I have been using Bobbi to walk my two dogs for nearly a year now. They have also stayed with Bobbi while we have been away. Bobbi is fantastic and you can see she cares very much for them. My dogs can be stubborn at times but Bobbi takes the time to understand what they need and accommodates for this. Highly recommend her for walking and pet care services

Tina our 8month old border collie had her first stay away from home at the start of the heatwave. when we came to collect her it was very clear in a time of very hot weather that she had been looked after very well and did not seem in rush to leave in fact she seemed more interested in going for a walk with the man that brought her out ! having owned collies for the last 50 years these are the best kennels we have used highly recommended

Superb 1st time experience for our 6 month old retriever Compo and many thanks to Martin and all the girls for providing such a necessarily superb service for dogs/puppies who may never have stayed away before, as was the case with ours, who came back looking great, having had a wonderful time by the look of the bespoke invoice with his picture on the bottom, running in his run ears everywhere, which is a very nice touch. Always five star treatment for all the cats and dogs when they stay here. I've been using Duck End Kennels for my Labrador for a couple of years now and wouldn't take him anywhere else. He runs off excited to be there when we arrive and always comes back clean and fresh smelling!

We had been let down over Xmas so getting a kennel for Queenie was great. Martin really helped us out & for additional fees collected/returned Queenie. The farm was a lot more expensive but all reviews said it was 5stsr so all good. She had her own food & we were told she’d be well looked after - unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Queenie was returned completely & utterly matted, the mud was so impacted on her fur that 3 baths later we had to admit defeat & send her for grooming. The groomers had never seen a dog so bad they said. She had to b completely shaved down & her fur is less than 1/2 inch all over. On top of that she was poorly with serve diarrhoea. 7 days in & off the vets we go to find she’s lost 2kg (she’s a cockaspaniel) so that’s a lot, she’s got stomach infection & dehydrated. 2 lots of different meds & another week on sofa for our poor girl. I really wasn’t going to complain but after speaking to vet they urged me to as other people need to know. Moral of story, even when you pay for expensive thgs/service you don’t always get them. We will NEVER use DUCKENDFARM AGAIN

I was recommended by a few people to use this kennels while we were away for 2 weeks. I was nervous as Willow was only 7 month's old and had not been apart from us for longer than a couple of hours and did not know how she would cope with new people and other dogs being around. Plus I wanted to make sure that she was in good hands as she is our baby (of course). Well it seems like Willow had a fabulous time here for 2 weeks while we were away! She was a very happy little bundle of fluff when we came back! And they did a superb job of looking after her and even bought more of her food (I didn't give them enough). I definitely will be using this kennels with confidence next time we go away! Thank you so much to all the people involved ❤️

Normally my dog hates going to the kennels, however he came back from here so relaxed and chilled... Bonus point is they have an independant groomers attached at the side and they do amazeball jobs on your pets too.

My two rascals love it here - every time I drop them off they run as fast as their little legs can carry them without lingering to say bye to me! 😂 The staff are all super lovely and helpful. I regularly travel due to a long-distance marriage, so my dogs spend a fair bit of time back + forth to Duck End, but I've never once felt worried about their safety, or that they're not happy given their joy on arrival and departure! 🤭

We highly recommend Duck End Farm kennels. We were nervous leaving our pup for the first time, who was only 5 months old at the time, but she loves the staff there and always comes back happy. In fact, when we first picked her up she went running back to one of the girls rather than coming out with us!! It is reassuring for us to have a place we can trust to leave her - thank you.

I can't shout loud enough about how amazing Karly is, we have 4 cats that are inside cats only, one of which can get very poorly. Using Furry Flitchers has allowed us to go away on holidays and weekends away here and there. All the cats love her and are absolutely at ease with her, she's accommodated all our different feeding routines and even has been able to administer their medications. She is trully a phenomenal pet sitter. She updates regularly and she genuely cares for your pets and showers them with affection and play. Toby has been going to Furry Flitchers for a few years now, for both day care and whenever we go on holiday. He absolutely loves it, he literally barges the door down to get in, and doesn’t want to leave! Karly is just brilliant, keeps you up to date with photos and videos. The dogs get lovely long country walks and its a home from home environment once in the house. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

Our dog Ernie has a fantastic time every time he stays at Furry Flitchers. He has stayed numerous times over the past couple of years whenever we go on holiday. He is well cared for and very spoilt. He loves spending time playing with the owners dog, who is a gorgeous boy. They have such fun together and on their walks in the countryside. Karly, Ty & Rosie provide a home from home environment, our dog Ella can’t wait to get inside once the door opens. They provide lots of love cuddles and stimulation along with plenty of walks. Highly recommend Furry Flitchers for the exceptional care they provide.

Karly and her family looked after our anxious cockapoo for 2 nights, our dog (Rosie) absolutely loved it. She settled instantly (something she doesn’t normally do), was made to feel part of the family, given all the cuddles and love Rosie demanded! Plenty of walks! Couldn’t ask for more. Karly kept in touch with photos and videos so I knew Rosie was having a great time- I could completely relax on our mini-break knowing she was in brilliant hands.

After discovering my little Romanian rescue, Mikado has separation anxiety, I started looking for someone who could look after her so I could get some sort of normality back in my life whilst I continued with her training. I didn’t want her to go to one of these daycare’s where they take 20+ dogs, I wanted her to have quality 1 on 1 time with someone who understood SA. I then found Karly at Furry Flitchers! We had a meet and greet first of all at Karly’s house. Mikado met one of Karly’s regulars, Lexi, who is a lovely and calm natured dog which was perfect for Mikado. Karly ensures her dogs are well looked after in her care and pairs up dogs she thinks will be suitable for each other. I receive regular updates, loads of pictures and videos which is lovely to see! Mikado has settled really well with Karly and always comes home tired which is a huge plus! Thank you so much Karly, for doing such a great job and also allowing me to gain my life back and be able to do things I enjoy.

Highly recommend using Furry Flitchers. For nervous first time dog owners, we weren’t sure about leaving Bailey with anyone else. So many visits and various overnight stays later, Bailey is very excited when we pull up and enjoys his time with Karly and her family. Karly updates us throughout the day and that initial worry has completely disappeared. I know Bailey is in great hands.

My dog absolutely adores Karly and her family, and goes crazy for them whenever she sees them. They have been walking her since she was a puppy, she has always been well cared for and gets a great walk. You can tell Karly loves animals and takes pride when looking after other people’s pets, she is also very reliable and professional at all times. Highly recommended!

I have used the services of day car, overnight boarding and dog walking. Each time I am kept up to date of my minature labradoodle’s fun filled day. I love the videos, pictures and reports throughout the day. I cannot sing the praises of the services I have had for my dog Lexi. So much so, my dog tells me through her actions when she sees Karly. She’s so happy and it tells me all I need to know. I am reassured that she’s in good hands. I feel further assured with the training Karly has too. I won’t ever look back and I’m so glad I found Karly’s services.

Im so happy that I found furry flitchers locally to me I had a meet and greet with Karly to make sure she and Luna and myself were happy and liked each other and I’m happy to say we were, she is such a lovely friendly lady, with confidence, which she needs with my my crazy 1yr old boxer dog Luna, they get on very well thank goodness , I find furry flitchers very reliable, everytime Karly goes to my house on Mondays for a pop in to let Luna out she sends me updates with video and pictures and also when she comes back later in the afternoon to take her for a lovely long 90min walk I get regular updates with videos of her running around very happy. Karly is always happy to do things thats requested nothing seems to be too much trouble, and prices are very reasonable. She is now also taking her for walks on a Friday afternoons for me while I’m working late. I can’t wait until she gets the go ahead for the full day care for Luna she will be so happy. Cannot recommend SuPaw Nanny more highly. Not only does our Puppy have a fantastic time with her, he receives the individually appropriate level of mental and physical stimulation. His behaviour has also improved with interactions with other dogs. There is absolutely no-one else I would trust with our Puppy and I know there is no-one else he would prefer to be with!

Couldn't recommend enough! The absolute highlight of Hendrix's week is his doggy play and walk sessions with SuPaw Nanny. He's a highly energetic Labrador has been going every week for over 2 years. The facilities and level of care that he gets is fantastic, with all his needs met - running, sniffing, games, swimming and romping around with pup-pals. There are different groups suited to different dogs and he goes rain or shine. He's also boarded with Stacy and is always looked after as though he was her own. Thank-you!!

I cannot speak highly enough about SuPaw Nanny. We went on holiday for 2 weeks and Stacy looked after our two cats each day we were away. She not only fed them but gave them cuddles and made sure they were happy. She also kindly fed our fish. Stacy also provided us with updates and pictures on WhatsApp almost every day. Amazing service from SuPaw Nanny 100% 5 star service. After I had a weekend away from home, Molly was in the best hands ever. She loved her visits and play time. It was such a relief that I was able to keep her in her normal surroundings with no stress, as bunnies do not adapt well to change or stress. When Skye goes to daycare at SuPaw Nanny, I know that she will be well looked after, cared for and have fun! Stacy make sure that there are plenty of enrichment activities and that Skye gets to enjoy the amazing off lead secure field that has lots of areas to explore. SuPaw Nanny is perfect while I’m working from home as I know I can focus on work while Skye is having the best time playing with her pals. Stacy goes above and beyond to tell me how Skye is getting on and I love getting the photos at the end of the day of what they’ve got up to. I could not recommend more highly. (I think Skye thinks so too!)

Stacy has come and taken care of our cats on two occasions now, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. The cats like her a lot, and I get lovely photos of them enjoying their visit. Travelling is much less stressful when I know they are being well taken care of. Thank you, Stacy!

SuPaw Nanny is amazing she took time to meet myself and our bunnies once we had registered before I had even booked her services. She genuinely cares for our bunnies and treats them as part of the family. We can go away knowing they are in excellent hands and will be looked after so well. We can’t recommend Sam at Fluffy Hounds enough. He’s been helping out walking our dogs for several months. Reliable, the girls love him and he even washes their paws before they come home. Sam genuinely loves dogs and the girls are very found of him! Each walk is varied and we get photos after every walk. Trust worthy, helps us if we get stuck and has dog sit overnight too. If we could give more than five stars we could! Thanks for all you do Sam!

Sam house/dog sitted for us over the Christmas period after stepping in very last minute. He went above and beyond for us and our pups and we are forever grateful to him. Would use again! Left the house how we left it. Will be asking for him to do dog walks for our pups!

Sam has been an absolute godsend to us. We required a regular walk once a week for our two dogs. Sam initially spent time getting the dogs to know and trust him. One in particular is very much a “clingy” dog. Over the course of three weeks Sam used different approaches to the point where eventually the “shy” dog went willingly for her walk with Sam. I only have to mention his name to the girls and they explode with excitement. I thoroughly recommend him for his patience, kindness towards the dogs and his professionalism.

I thoroughly recommend Sam as a dog walker/carer. I like the fact that he has a paramedics degree as I feel I can trust Sam and he is very caring. We contacted Essex Paw-Sitters Club after contacting almost the entirety of Essex. Our boy isn’t the calmest of dogs and gets himself in a pickle sometimes but they were absolutely amazing with him. I would 100% recommend Serena for her services at Poochie Mumma. Both Serena and her daughter care for my dog as though she were their own. I have a 15 year old Yorkshire terrier who no longer enjoys long walks and is frightened of dogs, so Serena visits Lulu whilst I am at work to let her out and spend some time with her. It is clear that Serena totally loves the dogs she looks after. I receive a photo for every visit which brightens my day at work and puts my mind at ease that she is ok. Serena has also made emergency visits if I am stuck in London or if I need emergency dog cover. Serena is kind and very reliable, Lulu absolutely loves when she visits!

Serena took care of our dog Max when we travelled to Australia for a family wedding earlier this year. She is very professional and you can see how much she loves her job. Whilst looking after Max we received videos on a daily basis showing how much fun he was having out walking 2 or 3 times a day with other dogs. He had the time of his life. Also while we was away , our flights home were cancelled due to covid 19 and Serena was extremely supportive and looked after max while we was stranded. I couldn't recommend her enough and we will definitely be using her again.

We left our 11 month old cockapoo with Serena/Poochie Mumma for a week. We had looked at a number of other dog minders as we were very worried about leaving our baby for the first time but as soon as we met Serena we knew she was the one for us! She treated our dog to a 5 star service....like a member of her own family. We were very pleased to have daily updates on our dog, lots of amazing photos and videos of her not missing us at all! I She really enjoyed her time with Poochie Mumma and we have already booked with her for next year!

I recommended Poochie Mumma to my elderly neighbour who needed dog care whilst she was in hospital. Serena came to visit my neighbour and meet her very anxious Jack Russel Harry. Serena was very patient and oozed a calmness that settled Harry and made my dear friend and neighbour comfortable about her taking care of him. Serena had Harry for a week and from what I heard it sounds like he had a great time. The best thing to come from this is that Harry is now happy to leave my friend for periods of time without becoming distressed. Serena has continued to walk him 3 times a week and I often see her come to pick him up... his tail is always wagging and he is excited to see her. My dear friend is relieved to have such a reliable warm and kind person to take care of her little Harry. So this review is from us ... Margaret, myself and a very happy Harry!! Serena & her daughter both came round to meet my dog before looking after her for the night. She immediately warmed to them and I knew she was in good hands. I was able to keep my dog at home which suited her perfectly as she’s 13 and loves her home comforts. Serena sent pictures of my happy dog out for their morning walk which was a lovely touch! So pleased we found someone reliable :)

I can't recommend Poochie Mumma highly enough. I spotted her branded van parked up at the exact time I was looking for a reliable local dog walker. Serena visited to meet Sophia (our mixed breed rescue dog) and immediately Sophia took to her. Initially Poochie Mumma would pick Sophia up on the day to take for amazing, fun & long walks (sending me photos of Sophia enjoying herself). A change of job meant that our dog now goes to Poochie Mumma for several hours each day and she always has a fun time, receiving plenty of exercise, love and attention. Poochie Mumma has always been reliable, has been flexible when work plans have changed and above all has taken care of Sophia as if she was one of her own dogs. If you're looking for dog day care, boarding or walking in the Stansted area your pup will be lucky to have Poochie Mumma take care of it!

My dog Ernie has been walked by Serena and stayed with her on occasions when work has taken me away from home, Serena has always been reliable and makes Ernie a big part of her family. I always receive daily photos of Ernie enjoying himself which is fantastic for me to see. I whole heartedly recommend Poochie Mumma!!

I only have left my dog with family, but this time no one was available to have my staffie, she is a spoilt dog , so I was worried about leaving her, as she doesn’t like me leaving her. After being recommend by a friend from work. I met , Serena , and felt happy my dog will be well looked after. And My dog seemed happy once collecting her and she said she had been on some great adventures, so my dog, tells me lol . I will be using her for future holidays 😃

Extremely happy with the service provided from Emma at Barking Mad. We have used the service twice so far and both times our Frenchie has come home happy after having a lovely holiday with a host family. We received regular updates from Emma whilst we were away with photos and Emma made sure that the host family knew every little detail about our quite high maintenance dog :D. We will 100% be using the service again for any holidays we go on as we will feel confident our dog is being looked after and having a lovely time being spoilt by another family. We have used Barking Mad on a number of occasions as an alternative to putting our Labrador into kennels. The service is superb with prompt pick up and return and the care and attention shown by all of their employees and carers has been excellent. Our Labrador always returns happy and healthy and we would highly recommend Barking Mad to other pet owners

Emma and her team are always very friendly, always very helpful and our Pooch is calm and happy when he is chauffeured home. We used to use a good kennel, but he was never as content and well looked after as he is now with Barking mad. Highly recommended.

Suzanne looked after our dog Buffy since she was 6 months till she was 2 1/2. We are moving out of the area soon and will miss having someone so trustworthy to look after our girl. Spot On is run with a kind hand & canine orientated hearts! I have been using their boarding services for several years now & judge them by my dogs reaction & returned to me status. Su and family have provided Dog walking, daycare, holiday stays and emergency cover for my dog for the last 7 years and before that looked after my elderly fragile cat. Their service is fully insured and they adhere to high professional standards. They have a great bond with my pets who really enjoy spending time with them as they are treated like one of the family - a home from home. Spot on were key holders for my house which was so useful when I had to rush away on a family emergency. They were able to collect my dog and all she needed and look after her until I was ready to come pick her up. I tried other companies before I discovered Su and family and this is the best by far.

Spot On Pet Care have been looking after Stanley for over a year now.We used their Dog walking service regularly when Stanley was a puppy and now he attends day care and stays overnight and whilst we holiday! I only have to mention Suzannes name and he is chomping at the bit to get round there. Would Highly recommend anyone wanting home from home care for their doggies.

Phoned up to arrange a stay for my dog. She asked what sort of breed he was and if he was good with other dogs. I answered he is half border collie half golden retriever and that the border collie breed makes him pretty excitable but he is a good boy. She promptly said he wouldn't be a good fit because it was in her home. I can understand not wanting a misbehaved dog in my home. But what she failed to find out was my dog is 9 years old and as sweet as they come. It would have been more professional to maybe arrange a meet and greet. Or to at least find out more about him.

Barney loves going to day care each week and Suzanne takes so much care of him - starting to think he likes Suzanne more than me! He can never wait to get through the gate. Suzanne is very caring and I know Barney is in good hands. I would never dream of sending him elsewhere. All queries are responded to very efficiently. Excellent service all round. We have taken our dog Millie to Suzanne for boarding many times now when we have been away and can not take her with us.
