We were looking for a place to take my 5 year old golden retriever so that we could go on vacation. She is not very socialized because we adopted her right before the pandemic. We set up a meet and greet to see how she would do with the staff etc. The staff are very nice and the building was very clean and modern. She did great with the staff but then she was just placed in a large room with a bunch of other dogs and she couldn’t handle it. It’s not their fault that she is so shy and scared but I didn’t like how she was just put in this room where she was obviously uncomfortable and just left to defend herself. She wasn’t attacked or anything but the other dogs were just all up in her face and she had nowhere to go to get space. They said some dogs can be this way and it gets better after time but I just felt really bad for her. I ended up taking her to another place where they keep the dogs separate and she was much happier. I don’t recommend this place if your dog is not socialized or scared of other dogs. If your dog is ok with other dogs, I would give them a try. I thought the place was nice and the staff was friendly.

I like the environment of Dogtopia and the employees are caring, friendly, and they keep the rooms clean. However, I can’t drop my doggies off for social interaction until after 2 PM when the whole day doggies are let out from their naps at noon. I just wished I could get a complete half day of doggy daycare for what I’m charged for.

Dogtopia is worth gold. I have a puppy who is the most challenging dog I have owned due to her having excessive energy and she has anxiety. She cannot sleep through the night unless I take her to Dogtopia. This includes when i take her to the dog park or puppy kindergarden she does not sleep through the night. On only our second time coming to Dogtopia, my puppy knew where she was and was extremely excited. I was told about another local place and when I called they were cheaper. However, Dogtopia screens the dogs for temperment and if a dog is not friendly from my understanding they do not stay. The other place keeps all dogs and just provides time outs. With my puppy already being anxious I want to be sure she only has positive experiences. It is worth the few extra dollars to bring her to Dogtopia. Also, they have events for the dogs on different days such as lick art, bubble baths, etc. The cameras help me keep on eye on my puppy and I am very grateful for Dogtopia.

Our dog Max loves it at Dogtopia. He plays hard and comes home exhausted (which says a lot for a husky). We appreciate that we can watch him on camera throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with our over-all experience at Dogtopial

I dont recommend going here because they mainly have the dogs pee anywhere inside and after taking my 1.5 year old dog there a couple of times she was peeing on the carpets in my house after never doing that since being housebroken as a puppy. So i spent a couple weeks and a couple hundred dollars including professional help to try to get the pee out of the carpet and have had to retrain her again. Everyone was super nice here and seemed to be good with the dogs however. Its just not a good business policy to have them pee inside but thats how they have it set up there. Was iffy about it off the bat and was told dont worry it wont make them pee inside your house caus its like the dog park here and obviously i should have not tried that because it was not true

Dogtopia is the best! They do so many fun activities for the pups and you can tell the staff really loves them! My dog gets so excited when we walk in that he forgets I exist and runs straight to the staff to go back and play! The onsite spa services are so convenient—I love being able to drop him off for a play day (or a weekend) and pick him up with a fresh bath! Having access to the webcam is great—I love being able to check on him and see him having a great time playing with his friends while I’m away!

This group of people love your animals! It's clear from the minute you walk in and they already know you and your pup after the first day. Great value, hours; care, socialization, services and exercise for Ruby!

Dogtopia is the highlight of Benard’s week! As soon as I say “do you want to go see friends?” He flies to the car and starts crying in excitement when we pull into the parking lot. I take him for a few hours once a week to be around other dogs and have no reservations in knowing he is being so well taken care of. All of the staff are warm, wonderful, and welcoming; the facility is clean and well equipped; and Bernard loves it. I cannot recommend them enough!

We love it so far, our dog loves to go and she, being a energetic ball of fur has had great experience being with other dogs. The price is good and we love the fact we can bring her for half days or full days. The people there are great and caring.

We love Dogtopia daycare. They have taken great care of little moose for the last year & he has made lots of friends in his time there.

This is Cheyenne, she has lymphoma from breast cancer. I took her yesterday to get cleaned up, she didn't like me to brush her anymore, I guess her skin is sensitive now. Green family pets took great care of her. She looks so happy we have no complaints!

My dogs is absolutely inlove with amy and her care. Bruce has been here twice and he never wants to leave. 😀 She is caring and texting me with updates and pictures of Bruce all the time. Her son plays with all the dogs and takes good care as well, they go for a walk , they play and and they have a lot of space for him to run around . They have good prices for broading . It’s very clean and new equipment. The atmosphere is great !!!! We love our dog and we definitely trust this company .Highly recommend! We will be coming back !

Great service. Friendly and loving to pets. Our cat comes home smelling good and brushed to perfection. We also have his nails trimmed every few months here. They always do a great job. I also recommended your facility to Moses original owner to have her other kitty's enjoy a spa day.

Amy at Green Family Pets takes such great care of my little boy toy poodle. He's a senior and is blind in one eye and deaf. She treats him with such gentleness and kindness. And he always looks great when she's done grooming him. I highly recommend Green Family Pets!

I don’t normally go out of my way to leave bad reviews so this is honest feedback. Don’t take me as a typical harsh critic. We took our two dogs in for a bath and haircut. Confirmed with the owner as to the type of cuts each dog would need with detail and were on our way. Upon picking them up, we quickly realized the dogs never got a haircut, only bathed. We should have stopped there. We took them back for a complimentary haircut the next day, which was very kind of the owners to do. What we returned to was the most horrifying excuse for a dogs haircut I’ve ever seen. We have an Australian Shepard whose body was shaved like a poodle while his neck wasn’t even touched. I wont even go into detail about our golden retrievers haircut. I understand a bad haircut but this was a complete lack of regard for the practice of cutting dogs hair. I would really strongly not recommend taking your dog here unless you can guarantee somebody with proven experience is cutting your dogs hair. Again, I even regret to write this review but I am in disbelief at the outcomes of both my dogs.

Amazing experience! I have a puppy who is fearful of grooming and having his nails done. Amy was fantastic! She was kind caring did an amazing job and was very professional. She was extremely patient and gentle with my pup who left there looking better than ever and most importantly he was very happy! I highly recommend Amy (and Sophie) for all of your pet grooming and boarding needs. You will find her business clean and very well-managed. If I could give her a hundred positive stars I would. Boy, I don’t even know where to start on this review. I generally don’t leave reviews, but need to put it out there for people wanting to use this place. It is probably the most unprofessional dog grooming salon that I’ve ever been to. We took our dog there because our last groomer quit and my first impression when I walked in the door wasn’t even that good as there was 10 or 15 dogs running all over the place. Our dog really doesn’t care for other dogs so we asked for our dog not to be caged or be around the other dogs, and they assured us that that would not happen. We made a 2 o’clock appointment and long story short it took a total of 3 1/2 hours. My wife wondered what was going on so she stopped by and our dog was in a cage soaking wet with a garage blower blowing on the dog to dry him off. He has basically been traumatized ever since he’s been there. Even after the haircut, his hair was so long in his face that he could not even see. I know it’s a dog groomer place but the cleanliness of the place was disgusting and there was a dog that was supposedly the owner that goes around and eats the trimmed dog nails off of the floor. And at one point they said they put my dog in a cage with that dog. I could go on and on, but I definitely do not suggest this place.

We have been boarding and grooming our dog Willow at Green Family Pets since they opened. Amy and her staff have made us feel very welcome and comfortable leaving her there. They do a good job with her nails and she always smells fresh and clean when she gets home. If you’re looking for a great option in Green for boarding, grooming, or day care then give Green Family Pets a try.

My 2 German Shepherd dogs were seen today for a wash and deshedding. They smell great their fur is soft. The coloring of their fur just pops. They look WONDERFUL. Thank you so much! 🥰 …

My mini schnauzers are NOT easy to deal with. They are rambunctious, anxious, and jumpy! This place does such an amazing job with them and their haircuts look great - even though I know they are hard to work with. Thank you for your patience with my guys!

The lady (Kim) that runs the kennel is so sweet and nice! I definitely feel comfortable leaving my dogs there!

I have been taking my boxers here for the last ten years anytime we go on vacation and never had any issues. They seem just as happy at drop off as they do at pick up. Very professional and clean I would highly recommend. Owners are very nice and good with all dogs!!

I absolutely love this place very reasonable in price and they take such wonderful care of our dog Madison get so excited when we come over the bridge because she knows where she's going. Wouldn't take her anywhere else!

Hattie’s was a HUGE lifesaver for me!! My dog was scheduled to be boarded elsewhere and upon dropping him off on my way to the airport it was in the middle of an active fire & I had to find a different place. On Sunday morning Hattie’s was the only one open and took him in with open arms!!! Hattie’s was amazing with taking my nervous phone calls to check on him while I was gone. He came home & crashed so he clearly had a great time! Will 100% use them in the future!!

My fur baby LOVES coming here to play while his humans are away. The staff is fantastic and take great care of all the doggies. He plays SO hard and always comes home tired, but ready to go back.

I really feel good about leaving my Sophie here. They take such good care of her and she gets to play and play with other dogs her size. The staff is friendly and eager to help. It's also clean and fairly priced.

We take our dog Memphis here quite a bit. All we have to say is Hattie's and she is running to grab her leash and harness. She loves it here both boarding and daycare! We can't say enough about this place. Between the friendly staff and all the tail wags, we recommend trying them out!

I don't like to board my fur baby often, but when I do, I wouldn't go anywhere else other than Hattie's. I have taken 3 of my dogs over the years to Hattie's, including our most recent fur baby who we adopted in 2023, as well as my 2 late beagles. The staff is wonderful with our little man, who has separation anxiety and sometimes gets nervous around other dogs (but he's improving!). You can tell they have the dogs' best interests in mind. The peace of mind that I get with boarding my dog here is worth every penny. And the mission of Hattie Larlham makes choosing to board my dog here, rather than other facilities in the area, a no-brainer. Keep up the great work, Hattie's!

Our dog Ruby loves going there and every time we do the staff loves on her. You can tell they love to take care of all the dogs there. They just had a dog Christmas party and got ice cream.

I called and the staff are super disrespectful and unprofessional. She told me she didn’t have time to inform me on the steps to take to enroll my poodle because she has “better things to do like take care of this overload of a dog show” when I I tried to say I’m interested she literally told me “we’re not interested go somewhere else” and hung up the phone. You guys definitely need better staff , and if you’re not interested in boarding dogs you should change your business.

We love bringing our puppy here to wear her out. Much more importantly, the pup loves it. We boarded the pup here a few times and she’s always excited to come back. And they love her too. She’s always met with open arms!

Wish I could give it a zero. My dog who has had zero issues with other dogs was taken for a temperment test. After less than 30 minutes, I received a phone call that they will not be able to keep her because of dog aggression. They claimed that in that 30 minutes, they had attempted 3-4 dog "rooms" with her. I'm going to bet there was zero chance for the dog to decompress during this short time. The woman who called said my dog was wonderful with people, but then in the next sentence said that she was fearful for her staff's safety with her. And then specifically mentioned my dog is bad with Goldens. So strange since my dog plays with a Golden down the street off leash. She has also gone to PetSmart pet training with zero issues with dogs and is boarded with other dogs when we are on vacation with no issues. This all leads me to believe that this business has no idea how to introduce dogs who may be a bit skittish to other dogs. If your dog is not a "perfect" dog, do not go here. Oh, and the staff member's demeanor on the call leads me to believe that my dog will have very little care unless I go get her now (which my husband is doing). She said they will basically put her in a room with water because of the danger she poses to staff. Absolutely unbelievable. I'm so sorry we drove 30 minutes for out dog to have somme time with other dogs.

Our pup had an excellent experience at Hatties! The staff are so friendly, professional and give you peace of mind. We got awesome updates when we checked in with them. Our Myles came home exhausted from playing with all of his new friends! Definitely recommend this place... its a step above the rest!

I brought my 5 month old labradoodle puppy here for an assessment. I was so happy with the staff, everyone is so kind. My puppy came home ready to take a nap. She had so much fun. She will be going regularly for daycare. Having an app to make reservations/ cameras to check on my puppy is awesome! Highly recommend.

Tucker loves the days he gets to go play at tails in the city!! He always has the best time there and knows right when we turn on the road that’s it’s located on.I trust very few people with my baby and I definitely trust them! They all know tucker by his name as soon as we walk in the door and they even have cameras you can spy on your dog to make sure they are having fun and playing!

Tails Inn the City is amazing! My dog Pete has pretty bad separation anxiety, but they are so patient with him and extremely sweet. I don’t worry about leaving him for doggy daycare because I know he is in such good hands. I love this place and I’d highly recommend them to anyone!!

Brought my dog in several times for daycare and never had any issues. However, I used their boarding services for a week and was disgusted. My dog has been socialized in different environments as I worked in vet med. I wrote out a letter outlining his behavior, items left with him, and directions for getting hold of me and letting my brother visit him. I called in a few times to check on my dog and was told he was doing well. My brother stopped to see him and was told he wasn’t allowed, even though I cleared this with the owner and staff before boarding! I picked up my dog a day early and found him to have lost 3lbs! His ribs were showing! He also had raw, bloody paw pads from licking. When I asked about this behavior and why this wasn’t brought up when I called I was told that he ate his food and that no one noticed his paw pads. All I can recommend is that the owner needs to train the staff better and take less boarders if it’s too hard to keep an eye on them. Now I have two dogs and have to find a new daycare/boarding facility, but now I’m paranoid that another facility will do the same as Tails Inn.

We have been taking our Golden Retriever to Tails for daycare/boarding for about a year now and they have been awesome. You do need to call well in advance and I often like to call and confirm our reservation shortly before our trip, but they have been great with our pup. He is always super tired from playing all week/weekend and we love that they offer webcam access so we can watch him play! Thanks, Tails, for loving our pet like we do!

We had a very positive experience with Tails R Waggin! We were in from out of town with our 10 mos old dog and had contacted prior to our trip to arrange for daycare. The staff (especially Sarah) were all very polite and helpful! They worked with us and made the registration process easy. Our dog was there the entire day and had a great time! The staff was great and the cost was very reasonable! Highly recommend using them if you can and we will next time we are in Canton!

Tails Inn the City is amazing. If you are looking to board your pup or just daycare this place is amazing. We have left our dog here for 2 several long vacations and both times he has been tired and happy when we have picked him up. We also use their daycare services which are especially useful in the cold winter months when we can't get him out to exercise as much. When I check in on him on the cameras he is always running and playing and the staff is always taking excellent care of our Bailey. They give our family the peace of knowing that they are caring for Bailey just as we would at home.

I've been taking my 2 year old German Shepherd, Annabelle, here for daycare for about 6 months now. She loves it here! She's always excited to come to daycare, and she's exhausted and content when I pick her up. She has a ton of energy and can be a lot to deal with, but we never have any issues here. It's a great way to get her energy out and entertain her while I'm at work. It's nice that they have cameras that let you check in on them too. The owners and staff are all friendly and professional. I feel like they really watch the dogs and care about them. Highly recommend!

Took my pup here today for an evaluation. The place was clean, fhe people friendly, and the way they discussed how the days and structure work here were amazing. Learning about this place was a welcome change to the routine. I am excited about this doggie daycare, and hope to be a member here. From the little I have seen of this place so far, I am extremely pleased!

This is a great place to take your dog for daycare. Pick up and drop off is quick and easy. They have very flexible hours which is great when you are dropping off your dog before work. They have an app with video feed that allows you to check on your dog during the day. My dog runs and plays here all day and comes home very well exercised and very tired.

I had a great experience with this place. I have taken my dogs to other places, but feel good about leaving them with Ken. He sent pictures, updates, and a report card home with both of my dogs when I picked them up. One of my dogs requires eye drops, so I was a little worried, but Ken put me at ease by messaging me to let me know how he did with the drops. This place feels like home, with couches for the dogs to lay on, and toys to play with. It is clean and they have free space to play outside. My dogs will be going here again.

It's so nice to know that your dog will be able to play and run around like when they are at home and not confined to a cage. They have a bed and couch and TV and toys all for the dogs. It was also nice to get pictures of our dog while away on vacation!

I used to take Vader when he was a puppy to this place and I love it! But I move to Florida and I haven't find a place like this one!

If you are looking for a reliable and amazing in home pet care provider, Derek’s Pet Care Service is truly the best! He is kind, caring, licensed and very affordable. He has years of experience and has been a life saver with long days at work or trips out of town. It’s nice knowing we get to keep the animals home and in their normal routine. He even does a great job with managing medication and keeping us posted on the condition of our dog who recently had some health issues. He does updates with every check in that included pictures and any care he provides. I’m so thankful to have him care for our pets 💜

My experience with Derek has been nothing but amazing. I contacted him when my dog was injured and needed meds throughout the day while I was at work for several weeks. From day 1, he treated her like his own fur baby and spoiled her rotten. She's very leary around men, but she was instant friends with Derek and that says a lot about his character and his love and compassion for animals. If you are in need of a dog sitter who will love your pets while you are away, for a reasonable price, I highly recommend him.

Derek is by far the best pet sitter we have ever had. I first reached out because I saw he had such high ratings and repeat customers. My husband and I don’t have kids and our three French bulldogs are our entire world. Derek came over for a meet and greet and was very professional and scheduled to sit for a week at our house months before our trip. He checked in a few times to confirm we were still on for those dates which made me feel like he was super dependable. My dogs really warmed up to him and he treated them so well. He gave Cammy medication every morning and followed all our detailed instructions and was very communicative. He sent us daily updates and the cutest photos. My husband and I really felt at ease knowing he was taking care of our pets which helped us enjoy our vacation more. My dog Remi has a lot of anxiety and didn’t want to eat at first and Derek went out of his way to give him chicken to help Remi eat. Eventually Remi came around and ate. We came home to healthy, well taken care of, and happy pets and a clean home. We already booked Derek for our next trip and I will recommend him to everyone I know who needs a sitter. 5 star service!

We are so pleased Derek’s services. He fed our furballs everyday. He kept their litter box clean and played with the babies and sent pics of them each day. He ever worked with us and continued to take care of our babies for a few extra days when we had a change in scheduling. Tybalt, Prince of Cats and Isobel Gowdie Cat both him him 2 paws up and can’t wait for his return!! We will definitely be using his services again. 💖💖

Derek has been staying with our two dogs and two cats for a while now while we are on vacation! He follows directions to a “T” and my animals adore him! 100% recommend him all day and all Night!!!

Derek takes great care of my kitties while while my husband and I are traveling. I have always shared pet care with friends but now I am living too far away from friends so I nervously googled looking for someone to take care of my cats. Derek was the first name to come up and we had a meet and greet. I felt comfortable with him in the first meeting and the cats seemed to like him. He has provided safe reliable pet care! I get updates daily and have been quite impressed with his ability to bring out my shy cat for play. We don’t have children so these are our babies! It has been great to find Derek! He is reliable, flexible, and we continue to be pleased with his care during all of our travels. We recently went to Alaska with friends that used another pet service and they were quiet envious of the daily photos and updates!

Derek has been a great communicator from the first time we reached out to inquire about his availability and services. Our dog was immediately comfortable with Derek upon meeting and they have become good friends since our initial meet-and-greet session. We have been able to trust Derek with our dog (and occasionally our cat, too) - he's been reliable and has followed any special care instructions we've given along the way. Highly recommended!

The girls here are so good with our boys! Copper & Marvin love getting to see Miss Kelly & Miss Tashia. My Golden has sensitive skin and they are wonderful with him. We have also boarded them multiple times and have always came home to happy healthy pups!

If you are looking for a place to board your fur baby, look no further. I recently had to board my dog for a trip and after searches and calls I found this place. Everyone there is extremely friendly and very much caring for the animals. After picking up my dog after 3 days he was running around and crying acting like he didn't even want to leave! Even when family and friends watch him he's ready to go when I pick him up but he was nothing but chipper and playful and I could tell he really likes those who watched him. Cannot sing their praises enough!

Our 1st time experience was ah-mazing! They are so kind & sweet towards my sweet baby, Smalls! When I picked him up he smelled so good, had a nice trim, and I could tell he was cared for with loving hands while he was there! Can't wait to take him back! 🐾 …

First time boarding for two days. U can tell staff love dogs. I did notice her personal belongings were saturated with dog pee. I didn't notice til I got home and took them out of bag. Will mention at next visit.

Disappointed at my wait time. I had to wait 6 months to get my fur baby's Spa day. Then I wasn't informed to have her there at 8 am. So she turned us away.

Absolutely wonderful. She was so kind when I called for a checkup in the middle of my trip. And I could tell she took care of my pupper. I also heard music playing for him in the kennel when no one was there. Edit: My puppers stayed here again and they couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!

Great groomers! Very reasonably priced. I have not used their boarding yet but 2 relatives do and are satisfied with the arrangements.

I recently boarded my small, very spoiled, pampered girls, all five of them! Kelly and her staff took excellent care of my girls. I totally trust Hill Top and highly recommend them. I will never hesitate to go on vacation again!

We love Ellie’s Place!! Very friendly staff who do a great job of taking care of my pup. I really like their system and the pack has a lot of really sweet dogs, and they give you access to the security cameras showing where the dogs are and you can check in on them to see how they’re doing while you’re away. If you’re boarding your pup, they provide you with access to a camera of your dogs nook where they sleep. My dog, Dora, always love going here and when I pick her up she’s always happy and content :) Thank you Ellie’s Place for always taking good care of Dora!!

We used Ellie’s place to board our dog overnight and it was a great experience! I chose them because of all of the excellent reviews that clients wrote about them. Being able to see our pup on camera at any time is so cool and was funny to watch! We’ll definitely take Louie back there! They really care for the dogs like they are their own!

My two dogs recently spent the weekend at Ellie’s place and it was the best boarding experience I’ve ever had! The cameras are so nice to have so we can see them during the day. The pen they were kept in together was very spacious and clean. They came home super tired from all the fun they had! We will definitely be coming back to Ellie’s place again :)

Our Great Dane puppy, Hagrid, loves his time at daycare every week. The staff is so wonderful to him and even sends pictures throughout the day to keep my heart happy. They also have cameras to check in through the day and allow me to peek at how much fun he’s having. They also give me updates on developmental milestones he’s reaching as a puppy and are wonderful sounding boards on stages of development and give great advice. We won’t go anywhere else for help with our pup!!

I started taking my puppy Frankie to daycare when she was about 5 months and I am so glad I did my research and found Ellie’s place! I couldn’t be happier. The owner and her employees are wonderful! They treat each “four legged student” as if they were their own! Frankie has been so well socialized by being here. I also board her there when we go on vacation and I sleep well at night knowing she is in perfect hands. They don’t charge extra to let her outside or take place in daycare during boarding. Her charges are so reasonable and I love that she doesn’t nickle and dime you for everything she does with the dogs/puppies. I would not trust anyone else looking after my precious family member.

I have been using the same kennel for almost 2 decades and unfortunately, they recently retired. I will say that Ellies Place exceeded my expectations at every turn. They were so good to my pups, plus, I had the reassurance of seeing them on camera during the day and also having a view into their kennel at night. They even messaged me one day with a picture and let me know that they were adjusting well since my dogs had never been in a daycare type situation before. I am so excited to have a new kennel for my dogs to call their home away from home.

We needed a place to board our one year old dog last minute after discovering the place that we had initially booked was not what we had thought it was. Thankfully, Ellie's Place had availability. We really loved that the dogs had their own kennels and were not to be kept in crates for overnight sleeping. The kennels are all very spacious. We really liked being able to see our dog on the cameras playing. The facility itself is clean, the staff is wonderful and our Parker boy can't wait for his next stay.

Needed a place for our 3 pups to stay for a few hours while we visited the NFL Hall of Fame on a Sunday afternoon. Ellie’s was able to accommodate our special needs (a 7 month old puppy, a 12 year old blind dog and one that isn’t totally comfortable with dogs he doesn’t know). The pups had a great time and so did we knowing that they were being well cared for 😊 Thank you!

I feel soo lucky someone told me about Ellie's Place Pet Daycare. I had to board my dog for 4 days. I could watch her and the facility on cameras at any time and I could watch her at night. It really helped me to see what she was experiencing. The employees there truly care about dogs. They are constantly with the dogs. It's the cleanest daycare/boarding facility I have seen. My dog really enjoys being able to hang out with other dogs and being able to be both inside and outside whenever she wants and is not locked in a cage most of her visit. You can really tell the dogs love the freedom they are given there. I feel comfortable knowing my dog will be well cared for if I need someone to watch my dog for me. I highly recommend Ellie's Place.

I have a few daycares available to me but I drive a little extra to go to Ellie's Place because this place is worth it! Love that my pup Penny gets to play and zoom both indoors and outdoors. Staff are keen to observe her temperament and behaviors and place her in the appropriate size group depending on who's there that day (she is small right now but has big dog mindset!). She has a blast here and I can rest (and work) assured that she is well cared for. Highly recommend!
