Erica watched my senior dog and cat for 12 days while I was traveling internationally. She was organized, responsive, and took excellent care of both my animals and my apartment while I was away. She sent me photos during the stay and my pets absolutely adored her. She has watched my pets before and I always trust her to take excellent care of them. Traveling internationally and leaving my pets in the care of a sitter always makes me a little nervous, since I won't always be immediately reachable. However, Erica's communication and obvious competency made me feel very comfortable about leaving my pets in her care while I was away. It's very obvious she adores spending time with the pets and caring for them. I came home to a clean apartment and very happy and healthy pets. I would highly recommend Erica for any of your sits!
Maryna was an excellent pet sitter and houseguest! Communicating with her was easy, and she always responded to my messages quickly. She was also incredibly self-sufficient! Moreover, Maryna graciously agreed to check on my neighbor's cat for a couple of days as well. My dog bonded with her quickly and was happy and healthy when I returned. The house was also spotless. I would happily have Maryna sit for me again!
Brian is absolutely amazing. This was his third time sitting for us and the dogs love him, he left the house immaculate, and is totally reliable and communicative. We can’t imagine a better sitter and hope he’ll come visit and stay in touch now that he has moved to the area.
Kelly was an excellent sitter for us. She communicated well, before the sit and during the sit. When we got home, the dogs and our guinea pig were happy and well. Kelly was dependable and showed up exactly on time. The house was well maintained and clean when we arrived home. We would definitely host Kelly again.
Jennifer treated my home and furry kids like they were her own. Everything was clean and well cared for and most importantly the dogs were happy! It was their first time with a sitter and they were happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.
Evan and Maria were fabulous. They are experienced sitters and it shows in their independence. They sent regular updates, but not too regular and were totally self sufficient. Most importantly both the house and dog were perfect when we returned home.
David was a great sitter for our dog! It was just him for this sit. He was very communicative before, during, and after the stay. He visited the apartment before we left to meet our dog and talk with us, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident that our dog was in good hands. He sent us updates throughout the stay, and left the apartment in great condition. While our dog is on the older side, he can still be a handful at times, but David didn’t seem to have any problems. Would definitely recommend David for any future sit!
Stephanie was fantastic! Very organized and left our house sparkling clean. She also sent daily pictures/messages which we loved receiving. She took great care of our dog and our house. One of the best sitters we’ve had!
Joe arrived some days before I left, so I could show him some nice places in Switzerland and he had enough of time to learn all about the dogs and how to handle them. He is an amazing nice and an animal/natur loving person who took care of my dog with incredible affection when I was in vacation. I could really enjoy it, because I knew, everything is ok at home. He sent me picutres and I could see, how much fun they have together. He cooked for the dogs, mad a lot of nice hikes with them and huged them, when they need it - so he even got the trust from Artu (as a man really not easy). And not only that, he made woodruff punch for me and sowed my tomatoes and spoiled them with melt water. And he helped also the women which looked after the horses and helped her to going walk with them. Generelly he is super friendly, so everyone in the village likes him. He is considerate of your belongings and has handed the house back neatly. He is just the best. I'm so gratuful he was here. So, if you have a chance to get him as a sitter, take it. Your animals will be grateful to you and have a good time while you are on vacation. Joe, you're not just a dog sitter for me. You were so familiar to me from the first moment. We had a lot of fun and we already miss you sooooo much. I'm really looking forward to see you again in some monthes.
Hamsa was very quick to respond in all communication. She was prompt on her arrival and listened carefully to our detailed instructions about the house and dogs. While we were away the amount of communication between us was just right. When we arrived home the dogs were happy and the house was in order. A good sign that a dog sitter paid lots of attention to the pups is when we see a bit of depression set in after a dog sitter departs - this did occur after Hamsa left our home She is a very caring and nurturing individual.

The owner is super nice, prices are fair. My dog never seems upset to be there. They show dogs also, so you can tell they really do love dogs. They also have their own food to feed your dog, or you can bring your own. Just remember it is cash or check only.
We boarded our beagle for several days they took wonderful care of him Kennels are escape proof ! Staff and owner are on site ask for Tim he will take good care of you and your family pets Building is a little dated but good care will be given.
Brown Woof Inn does such an amazing job with our furry ones. We know Raj and Flea are always in good hands while they are there.
This place is awesome! Tim is a great boarder and my dog always likes going there and is always happy when we pick him up. Reasonable prices too which is a major plus. One time our dog rolled in some “stuff” and they washed him free of charge! We will always use this place.
Been bringing our dogs here for years. Always had a good experience. Tim has been very flexible when our flights were cancelled and weren't able to get back for our scheduled pick up.
My dog, an Australian Shepherd, was boarded here for about a week. They were excellent! She was returned to me healthy, clean, and happy. Tim was great and happy when I called to check on her throughout the week. I recommend this place and will be returning in the future.
Kenneled my rat terrier over our 12 day vacation. Kenneling is usually very stressful for our pup and he normally loses hair. He lost NONE! He came home calm, relaxed, happy. 10/10. Will use again.
Owner and staff do a great job. We have two large German Shepard's and they always take great care of them. Our dog's are always in great shape when we pick them up.
I don’t know how this place has so many “wonderful” reviews. My roommate took her dog here and seriously regrets it. The dog came back home with poop all over her fur on her butt, we had to literally cut the fur off because it was so imbedded in there. That never happens at home with the dog so I do not understand why it happened here. I DO NOT recommend this place. I dog sit on the side, I have sat 4 dogs at once. It really is not hard to take care of them.
Great. Leaving our Loving family member at Brown Woof inn is a grand thing. We love the Brown Woof Inn. Clean and very safe place. Owners are the best. We feel like family at the Brown Woof Inn.
We have used them 3 or 4 times and we're satisfied. Over the weekend our dogs were there. By Tuesday one began coughing. By last night the coughing and spitting up was uncontrollable. We took her to the vet first thing today and she was diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I called and notified the person who answered the phone. She told me that there hadn't been any other cases (our dogs aren't around any other dogs). Staff didn't show any empathy or say I'm sorry your dog is sick. Nothing. I understand that Kennel Cough is highly contagious and not always stopped with a vaccine but if it happens at your facility please own it. It is for that reason we will not be back.
We’ve been taking our dog, Bambino, here for years for boarding a couple of times a year. He’s a deaf boxer so he is A LOT of work! They’re extremely patient with him and greet him with open arms every time we come in. They adjust his play area based on his behavior. I leave there knowing he will be well taken care of. He absolutely loves going there - he scratches at the car window as we pull into the driveway!! I highly recommend A1! (A couple of pics of him resting after a week being at A1 ❤️)
Courteous staff that doesn’t make you drop off your dog during some ridiculous skinny window of time! The staff seems to really love their jobs. They’re smiling, they’re happy and the atmosphere is a warm and friendly compared to just about any other boarding facility I’ve ever taken mydogs. When I pick up my dogs, they’re always happy, never skinny , they look well taken care of and knowing that the staff likes their jobs makes me feel comfortable, dropping off my pets!
These are the sweetest people! My dogs love them! Laura is so good with them! My fur babies look amazing!! Thank you so much! AND I was able to afford it!!
I picked up my dog after being there for 3 nights (our first time here) and he was coughing horribly and was extremely fatigued. I called my vet who told me that he likely contracted kennel cough. On top of him getting kennel cough, his blood vessels in his eye had burst from coughing so hard. We had to cancel his surgery to get neutered because he was so sick. He was sick as soon as we got home so I’m assuming that he was starting to cough while at the kennel seeing how his blood vessel was burst. I never received a phone call and was not told anything about him being sick. I know that the workers can’t be around the dogs 24/7 but I just hope that if he was coughing while at the kennel that I would have been told.
Have taken our black lab Finley here since he was a puppy and he is always so excited to go to A1 and we know when he has had a fun day playing when he comes home tired. So glad this dog daycare is near us
We have been taking pets to A1 Bed & Biscuit for over 12 years. My dog runs to the door as soon as we pull into parking lot. I feel she is well cared for and staff is terrific Once a few years ago she had signs of infection, the staff contacted my designated person, made appointment at our usual Vet and handled things perfectly. I was so thankful for their attention and observation before her eye got worse.
Our girl loves visiting her friends at A1 B&B. She never hesitates to go there, so we know they take good care of her.
Great experiences with grooming and boarding for the past 4 years. Our golden doodle practically jumps out of the car window when we arrive to drop her off for boarding. She comes home exhausted because she’s had so much fun with the staff and the other dogs. Everyone has been very helpful and has always answered any questions we’ve had. The groomer does a fantastic job…Sadie comes home clean and fresh with a nice, even cut and trimmed nails. We have always had a great experience at A1.
A1 Bed & Biscuit Review - In loving memory of Duke I strongly urge anyone considering taking their dogs to A1 Bed & Biscuit to reconsider immediately! On Saturday, March 30th, 2024, I took my 9-year-old, St. Bernard, Duke, and my 11-year-old, English Bulldog, Brutus, for their monthly grooming visit. I was called as I was en route to pick up my dogs from the groomer. Laurie, the groomer, said that Duke had been panting excessively and could not stand up as his rear legs continued to give out. Laurie told me they put down rugs and towels to help Duke stand. When I arrived, Duke was in the hallway in complete distress. I picked up my dogs and called my wife to fill her in. Once I stopped home to drop off Brutus, we immediately went to Metropolitan Emergency Animal Hospital. Duke was taken back right away. The veterinarian broke the news to us that Duke suffered a heat stroke and had a temperature of 106, and needed to have a breathing tube inserted to stay alive as they ran further tests. Duke's bloodwork came back completely normal, and there were no underlying issues. Our son joined my wife and me while waiting in the private room. The veterinarian returned to update us on the side effects of heat stroke. Duke was in distress, and recovery was not likely. We were left with the difficult decision of putting our sweet baby boy down. Now wholly devastated, we returned home without our Duke. Laurie, his A1 Bed & Biscuit groomer called for an update. I told her that Duke was gone. I then received a random test message later that evening from what turned out to be Laurie's cell phone. Laurie expressed sincere compassion, which at the time seemed reassuring. Laurie even offered to pay our vet bill and stated how much she loved our dogs. I replied that it was not necessary as I, of course, thought this was a genuine act of kindness. On Sunday morning, I received another text from Tillie, an A1 Bed & Biscuit staffer. Again, she expressed her sympathy. Something felt off, though, as I reread her text messages and tried processing what had occurred. My wife and I discussed how this could happen and why it happened. We decided to ask Laurie some questions. It turns out Duke was left under a fan, which was different from what fans had been used on Duke in the past. Laurie admitted to talking it over with Tillie and said the fan motor generates heat. In my opinion, this is the only logical reason for Duke to have a heat stroke. I asked Laurie when she noticed Duke panting and his rear legs giving out. She answered it wasn't until she brought Duke over to do his final brush and nail trim. Laurie assumed Duke must have just been in pain. Laurie notified me that the fan had been taken out of service to prevent this from happening again, even though there had been no other incident. My final reply to Laurie was, that is a good thing, but it will never bring our Duke back! Her response: I'm so sorry. We believe they knew what happened, and if we hadn't asked the questions, we would never have gotten the answers. STAY CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT if you LOVE your dogs!
I've been bringing my pups to Stone Creek for 10+ years, Bill, Maura and Ashley are amazing. My chihuahua is a pain in the butt and needs them to sit with him while he eats...or he won't, and they do it. It is such peace of mind knowing that my pups will be so well taken care of when we go on trips (Which is quite often). I also returned from my last trip and Maura had actually bought my chihuahua, Opie, a coat!! He was wearing it with no complaints! I've tried for years to get him to wear cute little outfits and Maura got him to do it! Such amazing, kind, wonderful people. I can't say enough good things about them! Thank you for all you do!
These people will lose your dog, not tell you, and refuse to cooperate with the recovery. They will go as far as calling you an inconvenience when your main concern is your now lost pet that they were responsible for. Our pet is now dead because of their lack of responsibility.
I had booked Maggie for a stay at Kennels of Stone Creek over memorial day weekend. Ashley, Bill, and Maura did a fantastic job with Maggie. Ashley sent me updates on how Maggie was doing since she had never been in a kennel before. I would 100% recommend Kennels of Stone Creek!!! Absolutely great place to board your furbaby!!!
The Kennels of Stone Creek are completely wonderful! My family and I have big Mastiffs and due to their size, we are often unable to take them with us on vacations due to weight restrictions on pet friendly rentals, and we have trusted and continue to trust Stone Creek with our boys. Bill, Maura and Ashley truly care about the dogs in their care, and they go above and beyond to make them feel at home and give them plenty of attention! I cannot express enough how kind, professional and knowledgeable they are. The facility is remarkable clean, secure and spacious. Most importantly, before we started using Stone Creek, our dogs would always come back from the other place we used completely anxious and a mess that would take days for them to unwind, since using Stone Creek our boys are no longer anxious, but you can tell they are happy and relaxed! That speaks in itself that if you were to use The Kennels of Stone Creek, your dog(s) or you will not be disappointed!
My dog has never been away from me in almost 13 years. Stone creek worked with myself and my dog to get her acclimated to the kennels. I pick her up every time knowing my dog was taken care of. Bill, Maura, and Ashley all take care of my dog and I have zero complaints!!! Thank you so much for taking cat of Maxine!!!
Our sweet pup has stayed at the Kennels of Stone Creek several times. It has always been a wonderful experience for both her and us. When my dog was suffering with itchy / allergic skin issues while staying at the kennel, the owner contacted me and offered to call our vet and get her medication to remedy this problem while we were away. I’ve always been completely comfortable leaving my baby. Great place and honest, kind people... I highly recommend!
I was unable to have my dogs living with me for an extended period of time. I left them with a friend but found they were being neglected. They were not in the best shape when I took them to Stone Creek. They needed medication and special care. When I went to visit them I could see a marked improvement in their health and happiness, they had recovered quickly. I am so grateful that I had a clean and safe place to keep them. In the year they were there they were loved and cared for very well. My dogs are with me and my children now. If it was not for the kindness of the staff at Stone Creek I am sure I would have had to give them up. It would have broken my heart. I have had them both for over 10 years and they are very much a part of my family. Thank You Stone Creek
I would be lost without the Kennels of Stone Creek. Our current dog and previous dog have both stayed with them numerous times a year (total of 12 years). They take the best care of our guy who is on daily medication. The owners and kennel manager are the best. This is the best place to take your pet. I've tried others in the past before finding Stone Creek and will never switch - they are the best in my opinion.
The kennel took great care of our dog during his stay. He recently had surgery , was almost recovered but had some movement restrictions. The staff did a good job minimizing his playtime and watched over him. Also, our dog had gotten sick (severe vomiting) after staying at other kennels. The 3 times we have used Kennels of Stone Creek, he was never sick after coming home. Friendly and helpful staff, clean facility.
Hands down the absolute BEST kennel around! Not only is it gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and professional and the owners will take care of your dog like it’s their own! They are two of the most lovely people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I will never take my pups anywhere else. Thank you for your phenomenal service Stone Creek! ❤️
I just returned from my small pup’s first grooming w Emily. We are beyond ecstatic. He had previously been very difficult to groom and had reached the point of needing sedation. He came home a happy and playful dog w no after effects from meds.
My dog, Moxie loves coming here when we go out of town. Emily and her staff are excellent. I am able to get my dog groomed on the day of pick up for just a little extra. My vet recommended them because the dogs are always separate from one another and their kennels are built so they can go outside whenever they want to. Emily even gives my dog her supplements and medications (if any) during the visit. They take only cash or check - so be prepared when you pick up your pets.
This is a wonderful basic kennel with affordable daily pricing for when we are out of town. As someone else commented, this is not a luxury pet hotel. But, the care, lodging, and pricing is excellent. We have never been disappointed.
I read the other reviews of this kennel and they must have the wrong place. I always bring my pets to Emily (for the last 4 years). She is fantastic, very capable, and is a wonderful caretaker. I have four dogs and they are always as clean when I pick them up as they were when I dropped them off. If they need medication, she gives it to them. She has given me advice about how to handle one of my more energetic dogs. She has awards from the Humane Society. This place was recommended to me by my vet. It really is a very nice kennel.
One of northeast ohios best kennels, lodge your dog or cat there with confidence. Your pet will not want to leave. Great service , care, you wont regret, your pet will love you for it
Brought my longhair cat that I am fostering in for severe fur matting removal and a clean up. Very happy with the results, and kitty is looking much better after a careful trim up and bath. Would definitely recommend.
Emily has been boarding our dogs for more than ten years when we go on vacation. The facility is a basic pet boarding facility not a deluxe pet hotel costing much more per day. We have never had a problem at her facility over many visits and I highly recommend Chardon Country Kennels to those looking for a fair value in boarding their dogs. Gina Meyer complained about the $418 cost of boarding four dogs for a week - she should get a reality check as a places like the Bentley and other "deluxe" pet boarding facilities in the Cleveland area would be $900-1000 to board four dogs for a week.
Horrible! Emily cut my dog while grooming, did not mention she injured him and completely denied she injured him. We had to rush our dog to the emergency Vet, and $250 later, stitches, antibiotics and coned, she is still refusing to admit her mistake. I have photos I wish I could post. I stopped in to show her photos of what she did, and she was screaming at me, SCREAMING! Needles to say, we are taking her to small claims court. Please, DO NOT take your dogs there for grooming. My dog is still messed up, horrible woman
My experience, and it has been over many years, is much different than those reflected in recent reviews. Sure the kennel is basic, but it is clean and well taken care of. The owner is one of the friendliest, most concerned people I've met. She does take the dogs for walks or exercises them in the yard next to the kennel. More importantly, she really watches after them. My dog had a urinary infection and Emily reported that. She was right, problem easily resolved. MOST importantly, my many dogs (who are real "homies"), seem to welcome going there. (dog washing service also provided)
Emily did a Fantastic job on my dog the place does have a high odor of urine... Not sure what was used on my dog but she was confused for about a week... After about a month the dog came back to normality...Considering the fact that sometimes dogs are squeamish or scared... They may have to be sedated...
Bruno’s Dog Training & Pet Care is amazing! I have been taking my german shepherd here for several months now. The pups are constantly supervised and they care for them like they are each their own pups. I have also been utilizing the training as well which I love - Danielle will meet me at a local park or at my home so it is real world distraction training. Archie my pup has boarded there a few times and someone is there all night and he does not have to be crated (unless the owner wants him to be) and then he gets daycare the next day to romp and play. Highly recommend and family run business - not a franchise. I also love Brunos because the amount of pups during day care is not too many.
We first began working with Brunos/Danielle for individual training when our dog, Jackson, was around 12 weeks old. We knew we wanted a husky and we also knew we didn’t have the first clue about how to raise a puppy. Danielle was extremely helpful. She taught us about boundaries, being fun, and praising Jackson when he made good choices. When Danielle told us she was opening a local doggy daycare within a few months, we made sure Jackson was one of the first dogs registered! Danielle and her team put so much effort into making the facility fun AND safe for dogs! Any time we drove into the parking lot, our dog became visibly excited and would RUN to the front door. We boarded him here multiple times and whenever we would pick him up, he acted like he didn’t want to come home and instead ran around in the lobby with his friends haha! Danielle and her team began to know Jackson (and us) by face rather than name which made us feel welcomed and proved to us that Jackson was more than just “a dog” but instead had a very special place at Brunos. We eventually did a one week board and train which gave us the opportunity to have Jackson off leash in our final training session! There is no greater feeling than being able to play with your dog and trusting that he won’t chase down a squirrel in the middle of it! Once, while picking up Jackson from daycare, Danielle noticed Jackson’s ears were slightly red and offered to trim them right then and there to allow better air flow. It turns out he had a double ear infection and responded like a dog in pain does (growling and whining.) Despite this, Danielle was able to trim both ears successfully which allowed them to heal quicker along with proper medication from the vet. I truly believe Danielle and Jackson built a bond over the last year and a half which is the only reason she could go near his ears when they were hurting. Danielle has a natural talent as well as advanced training to help owners and their dogs build the best relationship possible. We moved across the country to be closer to family and I have seriously considered flying Danielle in just to reinforce training. It would be well worth the investment. If you are looking for a trainer, a doggy daycare, boarding, or grooming, I HIGHLY recommend Brunos. You won’t find another facility within 60 miles that puts in the amount of time, energy, and love that this facility does. Your dog will be safe. Your dog will have fun. Your dog probably won’t be ready to leave when you do pick them up. Every day at Brunos is the best day ever.
My dog loves this place!! He gets excited when he goes to daycare! He don't even worry about me leaving him no more. They always do great with grooming too. When I first took him, he had anxiety and they were able to groom him and everything. Now, he don't care. He loves his Brunos employees.
The owner and staff are absolutely phenomenal. They're professional and go above and beyond to make sure your animal is taken care of. They are upfront on services and competitive on pricing. Their facility has a great setup, the fact they have a indoor play area for the dogs is what won me over. It's awesome the dogs have the ability to play and not sit around in a crate all day. Another great feature they offer is that they have someone there with the dogs overnight when boarding to make sure dogs get taken care of. After discovering Bruno’s I can't imagine sending my dog anywhere else! They are in my opinion a 5 star class act!
We had our first session today and we are already seeing great results. Danielle is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
Does great with both my dogs! Have used the daycare and the training services. They are very accommodating and knowledgeable! We love them!!
Danielle was very patient with my nerve dog, Sammie. She did a great job groomer Sammie at a great price. I would highly recommend this groomer for your pet.
Danielle is so good with our dogs that they cannot wait to see her each grooming! She has a gentle touch and a great connection with our German Shepherds. I would recommend her to anyone who owns big or small pets. She is equally good with both.
Does the best job grooming my dog. Great people, very friendly, and very welcoming. Easy and stress free communication and transaction. They also pay attention and let me know of anything irregular they find like a rash or bump.
Bruno’s Dog Training and Pet Care is absolutely amazing! Your pups are always in such great hands and the dogs have a blast!
Over the past 20 years we have been boarding dogs with Sheri. Our dogs are always excited to see her and Hannah when we drop off. They must have lots of play time and socializing because they are tired when they get home :) We know the dogs are in good hands when we travel.
When we got our first Doberman (Merci) she was almost too much to handle. Neither my husband nor I realized the amount of work and dedication required to train her properly. Thankfully someone recommended Sherri to us and with her guidance and expertise we have had much success in our training. Merci loves coming to daycare to see her friends; Sherri, Hanna and Bates. In fact I’m pretty sure Merci thinks daycare is her real home and only puts up with us in between visits 😂. Best boarding and daycare around!
I'm so glad a friend recommended Sheri to me. She and her team take great care of my dogs, and I feel good knowing that I'm leaving them in knowledgeable, professional, and caring hands. My younger dog has been going to Soothing Touch since he was three months old, and he is so excited when I take him there; it's really helped with his training and manners, and Sheri has been a great resource for all kinds of questions. I'm grateful to have such a reliable and trustworthy business to help me take care of my dogs.
I’m very glad I found Soothing Touch Pet Care for my kitties. We moved back to Ohio 7 months ago and I was worried about finding a new pet sitter. Sheri and her crew are very dependable. They go beyond just caring for pets, they bring packages in, they take out the garbage cans and bring them back, check the mail, and always accommodate on a short notice schedule change. Thank you for all the hard work you do.
I have known Sheri for 10 years. I first met her when we adopted a pair of goldens who had been rescued from a bad puppy mill situation. They were both extremely shy and she helped us assimilate them into our home. I was clueless as to how to work with them because they were so shy. With her help, they became wonderful pets and beloved members of our family. Sheri also helped me assess my current rescue golden and I use her now for help with training, for grooming, boarding, and my dog goes to her place one day a week for a play day and day care. I refer to Sheri as my 'dog whisperer' because she know how each dog is unique and what motivates each. I have recommended Sheri to many.
I have known Sheri all of my life, but definitely got to know how amazing she is and what she does for dogs and horses more so over the last 10 years! My dog Oliver loved her dearly, and I trusted her completely with him💕 She is also someone who helped me get started on my journey with equine massage therapy😍 Love her and definitely recommend her and her team to help you with your animals!!
I have two dogs and they go to day care @ Soothing Touch Pet Care five days a week. I have also referred owners to take their pets here for boarding. Currently one of my dogs is having a medical issue and I am able to take her to day care during the day and know that both of my babies are being well cared for. With the highly trained and experienced owner and staff, your four legged family member is in good hands. I wouldn't trust anybody else to take care of my girls!
You can see how happy Scooby is in the videos. We were lucky to find Sheri when our pup was only a few months old. Sheri has helped us with training a very stubborn Scottie and Scooby has been socialized with big and small dogs. Sheri has become part of our family for the past 7 years and she treats Scooby like part of hers. With the addition of Hannah to the team, Scooby is completely spoiled and looks forward to his time at Soothing Touch.
Sheri makes my life with 5 dogs (all re-homes) and 2 parrots possible. Without her I could not work or take an occasional vacation! It is wonderful to have someone so knowledgable and caring available to help. Not only are my animals always happy to see her, but I rely on her advice and observations to keep my animals emotionally and physically happy.
When I picked up the dogs she told me that they were not kennel together. When specifically told her they needed to be kenneled together. She also put one of my dogs and a smaller cage when I told her she has not been crate trained and loses her mind when she is in the smaller cage. She ended up getting injured due to being in the smaller cage with several gashes to her nose and the owner never called me to let me know if she was injured. The dogs were there for 14 days. I will never use this facility again for my dogs. I highly recommend you stay away. Also the owner would not discuss or give me a reason why she did not call me about the injury and why they were kenneled separately.
Camp Bow Wow offers playtime for my pup at no additional fee during his stay. He gets to socialize with other dogs for 7 hours out of the day making him tired at the end of the day. I like how personalized his "cabin" can be with his toys and bed and the attention given to his particular diet. It was an added bonus that he could be bathed before pick up, but for me it eased my concern being able to see him everyday through the camera to assure me that he was doing well.
The best place to board your dog or for daycare! Staff is friendly and understanding! Hours are perfect and the prices are affordable and I have two dogs! Just the best place and would recommend to anybody!
I love Camp Bow Wow Highland Heights, the staff is very friendly and I don't have to worry about my fur baby. They sometimes call me asking when is Titan coming back. I board him without worry because I can view him on their web cam.
This is the worst camp bow I have ever been to. I tried them twice since the Bedford one was out, and almost shame on them for recommending this one. I sent my dog there one time and mishap happened, so bad I got my money back after reviewing videos with the manager. The manager apologized and asked for another chance. So I sent my dog there again after my last trip. Even worse WORSE mishaps. I am shocked , horrified and disgusted this place is still in business. If you love your dog NEVER trust this place to follow their disposition, food schedule, or anything else. My first experience was having my dog placed in the wrong area, I called them (multiple times) and they said they needed a manager. Well the manager approved, sent my dog their for a previous planned vacation and the same thing happened, after I dropped him off , explained it to three people , including saying their manager already signed off, they all said they got it. Next thing you know my dog is being attacked. No word from the manager, or any of the workers. Eventually said it was a “misunderstanding”. Not sure why they would keep dogs that attack or hump other dogs continuous when it’s happened so by times. Sent from my iPhone
My two Jack Russell's went in for their interview and had a ball. They were wore out for like two good days. Just what they needed. We were looking for boarding while out of town for an upcoming trip and decided that we will also use them for daycare on some days as well.
Bow Wow's is always a positive experience for my dog. I love that you can check on them periodically and I love that the care givers are all so kind.
This place is a godsend. It's especially helpful because I work 10 hr days and hate leaving my dog home alone. She absolutely LOVES daycare and always comes home super tired. It's also reasonably priced, I love that I can watch her on the cameras, and the staff are amazing.
Everyone at Camp Bow Wow is really nice and very professional. The place is super clean which is great considering all the fur babies that are there. My baby attends day care but will eventually do boarding and I can definitely say that I am totally comfortable when I leave him there. My favorite thing is the web-cam, I can't get any work done because I love watching them play!
I love camp bow wow! My beagle Benny loves it there, and absolutely adores the staff. The people who work there are so nice, Missy is always great. You can just tell how happy he is by pulling up to the building for drop off's. I also love watching Benny play with his friends on the camper cams. Highly recommend.
Went there today to train for a job there and the dogs are crammed into a caged area, rolling around on the ground on urine and mop water, this Place need shut down I'm calling inspectors to come in there, so sad, owners that drop their dogs off their don't need to own an animal, I'm getting you shut down, and having inspectors sent there, horrible horrible place, sickening and sad!!!!!!!
Happy Tails had our 2 dogs for a week. Both dogs look and act like they were well taken care of. Great facility for the dogs.
Super clean facility run in a friendly and professional manner. Andrea took care of our pet as she would her own. We will definitely be using Happy Tails again.
Nothing but positive things to say about Happy Tails 💖 Andrea and Doug are the absolute greatest. …
Great facilities, clean ! And owners are super nice ! Highly recommended 👌 …
I took my baby (a soft coated wheaten terrier) to Happy Tails while we were out of town for a week. The place is clean and nice and the owner is kind and helpful. They are very professional and my dog seemed to really enjoy her stay. I will definitely use them in the future.
We love happy tails! We have been taking our dogs there for 9 years now and Andrea has been amazing! Our dog does not like many people but loves her! This place is the best!
Everything was wonderful and our puppy was extremely well cared for. I cannot recommend Happy Tails Dog Resort enough. I've always been weary of kennels, but I would choose them again in a heartbeat.
Andrea and Doug are the best. This is the cleanest best boarding kennel I’ve ever been to. They take such good care of my animals. They care for my pets like they’re the own. I’ll never go anywhere else.
Doug and Andrea treat their 4-legged guests like family. My dog lives to go there and play. They have a great yard for them to run in. I know my girl is in great care when I am away.
Our dogs had very good care and smelled awesome when we got them back. I know that sounds strange to say they smelled awesome but I think she bathed them! AWESOME CARE!
