I had to choose a place out of the blue. I was overly happy with what I saw walking in. Then I got the opportunity to see one of the staff working with a high energy dog, and I knew this place would be great. Final test...how was Gabby when I picked up. Happy, playful, no shakiness like has happened before. If I can insert a photo I will!

Love the webcams! It's nice to see your pups playing. Safe place for a puppy vacation, while you're on vacation. 2024: The Love and Compassion of this staff just gets better and better everytime my pups visit! They washed my dogs blanket, sent me home with a report card (so cute) and a sympathy card for my dog that just passed away. Absolutely LOVE this staff and the things they do for the pups and the owners! THANK YOU!!

My pup used to be scared of daycare (along with dog parks) but the workers here helped get excited to go to daycare! I'm very thankful that they take great care of my boy.

I’ve used Charleston Dog House multiple times to board my sweet boy Jax while away on vacation. They have been great every single time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The dogs get plenty of attention and exercise and the live web cams provide the comfort we need while away. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

my sweet boy absolutely loves this facility along with the employees. he gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. as a vet tech, i recommend them to a lot of clients.

The staff was friendly. They provide video camera access online so you can view how your dog is doing. I'm sure we will use them again the next time we visit.

On vacation I brought my dog Pickles to a different boarding facility. Pickles is nervous with humans, great with dogs. I felt horrible leaving her at that other place and she sat in a kennel all day because they were afraid or something. We bring Pickles to the Charleston Dog House, same thing Pickles is nervous and barking but you can immediately tell the staff there knows what they are doing and how to handle it. About an hour later we check the cameras in the play area AND THERE IS PICKLES RUNNING AROUND PLAYING. My wife is very attached to the dog and it completely took any concerns she had off the table and we could enjoy the day. Thank you Charleston Dog House l, especially all the staff that worked 6/10. Pickles is not fond of guys, but the young man that took her to the back that day had perfect demeanor to handle it. You guys working that day have no idea how wonderful you guys are and how you let us enjoy a family day without anything to worry about. You guys are rock stars!!!

My dog told me to post a positive review, so here it is! These people love dogs, which is what you want in this sort of place. Definitely a too tier doggie day care place in the area.

I left my dog there for 5 days while we were on vacation and we returned 2 days ago. When I picked him up one of his eyes was extremely red and the other one was pink. No one bothered calling to let me know. He also had an upset belly and had an accident in my house that night and he NEVER does that! I took him to the vet the next morning and he had pink eye and I'm still waiting on fecal results to make sure there is no parasite. He was also supposed to have a bath but I guess they only washed the top of him because there was hardened junk stuck all in the hair under his chin. Also, he seemed not himself like as if someone had treated him poorly. I went to give him his medicine in pb like I always do and when I went to hold his chin up so he would swallow it he was like cowarding down like he was scared. Not like him at all! They told me he didn't bark much except when he had to go to the bathroom. Not true at all. My dog barks at every dog, person, noise etc which he showed at the vet when I took him! They need cameras inside instead of just on the outside! And the paperwork you have to fill out prior to their stay basically says that if your dog dies in their care then they are not responsible. My dog won't be going there again! The price is good, but you get what you pay for. I've been giving my dog lots of love and I gave him a good bath today and he's finally getting back to himself. I feel totally guilty for leaving him there.

We highly recommend Arden's Barking Buddies! We hired her for drop-in visits while away for the weekend. She went above and beyond for our 2 dogs, spending time with them, keeping us informed of how they were doing, even vacuuming their living area. All for a very reasonable price! Arden’s Barking Buddies AKA Jerilynn was AMAZING!! From coming to meet the pups to picking them up day 1 and bringing them home when we returned. Words can’t explain how great a find Arden’s Barking Buddies has been. I have taken my Australian Shepard, Carson, to Jerilyn for over two years now. He gets so excited when he sees her that I have to make sure he is securely in the harness as he’s been known to jump out the window to give her kisses. Most recently I dropped Carson off while I went away for 16 days to hawaii. There’s no one else I would trust with my pup for that long. I never once had to stress about him because I knew he was probably having more fun then even I was. Jerilyn is AMAZING and sent numerous pictures of their field trips all over town. I’m constantly recommending her to everyone I know

We have had wonderful experiences with ABB. Jerilyn is absolutely fantastic and treats our sweet girl like her own. We appreciate all of the photos she sends us while we're away; Olive Jane always looks happy and healthy. Knowing that our family has someone that we can trust to take care of our girl while we are gone is such a good feeling. It's so hard to be away from your pets. There are no words positive enough for Arden’s Barking Buddies. When I called Jerilyn for a family emergency she was there within the hour to pick up my fur baby, Zephyr. I had no idea how long it would be until she could come back and not only did Jerilyn tell me not to worry about that but I was also at complete ease because I knew it was true and Z was taken care of. We have been beyond lucky to be clients of ABB for over five years and I will never leave Z with anyone else. Jerilyn always goes above and beyond and has become family.

Jerilyn took care of my dog Ollie for 16 days while I was in hawaii. I thought my vacation was wonderful, but I’m pretty sure my dog had the best vacation! He went on three field trips, multiple walks, and had fun in the kiddie pool. She even sent wonderful pictures of him during his trips!! I never worried about my dog for a second! It was such a relief just knowing he was in good hands!! I have no doubt that I’ll be taking ollie to hang out at Arden’s barking buddies for all my vacations!! I recommend Arden’s barking buddies to everyone and anyone!!

I cannot thank the staff for the care, love and attention they gave to both of our dogs while we enjoyed 9 days with family on vacation! The longest we’ve ever been without them and they made our time so relaxing. Even in their busiest moments we still received pictures and updates! I couldn’t reccomend them more and we will DEFINITELY use them again (both grooming and boarding!) they had outside time, inside play, rest time, cool down treats- you name it they made it happen. We recently moved to the area and were blessed to find The Doggie Disco LLC. Sweet Tea Darling and Moo Moo Baby love it there! They are an awesome team of groomers and doggie daycare providers. The girls look forward to their days there. Our Moo Moo is a shy, timid doggie and was turned away by other groomers, but Maddie and her team didn't give up on her; now she loves them! I really appreciate that they can see her the way we do. 🥰

Chloe did an amazing job on my Boykin spaniel. She was a bit gnarly going in and now she looks AND smells amazing! I will definitely go back and will recommend Doggie Disco and Chloe to everyone. Thank you Chloe! You are a great dog groomer!

Nothing makes me happier than when a local business moves in and makes my life so much better than it was. Madi is an excellent groomer who truly has a passion for animals. My dogs have never looked or felt better (seriously, it is like being able to hold and pet two clouds). Goose and Charlie are as happy as a dog can be after their grooming appointment. Madi ensured that my dogs would have their every need taken care of during their appointment and I honestly think she went above and beyond what most others would do. When I told her about a pretty negative experience with another groomer in the area, she was noticeably upset. I could tell in that moment that her heart is truly in this business. She was quick, efficient, and kind which never hurts! Grooming took FAR less time than I was used to at our previous groomer and the pups look even better in these few hours than they ever did at that other place. I would recommend everyone try out The Doggie Disco for yourself. I promise your pets will love it! Truly a five-star experience. I cannot wait to come back! P.S. - Never realized how hard it is to take photos of your dog in your own backyard! They refused to sit still 😭

My boy Oliver had his first grooming today and he did so good! He is a little nervous but they made him feel very comfortable, he even left seeming much more confident! They did such a good job on him. His hair was extra long and they gave him the cutest cut. I would definitely recommend!

This is my second visit and I was extremely pleased. I have been looking for a groomer that does the cut that I want and I found her at doggie disco. I was so happy that I had to show off my doodle. He was so beautifully trimmed and not shaved like others have done. This is my go to place and my forever groomer for my Polo. No more “he is matted” like the other groomers but a good low cut.

I’m so glad I have found Madi and this business ! My oldest has heart issues and can no longer go to his past vet. Madi has been so kind and accommodating with me and my pups. They always look great and come home happy after ! Chewie is my oldest and is so spunky and happy after a good groom :)

My first visit there and I will go back. Everyone is friendly and professional. Bo got a wonderful haircut and looks amazing. After cut and before.

I am so glad I found this place. Madi did an outstanding job with my senior fur baby girl. From start to finish I felt my girl was in good hands, she was calm when I went to pick her up and she looked the cutest she’s ever had. I highly recommend the Doggie Disco thank you Madi you are the best.

Just started using Paws Up. I have 2 cats. I was very pleased with the owner's attention to detail and she personally visited to gather all necessary information. She was very generous with her time and also shared her knowledge about healthy cat food options. The sitters were clearly above average because they were able to give my shy cat some hands-on attention which takes a patient and gentle person. No prior sitter has accomplished that. They provided written reports and photos after every visit. And they promptly replied to my posts. Everything was great when I returned home. Best of all, my cats looked happy and relaxed. They are like children to me so entrusting strangers into my home takes a leap of faith and a lot of intuition. But for more objective data, I was happy to hear that Kimberly does complete background checks and sitter training. So I felt it would be a good fit, and it was! I would recommend Paws Up to anyone!

Kimberly and her staff exceeded my expectations this past week!!!! I I’m not an easy fur baby mama to please, I can promise you that! She is truly a cat person and was awesome! Every day she sent me pictures of my kitty’s and a brief account of her visit. When I got home, everything was neat and cleaned up like she had just been here. I cannot say enough good things about her and her staff.😁😻🐈‍⬛ I was really worried about having a pet service come to my home. When I met her, I knew that I would not have to worry. Kimberly and Allison have been providing us with mid-day breaks for our boxer puppy while we work since he was 2 months old (total of 7 months now)! I truly believe that he looks forward to their visits. I love getting the updates after each visit; which includes some awesome pictures. They are always on time as well. Our boy has anxiety/sensitivity to loud sounds so if he gets spooked, they know what to do. We don't have to worry about it and that brings us peace of mind. Big thanks to both Kim and Allison for taking care of our fur baby like he was your own!

PawsUp! Did an amazing job with our three cats. The cats just loved them, nobody hid from them. We got great photos and updates with every visit. When we came home the cats we calm with no signs of distress. And that made our vacation even more wonderful.

Kimberly took amazing care of our senior pup Brutus during our wedding day! We were able to include Brutus in moments like photos and cocktail hour, which was so precious, then he was able to duck out and relax. This was important to us, since we wanted to include our dog in aspects of our wedding day without him getting overwhelmed. Kimberly took care of everything Brutus needed during the day, from walks to medicine to putting on his bow tie! Weddings can be so busy and knowing our dog was being taken care of helped us stay present in the moment to enjoy the festivities.

I've been meaning to provide a review for a while. Toby and I absolutely love the members of Paws Up!! They're friendly, knowledgeable, and can be depended on providing excellent care when you need it. We appreciate them very much. It can be hard trusting someone else to care for your pets but not with Kim and her wonderful team ❤️

The entire Paws Up Team was wonderful with our pets and provided detailed reports while we were out of town. We arrived back home to happy animals! I also found the communication mobile app was easy to use.

This app makes communicating with my pet sitter so easy!!! It has direct messaging and private messaging functions, request functions, invoices, and payment methods all in one. The amount of information I can make available to my pet sitter is amazing! From extra instructions for mail or lights to the location of backup food or cleaning supplies, there's a place to put it! The way this app is set up makes me feel confident in my pet sitter because of how I can share information and they can too! They send a report of how the pets were during the visit, who ate all their food, who went potty, who had playtime, and pretty much anything else you can think of.

So easy to talk to and we’re right on time! They were so great to our girls and definitely provided me with peace of mind while away at work - they left lots of pictures each day and it was no issue getting in touch with them!

The petsitting team are always dependable. They send daily updates for each visit with pictures, which we look forward to when on travel. It’s like an email from our pets. 🥰 They also bring in the mail, water plants, etc. The sitters are very responsive to any new instructions, too. May be a little more expensive than the neighbor kid, but we feel very confident & relaxed, knowing that everything is well-taken care of & any contingencies considered. We highly recommend.

Alexis is the best!! My boy Maverick (3 yr old Husky/GSD) has bad anxiety & a fear of ppl & places (due to his past home) but he LOVES Alexis. He won’t let us bathe him but he smiles & loves for Alexis too. He doesn’t even mind the dryer. I can’t recommend her enough. We also have a 6 month old Siberian Husky named Sage who also adores her!! I don’t trust ppl with my pups but I trust Alexis bc she truly loves what she does.

Alexis is great! She takes such good care of our Puppy. We were gone for ten days and Alexis watched her for us. She walked her, snuggled her, sent us pics daily. Above and beyond. Our puppy loves her. Would highly recommend

Alexis and team of Claws of the Creek did an amazing job on our furry girls....they were pampered and sent home looking prettier than when they left...this is the pic she sent me after the brushout of their undercoat.....it's like we had 2 additional dogs...🤣. She will be added to our monthly budget...So happy I found her....🥰 …

I cannot share enough positive things about Alexis and the care she provides for my 3 dogs! She’s incredibly easy to work with and so dependable/reliable. Despite my pups having wild personalities and needs, she’s patient and always keeps them safe. She goes above and beyond and it gives me such peace of mind to know my dogs had a visit with their favorite person while I’m at work. She’s even groomed 2 of my dogs and I would highly recommend her grooming services. I get many pics of their time together and cannot recommend her enough.

Amazing team, I couldn’t have asked for a more down to earth and professional experience. They shared advice and took their time with my older kitty, for a truly great price!! Extremely sweet, gentle and an obvious love for animals. I highly recommend them and have already referred them to my dad for his kitty!

Sadly my boy, Kylo passed away before our scheduled boarding days at this facility. However, we did get to do the initial meeting day and from that experience I was confident in leaving him at the Cool Dog Country Club while I would be out of town. I can say the place was very clean! The owner was nice and knowledgeable about dogs and certain breeds. Kylo was a very picky snacker and I think this was the first place where he took a treat from them in a long time. When its time again with a new pup, I will be using this facility for doggy daycare and boarding.

We left our dog Alma there for her first boarding. Our plane was delayed and she had to stay an extra day. Charlie the owner brought her out to my truck and said she was wonderful. We had looked at several other kennels and they can’t hold a candle to Cool Dog CC. The indoor facility which is huge is so clean it doesn’t even smell like a kennel. The outdoor area is fabulous for them to hang out. We are so proud we found this place. Thank you to Charlie, Rebecca, and Sarah. You get a five star from us!

What a great team at The Cool Dog Country Club. Inside is clean, dogs look happy! The personalities of the owner Charlie and the team were beyond loving to my pet Maxx! Doggie day care was great yesterday we will definitely use you again! Maxx Dog tired after great fun!

Top notch care! We have places closer to our home however this place is worth the drive. My dogs are with them for up to a week at a time every three months.

5 stars isn't enough! We had researched and been to some meet and greets to find a boarding facility for our 19 month old newfoundland. Due to a previous tragic experience with our previous dog at another local boarding facility, I was more picky than ever. From the time I first spoke to Michelle at The Cool Dog Country Club, to schedule a meet and greet, I felt at ease. I remember telling my husband, I REALLY like her...my gut tells me this is our place. The meet and greet confirmed those feelings. They have so much knowledge of all breeds and really listened and understood my main concern, which was the heat - our girl does not do well at all with heat. We recently went on vacation to the west coast and boarded our fur baby for 8 days/nights. This was the first time I have ever not worried about leaving our dog at a boarding facility and for me, that was HUGE! They took such good care of her! They recognized right away that she is a bit of a nervous Nelly, and acted accordingly. This was her first boarding experience and they understood that as well. Y'all, I really cannot say enough about this facility and it's entire staff. I am beyond thankful and grateful that we found them! Thank you, Cool Dog Country Club, for all you do and for providing me complete peace of mind!

We’ve boarded our dog Kota with them a couple of times now and we could not be happier! The pick up and drop off is safe and convenient, the staff is very knowledgeable and most importantly I know they are looking after her like their own. I’m glad I found Cool Dog and you will be too.

We started boarding our three dogs at The Cool Dog Country Club relatively soon after they opened and they have simply been awesome. Our dogs enjoy the playful activities and adore the staff. It was imperative that we find boarders that could take care of our pets, especially one of ours that requires daily medication. Cool Dog not only checks that box, but every other box that you can think of. We are now loyal customers!! Thank you for all that you do!!

I recently boarded my beloved furry friend at Cool Dog Country Club, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They provided top-notch care and created a "home away from home" for my dog during my absence. The facilities at this place are immaculate and well-maintained. The spacious and clean kennels were outfitted with comfortable bedding, ensuring my dog's utmost comfort throughout the stay. It's a new place, so I chatted with Charlie and Katie about all of the improvements they've made to the building and land and it's clear that they have paid close attention to cleanliness and hygiene. I've honestly never seen a cleaner and well-maintained facility in all of the Charleston area. But what sets this place apart the most from other kennels is their caring and attentive staff. From the moment I dropped off my dog, Charlie and Katie's genuine affection for animals came shining through and reassured me that this is a special place (even for a needy pup like mine). They took the time to understand my dog's needs, preferences, and even gave me some solid tips fir managing his crazy diet. They also went the extra mile to provide enriching activities and socialization opportunities. From the HUGE backyard field and the super-clean pool, to the spacious and air-controlled indoors for play time on the hot days, my little guy didn't want to leave!! We will most certainly be back (but it probably won't be soon enough for our dog..!)

I started bringing both of my Aussies here for daycare a little over a month ago and I’m SO glad I did!! They absolutely love going to daycare and get so excited to see Michelle and play with their friends. I was a bit nervous with my younger one because he’s still learning social ques, but they have been so good with him and make sure he gets to play with other dogs who are a good fit for him. They always come home tired from a day of play. I’ll continue to bring my dogs here!

I have one worn out, happy and chill pup! Our Tic Tac received the best treatment and we can’t wait to start training lessons. Will be boarding here for all of our future trips:)

Needed a last minute grooming appointment for my three boys and reached out to Pet Mahal. They were able to get me in perfectly timed, took incredible care of my pups, and the customer service and convenience was top notch. I am so excited to continue using Pet Mahal in the future. Boys were so shiny, smelled great, and had lovely nail trims. Thank you again so so much!

The Pet Mahal is a wonderful place to board your dog or for daycare. They are so sweet and understanding and take special care of our Abbey girl. My husband and I have been through so many hardships this year requiring us to be out of town and The Pet Mahal is so understanding with last minute boarding and having to extend the reservation. They go out of their way to ensure we have a place for our Abbey girl to stay. I would give them a million stars on a review! Your fur baby will be very well taken care of at The Pet Mahal. 😊🐾🐾💕💕

My chow chow boy, Kylo, came here a few times. Sadly he crossed the rainbow bridge but I would like to say what I loved about this place. The Pet Taxi service is wonderful!! I live close by and work longer hours being a nurse, so I can't usually make it to a doggy daycare before they close. The pet taxi option make it possible for daycare as they would bring Kylo home before they close. I loved the fun parties they offered their for our fur babies. Maybe the best feature is the daily pictures they post on Instagram! It's a nice reinsurance to see your baby in pictures playing out in their yard through that daily update. Here's a picture of Kylo at their Halloween party. One day with a new puppy, I will return to the pet mahal for services.

I was referred by a couple people. Nicole let an assistant of hers groom my dog. I was not satisfied with the hair cut. I waited a couple months to get in so she needed grooming pretty badly. The haircut was not like the picture I sent at all. For the price I could have taken her back to Petsmart. They at least give you the cut you request.

Charlie loves his friends here at Pet Mahal. The facility is nice and clean. The workers are wonderful with our pups, you can tell they truly love their jobs. The pic on the right is my tired little pup after and day at Pet Mahal.

They sent me a report card detailing her activities. She received a lot of attention. She looked very happy in picture they sent. Very caring, upbeat and friendly staff!!

I’m loyal to The Pet Mahal. The staff is always super supportive and friendly and always try their best to help me when in a bind when it comes to scheduling appointments. My golden retriever Millie always looks so darn cute and smells amazing when groomed here and I do believe the prices are more than fair. Pet Mahal is a true lifesaver. I am a very busy man and I appreciate you guys so much for the help and honest work and taking care of my best friend 😍 !!!

My dog had a great first day at The Pet Mahal. All the staff I spoke with were very welcoming to me and my dog. Added bonus was getting a report card mid day with details about how her first day went. So awesome. I definitely recommend and I look forward to my pup growing there and learning new things.

Kelly at Pet Mahal did a great job grooming our two sweet but slobbery bloodhounds! They came back soft and all smiles. They made sure to accommodate my work schedule, so it was a great spot!

Awesome experience with Watch Dog Pet Care! We went on vacation and boarded our 2 English Labs with Alyssa & Deno for 7-8 days. They keep you updated every step of the way. Send you TONS of photos. You could tell Moose & Bear enjoyed their time there and also loved playing with the other dogs. I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re considering using a boarder, or even a doggy day care, look no further than WDPC. No question- 5 stars.

We were comfortable with our choice, but anxious about the Puppy being in a new environment, not so much for our senior (Chihuahua). Went for the introduction and they were so calm with my boys and made me feel comfortable that they could handle their, uh, unique personalities, lol. We got picture updates our entire trip and our boys LOVED it. So much so, their Papa was a bit salty at the affection they were showing to them, lol. Overall, the BEST experience, best environment, and most importantly, best doggie daycare/boarding owners we've ever experienced! We love it here!

Lucy had a blast at Watch Dog Pet Care LLC. My new go to for pet sitting. Alissa takes great care and updated me each day, Lucy was there, with pictures of her playing with her new friends.

Watch Dog Pet Care has been the absolute best experience for us and our three dogs. All of our pups are rescues and have their own set of quirks and anxieties so finding somewhere to board them felt impossible, but Alissa and Deno were incredible. We received so many photos and updates that we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing they were in good hands. So grateful to have found these amazing people and would highly recommend them!

I’ve been taking my pride & joy Tucker to them for a few years now. Tucker is my chocolate lab & truly my best friend. If you truly want peace & mind when you have to go away & leave your best friend there are no better people on the planet! They go above & beyond & always keep you updated morning & night. Tucker always looks so happy & now when I turn down their street he jumps up & starts wagging that tail. I recommend them every day of the week & twice on Sunday. They always work with you & your schedule. In my opinion this isn’t just a business to them. Their hearts are in this & they truly love theirs & our animals with all of their hearts!

Highly highly highly recommend!! We left our dog with Alissa and Deno for Christmas and it was the best experience! She updated us everyday with pictures and made sure to communicate how he was doing. They made us so comfortable knowing that he was with people who truly love animals and that he was well taken care of. I was nervous that our dog would be too reactive towards other dogs but she assured us that they ease into introductions and that they don’t force anything. But they made him feel comfortable and confident around the other dogs and he had a blast! I definitely recommend them for a sitter and will continue to use them for future pet sitting!

Thanks to Alissa and Deno, we can travel again! We adopted our big boy who is considered "giant" by some places and extra-large at others. We really wanted an at-home boarding experience for him, but couldn't find someone willing to take him since he's not only a big boy, but also has some trust issues with people. Alissa and Deno took the time to listen to our concerns, meet Zeke, and allow him to get to know them. WE ARE SO HAPPY! Zeke goes to daycare intermittently - it's so easy to book and communicate with them for appointments. We have several overnight boarding dates booked and leaving Zeke with someone is now the least of our worries when we plan travel. When he's at daycare, we get constant picture and text updates. He can be slow to warmup to people, but their professionalism and knowledge of dog behavior made this such an easy transition for us and for our boy. It makes my heart melt to see a picture of him leaning against Alissa - we love that he's comfortable begging for attention. I cannot say enough good things about Watch Dog Pet Care. We wouldn't trust our boy with anyone else!

Alissa and her husband were wonderful! I can not say enough great things about Watch Dog Pet Care LLC. It was a blessing that they had availabilty on such short notice especially after our usual kennel shutdown for deep cleaning. I loved getting the updates through text and photos of our girl, Lucy. She was living her best life playing while we were away for a couple of days. They are very caring (our dog had medications administered), very sweet and very professional. We will definitely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend.

We picked our pups up today after a 4 night stay and we are so happy we went with Wagsworth! We've got Gator a 10 lb, 11 yr. Malti-Pug and Hobo a 50 lb, 6.5 yr. mystery mutt. The Gator is easy but Hobo is a rescue and has some issues. If he is confined for too long he'll panic and freak out, he's got trust issues with strangers and gets separation anxiety. It's been tough to find a place for him to stay when we go out of town that doesn't leave him stressed. We've tried 3 other places in the area and Wagsworth has been the best experience by far. The number one thing we look for is somewhere the pups will get enough exercise and attention. After getting the pups home and watching them for a while we can see they have the relaxed energy that comes after a play date. What came as a surprise to us was how much our pups took to the owner. She has a great energy about her, calming and strong. This the first time we've seen Hobo bond with a human at at a business. Usually he just tolerates strangers, but when we picked them up he went to the owner for attention. It was quite shocking because the first time he went to her was during the excitement of seeing us for the first time since we dropped him off. It's an overwhelming moment for him and he went to her for comfort while we were standing there! That tells us so much about how they were treated during their stay. We always worry about the pups when we go out of town. I don't think we're going to worry as much now that we've found Wagsworth. It feels so good to know we have a safe place for the pups to go where they have a human they actually like. We finally found our pups' home away from home!

The owner was very accommodating after another local boarding facility cancelled our reservation for our Christmas vacation! Then, for unforeseen circumstances both of our dogs had upset stomachs during their stay and she did everything within her power to make them comfortable and clean. Whether it was nerves or consumption-related remains to be seen, but we appreciated her constant communication and efforts to settle their stomachs. The extra fees were a little surprising for baths, kennel cleanup and chicken/rice meals, but worth it for peace of mind.

So I normally take my old man Prince to a couple groomers in Warner Robins but lately they ALL have been slacking. Always have to make an appointment even though I work for a living but they don’t care. I always passed Wagsworth Hotel but my spirit told me to give them a call today since I got off work early. The owner miss Terri answered on the first ring and told me to come on by. The interior is neat and homey, no foul smells and miss Terri and her 3 fur babies are the sweetest!!! My dog prince needed a clipping VERY bad and she really hooked him up!!!! She was sooooo concerned about his thumb nails while every other place in Warner Robins OVERLOOKED them. Mind you Prince won’t even let ME touch his paws without pulling them back, and for miss Terri he GAVE them to her like here you go boo lol. I was shocked 😳 but very glad I found someone he actually trusts!!! He had so much fun he knocked out cold on my couch right now lol 😂 I’m I’m sooooooo glad I finally stopped in and I won’t EVER go anywhere else. Terri definitely got my business and Prince’s heart !!!!!!❤️🥰😘

Always takes good care of my 1 yr old gsp, didn't even let me reimburse her when my dog tore up the room she had him in. Would highly recommend

The Dogstar team is absolutely amazing! We've had the pleasure of working with them over the last five years and can't tell you how comforting it is to have a team you can trust watch your pets. As our fur family has grown, Dogstar has been more than accommodating, even jumping in for emergency sitting arrangements or extended service. It's always stressful leaving town, but at least I know my pets are taken care of. We also get plenty of updates and pictures along the way. I can always tell how happy everyone is when we get home from all the attention. Would recommend through and through.

I used Dogstar for my very active lab/weimaraner mix and was so incredibly happy with the service! I scheduled a 30 minute run for Kodie to get her the exercise she needed beyond our normal walks. Dogstar sent great runners who were not only capable of handling an active dog but actually seemed to enjoy it! Kodie loved her running partners and was super excited every week when her favorite partners showed up. Would highly recommend for any needs. Exceptional customer service, very responsive to messages, and fantastic results!

From the initial meet and greet, we knew our 2 older cats were in good hands! The Dogstar team is professional, reliable and always reachable... they provide photos while you're away so you can feel more relaxed knowing they are taken care of. They will also take in your mail and water your plants... would highly recommend their services.

I am so thankful to have found Dogstar! Jiggy is the sweetest dog but has had some past leash issues and I really needed someone I could trust to understand his needs and my concerns. Brett and Nick go above and beyond to make sure Jiggy and I are both happy. They are always very responsive and accommodating to changes. Justin (Jiggy's regular walker) is awesome as well. Everyone is polite and friendly and I love the notes left to let me know how Jiggy did on his walk. Jiggy has been a happier and healthier dog since I found Dogstar - thank you for all you do ❤️

We always have a great experience with Dogstar! We use them for our two large dogs for walking/visits throughout the day when we are out of town since our dogs don't do well being boarded. They are very communicative and always send us an update at the end of the day on how they did. Always a great experience and our dogs are always very happy when we come home.

Great service. I was able to set everything up easily online, but when issues arose it was easy to contact a human quickly. They were very reliable, accommodating, and left a note every day of how my dog did. I happened to stop home one day when our dog walker came by, and my dog happily rushed over to her, so I know my dog enjoyed her time with them too.

I can't say enough about how amazing Dogstar has been for my dog Josie. My schedule is constantly changing, and I've found such relief in knowing that my dog will be taken care of when I'm not home. They are extremely responsive, reliable and (fortunately) very flexible and accommodating when I have a last minute request. Highly recommend!
