Great place for dogs! The owner, Isabel, is so sweet and she speaks French to the dogs!!! Our Bull Terrier, Roxy had a very good experience. We will return.

My husband and I love taking our GSD dogs to Fresno Pet Pleasure. My dogs love it. They are so kind and friendly. They are also very accommodating. We feed our dogs raw and they have no problem doing so for feedings. This is great, since some places will not do that. I feel so blessed to have found this place. I feel secure knowing my dogs are in good care!

Fresno pet pleasure is the best place to take your fur babies. Please don't let that ONE bad review deceive you, as Isabelle and Emmanuel are AMAZING. Their place is huge, has a lot of land for the dogs to roam and play, and they have air conditioned kennels for them. They take the time to get to know your dog and their needs. Our Husky absolutely loves it here. They offer daycare, overnight stays, and will even drop your doggie off at your home, say if you won't make it back in time. Very accommodating and sweet folks, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to tend to their fur babies.

Emmanuel and Isabelle are awesome!! I would recommend Fresno Pet Pleasure to anyone who has a dog. They have a great facility, large grassy, fenced yard, indoor, air controlled kennels and feed high quality food. We have a rescue dog who is very anxious and fearful and they give her extra tlc. She always seems happy and relaxed when we pick her up.

My Beaglier loves going to Fresno Pet Pleasure. They take special care of the dogs, keeping the large and small dogs in separate areas. I appreciate that because my dog is only 10 pounds and shy around big dogs. The small dogs sleep indoors near the owners which is similar to her home environment. I know from her demeanor that my dog is well cared for with love at Fresno Pet Pleasure.

My 4 year old German Shepherd Ace had only been boarded one time in his life prior to going to Fresno pet pleasure. I wanted a place where he would not be in a kennel by himself all day and would be able to socialize with other dogs in a safe environment. Fresno pet pleasure has a huge fenced-in area for the dogs and lets them out to spend time together in the yard regularly. They have clean facilities for them to sleep inside on comfortable beds. The owners are kind people and my dog Ace felt comfortable with them right away. I highly recommend Fresno pet pleasure.

If I could give more stars i totally would. Fresno pet pleasure is hands down the best doggy daycare around. We've taken our dogs to multiple places and nothing compares.

Out of town for 2 weeks and left our dogs with Fresno Pet Pleasure. Their facilities are great and they really love and care for the animals. Exceptional business and wonderful owners/operators.

Our dog loves staying here and is always happy when we pick him up. The owners take great care of our Finn. There is a lot of space for him to play and indoor air conditioned kennels for him to rest in. This is our go to place to take Finn.

My experience with Trinity Animal Care Services was amazing! Reshan is a truly dog Wisper, he provides updates about how our Kamila was doing. i was a Litle nervous it was our first time leaving her behind, but he did an amazing job, he feed her on schedule he take care of her really well, when we pick her up, she look really happy. take in consideration that Kamila is a 5-month-old Belgian Malinois and ReShan didn't hesitate he take her on board that same day. I highly recommend him. your pet will be safe and happy.

My experience with Trinity Animal Care Services was amazing! ReShan is truly top tier with his experience, knowledge, patience and handling of dogs. Bronx felt right at home at Trinity. The best dog care experience I’ve ever seen or had Bronx be a part of. There isn’t any other place I would take my Bronx to for dog care.

ReShan accomodated me last minute to board my dog for one day and night on an impromptu trip around the area. He was extremely professional, thorough and provided a very detailed update including info on my dog such as her appetite and bowel movements. As a Veterinarian, I really appreciated that. He is very good with animals and truly cares about them. With his experience in animal services I completely trust his ability to not only handle my own dog but to handle any situations that might come up with other animals when going on walks etc. His facility is extremely organized and he gives a tour to show where your pet will be staying and goes over every detail regarding your pets care while in his hands. If I lived closer, he would be the only person I would use for any future boarding! Forest loved her stay, thank you!

My Yorkypoo puppy loved watching TV and playing in the spacious playpen, these are two things my girl loves to do. With the updates provided, I was comfortable knowing she was doing well during her visit. Yes, I recommend.

ReShan came highly recommended by a friend and he went above and beyond to provide the best care for our standard poodle Louie. I had a great experience with trinity animal care services. It was my first time leaving my 1.5 yrs old german Shepherd at daycare so I was a little nervous, but after meeting with ReShan and learning of his long history and experience with animals and dogs I knew my dog onyx was in good hands. I was kept updated on how onyx was doing which i appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Trinity Animal Care Services to anyone.

This was my first time leaving my dogs with someone and I was extremely nervous. I have 6 dogs. One has pretty bad anxiety. I was sent video and message updates twice a day. My fur babies were safe and well cared for. My anxious dog actually let him pet him! That spoke volumes. I will not trust by babies with anyone else. If you love your dogs like children, this is the place for them !

I needed care for my 2 dogs and was excited about Toby’s when I read the wonderful reviews. I filled out all of the paperwork online but never received a callback or any response. I waited for a couple of weeks and called but was only able to leave a voicemail. I never heard from anyone from Toby’s. Perhaps they were full and couldn’t accept any additional clients. I have no idea. I would have appreciated a callback or at least an email however, that didn’t happen.

I highly recommend Eddie with Toby’s Pet Care. We have 2 senior dogs that need special care. At the Meet and Greet our dogs immediately accepted Eddie without barking. It was evident Eddie had read my profile of both dogs and asked appropriate questions regarding their care. My husband & I looked forward to receiving updates and pictures from every visit. Eddie has been looking after our 2 rabbits whenever we're away for a couple of years now. He's always very communicative, thorough, and sends us updates and photos of the bunnies. We've loved our experience with him and would recommend him to anyone else with small critters who need looking after.

I highly recommend Eddie with Toby's Pet Care. The process was perfect as I would not expect something fast and simple when it comes to caring for my 2 dogs. Signing up, requesting a meet and greet with my two dogs at our home. All the required information and daily routine of my two dogs. Eddie was very accommodating especially as my surgery was a rapid thing and family wasn't able to care for my dogs. I got updates and pictures of my two dogs every visit Eddie made to check on and feed my dogs 3 times daily. Eddie followed care instructions to a T and both my dogs enjoyed Eddie caring for them.

Great spot! I’m someone who gets separation anxiety from my dog (lol) and it was hard at first for me to commit to bringing him to a facility to be boarded. Cusco is also sensitive so I was worried about that, too. He is not a skittish dog, he just notices everything and needs time to take it all in before he’s okay with joining the party. I explained this to the staff and let them know to play “hard to get” with him and basically ignore that he’s there until he approaches and touches them on his own, and they are all thankfully very dog savvy and knew exactly what I meant. Reading the report cards of Cusco’s stay, it seems that the people he interacts with daily understand his needs and read him well, they pickup on details about him that are true which I’ve never disclosed myself. The best part for me is that when I pick him up, he doesn’t seem like he spent the last few days living super stressed out. I’m sensitive, he’s sensitive, so to have a place I can leave him and feel like he’s at least neutral if not content to be there is a huge relief. There are also multiple safety barriers and doors that would need to be breached in order for him to actually be in danger of escaping. No dogsitter on Rover has that. He is intact (because he’s a preservation breed and his breed club and breeder would like to preserve his genetics, not because I’m an irresponsible owner who thinks all dogs should have litters lol) which means he doesn’t get group play with other dogs and relies solely on humans to interact with him while he is there. I feel that even if he wasn’t intact I would prefer it this way, and the fact that they offer that as an option is really nice. He’s not unfriendly to other dogs, he just needs to get to know them first in low energy settings to actually enjoy himself rather than be stressed out by the interaction. The only thing I wish was different was that I could have a chance to tour the facility back there and get to know and see where he is staying and exactly how he is living. It likely is an option, but it wasn’t included in our introduction to the facility, provably because new strange people on the back could further stress already stressed dogs, and/or my dog would then know he could look for me back there and that could cause some anxiety. Maybe a video walkthrough would be good! I recommend Elaine’s and am grateful for them. I hope this stays true throughout the time I’ll be living in Fresno!

I've been taking my dogs for close roughly 2.5yrs and they love it. We started at Madera and now go to Fresno and both locations are great. I love coming in and the front desk knows both of my dog's name and greets them. I love the holiday pictures.

I am new to the Fresno area and needed a safe place for my elderly boxer while I am out of the country. My boxer is very low maintenance when it comes to activity - she's 14 1/2 years old. All she needs is a place to sleep, food, and a few potty breaks. I paid the $30 for the mandatory "Meet and Greet", only to be called after a few hours to be told that she "could not be accommodated" there. The reason given was her "mobility". I am not sure what mobility issues they observed...yes, she is a little slower in her old age, but we take walks daily and she doesn't have issues with her gait. She has a great deal of experience in kennels and has never had an issue. Anyway - I found a much better facility that is more than happy to take loving care of my old girl while I am gone. I feel like this meet and greet thing is just a money grab. I should have paid more attention to the other reviews before I wasted my time and money.

I absolutely love Elaine’s Pet Resort! The fact that they share Instagram stories of the playgroups is a game-changer. It truly feels like we’re right there with our dogs, and it brings so much joy to see them having a great time. The team is genuinely caring and goes above and beyond to ensure our dogs are happy and safe. It’s reassuring to know our furry friends are in such capable hands. The transparency and care they provide make this resort top-notch. Five stars!

I had many bad experiences in the past in different places in the area, to the point that we almost lost my rescue black lab due to a negligence from a facilities staff. I did my research again until I found the perfect place for my dogs. Since, the first time, I left my dogs, I feel confident to travel knowing that my pets will be safe and well taking care of. I had the opportunity to toured the facilities before our first meet and greet appointment. I was impressed of the cleanness and well-organized facilities,including ambiental music and air conditioning. The playground and water park are build specifically for dogs. My dogs are happy when I picked them up and they never show any behavior of mistreatment as they did before. The staff is amazing and very professional. They have a holiday events offering photos for our our lovely pets. Also they provide a report cards for every visit, so I can read about their behavior during their stay. They accommodate my rescue black dog because he doesn't get along with other dogs. He does have one-one time and playing time. My little puppy get alone with other dogs and he does have play time with other puppies. Also I am over protective with my dogs and I was able to call every day to check on them when I travel for a week. I am very confident recommending this place to other pet owners. My pet went there for the first time was there for four days everyone that works there was very nice. When I picked up my dog she seemed to be very happy I had not brought her around other dogs, so she hadn’t been socialized with people or other dogs and adjusted very well. I will bring her back I felt very good having her there , I love the fact they send out report cards keeping you up to date on how’s she doing I loved that Pat as well as a picture of her.

If you love your dog, don’t leave them at Elaine’s. I left my dog at Elaine’s for a week over thanksgiving. It is supposedly Fresno’s premier destination for dogs, so I thought it would be safe to leave him. But the staff at Elaine’s lied to me on multiple occasions. First, they told me my dog would get to play with the other dogs. Which I paid for him to do extra because he loves other dogs so much. That was a lie, he was in solitary confinement for two days until a staff member let it slip and I complained. He was temperament tested the next day and found to have no problems with other dogs and then allowed to play. If I hadn’t been calling to check on him, I never would have known because they were fine with me being misinformed. When I complained to Debbie, she admitted that wasn’t their policy and he should have been temperament tested his first day instead of being confined. Secondly, they lied to me about how much food my dog was eating. They told me he was eating 100% of his food, but then again, when I called to check on him, a staff member let slip that “somehow” I’d been misinformed and he was only eating about 40% of his food. I was then told it wasn’t a big deal, and not to be concerned, but if that’s the case, why did they bother lying about it. When I complained about this to Debbie, she again admitted that this was against their policy. All in all, I paid $500 to be lied to, my dog be mistreated, and at the end all I got from Elaine’s was a dismissive attitude and a “sorry you’re mad” even though they admitted their actions were against their own policies. Think twice before leaving your pet here. They have no problem lying to you about how they are treating your pet, and do not care at all about any valid concerns. If you love your pet, don’t bring them to Elaine’s.

We board our big dog, Lucy here every time we go out of town. They have an additional service for her to get a bath a couple hours before pickup time. She is happy when we get there to drop her off, and they do a great job with her bath. They even email us a report card with a photo to let us know how she did. We highly recommend Elaine’s Pet Resort!

The only place we trust to take our pup while we’re out of town! She’s a golden retriever and gets so much love and attention there. I also send her to daycare and the photo events. She loves it!

We recently said good bye to our beloved dog Barkley. He spent lots of time at Elaine’s through his life of 16 years. We knew he was cared for and treated like their own dog. I even got updates when requested! I would weigh in before his “vacationsl and after, never lost or gained a pound. My 5 month old Goldendoodle LOVES Elaine’s and so do I. The staff is beyond courteous and always loving. I have zero concerns dropping off our fur baby because I know he is well loved. When I pick up our dog from play sessions or boarding he misses Elaine’s as we drive away. I highly recommend Elaine’s.

Our Dogs loved their stay at Elaines Pet Resort. They practically dragged us in the building on our drop off day! They had a meet & greet a couple of weeks prior. We picked them up after a 10 day stay and they were perfectly healthy and happy!! I highly recommend!

Is Elaine's pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely. We've boarded our dogs at a lot of places over the years, and Elaine's is easily the best place we've ever used. At our previous boarding facility (which shall remain unnamed), our escape artist dog managed to climb out of the kennel (8-foot tall chain link fence siding) and was almost hit on a nearby busy road. No worries about that at Elaine's. They provides playtime, lots of love, and the dogs come home happy, tired, and clean. The price is far cheaper than an expensive emergency vet visit, and we get regular updates on the pups.

We had our puppy at Elaine's for 10 days for obedience training. The training was fantastic, and our puppy came home a much better puppy‼️👍 …

I've taken my dog here multiple times throughout the last few years. I really like the staff and my fur baby seems happy to stay. They sometimes give you a photo or a grade card which is really cute. The grade card shows all of the activities she's done and how she's behaved along with some written notes from staff. I pay a little extra for the pool package because my fur baby loves to swim. Staff called me today to let me know that one of her nails was broken and bleeding a little bit. More than likely happened when playing. I appreciated the phone call to keep me informed of how she was doing. The first time I took her there I called to check on her and the staff was very helpful. Whenever we go on a vacation and cannot take her we always bring her to Elaine's.

Had my cat boarded here. Like the spaciousness of the kennel, that there are windows to see the yard, and they even let him roam the cat room sometimes. Really happy with the experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This was the first time boarding my dog. She has very special food requirements and isn't exactly a social animal. Elaine's nailed it! They took great care of her and I am so grateful. I am definitely going to use them again and again. My little dog had the 'celebrity' package and I consider it to have been a great value. The only thing I would like to see in the future is a live cam or at least daily pix or videos sent to email or text.

Couldn't look up that the person who dropped the dog off previously paid and double charged us. They were nice and stayed open a few minutes after closing but I returned at 610pm to see if I could get my refund but walked away from the office. You can leave a message on their phone due to the voice mail box being full.

I have been bringing my dog and foster dog here for boarding and am very happy with their services. My dog as well as my sweet but very anxious foster dog always love coming here. It’s like they don’t want to leave! Lol They have fun playing with the other dogs and the staff is so friendly. Their toys and blankets always come back clean and washed. It’s hard for me to leave my animals when I have to go out of town but it gives me peace of mind knowing they’re well taken care of.

The host at reception was super nice and helpful. Nothing to complain about her, mostly the opposite. The place looks good but we were surprised to find our dog after two nights with deep cuts on her mouth, supposly because she tried (and succeeded) to escape the wired kannel were she was staying. Also, we leave her with her favorite new blanket and we got it back with the blanket totally busted (wet and super dirty).

I have always been so happy with the professionalism and kindness of this team of groomers. They consistently work well with my dogs, and have been very helpful with my schedule and specific needs for picking my boys up after my work shift. Cannot recommend them enough! I also love the cute little bandanas my boys get! It's the best!

The first and last time my dog will visit this place. I had my dog stay for five nights to include a full bath and groom. Initially it was to me four nights but I extended a night and requested an additional night and asked for his groom to be the last of the day so he’d be nice and fresh when I picked up on Saturday. Apparently, they misunderstood as they called me to pick him up on the 4th day saying he was groomed and ready. I told them that I spoke with someone the previous day extending his stay and asked him to be bathed and groomed end of day. I ended up picking him up on a Saturday to which I didn’t know they give you certain one hour windows for pickup. It would’ve been nice to know this upfront. Whatever clippers or shampoo they used has caused major irritation to my dogs skin. I asked for a call back from the owner and it was never received. This has never happened even at Petsmart or Petco. Just beware pet parents. :(

They were great with my pups first grooming session!

Kota comes out clean, groomed and happy! We love this place because they do an awesome job listening to what we want for our dog, don’t schedule out months in advance, and are very efficient day of in doing the grooming. All the workers are very kind- we will definitely be coming back!

They took great care with my very senior pup. She comes home very well groomed & happy. She even is willing to go into the shop without prodding. Thanks for being so kind to her.

Brittany was originally my groomer. I started at Bark Avenue & followed her to the Bark & Stay location. She was good. I liked her. Slowly, I was passed over to Sabrina as Brittany got too busy between her two locations. Sabrina was just starting to groom but I gave her a shot. She was not good at it, my dog was continuously cut crooked, but at least no wounds. So I gave her chance after chance & saw no improvement & still paid full price & tipped. She is a very sweet girl, but not a good groomer at all. I kept requesting to go back to Brittany. They'd set the appt, I would go, only to find out when I picked up my dog that Sabrina was still doing the grooming. Times for keeping her got longer and longer. Once they had my dog for over 8 hours so I finally stopped going to them altogether. My mother, however, continued and now she's getting similar treatment. They call her last minute to reschedule for weeks later, completely forget to do the dogs feet & nails, or say they don't have time to do this or that at their appointment that has been scheduled for a month or more. We are nice people. We pay. We tip. We're nice. We and our dogs don't deserve to be treated this way. If you're looking for a groomer, they are too busy already, look elsewhere. If you're getting similar treatment as us, you're obviously not one of their priority customers, so look elsewhere.

We recently left our dog for 3 days with Ann at Riverside Paradise. He had a wonderful time playing with all the other dogs. He is a senior dog, but he played until he couldn't play any more. Ann was even good about feeding our dog the special diet of homemade food & treats that he is a custom to. It was reassuring to receive all the pictures she sent us. We may even take him out frequently for play days. We highly recommend Ann at Riverside Pup Paradise.

Ann is an amazing caretaker for our furry family members! One of our dogs settles in quickly and is ready to play, play, play. Our other dog is a little bit shy and takes time to warm up. Ann is always kind and understanding to their individual personalities. We all appreciate the pictures she sends us, giving us peace of mind that our fur babies are having just as much fun as we are!

We love taking our dogs here! They are always well taken care of. The owners are always more than happy to send photos or videos of your furry friend. Our last stay our two dogs were there for 7 days and came back in the same health as when we dropped off. The kennels where the dogs stay are very cleaned and well taken care of as well as the run area where to the dogs get to play.

Do not take your dog to CJ’s if you care about your dog’s health. We picked up our dog to find her in pain with scabs, areas of red, peeling skin and missing fur in random spots all over her body. When I asked CJ’s about my dog’s skin, I received an answer that, to summarize, said she was an energetic dog that liked to dig and there was no way they could prevent abrasions. When I responded that I took her to the vet and she had to be started on multiple medications for the inflammation and infection on her skin, they started ignoring my messages. It’s now been 2 weeks and they still haven’t responded to my request for a refund to cover the vet bills. They let my dog suffer when I was only an hour away. At drop off, I told them I would be close and asked them to call me if anything happened. In fact, I even stopped by to check on my dog in the middle of her stay. My dog seemed happy and healthy at that time. However, something obviously changed between my visit and when I picked her up. Proper veterinary care at the first sign of an issue could have prevented it from becoming this bad. Either they failed to notice or just neglected to inform me, allowing it to worsen to the point where my dog was yelping if her ears were touched. My dog is still on medications. Some areas are healing but it seems like it will take a lot more time to get her back to the same dog I dropped off in CJ’s care.

The complaint by a customer at CJ’s catagorically we deny the allegations. We take great pride in the care of family members and love every one of our four legged visitors and our two legged owners(well most of them.) The pet in question is a lovable hyperactive Egyptian Hound and was here for 4 weeks. The owners stayed in the area and visited once for 10 mins while bringing more food. Special care was given to Sea Ray,s mental and physical health. When Sea Ray was picked up, the owners family was here for 25+-mins and never mentioned any issues, only later a day or two later complaining, demanding us to pay for Sea Rays vet bill, no amount mentioned nor and vet bill copies forwarded. We at CJ’s stand by our loving care of family members/pets, having been in business for 17yrs. Any who wants to discuss the care of Sea Ray can call us and we always welcome customers to come for a “show and tell” prior to boarding or discuss Sea Rays stay. We are life long pet owners, have 3 fur baby’s of our own and love them all, and any time we see vet care is needed,we take our pets to the vet or call customers immediately. Thank you. We went our of town for 4 days and left our two dogs with Carilyn and Leroy. They were wonderful to work with. I called several times before our trip and Carilyn was always very kind in answering all of my questions. She sent us videos of the the girls while we were gone. The whole experience was great. We will definitely be taking Luna and Geraldine back the next time we go out of town. We felt really good about our dogs' experience with CJ's Bed & Biscuit.

**** UPDATE: 9/18/2022: CJ and I have reviewed our records of May-2021, re Fresno Surplus anonymous complaints recently made 1 1/2 years later. We find no customer than left 2 dogs for 2 days during the month 5/2021. By far most customers were repeat customers from 2 years to ten + years, 5 to 50 plus visits with nary a complaint. There were 2 newer customers with 2 dogs each, but for 4 day stays. One customers pets had serious health problems, but within our ability to care for. Our kennel is always temp controlled winter and summer by constant attention with cooler, fans, heaters and workin A/C units as needed. The last fly problem was in 2013 and was dealt with. CJ’ is very very particular about any smells, with the kennel waste checked and cleaned up several time a day as needed, with flushing and mopping inside with pet friendly chemicals. As far as the kennel being noisy ??!!, This is a dog kennel, and when a customer comes with pet/s, the dogs can be very noisy, but surprisingly settle down and the kennel can become very quiet, especially at feeding times. We welcome “Fresno Surplus” to contact us about their 1 1/2 yr complaint, if in fact they were a customer. A negative one star review one day ago of 2 dogs that stayed in May of 2021 is not a valid review and appears to be a fake review. We are unaware of any personal experience or complaint of any dogs in distress that stayed at anytime 1 1/2 yrs ago. We have had repeat customers that have come for years with some a number of times a year. CJ’s kennel is in the country on our 20 acre farm where we live and CJ and I are the only one that care for the pets and many times day or night check the kennel pets needs. We are lifetime pet owners and animal lovers. We know pet owners miss their “family members”, so we offer videos on request and send them to the owners that travel up to world wide. We want owners to know their pets are in good hands and they express this many times. Many pet owners marvel at our entire yard and the facility and express appreciation for the care we give. We hear of their experiences at other facilities which is why they are thankful for our care. The report of flies is flat false. The kennel is regularly cleaned with mopping, hosing the runs and cleaning waste in a very timely manner. We never have had complaints the kennel smells due to not being cleaned as CJ is very particular, as am I. The A/C units are operational and we have chosen to utilize an evaporative than does a better cooling job and strategic placed fans are added. With temps well above 100 degs and in the 108-113 deg temps this season, inside temps are a challenge with the 24-7 open doggy doors and temps are kept at 78-80 degs max with frequent checks with infrared temp gages, cooling the building with water and the shaded runs. Pets water is checked multiple times a day as well as a check of each pet. We do get pets of all breeds of ages from 8 months to 20 yrs old, with a number on meds. CJ and I take great pride in the care we give customers “family members” (pets) and encourage anyone to visit our facility , as many do take advantage of our “show and tell” offers and nearly 100 percent make reservations after visiting. When pets are overly stressed and missing their owners, I sit with them and even sit or lay with them in their run. Pet at CJ’s are never mixed with other pets for safety and they can socialize between the runs. We have had customers bringing their pets on many repeat visits over the years. I personally take the challenge to make sure the pets are relieved of stress and both CJ and I are very proud of our facility and take serious exception to those who would post a false review. We have not had a complaint of pets care made to us over the 17 years in business nor the facility or condition as we work tirelessly 7 days a week year round. I was really nervous about leaving my dogs as I never boarded them before. I was put right at ease. My dogs just loved it. Will diffently use CJ's again.

I'm very cautious about leaving my dog anywhere. However, every single time I have used CJ's my dog is happy, relaxed and content! The kennel is designed for the maximum enjoyment of the doggies with there own dog door from each kennel to a dog run. Plus their is a larger run they rotate the dogs into for extra space. I do not have anxieties about my dog staying here. 2 👍👍 from the human and 2 🐾 from the canine! 🐶😁

We are new to Fresno and had to go out of town for 3 days. We found CJ's bed and biscuit online and gave Carilyn a call. She was very accommodating and got us all set up. We have a 7 month old German Sheppard mix who had never been boarded before and was still getting socially aquatinted with people. Leroy and Carilyn would send us pictures and videos to keep us up to date on Walt's progress. We were running late to pick Walt up because our flight got delayed and when I text them to let them know it wasn't an issue. I would highly recommend this business if your pup is in need of his/her own vacation. It is set on a lovely vineyard with big enough runs inside and out. There is a dog door that your dog can go through to get fresh air and even though Walt had never used one they just nailed it up for him. He loved it so much I think he wanted to stay and play tug o war with Leroy some more.

They nearly killed my dog! My dogs stayed there in May of 2021 for two nights. They kennel building did not have working AC and they were running fans. Both dogs came home sick and my older dog ended up nearly dying of dehydration. Lots of flies, bad smell and loud dogs. It's cheap, but disgusting! Do not bring your dog here!

So I was looking for a place to board my 9 year old dog. Called up this place and the lady who answered was very rude. She just didn’t want to help. Very rude person. I hope she feels better.

This is the 3rd dog I’ve had that has used Pet Med for vet services, daycare, boarding and grooming. I even board my diabetic cat there when we are on vacation! I can’t say enough good things about the vets, staff, and facilities. Everyone takes such good care of the fur babies and always spend time listening to the pet parents. If you need a vet, or any of the other facilities, this is the place!

My dogs have gone to PMC since the oldest was a pup and he is now 11. All of the veterinarians are exceptional, kind and friendly. I would not consider taking my 4 dogs anywhere else. They follow-up with phone calls and are genuinely concerned about Joey, Phoebe, Hope and Rocky. The techs and reception staff are also wonderful and very helpful.

Pet Medical Center & Spa are the best! I brought my son Tank here and he wasn’t scared, everyone was so loving to him and made him extremely comfortable he didn’t even notice he had gotten his shots. He was too focused on the yummy treats and friendly staff!!! 😊 Definitely my forever vet for any of my pets needs! Thank you everyone at Pet Medical Center for everything you did for us!!!

I recently boarded my dog Sarge here for 4 days. Sarge is a 100lb German Shepard/Lab and can be very anxious and easily scared, along with people and dog selective. I was very nervous for his first boarding because he can be a lot to handle when stressed and the staff made the process very easy. I received a report card upon pick up and was told he did incredibly well, and they would love to have him stay again. If you have a pet that can be anxious around new people, animals and places I recommend Pet Medical Center and Spa. They care about your pets as much as you do and really went above and beyond to make Sarge comfortable.

Amazing!!! The staff was so great to my girls! They showed kindness and love to my girls. They are very responsive to questions and helpful. I love my pets very much and always have some anxiety when I leave them. However the staff really made me feel comfortable leaving my girls with them. I would recommend pet medical to everyone! You guys are the very best!!!

We were quoted almost $1000 for a sedated grooming, examination, lab fees, and more. We brought in my dog who had bumps on his skin and scabbing. I picked up my dog and asked for information regarding the discovery of their findings since they took lab samples. They informed me the vet and groomer had left to go home already and I would get a call next week. This was in September and I haven’t heard back. I was also charged twice for the examination fee but got a refund for it. Do not come here for your pets health. They do not care about your pet, they only want to take your money, and they don’t care to follow up on anything. Instead of receiving an update about my dog and the tests I paid for, I’m receiving emails about how this facility is understaffed and offering promotions to get people to come in with their pets.

Awesome place and awesome workers. Left my dog there for lodging for over the weekend. the place looks clean and she came home happy. Would definitely take her here again when lodging is needed. Thank you pet medical center for a wonderful stay! From Chun-Li and family

The whole process from appt setting to exam was great! My cat came from a previous loving home, but her parent had long-term medical issues and could no longer care for cat. I agreed to be the re-home, and while cat had been to PMC&S a number of times before, I was new to PMC&S - plus cat and I were just still getting to know one another, so there was a lot of uncertainty about her personality and reactions to anything. Dr. Govea and Asst. Jackey and the trainee, listened to me well, and we all made it through the exam, vaccines and nail trimmings unscathed! I appreciated their advise and the careful handling of Ellery. We'll be back!

Loved it all. The best thing is that I felt they really cared about my fur baby. The doctor did not push me into making expensive decisions regarding treatment. She explained everything so well. So glad I found this clinic.

We like the VIP room, the fact that the cat can see the work on both glass sides makes the stay less confined. The webcam is so cool. The staff is great.
