What a great day care or overnight doggy play palace! She has large and small dog areas and pools for each. She is amazing with the animals they love her and are all so well behaved under her telepathic command. My dog gets so excited when we turn onto her road. He always comes home happy and tired.

We needed to have our dogs stay in daycare for the day. It was a very warm day, and one of our dogs is very shy. We can’t take him to places with a lot of noise or people. He felt right at home with sweet Randi. Randi took great care of our pups and sent us updates during the day. Randi’s services were very helpful and needed. I would recommend Randi to anyone.

Whether you're a local or just up for the weekend, Randi's Rascals is a great place to board your pooch when your day's itinerary or the hot asphalt calls for it. We took our German shepherd there for the first time in order to keep it off the scorching heat as we played tour guide for family. Randi's has plenty of space for the four-legged buddy to run around. Overall it is a good doggy approved environment and Randi really cares for furry friends. We'll definitely back.

Randi’s Rascals is one of the best places I have ever left my Belle. She is so happy there. She made all kinds of new friends. This place is amazing. If I could give a 10 star I would in a min.

Lauren is awesome, we are lucky we found her for our two dogs. She has been fantastic with both dogs especially our highly anxious one. She has watched them for the day and boarded them over night. They cant wait to get out of the car when we drop them off.

Lauren watched my dog (Bruno) for several weeks. She kept me updated with pictures and text messages on Bruno’s daily activities and overall wellbeing. Bruno looked fantastic when I picked him up, and I will not hesitate to have Lauren watch him again. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the animals she takes care of.

I have been using Lauren for about 5 years and she is the BEST!! I just love her enthusiasm and joy that she gives to all her dogs. With two previous dogs they would spend the night and also just go to day care. With Peaches - our current Cavapoo - she can't wait to get out of the car and go into Laurens house. We've boarded her but also use the daycare for a day of golf! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

We have used Lauren multiple times to pet sit, This time we were gone quite a bit longer than the previous times and she made sure to give our dogs extra love an extra attention to fill the void of us being gone. Lauren is fantastic, she goes the extra mile with your special one. Scruffy has emotion needs and has meds and she knows how to make him feel happy. She lets him snuggle on the bed with her which he loves. She understands his needs and I know he is in loving care. She keeps me posted on how he is doing. Which is great. Lauren has taken care of our two rescued mixes for several years ( plus an extended family member’s pup. ). Sometimes it’s just an overnight or a long weekend, but we’ve used her up to a few weeks at times. We feel so comfortable knowing that she is extremely experienced and she is even helpful with solicited advice when they aren’t there and we have a training issue. She has had to give our pups medication and has no problems contacting vets if needed. Our pups might be a little spoiled by the attention they receive when they are in her care. If you were to ask our pups about their experiences, we think they would both give her two paws up!

Lauren is beyond the best! We rescued our dog, Max, as a puppy after spending over a month in a shelter. Lauren not only has given Max a safe and fun place to stay, but also has given us great advice on training him. We know Max loves Lauren as much as we do….he races to her door as soon as we pull up!

We have 2 dogs, both 8 year old Akita mixes. Lauren has been a part of their lives in one way or another since we adopted them when they were puppies. Lauren is extremely reliable, consistent and always goes above & beyond. She’s easy to communicate with and very attentive. She has tons of safety measures, plans and precautions in place to ensure any animal on her care is safe, well cared for and (most importantly) comfortable and loved. Her home and yard is always clean. She’s helped care for our dogs on many occasions, boarding them in her home or doing drop-ins at our home. Even providing behavioral help. And, we’ve witnessed her board and work with many different types of animals over the years. At some point, one of our dogs developed severe allergies. Lauren was instrumental in helping us work with a vet to diagnose the problem, better understand our dog’s illness and even create a long term treatment plan for him. She’s still attentive to his allergies and sensitivities when she cares for him. It’s not just about pet sitting. She’s extremely gifted and truly has such a passion for animals and their overall well-being. We jokingly call her Dr. Doolittle, but she really is so in tune with animals’ needs. Her knowledge and expertise cannot be matched.

Lauren has been taking care of my eighteen month old Boston Terrier twice a seek, since he was 7 months old and she has been wonderful, helping me with training and giving him plenty of play time and exercise. She is always more than happy for a drop in visit, for cats or dogs, and her boarding service is wonderful, as I never have to worry about his care. As I work fulltime, I don't know what I would do without her help and loving care of my active little dog.

We HIGHLY recommend! Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to all of the animals in her care. The boarding facilities are clean, spacious and comfortable, providing a home-like environment with an incredible grass yard that the pups love! We also appreciate receiving updates and photos which bring smiles and peace of mind knowing all is well. The dog walking and pet drop in services are also top-notch, and Lauren always goes above and beyond to ensure our animals receive the attention they need while we are away. We trust Lauren completely with the care of the rescue animals in our care as well as our personal pets and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe environment AND a knowledgeable and loving pet sitter.

The owner Lori is exceptionally caring with all of her fur babies! When we went on our 7 day vacation we received humorous and heartfelt video and photo updates every single day. In each photo our dachshund was smiling so big all of his teeth were showing! She is organized, professional and wonderful to work with. We are so relieved that there is a local boarder/day care program that only takes in dogs 20lbs and under! Thank you Lori for being a trustworthy person to leave our family members with! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DOG SITTING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Seriously... I can't give one complaint. Laurie would message me pictures throughout the day- not a bunch but enough. My dog seemed happy and clean. When I picked him up he was not overheating or thirsty. He didn't rush to me like he needed to he saved. Laurie was responsive to messages, she seems to love dogs and happy with taking them! Her house was clean and smelled great. I mean it's like everything I looked for was done exceptionally well. I will for sure be taking Indy back there!

Lori was absolutely the best person we could have dreamed of to leave our 16 year old miniature Labradoodle Dee Dee with!!! We were in Palm Desert for 12 days and knew we were going to be playing many rounds of golf along with a day trip to Disneyland. We really didn't want to leave Dee Dee in the house we were staying at all alone for 8+ hours a day so my husband did some research ahead of time and found Bonzai's Bark. After reviewing Lori's website, everything LOOKED great, so we arranged for a meet and greet the day before we actually wanted to start leaving Dee Dee with Lori. LOVED her, her backyard and indoors for the pups and her "dog sense" ... she has a total understanding of what they really did need while they were away from their owners ... we felt very comfortable leaving Dee Dee the next day while we played golf. Lori texted us several times, throughout the day, to say Dee Dee was doing fine and even sent pictures! The rest of the trip we continued to use Lori and even had Dee Dee spend the night on the day we drove to Disneyland and back. She was at Lori's a total of 6 times over 12 days ... She did great! Lori is awesome ... we wish we could find someone like her back home here in Federal Way, WA .... thanks again, Lori, for being our dog's best friend!

Lori is amazing!! I had serious anxiety about leaving my 8 month old puppy, but she took all that away. Tbone spent a week with her while we vacationed. If you own one then you know what I mean. Our cat caregiver is Kathleen and she is great. She sends pictures of our boys from every visit so we know she is taking good care of them. They’re quite shy so initially she had to look for them. Eventually they got to know her and now sometimes even come out to say hi on their own. Scheduling is quick and easy. Fetch was recommend to me by a neighbor and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Gennifer is an incredible groomer and pet sitter! She grooms many of my puppies after they go to their new families and also has them come stay at her home when their parents go out of town. She loves animals and considers them all part of her family. Her home and yard are clean and kept sanitary. Genn is very organized and thorough with contracts and paperwork and she sends photos and updates about how your fur kid is doing while you’re gone! Gennifer’s services are priceless!

I recently moved to CA and needed someone to watch my two dogs for a few days while out of town. I'm very paranoid about leaving my babies with people I don't know because they are my family and also, weimaraners are unique and not all people understand their needs/behaviors. We recently left our one year old Golden Doodle Malibu for the first time with Gen B’s Happy Paws.I interviewed several people before deciding on Gen B’s Happy Paws.I could tell by the daily videos and photos that Malibu was having fun with the other dogs and was well cared for. We recently met and booked Gennifer for service when we planned to be out of town with family. We were hesitant in finding the right match for our needs: in-home sitter, large breed dogs, elderly dog + medication needs, and very attached — needing lots of attention. After first meeting Gennifer, I knew she was perfect because she came more well prepared for our meet and greet than I was. She asked questions that I wouldn’t have even thought of. She’s extremely thorough, so I knew she was going to take the best care of them (specifically the way we would want). Gennifer is even careful enough to ask how we normally feed/do things, so she kept things as familiar/routine as possible. We opted for 2 (1-hour) visits each day. Every visit, I had constant contact with Gennifer along with video updates, photos and updates on their appetite, mood, etc.! When it got colder, she even started putting Pinto’s jacket on for the nights. It was sad knowing they were alone during the long days/nights, but I knew they were so well loved, played with, and cared for every time she visited. I HIGHLY recommend Gennifer for all your pet services! We will be using her, exclusively from now on!!

I give this place a 5 star because Debra is really caring for all the dogs. I really appreciate the updates and pictures that she sends. My dog gets pretty anxious sometimes but he doesn't hesitate when I bring him to Debra. I like that they are not in the kennel and free to move about and my dog is used to doing that at home. He always looked like he's having a great time. I brought my dog to her twice already on different occasions and the first time I contacted her it was a last minute and late at night but she was really flexible and she agreed to care for my dog for a couple of nights. We're not from Palm Springs but will definitely keep coming back to Doggie Heaven whenever we're in town. I definitely recommend her to anybody that wants a real loving person to care for their fur babies.

I lost my pet sitter last minute before a 3 night trip to the Palm Springs area. I found Debra off of Yelp and she instantly got back to me. Her texting process for booking a reservation was fantastic. Text threads are the way to go! I am a very nervous pet parent and am always worried about my miniature schnauzer. I have boarded her at larger boarding facilities and she always came back disoriented and not herself. I could tell that is was way too much of a stressful process for her. I went specifically with Debra because it’s a home environment and she only takes smaller dogs. Her place ended up being a GEM! She was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. She gave me an update after my dog’s first night. She posts tons of pictures on Instagram which was so great. It gave me peace of mind. From the second my dog met her to when we were picking her up, you tell she adored Debra. She is my mini’s friend for life now lol. My little doggy had a blast staying here. It was my first time being away from my dog overnight since she came to my life few years ago. It made a world of difference and provided me with peace of mind by how she posts videos of each dog on her Instagram story. This is my first experience leaving Dover at a daycare and at the moment he met Debra I can see he was thrilled by the way he ran up to her. I appreciated the photos she sent all day and when I picked him up he was still wanting to go back and give her kisses. My 2 wiener dogs absolutely love boarding with Stacy! She was quick to respond to our initial request and scheduled a meet and greet right away. She spoiled them on their first stay with sunning by the pool and trips to get pup cups! They are able to walk around in large spaces but they mostly love to cuddle. Stacy took the most incredible care of our two dogs for our wedding weekend in Temecula! She is the sweetest human and it was a blessing to find her. She is professional and communicative. I love Stacy’s Wags n Wiggles! My family and I don’t feel comfortable having to leave our pup at times but when we have had to I only feel comfortable leaving her with Stacy! Stacy keeps it limited with how many pets she allows at a time and I think that speaks highly of her as a pet caregiver. Madiisyn is fantastic for the pet and the owners. She a rare professional that cares, on time and completely trustworthy. When in Coachella my doggie demands that we use Sit, Stay, Relax! I 100% agree!!!

Madyson is terrific! My 10 year old labradoodle is so relaxed when she comes to stay. Lucca is very calm due to her personality and attention to his well being. I never worry about Madyson...my last trip away the power went off in my house...she figured out how to reset everything, and keep his environment normal. She provides me the ability to enjoy my vacations as well knowing my buddy is so happy. She is a 6 out of 5!

I would highly recommend sit, stay, relax! I have used her services multiple times and have a few more trips upcoming. Madisyn has taken wonderful care of my dog and kitten, they always seem happy to see her. She is a warm, caring, responsible person. I have referred her to others who have also had great experiences. Communication is excellent with updates and photos always coming. My house is always immaculate when I return. It is hard to leave my animals at home when I travel but I am confident that they are well taken care of. Her service is stellar!

We have used Madisyn a couple of times and both went great. First time she stayed at our place to look after Sutton, second time he stayed at her place with her two dogs cause they all get along great and had a blast.
