Dog Sitters in Great Horkesley

This is an excellent new purpose built kennels in a wonderful parkland setting.The owner has invested a great deal of effort to ensure all dogs mentle and physical needs are meet during their stay. The staff are professional and welcoming and clearing have a geniune passion for the welfare of all the dogs. I can't recommend this new kennels and the staff enough.

Found this gem of a place, after our friend let us down last minute. Called and spoke to them to explain the situation, they were happy for us to visit and have a look around we also done a day visit for them to get to know our dog. They have an amazing set up with both indoor and outdoor kennels which are heated and air conditioned, lovely & clean, security was great. They have plenty of outdoor space where they exercise the dogs. While we were away they were send picture updates on how our Phoebe was enjoying herself in this 5 star doggie hotel. It is a young business but they are doing everything right and have plenty of knowledge and skill would recommend everyone to use them.

My dog loves going to Little Horkesley Boarding Kennels. Everyone is very friendly and they clearly love dogs - they go out of their way to make her feel happy and comfortable. Facilities are brand new, purpose built, spotless, and very secure (important with my escape artist) and there is a huge, secure, grassy field with shady trees where the dogs can spend their outdoor time running around to their heart's content. The kennels only opened this year and we have used them several times already and thoroughly recommend them.

Highly recommended jack's first time in kennels and he was relaxed and happy when I went to collect him. Think he was thoroughly spoilt and enjoyed playing with the other dogs. Thanks to Claines and Greg

Bone Sweet Bone have taken amazing care of my cat on several occasions. The Bone Sweet Bone family are all incredibly kind and caring, and really understand what it is to leave your furry loved one in someone else's care. They are always responsive, sending reassuring and adorable photos and videos. They even managed not to laugh (too much) when I explained all my cat's particular foibles... I am so pleased to have found BSB, and to never have to put my cat in boarding again. Thank you Lucy and the Team!

Absolutely love Alex and glad our bouncy spaniel can be called one of her friends :-) She is so reliable and quick to respond, has such a kind and gentle nature with Trigger and he adores her and his lovely varied walks. Alex has such a love for all animals and they always come first. She keeps us up to date with everything to do with Trigger and sends us gorgeous photos of him out with his new friends. I have complete confidence in her with who I would best describe as my furry child and best friend- would highly recommend her! :-)

Alex recently looked after our cat for the weekend. Her service was incredible. Our cat, Moose, is very timid however, Alex was so patient and understanding with him. By the end of the weekend, they were having fusses and lots of purrs! I can’t thank Alex enough for what she done for us and for taking such good care of our boy!

Alex provides an excellent Dog Walking service. She was recommended to me through Facebook and I couldn’t be happier. I feel that my dog is always well cared for when out on his group walks. Alex sends me pictures and updates so I know that my dog is safe and having a good time. Alex is really flexible which works so well for me as the days that I need her vary so it’s lovely to have someone who can accommodate that. Overall I give Alex & Friends 5 stars - would highly recommend.

I found Alex on Google after being let down by our arranged pet sitter. So pleased that I found Alex, she is lovely with animals and really took good care of my pet whilst we were away. She came round a few days before the job started to meet my pet and introduce herself to her and me and to reassure me that she would be well looked after. I would describe myself as an obsessive manic worrier and Alex made sure I had nothing to worry about, she sent regular photos and updates on how my Bella was and videos of then playing together. The bottom line is Alex was fantastic and I can now go on holiday and relax that my Bella is in good hands Highly recommend Alex and I will definitely use her services again Thank you Alex 😊

Alex, is a very caring cat sitter. She has taken time and been patient with my cat so he gets to know her and now he is very comfortable in her presence. He is a very wary cat and will hiss at strangers but Alex is well past that now and sends videos/photos of her interacting with my cat. These are special when you are away from your fur baby 😺

Bella loves her walks that Alex and friends give her 3 times a week. She loves to socialise and we love the daily photo updates of Bella having an amazing walk. Would highly recommend 👍 …

I have been using Steve for several years now and trust him completely with my 2 cats. I wouldn’t use anyone else! Steve has a natural affinity with animals and has spent ages getting my rescue cats to feel comfortable with him. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend.

We have been using Adored Animals Hospitality for a number of years now and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Steve and his team have always provided a 5 star service when looking after both our dog Monty (who absolutely adores Steve) and our cats who are always happy when they’re visited to be fussed, fed & watered. Our dogs were very well looked after by Steve and Lottie while we were away. The home sitting was great and minimised disruption for the dogs. Steve is always very friendly and reliable, and we would highly recommend his services.

Amy is amazing with my little Labrador. Always on time, very accommodating for my schedule. I get updates everytime she comes. My little Labrador has been through very extensive lengthy operations which Amy has always helped with. He is also very fearful of new people and Amy really put in the leg work to make him feel comfortable and now he is beyond happy to see her everytime, could honestly not recommend enough

Amy is the best! She's looked after our cat Penelope for our last two holidays. Penelope is a shelter cat so we didn't want to put her in a cattery. Amy sent us updates and pictures to reassure us while we were away, and most importantly, our cat Penelope adores her. Would highly recommend Amy to anyone who's looking for a pet sitter.

Amy was a fab carer for our two cats and fish! She sent messages every day and uploaded photos of all the gang. It was comforting to see photos and to know they were all doing well, if a little nervous. Amy kindly brought in our parcels and milk delivery, and made sure the house was safe. I would absolutely choose to book with Amy again. She has such a lovely calm nature and I felt very comfortable knowing that she was looking after our pets.

Pet Perfect are absolutely brilliant!! We had a family wedding and didn't want to leave our dogs alone for too long. Having Amy come and spend time with them meant we could relax and enjoy the day. Amy came and got to know Barney and Banjo over a couple of prearranged sessions so they would be less stressed on the day. She is reliable, flexible and professional. She kept us informed with how they were getting on and she cared for them as if they were her own. We are sure they will miss Amy calling in for cuddles! We can not recommend Pet Perfect enough and will definitely be using them again.

We contacted Amy to take care of our two guinea pigs for one day. She was very responsive and efficient. Some weeks before she was meant to take care of them, she came to our house to meet the guinea pigs and for us to explain to her what we needed. We immediately saw that she's very kind and loves animals! Because of a change of plans, we needed her to come an additional day, and even if we gave her a short notice, she was happy to help and took care of the guinea pigs. She sent us pictures of them when she visited and kept us informed of everything. Thanks to her we could enjoy our trip! We will definitely use Pet Perfect again!

Amy was nothing short of amazing this Christmas. We had to find someone at short notice and Amy made herself as available as possible during the Christmas break to take care of our two cats. She popped round for a visit first and put us very at ease as she obviously had a keen interest to look after the cats as best as possible getting to know them and ensuring she had all the information she needed. We were updated with every visit and we could see the cats were getting more and more friendly towards her. I wouldn't hesitate to employ Amy's services again and have recommended her to our friends. Her rates and services are both outstanding, your home and your pets are in good hands.

We have been using Pet Perfect for a few weeks now and are very happy with the service. Amy comes across as a very reliable, professional person. I was looking for a pet-sitter to visit my two spaniels on the days that I work. I was finding it very stressful to get home & back in my break. One of my spaniels is a lock-down pup & wary of new people but Amy seems to have won him round… my other boy loves her, I can see how happy he looks in the photo updates she sends me. I would not hesitate to recommend Pet perfect & already have to one of my friends. I have today booked for more dates!

Amy looked after my senior cat Penny for 4 days (2 visits per day). She sent me regular updates and pictures – it was clear that Penny was getting more comfortable with every visit. I'm really glad I found Amy to look after my cat and will definitely use her services again. Highly recommended!

We booked cat sitting for a week, two visits a day. Everything was perfect and Amy texted us updates on each visit. She’s absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with, very professional. Will definitely book her again if we need cat sitting in the future.

Amy did a fantastic job of looking after our cat whilst we were away on holiday, very professional and friendly service from start to finish. Buddy warmed to her instantly which made me feel relaxed straight away. The website and booking system was so easy to use and communication and updates while we were away were absolutely brilliant, we would highly recommend.

My dog had been attending over last 5-6 years and loved it, until 3 weeks ago when another dog bit her leaving her needing skin cutting away (to avoid infection) and stitches, these things happen but staff have no knowledge which dog did it or even when it happened, they only noticed when she went in for lunch, meaning aa 5hr time window when it have happened! We questioned the owner over the procedures and supervision he replied and I quote - "You have hi lighted “Constant Supervision” from our webpage information, however there is general peril in this phrase. (Even Banks can be robbed when under Constant Supervision). Sadly the incident at the moment of consequence we cannot define." How he can liken looking after a loved family member to that of a bank being robbed, I just can't comprehend his thinking of this comparison? We never received a sorry it happened, nothing! 2 vets have treated her for the injury and said a tad deeper and it could have been fatal. I showed them the owners email reply and they were flabbergasted. Needless to say we won't be taking her back again, as have no confidence on the service we have paid for.

These lovely people have looked after my lab one day a week since she was a puppy. She is now three and a half and is well adjusted & socialised. Great facilities and very helpful staff who have always accommodated requests to change or add days. Highly recommended!

Our dogs love it here - the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Both of them get very excited in the car when they realise where we're going and are fast asleep within minutes on the journey home. Perfect - thank you.

My Mum's dog loves this place. He has a great time with the other dogs. Good value for money too. The road to the building is bumpy but if you take it slow it's fine. EDIT - They are slowly filling in the holes in the road, so it is improving now.

The most wonderful place. Drop your doggies and know they will be loved and looked after. My dog adores coming here a few times a week to play with his friends. The staff are all lovely and very, very passionate about dogs. An added bonus is all the pics and videos that get posted!

Amazing match was found for my dog while we were away in Asia. And am now about to book another pet stay . Fantastic service. You can completely relax it is extremely well run.

Wasn't interested in looking after our dog, after we enquired about dates they were already busy on they said they were busy and couldn't help, when asked about other dates they didn't respond to messages.

When I met Jo I knew that my two house rabbits Anthea and Shady , my pet chickens Drumstick and Nugget were in safe hands for pet visits whilst we went on holidays for a few days. During that time I received a couple of pictures of happy bunnies and chickens which confirmed to us that they really liked their pet sitter and were relaxed. We got back home to find a very happy little gang and cared for+ daily notes resuming their day. We will a100% use your care pet services in the future! :)

Jo is absolutely amazing and fabulous with our 2 cats Ollie & Nori. When we’re away ‘Your Pet Care Services’ visits our house and feeds and spends some quality time with them, giving them much appreciated tlc. Jo has been visiting my cat on/off and over a longer holiday since we moved. She always makes the time to update me on the details of how my cat is doing during each visit, has taken the effort to befriend my cat during her visits whilst still respecting her space and has been very responsive in all our communication. I would highly recommend Jo as a catsitter. She is trustworthy and true to what she commits to do.

We can't praise Jay and his team enough. His calm and confident approach put us and our dog at ease right from his first house visit. He clearly knows his stuff and had our every confidence that he'd put our beloved dog first whilst ensuring she still respected boundaries and didn't undo all our hard work with training. Raven, our doberman stayed with Jay for a week in June and the regular updates and videos really put our mind at ease, she had as much fun on her holiday as we had on ours, we wouldn't send her any where else.

Jay and his team took excellent care of our two cats whilst we were away for 10 days. They got so much needed attention each day and we were kept updated with videos daily. Overall an excellent experience and we wouldn't hesitate to use them the next time we go away!

Being professional, organised, careful, caring and speedy at recognising our cat’s ways and needs, enabled her to be so settled. Home from Home is offered, and is exactly the experience my dog's enjoyed, I felt confident throughout my time away, and was impressed too by the visit to my home to see the dogs in their own environment first as well.
