to Marita going that extra mile and being knowledgeable and experienced. He always comes back from his pamper session a happy little dog, absolutely wouldn't send him anywhere else.

Walter our black labrador has been attending Doggy Daycare for 18 months now, he started when he was just a puppy. He loves going with Marc. He comes back in the evening exhausted meaning we don't hear a peep out of him after he has had his evening walk and tea! Marc and the team look after him as if he were his own. Our dogs have been going to Marc for over 6 years and we wouldn't trust them with anyone else. They absolutely love the day care at Sunny Dell with lots of room to run and play with the other dogs. Highly recommend!

This man knows his dogs! Never seen my dog so happy to go back. Marc is very accommodating if you need something outside of his normal routine, like collecting your dog late.

We highly recommend K9 conundrums. Our beautiful dog returns after his day with a smiling face, exhausted and happy. His little routine when Marc drops him home is to run along the fence for another cuddle with Marc. This assures us that he is happy and has had a day filled with love. 10/10 service.

Our dog Winnie has been going twice a week for nearly a year. She is always very excited to see Marc and comes home exhausted so we know she loves going! Marc is happy to be flexible when we need to change our routine and we are very happy that Winnie is being well looked after.

I highly recommend Jo and her walking service, she's been fantastic with our spaniel who had some reactivity issues. Jo made sure our boy was compatible and comfortable with the other dogs in the group and gave us updates and advice which was very appreciated!

Fantastic dog walking service. Our dog Lola absolutely loved Jo and the walks they went on. Jo walked Lola every day for two weeks whilst we were away. Very reliable and caring of Lola. Lola is a strong dog. Jo kept us updated with lovely pictures which was wonderful. Strongly recommend Jo.

I have an older husky X and younger rescue dog who Jo walks twice a week for me. She is responsible and reliable and they get very get excited when she comes to collect them. She took the time to get to know their personalities and makes sure if they are walked with others that they will all get along. Would definitely recommend her !

First time using a kennels and got to say couldn't be happier. my dog went in with no issues got updates and photos of him while he was there honestly no issues collection went with out any issues. amazing place and amazing staff :)

A really good kennel experience for our dog. We have a German Shepherd who is always well looked after and has no fear of staying. We have used the kennels twice now and would highly recommend it. She received individual care when she got over excited due to being surrounded by other dogs.

I cannot commend Jo enough. She is wonderful person and takes such care of all the dogs under her charge. I am deeply saddened to hear that Five Acres will be no more. Our entire family wish Jo the very best of luck and we hope that she and the team find somewhere else to continue doing what they care about so much.

Due to unforeseen circumstances my dog had to go to Five acres twice in 4 weeks. I thought he would resist going up to the kennels on the second occasion but he trotted up very happily. Each time we collected him he was happy and in good condition. The kennels coped with giving him his daily medication and keeping him on his restricted diet, which he happily ate whilst staying there. The kennels are also kept very clean, no smells when we have visited.

Our cat feels comfortable and calm here with it's relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Great service that is flexible and caring, they spend plenty of time with your pet too, giving them lots of attention. Would highly recommend. P.s. They also send pictures of your pet too, if you want

The team at Five Acres are superb! We dropped off our two little ones for a 13 day stay and they were treated very well! Jo and her team are clear animal lovers and provided excellent service to us and our dogs! We would be happy to use them again next time we go on holiday. The only downside is that they were a little inflexible with drop off and pick up times, but only a minor problem. Still 5 STARS!

I have used Five acres for 10years + and i wouldn't send my dogs anywhere else. They treat your pets like their own, lots of love, treats and a kick about with a football! Its like a holiday for my dogs and they come home happy.

Stacey is great! She is really reliable and is really caring towards our cats. They are very comfortable with her which is really nice for us when we go away. She is really good at keeping in contact whilst being with the cats and sends us regular photos updating us with them. Would 100% recommend Stacey!

Stacey started walking our pup from 12 weeks. She was so good at coming in for puppy play time when she was too small to walk. Now she takes her out for long walks , and with other dog friends too. Our pooch loves Stacey. We also love her! She is super good at communication and bookings, always accommodating. She really cares about our training style and has helped us with all the puppy stages from teething to recall enforcing. We have a highly active working breed and Stacey handles her very well.

I've been relying on Stacey for years, and she's fantastic. When our dog was a pup she would take him for short walks and spend the rest of the time playing with him. He's now nearly 3 year's old and goes for an hour walk with Stacey every few days. She's introduced him to new dog friends and he is always excited to see her. She's very accommodating and is great at communicating and responding. I feel very confident that Stacey is always alert to the dog's well-being and I'm so glad we found her!

We are so glad we found Stacey when we moved to the area. She has been such a delight to have walk and and look after our dog, especially with how flexible and caring she is. Our dog has been going to Basil's for 2 years now and she absolutely loves it! We wanted to make sure she was in a comfortable and loving home environment as she can be nervous, and Basil's ticked all the boxes. Natalia cares for each dog as if they were her own and our furbaby is always super excited to get to daycare in the morning, and suitably worn out in the evening!

Mylo goes to Natalia for his holidays when we go on ours. The minute the door is opened he is through it!. We have used Basil’s boarding services quite a few times now and love the regular updates and pictures we get. Natalia understands each dog has its different needs and ensures their time at her house is as comfortable and stress free as possible. If they want the couch, they can have the couch. 🐾 I cannot recommend her enough and am never worried about leaving my ‘third child’, just maybe a little guilty……🐾

Natalia and Basil are great! Our dog attended weekly daycare for two and a half years, and he loved it. Early drop off and late pick up hours made the schedule really easy with working hours. Natalia works hard to ensure dogs are a good fit together and adapts to the needs of individual dogs. The small group and home environment means every dogs gets special attention.

Fantastic care for my nervous dog! I highly recommend Basil’s Doggie Daycare to anyone looking for daycare and boarding- I use both of these services. Natalia is so knowledgeable and excellent with dogs, I know my dog will always receive the best care with her. She has so much fun and gets lots of attention. Last year my dog spent over a week boarding here while I was away, she came home happy and relaxed. I received daily updates, photos and videos of all the fun and had no concerns or worries at all. I have a booked a further boarding stay.

Natalia is not only knowledgeable and professional but has a true affinity with the dogs in her care. Tilly is happy and contented when she has a holiday with Natalia and we are happy and contented to go away leaving her in safe loving hands.

Fantastic experience of day and overnight home boarding care for our lively sprocker spaniel ‘Woody’. Woody has stayed with Natalia and Basil every year for the last 5 years (except during Covid) for our annual 2 week holiday and has also stayed numerous weeks, weekends or odd days. He is always very well looked after, well-walked and Natalia even cooked dog biscuits for him during his stay on his Birthday. Really appreciate all the personal photos and videos Natalia sends during his stay with reassurance that he is having a great stay! Highly recommend

Our doggie stayed for a few nights and when we picked her up she did not want to come home she was so happy. Very well looked after. Will be using basils again in the future for over night stays and weekly walks

My dog Inca loves Natalia very much, rushes into her place every time. She takes good care of Inca and send us pictures and video of cute moments of Inca and let us know how's Inca doing that day, give advices when needed.

Our 2 year old saluki cross has just come back from a 3 week holiday with Natalia and we couldn’t be happier with the level of care and love that Natalia provides! Natalia is so knowledgeable and professional, and clearly loves all the dogs in her care. We’ve used Natalia for random daycare and the odd weekend before this and every time Natalia keeps us up to date with how the stay is going. As soon as we pull into the road Luna recognises where she is and is excited to get inside and see Natalia.

Our dogs love Sam nearly more than they love us!! When he arrives they can’t wait for him to open the back of the van so they jump in the drivers door. Sam adores them and takes excellent care of them , managing both diet food and medication when needed. I also get lovely photo updates ,so I can relax knowing they are in safe hands .

We are so pleased we found Sam and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a dog walker. Really liked that Sam came round to meet us and our dog before as it gave us all a chance to meet before the first walk. Reggie loves his walks with Sam and comes back a very happy and tired boy.

Very happy with Sam and his dog walking services, he takes my boy out and he comes home happy and tired! We had to take a break from Bruno’s regular walks for a few weeks due to injury and nothing was too much trouble for Sam who kept checking in on progress and even popping by at short notice to take my boy for a walk to see how he got on. Highly recommend!

Nikki is a fabulous find. My dogs adore her. They come back from a walk obviously having had a great time. She is totally reliable and a really lovely person. She also will pop in and feed the dogs and let them out if I need her too. She makes such a big difference for me

Our Dog Kobe absolutely adores Nikki, his ears prop up when you mention "Nikki is coming" he will then go and sit on our bed upstairs and watch out the window for her to arrive! She is very reliable, I thoroughly recommend her. Kobe has a fantastic time with his buddies and always comes back happy and tired from his walks.

Jules is amazing 🤩 she takes such good care of our cats while we are away. Jules does so much more than just the basics of making sure they are fed and watered and the litter tray is kept clean. She takes the time for cuddles and play and brushing too and provides regular pictures and updates on what they have been up to, which is so reassuring. Highly recommended :)

Jules is lovely - she took great care looking after my two British Shorthair cats whilst I was on holiday. She went in twice a day and kept me updated with photos. She went the extra mile, keeping their food area clean and obviously I could see she had used the hoover to keep on top of the cat litter that gets walked around the floor! My boys seemed perfectly happy when I arrived home late last night. I’ve already asked to be booked in for another few visits - no hesitation in asking Jules to come again 😻

We went away for a week and needed someone to feed our 1 year old cat, Figgy. We were so nervous as this was our first time leaving her, and were worried as she is a rescue. I stumbled across Jules when searching for a cat sitter, and I am SO glad we chose her! She came twice daily to feed Figgy and went above and beyond by sending us pictures and updates as to how Figgy was. We will 100% be using her again and highly recommend her services. Our cat Mr Bear adores Gemma! She doesn’t just feed him and clean his loo, he always gets a nice groom, and they play together with his toys. I can't recommend Happy at Home Pet Care highly enough. The way Gemma cares for animals is so full of kindness, understanding, knowledge and perfect attention to detail. My dogs totally love her and my (usually very nervous) cats let her stroke them! I get regular updates during her care of them too which puts my mind at rest. I'd give 10 gold stars if I could ⭐

We cannot recommend Gemma highly enough. She is not only great with our dog but she is reliable, friendly and trustworthy - and very reasonably priced. We initially had her visit whilst we were out when our dog was a young puppy - it was such a relief knowing that he would be well looked after and she even did some training with him whilst she was visiting which really helped towards getting him trained. Now she walks him regularly and is flexible and will do whatever she can to help out, she even recommended and organised another dog walker whilst she was on holiday as we were unable to find one ourselves. Always fab at communication and I can’t put into words how excited our dog gets when he sees her which just shows how much he loves spending time with her. Can’t thank Gemma enough for everything that she does. I feel completely happy with the care she provides for our young dog.
