I would give them 10 stars if I could! Amazing staff who love their jobs, they are always taking great care of our pet. In fact, she loves to go to Paws so much that even after being boarded for four days she eagerly went back the next day for daycare! Great people and great place for your pup.

We had a great experience! Our French bulldog was well taken care of and was even given a complementary bath. We signed up for the daily report cards and it was great!! They also answered my emails very quick with every question I had. We will continue to use them for future boarding.

I give them a 10/10!!!! They were so gracious and comforting when we dropped our fur baby Teddy off. Ms. Carol made us feel so welcome. When we got back, Teddy didn't smell like he had been in a kennel all weekend, and his bedding was still really clean. If you're looking for a safe, reliable place to leave your babies, I highly recommend Paws Mahal!!!!

I love them!! I recommend them to any and everyone. Anna Mae loves going there. They are great with her. They work with you love that. Having daycare options or boarding has came in handy for me. Love Them!!

We have been taking our pups to Paws Mahal for the past year and we have had nothing but a wonderful experience working with Carol and all of her staff. Everyone is always very friendly and willing to work with you in any way they can, whether it is scheduling or a training question. We have asked and received for many pieces of advice over the year on how we could improve training and improve as pet owners. My husband and I both have very busy schedules and we have been able to count on and trust Paws Mahal to take such good care of our boys. Every morning, they herd me to the door to go to day care and are always so excited when we go. I am so thankful that we could bring them to such a quality facility that they love. You can tell Carol and her team really care about all of their visitors (pups and humans). I would highly recommend Paws!

We have brought our Bernese mountain dog Kaia to paws mahal since she was just a few months old… we did the puppy kindergarten for 8 weeks and she absolutely loved it and so did we.. after each session we saw amazing improvements in her behavior. We also did the board and train for 2 weeks when she was around 1 year old and you couldn’t believe how much of a difference it made.. she was already a good dog but they took her to another level. They’re facility is top notch and there staff care so much about the animals. Carol is wonderful and is so knowledgeable. She and her staff treated Kaia with so much love. I highly recommend them to anyone who ask. Even though we had to drive over an HOUR every time we took her it was 10000% worth it. I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else. PERIOD.

My dog Bruno went to training for 10 days and came back a new dog! He learned so many things, even things I didn’t expect them to teach him. The staff is super nice and they truly desire to help you and your dog reach your training goals. Carol, the owner is one of the most generous, compassionate, gentle, and caring people I know. You can’t go wrong with Paws Mahal!!

I had to switch boarding facilities, and I think we have found our home! The professionals there were able to ease my mind by giving me a tour and quick responses to my email questions. I am the crazy dog mom that gets super stressed when I have to leave my babies, but they made me feel good. Also, true to their word, I got a report card each day with pictures of my babies playing. It made my trip away more enjoyable because I knew they were okay. My dogs barked A LOT (they are not away from home very often) and as siblings do, the fed off of each other and were unable to relax. The owner separated them into two kennels and took the time to monitor them. They were able to calm down! They went to private play time every couple of hours together! I am very pleased with our stay here! We will be using them for any of our boarding needs. If you are looking for a place, just contact Carol and her staff!

I’ve been taking my dog Charlie to Paws Mahal for about 6 months now and I’m so impressed. Charlie can be a handful at times but everyone is so good with her! The staff is SO knowledgeable about dogs, friendly, and professional. Special shout-out to Dusty who is a true Dog Whisperer. Thank you Paws Mahal. You make a difference.

Our dogs (and us) love this place! We can say "want to see your friends?" and our dog knows exactly where we are going! They have the best time there and come home ready to nap! Very kind people with so much patience!

Debbie and her daughter Jessica along with her staff love my baby Maggie so much! This makes a huge difference in dropping your dog (that is your baby) off to a generic place than to a place that you know that she will be cared for as if she were their own. We get our dog Sugar groomed here and recently boarded her for a week here. They always take excellent care of her. Our dog has anxiety and they make sure she is calm and comfortable. Love them. ❤️

Teagan and Jax are very different dogs. Teagan can be skittish and shy, Jax is outgoing and excitable. Debbie and her help were good with both, neither had an reservations about going back with them. Debbie did a great job with their summer cuts and nails. We have been looking for another groomer since ours had to close. Our niece Brittney Mitchell suggested we try Debbie’s and we were not disappointed. They treated our puppies well, had them finished in a reasonable time, and their prices were very good. Will use them again when the puppies are needing groomed.

Just moved to Arkansas and they did an amazing job with my corgi. Super sweet and very patient. Incredibly grateful! Will be a repeat customer!!

We had to take our fur baby (Blue Heeler) to kennel for 11 days due to family emergency. We were worried about leaving her for so long but Ms Debbie took such good care of her. I could tell she was treated so well. She just loved Ms Debbie and jumped up on her giving her kisses before we left. I would definitely recommend. Such a good experience and so happy we've found someone we can trust should we need to kennel her again in the future. Thank you Debbie!

We absolutely LOVE Hillcrest Dog Spot for our girl Matilda. Victoria, Ashley, and the rest of the Dog Spot crew have been so wonderful with Tilly. We adopted Matilda from the Pulaski County Humane Society back in March of this year, and she is the first dog we've ever adopted as adults. I found the Dog Spot before we even went to the shelter, ready to get Tilly enrolled soon after adopting her. We could see from the reviews that this place and these people truly care for all of the dogs that come in. We started her in daycare soon after adopting her. It's been so good for her as an almost 2 year old German Shepherd mix to have that daily interaction with other dogs and other people. It's been wonderful for my spouse and I that both work full time. It's such a relief knowing Tilly is in safe hands while we are at work. I really cannot brag enough about this place and these people. Their focus truly is on the safety and well-being of every dog in their care. 1 million out of 10 stars, would recommend.

I was nervous about taking my dog Marley to daycare for the first time. She had not been to any daycare or boarding facility before. Ms. Victoria took incredible care of my girl! She is kind, knowledgeable, and clearly cares for all of the animals who visit Hillcrest Dog Spot. Marley went back for her second day today, and she was so excited!

I first took my 3 dogs for the New Year’s Eve Pawty and they also had an exit bath. The communication is excellent and fast. Victoria, the owner send pictures of my fur baby’s- it was great to see what they were doing and if seeing that they enjoyed it. Needless to say my dogs were happy to see me but were exhausted when i picked them up. They slept the rest of the day. They had a blast. I will have to start doing daycare. Very warm and caring facility. It was clean as well. The prices are so reasonable!
