Excellent grooming ... I have taken my Lhasa Apso there for the last 3 years or so and she always does a very professional job. Consistent and reliable. I would highly recommend this place . She is so very busy you need to book way ahead, but it is so worth it. Hard to find somebody with the skills that she has here.

Alicia is a gem. Joey loves going to see her and he always comes out looking wonderful and smelling sweet. It's more play time than grooming appointment. Alicia even found Joey had an ear infection brewing and I was able to get into our vet and avoid any drama on our extended trip. Just be sure to call way in advance because Alicia is in high demand!

Best place, l love how Alicia is with my dogs so loving and kind. She does a super job at what she does, quick and efficient. I appreciate how accommodating she is with my schedule. We all love coming to her shop, Million thanks ☺️

I would not take my pup anywhere else to be groomed. She is nice, does great work, and obviously cares for the dogs she is grooming. There is not a better groomer in the area!

I have two very large energetic labradoodles that can be a handful. Yesterday, they went to the groomers and received the best cut yet. Thank you Bear and Fauna love life again!!!!!

Job was not completed to our standards. And we were given heavy attitude from the owner, she left urine on one of our dogs and didn't trim properly around the eyes of our elderly dog who has problems with her vision. The only thing this woman did was give our dogs a bath which we did pay her for but the work that was done was absolutely unacceptable, if you're tired of youre job then work somewhere else and find something better to do than give 2, 20 year olds attitude

Kim is a gem. She prides her business on kind treatment of animals. My miniature schnauzer is wary of new acquaintances and goes right to her with no reluctance. Also requests exactly how you would like the grooming going into detail.

Kim is a wonderful woman who love for animals shows the moment you walk in the door. Her work is quick and effencent! I bring all of my dogs there and they love her.

We took our Yorkie Belle here while we went on a jet boat trip. I was concerned about her as she doesn’t handle kennels well. It turned out they took extra special care of her, took pictures of her with the beautiful background from their yard as she took a walk, and she seemed very content when we picked her up. We were so happy to have such a nice place to leave her while we enjoyed the boat trip. We highly recommend Happy Hills Kennel.

Magical hilltop location! You can tell as you drive up the road to this hilltop paradise that your pups are in for a treat!!! We were very happy with our two pups 4-night stay. We received pictures, videos and had great communication while we were away. The hosts were inviting, personable and flexible. Thank you for the peace of mind while we were traveling!

Happy Hills watched my dogs for a week while I was on vacation, and my dogs came home safe, well-cared for, and happy! The owners are passionate about pet care, and familiar with a variety of dog types. My dogs are not usually good with other dogs, and so they accommodated us by walking them and giving them alone time in their dog run. I would highly recommend Happy Hills for anyone who needs either doggy day care or overnight boarding.

Wow, what can I say! We are on vacation, 650 miles from home, on a almost 3 week camping trip along the Oregon coast.....with 4 dogs 🐕 😀 Well we called on a Friday and they got them in that Saturday for doggie daycare! We really needed a break, had a nice lunch, got in some relaxing time and got refreshed. They were super nice and the dogs were happy and tired from a day of fun. Can't say enough about this kennel, they are fantastic. Only wish we had them available to us at home. We wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you Hilltop, you were a life saver for us!

This kennel is AWESOME. My 3 Cocker Spaniels did daycare for 2 days and did wonderful. The second day, they went with them and didn't even look back. So happy that I have a nice dependable place for them when I visit Gold Beach with them. They sent pictures which was a pleasant surprise.

Took Waylon here for the day while we did a jetboat tour. We very rarely leave him so I was a bit nervous. While on our tour we received pictures of our super happy boy looking like a model with the ocean background. Loved the outdoor large clean kennels and the overall vibe. We definitely recommend.

We came from out of state to enjoy Jerry’s Jet Boats, but we were a little apprehensive about leaving our dog with ‘strangers’ for the day. No worries! Ryce and Julie were wonderful to Dallas. They even sent photos of her to our phone while we were on the water! Awesome! T

We have used Jamie Lesko’s pet service for 5+ years, and she and her team are excellent. For us, they provide overnight pet/house sitting. While the service is not cheap, it is certainly comparable to boarding 2 animals and hiring a house sitter. When we return from trips, the animals are happy and healthy, AND we don’t have to go pick them up somewhere. The house is clean, and extra work is not waiting for you upon your return. With Jamies’s service, you will not have the problems encountered with individual pet sitters. You will not experience last minute cancellations, or breakage of household items, or a messy kitchen, or lots of phone calls about house problems. Jamie’s team will work to keep your time away stress-free. In my personal experience, they have arranged air-conditioner repair, dealt with a water leak, and cared for ailing pets. The most telling thing is that my dogs are thrilled to see their pet sitters.

We have tried Rovers and other options in the past. But Jamie with Pawsitters has been an incredible experience in caring, trust and professionalism. Jamie went above and beyond on more than one occasion. We would recommend Jamie over any of our previous experiences without hesitation.

Paws Up did a wonderful job taking care of our two dogs. The dogs are rescues that we had for less than 2 years and this was the first time we left them with anyone. The first night was a challenge but Paws Up understood their fears and soon our pups were clamoring for attention. We intend to use Paws Up again in the near future. They are caring people who truly love animals. You would never know they had even been to your house; they keep it as if they hadn't been there. Very impressive! We wholeheartedly recommend Paws Up!

Excellent care & service! Tina was marvelous and was not only able to sit for us on short notice (around Christmas no less!), she genuinely seems to care for the pets she sits with, and have a genuine love of animals in general. We could tell our kitties were in good hands when our less social cat immediately took to Tina on the first visit! She also offers to send pictures & text updates of pets which always make us feel so much more at ease when travelling. I am blessed to have found TLC Pet Care in April 2020. I had a family emergency out of town and needed someone immediately. Tina Anderson, owner, came over right away to meet with me. One week prior to this, we just welcomed 5 brand new kittens into our home. We, also, had mom, dad, aunt Ittle. We had a house full. Tina took charge of the situation and spent every single day for the next 3.5 months caring for our sweet babies. She sent multitudes of photos and videos everyday, so that my husband and I could feel involved in the babies growth and I can honestly say, they were a highlight of my husband's day. As he shared each and everyone with his Dr.'s and Nurses until he passed away. I will forever be thankful for Tina and TLC Pet Care for coming into my life. Not only was Tina there for our animals, she was there for me while I was going through the absolute worst time in my life. Tina still comes over every day for the cats because she is an important part of our lives now and I wouldn't, nor would all the kitties, have it any other way. We LOVE TLC Pet Care!

TLC is beyond amazing at what they do. They took excellent care of my senior pup (and cats!) while we were away and most importantly, loved on him! Tina is terrific! She takes great care of my two mini dachshunds (and senior cat when he opts to come out to visit) and they love her company. I first booked Tina only 36 hours before I had to leave for a week-long business trip because my initial pet sitter cancelled on me. If not for Tina being able to accommodate me at such short notice, I would have had to cancel my trip. Tina saved the day! She's been my go-to pet sitter eversince. I cannot recommend her enough.

Great Experience with Tina at TLC! She booked us on super short notice and helped customize a plan for our 5 month old puppy. This was a last minute need and she made the entire process super easy. Harper loved her time with Tina and slept for a solid 3 hours after she left. We will have her # on speed dial for all our trips to Medford. Highly recommend!

Tina was great. Prompt response to an inquiry made at the last minute when my usual sitter was unavailable. Great quality with affordable and friendly service. She provided updates upon each visit and even included photos of my kitty when possible. Returned to a happy kitty and an apartment in great condition. Unlike some previous sitters she had taken the litter trash out, got my sticky deadbolt to work smoothly, and cleaned the food dishes as well! Will definitely be using TLC Pro Pet Care in the future. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful service and care. Tina kept in touch with details at every visit and displayed a genuine interest in connecting with and caring for our pets. All communication was thorough and professional (though warmly personal as well) right from the first interaction through to the last. I would be happy to welcome her back into my home any time. Tina actually brought in her own toys to play with our kittens and checked the store for additional wet food when we were down to dry only - just to make the kitties happy. Neither of these were expected from her but showed a great deal of personal investment in what she does. She clearly loves caring for pets and was a joy to 'work' with.

We left our sweet Schnauzer in the competent hands of Tina, a TLC Pro Pet Care professional. We were able to leave town with complete confidence in Tina. Her ability to communicate was such a positive attribute. We saw photos of our sweet dog, doing all of her favorite things. Tina was also very respectful of our home. Southern Oregon Pet Services has been our dog's home away from home. We bring him here for half-day and full-day daycare as well as overnight boarding. He absolutely adores the trainers (they are wonderful!) and the safe space to run around with the other dogs -- he is always eager to jump out of the car when we arrive! We have done one-on-one training here, too, which has helped immensely with his reactivity. I highly recommend Southern Oregon Pet Services for anyone who is looking for a facility that will treat your dog like their own.

We send our Belgian Malinois mix, Bruce, to Southern Oregon Pet Services so he can get some socialization, training, and exercise. He always gets so excited when we turn down their road and comes home tired and happy. We board both our dogs with them when we travel. We’re so grateful to have somewhere we know our dogs will be safe and happy.

Our dog, Maude, is an American Bully mix, from the shelter, who was a stray just a few months ago. When we adopted her she had almost no training or manners. We were searching for a daycare that could provide enrichment, discipline, structure, and fun. Once Maude had her safety assessment, she started daycare and received additional obedience training. It took only a few sessions and and she began to fit right in. And the skills she's learning have helped with her manners outside of daycare as well. A huge plus. Maude loves going to SOPS. The trainers are calm but firm and care about the dogs holistic wellbeing. They even teach us new skills to teach Maude. Maude loves dogs, people, being outside, structure, and play. She gets all of that at SOPS. She gets to run around, learn new things, meet new friends and burn all her doggy energy. We're so glad we found SOPS. It's a great operation and we are so grateful for how lucky Maude is to have this enrichment opportunity as part of her life. Look how happy she is!

I first reached out to Kailani for dog training. My then 8 month old pup was destroying my stuff and had really bad manners. I needed help! We did private training and a few group trainings. Wow, what a difference. Before long, I started taking both my dogs for doggy daycare and I board them with Southern Oregon Pet Services when I travel. My dogs are now 3 and 5 and they SO love going to play with their friends. I love that they are exhausted when we get home. Kailani and staff always go above and beyond to care for my girls. All of the staff treat Luna and Ruby like they love them, and I have zero worries when they stay there when I travel. They even paid special care on the 4th of July when Ruby experienced anxiety and Luna was sensitive to the heat. I recommend S.O.P.S any chance I get.

Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, lots of shade for the dogs to run and play. Good supervision, secure play areas with lots of room to run. Dogs are matched with appropriate size and age groups, to provide a low stress environment. Can't wait for our dog to join in the fun. Really liked that Everyone was low key... no uppity staff here.

Our 2 Dobermans Gabby and Sophie have been going to daycare for about 6 months now and not only do they enjoy it we love it as they come home exhausted! We also love the option of having them bathed before pick up. Can definitely recommend them.

They are the best doggy daycare/ boarding we’ve taken our dog to. They are very involved, very educated, and I feel so safe leaving my Louis with them during the work week. The folks at Pine Hill Doggy Daycare were super professional and sweet. Our pup came back happy and absolutely exhausted after a full day romping around the beach and yard at day care. Pine Hill picked up and dropped off our girl as well as sent video/photo updates during the day. I would highly recommend Pine Hill Doggy Daycare and plan to use them many times in the future!

We used Kelly's Pet Sitting just last week for the first time. Like some other reviewers, I was so nervous to have a stranger watch my pet other than friends or family, but we are new to the Medford area and don't have contacts for that yet. By the time our initial interview was done, we knew Kelly's services were going to be just what we needed We have a very old cockatiel. Kelly did the pet sitting and her professionalism and updates are priceless. I do worry a lot about leaving my pet home when traveling but because Kelly was so good, she set my mind at ease. This is probably the first vacation I have taken where I really did relax and it's because of Kelly's Pet Sitting service. She provided me with daily updates and seemed to even thoroughly enjoy the time spent with my bird. She even sent me a short video of him singing to her!! And when we got home, my bird was happy, and did not seem stressed out at all. It was great. I trust Kelly with my home and my pet. I will definitely be using her service as often as I can. I think her service is better even that family and friends because she is so knowledgeable. If I had found her where I used to live, I would have used her then. So glad I trusted my instincts about her and her service. You can too! I hope you will because you will find the support you have always needed when you can't travel with your pet!

My cat was so happy that I hired Kelly to watch over her on a recent trip! Kelly was incredibly professional and so easy to work with. She also understood how much I would miss Pearl and gave me regular updates. When I came home, Pearl was calm and happy--very different then when I just had friends drop in occasionally to check on her. Kelly also got the mail and took out the trash. Truly a great service and worth every penny.

We have 2 cats, ages 13 and 12 years. We called this location and explained that we had never boarded our cats before, and inquired as to their services, and fees. Without going into the finite details, we’ll just say that what we were quoted in 2 separate phone conversations was far from what they charged us when we picked them up. We felt that we had done our due diligence in asking what our bill would be in advance, but whomever we spoke with gave us poor information. We recognize that this may have been accidental (new employee maybe?), which is why we would suggest getting a quote via email prior to booking, especially if you are a new client. We ultimately paid the bill in full, but it left us feeling bad and certainly leery. We were pleased with the kennel otherwise. The staff was professional, the kennel and grounds are very nice, and our cats were returned as expected.

The kennels have an outdoor portion and an indoor portion with a dog door between so the dogs can go in or out as they please. They are not open top like some boarding kennels, so jumper/climber dogs (like mine) aren't a problem. It's not the fanciest facility, but the kennels are clean and my dogs were taken care of. The price is very reasonable too. I would take my dogs here again.

Have been boarding here for over 20 years. Kennel is always clean. It is remote and we'll secured. I would nt want to leave my loved family members anywhere else.

I had to take my two dogs somewhere safe and nice during the terrible Almeda fire in September. They took such good care of my girls, and Julie kept me posted on how they were doing every single day they were there. It was a really hard time, but I had peace of mind knowing my girls were in their care.
