We were so lucky to have found Dene! Our lovely but slightly mad Weimaraner Lottie now has a second home. She absolutely loves going to Dene for day care & walks and we know she is not only safe, but loved & cared for. Dene goes out of her way to help accommodate us and we have already booked Lottie in for holidays next year!

The best thing we could have done for our two Labradors is introduce them to Dene and her Happy Doggy Daycare. They get so excited when they hear her car arrive for their weekly group walk. It's so reassuring for us to know they get this regular socialisation and variation with someone we trust implicitly. Being on Dene's books also gives us the piece of mind I thought would be impossible; we can completely switch off from any worry. Dene is reliable, professional and caring. She treats all her dogs as if they were her own. Whether you are looking for walks, daycare or residential stays for your fur-babies...don't hesitate!

Dene has provided day care and holidays for Hugo and Coco for almost 4 years and comes highly recommended. I always have total peace of mind when Dene is caring from them and it is just like home from home. Hugo and Coco are always so pleased to see Dene when she arrives to collect them and looks forward to wonderful walks in the countryside with all their doggy friends. Dene is very approachable, versatile and always goes that extra mile to help out when needed and provides bespoke individual care for all the doggies she cares for and comprehends their individual personalities. If you want a home from home, caring and loving environment for your doggy whilst at work or on holiday, then Dene provides an outstanding 5 star service that is excellent and second to none.

Happy Doggy Daycare is a wonderful service, Dene is very professional aswell as being caring with myself and Coco. This is great value for money as you know the dogs are well looked after and always kept safe and cared for. My dogs reaction when Dene pulls up to get her just says it all, her tail bangs like a drum and she runs around whining in circles it is lovely to see. We have had occasional behaviour issues which Dene has highlighted and given us some guidance from previous experiences with other dogs and we have tried to nip this in the bud and each time its worked perfectly. Cannot tell you how happy we are with Denes service as leaving your dog is like leaving a child.

Dene is absolutely fantastic. Our dog gets so excited when we pull up to Dene's house and comes home content and tired from all the walking, playing and stimulation she gets from being with Dene and other friendly dogs. The email we get of the route map and photos of their walk are really enjoyable too. We've used other dog walkers and day care in the past but they've never been as professional as this.

Dene is such a wonderful lady. She looks after my two dogs, Blue & Luna, as if they were her own. They adore her. Dene goes above and beyond and offers an exceptional home from home service as well as taking the dogs on the most amazing walks. You only have to see their happy faces in the photos. I would highly recommend Happy Doggy Trowbridge. 5 Stars for a 5 Star service.

We're been lucky enough to use Happy Doggy (Trowbridge) services since 2017, and it has been a godsend. Our diva dog adores Dene, and HAS to have kisses whenever she arrives. She gets taken to beautiful, open spaces, where she can run off her beans with friends. I have 100% confidence that she will be looked after well and have a great time.

I have every confidence in Dene and the service she provides is superb. We have a very happy dog as a result and when we leave her for overnights stays we feel relaxed in the knowledge that she is safe and contented.

Always been really happy with Dene, very accommodating with all the COVID issues such as moving dates etc. Both my dogs love their visits, never had any problems and will continue to use.

Friends for pets are fantastic! Whenever we go away, Jo comes to look after our (sometimes challenging) young cat. We can rest assured knowing that Jo is reliable, and always takes extra care to play with Bonnie, and give her a fuss too. She’ll even do sleep-ins if your animal needs it. She even sends photo updates to us doting cat parents. Highly recommend :)

I have been using Petminders Unlimited for approx 4 years now and they are fantastic. They move into my house and look after my terrier when I am away, and my dog goes to their house if I am just out for a few days. They take real care, and attention with my dog - he loves being with them. Nothing is too much trouble for the team, including when my plans have changed unexpectedly. I HIGHLY recommend this company and so does my dog!

We met Karen and Steve from Petminders Unlimited 3yrs ago and so glad we did. We didn’t have a dog at the time but we got a puppy May 2018. They looked after her for the day in September 2018 at their own house and our puppy loved being with them. We then went away in February 2019 for 6 days and they came and stayed at our house to look after our puppy and two cats, one of which was poorly. The love and care they gave to our pets was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. she had plenty of walks, was groomed as well, and they looked after our house extremely well, in fact upon our return it was cleaner than when we left. Our puppy really missed them when we left so we went to their house on our daily walk, and as we got closer our puppy was so excited and couldn't wait to get to their door to see them. We would have no hesitation in leaving our pets and home in their care and would highly recommend Petminders Unlimited.

After over 3 years of walking my dogs I was given 3 days notice that they were no longer able to provide me with a dog walking service. This suggests a complete lack of commitment to the dogs in their care. Highly unprofessional and does not reflect the way they advertise themselves on their website

Becki looked after our indoor cat whilst we were away on holiday, visiting her in our home twice a day. She was brilliant. Very professional and reliable. Becki arrived at pre discussed times and was happy to provide tailored care for our cat. We felt very happy with the level of service provided, Becki even kept us up to date with how our cat had been each day via WhatsApp and the occasional picture. Would highly recommend and use again.

Emma from Charlie Paws did a great job looking after our cat and aquarium for five days. We asked for two visits per day and at each visit Emma sent photo and video updates, including videos of her play times with the cat. We could see how calm and happy our cat was in Emma's company and felt totally reassured our pets were very well cared for. I can highly recommend Charlie Paw's services.

Brilliant and very knowledgeable about my dogs and doing step by step introduction with other dogs and my 3 dogs were welcomed Brilliantly by the other dogs there and by the staff. Great prices and a great day care plan as well, Well chuffed.

New daycare visit,, very impressed with the care given to dogs there. They are all clearly very happy and very well cared for by the staff.

We Love Pets has provided a very reliable and flexible dog walking service whose was exactly what we needed with a busy working schedule. Our walker Chloe obviously has a great relationship with our dog as he is always excited to see her.

Really professional team, took time to get to know our rescue dogs and followed any instructions we gave them to ensure their development continued. Albert & Nancy love the team and are so happy to head out the door with them. Would highly recommend..

I've been using we love pets for a number of years now and they've been fantastic. I've 3 cats and I always feel they're in safe hands and will get little updates when I'm away and always come home to 3 happy cats. The team are amazing.

I don't think I've ever left a negative review before but.. It was good the first time for our spaniel. But the second time was awful. Had done skinny legs, ears length was different, they had cut all her eyebrow lashes and whiskers off which are now growing awkwardly now curling in her eye (they don't effect her health though right?) Definitely wasn't a show cocker cut like I had asked. I shouldn't have paid even though I said at the time that was a lot shorter than I had agreed but I just couldn't get over it. So I then contacted them to say I wasn't happy. Basically was told it was my fault? For over £50 I'd expect them to groom her, not just basically shave everything off which is NOT what you do with a show type. Didn't receive a refund as I was fed up with arguing. Was so expensive for what was done. No offence but I could have done that. Do not recommend.

I highly recommend this dog groomers. My dogs come home looking and smelling amazing. The ladies are very pleasant and interested in the dogs background. The pricing of treatments is very reasonable especially with the cost of living going up. Highly recommend supporting this lovely business.

Milo is a big dog, no doubt about it. Anna at we love pets hasn't been fazed by this and has been absolutely fantastic with him for his walks. Occasionally we have been home to see how excited he gets when she arrives to take him out. We're even more happy to see how tired out he is when he gets home. Not to mention the price for a one to one walk is really good. Very good value for money! So far our experience with We Love Pets has been fantastic. I'm sure they will continue to impress.

I cannot recommend this service enough! The staff are always so helpful and have been so patient with Brucie and his separation anxiety. Brucie loves going on his walks, I love the reports we get after the walk to see how he has got on.... although today there was traffic issues when I receive these pictures I can truly see how much the staff love the doggies and really enjoy their jobs! Fabulous grooming service. So happy to discover that HPCS offer this. Our Cavapoochon always comes out happy and looking gorgeous. Great teeth cleaning process too. Chloe is lovely. Highly recommend.

Mabel has been going out for weekly walks for over a year now. She loves getting together with other dogs and gets so excited when the van pulls onto our driveway. I highly recommend heathers pet care services and always mention them to other dog owners.

Just finished Heathers pet services puppy classes as Rosemary Lodge. We really enjoyed the sessions and my pup and I will both benefit from what we have learnt. Sophie N was fantastic. She is really engaging, knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions separate from the lesson content. I wasn’t looking forward to being out on a cold Wednesday evening but am now sad it’s finished. Would def recommend. Will be looking to book some of Heather’s other pet services.

We did not have the best experience with Heather’s Pet Services. We genuinely appreciated how understanding and hard working the staff were, however the customer service really let us and our two cats down. I understand this is a predominantly dog-centred service, but we were assured they could look after Persian cats and their additional specific needs. We were extremely anxious about leaving our cats alone, to the point that it’s prevented us from taking trips since before the pandemic. It took a few visits for them to get used to these and I took particular care to update our information in their online portal. After each visit we could tell the staff really took on our feedback, which was amazing. However, on arriving home after the last two visits, we found one or both cats had become unwell and left unpleasant smells and messes to attend to, definitely not a nice environment to come home to after being away. After letting customer service know about this, the response was very unsympathetic and unprofessional. We were blamed for their errors and told we were at fault for making a staff member ill with the feedback we gave previously. I have never come across a business take so little responsibility for the quality of their services (at frankly extortionate prices) or the wellbeing of their staff, and I was particularly shocked by the lack of interest in the wellbeing of our cats after the final visit. Unfortunately, we would not feel safe leaving our cats under their supervision again.

About 5 years ago our cockapoo Barney began to get very agitated whilst being groomed. This got steadily worse to the point that the groomer said they would not be able to groom him without him being sedated…. We did this reluctantly, as we hated the effect the drugs had on him. I was chatting it through with the vet as this had been going on for a couple of years and I felt that it could not be good to do this as Barney was nearing 9. A number of people mentioned that Heather’s pets had a lady who was a trained dog behaviourist and wonderfully patient grooming team. I felt it was worth a go although did wonder if the saying ‘ you cannot teach an old dog new tricks’ would be validated! Sophie a trained dog behaviourist and Chloe the chief groomer have worked wonders- between them they have taken time with Barney to ensure he is comfortable with them and in their grooming room. They have cared for him and eased him in gradually to being able to be first washed and cleaned with them and now groomed without any sedation at all! It is such a relief and I am so grateful- they always reassured me too that I was not being a paranoid dog owner and that it would be worth taking this time- and it certainly has been. We are all so thankful they are fantastic!

My dog has been having regular weekly walks with the staff at heathers pet care services. Mabel loves being collected and going out with a group of dogs. The staff are dedicated animal lovers and take great care of your pets. Mabel has a brilliant bond with whichever walker she has and get super excited when she sees them walk up our path. Heather’s Pet Care Services is fantastic! I attended the puppy training classes & found them to be really informative, interactive & supportive. Sophie led the classes & found her to be really professional, helpful & so knowledgeable! I also take my dog along to their pet groomer Chloe, who has been amazing with her & always do a fantastic groom. My dog was not keen with being groomed, however in Chloe’s care, we haven’t looked back! I thoroughly recommend you use Heather’s Pet care Services for all your pet needs!

We have only positive things to say about both Sophie and Heathers Pet Care Services. We arranged some 121 sessions with Sophie for our little Cockapoo recently - and Sophie was so friendly, knowledgeable and Sophie made every session exciting. Our Cockapoo was so entertained, and we've taken all the training notes, games and general advice moving forwards and we can't wait to use the services again. Thanks again :)

We have used Heathers for a number of years now for group walking, grooming, puppy training and 121 dog training. They are all excellent and the online booking system is very helpful. Would highly recommend to any dog owners in Bath area.

Lisa starting looking after our puppy Daisy 4 years ago. Her care towards her has been absolutely 1st class. We now have puppy number 2 and he will join his sister there. Lisa has Daisy day time, overnight, weekends and when we go on holidays, I cant fault Lisa she totally has a home from home service and loves our babies as we do.

Rich has been looking after our 2 cats when we have been away over the last couple of years. We are really glad we found him and know our cats are good hands when we are not there. Rich is super friendly and keeps us updated which keeps our minds at ease. Our cats are very nervous rescue cats and have formed a good bond with Rich over time, which we really value. We also occasionally foster cats and Rich has always been happy to help look after them as well.

We've been using Rich for years for our cats and the service is always fantastic - on several occasions he was happy to cover visits at extremely short notice and he's always been available when we needed him. Very reasonable prices, keeps everything tidied up and cleans bowels (we've had messy professional pet sitters before so I'm grateful Rich always left our home spotless). Rich is a lovely guy who is always happy to give us updates when we're away for a while. He also keeps really detailed records of the pets he cares for. So glad we found him!

Rich and the team are simply amazing. Rich has been looking after our cat Ronnie for nearly 3 years now. Our cat is very shy and only usually makes an appearance for us, and now Rich is his best friend! I simply would not trust anyone else to look after him. Forever grateful!

Amazing company, very trustworthy. Rich has been taking care of our cats for years now.even when it was at a very short notice never declined. He has kept us up to date with messages and photos as well and when one of our cats needed medication he also took care of it. Wholeheartedly recommended.

We asked Rich to check in on our cats and chickens whilst we were away for a few nights getting married. I was bery anxious about leaving them as normally a friend or family member will look after them while were away, however all that worry left as soon as we met Rich. He's an absolute gem, he came round and met everyone prior to us finalising the booking so we could ensure we were comfortable with him. He took the time to learn all of our pets names and was very thorough with ensuring they were all cared for how we wanted. Rich was really professional, understanding our chickens are a part of our family just as much as our cats. His communication is absolutely fab, and he called to check in on the first night and kept in good contact throughout. I couldnt recommend the service more. I felt incredibly relaxed knowing that Rich was looking after our little pet family while we were away. We will most definitely be using Rich for future trips.

Rich looks after the animals at our nursery every weekend. He is so friendly and passionate about what he does. The role he does for us is a bit different as he cares for pigs, chickens, ducks and guinea pigs but he is great at it and we trust him 100%. Can't recommend him enough :)

Rich has been looking after our cat for years whenever we have been away from home and provides a brilliant reliable service. I've always appreciated the fact that he keeps me informed and has always been flexible if needed at short notice.

We've used Rich & co a couple of times to visit our cats, one of whom needs regular meds. No problems to report whatsover. His fact finding and preparation is very thorough and it was nice to get a progress update on day 1 to confirm everything was ok.

I have used Rich several times to look after my Cat and Rabbit while I’ve been away. He has been great everytime. He came and met them and wrote their routines down. He visited twice a day and catered for their every need. He sent me updates and reassures me they were ok. Couldn’t ever use anyone else.

My dog Murphy loves staying with Lucie 😊 he rushes off to see her and doesn't even look back at me 😂 I love how Lucie sends doggie logs every day, sending pictures of Murphy having fun on his walks with the other dogs. I highly recommend Lucie, such a lovely person 🙂 …

Lucie and her family 4 legged and 2 legged are lovely. Our 6 month old pup had a wonderful first day at doggy daycare. I loved the email notifications of the walks along with tons of pictures of what they were getting up to. He didn't want to leave. Once home he slept like a log and we had our first dream experience with him making noises and his little legs going. It's such a relief knowing he is happy whilst I am at work.
