We take our dogs here. Staff is so kind and great with my dogs! They will even go out side to trim my boy dogs nails due to his afraid of everything and weight is over 100lbs lol

Awesome staff! Great grooming! And our doggie, who I might add is 75lbs thinks he was the king going here. He was pampered and loved on, and was able to take his security blanket aka dog bed and favorite toy for his stay. The staff kept us up to date on how he was doing and even did glamor shots of him. Absolutely would recommend this place again for our doggie. This will always be his home away from home.

Great job on my Sophie! She tends to be very cranky when having her facial hair or nails cut and they always have her looking good!

Made appt a month ago for bath & hair cut. Go in & told i just scheduled for bath, which i know wasnt so. Wanted to reschedule me. They decided to get SOMEONE to groom my dog. When i picked her up her cut was very nicely done, but she had NOT been bathed. She still stunk & toenails were still real long. Paid $85 for haircut! And no bath! Guess this area needs a new reputable dog groomer.

What a shock! Never had a problem with them before. We have been taking our dogs here for the past year to be groomed every 2-3 months and boarded them also. Called to get a grooming appointment and were told we were "not regular customers and would have to be put on a wait list". I guess us common folk will have to find another grooming and boarding location.

The staff here care for your pets like they are family. I have been taking my pet family there for 15 years. I have had them bathed, groomed, and boarded. They have reasonable prices and my animals love them back.

They are so great with my dog (bo) he loves them there they really listen to everything you tell them recommended.

We have boarded our dogs here for at least the past ten years, beginning when we moved to the area. I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is always kind and helpful. Some friends have commented that they are too expensive, but to know that our pets are well cared for is worth a few extra dollars.

This place is wonderful. They treat our dogs like they are their dogs. We have our dogs groomed here as well, and their boarding services are top notch. They came highly recommended to us and now I Highly Recommend them to you.

This was my first time using this facility. I picked Kirby up on Sunday. He stayed eight nights. Boarding is usually quite hard on him. He doesn't eat well when I am gone and often comes home sick after boarding. He looked so happy and healthy when I picked him up! These folks did an excellent job! Very reasonably priced too! I am so happy with care my Kirby got at Goin to the Dogs. I will definitely be using them again.

Took my baby there for the first time and they did SO good with her. She had never been groomed before so I was a little nervous, but she looks great and they said she did great! Everyone we were greeted by in the salon was so nice! Definitely recommend! :)

First time customer and loved my experience! They were very sweet and did an excellent job with my pup. He can be a handful so I appreciated the patience and how beautiful they left him.

Dog Daze did a great job on our little Paco. He gets along well with other dogs so did not have to be caged at all. Turn around was very quick (about 3hours) but I had to leave him a couple of hours longer and the staff was fine with that. I feel he was well treated. Reasonable fee of $35 for bathing and a haircut etc.

My baby looks like himself again. The groomers at Dog Daze Grooming Salon were kind to me and to Bongo. He was very well taken care of and their concern over what I wanted and concern about him meant so much to me

I had my little boy Murphy groomed yesterday. What a fantastic cut was done!! He looks great. I recommend this parlor totally for anyone looking for a groomer for their pet. They take great care of your pups and are super well priced. The grooming is always top notch and I’ve watched how much they love each and every one of the pups. We have boarded ours twice so far and each time the pups are bathed and ready for pickup. Very responsive, even when this super nervous dad text’s just to check in on them. Highly recommended.

It was our first visit, and I was very pleased with the care and grooming they provided my little dog, Joey. They also have a great selection of treats, doggie clothes, and accessories. We'll be back soon!

I will never be bringing my dog back here. He had been once before to be groomed, so his vaccination records *should* have been there—they weren’t, so they could not complete the services we asked for. In fact, they had him under a completely different owner’s name. We didn’t think anything of it, no big deal. But then we were informed he was showing aggression toward the groomer, which has never happened ANYWHERE else. Hearing that made me question how he was being treated while I wasn’t there. Today, 5/21, he went to the vet for some issues. The vet lifted up his ears to find these marks where the groomer cut his skin. The vet assured us that this was the work of clippers—not him scratching. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I don’t think anyone else would want their dog treated this way.

We have been taking our two king Charles cavaliers here for several years now for grooming. While the front desk staff changes frequently, the grooming of our dogs has always been excellent, as well as the friendliness and professionalism of all who we have met who work there. Lucky Bones is exceptionally clean and I highly recommend this place for dog grooming.

Called yesterday spoke with someone about housing my 2 dogs for the day. Due to my apartment being painted.. and was told the requirements. Called this morning to bring them. Never answered the phones.. when finally answered..*OH UM WELL WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR BIG DOGS*... SO HERE I AM OUTSIDE POSSIBLE ALL DAY. WITH NOWHERE FOR THEM TO GO!.. thanks for all ya help..

I rescued a starving dog 2 weeks ago I took her to vet and got all her shots she is the sweetest girl. Anyway we had a planned a trip before we got her and I wanted somewhere she could have fun. They were rude on phone and wouldn't take her cause she has pit in her. She has been great with other dogs and people! She is still very young. Wow hurt me for her knowing she is already judged!!Especially all she had been thru!

Really disappointed and upset. My best friend took her 2 year old dog here for daycare. During the day she received a call nobody wants to get: please come pick up your dog, an incident has happened. She gets there with her husband only to find out her dog has been bitten by another dog. To make matters worse they tell her they will not be held responsible for anything at all since she signed a document that holds HER accountable for anything that happens to her dog in this place. Toby got 20 stitches! This was not a small bite. She was surprised when the staff told her even though it was another dog that attacked Toby, she would have to run with ALL costs. Toby is very distressed. Given everything that happened, not only are we disappointed in the way things were handled but we highly doubt the staff is well trained to look after the pups at this facility. If you care about your pets, DO NOT bring them here.

Worst place ever to leave your pet. Apparently, my dog (who is not aggressive at all) got attacked by another dog and bit his left leg. No one explained what happened and the lady taking care of the dogs did not know what happened. They mix all ages and sizes which we know it's not safe for our pets. No one was responsible of this situation. Had to take him to the vet hospital and charged me $500 for stitches. Who will be responsible of what happened?? Please, NEVER send your pets to this place.

Such a lovely place! I recently took my Malchi in for a grooming and they did an amazing job! I have taken her to a few other places before but this is by far the best grooming she has ever had! I would definitely recommend to anybody looking to get a grooming for their dog. I will definitely be returning!

This place is amazing! I take 2 of my dogs here regularly and they love it. The staff is friendly and caring. My dogs are always excited to see the staff and play with the other dogs. I am always hesitant about leaving my dogs with other people and Lucky Bones really put me at ease. I feel comfortable bringing my dogs here and knowing they are happy and well cared for. This place is perfect for getting your dog some exercise and socializing them. It has done wonders for my dogs. They are well behaved when meeting new people and dogs. They come home tired and happy. I would highly recommend Lucky Bones for boarding or daycare as I have done both and I am very happy with them.

Reasonably priced. Friendly , caring staff. Responsive....we switched from another vet who did ok work, but so understaffed they almost never answered their phone. These folks are on schedule, the office is clean and while I can't say that our cat enjoys going there, we certainly do!

We needed a vet on a Sunday for a sick feral kitten. The staff fit us in same day, and offered us multiple options price wise to deal with the sick kitten. Vet tech and vet were amazing and we cannot thank them enough. Very upfront about cost and options.

This place is a joke. I understand why there office visits are so cheap because if u need anything else done it's automatically 500 bucks and let's not forget if they've not seen ur dog in a few months they denied you flea pills when the dog is clearly healthy. But what it is is they realized they wasn't maken no money because I wasn't physically bring him to see u for ur benefits. So thank u for maken my dogs life harder bc yall are money hungry. It's a joke they just want money from u. And ur saying "we treat animals like family " is a joke to. Your not here for no one but that money sign. Will never return here again

Our kitten Kiki, the love of my families life, had something wrong with her that we just couldn't figure out. After taking another x-ray of her, she found 2 pelvic fractures and when we came to pick her up to bring her home, she was was a different kitten then we brought in. She was barely moving, barely responding, we were worried she wouldn't make it. The wonderful staff at healing springs brought our Kiki back to her self and we are forever grateful for the care and love and nurturing they bestowed upon her. We were turned away from every vet hospital where we live in sparta because they didn't take new patients. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that asks me about veterinary care. We will now and forever bring ALL our animals here. Thank you all so much for being just wonderful people that truly care about animals and forever grateful for not turning us away like so many had before. If it wasn't for you and your staff Kiki would not be here with us and you all deserve more credit then I'm sure you're given. But from my family to yours, thank you times a million. You've changed her life for the better and ours too.

They did great by my pigs, but called the law on me because my sugar was low. Instead of talking to me, I had to take breathalyzers and tests by EMS. I’ll never go here again.

I have been going to Healing Springs for many years. I really miss that they have veared away from walk-in appts. I live 25 miles away, and it is difficult to make an appointment and be able to keep it.

I had a very sick cat and I tried calling both vets in Allegheny county and neither would see him and I called Healing Springs and they said they could see him that day and after I gave them all the details of the ailments they even bumped my appointment time up to get him there earlier than they 1st said. When I got there the entire staff was friendly and helpful the Dr Heather was kind and gentle I had to leave him overnight and they even said I could bring my other cat the next day to get his shots updated. I praise all the people there for being truly humane and will never take my boys anywhere else. Kudos Healing Springs

As someone who stressed about my dog being safe, happy, and comfortable — Jackie goes above and beyond ensuring this is done well and with fair prices. Not only was she great at calming the nerves of having my dog boarded for a week with her; but offered a meet and greet with my dog so he was familiar with her, which benefitted greatly as when he stayed with her, he already knew her. He was safe, comfortable, and very happy — I’m not sure he even wanted to leave when I picked him up after my trip. I highly, highly recommend Jackie. You won’t find anyone else as compassionate, caring, and educated on doing this work. You won’t regret it.

Boarded our big girl here for a week. Staff were super friendly and went above and beyond for our girl. You can tell they spent a lot of time with her and learned her favorite toys, treats, playtime rituals and overall personality from talking with them about her stay. They even washed her bed and had groomed her before our pick up and she smelled like cookies. Two paws up, we will definitely be utilizing their services again.

I put my dog in the only space available. Which was the most expensive one. Dropped him off 2 pm. They had not had time to clean kennel poop everywhere. The crate had a video that you could call and see you dog in his crate. They had just sat my dog in his crate into the cage.At 9pm I checked video my dog was still in his study cloth crate, he had chewed a hole in the side of his crate and was stuck. The place he was put in was not cleaned up yet. He had not been fed, given water or taken out to use the bathroom. I called and they were not apologetic, did not care he was choking himself to death. They just said we are busy. It was the most expensive one. They never apologized offer to reduce rate or anything! My dog could have died! Never go back there again. Terrible care for your dog!

This place is a hidden gem. Your pets get five star service for a very reasonable price! Perfect if you want your furry family to have as good a vacation as you are.

Before we boarded our dog with Grand Pup, we tried at least 4 other places around our area. At one kennel in Winston, my wife booked a room with a camera and she watched Nola all the way from King, NC to Florida. They only let her out one or twice during the drive down. I bet our dog wasn't happy and I know my wife wasn't. :) Nola got a track infection as result. That was the last straw. We found Grand Pup one Saturday and after walking around their place and meeting the owners, we knew this would be the next place to try. (fingers crossed) On our first visit, our lab-mix Nola took to them right away and they to her! So, from the beginning to now, these guys are great and worth the money! It feels like your letting your pet stay with family. In total, Nola has visited overnight about 8 or 9 times so far with NO issues!! A+++ treatment

I had a spur of the moment trip I had to take. I had seen the Grand Pup Hotel downtown but never had a need until now. Upon looking into them and reading reviews, I took a chance. The place is clean, and the gentleman working there are so kind! You can tell they love pets too! My two kids (dogs) did great! They said I could call anytime to check on them. They took great care of my fur babies! I will definitely return when the need arises!

My Boss had a wonderful experience with the resort and spa. The place was very clean, was provided wonderful service, and his dogs were taken well care of. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone, your fur babies will be taken well care of.

I would never board my dog here ever again, we had an absolute terrible experience with our pup. I have boarded my dog a lot and never had an experience like this. First off, it smelled terrible of dog pee when we arrived. We were unable to find the front desk for a very long time until he finally arrived wearing sunglasses the whole time. They never asked for us to sign papers and never asked how much he needed to be fed or anything. When we left, we watched the cameras and he was never given water in his bowl for over an hour. We were so angry we came and picked our dog up immediately. The following day we went to a brewery next door and never saw them take a dog outside once. I called “Mrs. K” the manager and informed her of our experience, she was extremely rude and did not offer any refund. When I told her we would leave a bad review she responded “no worries I will pay to delete it”. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

The owners, who also have a shop in town, are very unprofessional and give poor customer service. Instead of apologizing for our unhappiness with our purchase, they replied to us with sarcasm, false sympathy, offering unnecessary services, and actually labeling family members with very unflattering monikers. Also, it is my suggestion that if you do decide to purchase, shop around for better prices beforehand. The merchandise has such a high markup percentage that they fervently enforce a “No Return/No Refund” policy, so anyone who is caught by their scam is unable to escape unharmed. Beware!

A true vacation for your furbaby. This is not a kennel this is an actual hotel for your pets, it has rooms- not cages. The Grand Pup went above and beyond my expectations of what a dog hotel could be. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was immaculate and their bakery/store was one of a kind. My cane corso Dante was treated like a prince and I could tell he didn’t want to leave! The standards I had for dog boarding have been completely altered after my experience here. I wish there were more places like this for our pets. The Grand Pup will be Dante’s annual vacation spot! Check this place out; you will not be disappointed!

Taylor has been our pet sitter for our two 15 year old cats for a few years now, and she is amazing! We always come home to happy felines who have been well fed and watered, had their medicines given as prescribed, clean litterbox, and lots of attention. Taylor writes the best appointment notes and includes pictures so I never have to worry about my "babies." They were a lifesaver when I needed to spend time in Indiana taking care of my mother at the end of her life, and took care of our felines much longer than originally agreed. It's hard leaving a pet to be taken care of by others, but I was relieved by the care they gave my dogs. They sent pictures to me every day. I will continue to go to them from now on.

Leaving your furbabies can always bring anxiety not only for you but for your furbaby. But not at 58 Hounds and Whiskers. They treat your babies like family. And they live on the premises so they are always there with your furbabies. Just knowing that they care for your furbabies makes it so much better when having to leave them when you go on vacation or other unexpected illnesses and such.

When I had to go on a work trip, Kim came by to walk my dog, Sky, a couple of times a day. Not only did she bond with this fearful dog but she also worked well with my daughter who has a history of emotional problems. As a bonus, she is great photographer and sent pictures of Sky that I will always treasure.

Kathy and her family and this kennel is a lifesaver. It's so nice to go somewhere with my family and know the dogs are cared for like they are at home or on their own little vacation. Kathy is wonderful, attentive, caring and her kennel is immaculate, laid out well and perfect for dogs. We can't thank her enough for the special care and the piece of mind when we are out of town. I think our girls actually miss being there!

Kathy is so wonderful! We contacted her for a last minute pet sitting position for our cat. She was very flexible and eased our concerns with much patience. She came to our home to meet our cat and take notes of routine and location of things she would need. She was very thorough and attentive to our cat. Kim was absolutely amazing! She was punctual and sent some great photos and videos of our dog during her playtime visit. Our pup was definitely loved on and taken care of while we were away. We had peace of mind and no worries while Kim was there. I will definitely use their service again!

Kim is a wonderful and carrying pet sitter. We have 4 dogs and a cat. Two of the dogs are 15. Our youngest is a Boston Terrier that injured her neck shaking her toys too hard. Kim let us know that she wasn’t doing well one day and stayed until someone could get there to take her to the vet. She also keeps us updated on what is going on with our oldest dog. He has good days and bad days (arthritis) and she really cares how’s he is doing. We are grateful for the time, attention and love she provides to our animals.

Kathy has been looking after our 3 dogs for several trips now. She is very professional and responsive. She took the time to meet with me and our pets and help me work out a schedule that works for them. I love getting the updates and the photos from each of her visits. This gives me wonderful peace of mind. When we return home it's very obvious that the dogs have been well looked after.

Our German Shepherd puppy, Harley, spent a week with Fur and Feathers. She was so well cared for and was treated as if she was their own. We enjoyed receiving text messages, with pictures, each day of her stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. We would definitely recommend Fur and Feathers for your pet sitting needs. We used Fur and Feathers last week for the first time. Kathy was AWESOME and took such great care of our dog, goats, chickens and cows. We loved how she gave us daily updates and pics of our animals. We will most definitely use her services again and highly recommend her.

Kathy watched my Shepard & Terrier Mix rescue dog for 2 nights. You can tell she really cares about the animals. She came to the house to see them in their environment, took time to make special notes. Was sent pictures each evening describing their day along with pictures. I've been to two other kennels in the area & was not happy with the setting. This setting is a house setting & pour dogs seemed very happy there. I will be using her from now on! So glad I found her.
