The Dogwalker Etc. experience is AWESOME! 🤩 from start to finish, everything was perfect! We love the portal where the Dogwalker posts pictures, writes notes, records on multiple topics (poop, per, water refill, meds administered etc). SO AMAZING!! The meet-n-greet the day before was easy to do and hardly took any time at all. The staff know what they’re doing and are friendly- super easy to work with! 10 outta 10 recommend !! 🙌

Loved them while we had a walker for our area in Aiea. Then he moved off island and they don’t have enough staff( look online it appears they have plenty but I’d say that’s very very inaccurate). 5 star for his care during short time we had him. Negative -1 for not having a replacement and/ or viable option and time offering needed.

We love the staff and people at Dog Walking Etc. They are all so genuinely great with our dog. I especially like the fact that when we board our dog, he stays at the host’s home and not a kennel. He gets to interact with the host family and pets. They all go walking and playing together which he loves and I like getting daily updates with pictures. We initially used DWE to have our dog walked weekly along with weekly field trips. He gets so excited as he waits for his outings. When his walker arrives, he gets super excited. See picture below on how he greets his walker. When he’s done and returned home, he is one happy and tired dog which is exactly what our German Shepard needs. We are so happy to have found DWE.

Don’t let the name fool you! If you’re looking for a cat sitter look no further than Dogwalker etc!! We are so grateful to have Erin and her awesome team of cat lovers for our two babies Stiker and Goldie. It’s clear that the company loves all animals but we felt very confident in their abilities for cats specifically. We traveled recently for spring break and had the Dog Walker team come in twice a day every day for two weeks. They did everything from cleaning & feeding to playtime to grooming and also taking care of our house too. We came back and found everything better than we left it. Thank you so much to Dogwalker etc and the whole team!

I’ve used dogwalker etc a few times for their dog walking services and dog sitting when we went on trips. It’s such a great service, they handle my difficult terriers (terrors) very well and the owner even came out once to assist the sitter with learning how to manage my dog. Coming from someone who has been turned away from doggy daycare, this was greatly appreciated!!! My dogs are very high energy, and intelligent, hence why I need a service. I also felt very comfortable leaving the island in this companies care, we got updates daily with photos, which is a nice touch. I will use this service again for sure.

We hired Ruth from Dogwalkers to doggie sit our fur baby while we were in Japan. We were super nervous since this was the first time leaving her with a stranger and we were out of country. Ruth is THE BEST. Rachael, the owner walked me through the process, gathered info and matched us up with Ruth. Ruth also came highly recommended by our neighbors. Our fur baby is very shy, so we hired Ruth to walk her before our trip to become familiar with Ruth. Ruth writes great detailed reports and the service includes daily photos which is great and comforting. Ruth even took out our trash bin and recycle bin and played with our fur baby. They really bonded. Ruth is great with animals. Ruth and Dogwalkers are pretty flexible about told return date in case of flight delays so your fur baby won’t be left hanging by themselves. We will definitely hire Ruth for future trips!

I have used Dogwalker ETC! on two different occasions and have been very happy with their service. The daily communication between the caregiver and pet owner is excellent. The staff are very professional and trustworthy. I felt at ease immediately after meeting the two people assigned to watch my pets and highly recommend this company and these wonderful, caring people.

When we took a trip in 2019, we needed someone to take care of our little girl for about 10 days. We found the perfect people who took excellent care of her! Misha was about 5 years old and this would be the first time we would be away for that length of time. Of course, we were concerned and apprehensive about how she would adjust in our absence. To our delight, she loved being with the dog sitter! The sitter would email videos of her daily activities and this gave us great comfort seeing her so content and happy. The personnel are so caring and genuine in making sure that your furry child is given the best care and they are also very professional. Highly recommended to entrust your dog in their care.

We used Dogwalker Etc for 9 days while away on a trip. Our girl was well taken care of, Ms. Sharee did an excellent job spending time and writing solid reports on how our dog was doing in our absence. I met Sharee before our trip and felt at ease with her. I explained to her all that was required, (you also write care instructions on their web portal) and we walked the usual route with my girl. I warned Sharee of all the neighborhood dogs that are possibly hostile and have broke off their leash in the past. I also warned Sharee that my dog could slide out of her collar (she's done so in the past) so beware of that, and that also my dog has bolted out of the house and went straight to the neighbor's dog that they keep tied up in the yard which I've been very leery of becoming unhinged at a blink of an eye. It can be nerve-wracking to leave your home and your pet to someone you just met, but Sharee was very professional and had been with the company for a long time so that put my mind at ease. Also, our dog is very strong, and I was a little worried that she would pull too hard down our stairs for someone unaccustomed to handling a larger dog, but Sharee has had a lot of experience with many types of dogs, and I felt confident that our girl was no issue for her. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a pet sitter, and they are trustworthy. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Leaving our dog for the first time while we went on vacation was really tough for my family and me. We were worried about finding someone we could trust to take care of him. That’s when I came across a place called Furever Friends on social media and thought we’d give them a try. Right from the beginning, their staff was very welcoming and friendly. They quickly answered all our questions, which made us feel much more relaxed. While we were away, they sent us photos and updates about our dog, Chewie. It was such a relief to know he was being well cared for. We’re definitely planning to return and may even send him to daycare just so he can play with other dogs for fun!

I was a nervous wreck when I had to board my dog for the first time. Furever friends eased all my worries, always sent a reply when I asked for updates. Every photo that was sent showed how much fun my girl was having! I would definitely board with them again! And Denali loved it too!

My dog loves going to Furever Friends for daycare and boarding. He always has a great time playing with his friends and getting lots of attention. They have many special events and are even available for dog birthday parties. It’s conveniently located near Fort Shafter. They also board cats which is a huge convenience to be able to take both pets to the same place when I need to go out of town.

We love Furever Friends for daycare and boarding. We received updates, photos, and knew that our dog was in good hands while we were away. Communication is easy and consistent and our dog is all smiles when she leaves. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to safely leave your dog.

My Pua always stays at Furever Friends when I am traveling. They take care of him really good and he always happy over there! He is a senior dog and not many boarding place accepts seniors, but Furever Friends always welcomes him. Thank you for making him happy!!

We are so glad we found Furever Friends. Our beagle loves going there. We've used them a couple of times for daycare and once (so far) for a "Staycation". The dogs are so well cared for. The staff I have dealt with have been professional, and caring. It is clear they love dogs. Their rates are reasonable and they are very upfront about the costs.

We had the best experience having our Jack Russell Terrier Lula play and stay at Furever Friends. The kindness of the staff make us feel worry free when we go on vacation. I was very nervous to leave my kitty for 3 weeks at a boarding facility since it was going to be his first time being away from me for that long & he’s not super socialized (he only knows myself & my dog). Let me start by saying The on boarding process was very easy & fast. Tails of Hawaii also is priced really well (I did my research of boarding facilities before booking). & it was super convenient because the facility is 5 minutes away from my home. Upon drop off, I noticed it was very clean & well kept, the staff was very friendly & reassuring. Through out my kitty’s stay the staff sent me pictures, updates, & health updates during the entire time. It looked like my kitty had a great time socializing with other people & did well in his new environment. Tails of Hawaii really gave me peace of mind knowing my kitty was being well looked after & because of that I was able to enjoy my vacation. I will definitely be back for any more future boarding needs & recommend them To anyone! Thank you again tails of Hawaii for taking care & looking after my kitty!

I had to move myself, 3 dogs, and 2 cats from Hawaii to two separate cities in Ohio and I was such a wreck. My pets are my family! I almost went with another company but they had poor communication and kept sending the wrong itineraries which gave me such anxiety. I reached out to Happy Tails and they were super quick to get back to me and got the different itineraries right the first time and really did their best to put my worries to rest. They came to pick my pets up from my house and didn’t even bat an eye at how much I was crying saying goodbye to them. Needless to say, all my pets landed safely at their correct destinations and I am so thankful for all their help! They sent me updates and pictures of everyone during their pre-flight boarding stay. They paid attention to all the small details I sent about all my pets different quirks. I highly recommend using Happy Tails if you have to move your pets. They really made something that was so stressful and seemed so complicated to orchestrate with 5 different pets and 2 different locations so seamless. 10/10!!

Tails has allowed my Chocolate lab “Nani” to socialize with others providing caring staff to help her grow. We are grateful for the webcams that allow me to periodically check on Nani throughout the day to observe her activity. The piece of mind knowing she is in a safe environment. I place my trust in the staff at Tails to care for a part of my family that we treat as our own child now that our children have grown and moved away. I did have an incident which Nani ingested possibly a rubber piece which Tails helped to monitor her during that period to ensure if her poop contained additional pieces since she was not eating. I know that “Nani” could get into mischief and also becomes snippy considering she is a rescue that has experienced Trauma. However, Tails monitors and reports her day. Nani comes home exhausted from a full day of playing and when we reach the store. she is wagging her tail and not putting on the brakes as we enter. We attended the 2024 Pet Fair in Mililani and I was hesitant about bringing her out in the public with other dogs and their owners. Nani allowed people to pet her and she was wagging her Tail the entire time. Thank You Tails!

I am so thankful for Tail Movers! I was so stressed out about getting our dog to the mainland because no flights could get him all the way to where we needed him to go. Plus he needed multiple comfort stops.. I am so thankful for this company. They made the process so easy for us and they even set up a taxi to deliver our dog directly to my in-laws house. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Just completed the meet and greet. My senior dog seems to be very relaxed and happy. Because of his health and senior status, he was rated under a non social status. Environment of the lobby was very clean and neatly kept. Would have loved a pre tour of the kennels. Just to observe. Looking forward to his boarding.

We have been with them for almost 8 years. They have been a lifesaver. Our dog is not very sociable as he's almost 11 years old! But with time and patience they have mixed him in with other dogs. Still not real sociable but he is mingling with them and that made us EXTREMELY HAPPY. He wants to mingle but not sure how to. He LOVES all his aunties and uncles. Be board him periodically, which he's not real happy about, but it gives us a peace of mind knowing he is well cared for there. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tails of Hawaii.

I’m always nervous when going out of town and leaving my dogs in the care of someone else. However they took great care of my dogs. I loved their live feed every so often I would get a glimpse of them. Seeing them running around having fun made my feel so much better know my dogs were having a great time and being well cared for.

Today was Buddha’s first time at Tails Hawaii. He definitely had a good time, and will be back for more play time and learning to socialize with other dogs. He’s my big baby, and all tuckered out from his adventure! Can’t wait to come back, Thank You! ❤️❤️

Recently had our two labs do a meet and greet with ToH. The staff was helpful and explained what would be done and what would be evaluated. Having the online portal definitely streamlines the process. Looking forward to having our pups boarded at this facility. Very convenient and only a few minutes from the house. Definitely appreciate the military/veteran discount for boarding.

Look no further than Laura’s Doggie Care for the absolute peace of mind that your pet is being well taken care of! She took care of our two cats while we were on vacation & sent us daily updates with photos/videos on how they were doing (which was happy!) She also administered meds twice a day to my senior kitty as well as took care of litter cleaning, playing, outside time & plant care. She is kind, trustworthy, detail oriented & my kitties warmed up to her quickly. It was such a relief to know while on vacation we didn’t have to worry about their well beings. We met Laura through Facebook Marketplace where she sold venison snacks for dogs. When we met her, she was the sweetest! My dog, ʻĪlei is not always open to all people, but she was friendly to Aunty Laura and excited about her snacks. I learned at that time that Laura offered doggie day care and pet boarding services, which I needed for my little tita girl. Iʻve been lucky to not necessarily need pet boarding for most of my dogʻs life, so pet boarding for a weekend was a new experience for both of us. I really, really appreciated that Laura only boards 4 dogs at a time and requires vaccination records for all dogs. That showed me how professional she is and how much she cares about the quality of each doggieʻs stay with her. Throughout our communication, she was always helpful, friendly, and responsive. Throughout the weekend that my dog stayed with her, she sent me regular updates and pictures through text messages which I also appreciated. My dog and I are so very close with each other, so it helped me feel good to know how my dog was doing. From the day I dropped off my dog, ʻĪlei, to the day I picked her up, I really felt good about her experience with Aunty Laura. I knew she was in good hands with someone who is knowledgeable, professional, caring, and understands animals. I learned a lot as well in this experience from Laura and she even sent home a report about the weekend with stuff that pet parents find important like pooping, Lol. We have booked our second stay with Laura for November and I will continue to send my tita girl to stay with Aunty Laura monthly. I trust her and ʻĪlei does too, which is so important to both of us. I am thankful to have found Laura and her business. She feels heaven sent for me and my fur kid. Laura was a great Pet sitter. She came to meet my dog and cats prior to petsitting to become acquainted w the house, animals, diet, routines, etc.. While I was away she sent me photos and updates on a daily basis which was comforting for me. She kept the house as it was and cleaned up nicely behind herself. I would recommend her services and use her services again.

I couldn’t be happier with Laura’s Doggie Care! My two pups have been attending weekly day care and I’ve seen major improvements with their training and they’ve been overall better behaved. Laura’s space is clean, has plenty of activities, and is stimulating for my pups. I love the small group sizes because it provides socialization without being too overwhelming for my pup that tends to get anxious in big groups. The large yard is a HUGE bonus!! Most importantly, I trust Laura wholeheartedly to care my dogs and it’s a relief to know they’re in good hands whenever I need to board. I can’t recommend Laura’s Doggie Care enough!

Laura is our go to for everything now! While we were about to be off island and stressing to find someone to care for our elderly girl Momi, Laura was my family's blessing. I HIGHLY recommend Laura for anyone needing pet sitting or dog walking services. She was recommended to me by a friend when I first got my puppy. I work long hours and thought it would be nice to have someone come take Oliver for walks weekly when I have a longer day. She started walking him at 3 months old and now he’s 8 months. Even with a more consistent schedule, I still have Laura come. The “walks” are WAY more than your average walk. Laura works into the walk all of her vast dog training knowledge and skills. We discuss the struggles I’m having and she not only works on those issues, she sends me videos and tips and tricks she does during the walk with my little guy. She has taught my puppy confidence because he was afraid of cars and big barking dogs, he knows the heel command because of her and does it perfectly for me now, and has gotten completely over his fear of walking over metal grates. She even gave me tips on how to get him to stop biting when he was teething and she was there for his first baby tooth falling out! Laura is phenomenal and waaaaaaay more than your average dog walker. Worth every single penny plus more. Do not hesitate to reach out to her!!

I am so relieved that we found Laura to watch our dog. Laura is reliable, communicative, and very attentive. She has stayed in our home twice and we will use her for all future trips. Laura is the FIRST person where I do not spend time worrying about our dog while we are away. Laura goes above and beyond to make sure our dog gets plenty of adventures and time outdoors. She sends texts and pictures which is very nice. In addition to taking great care of our dog, Laura has always taken great care of our home, too. Laura is an absolute treasure and we couldn't be happier to have met her!!

Laura was wonderful! We have three dogs, two who have a lot of anxiety. She came over before our trip to get to know the dogs and get familiar with our house. The dogs loved her. We were gone for four days and Laura stayed at our house at night, took care of the dogs, and sent pictures & updates every day. She even collected the mail and watered our plants. We highly recommend Laura and we will definitely hire her again on our future trips!

I am so thankful that we found Laura to stay with our dog while we were away on a 3 week vacation! She immediately gained his trust and understood his health conditions. Our dog Grant stayed at Happy dogs Maui for two weeks while we were on vacation. We love Kristin and Happy Dogs Maui - they provide a loving, fun and stimulating environment for our high-energy dog for weekly daycare and boarding (as well as board and train). Our dog gets a lot of healthy socialization with other dogs, positive reinforcement training, along with enrichment activities that help work his brain and tire him out. I also highly recommend their puppy board and train program for dog parents who need help training their pups. Kristin is the best dog trainer and cares a lot about the dogs in her care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My 2 dogs love spending daycare or boarding stays at Happy Dogs Maui. Kristin and her staff provide great, loving environment, with dog interactions and stimulation activities. Lots of room to run and play. Not just a caged kennel enclosure with leashed short walks. We love this place, so support Happy Dogs---just don't take the last reservation when we want it! LOL

Kristin and her staff & family at Happy Dogs Maui are THE BEST. Our dog Zippy can be very anxious but Kristin does a terrific and amazing job taking care of him and making him feel so comfortable. Kristin is a gem and is wonderful at what she does. Her facility is beautiful, serene, and very clean. The dogs are well looked after and she specializes in positive reinforcement training. I’ve seen wonderful improvements in both my dogs under her care and guidance. As a veterinarian in the industry with a special interest in behavior it was important to me to find the right fit for my dogs when boarding. Getting the benefit of training while boarding with a fabulous trainer is even better!

Mahalo Kristin & Happy Dogs Maui! We brought Hinano to Happy Dogs shortly after we adopted him since we had a preplanned trip. I was so nervous leaving him but he had a blast! I received pictures everyday that always made me smile. He still does all his tricks and eye contact Kristin taught him to this day (over 1 year later!)

My experience was both good and not good, I don’t want to say bad because it’s a learning experience. When I was contacted, prior to making an appointment for a meet and greet, I should have been t informed from the beginning, that if my pet is not neutered, they can’t be boarded at Pampered Pets. It would have saved time for both parties. Instead, we did a meet and great. Information about my pets were taken (behavior, potty training, home routine, etc.) only to find out that they can’t be boarded because they were not neutered. Had this info been given when I was first contacted, I would have searched for other accommodations.

I am very happy to discover Pampered Pet because it is a sanctuary for my precious cat. This place is very clean and well taking care of so having to put my cat here give me a peace of mind. I checked in on my fur baby a couple times and Ann was very gracious to take pic of my cat and letting me know my cat was doing good. I was thankful and felt great that my cat was in great care while we were gone. I know this place is little far but having the thought that my cat will be in great care is all worth it. Thank you Ann and Penny for the awesome job!

This is a wonderful place to take your pet for boarding. Our Lovebird was happy to go on "his vacation" at Pampered Pets when we went on ours. We knew he loved staying at Pampered Pets when it was time to take him home because he indicated he wanted to stay with Ann who took care of him. They had bonded. The staff at Pampered Pets are dedicated to caring for your pet, always looking out for their welfare. I definitely recommend Pampered Pets Hawaii.

We have used Pampered Pets every time we have gone on vacation and both our cat and dog have been very well taken care of. We get pictures almost each day of our pets and they always look incredibly happy. I really like that my dog isn't put in a kennel, since he is never kenneled at home. Every time we have picked them up they are both very happy and clean. They offer a military discount and the owner is very friendly and easy to contact, and responds promptly. I highly recommend using Pampered Pets.

My two old cats have been cared for at Pampered Pets many times over the past 3 years. Now when I drop them off they act as if they have arrived at their "other" home. Ann, the owner, and Penny, her assistant, keep the cat lodge very clean, well organized, and with plenty of snuggling places and toys for the cats. They also send photos every few days with a mini report about how the cats are doing. I recommend Pampered Pets Hawaii wholeheartedly and give them 5 stars.

We were stationed in Oahu for 2 years and during that time we were out of state for 5 months or so in total. We have 2 purebred Japanese Bobtails that we brought with us from Japan. They are our little girls and are treated as such. Thus seeing the clean and secure environment of, what I call "The Pet Hotel", we decided to leave our girls there and they loved it. So much our youngest would not want to go home. They took very good care of our girls and even sent pictures weekly to keep us updated on how they were doing. On one occasion we needed to leave as an emergency and our oldest was not feeling well. After a "quick" emergency room visit we dropped her and her sister off. Although I was worried about how she was going to be it alleviated me to know that she would be in good hands. And it is always nice to see military appreciation. The affordability for long term housing and military discounted prices were exactly what we needed at the time. Plus the hospitality and fabulous costumer service could not be beat. Till this day whenever we talk about our time in Hawaii we rave about "The Pet Hotel" called Pampered Pets Hawaii and their amazing services.

Boarded my two cats for a week for the first time and I’m so happy that I chose to take them to Pampered Pets! It’s a further drive but so so worth it! Julie was wonderful and sent us pictures and videos with updates on how our babies were doing. Also, I was rushing out of the house and totally forgot my cats’ wet food. Julie offered to pick up my order at her nearest Petco which is what I call outstanding customer service. She’s just a kind and generous human being. I will definitely use them in the future. We love Pampered Pets! Ann provides a wonderful service to the island and I couldn't recommend her enough. Our cat, Kirby, has stayed in the cat cottage on a few occasions; we love that the cats can roam freely among the cottage, without having to be needlessly kenneled. He is currently on an extended stay at Pampered Pets as we get settled in our mainland home; knowing that Ann will safely put Kirby on the plane to join us alleviates much stress and worry. If you are in need of quality, loving pet boarding and care, please don't hesitate to call Pampered Pets!

Pampered Pets was amazing helping out with last minute boarding in a cozy home. Was grateful they were always available for last minute trips and very accommodating. My pups loved the atmosphere and were greeted with so much love in the home. They truly are a home away from home! Thank you Anne and Esther for all your support over the last three years. Our dog loves staying at pampered pets. They have a great set up, a beautiful secure garden and lots of doggy beds to nap on. The doggies run around happy and free. Stitch always come home getter behave than before as he pick up behavior from Anne's lovely well trained dogs. We love that Anne send us several photographs during his stay! We cannot imagine life without Lori! She has been caring for our beloved pets since 2009 with daily visits and treats them like her own.
