Absolutely Barkers has looked after our dog since he was a puppy. We can’t fault the service at all. The facilities are excellent, Marie is friendly and knowledgeable and the dogs are treated like members of the family. The services are always evolving with Marie’s new ideas to make the best of everything for the dogs. We would thoroughly recommend it!!

My boy loves going to daycare, he loves all the team and is so well cared for whilst there. He gets top training, care and supervision, I have no worries about leaving him during the day or for night boarding. The team also offer cat care in the home if needed. Highly recommend 👌 …

An amazing team who go beyond looking after your dog. So knowledgeable in every aspect of dog care. Marie the founder is always surprising you with new equipment at day care to keep the dogs happy and stimulated, the latest being the soft play area. Judi and Ryan both such lovely doggy people who along with Marie are always ready to give advice on anything to do with your fur baby.

We always get out dog food from Marie excellent value and great quality easy to order and pick up or delivery. The subscription box marie does is amazing and my dog loves it and it's great value the toy and treats are high end .

My pup has been going here to daycare since post lockdown. He really enjoys it and comes back exhausted and happy after every session. It really is a second home for him and he greets Marie with joy every time. We also use the boarding service and we would not send him anywhere else. I know that Remy will be safe there and Marie will treat him like her own. It's a fantastic, safe and professional environment and I would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I came to Absolutely Barkers last year with our new puppy, and I am so glad we did. From his first visit to this very day, the team have provided an excellent service. With us both working away from home alot, I know that my puppy will be cared for to the highest degree. The standard of daycare and boarding is fantastic, and could not fault it. Marie and her team are extremely passionate about what they do, combined with their vast knowledge of canine behaviour, health, etc... (and a massive bundle of love!), I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to everyone.

I would thoroughly recommend Absolutely Barkers pet care and dog walks. We have used them since moving into the area in March 2021 and Marie and Judi have consistently exceeded our expectations. Whether it be day or night care or the house drop in service looking after our cats, or walking our dog, they always keep us up to date through personal messages or social media posts. If there are ever any issues we are kept informed in a timely manner and they are never short of advice in all matters relating to dog training/care. Our dog loves going to see all the other dogs, Marie and her family, she really enjoys all the fun activities and more recently the adventure walks. Absolutely Barkers facilities are beautifully maintained and kept to a very high standard of cleanliness, it’s like a home away from home.

Always excellent service from Judy on the dog walking service. My two greyhounds have gone from hyper attentive and needing mussles, walking without them on near other dogs without batting an eyelid. Cannot recommend them enough

My Archie dog loves going to see Marie & her mum, he gets so excited when we turn into the road & can't get out of the car quick enough. He has his first overnight in November & I don't have any worries at all about leaving him with Marie & family, I know that he will be fine & spoilt rotten just as he is at home. A great service & very friendly nothing is too much trouble for Marie. I would highly recommend Absolute Barkers to any doggie pawrents.

Elaine has looked after Harry quite a few times for me now. The first was in Summer 2019 when we were away for 3 weeks. Harry settled in so well & really enjoyed being with Elaine. She looked after him as if he was her own dog. Whenever he sees her he goes rushing up to her for cuddles & welcomes her like the dearest of friends. So that is how I know he is very happy & well looked after by Elaine and I would not hesitate to recommend her. I think she offers fantastic value and a wonderful caring environment for the dog. They get walked twice a day (more than when he is at home!) Elaine also cooked Harry fresh food every day and he looked all the better for it when he came home!

Elaine looked after Ruby for the second time. She loved and cared for like her own. This is a very homely environment for yr dog. Your dog can sit in a front room, watch tv and get cuddles like they do at home. Very comforting to know when yr away. I wouldn't take Ruby any where else. Genuin dog lover x

Elaine was really good and looked after our two dogs for 5 days. She was very experienced and extremely good with them and would definately use doggie comfort inn again. Elaine is a lovely lady and very easy to build a good rapport with. She took them for 2 walks a day and kept me informed how they were going on a daily basis. Thanks again Elaine

Elaine is lovely and so fantastic with are fur baby. You can tell she does it because she loves having dogs around her. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

This is a great home from home service. My dogs are always happy to go here and they are well looked after with care and love and Elaine treats them like her own. We recommend to anyone looking for a dog carer whilst they are away.

Been taking our pup here for a couple of months now and he literally bolted in there and never looked back, even struggle to get him to come home he loves it that much there and certainly tires him out for the evening. Staff are amazing and literally treat every dog like they are their own! Was initially only meant to be for a few months to get him socialised but since he loves it there that much there we will probably keep it up!

What a superb place to take your dog! As an anxious dog owner of a rescue I was very worried to leave my dog in the care of someone else but A Dogs Life truly is fantastic. All the staff treat your dog as if it was one of their own! Our dog also has hip dysplacia and they give her regular rests and personalised care to meet her needs. I would highly recommend!

My husky puppy lycan, loves going. We were only going to send him twice a month, but we will send him once a week, he so social with dogs wen we take him out, staff are great. Highly recommend

Brilliant place, our puppy loves it she has soo many friends

During a journey recently i came across a branded works van and it caught my eye as i have friends in Grantham who often use dog boarding, my partner tried to get a photo of the van for contact details however faced a struggle as the van driver was speeding and driving quite erratically on the A1 weaving in between cars and then sharp braking. Hopefully there were no dogs in the van at this time. From what we have witnessed we will not be recommending this company.

Sara and the team have had our rescue puppy for almost a year, and they have been amazing. Caddie was very nervous around people when we first got her but the team understood that and have been fantastic with her! Could not recommend these guys anymore!

Sara has looked after my dog and two cats very well. The dog, a large German shepherd who is a rescue dog, is a problem, as he is a fierce guard dog who tries to attack anybody coming near (or not so near) me. For his first meeting with Sara, I put his muzzle on. This did not prevent him from going for her throat, leaping up like a stallion. Sara immediately took him by the collar and forced him down to the ground, then stroked him. They are now the best of friends. Sara is flexible and has on many occasions popped over to my house twice a day to feed the animals. She has given my dog long walks, which he loves. Thoroughly recommended.

We entrusted Sara with feeding our three indoor cats whilst we were away on a trip. On the second evening it became apparent that she had not fulfilled her duties (we have an indoor live streaming cat cam and outdoor cctv installed). Alternative arrangements had to be made at midnight to make sure our cats who were patiently waiting in the living room to be fed didn't go hungry (captured on camera) but not before I emailed Sara to confirm if there was an issue with feeding them twice that day, her response the following morning was 'to be totally honest I cannot remember if I went to see the cats last night.' I believe she does some great work and we were not charged for her services as a result of our experience, however, a sincere honest apology has not been recieved. We are naturally very happy to be home.

Quite simply for the work I do I wouldn’t be able to have a dog without “Who lets your dog out”…the fact that my dog loves the days she spends with Sara and her team meeting other dogs is a massive bonus…..my puppy literally runs out to meet them when they arrive! I consider myself lucky to have found such flexible and reliable care for my VIP puppy Thanks WLYDO

Sara was recommended to me by others with quirky dogs so my reactive, nervous and untrainable lurcher went for a test walk (never been walked with other dogs), got on fine and so she walked him whilst we were on hols. He's like a different dog!! So much easier to walk on lead, calmer, great with other dogs... I'm totally amazed! Thank you so so much!

My dogs adore Sara, and love going for walks or stays with her. She will do her utmost to accommodate your wishes and always remains so cheerful. She loves the dogs and I trust her with them implicitly.

My boy Grantley absolutely loves Sara and so do we. She’s great with Grantley and always reliable. Responds quickly to messages and will help with extra walks etc if she possibly can. Wouldn’t be without her.

Judi has been looking after our animals for going on 5 years now , when we got our first family dog. We now have 2 dogs and 4 cats and Judi looks after all of them with great care. Our dogs in particular are always excited to see Judi and the team for their walks and / or play visits and Judi is always happy to give advice about their care.

Judi is a very knowledgeable professional who has endless patience and love for the dogs she walks. My dog is hugely reactive towards other dogs and resembles a tazmanian devil at times. Judi took Otto on when we adopted him and has endless patience and love for him. Judi is reliable and approachable and has also been invaluable as a house/pet sitter whilst we travel on holiday. Highly recommended!

Judi is fantastic, the care she gives our two greyhounds is fantastic. She is always on hand to help at short notice and her home sitting service makes it less stressful for the dogs. I would recommend her and her team without question.

Judi and Kye are wonderful with our little dog. She’s been seeing them since she came home to us and they’ve truly been lifesavers. Helping with her training, socialisation and helping us become the best dog parents we can. Definitely recommend.

Judi is fabulous and knows just what to do with our boy. He is a rescue, is very stubborn and can be overly boisterous but she is patient and nurturing with him. There aren’t many people we would trust to look after him for the day or to walk him and we’d definitely have been lost without her in the year that we’ve had him.

My little dog Charlie just loves this place. All the dog walkers are lovely with a lot of knowledge. Judi, kye, Mike hav all walked him and are great people. Marie who runs DDC is excellent and a mine of information when it comes to dogs health n well being.

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my rabbit to Katie and Phil at Kestons Lodge and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! As I am sure is the case with most small animal parents, I’m always cautious about leaving my pet in someone else’s care, but this business went above and beyond to ensure my rabbits were safe, comfortable, and happy during their stay. From the moment I reached out, Katie and Phil, were keen to assist. They were quick to answer my questions and put my mind at ease by explaining their processes, routines, and accommodations plans in detail. The boarding setup was spotless and bunny-friendly, with spacious, custom built, secure enclosures and plenty of room for hopping around during playtime. They even provided updates, including pictures and videos, so I could see how much fun my pair were having. It’s clear the staff genuinely love animals. They followed my instructions for feeding and handling perfectly, and they took care to provide fresh hay, veggies, and water throughout their stay. Nova and Lupin can sometimes be a little stand offish but Katie and Phil made an effort to bond with them, and ensure they were happy and relaxed. Overall, I highly recommend Kestons Lodge for any rabbit owner looking for top-notch boarding care. The peace of mind they provided was priceless, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! If you want your bunny to be treated like royalty, this is the place to go!

We have now used Woody's for our nervous cocker Honey several times and I can't recommend them enough. This is a family run business and they do an amazing job. We were nervous about putting Honey into kennels at first as she isn't overly keen on strangers, but seeing her bum wiggle when she knows where she's going shows us that we made the right choice in coming to Woody's. Thank you guys, you do amazing work!

Picked up our two pups this morning after their first weeklong stay at Woody’s and could not be happier! I can tell they had a great time playing and running around as they are absolutely tuckered out and haven’t moved from the couch since we’ve got home! The dogs were handed to me clean, tails wagging, and had been given a bath the day before and all of their bedding had been washed. The staff are all lovely and welcoming, the kennels clean (we were invited for a tour before dropping them off), great with replying to emails/ phone calls, and easy to book in with. I was nervous leaving them as this was our first time having the dogs in a kennel but the staff put our minds at ease and they came highly recommended from my husband's family. We could not have asked for a better experience, and will definitely be bringing the pups back for future trips :) Thanks again!

All I can say is our dog loves it here. I’ve been using Woodys kennels for a few yrs now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else…Excellent service !!

I'm very happy with the care they gave my boy Glenn. And was great to hear he was no bother. Never been away from my boy for 10 days before but I'll definitely be giving Woody's another go when I have a holiday booked again. Can't fault them!

We were really anxious leaving our precious fur babies for nearly two weeks. We visited several kennels and liked the feel of woodys immediately. We trialed a few days and they came back happy and well cared for so we booked them in for the longer duration. They came home happy, healthy and well cared for. Added bonus that they had a good wash and smelled amazing. Thank you, we will be back again and again.

Firstly thank you to Nicole and her lovely family for all the wonderful care with Milo. It was my first time using the kennels for Milo. But I can honestly say it was the best choice I have made. I did travel and it was so worth it!. The love, care and attention was perfect with updated photos and videos to let you know they are happy. Definitely would highly recommend xx

I was so worried leaving my 4yr old pooch who had never been in kennels before. I visited other kennels prior to seeing Woodys but Woodys was a clear winner. After over 2 weeks I collected my dog. He was healthy and happy. All my worries were abated. Thank you so much to all the team. Rudie will be back for a short visit in November xx

What can I say. I have a very happy , contented and worn out cocker spaniel. Which is no easy feat!!!! Helena wasn't put off by Daisy's insatiable energy and loud barks. Would highly recommend Helena and feel relaxed knowing my girl is in safe hands

Our dog was picked up on time by the very friendly and polite Helena. Our dog took to her immediately and it was easy to see she is used to handling dogs. We have already booked Muttley crew for future dog walks and can highly recommend them.

I found the service to very reliable which is a great comfort.
