Sue and Richard were greeted enthusiastically by the dogs ! They sent me pics of the dogs having a good time on the beach . Which is always reassuring. I can recommend them as dog sitters and they arrived on time and were packed up when I got back
This was our first house/pet sit with @zeewoi and we were extremely pleased! Robert showed up when he said he would, he accommodated our timelines and our dog's scheduled routine. He left our home in excellent shape and we had a very happy, relaxed pup to come home to. It was important to us that Robert meet us via video chat or in person before we left and he went above and beyond. He sent photos of our dog, Cooper, and him throughout the sit and we could tell that Cooper was very happy with Robert. He responded immediately to our texts, giving him updates about our return. Communication is so important for making sure both the sitter and the house owners are confident in one another. Robert is very outgoing and friendly and we have 100% confidence in him to look after our home and our dog when we are away. We look forward to Robert providing another future home sit.
Brian is absolutely amazing. This was his third time sitting for us and the dogs love him, he left the house immaculate, and is totally reliable and communicative. We can’t imagine a better sitter and hope he’ll come visit and stay in touch now that he has moved to the area.
Our dog loved Angela, as did we! She was friendly, efficient, handled our large, happy bernadoodle effectively and with love...we could not have asked for a better dog sitter and would be happy to have her back.
Ryan was one of our best sitters we’ve had! Ryan is so lovely to chat with and we looked forward to meeting him before our trip. He was organized and communicated his plans clearly with us and was easy to communicate with while we were away. Our dog took to him immediately and so we knew we could relax while away. Our home was in great shape when we returned and it was nice to get a debrief from him as well. We’d love to have Ryan back anytime, and so would Steve (our dog)!
If we could give 10 out of 5 stars for Candace, Brian, and Chris, we would! They were amazing house and dog sitters for Brown Dog and Scout. They were so accommodating with our timeline and had read our welcome guide to a tee! It was so reassuring being gone for 2 weeks and knowing our pups were in amazing hands. They sent us daily updates and pictures and it was clear the dogs were so well cared for! They left the house very clean and even had all of our bedding and towels washed for us when we arrived home. Would absolutely recommend them for a sit and would love to have them back again any time!
Stephanie was fantastic! Very organized and left our house sparkling clean. She also sent daily pictures/messages which we loved receiving. She took great care of our dog and our house. One of the best sitters we’ve had!
Cyndi was fabulous. I'd describe her as the no fuss no muss dog sitter. While some dog sitters need guidance on every little detail, Cyndi was completely self-sufficient. She left the home in perfect shape and totally adored my pup. I'd gladly welcome her back anytime!
Brian is awesome - he is simply the best pet sitter and house sitter that we have EVER had and we've had a bunch. He is experienced, thoughtful, respectful, loving, appreciative, helpful, enthusiastic...the list just goes on. Started with our initial call - it was our first sit with zeewoi and he immediately instilled confidence in us in how he talked about his experience and how he saw his role. In the pre-planning, he had great questions for us and helped us to get organized. He was thorough through the instructions, came in a day early to make sure he understood everything about our house and our dog and then followed through on everything. He even drove us to the airport and picked us up on the return. Along the way we were gone, he sent us pictures and kept us updated - always making us feel good about being away and knowing Jorge and the house were in great hands. We had workers coming to fix a fence while gone and some other activity at the house - he was helpful, available, and willing to do whatever was needed to be done. He was self-sufficient and when it came time to leave, he had everything organized and cleaned at the house - he left it in better condition than he received it. We would love to have Brian sit whenever we are away (and in fact will invite him and hope he says yes!) - any one would be lucky to have Brian as their house and pet sitter.
First things first, Linda is awesome! If she applies for one of your sits, you have to accept! This was our first time using zeewoi and is also the first time we have left our dog since we got him. Obviously, we were nervous at the beginning, but Linda removed all aspects of that. She is honestly one of the nicest, kindest, most polite people you will meet. From our first initial meeting, we knew that she was the sitter for us, and for Archie. The day that we left, Archie let out a little cry as we said goodbye. This was the first time he had done this (it broke our heart), but we knew he was in great hands! Throughout the week, Linda was extremely communicative. She would send us daily updates, share videos of their walks together, and send pictures of the two of them having fun. She spoiled Archie with love, attention, and a couple of new toys! When we returned, the house was in the exact same condition as we had left it, and was very clean and tidy. When Linda left, Archie ran to the door, started to cry, and sat/laid there for some time - And we think that this alone is a great reflection of the kind of person that Linda is. Linda – It was an absolute pleasure to host you in our home, thank you for everything that you did for us and Archie, and for making our first experience a positive and memorable one. Archie misses you! We hope you get the chance to do it again for us in the future.

I’ve taken my dog here several times for grooming and never had any issues but they definitely have some new really inexperienced people working. My dog was there for a grooming for * EIGHT HOURS * and 15 minutes!! (he has a thick coat, it normally takes 3.5ish hours for his usual “puppy cut” !!trim!! as discussed prior to the appt) I dropped him off at 9am-received a phone call around 2:30 apologizing for the wait, and she kept repeating that he was just ~taking forever~ to dry and that it would be 1 more hour 2 more hours passed, so I just drove there and went inside to ask where he was and they AGAIN told me that he was still being dried and that his fur was just taking forever and that it would be 15 more minutes. I FINALLY received a phone call that he was done at 5:15, when I walked in it was just the girl and not my dog. She charged me, and THEN they brought out what I can only describe as A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT dog out to me He was shaven completely bare, down to his skin other than his head. Not sure what you guys were claiming to be drying for 8 hours because he has truly no fur left???? Additionally—He is 10 years old and was so exhausted afterwards I had to pick him up to get him in my car, we got home and he drank 2 whole bowls of water-so he was definitely not given any during this stressful and long period of time either. He has little knicks on his body from the shears and is now just generally incredibly uncomfortable and won’t stop licking himself. His breed is Australian Shepherd and shouldn’t be/never has been cut so short, especially right before winter. I can’t believe I was charged (obviously intentionally before bringing him out) but mostly I’am just so disappointed and sad for my dog and all the discomfort he is now experiencing and will continue to all winter because of this ridiculousness!! I don’t even understand how this could have happened or how it could possibly take as long as it did. We will not be back :( FOR REFERENCE; there is one photo of him with his full coat included—this is how he **usually** is returned to me after a hair cut. Actually so so shocking!
Lots of parking on a nice side road. Walked in for our appointment and someone came out right away. He was very friendly. We explained how scared our dog is of his own shadow. He acknowledged, took him in back. Said he’d be right back. Our dog came back happy with perfectly cut nails. It cost $10 to get them cut. have them a twenty and we left. I would suggest giving them a try. It was our first time but so far pretty good experience all around.
Signed my 6 month lab/mali up 12/20/2022, will keep updating our experiences 12/11/2023... my dog Bear, has been going 1 year now. Daycare daily. Nails clipped, and grooming. I have never had a problem. Me and Bear are very happy with their services and very nice people to do business with.
This review is in regards to daycare—I have not had any experience with grooming or training. I brought my dog here for the first time this past week. Communication was really inconsistent (I spoke to someone over the phone who gave a very flexible answer on what a half day consists of, when I dropped him off at 9am I asked if 3:30pm was okay for pick-up, I was told yes without any additional info, and then at pick up I was told that a half day is only 4 hours and charged for the extra time…it was a reasonable fee but this should have been made clear prior to leaving). I had asked how many pups were going to be there that day and was told he’d have plenty to play with (I assured them he does go to the dog park regularly and does well with other dogs), and upon pick up I asked if he had fun and was told he was not introduced to any other dogs. The whole reason I brought him to daycare was for enrichment and social opportunities. Additionally—and this one I will take blame for not asking—but there is no tour of the facility offered upon drop off, which feels strange to me. I probably should’ve asked about this, so I can’t say whether or not it would’ve been given if I had asked, but just another thought. I was also reprimanded by the woman at pick up for not signing in at drop off however it was my first time there and I did not do so as I was not directed to do so. I understand the importance of documentation, but it absolutely could’ve been handled in a far kinder manner. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be bringing my dog back. The convenience and cost are great, hence the two stars, however I don’t feel confident enough in the communication of the staff or the quality of care (enrichment/social opportunities) to recommend…sad about this because it was something I was feeling really hopeful about!
First interaction with this place. Had to find a boarding place for my pup Libby last minute. Super nice on the phone, prices reasonable and the guy who checked us in went over everything. Picked her up today and she smells like a clean baby powdered puppy, she’s super calm and was sad to leave. She must’ve had fun with the other dogs, will definitely look into their training and doggy daycare next.
I have been bringing my dog Ellie to Northeast K-9 since she was 3 months old. She has always loved her time at the daycare. We stayed faithful in bringing her each week, having boarding services done, and even did dog training at this facility and received little to no difference in her being trained. We have spent an incredible amount of money at this business because our dog absolutely loved it! The last few months we have noticed changes. The business has a large turnover rate for employees. There were situations I questioned in my head but thought this is a tough time for all businesses. I didn’t pursue my gut feeling. I should have and that should’ve started the moment I heard a staff member aggressively yell at a dog. Should’ve been 3 weeks ago when our dog was bit in the ear by another dog. We had to go to the emergency vet to have stitches done at 10:30pm. And an almost $400 bill. I called the to figure out what happened the next morning and nobody knew. The owner never offered to cover the bill. I continued to bring my dog after that she seemed happy. Tuesday 6/8/2021 was the last straw I dropped off my happy energetic dog to this daycare and picked up a visibly terrified and in pain dog later that afternoon. She was yelping in pain as I put her in my vehicle. She didn’t want to leave my vehicle when we got home. She spent the evening laying in her crate with the door open and avoiding contact with us. She is never like that! Anyone that knows a beagle knows that they are full of energy and love especially this one. Wednesday morning she was the same way not herself and in discomfort. I brought her into the Vet on Wednesday. The staff at our veterinary office noticed a huge change in her. She wouldn’t leave the car as if she was in fear of going back to that place. We finally got her out and into the office. She was cleared of any medical issues such as Lyme, or evidence of a dog fight and broken bones. They noted her discomfort and prescribed her pain killers. They also noted that we have a very scared dog and something happened to her and if this was their dog they would not return them to this facility and to demand an explanation. That’s exactly what I am going to do. How can a happy dog turn into a scared and terrified dog with pain in a matter of hours? A dog that has been hurt and traumatized. Her back leg and underside is sore as if she had been kicked a couple times. I am sure I will hear from the owner there is nothing on the cameras as I did for her ear bite. I do know that something awful happened to my dog within those walls and I will do anything and everything in my power to make sure another dog does not have this happen to them. We are currently working with Ellie and gaining her confidence with us her favorite humans, we are showering her with the love of her family. She’s slowly starting to show signs of our Ellie girl but this will take time. She’s been hurt by someone, someway and somehow and I will be working very hard to make sure to this doesn’t happen again. I would like to add to this review. The owner didn’t reach out to me when the initial incident happened and after I reached out to him on 6/9/21. They responded over a week later. After this review was shared publicly via FB. That’s when I got a response. This is my response to his response. Since I cannot respond to his directly. Your attempt to make me look like a neglectful dog owner is pathetic and full inaccuracies. The most neglectful thing I did was not listen to my intuition. Your response to my review like many others on this page shows clear disregard for humans and I can’t imagine the disregard you have for animals. I am in no means a liar and would not put this out there if it didn’t happen.
If I could give them a negative star rating I would. I had my dog Spike boarded there last week from Tuesday-Friday. I warned them he has anxiety issues before hand and they seemed ok with being able to care for him. I drop him off Tuesday evening and headed to my vacation. Not one word from them Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. I show up Friday evening to pick Spike up, get him home and notice his nose is all bloody and scabbed over. His front paws were also swollen and sore. I called them ASAP and the lady working there informed me that he was trying to open the gate to his kennel with his nose. Then all she said was I’m sorry I forgot to mention it to you. One would think they would have called saying your dog is not doing well is there someone who could possibly watch him instead because he is causing harm to himself. Nope not one single word from them besides oh I’m sorry I forgot to mention it to you. DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE!!!!
Horrible, I have been going here for years. Last week brought my dog chico for a puppy cut. The Groomer/Owner cut my dog so bad that I needed to get emergency stitches that day. The vet even stated that he was cut by clippers. I called several times left ao many messages. Instead of the owner manning up to contact me he had a co-worker of his tell me he is not paying for the vet bill. This place has been horrible for the past few months, before they took pride in grooming, boarding, and training. Now they just suck do not take your pets there.
My boys have been coming here for years. They love it. Each morning when I ask "do you want to go see your friends?" -they lose it :) and practically drag me through the door when we get there. The staff is wonderful and always happy to see us. Very accommodating for short notice overnight stays too!
My biggest gripe- our dog’s paw was bit fairly severely. Apparently they missed another dog’s collar/leash and she ran up to our dog (in his crate) and got his paw through the wires... then no one called to let us know. We found out after we paid for the day and they brought him out crying and limping. We had to bring him to the vet that night. Full disclosure- They did cover the vet bill.
I have a rescue dog and was advised never to board him, so when my whole family had to travel for a family event, I was a bit panicked. Then I found Woof & Whiskers. Pamela and her team are skilled with animals, their accommodations are clean and comfortable for the pups (and they’re making additions too), the play area is spacious, and overall, it’s a great place with positive energy! We were able to visit before we booked, which was great, and pick up was smooth and easy. Their base boarding fee is reasonable and you can add on services like daycare, walks, grooming, etc…for an additional charge. Overall, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to bring my dog here again. Thanks Woof & Whiskers Team!
Absolutely amazing. We had taken our little Nino to Petco for grooming which was a disaster. He came back with his coat all uneven and smelling foul. We decided to try Woof and Whiskers and were so happy with the wonderful job they did! Jaqui is so professional and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier with how handsome our baby boy looks! Model material!
Excellent care of our pup Ruby. Great grooming and boarding services. Have used them 3 times now and never been disappointed and always come back to a happy pup! Will definitely use them again!
Took a friend to drop off her two pets(dog&cat)to be cared for while she was having surgery it turned out being longer than expected. She was pleased with the care and prices were bad compared to other local places.
We love woof and whiskers inn they are so accommodating!! The owner is so passionate about animals and I love that ! We boarded our dog ace here. It was the first time he’s ever been boarded . The owner took such good care of ace ace he has so issues and she was so accommodating to them. Ace came home a happy boy! She even sent him over to her grooming side for us for pick up and didn’t charge us for another day . I would absolutely recommend this place for your fur baby . :)
I am the founder of Big Hair Animal Rescue and I have been using Jacqui for years. She's an amazing groomer and great with our often challenging dogs. Highly recommend her!
We boarded our AmStaff Maverick at Woof and Whisker Inn for 6 nights. We couldn't have been happier, family owned/run. You can tell they genuinely care about and get to know your pet compared to the more commercial chains. Rates were very reasonable, highly recommended.
We boarded our cat Layla for a week. They took wonderful care of her. I was a little nervous but the sent me pictures of her and would text me with updates and answers to and questions.
My dogs are always happy to see me after work trips but they always have fun with the staff and other dogs during boarding. Decent price, nice, clean facility, great staff. They love animals. You can trust them to take good care of your fur baby.
We have used Wood and Whiskers for over 10 years for both boarding and grooming. They are a wonderful family owned business. We have always felt comfortable bringing our 2 Great Danes and Schnauzer here. Even though we could have brought our dogs to a closer facility, we thought the drive was worth it. We have always had great service.
I have an elderly dog and I bring her here to get groomed. She is treated so great AND the price is right! Plus they will call you if earlier appointments open up! I highly recommend.
Gives my dog a full shave for me. Look how handsome! Great groomers and they do boarding
My family loves it here . Justice, our yorkie, always gets treated with love & kindness and when our other dog Liberty passed away we received a sweet card with messages from all of the staff. Can't say enough good things about this place
Have been bringing my male & female Old English Sheepdogs here since they were pups! Awesome groomers! They do a great job! We had Erica for years who sadly moved on but the new groomer was just as amazing!
Great place! They were polite, clean place. They take care of your animals. Will be using this place again.
Alof of miscommunication. Overcharged me .glad I called it . I was late 23 minutes due to traffic and charged an additional half day . Another mistake was made charging me additional money . Watch your bills and money. Not efficient. My dog also got charged $12 for adding fish oil to her kibble .
I have been boarding my dog at Precious Furs for about 5 years. They are the best. I am very happy with the care Trapper receives. I would absolutely recommend Precious Furs.
We have 9-year old rescue dog who is high strong, anxious and doesn't like to be touched. He has stayed at Precious Fur a few times over the last year and he seems to be doing better each time he stays. We always utilize the grooming services and he always looked nice and fresh. The prices are fair and it's always very clean inside. We recommend them all the time.
Our first experience boarding our diabetic cat went so well! She even gained weight while we were gone! Staff was so professional in answering our questions and caring for our cat. We will definitely use their services again.
We have been taking our dog (Buster) to Lynn for about 10 years now. Buster is blind and this causes him to be very anxious. Lynn and all of the staff at the kennel know how to handle his behaviors and we never worry when we leave him there. We drive about 40 minutes just to bring him to Precious Furs because we trust they are able to manage him when we are away. Buster participates in 1:1 playtime with a staff member while he is boarded and we really appreciate this added service. They also administer his eyedrops and this is not always an easy task.
Fantastic place for overnight boarding! I just moved to the area and prefer a boarding/daycare location over burdening someone to take care of my high maintenance Frenchman. I love how I can completely customize his stay with playtime/snacks/webcam options etc. Being able to peek in on him in his suite while I’m away helps relieve my anxiety so much as well. Everyone on the team there is so kind during every interaction and on the phone. I’ve taken my little guy to large boarding locations like this where I used to live and this experience is much better in terms of not overcrowding and the ratio of team members to pets. You don’t need to worry about your pet being ignored or missing a meal, they are on top of it! My guy loves it here and we will for sure be returning in the future!
My boyfriend and I boarded our dogs here for five nights and it was not a good experience. Firstly, we boarded them around Labor Day Weekend. Which limited us on kennel selection (It happens). However, we wanted our dogs together for comfort purposes. While the sizes are listed, the rooms appear to be smaller than expected. They also removed one of the beds from the room. Luckily, my boyfriend thought to bring a pillow that one of our dogs sleeps on. Otherwise, this small room would have had two dogs and one bed. No one from the facility informed us of this until I called inquiring about the second bed (We paid for the webcam services). They remove the second bed to give the dogs more space. If you are having to remove a bed, you probably shouldn’t have two dogs sharing a room. Note* this space was for a Husky 53 pounds and an Australian Shepherd 42 pounds. One of our dogs does not always play well with others. So, we selected family play time in their al a carte services. I called and stated our other dog can do regular play time along with family play time. They didn’t listen to instructions and just applied one piece of information to both dogs. There was diarrhea in our dogs room on two separate occasions. I had to call the facility both times to bring this to their attention. Took about a half hour for them to clean the room. Also, because they didn’t know which dog it came from, it limited their overall play time. Our dogs are very active and I don't think they took them out consistently for family or group play time. One of our dogs had diarrhea for four days after coming home. Likely due to stress. They never called to let us know about any medical issues. Overall disappointed in facility services and communication. In the photos below, you can see the two separate occasions of one or even both our dogs having diarrhea. It goes from bad to worse, never got a call. You can see the in picture where the bed is moved, our Aussie is alone with the door to the patio closed. Where is our other dog and why is she left alone in a dirty room with no air flow? I doubt any human being would want to be locked and left in a room with feces all over the place. Disgusting. Paid over $500 for this luxury treatment.
These guys are the most trustworthy pet care facility that you will find. I had to go in for eye surgery, so I knew I had to find a place for my dog Nacho. He had stayed here before and it was a great place for he and I.
We are Very particular with who watches my dogs as they’re the closest thing too kids to me we have been using the barkwood even since changing ownership and have had no issues. It’s nice being able to see our babys when we are away. Thank you BWI.
My two dogs (two years old) stayed with Barkwood this past weekend while I was out of town and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The facility is beautiful and well maintained, which immediately made us feel better about our dogs staying there. Every staff member we spoke to was kind and answered all of our questions. The webcams were so fun and allowed us to make sure our dogs were behaving and having a good time. One of our dogs refused to get in the car when after we picked them up! They had such a good time, and the pricing was so reasonable we are looking forward to using their boarding services again soon! We truly felt like our dogs were safe, well cared for, and loved!
We can't express enough how beyond satisfied we are with Barkwood Inn. We had our granddog Hunter there for 30 days. Staff is so caring, everytime i called to check in on Hunter the Staff was very pleasant and friendly answered all my questions. I love how they take daily pictures of the dogs. When we pick Hunter up he is always so clean and obedient . Their facility is crispy clean and top notch. We highly recommend Barkwood Inn. GIve them a try you won't be disappointed. Sincerely , Cheryl & John Wrona
I only went there to submit my résumé, but the location seems very clean. The employees are very friendly and the clients seem pretty happy so that's all I can say for now, but if I have anything to add, and I certainly will. thanks for talking to me, Barkwood!!
Thank you, Barkwood Inn, for another great stay for my dog Dottie. If it’s a short stay or a bit longer I trust that my pup is safe, well cared for and enjoys her time romping with the other dogs. Thank you to everyone at BWI for taking such good care of my pup, I’m grateful to have an excellent home away from home to count on when away. You are the absolute BEST❣️❣️❣️
Very friendly staff. Puts you at ezz leaving your buddy behind
Very caring and professional staff, they made our dogs feel comfortable during their stay and provided them with the attention they needed. I'm glad we now have a trusted place to bring our dogs!
I honestly can't say enough good things about this business. I live full time in my motorhome, and frequently stay at a campground in Sturbridge. I mostly stay here due to it's proximity to Boston for medical appointments. The staff at Paw Plaza is unfailingly kind to both me and my two dogs! I usually use Paw Plaza for boarding, which includes day care, which is an awesome benefit. I have multiple times had to extend my boarding times, even on the day that I was supposed to pick my dogs up, and the staff has been understanding and kind about the extensions. I NEVER get any kind of attitude from them whatsoever, even though I'm kind of a pain in the a$$ sometimes :-) Also, they do everything the way that it's supposed to be done. All the i's are dotted and the T's crossed. All of the staff is completely onboard, and you can ask any of them any question, and they can answer it. Their internal communication is outstanding. Living like I do, I have seen boarding establishments all across the country. Paw Plaza is the best that I've come across. I
My 11 month old Labrador loves it there. And the staff are so nice. She comes home and just falls asleep. It's wonderful.😂 …
My 2yr old yellow lab loves this place. He can't wait to get out of the car & go play. He starts dancing in the backseat when we are getting close. I love that they post photos during the day on FB of the dogs.
Paw plaza was able to schedule a last minute reservation. Doc had a great week.
My dog absolutely loves Paw Plaza! She goes for grooming and daycare some days. As soon as she sees the building she gets super excited. I reccomend Paw Plaza to everyone I know with dogs.
We were staying down the road at a RV park and needed a doggie play day and overnight for our two dogs. Everyone I interacted with gave me comfort and confidence that my pets would be well cared for. I was very pleased and will use this business again when in the area.
Paw Plaza is simply a wonderful place to bring your dogs to! The staff at Paw Plaza are all Personable, Utmost Professional, Compassionate and Very Dedicated in their fields of expertise in making sure that every dog that enters through their doors are taken care of 100% with loving care♡ I'm a very Thankful and Grateful customer today!♡:)*
Our pup Maya LOVES this place. We’ve abbreviated paw plaza to the PP otherwise she thinks she going. They take good care of her and we love seeing pictures posted of her on the Facebook page. You can tell the dogs are happy and they help reinforce her training. She knows now that before pick up she walks to the door, sits and patiently waits before they let her out Love this place!
Paw Plaza has been such a find for our pup. He's a very anxious little guy and the first day he went, Hadley, the owner, spent the whole 4 hours he was there with him making him comfortable. We've been going back ever since for daycare & boarding. I can't say enough good things about them! They have helped our dog become a more confident, happy guy!
My dog has a regular schedule for daycare at Paw Plaza and also boards. He’s stayed overnight three times now. He loves it all. It’s easy to tell that he’s having a ball because he never hesitates to go. He’s very enthusiastic and excited to get in the car when he knows he’s off to Paw Plaza. The entire staff is welcoming and inviting and they take the best care of my dog. They know him, they know his habits, they know what he likes and dislikes and are always accommodating. I have no worries or anxiety when he’s there which says a lot because I love my little French Bulldog more than anything.
I am pleased to share my review of Rising Sun Pet Sitting. We’ve been using their services for eight years, ever since we moved to the area and were looking for a dog walker for our two dogs. We were fortunate to find Rebecca, the owner, who immediately made us feel welcome. Over the years, we’ve had several walkers visit our dog, Buddy, and we’ve always appreciated the pictures and updates after every visit. It’s been such a relief knowing Buddy is in good hands when we’re at work. The pricing is very reasonable, and it's absolutely worth it for the peace of mind we get knowing our pet is loved and well cared for. We truly don’t know what we would have done without Rising Sun Pet Sitting.
We have been using Rising Sun since Feb 2023 to care for our cats while on vacation, typically 2 to 3 times per year. Rebecca and her team always take excellent care of our fur babies while we are away. Some of our cats have special requirements (special needs, special diets, and meds) and they are always extremely well taken care of while we are away. We really appreciate getting daily email updates with pictures during our travels so we know how everyone is doing. During our most recent international trip we were delayed coming home and without any notice Rebecca was able to add an extra visit to care for our cats. What was a very stressful situation was made better knowing that our fur babies were in excellent hands until we were able to get home. I cannot say enough good things about Rising Sun and highly recommend them for anyone looking for pet care services.
Rebecca and her team have been taking care of my pug since 2020. They provide exceptional service and are so loving and caring towards my pet. Their updates and pictures put me at ease, and I know Maggie is in the best care with the members of the Rising Sun team. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into spending time with Maggie. Many thanks to Rebecca, Serena, Tori, and Erica :)
Rebecca and her team are absolutely amazing! They are thorough and truly care for the families they work with. I would get updates and pictures from each visit and peace of mind knowing our little guy was getting exercise and a good potty break midday. Such an amazing small business and grateful for their dedication to our boy!
I just started using Rebecca and her team in September and I could not be happier with this service. It is the best money I could spend! They really love and care for my pups (and kitties)- the messages are always positive, compassionate and thoughtful. The message with pictures is the highlight of my day. Great people and great business- I can’t recommend highly enough if you need some extra care for your fur babies during the day.
It's a great feeling leaving for work and knowing I don't have to worry about my little guy getting taken out for his mid-day walk. Rebecca and her team always arrive when they say they will and always take great care of my pup. She is reliable, thorough and trustworthy. I would recommend the Rising Sun team in a heartbeat!
Excellent care for pets. Thorough updates after each visit. We hired them for vacation care for our elderly dog and two kittens They took great care of them and even picked up a prescription for our dog when he got sick during that week. If necessary, Rebecca was willing to take him to the vets to be seen. Fortunately that was not needed. Can’t begin to describe the peace of mind knowing that they were being cared for so well.
Rising Sun has been SO amazing and helpful for our family. We are able to be worry free during our work days knowing they will come and take care of letting our dog out and play with him each day. They have done such a great job taking care of him even with him being a crazy energetic puppy! We especially appreciate the cute pictures and updates they send about how the visit went. I highly recommend Rising Sun to take good care of your pet!
We couldn’t be happier with the dog walking service provided for our Aspen and the care given to our cats while we were away. The team did a fantastic job, ensuring Aspen had plenty of exercise and fun. They were incredibly attentive, making sure our cats were well-fed and content during our absence. What truly set them apart were the regular email updates, complete with pictures. Their professionalism, reliability, and genuine love for animals were evident in every interaction. We can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for dedicated and caring pet walkers and sitters. Thank you for taking such great care of our furry family members!
Everyone at Rising Sun Pet Sitting is great! We have been using them to help give our husky a few extra walks during the work week for about a year now and have had zero issues. They give thorough notes on how the visit went with plenty of great pictures. Their staff is always very polite, and our dog is very happy when they show up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a pet sitter in the area.
