Sue is absolutely wonderful. We have hired her multiple times to care for our 2 cats and she is quite the cat whisperer. Sue is punctual, always sends lots of messages and photos and we always come home to a clean house. We never worry when Sue is looking after our girls!

Sue was absolutely great. You can see she loves what she does and really cares for the animals. Was able to squeeze me in on short notice, really cared for our cat, always showed with all the attention given to her. Communicated extremely well with messages and videos to give us a peace of mind. And as a business carries it professionally with proper paperwork and information exchange.

Sue has been a lifesaver for me and my two cats - one diabetic. Managing a diabetic cat can be quite stressful and finding somebody as wonderful as Sue has been a huge relief for me. The regular messages and videos she sent during her visits assured me that the boys were content and clearly bonding with Sue. Knowing my diabetic boy was was healthy and genuinely happy in her care alleviated the stress I always feel when I'm away. Sue's attention to detail was much appreciated - from ensuring she had my authorization for emergency vet care if needed, to keeping the litter box sparkling clean. Without a doubt I'll be turning to Sue for my future pet sitting needs Thank you Sue for your exceptional care and genuine love for my furry boys!

There are lots of pet sitting businesses out there. This isn't one of them. When Sue says "We love them like you do" she isn't kidding one bit. Not only would our cat, without a doubt, move in with Sue in a heartbeat given the opportunity, I'm quite sure he loves her more than he loves us. Sue has not only taken care of our feisty ginger tabby multiple times a year when we go away, she has absolutely gone above and beyond anything I would imagine a pet sitter would do. I can't count the times Sue has waited for him to come home in the evenings to make sure he was okay, or gone back to check that he made it home from his adventures. Our dogs adore Sue, and during our sweet 14 year old dog's last year of life when he barely made it up on his arthritic knees, she was the one he would stand up for to greet at the door with kisses, so happy to see one of his favourite people. Sue has stayed with one of our deathly ill backyard chickens while we were away skiing in the winter when she suddenly took a turn for the worst, and was willing to take her in to have her put down if necessary. There simply isn't enough space here to describe how quite literally Sue takes care of other people's pets as if they were her very own. I would not leave my animals in anyone else's care. We book our vacation time around Sue's availability because leaving them with her gives us the most priceless thing of all- complete peace of mind that our animals are taken care of with so much love. Sue is professional, caring, quick to act when necessary, a pleasure to communicate with, always friendly and flexible and has a great deal of experience with all types of animals and a range of needs. My favourite part of going away is getting daily videos and photos of what our fur babies are up to when we are away, it's not necessary but so appreciated and such a kind gesture. Sue ensures that our animals are taken care of from the beginning right to the moment I walk through my front door when I return, ensuring that we text to let her know we have arrived and our pets are safely in our care again. This is not the kind of pet sitter that you can just find anywhere, Sue is an absolute gem with a heart full of love and we are so fortunate to have found her!

Sue is the best. Extremely reliable and professional. Constant videos and pictures of my cat while I'm away eases my mind. I recently had a cancelled flight and she was able to check in on my cat within minutes! Her performance is truly beyond what is reasonable to expect! I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Sue and Ben are truly the most caring pet sitters ever! My Lucy's needs are always first and I never worry about her when I pick her up. I love their flexibility in when I can pick her up and drop her off. True gems K-Town Cats and Dogs!!

Sue is a lovely person and brings a high level of professionalism and dedication to caring for pets left in her care. She recently took care of our cat, Coco, for 2 weeks while we were out of the country on a family vacation. We were worried about leaving Coco but Sue communicated with us daily, via email and/or text, and we could see that she and Coco were bonding and it was going well. Sue has an affinity for cats and truly enjoys them! Coco was happy to see us when we returned but spent several days watching the front door to see if her friend Sue was coming to visit. Cats! Had to do 2 out of town trips back to back, new in town, and luckily found Sue! The vet had not updated all my dog's shots, so he couldn't go to a kennel. Sue came and met us and Moozie loved her! She came 3 times a day and fed, walked and spent time with him. He was just fine when I got home and I was very comfortable leaving him in Sue's care! Would definitely recommend Sue to anyone needing "fur baby" care!!!

Best Cat-sitter in the world. I have a very shy cat who runs under the bed anytime someone comes to the condo, within minutes Sue had my cat come to her. Sue is awesome, I call her the "cat whisperer". While I was away, Sue sent me an update every day showing me her interaction with my cat, she was purring, rolling over, being petted and she even let Sue brush her. I really appreciated the updates and I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with K-Town Cats and Dogs. I strongly recommend this business to anyone looking for an extremely caring pet sitter!!!

I am blown away by Dogg about boarding services :) Linda and Arthur, the owners, and the staff provide compassionate, knowledgeable, attentive, patient and highly experienced care. All the staff provide a loving, attentive, nurturing environment. The facilities are immaculate, modern, comfortable, and well equipped. My dog, Daisy looks forward to coming to daycare during the week and gets along well with all of the other dogs. Like one big family. The expert training and personalize care have made a huge positive result in Daisy’s behavior. I would highly recommend anybody who needs great care for their dog to sign their family member up to Dog about boarding.

After moving to West Kelowna over a year ago, I needed to find a daycare and boarding service for my (then) 8 month old Berniedoodle. We tried a few other places both in West Kelowna and Kelowna and they certainly were not the fit for Monte. Then we came across Linda and Art - from the initial contact and the interview process I was impressed! And then we started going and getting to know them and that was it! Their dedication to their work, their love for what they do and the level of care they have for my Monte is second to none. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed this last year without Auntie Linda and Uncle Art! They have expanded their team and seem to have found individuals who share the same mentality for the work they do and care for those who attend. Thank you both so much!!

My dog Brigus has had the very best experience at Doggabout Daycare and Boarding. He attends twice a week and can’t wait to go in. He boarded for 6 nights while we were on holiday. I can’t recommend them enough for the best facility and personal care that he is given. If you need a safe and happy place for your dog to have fun and socializing give them a call.

My dog used to dislike being dropped off at other peoples houses, daycares, boarding places and Kennels... But man does our dog LOVE to go to Dogg About. Makes my wife a little Jealous on how excited our dog get's when she knows she's going to spend the day there. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Lynda and Art. My dog is high energy w/ high separation anxiety. Art and Lynda were patient and provided me with much guidance after working to see that she would integrate with the dogs that are already here. They did not take her in without checking both myself and her were a fit which is significant to me as new dogs have to work with my dog and that provides me with significant comfort everytime she is dropped off. I could go on and on but the facility is clean and Art and Lynda truly care about your furry family.

We highly recommend this place! Arthur and Lynda are wonderful! My dog gets so excited we go there and is so tired when he gets home! We love the Instagram reels of dogs enjoying their time there!

Can't say enough good things about Arthur and Linda at dogg about! Our golden absolutely loves going there as apposed to a different dog daycare where he would flop outside the door and did not want to be there. Will always recommend dogg about to anyone asking about a really good daycare and boarding!

Lynda, Arthur and the staff at DOGG About have a done a fabulous job with our dog since starting doggy daycare a few months ago. Five stars!

We have been taking our 3 year old French Bulldog here weekly for almost 2 months now and he absolutely loves it. The owners Lynda & Arthur are amazing and love all the dogs like their own! The facility is awesome and very clean! We are so happy we found them & would highly recommend!

The facility is very clean. The staff are very nice and clearly love the dogs. They are particular with how things are done in the best interest of the dogs.

We have been going to Wayne and the incredible team at Dogzies for 3 years. When we first rescued Henry, we had our hands full. We were new dog owners and did not have any idea of how much work we had cut out for ourselves to train a stubborn dog like him. My brother also rescued Henry’s brother, and the two of them were menace's together. Dogzies came highly recommended to us so we signed up for the puppy training classes. Wayne and the team went above and beyond every step of the way to help support us through our training. Wayne would always take time to let us ask questions and model how to work with Henry and his brother. We continued with classes, went through the off leash training program, day school and use the boarding for a home away from home while we are away. We now can confidently take Henry with us anywhere without any concerns of how he will react around dogs, people, children and off leash on hikes. Henry and his brother still enjoy playtime, but will stop and listen to us and the boundaries we have set. We are so thankful for everything Wayne and the entire team has done to help us give Henry the right training and boundaries to enjoy his life.

My wife and I have been bringing our dog to Wayne for five years. We love our dog very much, but he was extremely challenging from day one. He is a rescue and has always been a very fearful dog. Wayne gave us the tools to give him more confidence, desensitize him so he’s not so fearful and really helped my wife and I think about dogs in a totally different way. We now feel like we are in the driver’s seat and we walk with him confidently and feel like we really understand his needs and that has been invaluable to us. Wayne has an incredible team that support him and work hard with the dogs as well. Wayne is truly a master of his craft and has an incredible way and connection with dogs that allows him and the owners to get the results they’re looking for. I have known Wayne for over 10 years. I had my first dog trained by him 12 years ago and he was the most well behaved dog ever. It seemed like a no brainer to go back to Wayne when I got my new puppy. My new puppy had some behavioural issues, he would bite and become very aggressive. We have been training him with Wayne for about 2 months now and his behaviour has improved significantly. We had friends visit this weekend and they have 3 young kids. We were very worried about Tux (our dog) being around the kids considering his history with biting and aggression. But only after only a few hours after Tux met the kids, the kids ended up picking him up and carrying him around, playing and running around with him in the back yard. This is a complete change in Tux’s behaviour as he was not only tolerating the kids, but he was being extremely gentle and actually enjoyed being with them. He would get excited to see them every day and would want to play with them. When he played with them he was so gentle, he would not jump on them or try to bite them, even when he was playing. He actually liked it when they walked around with him in their arms. The kid’s parents commented on how comfortable they felt with Tux being around them. We truly believe that this change in behaviour is a direct reflection of the training program we have undergone with Wayne. He has not only become a more well behaved dog, but a more affectionate and loving dog. Seeing Tux be a kind, gentle, loving and trustworthy dog around these kids has honestly made us form a new type of connection with Tux. We truly believe this would not have happened without the training we have undergone with Dogzies. After years of training through Dogzies, I can honestly say that they produce results. We cannot thank them enough for helping us. I would recomend Dogzies to anybody.

Wayne and the team have been a game changer in our lives. Not only do they know what they are doing with the dogs, how to train them & how to help you along the way — they go above and beyond. We have done private classes, group classes, boarding & day school. We feel comfortable sending our dog, Stella with the Dogzies team when we go on vacation which allows us to relax & not worry about her. Stella also loves going. From a once anxious, fearful “chucky” to a confident dog who listens & knows her place. This is all thanks to the team at Dogzies & their hard work.

Wayne has been a great trainer for our dog, who as a puppy was a handful. 2.5 years old now, she really knows her commands. Now it’s really up to us as owners to reinforce and be consistent, which Wayne is the first to tell you, you need to continue to do. Even though she’s trained, we continue classes, for socialization, and for reinforcement. We notice an immediate change in behaviour after attending class. It’s truly amazing to see all of the dogs in his class transform. One week you will see dogs struggling on leash, the next you would think they had been trained for a long time. The Dogzies team is very responsive, polite, and a pleasure to interact with.

I've been attending group classes with Wayne with each of my two dogs since February. The consistency of this program has really changed my relationship with the dogs, and been a turning point for us. Very positive. Both also attend day-school at Dogzies. It is great to feel confident that they are being socialized and exercised while also always learning. Dogzies is definitely unique in this way. It's amazing that so many different dogs of different ages and breeds can spend a day hiking together without incident! Speaks to the trainer and the team and the priority they place on proper training. We are very grateful!

I would highly recommend Dogzies. Our dog, Bailey, has been with Wayne and the Dogzies team for the last 4.5 years. The team is very professional and we have full confidence in their services. Consistency is important with training and something Wayne is always communicating with his clients. It’s not fair to give your dog mixed signals. Bailey completed the off leash recall program. It is reassuring when we come across wildlife on our hikes that she will respond to our commands. It has saved her a few times

I started working with Wayne and his team when my puppy was 10 weeks old. He’s now almost 3 and the most well balanced, well socialized and well behaved dog I’ve owned. I’ve received support and guidance through all the ups and downs of raising a puppy. I have a dog I thoroughly enjoy and can take anywhere. Wayne is still a huge part of Vito’s life and continued training. Can’t thank Dogzies enough for all they’ve done! I highly recommend.

Wayne and the Dogzies Crew are outstanding. They all have you and your canine's best interest at heart. Back in 2009, when we first met Wayne, we were at our wits end and had nowhere to turn; but Wayne came through for us in such a fantastic way. He provided personal training for my husband, me, and our dogs, so we were all prepared moving forward, and he had such a great connection with both of our dogs. We found the classes beneficial in so many ways, and the overnight stays were a dog's dream; they weren't sitting in a kennel; they were out in nature in a structured environment getting lots of exercise. The Dogzies Crew was a big part of both of my dogs' lives for many years. After saying a painful goodbye to both of our senior dogs, we had more love to give, so we recently found ourselves with another puppy. We can't wait to start attending classes once again with Wayne and his Crew so we can have a well-trained, respectful furry family member and the ongoing support of Dogzies!

Started going to Dogzies Behavioral Classes with Wayne once my puppy (Tank, Toy Poodle x Pomeranian) was 10 weeks old. I grew up around large dogs but had never trained one myself so I felt very lost, nevermind that Tank is only about 7lbs. The Dogzies Team is very professional and helpful in aiding pet owners to have successful relationships with their animals. Tank has made great progress, though still very much so a puppy and has some challenging moments, he is much better with commands and has made leaps and bounds with recall. I’m very thankful to the Team and looking forward to sending Tank to the Day School once he is a little older.

We dropped off our dog Slurps one time here and we usually use another place but this place is good too! This place A 1 is closer to us than the other and we are using A 1 again in Oct. (: Thanks.

Great place for my boys. My cat needs insulin shots twice a day and was being fussy with food (important he eats with his shot). Natasha and team kept me in the loop and my boys safe while I was away on vacation. Thankyou!

This is a great place to bring the dogs when we're at work or go on vacation. We were very apprehensive of taking nibbler to any dog place as he is a small breed. After reading many reviews of other people with small dogs being injured at day cares (not here though). So we decided to try it out and we're not dissapointed. Nibbler and Miley are both small dogs and they love it here. They are always so excited when we arrive to drop them off. Really a better way to help burn off some energy for them, more than just going for a walk with us. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming too. The only down side would be that they close by 5. It makes it a little difficult for us to be able to grab them as we work 9-5 or out of the area. Other than that though, the 0730 drop off time is nice.

My boston terrier has been going here for almost 2 years and my newer adopted rescue for only a short few weeks .the staff are nothing short of amazing! My rescue was leash reactive toward other dogs and humans when we adopted her and I really didn't know if daycare would be an option but the staff were so patient and kind that after only a couple of visits she loves it there and no longer barks at other dogs or people . My boston loves it as well , they both come home happy and tired .I would give them 5 stars but unfortunately the hours of operation are not the most convenient if you work 9-5 as their drop off is 730am and their pick up is by 5pm .I'm hoping this changes in the future

My dog was crying after leaving the Kennel this time. That means that he was happy there. They always take a good care of my little love. I had a problem comming back from my trip so I called and asked for help because I couldn't pick him up on time so they where so kind and kept chester for another night with no doubt.

I had my two dogs groomed again today by Skylar. She always does an amazing job and my dogs love her so much! The ladies there are all so compassionate and professional and treat the animals as if they were their own.

Excellent kennels and grooming. Our dog recently stayed at A1 Kennels for a week. On a daily basis the staff posted photos of the dogs playing outside, which was great as we could see he was enjoying himself. He also had a 'spaw' day and looked absolutely beautiful when we picked him up.

We will never be back to this kennel. One time our dogs had diarrhea for days after so the next time we had to bring our own food. When we picked them up only a portion of the food was gone. We aren't sure if they weren't fed or the instructions to use our food wasn't followed. Then we were charged for 3 days when the dogs were only there for 2. When we went to ask why the girl at the front desk was aggravating and would only say it's our policy. There are many good kennels in town. We just wanted to warn others before these things happen to them. Try somewhere else. By the way, I am not one to write negative reviews unless I feel it's necessary.

The Shardlows and their staff are so great! We are so thankful they were available to accommodate our anxious dog, Gus. It’s not always easy to find a kennel that is set up for Gus as he can be barrier reactive and dog selective. I loved that the kennels are private, with their own indoor/outdoor space. The team also assessed our dog to ensure he had suitable play mates for his behaviour. We received a photo update which was above and beyond, and we were so thrilled to hear he bonded with a few team members and was able to enjoy himself and the refreshing doggy pools they have set up! I really appreciated the thorough intake form, and in-person followup discussion at drop off. I felt they took the time to understand our dog’s needs ahead of time, which was greatly appreciated and reassuring. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area, thank you so much!

I take my special needs kitty Tiger here frequently when I am away over the weekend and she is always well taken care of. The staff is lovely. Only wish they had some extended pick-up times in the evening as it is sometimes hard for me to pick her up before 6 pm. Thanks Team KPR for looking after my baby when I can’t!

Having a dog who is sound sensitive and leash reactive can be a challenge especially when having to kennel them. The staff at Kelowna Pet Resort have always gone that extra mile to ensure our pet has a comfortable stay. Daily emails are shared to keep us informed of how his stays are going. He is always full of smiles and enthusiasm when we pick him up. Thank you Kelowna Pet Resort.

We recently boarded our two fur babies here for the first time and were so pleased with our experience! We very much appreciated all the care that was given to our two dogs while we were away getting married. They are very kind, prompt and accommodating with their communication. Their buildings are beautiful and kept in pristine condition. I have never been to a boarding facility that smelled so clean and nice. Our boys even smelled great upon pick up which is a big feat of its own! They were so happy and healthy when we picked them up too! I feel so happy to have found a facility we can trust so whole heartedly!! :)

Kelowna Pet Resort is the BEST! Our lil’ man, Simba, was in their care back in April. Staff at the resort were very friendly, informative, accommodating & kept us up to date on everything. Email response was fast & online booking was easy. We were beyond excited for Simba to have his own private catio attached to his suite. We are confident he enjoyed his stay, as we were returned with a VERY happy kitty. Thanks so much to everyone at the resort! ❤️

Highly recommend the Cat Boarding at Kelowna Pet Resort! My beautiful very elderly (~24 years old) cat stayed with them Apr 19-28 and was so well cared for by the staff. They were able to accommodate her feeding schedule, medication, and keep track of her bowel movements. During the tour I did a couple weekends prior, I was able to pick out which room I'd like her in as well as the furniture for it (to allow her visibility out the window without her having to jump onto anything taller than a chair) and I brought her favourite pillow and blanket for her room. They also sent me emailed updates to ease my anxiety as she's got a few health concerns, and some beautiful photos! On top of all that, the cost is very affordable. I will absolutely be using their cat boarding services in the future.

We had such a great experience with Kelowna Pet Resort. I messaged them very last minute, only 2 days before leaving on a 10-day trip, and they replied back immediately, accommodating all our needs. I was blown away by the amazing level of customer service from all of them. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Aliza and Diana the most, and I have nothing but great things to say about them! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your animals are comfortable, AND they make sure the owners feel comfortable too by sending updates whenever asked. They also sent a few photos while we were gone, too. They always replied within the hour to any of my emails and have always been so helpful! 100% would recommend!!! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you, everyone, for taking such great care of my two cats, Polly and Tigger! 😻😸

Dianna and Brad are so warm and kind. They made us feel so at ease leaving our dogs with them for the first time. The best place in Kelowna for boarding and daycare services for your pet!. Situated just minutes from the airport in the Glenmore area is the cutest little hobby farm with four stand alone buildings each dedicated to caring for big dogs, little dogs, cats, and daycare guests.There are lot's of fur-iendly and knowledgeable staff caring for the pets, luxurious suites for your pet to stay, and large play areas both indoors and out. I never worry about my pets while I'm away and they are all always so excited coming up the driveway to the resort! I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is-I won't take my dogs anywhere else. I love the Kelowna Pet Resort!

Kelowna Pet Resort is the absolute best place in Kelowna for day care and boarding for dogs. The owners are extremely attentive to detail. Best customer service and most of all your pet’s well being is their top concern. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

We are so grateful to have found Dogsters! Upon adopting our little Mitty—a ten pound, rat terrier/Scottish terrier/mini pin—as a rescue, we recognized the value of socialization with other dogs, but were feeling a little nervous about how to do so. Jan from Dogsters was so kind and understanding, easing our anxiety with her gentle guidance & reassurance. Mitty is now a happy little camper, playing with his new doggo pals every week at Dogsters Daycamp!

Our puppy loves to go to Dogsters, is happy when we drive up and always comes home tuckered out afterwards. Jan knows our puppy well and how she likes to play and also when she's tired and needs a rest.

We highly recommend Dogsters Day Camp! Jan is amazing with the dogs and is committed to giving every dog the best care she can. Whether we need day care or overnight care, Jan is available and responds quickly. The acreage is ideal for the dogs to get fresh air all day, socialize, run, and burn energy. Our Labradoodle's tail wags frantically when he hears Jan's name because he knows the adventure that lies ahead! He has been going there since he was a puppy after we had an awful experience at another daycare in Kelowna and we feel very blessed to have found this hidden gem!

Lenny, my three year old Aussie/Sheltie cross has been attending Dogsters both the day camp and for boarding for over a year now; most recently, he boarded there for nearly three weeks, whilst I was away on vacation. I am so happy with Dogsters. Jan clearly loves dogs and her actions show that. Lenny was nervous at first; just his nature; now he thoroughly enjoys being at Dogsters, I typically take Lenny to Dogsters twice each week, and Lenny gets excited before we arrive; quickly jumps out of the car and runs to be let in. Great place. I cannot recommend it too highly.

Our boy Norman loves going to Dogsters! Very calm and clean environment! Jan is great:) Norman gets wildly excited when we mention we’re heading to day camp!

Hands-down, the best place in Kelowna. Hugo visits Jan and the doggy crew every summer for the past two years now. Soon as we pull up, he’s howling in the car and wagging his tail ready to meet his friends for the day!

Maxi had a great time running and playing with all his newly made doggy friends at Dogsters! We appreciated following @dogstersdaycamp on Instagram to keep up with our boys latest shenanigans and playful wrestling matches. We felt comfortable and trusted Jan to provide the best care for our fur baby while we were away. She was very accommodating and allowed us to pick Max up for family time during the day on the Okanagan Lake and drop him off for sleep overs at night where we are sure he and his friends partied all night. Would highly recommend Dogsters Day Camp to families looking for someone to treat their pets as one of their own until they're back in your care.

Amber loves going to Dogsters, has fun time all day and has learned so much while she was there. Dogsters day care are fantastic. I wish I could come with her.

My dog loves going there. she has been boarding there quite and lot recently, and she does really well. Its a wonderful place to leave your dog.

We are so pleased to find Dogsters Day Camp for our precious French Bulldog, Ace. From our first meeting with Jan, we felt at ease leaving our boy knowing that safety is her number one concern with all the dogs. Ace is excited for his visits, and very relaxed when we arrive to pick him up!

I cannot begin to recommend Kendallyn enough. She not only goes above and beyond to make sure your beloved pets are taken care of and loved but she also makes sure you are always up to date on what is happening at home. Our trip was made ten times more relaxing because we knew our dogs were being taken care of by the best and that Kendallyn would go out of her way to make sure they were comfortable and happy. Kendallyn will forever be my go to for any pet care or house sitting. ❤️

Kendallyn & Wade took amazing care of our 4 pets while we were away for an extended weekend. We came home to a clean, tidy house and very tired and happy pets. They were super responsive and sent tons of updates and pictures, as requested. They played for hours with the pets each day in addition to walks and cuddles. They also watered our garden and planters, took out the garbage, and any other extra things we requested. Pawsitive Match Pets’ rates were super reasonable and I feel like we received incredible value for what we paid. We are so happy to have found Kendallyn & Wade and will definitely use them for all of our pet sitting needs in the future!

We are very happy that we found Kendallyn and Wade to house sit for us! They are very friendly, easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. They did a fantastic, over the top job at catering for our pets needs, and provided us with plenty of photos along the way. We will 100% be using them again!

Kenny and Wade made our vacation possible. Knowing that our puppy and cats were in safe hands allowed us to relax. They are caring and very professional. They kept us updated with photos and it looked like our pets had a vacation too. Our puppy can be a handful, to put it mildly, and they kept him happy and managed to keep their sanity. We’ve used them for house sitting and they also came to our rescue when work got busy and we needed some help walking our dog when we had to put in overtime. These two are really helping us and we will continue to work with them for the foreseeable future.

Couldn't be happier with these guys! Kendalynn & Wade are the best/only people we'll leave our pups with these days. Communication is great, they are thoughtful and caring, and love our dogs (almost) as much as we do! Would highly recommend :)

Katy is such an amazing person and caretaker for your beloved pet. She has watched my two cats a few times and they are always extremely happy after her visits. My shy girl hides from everyone but makes biscuits and purrs for Katy. She sends lots of pictures to keep your mind at ease.

Katy checked up on our 5 cats while away visiting family and sent us daily updates with pictures via email. We have nothing but positives things to say about Katy. Me and my girlfriend will be getting her services again in the future. Thank you so much. 😸

Katy is the best dogwalker ever! My dog, Mischa, and I miss her so much after she recently moved from Vancouver. For years, she has consistently made Mischa (and all the other dogs) happy and taken them on quality hikes. Katy is very conscientious and truly cares about the happiness and well being of all the dogs in her charge. She is also communicative, accommodating and understands the needs of dog owners. She always provides photos of the hikes and boarding and I was always at ease knowing Katy was taking the best care of my Mischa. Oh, and she also took great care of my kitties when they were alive. Katy was always 100% dependable!

Katy at Furkids is fantastic. She was our dog Jaq's walker and border and we are really going to miss her now that she has moved to Kelowna. Jaq was always so excited to see Katy for his walks and I had full trust that he was in amazing hands while we were away. Katy is a great communicator and would send daily pictures of all the adventures he was having, some attached here. I have already recommended her to friends in Kelowna and will continue to do so!

We love Katy!! Honestly, it’s been hard to find reliable pet care and our two little dogs don’t do well in kennels. We have a mini poodle and a shitzhu poodle mix. We found Katy through a referral and I can confidently say my two pups get so excited going to her house which makes us happy and worry free! She sends updates and pictures all the time and you can really tell they get spoiled like they’re her own. Yes, kennels are probably a bit cheaper, but knowing our dogs have freedom, friends, cuddles and lots of play time along with hikes makes home boarding 100x better. Dogs are so smart and ours have shown us when they don’t vibe with someone. They adore Katy and her two little dogs Kevin and Pogo! We’re no longer stressed about planning trips and who’s going to puppy sit. Highly recommend Katy for boarding, day care or even just taking your dogs for a hike! She’s the best! Thank you Katy for all that you do for our boys!

Katy is absolutely excellent. She’s cared for our dogs for nearly nine years. I really don’t know what we would have done without her. She’s welcomed our babies into her home and family like they were her own. Our dog knows what days she’s coming and eagerly sits at the door each morning for Katy to arrive. We have used all of Furkids’ services (hikes, boarding and photography), and couldn’t be happier! Everything Katy does is with care and love for her Furkids. Katy communicates well, always finds a way to help, and goes above and beyond expectations! She even includes amazing fun photos of the hikes each day! Choose Furkids, I promise, you won’t regret it!!

Katy is the best there is. She walked and boarded my dog for years but that was just the tip of the iceberg: she truly cares, she is 100% reliable, and she is a really wonderful person. My dog was so excited every time she saw her, which speaks volumes... and it was a relief to know she was in such good hands every time I went away. Katy is also awesome with cats. And you get amazing pictures! It was like losing a family member when she left Vancouver, and I don’t think we’ll ever be able to find her equal. Suffice to say, I would not hesitate to recommend her - walk don’t run to have your fur kids in her care!

Katy from Furkids Pet Care is truly fantastic. As most pet owners are, we are very particular as to who we entrust with our quirky boy, Bob the Dog - and back in 2018 Katy checked all the boxes, and we've been with her ever since. Katy is wonderful with animals - she puts their safety at the forefront at all times, and makes sure all her packs are perfectly suited to each other. She gives them so much love and attention, and Bob just adores her! On top of that, she takes absolutely stunning pictures on her walks - we always looked forward to receiving them after her time with Bob, so we could see all the shenanigans! While we do miss her terribly, we are happy for Katy and her new start in Kelowna, and highly recommend all of her services.

I had a great experience with this dog kennel. The facility is very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff were friendly and took good care of my dogs, paying attention to their needs. When I picked them up, they seemed happy and well looked after. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable and caring kennel.

We are so grateful to Fitzpatrick Kennels for welcoming our dogs. Our youngest is very nervous of changes, and fearful of new people, and everyone here has worked with her so well, that she is able to relax, show off her sweet personality, and have some fun. Thank you so much!

My cat and my dog both stayed for a week. Very pleased with the service, the availability and flexibility. I was really nervous leaving them but I feel much more comfortable having somewhere I can trust. The staff were friendly, accomodating and take care of pets as if they were their own. Can’t thank them enough!

We can’t say enough good things about this kennel. Our Gus is a particular challenge. He is extremely reactive to strangers and food protective. We adopted him at 14 months. He spent the first 8 months of his life in a 3’x4’ kennel ! He is now 4 yrs old. He is a very large Komondor/Maremma sheepdog and extremely protective of his family and environment. Fitzpatrick kennels were amazing. Caring, understanding, patient, and kind to our boy. I remember one staff name , Ken, but there were others involved with his care. This was Gus’s first experience at a kennel since being rescued. Thank you to the owners and staff for everything ❤️❤️

Fitzpatrick Kennels is world class. Their staff go above and beyond and are unbelievably kind and generous. I am shocked to have not heard about them before recently, as the service they offer is top notch. I have a high energy / high anxiety pup who absolutely loves Fitzpatrick Kennels, and it warms my heart to see how the staff love him. After multiple poor experiences with different kennels in the Kelowna area, I can say wholeheartedly that Fitzpatrick Kennels is the best I’ve come across. Will continue using their services for years to come!

Fitzpatrick Kennels are absolutly amazing!!! The kennels are brand new, so clean & airy! They provide beds & bowls but can bring your own. Each one gets an opening door to an outside private safe space. Pick ups & drops offs are a breeze! Very reasonable rates. My big guy loves it & goes often! They have lots of different play areas for big & littles. I just can’t say enough good things!!!! I don’t have a single worry about how my big baby is treated, I know he’s is in GREAT hands here! We had our dog Homer in for grooming with Alia. It was a great experience. She communicated throughout, pricing was very fair and he looked awesome after. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

I just simply can’t say how amazing Ian is! He is amazing with dogs. My 4 month old puppy definitely loved him and had a great time with Ian! Ian is not only a wonderful dog sitter, but also a person that has a big heart! I am thankful I found Ian and will definitely go to him again.

Ian was super helpful, taking our pup on short notice and he was very nice to communicate with! The pup was walked often, played with a overall came in and out in a great mood!! Would definitely come back to Ian, when we need a pet sitter!

I don’t ever write reviews but I had to share this. Ian was the foster for my dog while he was in care at a rescue before I got him. We kept in touch as he really liked Chewy and they really bonded. Ian has always been the one we look to take of our dog and I wouldn’t trust him with anybody else. Ian takes him for walks and plays with him and sends videos and photos for me to see. I recently moved out of Kelowna and if I visit again, Ian will be my first choice. I don’t have enough good things to say about him and his kind heart. He has really helped me out and I could not recommend him more. His love for dogs is indescribable and I am so happy to have my dog come from such a gentle and loving soul like Ian.

I've known Ian for years and my dog absolutely adores him! He's kind and compassionate ans treats your dog as his own while in his care. Highly highly recommend Ian! He's a gem with a very very big heart and years of experience and expertise caring for your beloved fur baby
