I go away and rest assured my fur baby is in good hands every time. Rosie is amazing! My cat thinks so too!

We used Lauren from Forrestfield. She was fabulous. Visited every day and fed and played with our cat. She sent us updates, photos and videos. We trusted her with our cat and our home. Alex and Cindy were fantastic looking after Bailey. Plenty of space for him to run around and explore. There was other dogs there at the house which Bailey loved playing with, it helps when they are of similar breed and size. Definitely recommend them for your dog sitting needs we will be using them again when we’re away on holidays.

Alex and his family took great care of my dog for a few days while away on a recent trip. Jennifer went above and beyond for the care of our dogs whilst we were out of the house for two weeks. She took them to the park/water a lot, made sure they were well fed and cared for. It was hasslefree even though we did give her some issues, but she dealt with them despite them being difficult! Going on holidays has always been slightly stressful not knowing my mini schnauzer boys would be happy and get the same care and attention as they do at home. They can be a bit high maintenance 😆. Our boys have stayed with Jennifer twice now, and to see how much they enjoy their stay, the love she gave them, updates with photos and how now they get so excited to see her means that going away without them is no longer going to be stressful for any of us. Fast response, so caring and nurturing. Felt at ease leaving my boy Tux with her, he was so comfortable in her environment which is completely equipped with everything your dog will need. I am so glad to have found Jen! She is super accomodating as I need to drop my dogs off at 5:15am. She is easy to communicate with, keeps you updated and sends pictures/videos through out the day. It can be daunting to leave your dog with someone you haven’t met before but you can trust Jen to take great care of your dogs. One of my dogs (Gringo) is a handful and I appreciate how patient Jen is with him. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for daycare/sitting. Jennifer is amazing! She has looked after our dachshund several times and absolutely spoiled him with attention every time- he loves her! Jennifer has been really helpful and flexible and easy to arrange stays with. She sends regular videos and photos which is great. Our boy can be nervous and has separation anxiety but Jennifer is like a dog whisperer and knows exactly how to manage him. I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter!

Jennifer looked after ours two dogs Cleo and Goliath. They absolutely loved their stay and got to meet new doggie friends too. I would definitely recommend Jennifer to look after your pets as she is a true dog lover. She even sent us regular pics and videos as my daughter was missing them.

I couldn’t recommend Emily enough!!! The care she has given to our fur babies over the years has been unmatched. She has a genuine love for all animals and goes above and beyond every single visit. Unfortunately we no longer use Pet Friends due to a job change and moving house however I would highly recommend anyone needing a pet sitter to use Pet Friends & Emily. We can’t thank her enough for all the love she has given to our babies- mostly to Luna love bug- we are convinced he loves his aunty Em more than us!! It is always a little nerve racking leaving fur children at home, but especially when they are old. We were so relieved with the care and compassion shown by Jenny from Pet Friends in looking after our 4 cats - 1 requiring some special care. Receiving daily updates and gorgeous photos helped with our stress of leaving them home and allowed us to really enjoy our holiday knowing they were in great hands. She is usually very stress with stranger after attacked by a neighbour dog last year. Her first time boarding with Helen for 9 days when I am away to attend business conference. They are so nice, professional and patient with fare price. Elsa and Shelley are the best for taking care of Guinean pigs. I highly recommend them! They will send pictures and notes to me every time after they take care of my piggies, and they help me feed them and clean the space. They are great!

We used the team at Pet Friends last month after our other pet-sitting plans fell through last minute. Their admin staff were very timely and professional with their communication and the sitter did an exceptional job with our pets and our home. We will continue to use their services in the future and definitely recommend them to others.

This place used to be wonderful and we used them for many years, but haven't been for some time. The last visit was completely different. The service just seems to be impersonal and not as caring as it used to be, we're just pet owners just dropping off our pets. Picking up was no different, no feedback on their stay or how they were, which is a concern seeing how one of our dogs has a health condition so it would have been nice to know how he was for the stay. Both dogs got kennel cough after their 3 night stay and with one dog already with a health condition, it was a very worrying (and expensive!) time seeing them go through such an awful virus. We emailed them letting them know which they responded to and said they would let any pet owners know at pickup, but not contact the owners who would have had pets there at the same time as ours which is what I suggested. I would definitely want to know if there was an outbreak while my pets were there.

If you want your pets looked after with care don't leave them in the care of this place. Our 7 day stay here cost us $1500 at the vets after the unprofessional handling of my 2 dogs. Ashley is the most arrogant disrespectful human on earth. Terms and conditions don't give you permission to injure my pets.

Our boys' being before and can't get out of the car quick enough. We have a nervous and reactive dog both came back happy and content after 10 days. We'll be taking our fur kids back for sure.

So good here! Honestly unsure about the other bad ratings because I have seen nothing but excellent quality of care. The staff are super friendly and you can tell they really care about your doggo. They have a big grassy field for exercise time and mist machines in the kennels for super hot days. My pup Winnie is always wagging her tail when I drop her off for daycare and is always smiling when I pick her up. Knowing your little one is in great hands really helps the whole process. They go the extra mile to remember your dogs name and take lots of photos/videos throughout the day of all the doggos socialising/running around together. So cute, 5 stars :)

My two dogs weren't even worried about being left and loved their stay even my older boy that has some anxiety. Kennels were clean and the new owners are absolutely lovely. Would recommend to anyone

Just picked up my 4year old Boxer from Paws,Claws & Beaks following a 10 day stay. We are absolutely grateful for the great care the team have showed our boy. He has come back looking happy, healthy and tired from all of the fun he has had on holiday. Not usually one to write a review but had to share our experience with ontilt. What an absolutely amazing pet resort! We were nervous about leaving our 5 month puppy for the first time but felt at ease as soon as we found this place. Kev and his team are amazing and really do love the dogs as their own. We mentioned our pup was nervous around water but Kev said they’d get him swimming and he was true to his word and it only took 2 days! We loved getting daily updates of him in the pool with the other dogs. If you’re looking for pet boarding, look no further! Thanks for everything Kev and Erin, Jax will definitely be back!

Yesterday was Buddha's first day at doggy daycare and what a success!!! And today he walked himself in with a big wiggly butt 😂 not sure he'll want to come home after this. Our fur babies had there first visit here .from the moment we where greeted by Kevin and the staff I felt at ease . Our babies had the best experience 5 star all the way . I was extremely glad that they could have there beds and toys . Compared to other places that wouldn’t allow this . My gorgeous 4month old French Bulldog has been absolutely spoilt rotten while staying at Ontilt. I’m pretty sure he has been having a better holiday than his mum. I recently boarded Xena at Ontilt Pet Resort while I was on holiday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They provided excellent care, ensuring my dog was happy and content throughout her stay. I loved receiving daily photos that showcased her playing and enjoying her time. Couldn’t recommend Ontilt more, we were quite worried about sending Honey anywhere given her last, but after a friend has used the resort we are so glad we did! Kev and the team treated Honey as if she was one of their own and she had the best time! We felt even better with the daily updates seeing how much fun she was having. We will definitely be back for boarding and daycare to make new friends!

Highly recommend ontilt Banner just recently stayed and he had the best time. The team at ontilt took the best care of him they really have a love and passion for dogs. The facilities are the best I have ever seen clean, safe with a spacious sleeping spaces for each dog and the pool is next level - Banner loved it! The facilities has a very calm vibe which is great for the dogs they tend not to feel stressed and this showed when Banner came home

Kev and the team are awesome and take great care for my 2 dogs. They’re a bit older and the daycare days at the resort keep them happy and healthy.

First used Cosy Kennels in 2019 was very happy with the service back then, Lockie and Red looked very happy when we collected them Darran and staff did a great job looking after my fur babies have just had Lockie and Red stay there again and will always use Cosy kennels for future holidays. First time my dog Marley has ever been to a kennel he has anxieties and other issues so I was very concerned he wouldn’t settle in. I have used a few kennels around Perth for my dog and can safely say the level of personalism and professionaIism displayed by both Darren and dog trainer Cazz is exceptional. We leave our pets here whenever we travel and have done so for over five years. Darran and his mum always look after our dog and cat, and our dog is always so excited to go, which is a great sign.

Have a staffy with feet that suffer from bad allergies meaning long tiring walks are often out of the question. The pool allows him to burn off his energy without more wear and tear on his paws and without the risk of clashing with other dogs. Love that life jackets are provided as he sinks like a brick!

The pool here is awesome. My boy has a green stick fracture in his paw so isn't allowed to run about the pool means we can still exercise him without hurting him. The pool has steps or a ramp down into the water. There are life vests of all sizes for your dogs. My dog doesn't swim but absolutely loved this. I think a few more times and he won't even use a life vest.

We heard about the pool from our dog trainer as our girl wasn't confident in swimming. Since we've been taking her here she has grown confident in the water and now loves swimming! Life jackets are provided which is a bonus! The separate entrances to let yourself in and leave out the back at is so convenient and means our girl doesn't get too excited as she doesn't have to see other dogs coming and going. Highly recommend it!

I heard about the pool from a friend and took both my dogs to swim yesterday, and my daughter took hers to swim today. The facility is so well set up with a separate entrance for entering and leaving so your dogs do not see anyone coming in after you. The pool is beautiful and big, and the flotation devices provided are an absolute plus. Our dogs had the absolutely best time. Could not highly recommend this pool more for dog owners who would love to provide warm swimming therapy for their dogs. Well done to the owners for providing a safe place for the dogs to enjoy the water.

My dogs (Morty and Ruby) seem to love it here. Well, I think so. I took them here for a second time and they were excited to be met by the owners. They remembered the owner. So, I think that was a good sign. I have not had that experience with the larger kennels. Nice couple that owns it.

Easy, straight forward and super nice! Took my 5 month old pup and he enjoyed his first swim lesson. No place like this and its super affordable!

My dog loves this place. He is able to get in and out of the heated pool with his bad legs because there is a ramp for him to use. We can also get in with him if he needs help.

The hydrotherapy pool is fantastic. Great idea for any dogs that need non weight baring exercise or even those who are just not water confident. Steps and ramp make getting in and out so easy. Clean and well thought out. Life jackets available in all sizes. Highly recommended.

It's great place to take your lovely pup in, just make sure to brush your dog and if need it pre rinse your dog, roof that you make sure the water from the pool is in a great shape for the next doggie. I'd love a open pool area, for those hot days, but I can't complain, our doggies deserve all the best and Fur Kidz is definitely one of those places.

These guys are amazing! My doggo loves going to see his friends (human and dog) every week. They’re so kind and sweet with my boy and all the other pups. Hi I’m Ellie. I’m a lovely little blue heeler girl and I just love my daycare days. I have been going to daycare once a week since I was 10 weeks old. I have learnt so much like how to calmly meet and interact with other dogs and that I can be safe even if my pawrents are not around but mostly I have learnt how to have the most fun possible. I love my mum and dad more then anybody but if I had to chose other hoomans to hang with it would be the wonderfull workers here at daycare. Here is my favourite photo from a time I got to go to daycare for the second time in one week and we also got to help wolf and waggle raise money for a breast cancer charity 🎀 best week ever!!! We love the team at Woof n Waggle. Our fur baby loves her time at DayCare each week, she pushes us to get out the door and comes home knackered. The team at Woof n Waggle are lovely, they ensure they take time out to talk to their Waggle family each and every time the dogs are dropped off - service with a smile every time! The premises are sectioned off and they socialize your dog, with similar natured dogs - which made me feel at ease. The biggest smile on our doggo’s face, every time she’s picked up. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Since starting as a timid 10 month old in October 2022, it’s been fabulous to see how much more confident my dog is. With their expertise in dog behaviour, the team are able to help me manage the cheeky pup attitude I sometimes encounter and help me with ways to keep less than ideal behaviour in check in between our weekly visits. Woof n Waggle is run by a dynamic team of canine experts who have improved my dog’s wellbeing in so many ways; she can’t wait to get in the door, play, learn and socialise. We get photos and videos of our dogs’ experiences throughout the day and every dog is always so happy and glad to be there. The birthday parties are fun, as are the dress up days. We get the pics! I have been sending my dog here since he was 3 months old, he just absolutely loves it. When he realises where we are he gets so excited and practically tries to jump out of the car himself. The staff really are excellent and genuinely care for all the dogs in their care.

Pawpals is a fantastic place that continues to provide Zara a safe environment to socialise and learn. She attends their specialised “Brain Busters” class on Mondays which is tailored to working dog breeds. This class has really helped keep her stimulated and has taught her so much. She always comes home very calm, tired and most importantly, happy! The ladies at daycare are some of the loveliest people and I feel at ease knowing I’ve left Zara with such warm and caring people. I can’t recommend this doggy daycare enough 😊

Exceptional service and facilities. Kora has always stayed at home with a sitter, at 8 years old, it was her first time in care. She came home happy and content. We appreciated the daily updates and will be back at Furbaby Retreat soon. Much gratitude to Jess and the Team 😻🐾🐆

Our teen kitten Baxter has now stayed twice at furbaby retreat. Both times he has come back more confident with new people and has been as happy as can be. Happy to be home whilst not being annoyed or upset. We have been more relaxed on holidays from the daily updates we are sent and knowing that he is in good hands - with people who are paying attention to him, playing and the fact he gets dedicated attention & enrichment, which I couldn't guarantee he would get with a pet sitter staying in our home. The change in environment and routine hasn't been an issue (like all cats... I'm sure he would let us know if it had been 😉). It's clear Jess cares about the furbabies who stay, and she has put in effort to connect with Bax from the moment we arrive with him to the time he is packed up for home. Thanks Jess & team, Baxter will be visiting for future holidays! 😀

1st time stay for 5 nights. My cat was taken care of with Love from the second we entered. Great care was given to ensure everything was thought of. The entire place is spotless and run very efficiently. The team are wonderfully calm and gentle and clearly love and understand cats. Really appreciated the daily WhatsApp videos and photos. It was lovely and reassuring to see how she went from day 1 (very shy) to proudly strutting about, climbing and exploring with tail held high and playing. Nobody enjoys leaving their pets in these places but Furbaby Retreat really makes it a lot less painful when you know your little one is taken care of so well. Thank you Ginger and Jess. Great job.

Jess and the team truly cared for the cats. This is the third time my cat, QQ had stayed at Furbaby. QQ seemed very contented and happy. I appreciated the daily updates of how my little QQ is doing to give me a peace of mind. QQ enjoyed her daily walking exercise at the play room and the massages and cuddles from Jess and the team. The place is kept very clean and facilities were of high standard. I would highly recommend their services.

My 1 year old Siamese cat has stayed here a few times when necessary. I was worried about her as she needs a lot of love but is very wary of strangers. Last time she settled in right away and even wanted to say goodbye to Jess before we left. They always keep you updated with photos and information on their day. If you need someone else to care for your cat, for a short while, for whatever reason, this is the place to take them!!!

I can’t recommend Furbaby Retreat highly enough! Our anxious boy stayed here for just over 2 weeks while we were overseas and he absolutely loved it! The wonderful staff at Furbaby Retreat managed his special diet, supplements and medications, and the daily picture and video updates made me feel so at ease. He has settled in at home again beautifully too. We will definitely book him in again next time we go on holiday.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Furbaby Retreat when we had to board our cat whilst our apartment underwent renovations. They were great and communicating with us with updates on our Furbaby, and how he was adjusting to the change. We loved the pictures they sent us and videos, it made the separation anxiety I had easier to deal with! All the staff we dealt with were lovely and compassionate and they deeply cared for all of the cats in their care. We will definitely use them again if the need arises. ❤️

I 100% recommend Furbaby Retreat for anyone needing a safe place to look after their furbaby for a period of time. I recently had my baby stay here for 7 nights - I had booked the glamping suite for her, thinking it would be the best room given her general energy at home and boisterous nature. Unfortunately, she was not a fan and was all too overwhelmed by the change in environment, the window and not being around her people. The team at Furbaby Retreat were attentive in their concern for her wellbeing and care, keeping me regularly updated with photos and messages. We ended up moving her to a standard suite and she improved a lot greatly, clearly my girl is low maintenance and prefers peaceful seclusion. When we were meant to fly home, my partner became unwell and we were forced to extend our stay away. The team at Furbaby were so helpful and understanding, not only showing compassion for Tinkerbell, but my partner as well. They easily kept her for the extra time, alleviating one stress in a pile of many. I was so nervous leaving her for the first time, but the team were amazing. If I need to board her again, I will definitely be using them again!

Second time using Fur Baby for my cat Peaches, Jess and the team are fantastic and kept me up to date each day while I was away with so many photos and videos. Could enjoy my holiday knowing she was safe and in good hands. 10/10 🐱 …

We recently went overseas & left our Welsh with Jess at Furbaby Retreat, the daily photos & messages from Jess were the highlight of our day, as we knew Welsh was happy & in great hands. We chose the Furbaby Bali room as we were in Bali as well 🤪 Don’t go anywhere else if you want your baby to be happy & cared for, peace of mind is everything 😀
