Having known Elliot for years, as a former work colleague, I was already well aware of his responsible and trustworthy nature. I’m completely relaxed leaving my beloved Labrador in Elliot’s loving hands. The photo updates he’s provided when I’ve been away are not only heartwarming but also give me complete peace of mind. Eliott has looked after our 8 month old puppy several times now during the day. He’s always on time, and she loves her time with him. She now gets so excited when he comes to the door! He’s very flexible and has been so helpful with how short notice I can be!

Eliott has taken care of my cat on several occasions - friendly, straightforward and felt very much in safe hands. Even my rather grumpy cat loves him!

Kelly and her team are incredibly reliable and responsible. We've never had any issues and always feel at ease knowing our dogs are in good hands. On top of that, they regularly take the dogs to the park for a proper run and swim, which our dogs love. It’s also great that they get to socialise with other dogs during their time out.

The Waggle and Purr team is brilliant, so great with the dogs and lovely people to work with. Their videos show you what a fab time the dogs are having and how beautifully the walkers are interacting with them. Kelly is an extremely professional dog walker, who is always polite and manages her dogs that she is walking to the highest standards. I often see her walking dogs in a local park and the dogs are so well behaved and managed impeccably. Other members of her team who are equally good are Julie and Marnie. If you live in the Twickenham area and you are looking for a professional dog walker, then Kelly and her team are perfect for the job.

The Waggle & Purr team are real dog loving people. My Shih Tzu races to the door for her social walk…for 2years now. She gives 5*. Kelly is professional, trustworthy and accommodating. Walks vary too…great video updates!

Kelly and her team care for our cat Claude whenever we are away. They are very reliable, trustworthy and keep me updated as to how Claude is doing, most importantly he is happy in their care and I would recommend them.

Kelly, Alex and Julie go above and beyond to look after the dogs in their care. Every walk we get more than one update which is really reassuring and Kelly is always so great at fitting our dog into extra walks when needed which makes life so much easier. Our slightly grumpy little dog was nervous to begin with but the whole team have been so patient with him and he really looks forward to his walks with them. They’ve also provided us with a dog sitting service and were incredible at sending us updates so we never had to worry about how he was (and they left the house in an immaculate state). We feel really lucky to have a team we can trust with our most precious family member.

Doug has been a great find to help out with walking our Labradoodle a couple of times a week. He is extremely reliable and professional, and my dog happily trots off with him, tail wagging and returns happy, clean and ready for a snooze.

Doug is a gentle soul who takes such great care of our little Border Terrier Gracie. In typical terrier style she can be a bit territorial but Doug’s obvious love of dogs and caring attitude means she has built a trust in him. I would highly recommend Doug!

Doug is a great dog walker, very reliable and flexible! Our 18 month old springer spaniel (who can be a bit mad!) absolutely loves him and comes home happy!

Douglas offers a friendly, and reliable service. It has really made our life so much easier being able to have him come just once a week to walk our dog as takes some of the pressure off family life. Hebe absolutely loves him too and runs to the door every Thursday he comes. We also recently went away Hebe had a holiday at Doug’s house too which went really well, she was treated as part of the family and we got lovely updates of her during the course of our break. Would highly recommend!

We cannot recommend Doug highly enough. His dog walking service is exceptional and the best we have used. He is professional, prompt and really flexible which we hugely value with busy family life. Our dog, Mouse, adores him and has been known to run hundreds of metres across the park to find him!

Doug is such a great dog walker. Reliable and very accommodating for all our needs. Very experienced with all breeds of dogs. Arthur our Parsons Terrier is obsessed with him. He looks forward to Doug coming to take him out.

My two retrievers excitedly run to the door every time Doug arrives. Given that one is 3 and a handful and the other is 13 and doesn’t like new things, it shows how good Doug is with them. They just love him! For us, Doug is reliable and a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Doug the dog whisperer! What a superb service Crate Escapes provides. You can just tell Doug loves animals. Always on time, easy to talk to and flexible. Ruby my spaniel goes for weekly walks, occasional day care days and boarding. Her tails wags at a million miles an hour when Doug arrives, you know she is looking forward to the adventures ahead! I cannot recommend Crate Escapes enough!

We've used Doug to care for our 2 labradors on a number of occasions, both for day care and when we've gone on holiday. You can tell straight away that Doug just loves dogs and has a natural affinity with them. Our 2 labradors are very happy going for walks with Doug, they even bound up to him in the park whenever they see him. I would highly recommend him, we've known him for many years and he's extremely reliable and trustworthy.

We are really pleased with the service and Kate is such a calm and kind person. Our dog came back home much calmer. In addition, our dog was so happy to see Kate the second time visiting which means he definitely had a great time with Kate. Recommend to all dog parents.

Arthur spent two weeks with Kate and came back immensely chilled and happy. She lives very locally to me so they walked a lot in the same places and my Dog walking friends all said how happy he was with her. We also happened to meet Kate a couple of weeks after our holiday and Arthur was absolutely delighted to see her. Kate is great. She is calm, thoughtful and kind. Kate had Bernice over the holidays. She was great with Berni, giving regular updates and pictures along the way. Berni displayed some behavioral concerns while walking with Kate. Kate worked to overcome and adapt to these, helping Berni feel more comfortable and confident. Kate was very supportive and attentive to Berni, never giving up on her. Many thanks to Kate for her care and compassion for Berni. She knows dogs well and is open to adapting to each dog’s individual needs!

Kate helped with looking after Summer for two weeks while I was away, and Summer had such a great time! He looked very healthy and happy when I came picked him up, and Kate kept him so clean which is not the easiest for a white lab:) Will definitely send Summer to Kate’s the next time I’m traveling!

Kate looked after our 1 year old labrador Pippa plus our two cats for just over one week in our house while we went on holiday. She is great with Pippa, and very trustworthy and reliable. We were really reassured to leave Pippa and our house in such safe hands, which meant that we could have a relaxing holiday! Would very much recommend Kate for any pet care services as she clearly has a great affinity with animals.

Edita is absolutely brilliant dog walker and dog boarding service provider. Our dog Betty loves staying with her and other dogs she is looking after. The best "features" include drop off and pick up and fact that our dog has company of other hounds as she is very social and playful. Edita is a dog whisperer and can handle even most "independent" pups. Highly recommend!

Our Labrador absolutely adores Edita. She gets so excited when Edita collects her and always heads off happily. She has spent quite a few holidays there now and Edita is great with her and so it feels like a home from home. We receive regular photos and updates and it’s great to know that she is happy and being well cared for. We don’t book a holiday now without checking with Edita first.

Edita has been looking after my dog, Penny, for over a year and a half, and she’s amazing! Edita is fantastic with our Labrador. Cosmo has been boarding with Edita for over a year now (since around 6 months old) and loves every stay, particularly the long walks and being in the company of other dogs. I would highly recommend Edita to any dog owner!

My dogs have recently spent two days with Nigel while we were away on holiday staying in London where we had two days where the dogs couldn’t come with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better place, they were very content and settled and happy to return on their second visit. Hugo especially is very clingy and anxious. Would definitely recommend highly.

We have been sending our dog Mr Darcy to Nigel for over 8 months now & he started going when he was only 4 months old. Nigel takes extremely good care of him & is very careful when introducing other dogs into his services. He ensures there is a limit on the number of dogs which he has at any one time so you know that your dog is going to be well looked after & get the right attention. Nigel's home is setup extremely well to ensure the dogs have plenty of activities to keep them busy however he also takes them on several walks throughout the day & we receive constant videos & pictures of the adventures. He also provides great feedback about our dogs behaviour, personality traits etc. & highlights any concerns or points we should look out for. Nigel runs a very professional business but the fact that it is run from his family home ensures that your dog will never be short of love & affection from his caring family.

Our dog loves to visit Nigel, she practically runs to his house. We know she is always well cared for and Nigel sends us regular updates from their outings or her fun in the garden with her other doggy friends. She recently boarded for the first time and she had the most fun and was all looked after. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Nigel has been absolutely amazing with our dog Paddy- he was nervous and reactive towards other dogs he didn’t know since lockdown started, before he started to regularly go to WTDC. Within a few weeks he was beginning to learn to interact positively with other dogs and his confidence has increased, he loves the company of other dogs now and actively engages in play instead of trying to dominate. Nigel has the utmost respect and priorities in place, he understands and cares about the dogs he looks after and it’s so comforting to know that paddy now enjoys going to day care. We totally trust Nigel and are so grateful for the effort he has put in with building Paddy’s confidence and character - Nigel Is reliable and trustworthy and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Nigel has been looking after our little cross dog, Phoebe, for a year now and we’re delighted with the service. Phoebe is wary of people but she loves Nigel and is so happy to go to him. He takes very good care of her, taking her for long walks because she’s very active and looking after her in his sensory garden and in his home. He also sends videos and pictures throughout the day which we enjoy. At first I warned Nigel that Phoebe might run off if he let her off the lead so he kept her at his home initially to acclimatise to the new environment and so she could get used to him, then he went for walks with Phoebe on the lead, then he put her on the long lead and now she doesn’t need anything. This worked well for all of us. We cannot recommend Nigel enough. Phoebe goes to him weekly and she boards with him when we’re away and it’s a testament to him that she is completely happy whenever we drop her off.

I used Nigel for the first time yesterday to walk my precious pooch. Nigel was so professional and clearly a dog lover as my dog warmed to him quickly. Within just a few minutes I received a photo showing my puppy with the biggest smile on his face (so reassuring for my first encounter and thank you). I’ve signed up for dog walking services with Nigel on a weekly basis.

Nigel is not just an average dog sitter. He’s educated himself on dog behaviour and positive reinforcement. My two and half years old Cavapoo is very attached to me and was scared of bigger size dogs. He’s been with Nigel for two months now and I’ve noticed he’s much calmer and confident around other dogs, specially larger size dogs (Nigel only sits small/medium dogs). Now, instead of dragging him, he runs towards Nigel’s house happily. He even recognised him in the park and ran to him for a kiss and cuddle. I’m very lucky I’ve found Nigel and his beautiful family. He’s one of the best things happened in my doggy’s life…😊

Our cat took to Dawn as soon as he first met her and the friendship - and our comfort with Dawn looking after him - has grown visit by visit! Dawn is amazing - she has such a lovely way with the pets she looks after. I reached Great Catsby Pet Services requesting home sitting for my Cat. I have recently relocated to the UK and was struggling to secure either boarding or sitting services. Although Dawn had already a busy schedule for the summer season, she made an effort to create some space to look after our 9 year old cat Zeus. The communications before, during and after the sitting period were very prompt and clear. Dawn kept me posted day to day on Zeus situation. Dawn shows genuine care for Zeus, and went the extra mile making an effort to make Zeus play with her during the visits. She also managed to find a way to feed Zeus with a required daily tablet (not easy task with Zeus). I am very happy and grateful with Dawn, she is very helpful, polite and professional, I strongly recommend her services for anyone looking for high quality pet home-sitting.

Dawn is amazing. I had never been away for longer than overnight, and I asked Dawn (a stranger) to look after Summer for 17 days! I could not have left her in better hands. Dawn looked out for her, entertained her, loved her and worried about her, so I didn't have to. Daily reports and videos made me feel confidant that my cat was safe and well, and I could enjoy the trip. And now I have had to buy a cat tunnel and grooming gloves, so I can keep Summer in the manner she has become accustomed to!

Our dog Bailey is the fifth member of our family so we wouldn’t trust him with anybody unless we felt hundred percent certain that he is in safe hands. Tom offers that exact safe environment with a good mix of other dogs where Bailey can run free but also have a cuddle when needed. Tom takes the hassle away each day by collecting and dropping Bailey off at our house. I know it’s like home from home for Bailey and we never have to worry that he is not being looked after and really cared for. We would totally recommend Under one woof!

We heard about Tom and Underonewoof from a recommendation from a friend. Tom and Sarah treat Toby when he is there as if he is one of their own, which is amazing and just what any dog owner would want. He is always very happy to go and now has many doggie friends there too. Tom is very flexible to be able to help out if he can which is a great when work isn’t always 9-5. Tom has looked after Cody since he was a pup - now a 3 yr Labradoodle. Cody’s clearly very happy there and often tries to go through Tom’ gate when we pass by on a walk! Tom has a calm manner and the dogs are very well cared for.

Alfie, cockerpoo, has been a regular visitor for the day, overnight and holidays for the last 3 years. He is always very happy to see Tom and we know it is just home from home for him. Couldn’t be in better hands.

Our two cockapoos have stayed with Grant at his home for Walk Well Walkies several times for periods up to 9 days. He has been outstanding looking after and caring for them. It’s like a home from home. He has a nice house and small secure garden. He walks them , does a bit of training and plays and cuddles them. Most importantly we feel the pups are safe and happy.

Grant has been looking after and walking our dog Alfie for the last 6 months or so. We came across Grant by chance and he made us feel so comfortable within our initial meeting we soon left Alfie with him for a weeks holiday. He is super reliable, always stays in contact and makes sure your dogs welfare is the number 1 priority. Alfie absolutely loves Grant and we always feel so happy leaving him with him. Grant never mixes or walks too many dogs at one time and also makes a big effort with training whilst looking after them too. We are really grateful we found him and wouldn’t want to leave Alfie with anyone else :)

We used Grant when we had to find someone to walk our Cavapoo (Milo) while we went away on holiday. We did call around a few different companies but Grant was by far the person we felt we could trust. He took time out to get to know Milo before we travelled which put us at ease. Milo being a slightly nervous dog normally takes a bit of time to get to know someone, however he bonded with Grant very quickly. Grant is very accommodating in terms or day/times of walks which suits us with our schedules. We would highly recommend Grant for anyone considering his services.

We couldn't ask for a better or more trustworthy dog sitter and friend to our dog, Paddington. Paddy loves his days with Grant and has done since day 1. Grant sends frequent updates on how his day is going, and always makes sure that he is cared for. We couldn't recommend Grant more!

So many wonderful things to say about Grant!! Where to start... We found Grant after searching all of Richmond for an appropriate sitter for our working cocker spaniel Rocky. Rocky can be a quite the hand full and has a lot of energy and although such a lovely demeanour can be a bit overwhelming for some dog-sitters. We knew we'd need someone that was confident and had experience with an array of different doggy characters. We met Grant the first time in an enclosed park and were sold after 5 minutes of meeting him! It was evident that Grant had a lot of experience with taking care of dogs, training them and running a dog-sitting business. He answered all our questions patiently and took all necessary steps to make sure Rocky would be comfortable and all other dogs surrounding Rocky would be comfortable. Every step was reassuring and efficient! Since then Rocky has hung out with Grant for daycare and stayed over night. Pick up and drop off is super easily organised and Grant is always communicative. He also sends regular photo updates of what the doggy gang is up to that day! Most importantly Rocky looks well spent and super happy when returning from his stay with Grant. He really adores him which is always the best sign! We highly recommend - Your dog will be in safe hands!

We are first time dog owners and quite nervous about getting it all right - we found Grant through a Google search and he’s been fantastic. Given us a lot of his time (without charge) getting to know our dog and inviting me on a walk with other dogs in his care. He’s now doing regular training sessions and has made a huge difference in our dog’s behaviour. Actively encourages regular updates and videos so he can fine tune what he’s taught us. An absolute gent too. Can’t recommend more highly!

Grant has been great with my cockapoo, Savanna. Despite previously going to puppy school, she would always pull on her lead excessively until being let off. Grant has done a wonderful job training her to walk by my side and listen to commands while crossing the road etc. Very happy with his professional and kind demeanour - it’s clear he has a huge passion for dogs. I’ve been dealing with some health issues so I had to get in touch at short notice for some overnight stays too and he offered to help immediately. My dog Finn really loves him and the whatsapp picture updates definitely show that. Thank you Grant for being brilliant!

I was looking for a dog walker in Twickenham to take my boy out while I'm at work and my friend recommended Walk Well Walkies. Grant is great! He's now been walking my dog for a few weeks. He picks him up, takes him to a local park (often changing the location), plays with him and teaches him good doggy manners all before cleaning his paws and bringing him back home safely. Whenever I mention Grant's name, he gets mega excited!

We have been using Helen for 6 years for several dogs. She always takes excellent care of their individual needs (our dogs are not the easiest!) and makes sure they are happy. I always feel reassured when they are with Helen, knowing she will look after them properly.

Helen is a very reliable cat sitter and she always keeps us well informed about our cats while we are away via WhatsApp. It is stressful looking for a cat sitter but as soon as Helen arrived for her preliminary visit it was clear how much she loved cats.She goes out of her way to put our cats at their ease. Last time Helen called to collect the keys one of our cats actually looked excited to see her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen as a cat sitter.

Helen has been looking after our elderly dog twice a week for doggy daycare since January when our previous daycare person retired, and I honestly can’t recommend her more highly. As our dog is older he has some hearing and sight issues and we were quite nervous about finding another person, but Helen is wonderful with him and he absolutely loves her and going to daycare for lovely long walks with his new pack (she sends us photos of all their antics!). I completely trust Helen with caring for our dog and I am so glad we found her.

Helen is the best - our dog Monty absolutely loves her and is so excited every time she picks him up. She shows such affection for the dogs in her care and sends lots of photos of them all having fun throughout the day. Helen was the obvious choice as I didn’t want to send him to daycare in a field or inside and Helen takes them on long walks and he comes home exhausted ! Couldn’t recommend Helen more.

We have been using Helen since our dog was a puppy. She loves going to Doggy Daycare and is always excited to see Helen. She has a good variety of activities and takes the dogs out to different places. She's very trustworthy. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Helen.

Lovely, lovely Helen was in charge of our gang of furry friends. For 10 days, she stayed with our beloved dog, our ginger boy (cat), and our two guinea pigs. And I swear it's as if they're waiting for her to come back! They clearly had the time of their lives! And Helen was just amazing, keeping us up to date with such wonderful photos and texts. She was so hands-on and so wonderful with the pets. Completely and utterly trustworthy. Our dog never had it so good. He explored the length and breadth of West London with Helen by his side. Helen is just superb and we can't wait to have her look after our brood again. She's popular and it's so easy to see why! We came home to the such a happy and well-loved household!

Helen has been walking our Cavalier KC for over 18months and is fantastic. She’s super reliable and flexible on which days she walks our dog, which is really helpful for our lifestyle. I feel our Cavalier is in safe and caring hands with Helen. I like that she walks in different locations each day, which gives variety across the week. We would thoroughly recommend Helen as a dog walker! Helen arrives promptly each day, is very affectionate and loving with our beagle Alfie, and is very professional with her service. Alfie immediately warmed to her, and his tail wags every time her hears her knock at the door. He clearly enjoys his daily walks with Helen, and interacts well with the other dogs.

We have used Helen's Pet Care Service several times over the past two years for pet sitting our two cats while we are away on holiday. We have always preferred for our cats to stay at home rather than being at a cattery so finding a pet sitter was very important to us when we moved to West London a couple of years ago. I wanted to find a local dog walker primarily to help my new rescue get used to different people. I contacted Kirsty and now have Jodie walk him twice a week. He loves his walks with her and she is always punctual and friendly. She is away this week but Kirsty had already planned someone to walk him. Would definitely recommend Kirsty’s business. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I have two quite skittish greyhounds but Jen (one of Kirsty’s walkers) has developed a wonderful relationship with the hounds. I get regular pics of very happy and excited pooches. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. I feel confident the dogs are happy and are receiving high quality care whilst I’m at work. 5 stars!

This is the first time I have used a dog walker and I will definitely use Kirsty’s company again! Kirsty and her team were so friendly and professional. I work quite ecelctic hours and Kirsty is super kind when my schedule is complicated and always does her best to accommodate. My puppy can be a little nervous of people and new situations, but she is always so happy to see Kirsty and really enjoys their walks and cuddles. I'm really happy to find someone who cares as much about my dog's wellbeing as I do and it's such a weight off my mind to know that the pup is taken care of!
