Kiaora Park Pet Care has been looking after our boy Louis since his puppyhood 4 years ago back in 2021. Words can’t express how much we love their service and help. Professional, love and care, they always give us a peace of mind when we are away. They send us daily updates via message or email which is a guarantee. Waking up to the photo updates every morning has been a biggest pleasure while we travel overseas and gives us a real peace of mind. We would like to say a big THANK YOU to Lisa, Rory, Monika, Tabea, Heidi, Loren and the rest of the team who has been taking care Louis. I cannot recommend Kiaora highly enough. They took such amazing care of our dogs multiple times over the past 3 months and the dogs returned home very happy and content. We loved receiving mulitple photos from the team each day and which really put our minds at ease (especially in the beginning) as we could see the dogs were in their element and not fretful. Kiaora accommodated all of our requests for the dogs and we so lovely even when it came to a last minute booking. If you are looking to board your pets, you can't go wrong at Kiaora 🐕❤️

We have used Kiaora now a couple of times and are very happy with the care our two spoilt dogs get. The last time was for 2 weeks and I was very stressed with leaving them that long. But we picked them up on the weekend and although they were over excited to see us they looked happy and healthy. I got a daily updates with photo's while overseas. I would leave them with Kiaora again.

A fantastic boarding facility, with staff that really care about your animals! We had our kitten booked in for ten days recently whilst we were overseas. They asked all the right questions to get to know her initially when we booked, then followed up with plenty of photos and cuddles for our kitten whilst we were away. She was very content by the time we returned home, and comfortable around the staff - something unheard of at other facilities we’d taken her to previously. Thank you, KiaOra!

From the initial booking, I knew our cat would be in excellent hands with thorough questions being asked. The boarding itself is absolute luxury accommodation for cats - no cages to be seen, a gorgeous ‘outside’ area to explore daily and a view of outdoors from what I can only describe as a ‘hotel room’ of an enclosure. The daily updates (with photos) were so comforting. We picked up a clearly well looked after kitty. Thanks so much.

Our staffy Bella loved her time at Kia Ora in July. We picked up a happy and well looked after pooch and I’m sure she will be just as loved on and looked after during her next stay. Staff are very friendly and approachable and they tried their hardest to accomodate a potential booking for us when they were full with bookings. Also super grateful for the daily messages on her welfare - it made us stress less to know she was doing fine and we loved receiving photos of her happy self at play time. Kia Ora will be the only place we leave our dog and would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting high quality care for their furry loved ones.

We cannot recommend this place enough. After a recommendation from family who regularly board their dog here we decide to give Kiaora a go while we were away for 6 days. We were a bit wary of leaving Athena at a place we had not used before, especially with a drive from Sydney at each end and we wondered how she would cope. On arrival we were greeted by staff who were very happy to show us around and put us at ease. We were sent daily updates with photos which was great and to be honest I don't think Athena wanted to leave when we came to pick her up. She was very well cared for, had all her usual treats and toys and had daily play dates with her carers. The only downside for us is that Kiaora is not closer to Sydney! My puppies absolutely love their time at Kiaora - they are happy, clean and non-stressed when I pick them up. They are excited too when I drop them off. Love getting the texts and photos of their ‘pet retreat’.

Wonderful amenities and friendly staff. We recently left our two young pups in the care of Kiaora Park Pet Care and couldn't be happier. When we picked up our boys they were happy and calm, you could tell they had a great vacation. We were a bit nervous about leaving them for the first time but then we recieved a pupdate photo (attached) and could tell by their smiles they were comfortable. I would highly recommend their services for anyone with pampered pups.

The most wonderful, caring cat hotel. Our anxious, timid, elderly kitty loves Kiaora. They truly understand the individual needs of each cat. We appreciate the daily updates and photos, which reassures us he doing well. Their staff are always so kind and caring. Many thanks Kiaora.

Pip has looked after my dog Pippin, a couple of times over the past year and I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after him. He is a high maintenance dog but I can trust her whole heartedly, and with regular updates means I don't have to worry! He regularly goes to her daycare too (Capital Paws) and loves it.

Pip is such a sweetheart. She obviously adores dogs and genuinely cares about all those in her care. Pip is so patient, attentive and understands dog behaviour. Archie is such a fussy eater. Pip was able to help us with ideas to encourage him to eat. He even put on weight when he stayed with her for a month. It was a huge comfort knowing Archie was in safe hands when we left him for an extended time. We were sent regular photos and updates. We are so thankful to have found Pip. Don’t look any further, Pip is your best choice.

Highly recommend! Pip is amazing & we were so at ease leaving our dog with her. We were continuosly updated with photos & snippets of how he was going, making our holiday even more relaxing. We will be using Pip whenever we need (hoping we can get in) & know our dog will be safe, well cared for and have lots of fun!

We sent Lulu to Pip's recently for 2 weeks while we went overseas. Lulu was well taken care of and Pip even tidied up her for us. Lulu looked happy and pretty when we collected her. Not only did Lulu have warm and cuddly nights at Pip's place, Lulu also enjoyed herself playing at Pip's Capital Paws Daycare on weekdays. Even after such a long time away, Lulu has no issue resetting back with us. Highly recommend Pip's Pet Sitting if you are looking for a sitter.

Pip took excellent care of my 2 dogs. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with her. Pip is reliable, very responsive to messages and genuinely loves dogs. My dogs came back happy and tired after daycare or board at Pips. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for pet sitting, doggy daycare and boarding. Thanks again so much!

Pip took care of my 12 month old lab x Golden retriever for my first proper trip away. Terra was at doggy day care through the days and with Pip and her fur family over night. Terra had an absolute ball! Pip sent regular updates and videos of Terra which helped keep this nervous dog mums mind at ease and meant I could really enjoy my time away. It was obvious even looking at Instagram stories that Terra was having the time of her life and making new friends, she is a very expressive pup. When I went to collect Terra she was so comfortable with Pip and while excited to see me and go home -seemed a little sad to leave. Could not recommend Pip enough. Terra was settled with her, the other dogs and the environment - and had such a good time! Thank you for taking care of my girl!

Pip is the most incredibly caring, diligent and experienced animals professional I have met. Her service is impeccable and will look after your animals as though they were her own. Always responsive and attentive to every need, I can’t recommend Pip’s Pet Sitting Service enough. I will never go back to using another service after having found Pip. My dog has been going to daycare for years. He loves it, Rob and Alicia are excellent. Very flexible and caring.

Our baby girl Cookie loves going to see Rob and Alicia! They are easy-going, flexible and caring. We wouldn't trust anyone else to care for our little girl. I have also recently discovered that they are so far the best groomers we have had an experience with! I'd happily recommend them for any duration of care your little family member requires :)

Alicia and Rob have been taking care of our Corgi for almost a year now (daycare 3x per week + occasional boarding) and we will stay repeat customers as long as possible. They are absolute professionals and our boy always has the most amazing time with them. They cover daycare, short and long stays, and are super accomodating with requests and changes where possible. Great communication and excellent quality of service for the price. I highly recommend their services!

Bonnie is very well looked after at Strictly Paws. She has the opportunity to socialize with other dogs whilst in their care. We receive photos and videos updating us during her stay. We can go away being at ease, knowing Bonnie is being well looked after.

Thanks to Strictly Paws for taking such good care of our Loki over the Christmas break. We are so happy we have found a home away from home for our boy where he’s treated as part of the family. He’s always so excited to get to you guys every Tuesday for his doggy day care.

Process was easy. Jennifer had a natural affinity with our dog. We had no hesitation leaving her and enjoying break away.

After a few bad experiences using pet sitter apps we were delighted with the service provided by Don’t Fret Pet for our 2 energetic dogs. From start to finish we felt that we were in good hands, and our minders were wonderful with our dogs. They have both come home from their ‘holiday’ happy & relaxed and we will definitely be using Don’t Fret Pet again in future!

Margaret and Jenny were very responsive in matching our dogs Lily and Alvie to a perfect minder in Canberra. Trudy took great care of our dogs. They loved Trudy the minute they met her and were happy and ‘right at home’ when we picked them up. We highly recommend Don’t Fret Pet and Trudy.

Our gorgeous girl Izzy , a now 2 year old bordoodle , stayed with Stephen and Erica. This stay for 2 weeks is the longest she has ever been away from us Her care was amazing , they sent updates and we felt they loved her as much as we do . Highly recommend this service and these carers

The team were great, found a sitter that was perfect and kept in contact while finding the right sitter for our dog. And the carers they had were amazing. Couldn't fault any part of the process.

The interaction with both Jenny and Margaret was friendly and the Web site was very easy. I found the carers, Gerry and John, to be wonderful and very caring people. They sent lots of photos showing my dogs had settled in really well, including making themselves at home. I highly recommend DFP and Gerry and John.

What a wonderful experience for our 10 year old, 3-legged labradoodle and for us as well! Having such experienced and generous sitters meant my husband and I could get away for a long weekend without any worries whatsoever. We will certainly reach out to "Don't Fret Pet!" again soon. Highly recommend Don’t Fret Pet. The response from Jenny was prompt. She rang me a number of times to ensure the matching was most appropriate for my 9 month boy. She called me in New Year’s Eve and emailed on New Year’s Day when she was on holiday. Emily-Jane and Jeremy were so patient with Auggie. He is going to stay with them again in two weeks’ time.

Our minder Trudy looked after Bowie and Sophie very well. They didn’t seem stressed at all by the experience and I appreciate having somewhere for them to go that is so welcoming and safe. I highly recommend Don’t Fret Pet.

I needed to find a pet sitter urgently and I contacted Emma and she responded within a couple of minutes and said she could look after my two fur babies. I felt so bad leaving my babies, for the first time, with a pet sitter so I called and Emma was more than happy to take my call and reassured me that they were having an amazing time. She even sent me a photo. When I came to collect them, they were so calm and happy. I could see that my babies had the best time with Emma and the family I highly recommend Emma and will definitely be using her services again. Emma is really really great. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She walks my boisterous adolescent Labrador regularly. She is reliable, friendly and trustworthy. Most importantly, she is wonderful with my dog.

'Woof dog sitting' was wonderful for my two dogs. Professional service, great set up and attention to detail. I was able to relax while away, knowing my dogs were getting lots of attention, play time and walks. Highly recommend.

rely bad servise, waitress refused to give me what I ordered because aparently "it not yours" or "U cant eet peples pets" idk I wasnt lisening, anyways there was this on gangsta ahh puppy who smeld suspiciously of jet fuel, prolly why he was going turbo mode on the floore. $20 dolers is $20 dollers tho
