I love this place. My favorite part is that they divide the dogs by temperment for play time. I can't stress how important this is. When theres 50 dogs in a room, my dog gets nuts. This place is so much better. I used them for boarding, too. She came home stinky, i shouldve gotten the groom. However, the groomer was able to trim her nails, which no one has been able to do. I was recoended this place by someone in the pet sitting industry. Its the only place she would board her pets!

Great for playtime but if your dog suffers from anxiety and has issues being in small enclosures this may not suit them. I had boarded two huskies one age 4 who did great and the other one is 17 Who did not do well in the size of the kennel. They really are to small for bigger breeds. She Did great in group play though. The workers did what they could and listened to my concerns after calling to check in on her. I love the report cards and the groomer did a fantastic job with my girls. One who was blowing her coat so bad, it was coming out in chunks! Needless to say she looked and smelled like a brand new girl and they gave them bandanas as well. The only reason they did not get 5 stars, is because of the size of kennel, and all the extra charges for medications and group play in which are NOT included in the boarding price. Just an FYI They also want to charge you if you bring your own food. Which to me does not seem fair as I’ve used other boarding facilities and have never been charged for that. Not a bad place to board just not the greatest experience for one of mine. Which is no fault of the facility. I absolutely Loved being able to check in on my girls with the cameras.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Zero (our 9 month old American Bully) absolutely loves going to daycare & boarding. He has been very well taken care of when we’ve boarded him. The establishment is always very well kept up, clean, attention to detail has been great, and if there’s ever been any kind of issue or question we’ve been immediately called!! The staff is extremely kind, loving, & friendly to him and us! it’s such a comfort to be able to check on our boy throughout the day when he’s at daycare or boarding and also to make sure he’s getting his exercise and staying out of trouble. If you have any reservations about not coming to have them look after your pup, DON’T because we’ve had nothing but great experiences since we started attending 6 months ago.

In a sea of endless pet boarding locations AAPR is my absolute favorite. Great staff, clean location, fair prices, and fantastic experience for pet parents with extended drop off and pick up times. The pre boarding meet and greet/trial was by far the easiest here. The last place we used required us to board our dog at cost for a day as the trial.

My big boy Dexter loves coming here. The entire staff is so amazing. Jacqueline, Angelina and the rest of the staff are the best. They took the best pictures of Dexter and are so accommodating. We needed a place to board our dog while we travelled. Friendly, patience staff. I like the fact that you can watch your dog via camera (even though we didn't pick that option) We will definitely use this company in the future.

We needed to board our 16 yr. old Labradoodle for 7 days and were very concerned about how he would handle being away from us. We decided to keep him at All American because they have 24 hour staffing. The facility and staff are wonderful! We enjoyed our trip because we knew he was in great hands and we could check in on him anytime via the 24 hour cameras. They took care of his medication and they brought him to the lobby as the 'reception dog' during the day :) I recommend All American Pet Resorts Lakeshore for any age dog, but especially for our seniors who may require special TLC!

I have been taking my dogs to All American Pet Resorts Lakeshore for years 🐶 🐶 Their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and it’s clear they love our dogs! The resort itself is super clean and smells clean. It is also beautiful and well maintained. They have staff there 24 hours a day and their overnight people even walk all the dogs in the middle of the night! That gives me peace of mind I can’t find anywhere else 😍 Each dog gets its own spacious suite with comfy bedding options and lots of playtime. They have live streaming cameras so I can watch my dogs play and while they’re in their suite. None of the other places in the area come even close to the quality of care and value! We won’t take our dogs anywhere else!

I being my puppy here every day and the staff is always very friendly and the place is so clean. My puppy wakes up every morning anxious to come! Recommend it to anyone reading. They even take pictures of our dogs for us!

The best place to board your dog!! Our dog Charlie does not like a lot of people besides his Family but he seems to love everyone at Shores Kennel!! We can't thank you enough for taking such great care of him!! You guys are awesome!

100% Satisfied!!! For Starters, ANY RESERVATIONS YOU MAY HAVE, DON'T WORRY! We had never boarded our pups before, so the worrying was there. Meeting the owner Donna, it went right away! Her professionalism, caring, and compassionate manner towards animals provided comfort in our decision. Our Husky is Deaf, not able to go to just any boarding facility. Donna and her Crew were able to cater to not only his needs but our big goofy Dane, Odin as well! The process was easy during dropoff and pickup. We picked our fur babies up freshly bathed. They must've had an amazing time , because they slept the day away! Shores Kennel is now our GO-TO, as we will be using them for the future INDEFINITELY! We cannot thankyou enough for taking such good care of our Kiddos!

Went on a trip this week & we took our fur baby to Shores Kennels. He had such an amazing time, definitely will be back when we go on vacation again! Everyone that helped us & our dog was so sweet & caring!

We brought our boxer mix here. She loved it and we love the pictures of her that were taken and updates given. This was our first time boarding our dog because when we got her years ago she was abused by her former owners. She's over time had to learn to trust people. But I'm glad we found shores kennel.

Shores Kennels has been wonderful for our dog Chandler! Donna, Ben, and the rest of the staff are absolutely awesome and love your pet as much as you do. We board Chandler quite a few times per year and it’s a great experience every time.

Read a lot of reviews, called a lot of places before we landed at Shores Kennels for boarding. Our dog was a “special adoption” and we were looking for a place that understood and appreciated what we needed. Ben did a great job setting expectations around how they would manage diet and exercise putting me at ease. The staff took great care of our pup to the point he was almost hesitant to leave. Fantastic experience and will return. Really appreciate you guys.

I used Shores Kennels for my 11 month old golden retriever while I had surgery last week. I can’t say enough good things about them as a facility as well as great owners. They were more than accommodating and made sure to ease my mind about boarding my puppy. Even when I needed more time to recover than originally planned they were flexible with me on that as well. I sincerely appreciate Shores Kennels and will definitely be using them again for boarding as well as daycare in the near future.

Donna of Shores Kennels is an angel on Earth. In March 2017, she saved 3 lives when an EMT/former police officer was faced with the possibility of having to surrender his two best friends to the Humane Society. Tons of people shared the story in an attempt to save the dogs from a shelter. Donna stepped up and took the dogs in with no money up front. She's still boarding them & taking exceptionally good care of them. She posts lots of pics of the dogs on Facebook so that their human can see them and bridge this time apart. She has received very little money so far, from fundraising efforts. When Donna first contacted me, she said she was doing this because she would hope that someone would do the same for her if she were in that position. If it weren't for her, 3 lives would've been destroyed. Literally. God bless this woman & staff. ♥ Thank you!

This is an amazing kennel! Our dog is a lot to handle and doesn't always play well with other dogs. The did not hesitate to take us on as a client. They ensure the safety of our dog as well as all the other dogs. They individually know each dog/family. When you walk in with your dog you feel like family and have such a piece of mind leaving your dog there. There is no other kennel I would pick for my dog. The kennel is also very clean and well maintained.

I am the owner of two rescue Great Danes, one still being a puppy. Both of my dogs came from very sad abuse backgrounds, where they were hurt badly by people and forced to be surrendered. Because of this they suffered badly from separation anxiety and are skiddish around new people if I’m not there with them. I was absolutely amazed with how this kennel did with them, and how happy they were after their 2 day stay. I absolutely love the pictures they take and how kind the whole staff was to my doggies. I truly think this is a perfect place if you need to board your dogs. What an amazing job they did! All the appreciation in the world to these people. I can confidently say I’ll be boarding here again in the future. And they have such reasonable prices!
