My pup Remy had a fantastic stay with Suite Pups! I appreciate how detailed the intake process was. It's very clear how much care Vikki puts into finding the right person to watch your pet. I got regular photos and text updates about my dog which really helped me feel comfortable and confident about his stay. I'm a bit of an anxious dog mom so I really appreciated the updates. I also loved the little report card we got at the end of the week! Overall an excellent experience and we will certainly be using Suite Pups again!

Our puppy Molly had the best experience with her host family, thanks to the great pairing that Vikki handled for us. We received pictures, videos and updates about what Molly was up to. She was loved and well taken care of and had so much fun while we were away. I highly recommend using Suite Pups if you are in need of having your pup cared for while you are away. I will definitely use them again for our next vacation. It was great peace of mind knowing she was with a family and being loved on!

Vikki and Michael took care of our dog while we were away and we could not have been more pleased with the service! We received regular pictures and updates and loved how Vikki took our dog in like she was her own. Bella's stay with Suite Pups was her first! Vikki exceeded my expectations caring for Bella . Unfortunately, Bella is anxious and afraid during storms and there were storms each day of her stay. But Vikki and her family were understanding of her needs -- including Bella hiding in the laundry room or even a clothes closet. Notable is the fact that Bella was experiencing feeding issues at home prior to her stay. Vikki prepared beef, rice, and pumpkin to soothe her upset stomach! I appreciated daily pictures and final report /assessment and recommendations . Vikki is knowledgeable and experienced! She is willing to work with pet parents to provide the best care for their furry companions! I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that our girl was with a loving family and engaged in her usual activities. I wish I had known about this service sooner! I highly recommend Suite Pups to all pet parents!

Such a great experience. This was our first trip since getting a dog and it was so comforting to know our puppy was being cared for by a loving family rather than caged in a kennel for large parts of the day/night during our vacation. Vikki provided daily updates and pictures to show how much of a good time Chloe was having. We absolutely look forward to using Suire Pups again!

Suite pups is our Ruby’s home away from home. They treat your dog as one of their own. Ruby actually got to sleep in her hosts’ bed just like she does with us at home. They keep you updated with photo’s with how much fun your dog is having. I think once she returns to home, she actually misses her host family for a few days. It’s a great feeling to leave on vacation and know your dog is being cared for by a loving family, someone who loves her as much as you do. She smelled so good on her return , they actually gave her a bath and brushed her teeth. We feel so lucky to have found Vikki and Suite Pups. Pick up and home delivery is so convenient. Don’t go anywhere else.

Vikki and her team were excellent to work with. They provided consistent communication about Ms. Coco and relieved any type of worry or concern I had with her being in a new home. I have already referred some of my friends to work with Suite Pups and look forward to working with them again on my next trip. Thank you guys for everything including the detailed report card :).

To say Theo loves camp bow wow is an understatement! The excitement he gets when we even go near that area makes us laugh, but also really happy. Knowing that he likes going there makes it easier to do him off. But as much as he loves it so do we!! Heidi and her staff go above and beyond and treat each dog like they’re their own. I will never take my dog anywhere else and I tell anyone who ask that this is the place to go! Take your dog here and trust me they’ll love you forever!

Our dog Ace loves coming to Camp Bow Wow. Whether it’s for day camp or overnight boarding I know he is in good hands. The camp counselors are the nicest and most kind people, they make drop off and pick ups as smooth as possible. They go above and beyond when it comes to 1on1 time, holiday treats, etc and I would recommend them to anyone looking for top notch dog care.

Abby and I love Camp Bow Wow…. For the last 9 years, Abby has enjoyed her weekly fun session with her friends-both furry and human. And I have the assurance that she is well-cared for.

We dropped off our boy Ace for his interview and we were blow away by camp bow wow! The consulars are so nice and educated and the facility is great. After our pup passed his interview we immediately signed him up for a week of boarding and purchased 3 days passes and a grooming session as well. I know Ace can’t wait to get back there and play.

Our dog Oliver loves Camp Bow Wow! The staff is wonderful and welcoming, always greets our pup by name. He’s always so excited when we pull into the parking lot, and immediately falls asleep when he gets home! Highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming and I feel comfortable leaving my dogs with them. The boys are always excited to go and tuckered out when they come home which means they had fun playing and running around. The staff is also very responsive and easy to reach for any reason. I love being able to check in on the dogs whenever I want as well.

Went in for a tour with our new 5 month old puppy. Never got a tour. Receptionist told us we had to have our dog for 2 months before they were able to house him. Wh couldn't she tell us that over phone.🙄🙄 …

Our dog (Teddy) is always thrilled to come to camp bow wow. The woman at the front desk is always wonderful and greets our pup by name as he walks in (wish I remembered her name but she is awesome). Teddy is always worn out by the end of his stay from playing but sad to leave. Love the cameras as well.

Great option for dog boarding. Staff evaluates each dog to understand their individual needs before introducing them to the rest of the population, and everyone who works there seems to genuinely love dogs. They also do a nice job of giving updates if you call while your dogs are boarding there – instead of just a generic “they’re doing great,” the staff was able to tell me specific things about each of my two dogs whenever I called to check on them. If it’s true that a tired dog is a happy dog, I have two very happy dogs today after picking them up!

I recently moved but was in town for the holidays. My poor dog had been on the road with me for days and I figured a trip to daycare would be just the reward he needed. The staff was able to get him scheduled and update his records quickly. After a full day of play I watched him nod off minutes after we got home then sleep through the night. I feel very comfortable leaving him in their care.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Talk about a 5-star hotel for your beloved pets! Our family just adopted two lab puppies recently. We are going away for a long weekend in a couple of weeks and have no one to care for our dogs, especially when our one floor is being remodeled. This is the first time looking to board our dogs. Our previous dog was never boarded since he was the only furbaby we had, who had a bit of anxiety, and was familiar with my in-laws or brother coming in and out of the house to spend time with him every time we were away. It was a bit stressful looking for a place yesterday, especially since we learned that everyone is mostly booked during the busy months of summer. We were welcomed immediately entering this clean and gorgeous facility and they were able to give us a tour. All of our questions were answered, the staff seems friendly and caring, and the dogs in their care, of course, were all having fun. We will miss our pups while we are away, but the manager and staff made us feel comfortable choosing K9 Resorts to take care of them. Thanks for squeezing us first-timers in for the weekend we requested. I'm sure Rocky and Apollo will have fun there. 💙 💙

K9 resorts was highly recommended to us by a friend. The resort was clean, and the employees were extremely friendly. It was our first time dropping our puppy off! They made us feel he was in great hands and when we picked him up, they were sad to see him go, which made us feel good that they liked him… he is adorable but also a puppy which we know can be a handful! We are thankful to have found this place and already have our next stay booked!

Outstanding! K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel is a fantastic place for our Bentley! Cleanest doggie daycare and boarding facility in the Cherry Hill area! The staff that work there are friendly and caring. Bentley can be anxious and shy at times. My dog is new to daycare and boarding. After an evaluation, we had the option to board him with private play sessions for 15 days. When I dropped him off for the very first time, I felt so relieved because I knew he would have fun and be well cared for and safe during his stay there. Bentley came back to us, happy, smelling nice, and looking healthy. Once we got him home, we could tell he wanted us to take him back to the Ritz. Lol Overall, I would highly recommend K9 Resorts to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable boarding experience for their furry friend. The staff truly care about the well-being of the animals in their care, and it shows in the quality of their services. Thank you, K9 Resorts, for giving my dog such a great time! We will be back!

Cleanest doggie daycare and boarding facility in the area! The friendliest employees too! My dog loves coming here and comes home ready to sleep. They truly care about taking care and loving your dog for you while you leave them there to play. Creating your dog a birthday sign is always a bonus! Only thing I wish for was more photos and cameras we could watch our dogs on. But we cant have it all!

This place is great they do a really good job taking care of your pet. My dog is nervous around people, but loves dogs and they are very patient with him. Although there is a lot of dogs playing at one time which can be over stimulating they monitor all the dogs and will pull them out for individual play if they feel like they are to stimulated. The facilities are clean and I am happy to have a clean space where my dog can play and is understood because hes a little different

UPDATE: This is still the best place to bring your dog in Cherry Hill!!! This is Lenny’s corner, your dog can find him here or greeting other dogs that are going from the inside to outside. He loves it at K9. He runs to the door when we get out of the car. He then needs to say hi to all of the employees and give them hugs before going into daycare and when he leaves! When he boards for a weekend or long week, he makes sure the staff have daily hugs, and when he comes home he is tired of course but happy and wanting to go back! When we say do you want to go to K9 he perks up and is like, ok we go now!! What else can I say but our dog is happy and well taken care of when he is at K9. Original review If you are looking for the best place to board your dog or send to daycare then K9 is your place. The staff are attentive, know your pet by name, and offer the best amenities around. They really put your pet first and provide excellent service.

K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel is a fantastic place! My dog Bentley absolutely loves being there. He gets so excited when we drive up. I must be careful because he would jump out of the car to get inside😍 The staff is wonderful. Very loving and caring. It is extremely clean inside and very organized…the staff does a fabulous job. My friends call it the Ritz Carlton for dogs.

We loved this place for several years because I could board my dog and have him interact with others all day long. I never had to worry about Freddie. They were great with his dietary needs and we always had a positive experience. I spent $$$ there each month because I travel for my job. Until he got “too old.” Then they kicked him to the curb. Not cool. Told me they couldn’t accommodate him any more because the floor was “too slippery” for him. WTH? So great place, I suppose, if your dog is <9. Mine is now 13 & still going strong so we bring our money to some people who don’t discriminate against older dogs.

My partner and I are extremely thankful for Savannah and all the patient and caring staff at Dogtopia! We rescued our pup, Filbert, earlier this year and he was very shy and guarded. We signed him up for two days a week at Dogtopia and it's done wonders! He has learned to love other dogs, barking, and playing. He's a completely different dude! We feel safe and comfortable with the easy camera access from the App and also, that it really seems like the staff cares for our pup (and all the others) as their own. We would 10/10 recommend Dogtopia and I think Filbert would, too!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The people that work there are wonderful. Any time I go to check on my puppy on the live streams I am always amazed at how caring and attentive each member of the staff is with every dog there. I initially felt guilty about putting my pup in daycare, but now I would feel horrible if she didn't get to go because she loves it SO much. It makes me so happy to see how excited she gets when we pull up in the morning. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!!!!! :')

Me and my dog LOVE dogtopia. The employees are amazing and make sure your dog has an awesome day. They have special events like bacon days and thanksgiving feasts. They give the dogs nap time and ensure safe play all day. Even though play is indoors, my dog comes home tired and ready to sleep after his fun filled day. It's also great to know my dog has friends and social life.

This place is so fantastic! We have a high energy/needy doggo who demands to be the center of attention, at all times. Savannah and the ENTIRE team here are so accommodating and good with our pup. There is nothing like peace of mind that he is well-loved and cared for while he is there for daycare or boarding when we are out of town. Thank you Dogtopia team!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars honestly! I rescued my pup a little over a year ago and she is very apprehensive around new people... but she is obsessed with everyone at Dogtopia! They're all so sweet and loving to every dog there. Specifically Savannah... I honestly can't say enough about how incredible she is. She always gives so much love and special attention to my dog - which makes me feel more comfortable leaving my dog in her hands! Andrea and the other employees there are always so personable with an awesome family atmosphere - I feel like I'm dropping my dog off with our actual family! I love that I can watch my pup on the camera throughout the day as well! Everyone should send their dog here!!

I would like to thank the employees of dogtopia for being very caring to my pup. She loves other dogs, but can be shy and tends to follow humans instead of playing, lol. I would also like to thank them for extending my passes, as they do expire so just a heads up if you pay in advance. I work from home, and do not take her that often, but losing money would have lost my business so thank you for doing the right thing! Definitely would recommend, thank you so much!

Wonderful space and fabulous staff! I love that they have three different spaces for the dogs based on size and temperament. Day care can make dogs so overstimulated, but this is one of the few places I've used that make sure the dogs have structured downtime during the day to counteract that. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Most importantly, my shy anxious dog loves it there!

The management at this facility is extremely unprofessional. I had decided back in June to start bringing my dog every day using their Top Dog package. My dog, who is still a puppy at 1.5 years old, is very high energy and loves to play. I would ask every day at pick up how she was doing and they told me she was doing much better now that she was coming everyday as she was was very tired. She played hard but they NEVER made any indication that it was an issue. I went in vacation for a week and used them for boarding and it didn’t go well. They called me a day AFTER there was an incident but brushed it off as minor and told me we could talk about it more the next week. I didn’t bring her in the next week as I was sick so I waited a week. The following Monday I bring her in and drop her off only to be called in the middle of the work day and told my dog is on rotation with too many other dogs and she can’t come to the facility anymore. I hadn’t been told for the last three months that she was on rotation with ANY dogs, let alone 8. I was told say after day she was doing great. They left me with no day care for my dog in the middle of the day and no options for the rest of the week which is jeopardizing my employment. I went to pick her up and they were missing the lid from her food container which means her food was sitting there going stale for a week+ and they had no way to measure it as that lid was the measuring scoop. The owner was supposed to call me at the end of the day and never did.

I just left a meet and greet with my Frenchy! I was impressed by the professionalism and friendly nature of the staff. They were patient, cooperative, caring and go above and beyond to make dog parents feel comfortable. I used to use Petsmart for my doggies daycare and boarding. All I can say is… complete night and day! This place is the Beverly Hills for dogs!!!!

Absolutely love it here. My dog can be a little skittish and the way they introduced her to both people and other dogs was amazing. They really care about every dog and thats clear. they are reasonably prices especially with their packages. They also do events with the dogs and send home photos, have webcams for nervous dog parents who like to check in throughout the day. They even sent home a card and treat on her birthday! HIGHLY recommend.

I can’t even begin to express how happy we are with Pampered Pet Sitting Service. From when we first spoke with Mary, the owner, to Sarah, her assistant, I thought this felt right. However, when we met Suzanne, who would be providing the care for our cats, we knew we made the right decision. Suzanne is amazing and treated our four cats like her own. You see, our cats require medication and special diets. It’s hard to find someone who can measure up with the amount of love we show our cats, but Suzanne was up to the task. She had our cats awaiting her arrival in the morning and they clearly loved spending time with her. Daily updates, pictures and even showing care and concern for our home. What an amazing experience. It just feels like 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you Mary and a heartfelt thank you to Suzanne.

I have been using Pampered Pet Sitting for many years to watch our pups. We now have two bunnies and needed someone to watch them for our vacation. I was nervous to leave them because we have never had anyone watch them. I shouldn’t have been though because Daniella and Sarah did a wonderful job. Two cats. 5 days. It could have gone lots of ways. Never did we expect such amazing care and communication! Suzanne is not just the consummate professional, she clearly loves cats! And respects their owners. She fed and watered them daily. Cleaned the litter box and swept the surrounding floor. Played with them. Sent lots of photos everyday. I found Pampered Pets of Cherry Hill randomly in a Google search. But we are customers for life now!

I cannot say enough good things about Mary and her team. When I first reached out, Mary called me and talked to me on the phone for over an hour. She was so kind and took the time to give me advice and tips on getting a new puppy. I could tell right away how genuine she is. Her staff came over for a meet and greet and they were just as wonderful. I immediately felt comfortable with all of them. They explained in detail what would happen with each visit and that I would receive a full report about how the visit went. I didn’t think twice about moving forward with Pampered Pet Sitting. Today was my first day back at work since I got my puppy. I am a very nervous person and I was so sad and anxious to leave him. Getting the updates/reports from Sarah, Judi and Julie immediately put me at ease. I feel so much better knowing I have such kind people taking care of my pup. I feel totally comfortable leaving for work knowing he’s in good hands. I definitely made the right decision. I can’t thank Mary and her staff enough!

Pampered Pet Sitting was there for us, going above and beyond with pet care and compassion. We would not trust any other pet sitter with our dogs. The staff is kind and trustworthy, giving us peace of mind that our dogs are in the best of hands. Each staff member was full of love for our fur-babies. The daily messages about the pet visit with pictures helps alleviate the separation and confirms that your pet is being taken great care of. It’s tough to leave your furry loved one but Pampered Pet makes that separation easier.

I can’t recommend Villa La PAWS enough! From the moment our puppy arrived for his first evaluation, I felt reassured by their caring staff. They took the time to learn about my dog’s needs and routines, which made all the difference. We really love logging into the webcams while we are away—it really puts our mind at ease knowing our boy was safe and happy. The staff at Villa La PAWS treats my dog like one of their own, which I greatly appreciate. They truly put my mind at ease and I have no doubts that our pup will spend many years growing up with his Villa La PAWS family!

Best Place for my Two Beagles-Benny and Jet! Going on three years- three days a week daycare and boarding for two weeks twice!!! Every one loves the pups and cats! They know their names and their likes and dislikes. They are the best!

I’m always hesitant to leave my Husky with anyone that I don’t know well, but there are times that it’s impossible to avoid. I’ve left her at one or two other kennels and she was confined to an area similar to what you may find in a rescue shelter. Alone and isolated from other dogs. Villa La Paws is an amazing facility. Not only do they allow the dogs to interact all day, they also followed my instructions to give her a puzzle, that I provided, each night, to keep her mentally stimulated. If she doesn’t get her puzzle she will demand in no uncertain terms, that you’ve not fulfilled your responsibility to keep her happy. 😃 They also have a fairly well developed and strict vetting policy. Must have all shots current and spend at least two sessions in daycare. All this to keep the animals safe and fully protected. Once you’ve tried the best, forget the rest. I won’t take my Husky anywhere else.

I want to thank all the staff at VLP for providing excellent care to my dog,Isley! Isley has been attending daycare for 1 year and he loves it! Daycare was recommended because Isley is timid around other dogs and people. He needs the socialization so he can learn how to be a dog. We affectionately refer to VLP as school and we refer to the staff as "teachers". As soon as I ask Isley if he's ready to go to school, he starts jumping and barking with excitement. Yesterday, I checked the camera and noticed that he was sleeping on a blanket. I was happy that he felt comfortable and relaxed enough to take a nap. He usually walks and jumps all day when I see him. I don't know what was happening but Isley backed up and hunched his back in fear when other dogs came to him. Maybe the other dogs wanted the blanket? I could clearly see that Isley was frightened. The teacher, Nicole ,came over immediately to make sure everything was ok and Isley was not being bullied. I was impressed by how attentive she was! Nicole and the entire staff pay close attention to what's going on in the room and I love that! I very much appreciate the love and caring that the staff shows Isley and all the other dogs! I've seen how gentle and patient the staff is with older sicker dogs and it absolutely warms my heart! Thank you for training your staff to be the very best! It definitely shows and we truly appreciate you! If you have to get on a waiting list,VLP is worth the wait! Isley attended 2 other daycares before VLP and neither experience was positive. One daycare had a horrible stench and was dirty. There was no limit on the dogs and it was like a huge dog warehouse-horrible! The other daycare was pretty and fancy but the staff was cold to my dog and they never tried to show him any attention / love. One day I came to pick him up and the staff told me that I was wasting my money because Isley doesn't socialize with other dogs. What?? All dogs don't play together if he's not used to other dogs. Isley is friendly and loving but he just stays to himselfand that's fine. That was his last day there! I called VLP and got him on the waiting list and the rest is history!

We have been going to Villa La Paws for 4 years now. I can’t say enough good things about Mike And his staff. They treat your pup with respect and always make sure they are safe when playing. They have boarding and grooming available. We have used all the facilities. They also don’t crate the dogs when they board they stay in rooms with other pups they get along with. I am sure you will love this place

Great place. I took my pug❤️ for grooming. The service was great. Mary as our groomer, she was kind and took good care of our baby. The price was reasonable, cheaper than the chain store groomers. The waiting list for day care and boarding is very long we are number 260 and something....

This is the best doggy daycare/boarding around. Careful attention to detail and consideration of the temperament of dogs and I just love the vibes! Feels like family and my dog LOVESSSS to go.

This facility has been a godsend for my family when we are in need of daycare or boarding. Our dog is afraid of crates, so this crate free facility has been such a gentle, comfortable way for us to board our dog! Wonderful employees who really care about the animals and plenty of playtime and socialization for the pups.

Absolutely great place to keep your pup when away. The staff truly are dog lovers and always one “human” in each room the dogs are in. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor space to play and sleep time in open rooms with couches. And best part is live camera feeds in each room so you can see your pup anytime from wherever in the world you are.

Our Home Dog Boarding is the best "cage-less" kennel care your pet will receive. I boarded my dog with one of the sponsor families and she was absolutely wonderful. The process is easy. Steve will set you up with a meet and greet with the family who is approved by Steven himself, if all goes well you set the date and drop off your dog and his/her things to the host. I've boarded my dog several times and have never had an issues at all. Such a great concept and very affordable.

So very highly recommended. The personal attention and care Stephen and his team of people (especially Diane) that open their homes to my dog is above and beyond expectations. My dog has fairly severe separation anxiety and Stephen has the patience to understand him and our situation and accommodate and care for him in so many ways that make him comfortable. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my child is with people that understand, appreciate him and work hard to make him as comfortable as possible. I met Steve Linn when I had a rather old, very sick Brittany. I had previously used Lakeside Kennels for years, but I did not want to leave him there to go on a long vacation when he became ill. I saw a business card that Steve had posted on a message board at my gym. I called him and started interviewing some of Steve's dog hosts. We found a perfect place with a host who did older dogs and took them on many short walks a day and spent the rest of his time at home with all the dog beds lying in front of him. It was the perfect place for my dog. Unfortunately Zeke has gone to the rainbow bridge. Now I have Elvis a 2 1/2 year old Brittany. I have left him with two different hosts at Christmas and have been very happy with both experiences. I wouldn't consider leaving him anywhere else. Now Steve is making mailboxes with your dog's face and body surrounding it. This mailbox is a big hit with my family and all my family and neighbors who have seen it. I am sure you will find a picture of it on Steve website. It is the one with the gorgeous orange brittany on it.

I cannot say enough great things about this service. Dianne (Grandma) was fantastic. The fact that a meet and greet with your dog before you leave them is very comforting as it gave me peace of mind knowing ahead of time that our Maggie would be happy there. The process from start to finish was easy and efficient. Did not have to wait for responses to inquiries. Just wished Grandma lived next door, such a lovely person.

Both Rhett Butler and I are thoroughly enjoying your service! I can see the difference in him when I pick him up from the boarders (Kim and Diane). He is carefree. In the past as much as I liked the service I used; when I picked him up he was anxious and it was apparent that he'd been over licking his forearms. When I travel I don't even worry about him now. I’ve been using Michele for almost 10 years now. 6 years with my first dog, and now with my 2 new dogs. She’s reliable, totally trustworthy, and my dogs love her! This was my first time using Michele for my cat, Flynn. She was good with him during my vacation. I appreciated that she sent me pictures of Flynn each day she was with him. She followed my Instructions and left my home in good shape. I'll use Michele again for future trips.

Michele was great! We needed a pet-sitter for about 5 days to take care of our troubled child-a black, feral cat with anger issues. She braved morning and evening rush hour traffic in order to give him 1/2 hour feedings twice a day, change his litter, and attempt to play with him. Unfortunately, he was often hiding when she'd come. He, also, attempted to bite her a couple of times, and growled quite a bit, but by the third day, her warm ways began to coax him out into the light. She sent us photos, so that we could see his progress. When we arrived back home, the house was in great shape with no destruction, and Batman was just as we left him, and maybe, a little less troubled. If you're looking for an exemplary pet-sitter, Michele at Tailwagger's Pet Sitting Services is the best, and she's beyond trustworthy. We'll definitely be using her again,, if she'll have us. P.S. Michele is an Angel!! We were so nervous to leave our 3 Pomeranian for two weeks but Michele took such great care of them. She notified us every time she went to visit them and when we got home they were clean, healthy and happy! Usually my Lacie (the smallest white Pom) has a rough time when we’re away and doesn’t eat but Michele worked her magic and Lacie had no problem. The worst. Used to take my mini poodle there. Never again. I never received a confirmation about an appointment and they charged me $53.00 cancellation fee. Their prices are outrageous and they don’t provide the benefit of the doubt to responsible customers. I am a reliable client. If I had received confirmation I would have followed up immediately with cancellation in time. Found a MUCH BETTER place called Tranquilty Pet Salon for LESS THAN HALF PRICE of what Posh Pooch charges. I paid $60 there for a full groom bath and cut which turned out awesome for my anxious pup. And Tranquilty does a better job overall in my opinion. Posh Pooch really left a bad taste in my mouth. Overcharging and terrible customer service.

HANDS DOWN the best grooming experience in the South Jersey area! I searched far and wide and was looking for a more upscale spa like atmosphere for my baby where I could find a variety of services and I was fortunate enough to find The Posh Pooch. I’ve been taking my girl Bailee here since she was 8 weeks old. She’s now a year and the ladies at Posh Pooch have become like family. Both Erin and Stephanie are masters at their craft and love the way they groom my bichpoo. They are patient with me even though I ask for multiple services each time I go. I love the mud mask treatment, the cologne they use, the high quality of their products, as well as their technique in coloring. Erin has amazing customer service skills and always meets mine and Bailee’s needs. Oh and I also LOVE that you can watch your pup on the live webcams when they are getting groomed and think that shoes a true level of transparency by the owner! I always say quality over quantity so if you are looking for quality services and want to treat your fur baby like royalty than The Posh Pooch is the place for you!!

I take my 3 dogs and I always have a great experience. Stephanie has been grooming my dogs since they are puppies and she's absolutely awesome! The entire staff is friendly and the place is quite which is great since my dogs get a little nervous going out. Highly recommend!

I actually brought my dog here because a girl I went to elementary school with, who also happened to leave a review on here 5m ago, brings her dog here. So I brought my dog here for the first time after terrible pet store salon experiences. I just wanted to find a reliable groomer to take my pup to! A few things really impressed me. First, when I walked in, I could see a bunch of happy dogs through the glass doors. They all looked happy! That shocked me because when you’re in pet stores and look at the dogs through the glass that are getting services, they usually don’t look thrilled and are barking nonstop. At posh pooch it was the calmest, happiest environment I’ve walked into! All of the employees were nice and welcoming. I told the girl who cut my dog’s hair a general description of what kind of cut we wanted for our pup & left the rest up to her to make judgement calls on (for example: around the ears) and she nailed it. She absolutely nailed it. She rounded my dogs paws and I didn’t realize how much of a difference little things like that make. He looks adorable, his round paws make him look like a little teddy bear! I will definitely be taking my dog here again, and I may look into what other services they offer! My husband wanted to get my dog a mullet so in the pic that I’m attaching his hair is a bit poofy on top but that is on purpose lol

Stevie has received her second cut from The Posh Pooch and I wanted to update again! I took her in this week for her summer shave and while it's been a few days, I still grab her head in my hands and stare her directly in the eye and say, "You are such a tiny cute baby!" over and over and over again. I was nervous to get Stevie shaved because I love her long, thick fur, but I knew she was really hot in the warm weather. I brought her in and explained a bit of vague direction to the stylist, mostly that I wanted her "shaved but not like, THAT shaved, you know?" and wanted to keep her tail fluffy. The result is exactly what I imagined and I have no idea how the stylist got into my brain and absolutely crushed the haircut! The staff at The Posh Pooch are masters of their craft, and I'm so grateful that they make Stevie look so beautiful! Original review: I was so excited to take my dog to The Posh Pooch for her first haircut since we adopted her 4 months ago. She had been found as a stray and got a necessary complete shave from animal control, so this was her first real pampering in her new life after we let her fur (and mostly her bangs) grow in since October. Erin did an incredible job and gave Stevie the exact haircut I was imagining in my mind, but having a hard time describing. She totally heard my vision and gave Stevie exactly that! She kept her beautiful, fluffy fur on the longer side, but gave her a transformative trim and clean-up, especially around her face and her feet! Her feet are absolutely killing me. They're the cutest feet I've ever seen. She also smells better than any dog I've ever met in my life. Stevie KNOWS she looks good. I couldn't be happier with Erin's service from the making the appointment, to the friendliness at the front desk, to the final result. I didn't know I could possibly love my dog any more, but this hair cut did it!

So I’ll start with the positive things about posh pooch which is my pup smells good and the hair cut looks great. But I’m still not understanding or happy with how they clipped his side with the clippers and now he has a white patch. They said when they were doing his paws he was moving a lot because he didn’t like it… but if he was uncomfortable why wouldn’t you pause for a second to let him settled or move the clippers away if the dog was moving around.

My bichon frise came back with a small skerf that we thought it was cute, however, the dog has been depressed for the past two days, refuse to eat, hiding himself all the time, today, we found the area under neck an evidence of bleeding. And shaking hands hair cut on the right side neck, and bud area. Awful. What shall we do about it ? Vet identified this is 100% caused by the groomer. We have been awaiting the said shop civilian video for the past 7 days, still being ignored.

Today was the first time my father and I took our Golden Retriever Sage here. We decided to take her here since it was close to our house and we were trying to find a place that would groom her in a timely fashion. When we brought Sage here the two ladies who worked here couldn’t have been nicer to her and it made her feel at home immediately, which is not an easy task as it takes her time to get acclimated to new places. She went in the back with the two women and two hours later we got a call. When we came back to get her we were very impressed with how she looked and we will definitely be being Sage back here. If you want a groomer that gets your dog in and out in a timely fashion without compromising quality this is the place to go!

I used to board my dog here but I stopped because the office staff was so rude. I was recently in a pinch and decided to try again. I was reminded of why I left. The office staff is still incredibly unfriendly. The amount of paperwork to be filled out to board my dog there, even though he has been there previously, was absurd. It's like the don't want my business. Well that's fine, no problem. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else. There are lots of kennels with friendly, kind people.

Former employee, Lisa and her staff are very committed to the dogs that they care for. Always keeping track in extreme detail about every pup's stay even poop/pee, Keeping everything clean and sanitize. They always go above and beyond for each dog in their care. The daycare is ran beautifully and the pack is well balanced. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for boarding or daycare.

We took our dog Ghost here today for daycare. It was his fourth time. We also did an evaluation for dog training. Miscommunication happened and we decided to train elsewhere but use the doggy daycare as the miscommunication wasn’t with them directly, but with the owners. We were called at roughly 10:30 am and told ‘your dog wanted out of his crate and scratched himself on the crate and has some scratches on muzzle. Nothing major and no concern, but to be aware. They stated this was NOT another dog, that he wasn’t even around any dogs when it happened, and he’s totally fine. We were then called a few hours later by the owner, and told it was another dog, and that ghost was too rough, ganging up on other dogs, untrained and unresponsive to his corrective collar (he’s e collar trained with the K9 director for the NJSP). We were also told his e collar was incorrect for his size (incorrect) and told us we were doing a bad job training him. She said he was so rough that another dog bit him to ‘warn him’ about being too rough. She also stated he couldn’t be back until he completed a few socialization classes, and that he “cornered and took down a staff member”. I know everyone thinks their dog is the best, but this dog has trained weeks in high caliber situations with bomb dogs, with working k9’s, is in a house with training daily and around people and children daily. We’ve never had an issue with our dog in the slightest. He is WELL socialized. The way she spoke about our dog trainer, a fellow officer, and our dog was shocking to say the least and SO disrespectful. When we went to pick him up, the staff told us she (the owner) wasn’t even around, it WAS in fact the crate (as we could easily see) and that he was a perfect angel and a joy all day, as always. They said ALL positive things and when we asked about the call from the owner, they said that absolutely was falsified. They 100% said the incident with the trainers did not happen AT ALL. She also was close by but hiding watching over her staff say this, and was being so shady. The second we walked up she was hiding behind a car to watch. This is now the second time the owners communicated something 100% different than the staff. I believe they’re biased against large breeds and have no idea what actually goes on in their business. The woman who is the owners wife seems incredibly insecure and unsure how to interact with customers. Avoid at all costs if you enjoy clear communication and a staff that’s not thrown under the bus and lied about.

My southern gentleman Jackson has been attending Clif Wyck Kennels Doggy Day Care program for the past 7+ years. I thoroughly believe he knows what day of the week it is based on his excitement every Tues and Thurs morning because he knows he will be headed there for the day❣️ The Day Care staff is always attentive with him. While Jackson doesn’t know how to play with other dogs (he is a rescue and someone ruined his puppy years before I saved him), he loves to sunbathe in the beautiful yard and watch the others play. Being in tune with my pet, I can assure you that I can tell how much he loves going there. He runs in to their yard early each morning and knows exactly which crate is his. It’s like a second home for him. It is his routine and he loves routines. The owner has been great to work with even during times when I have a hiccup and screw up the schedule, oops. Usually it’s my own fault. Just yesterday, the staff showed concern for me personally. I was late arriving for pick up because of an accident and detour in Marlton; they called to check on me out of concern for me, not because I was a few minutes late picking Jackson up, but because they were truly concerned. Trust me when I say, there is no better place locally! I assure you if this place was just mediocre, I would not be spending my hard earned dollars with them but they aren’t mediocre, they excel at what they do - take good care of our loving furchildren. They treat Jackson like their own and to me, THAT IS PRICELESS. 🐾🐾

I just boarded my three-year-old dog for the weekend and we picked her up this morning. I originally booked both my dogs to stay, but two months ago emailed that I would only need boarding for one. I was asked, with attitude, to send the email chain providing proof that I did so. They “could not find” the multiple emails of me communicating back and forth with an admin. A few hours later, someone called me to confirm the package I selected at pick-up. The package I bought which was $96/day, includes attending the doggy daycare, which is apparently closed on Saturday and Sunday, 2/3 days my dog stayed. When she was picked up this morning, I paid an additional $30 charge for a bath due to my dog having diarrhea on herself overnight. Again, this was explained rudely. Now that she’s home, she’s continuing to have diarrhea and throwing up. I never post a negative review, I loved this place, she’s boarded multiple times and never had a problem, and trained at K9 Basics as well. I don’t appreciate the disrespect by multiple employees here and the state which my dog returned home in is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will be finding somewhere else for my dog to board when needed. -Sabrina Crane

I have had an excellent experience at Cliff Wyck farms. My Great Dane, Kane has utilized many of their services- from swimming lessons, to a home away from home while we are on vacation. He also attends day care there twice a week. It is truly an amazing place. They deeply care for the animals and it shows. Kane can’t wait to go to Clif Wyck farms. This is a great kennel! I have boarded my 9 month old Labrador puppy, Mack, here several times. It has been a very positive experience! He loves this place, and I feel confident with the staff and the facility. All the staff, and management are very nice, and professional. It's obvious they care about your pet. When I board him, he does an all day stay and play. It's been a great way to socialize him with other dogs, and new people. This is my first experience with a kennel, and I take it very seriously where I leave my boy. I live about 15 from the farm/kennel, but I'll be moving about an hour away soon. I will still drive the extra way to bring him here when I need to board him. I highly recommend this place!

Clif wyck is the only place I feel confident that my 2 dogs are well taken care of. One week vacation was peaceful and relaxing knowing that Lisa and staff has my dogs best interest at heart. We received a call about a minor concern and video of them playing. The care and love they show for my fur babies is amazing! Thank you Clif Wyck and see you soon on the next vacation!

We boarded our dogs here over the Christmas holiday (7 days). We went with their facilities because of the prior good reviews and the cleanliness of the facilities. Overall our dogs had a good and safe stay. The only negative comment I have with this kennel is ALL the extra fees. Now we understand walks are usually an extra fee so that didn't come as a surprise. HOWEVER--- If your dog needs medication, it's an extra $6.75 per application. One of our dogs required eye drops daily so that was an additional $47.50 They also require you to purchase a bath if your dog stays longer than 4 nights- so another $36.50 per dog. But they decided to charge us an additional $36.50 to bath my German shepherd because she "required two handlers" for the bath. So in summary, it was and additional $159 for the required baths and medication. And then if you want your dog to see the light of day outside their kennel expect to pay $10 per 10 minute walk. Just blown away as in the past (North Carolina) we have boarded our dogs for $35 a night- and they didn't charge extra if your dog needed medication or wanted to play with other dogs in daycare. Just be aware while they will be taken care of, this place WILL nickel and dime you.

I have used them in the past with no issues, but this latest visit was a disaster and their staff’s handling of my circumstance was a disgrace. Without going into all of the drama, they changed the rules on me after my dog had already been there for one night and forced me to pick her up the next day and ruined my long weekend vacation - completely unreasonable. I will never use them again and telling all of my contacts to do the same. I wasn’t going to write this review, but the owner was not even professional enough to return my call. Never again.
