Best delicate and professional pet care of all times. In a word: Blossom’s Pet Services. It’s our second time with this amazing and unique pet sitting service, a delicate and lovely Bloss. Bloss has taken care of both of my cats for two weeks, daily visits. She took into consideration all their routine about food, water, etc and even about my 10 years old feisty one, Tilly. She took such amazing care of Negrutza, who has kidney issues, bad memory and is 15 years old, by making her a soup from the wet food cans and water, for her health issue. (great idea) Both Tilly and Negrutza have been fed with treats placed in different places in the house (against boredom) and pampered with lots of pets and love. We are very happy and grateful to have found Bloss, who is an awesome cat behaviourist and the only person who knew how to deal with Tilly when she became a “stalker” and prepared for “attack”, having her pupils round and large. In conclusion: Blossom’s Pet Services is the best choice for our holidays, while the “babies” are excellently looked after.

Bloss is amazing with my nervous Springer. She's a brilliant, calming and patient influence on our Lexi (and gives us brilliant advice too on how to encourage Lexi when around other dogs). Lexi has come a long way and I can't thank Bloss enough for her input. There aren't many people I trust with my dog, but Bloss is high up on my list!

Maximus loves a visit from Bloss. She certainly knows how to make him happy and cater to his needs. From dog walks and pet sitting, to belly rubs and playing with his Kong toy, he welcomes her back with a waggy tail every time.

With the arrival of two grandchildren in quick succession our poor very shy and timid dog’s needs were coming second on a Thursday, when we were on grandparent duty. I stopped super woman Bloss the dog whisperer. On her first getting to know you visit she soon had our pooch comfortable and looking for that special treat. 3 weeks in and Thelma is as excited to see Bloss arrive as she is to see her favourites the tiny terrors. We can’t praise Bloss enough for the bond she is developing and for giving our girl an hours respite from the mayhem.

Bloss really understands what a dog needs, makes her walks engaging and interesting for the dog. Fabulous walker and pet sitter that I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Bloss who has cared for my Labrador Lottie. She has extensive knowledge about dog behaviour and training. She provided amazing updates that always put my mind at ease. Lottie absolutely adores Bloss and Bloss has even been able to follow my dogs training plan as she can sometimes be worried by her harness. 10/10 service!!!!

There isn't many I trust with my boy but with Blossom my mind is at ease knowing he's receiving all the love and care he needs plus so much more. Her depth of knowledge of animal behaviour and understanding of the dogs she walks is unmatched. We’re so happy we found Bloss! I’ve recently started a new job which means I’m out of the house for much longer than I used to be which isn’t fair on our dog. To make things a bit trickier, our dog is very reactive towards other dogs so we can’t easily hand her over to a dog walker (not to mention, she’s also massive!) Bloss wasn’t phased by any of this and has been coming over at lunchtimes to give our girl the attention she needs. She plays with her, does some training, scent work and gives her plenty of snuggles. I come home to a chilled, relaxed happy dog every time and have the peace of mind that she’s in really good hands - I know this because I get photo updates to brighten my lunchtimes! I really can’t say enough good things about Bloss, she’s totally saved us!

First time we have used kennels. Rob and Rachael were absolutely superb in giving us reassurance that both Georgia and Albert would be fine. They explained the routine and the exercise schedule for them both. They then took Georgia and Albert from us with no fuss from either of them. Rachael said we could WhatsApp whenever we felt the need for updates. We had updates for the 3 days that they were there. The place is lovely a really nice relaxed atmosphere spotlessly clean. Highly recommend. Both Georgia and Albert came back home relaxed and now snoring in front of the fire thanks. Rob & Rachael thank you for letting them have a lovely break from us.

We've been using these kennels for years now. We were absolutely gutted when the previous owners sold up. We decided to keep our current booking with the new owners Rob and Rachael. The kennels are spotless. Rob was very welcoming and took time to introduce himself . My dogs came out after 8 days happy and full of bounce. They had been very well cared for. I was one happy dog mummy. The kennels are quite small so have a lovely intimate feel. Highly recommend them. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was our first visit for our 2 dogs, a trial, as one of ours is quite nervous, she seemed really happy when we collected her and a picture taken while she was there showing her being chilled about it. We have confidence now, and we'll definitely use them again.

I can't recommend Lilac Cottage and Kennels enough. My 2 dogs have been staying here for years. With Kev staying on and the new owners Rachael and Rob, the continuity of care is amazing. The personal touch they show my dogs, especially my Yorkshire Terrier who needs medication, sets my dogs up for a holiday of their own, and I know they're happy to stay there. They share pictures of your dogs on social media, with your consent, so you're reassured of their care while you're away.

Rob and Rachael are great owners of these kenels. My 2 dogs have been coming here for the past 4 years and would not go anywhere else. Service very professional. Very kind people. Very clean premises. I would definitely recommend these kennels to other people. If I want to know how my dogs are while I am away I just Whatsapp them and they get straight back to me with an update.

We can definitely recommend Lilac Cottage Kennels. Our previous dog and our new youngster have stayed there many times over the last few years with our dog just returning from a 16 night stay at the kennels. We were a little concerned when we heard that Kevin and Colin were leaving but we didn’t need to be as new owners Rachael and Rob with Kevin staying on created a smooth transition with continued excellent care for our dog. The care provided is very personal to each dog’s needs whether that’s diet or exercise or both. This means we can go on holiday with peace of mind that our dog is well cared for and happy to be there.

Lilac cottage is an amazing kennels. My dogs have always loved going there but recently changed hands so of course you are nervous. However the new owners are lovely Rachael and Rob. Jack went to them happy and came back Happy. Can’t ask much more. They book up quick though because they are very reasonable. A win win 🐶🐾 …

Rob & Rachael have certainly picked up where Colin & Kev left off. You will have complete piece of mind that your fur baby will be loved, well cared for and basically a home from home experience. You are greeted with a warm welcoming and almost like dropping off at a friends. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lilac Kennels for your pet boarding needs.

We have used Lilac Cottage for years and have always been really happy to leave Lucy there. It has recently changed ownership and we are very pleased to see that Lucy has enjoyed her stay this week. She’s come home contented and smells lovely. She’s already booked back in for next month. They are really busy so prior booking is recommended. Thanks Rachel, Rob and co. for looking after Lucy.

Super experience, very friendly, dogs happy and contented, shiny coats and smiley faces all round. Was slightly apprehensive as never used the kennels before but instantly put at ease by Rachael’s welcome! We’re already booked up for our next holidays!

We cannot recommend Viv & Hayley (We Love Pets) highly enough after recently using these guys to look after our three dogs and house sit whilst we were away on holiday for one week. Prior to us going away Viv & Hayley visited a couple of times to go through details and to meet the dogs. We we highly impressed of their professionalism and level of detail they went into with us - most importantly for us, we felt very comfortable after meeting them and was able to establish a lot of trust, this was so important for us as this was the first time of us using a dog & house sit service - and of course it was important that our dogs were really happy around them, and they instantly were 😊 Whilst we were away we received daily updates and pictures whilst out on their walks and playing etc. Everything looked lovely at home on our return, which was was fabulous to see and our dogs looked very happy, very well looked after & well fed 🐶🐶🐶 Viv & Hayley also made sure that our garden hanging baskets had been watered daily, dustbins sorted, and left us fresh milk in the fridge for our return, which was fab as we came home very late at night. We will definitely be using Viv & Hayley again. Overall we were extremely happy with the service they have provided, which was a first class service. Viv and her team have made such a positive difference to us all! We know from how our pets are that they will be happy to see them when we can't be there ourselves. Our Yorkie loves his walks and all the fuss he gets. Our cat was naturally cautious at first but now poses for photos as if she approves of her nice clean litter tray and her favourite food. Viv and team have been so kind and reliable. Happy pets, happy family!

We have had an amazing experience with the walks by Viv and reg for our dog Bluebell. Viv always makes the effort to accomodate any extra walks at short notice. Our dog is quite nervous of strangers and other dogs so we are able to have 1:1 walks. We know Bluebell is in safe and experienced hands and both Viv and reg are very kind and trustworthy. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Great, friendly and helpful service. My dog had an initial assessment meeting and has always been introduced to new walkers. My neighbours reports the walkers are great with my dog, and that she always has a curled up waggy tail. It is easy to communicate with Viv. A range of other services, such as home boarding, is available.

I would give 5 stars to the hosts who looked after our dogs as they were excellent and treated them like their own. But the communication with We Love Pets was poor. Having been told which host we were going to be placed with we were not told that he had quit so she was looking for another host. We were only told because I wanted to book a couple of trial days with him, but if I hadn't we would have been kept in the dark. My step daughter had her dog booked with the same host and was never told that he wouldn't be available. She only knew because we told her, and she waited weeks to hear about it, and contacted We Love Pets in the end. Any text messages we got were short. I got a text the day before we were due to take the dogs to the hosts asking for the balance and asking if I was still hoping to drop the dogs off. A bit late in the day to ask that. Our dogs are family to us and it was the first time we were leaving our rescue dog, so we were really nervous. The lack of information wasn't reassuring.

Needed to set up some regular walks at shortish notice. Viv and the team sorted it out super quickly and really professionally. Would 100 recommend and will be using again in the future as needed. Many thanks.

Viv is always reliable and great at returning messages at such short notice when we've needed her services. She has been fab with our puppy Otis (mini daschund). Would highly recommend!

Just been away for 5 days and Viv looked after our house cat. She came twice a day and kept us updated and even sent a couple of photos! Very happy with the service had a worry free break, knowing that our cat was happy in her own environment, and had the added comfort of the house being checked twice a day. Will definitely use Viv's service again. Highly recommend!

Brilliant service from We Love Pets. They are fabulous with our cockapoo, he loves his walks and occasional day care service too. He loves meeting other dogs and getting lots of fuss off new humans. It was easy to arrange care for our dog through We Love Pets, I will definitely continue to use them.

Ann cares for many dogs in her own home and treats every single one of those as though they are her own. Ann is absolutely fantastic. It's clear to see she loves dogs (even the nutty ones like ours). Our dogs go crazy when we pull up on to Ann's drive which is testament to how much they love it with her. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for them now. They are treated like Queens and have no trouble seeing the back of us when we drop them off for a stay. We see regular pictures of them during their stay and we're completely at ease knowing how happy they are. Thank you so much Ann 🐶

Where do I start?.. our boy Hugo is our fur baby! 🐶 So when we started the search to find someone to look after him it became a daunting task!! That was until I stumbled across Ann of Telford Home from Home Boarding. From my first message, I just had a gut feeling that this was the perfect place! It’s not very often you’ll find someone who will look after your beloved pooch as good as you do yourself but how wrong was I?.. Ann welcomed Hugo into her home and bonded instantly with him. Going above and beyond to look after our boy! He’s one fussy eater and he’s spoilt (which is our own doing) but Ann treats him like a prince! 👑 Cooking him chicken and even feeding it to him by hand to give us peace of mind that he’s eating. Daily walks and an abundance of love and cuddles 🤍 Most days we’d receive pupdates 📸 with pictures and videos without even having to ask which is so reassuring and priceless when you’re far away! This allowed us to switch off a little and relax which after all that is what holidays are all about! Ann is a genuine, lovely lady who deserves all the credit she gets. We certainly won’t use anyone else to home board our fur baby now. He absolutely loves his time with Ann and his other furry friends he meets throughout his stay🐾 He returns back home happy with his tail wagging 🐶 After-all he’s had the best holiday himself!..and that to us means the world 🌍

After having a bad experience with a traditional kennel Ann is now the only person we will trust with Rosie. Fully certified and insured we know we can leave Rosie with Ann and she will be safe and well looked after. If anything, a bit too well looked after - she never seems to want to come home!! It's great knowing that while we enjoy our holiday, Rosie is enjoying hers.

We don't go away without Benson very often but when we do, Ann is the only person we'll leave him with. He's an older boy who likes his home comforts and cuddles and gets completely spoiled during his visits. We never have to worry about him while we're away as we know Ann understands what he needs and always goes the extra mile to ensure he's contented and safe. We're very grateful to have found someone so caring to look after him.

Ann has looked after our Otis a couple of times now and he loves it there. Anyone looking for a dedicated, friendly and loving dog carer then we can highly recommend Ann.

We won’t let anyone else care for our dog when we go away. Gemma is happy and well cared for during her stay. It has been five years since we first met Ann. She is a lovely honest lady and makes sure everything is in order etc

I fully recommend Telford Home from Home Dog Boarding. Feel rest assured your dog is in safe hands. Ann treats all the dogs as though they were her own. Make sure you book well in advance as this is a popular choice by many.

If Ann isn't available, we don't go away it's as simple as that. She cares passionately about all the dogs she looks after, to the extent that informing her that my old labrador had passed away was one of the hardest calls I ever had to make. She currently boards my old terrier (who could start a fight in an empty house,) and my Bosnian rescue (who's scared of her own shadow.) She gives them both the individual care they need.

Percy had a fabulous first day with Karen meeting Milo and all his new friends , knowing & seeing from videos and photos that Karen posts during the day is so reassuring that my precious boy is happy and in safe hands. We’ve already booked in for more visits. Fantastic service Thankyou .

My Best Friend North Shropshire is a wonderful find! Karen’s home and garden are brilliantly adapted to make dogs feel comfortable and she is very practical, knowledgeable and caring.

I couldn’t wish to have found such a wonderful kind and caring dog loving lady. Amber never wants to leave Karen’s care and has so much fun. I know my dog is in safe, caring hands.

Karen provides an excellent service and my dog was very happy during his stay and came home relaxed and rested.

My dog Millie is so precious to me I wouldn’t leave her with anyone but she is so happy and content to go and stay at Pooch Palace. It’s a first class day care premises and the over night care is excellent. I can’t recommend these beautiful kennels and surroundings enough. But mainly the staff are so caring and this shows when we pick our beautiful Millie up. Thanks to all the staff for looking after Millie as I’m so content leaving her with you.

Our two puppies go to day care each week. The induction day was really informative and the puppies and pawrents were made to feel most welcome. All the staff are fantastic, so friendly and caring towards the dogs. They have lots going on during a day care day and when we drop them off they get so excited and run up to day care area. We get regular updates via a private Facebook group during the day, which we look forward to. We also get feedback when we collect them of how they have been. Our two dogs are very different in their personalities and needs and the girls always take that into consideration. The setting and the facilities are luxury and the security is really good too. We would not go anywhere else. Thanks Pooch Palace.

I have many compliments about Pooch Palace but to sum it up, they are amazing! Anyone thinking of using them, please do. Highly recommended. Our 10 year old boy Walter had never been in any type of kennel before so we were so nervous on the build up to a 2 week holiday. The guys at the palace worked so well with us and Walter. They gave updates, matched him with dogs that were suited to him and made him comfortable. They even put him in a Disney style bedroom as we are big Disney fans! During our holiday, we had a 26 hour delay coming home, so you can imagine this is stressful. Hattie and the team were so supportive and accommodating and made sure we didn’t worry and Walter was in safe hands until we could get home. I can’t thank Pooch Palace or their staff enough for how they handled our situation and all the great service beforehand. Anyone thinking of using these guys; what you can expect is great, friendly service. Staff always smiling. Extremely clean and well maintained establishment. Updates on your dog(s), a very fair price for the interaction and attention the dogs get. And more - all in my personal opinion. All I can say is thank you to the team, fully recommended and can’t wait to use you guys again for my precious Walter to visit.

Chipolata goes for daycare every week and I wouldn’t trust him anywhere else they all know him and his little quirks and I know he gets the best care he trots off in a morning without a second glance. Love the VIP page where only users of the service can see the pups at play

Pooch Palace really is a gem of a place. Both our boys go on a regular basis and absolutely love going. The staff are friendly and got to know both our boys well so they can cater for their needs. We truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with our boys as they are so precious to us. The site is lovely and really well looked after, it’s clean, modern and well equipped with everything your pooch will need. Thank god we found such a wonderful place!

First class 5 star establishment. I would highly recommend Pooch Palace My two dogs recently boarded there. We recieved daily updates and photos of our precious girls. My daughter has also used the Palace and speaks very highly of the owners Zoe,Hattie not forgetting their fabulous staff team. If you want the very best this is by far the facility to take your precious doggy family. It offers boarding day care and grooming.

I travel over an hour 20 mins to bring my Suzi to be looked after for when I go on holiday. Pooch Palace is not only a beautiful, clean place (no usual kennel smell) in beautiful surroundings for my princess to stay, but the owners and staff are absolutely lovely. They truly care for you precious little ones as if they were their own. Regular photos are sent to reassure you, if like me you worry when you leave them. Pooch Palace is truly a Palace to leave your beloved pets, they deserve all of the 5*

Last month Alfie had his first holiday at Pooch Palace. I don’t think he really wanted to come home! The team at PP were so friendly and professional from the get go so I knew he was in safe hands. We had daily updates so we knew and could see how much fun he was having! He’ll certainly be back again!

Fantastic! The day care facilities are second to none, our Barney loves going every week. We have used the bording side also and he loved it. In fact I was jealous! Heated floors and a 4 poster bed! The team here are great also, always really friendly and you can tell they love every pooch at the palace.

My 2 border collies have stayed at Ali’s kennels Tern view. And they have both enjoyed their stay. Had several photos and videos to put my mind at rest while on holiday. Can’t thank Ali enough for the fabulous care she gave my 2 precious furry friends. Thanks again.

We have a very nervous dog who doesn’t often like new people but she loves Ali and going to Tern View. Ali is always quick to respond and make adjustments to make Peanut as comfortable as possible. We also get photo updates when we’re away. Ali has been a life saver for us and we can’t recommend Tern View Kennels enough!

Jess is brilliant at her job. My two dogs are very much pampered pooches and she made me feel better about leaving them with her for 2 weeks. The boys had a lovely time while there. I highly recommend and have booked my boys in again for this summer 😊🐾 …

Highly recommended our girls love it at Tern View, they have plenty of exercise and access to social with other dogs. They are treated like one of the family in a kennel environment
