The BEST place to take your pup!! We had been looking for a doggy daycare to take our 7 month old pup and Mrs. Jo Ann is just the best! We did a meet and greet, she was very nice and the place was spotless. She takes great care of your dog as if it was her own and keeps you updated during the day, which as a first time dog parent taking your beloved baby some place new can be scary. My boy Jax absolutely loves going there. I would 100% recommend anyone looking for doggy daycare to contact Mrs. Jo Ann.

My father took our dog Gus (9 mos old Smooth Collie) to Stay N Play for a weekend overnight stay. My father was very impressed with the facility (very clean and lots of room to safely run and play). The owner/operator Jo Ann obviously cared for all the dogs under her care as if they were her own. My pup was obviously very well care for and seemed to have a wonderful time. We highly recommended Stay and Play for a daily visit or overnight stays!

We had such a wonderful experience taking our fur babies here! Jo Ann was so nice and amazing with our German Sheppard and Pomeranian. It was their first time away from home without us and Jo Ann made us feel so comfortable every step of the way. She sent lots of updates with pictures and videos. The set up of the daycare is very cool and the dogs loved it! We will be back :)!

Stay and Play Doggie Daycare is wonderful. My dog has attended regularly 2 days every week for the past 2 years to get exercise and keep him social by playing with the other dogs. He is a high energy dog but by the time he gets home, he is ready for some rest! Jo Ann matches him with other dogs his size and temperament, and he has made friends with other regulars. We also board him there when we travel, and I know I don't have to worry because he gets treated like one of her own dogs. She often sends me video and pictures throughout the day. Every week he gets so excited when he hears he is going to see Ms Jo Ann!

I had tried another doggy daycare who was not willing to work with my early work schedule, left the dogs in kennels most of the day, and was more expensive. Finding Stay and Play was perfect! It’s a great fit for my schedule and pup who doesn’t like to be crated. The dogs have the freedom to play all day or choose to take a break. I love the set up there and JoAnn has been nothing but professional! Definitely recommend Stay and Play!

My husband and I adopted a dog with extreme separation anxiety. He wants to go everywhere but doesn’t want to get out of the car. I called JoAnn, she was honest and straightforward with me and we arranged a meet n greet for 45 minutes later. Our dog jumped out of the car & went right to JoAnn. The daycare is clean & well maintained, very spacious and has a great play area outside. Our baby has been going here for just over a year. He is a very different dog because of his days at the daycare. I don’t think twice if we need to board him, I know he’s being taken care of just like at home. LOVE this daycare and the owners.

Stay 'N Play Doggy Daycare is a delight for both us and our Chesapeake Bay Retriever. We know that our pup is in great hands there and she is matched in personality and energy level with the other pups who are there for the day. We've gotten to know the dogs she is best friends with too. When we leave our house and drive down the road that takes us there, she starts barking and whining and wants us to go faster! And when we pick her up, she whines and looks back but eventually sinks down in the seat fast asleep. We highly recommend Stay 'N Play!!

Love, love, love Stay n Play!! Not only am I lucky enough to call JoAnn a friend but I always have a sense of security knowing my precious pups are in her care. This is a wonderful facility filled with love and joy. If you’re like me, leaving your pets can be stressful but JoAnn always treats them like they are one of her own.... so much so, that one of mine would probably rather stay with her😂

We moved to DE four years ago and searched for a doggie daycare and boarding service for our young dog. When we found Stay 'N Play it was an answer to our prayer. This business is immaculate and set up for safety and lots of fun for dogs. Jo matches dogs' personalities so they become buddies! This is our dog's home away from home because it's so obviously filled with love and caring!

Stay ‘N Play is a GREAT Doggie Daycare. I have been taking my GrandDog, a high energy Vizsla for a year, 2 to 3 times a week for exercise and socialization. He gets so excited when I tell him we are going to see his friends. JoAnn is Amazing with all the dogs and treats every dog as if it were her own. Stay ‘N Play is a Loving Doggie Daycare.

She was excellent. We have 2 senior dogs and she was great with them She played - she walked them - she loved them ❤️ Will not hesitate to use her again - again and again

Barb is the best! She took care of my fur babies for years. Very caring, thorough and super reliable! We think of her as part of our family. Sometimes I think my pups are more happy to see her than me. If your looking for a dog walker or pet sitter don't hesitate to call her. You won't be disappointed. Crystal is the best pet sitter we’ve ever worked with. She is trustworthy, and reliable. Whenever we are out of town we are sure our pets are in good hands. Crystal is soooo amazing We do not trust anybody else to watch our dog. It is so nice to go away and not have to worry one bit about our best friend. Pawsit Pet Services (Crystal) has been caring for our 14 year old Lab for about 2 years & now is taking care of our 9 month old Golden puppy. We have zero complaints. Crystal is our absolute favorite thing about moving to this area. We treat our dog like our family and so does she. She genuinely cares about his well being, understands that structure and consistency are everything with pets, and gives him plenty of love and attention when we are at work. Crystal really took the time to get to know our dog's personality and uses it to make sure he's happy, loved, and safe. I cannot say enough good things about her. I would recommend her to anyone who asked. She is super communicative, punctual, and genuinely caring. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We could never say enough amazing things about Crystal and how devoted she is to our pup. We found her right as we adopted our husky as new puppy and she has been able to be with him and watch him grow for the past two years now. Our pup loves her just as much as we do! Crystal always goes above and beyond to make sure that our dog, our home, our privacy, and our things are treated with care and respect. She has so many times stayed longer with our dog than necessary in the event that he had an accident, got sick, or something out of the ordinary happened. She is in CONSTANT communication with us and gives really excellent visual reports on how her time with your pet has gone. She even does little things like bringing in mail and sending us homemade treats (which our dog LOVES). She will treat your pet and your home like her own. We don't know what we would do without her!

Crystal takes extra time with my Great Dane and his guard dog instincts. She is patient while he warms up, and has him sitting in her lap by the end of every visit! She just knows animals. I never worry when we leave our boy with her. She’s professional, responsive, and flexible. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our boy!

Crystal was amazing! I knew my 2 cats were in good hands while we were away. She updated us after each visit and sent awesome pictures! I will definitely be using her services again in the future. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable petsitting in Harford county!

Crystal has been a true asset to our little guy. Simba is a 13 year old Jack Russel Chihuahua mix and needs a little extra attention when my wife and I are working long days. We are so happy with our experience and can't recommend Crystal enough!

I was excited for my experience with Wanda, but was quickly disappointed. The set up and cleanliness was amazing, but after a few hours I received a call to come pick up my dogs because of whining and drinking so much water, they wet the pen one time. This was the first time they stayed with someone they didn’t know. I was told to come get them because Wanda “didn’t have the time to deal with it.” I thought that an experienced vet tech would know the difference between a stressed out animal and one with behavioral issues. Please note this occurred on Christmas Eve. I would not recommend Wanda’s Pet Service to a friend, however, I would recommend Eastern Shore Pet Resort for their reliability and prices.

We stayed with family in Lewes, De. They are not particularly dog firendly so we needed a pet service. Our pup stayed at Wanda's and had a wonderful experience. We love the idea of an outdoor kennel and fenced in yard with lots of room for him to explore. We already have a reservation for this year! Thanks Wanda

Do not trust this woman. She takes a very large deposit and the rest of the money upon drop off. She will then call you a couple hours later to pick them up without a refund. Her response to my review does not make any sense. The aggression comment is completely false. She is a liar. I would not recommend her “business”.

I drive an hour any time I go away just to drop my dog off. I love her care and attention to detail!
