Natalie took great care of it dog and cats! She was clean, organized, conscientious, and communicative. Our dog had a small cut on his foot and Natalie took great care to help him heal. I would highly recommend Natalie as a house sitter and pet sitter!

We had the pleasure of having Maggie (for the second time) to take care of our home and beloved dog Frida while we were away for 2 weeks. We couldn’t be happier! Neither could Frida! Our big dog is sometimes a bit stubborn and Maggie managed amazingly. We had daily photos and video, and Frida was clearly very happy, comfortable and very well looked after. Care and compassion for my dogs was at the top of the list of John's attributes. He was the first sitter I have used through zeewoi that was close enough to come meet the dogs before the sit. John not only came for an initial meet and greet, but he made time to meet the pups a second time prior to my departure to better familiarize himself with both the dogs and my home. Having put the fear of God in him about Penny's reactivity (I might have been a bit over the top, but better more attentive than less!), he was cautious with her in the beginning. Later in the sit, they trooped off to the beach on multiple occasions - all good! My 10-yr-old was on some meds for a serious battle with arthritis, and John managed Cooper's needs beautifully. John even made a call and a trip to the vet to re-up Coop's prescription when it was clear he needed to continue the protocol. I received daily updates by text, including photos and video; communication is hugely important to me. I feel blessed to have had John care for my fur-babies.

The two-leggeds and four-legged members of this household give Tess a 5-star rating! We think she's one of the best sitters you will find - highly communicative, friendly, competent, reliable, and great with pets. Tess was also flexible about start and end dates to accomodate possible winter weather complications. For this sit, Tess was able to bring along her mom, Cathy. Tess introduced me to Cathy during one of our Skype conversations prior to the sit. It was a bonus to have her here with Tess. Their travel to Marquette was complicated by weather. A fierce winter storm swept across Michigan just before the sit. It took Tess and Cathy two days to drive here but they arrived, as promised, in time for us to fly out early the next morning. We even had time for a lovely dinner together and to introduce them to the dogs and house. We left the next day and never had a moment's worry while Tess and Cathy were caring for our pets and home. Tess sent us regular updates and photos. The dogs immediately accepted them as great new additions to their pack of friends - even our cranky, old chihuahua, Nike! We returned to happy pets and a spotlessly clean home. We plan to invite Tess (and Cathy if available) to return for future sits. Thank you, Tess and Cathy!

I could go on forever because Veronica was beyond incredible! We feel so fortunate that she was able to sit for us. Our fur babies were so spoiled with love and attention. Veronica followed their regular schedule, gave our dog her joint supplement, and helped clean her paws with medicated wipes from our vet. Our cat is very shy and sometimes doesn’t even come out for sitters and he loved Veronica! She brushed him and gave him so much love. They were both so happy when we came home. Veronica went above and beyond for us! She even made us masks, got us some disinfectant spray we haven’t been able to find and to top it off she made us bolognese sauce with sweet chicken sausage! She even left us a new box of pasta to make when we got home! We couldn’t believe we got to come home to an incredibly clean house, dinner and such happy pets! Veronica sent pictures and updates daily which made our time away even more relaxing. She took cleaning and sanitizing very seriously which we appreciated so much! We highly recommend her! She treated us, our home and pets just like family. We would love to have her sit for us again and are so grateful for everything she did for us! Also - dinner was delicious!!

Caring and loving! Due to private circumstances, we urgently needed good care for our sweet cuddly toy Macha. Tamara was immediately ready for us. Macha always has a great time at Topcare4dogs and it is important for us to know that she is always taken care of with love. We now live 2 hours away, but are not thinking of looking for an alternative close to home. ❤️🐾❤️
In our opinion, top care 4 dogs is a very nice shelter that has managed to turn our scared dog into a happy companion dog! the contact with the other dogs is going very well. We first had a very unpleasant experience at another kennel, which made our dog very scared. After having had a very nice telephone contact with Tamara from Top Care 4 Dogs, we dared to try this shelter, and with success! Our dog goes there wagging his tail and comes back happily. Tamara is very reliable and knows what she is doing. We have nice contact via the app if there is anything wrong, to get nice photos of our dog! In short; highly recommended!!

Think carefully before letting your dog stay with Top Care 4 Dogs, we thought to have found a trusted address, but our dog ran away from here. We are only informed a few hours later, residents in the area indicate that the dog was seen later in the afternoon. After an all-night search party with friends, we finally found our dog the next day. There was no cooperation at all from Top Care 4 Dogs, they assumed that the dog would come back on its own. Beautiful stories on the website that come to nothing, the response from the boarding house was and is quite disappointing, they profile themselves as a canine behavioral therapist and provide dog training, but they cannot look after a dog. So top care is not top at all but quite disappointing.
I immediately took our dog to Tamara last week, because my father would end up in the hospital and no one would be home during the day. Our dog was able to come straight away and it was no problem at all if it took longer than expected. He is very well cared for and I really like the fact that he is in the house and not in a kennel. It is a really warm home situation and together with her own pack, our dog (who was not very social with other dogs) is learning to really be a dog and play again. Because I was quite worried, Tamara also keeps me informed and sends me photos showing that he is very comfortable and having a great time. Very pleasant and reassuring. In short: Tamara. You are the best!! And I can't be grateful enough for your good care of "my baby".
Tamara walked our dog two years ago, my dog has now passed away, she still has our key, we have said several times that we would like our key back, we have not received any response. We are not called back, it is certainly very unprofessional that we have to ask for our key. An honest "company" would have done that on its own. I really advise everyone to be careful because your privacy and security are NOT guaranteed.
I thought it would be a nice place to take my dog for the holidays, but it never came to that.... It seemed like a really nice place for our dog, also close to our house, ideal. After the first contact, I made an appointment to meet her, which was canceled by email because she was so busy. Made a new appointment, which was canceled again due to large crowds, with the request to make a new appointment. Then I think, isn't there always a spot available on the day that we can drop by? But yeah, not so. I called; no contact. Message left: I just didn't get a call back. I sent another message wondering if she had time to look after our dog, because it is still a young dog that really needs supervision! Tamara has not responded to this either. I find this very unprofessional and I suspect that she is simply too busy with her grooming salon and walking service, she is just never home. Not a reliable place to take your dog!
Friends of mine had paid for 2 stays worth €100+ euros before COVID. When COVID started and their trips couldn't go ahead, the money was not refunded as they had to come back after COVID. Now that the lockdown is over, this lady refuses to take their dog back and they don't want to pay anything back. This lady is always very (seemingly) friendly via Facebook, but when it comes down to it she cannot be trusted.
Last year and last year we housed our 2 dogs at Top Care 4 Dogs. Because we were unable to meet our drop-off and pick-up times with a seriously ill family member, other times were readily and directly negotiable. Dogs had a great time. We are very satisfied. Rita and Kelly Hermans.
