I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Kathleen was a fantastic sitter and Olive and Noodle miss her already. She was great about sending pictures and updates - never had to ask anything, she always beat us to it. She didn't assume anything that wasn't clearly stated - always asked us beforehand. She was great with our dogs - they immediately bonded with her and didn't want to leave her side. We really appreciated being able to go away and not worry about our pets' welfare, we knew immediately they were being so well taken care of. We hope to host Kathleen again soon!!

Maryna was an excellent pet sitter and houseguest! Communicating with her was easy, and she always responded to my messages quickly. She was also incredibly self-sufficient! Moreover, Maryna graciously agreed to check on my neighbor's cat for a couple of days as well. My dog bonded with her quickly and was happy and healthy when I returned. The house was also spotless. From her promptness to schedule a pre-sit call to her truly thorough tidying of our house, Stella was an amazing housesitter from start to finish!! She read all the info we put together ahead of time, and asked for clarification on just a few things which made us confident that the pup and the house were in good shape :) Stella was really gracious when we admitted to not having a coffee pot, and handling things calmly when there was an incident with street parking. Maybe most importantly though our dog Luke was calm when we came home. I think if future sitters are clear in their expectations around frequency of communication/photos and the dogs needs then Stella is the perfect person to exceed your expectations!

Diane and Les were excellent pet and house sitters. Jet was a very happy dog when we returned and Diane had shared many photos of their days together while we were away on holiday. The house was very clean and tidy when we returned and some milk , bread and sweet treats had been left for us, which were very welcome after our 2 long flights home. Lisa and Matt were absolutely fantastic sitters for us and our dog, Moose. Not only were they flexible when our flight was changed last minute, they also were able to stay an extra day to accommodate the changes. They communicated with us promptly during the scheduling and planning process for the housesit. They arrived on time on the (re)scheduled day. They acclimated to our dog very quickly and gave us piece of mind as we left by taking him on a walk to avoid his separation anxiety. We chatted every day and exchanged photos of Moose playing at the beach and in the yard. He was so happy! No problems were encountered with the house. Even our neighbors commented on how friendly and kind Lisa and Matt both were and how they really cared for Moose. The house was spotless when we returned. Everything in proper order, better than we left it. We can't thank them enough for the excellent experience!

Shannon and Travis stepped up at the last minute when an earlier sitter canceled. Shannon and Travis took care our our large brood of animals for two weeks while we were out of the country over the Christmas holiday. They kept us informed about what was happening with the animals and our home. Our dog Pepper doesn’t like most people, but loved Travis and Shannon immediately. I would not hesitate to welcome Shannon and Travis back for another sit. They are very honest and friendly people. Their dog Dime is also awesome.

First things first, Linda is awesome! If she applies for one of your sits, you have to accept! This was our first time using zeewoi and is also the first time we have left our dog since we got him. Obviously, we were nervous at the beginning, but Linda removed all aspects of that. She is honestly one of the nicest, kindest, most polite people you will meet. From our first initial meeting, we knew that she was the sitter for us, and for Archie. The day that we left, Archie let out a little cry as we said goodbye. This was the first time he had done this (it broke our heart), but we knew he was in great hands! Throughout the week, Linda was extremely communicative. She would send us daily updates, share videos of their walks together, and send pictures of the two of them having fun. She spoiled Archie with love, attention, and a couple of new toys! When we returned, the house was in the exact same condition as we had left it, and was very clean and tidy. When Linda left, Archie ran to the door, started to cry, and sat/laid there for some time - And we think that this alone is a great reflection of the kind of person that Linda is. Linda – It was an absolute pleasure to host you in our home, thank you for everything that you did for us and Archie, and for making our first experience a positive and memorable one. Archie misses you! We hope you get the chance to do it again for us in the future.

Alia is truly the most wonderful, loving and kind dog sitter I have used. My husky LOVES her. Not to mention whenever I travel and return home, my apartment is neat and orderly. We have nothing but awesome things to say about Tall Oaks Boarding and Grooming! Our pups have stayed anywhere from a weekend to 10 days and come home happy and relaxed every time. Having our girls bathed and groomed before we pick them up is an added bonus. Easy to schedule pick up and drop offs around our work schedules is such a blessing as well. So thankful to have them in the area, it’s a huge load off our mind when we are out of town, knowing our pups are well cared for.
Tall Oaks Boarding is such a phenomenal place to send your furry loved ones. We had them bird our sag for 2 weeks while we were out of state and they took good care of our fur baby, she was happy, healthy and relaxed. The boarding facility was well kept and she had a perfect kennel all to her self. We got updates and pictures (although we would have loved to get more updates and pictures but that is also just us anxious dog owners needing updates. If we Asked for updates they always gave us one) Our dog has stayed at other boarding facilities but she always came back sad and depressed. When we picked her up from her she was so happy! We will definitely be using them again!
This place is amazing! They took our three dogs in last minute Labor Day weekend. They have great prices, responded quickly, gave us updates whenever we asked, and are just the nicest people. We will be back!

My Boxer and disabled Boston are usually not comfortable or happy boarding anywhere. This was the first time ever at Critterville, and they were so relaxed when I picked them up. Usually, after boarding, they come home and sleep a good while to recoup from being stressed. The ladies at Critterville were so great with them my girls came home relaxed & ready to run & play. I'm so thankful I found Critterville, and it's my girls' "vacation destination" when they can't travel with me.
They do such a great job grooming are two dogs. Awesome place to take your dog. Clean and friendly they truly care about the animals. My dogs always seem to be happy to go in to get groomed.
I trusted this business to board my fur child. He was severely injured due to a rusty old nasty dog cage. The staff lied to me about what actually happened. But my investigation revealed the truth and the pictures attached also shows the condition of the cage. If the truth had been told to me and his treatment was explained then I might not be posting this review. The staff agreed NOT to tell me the truth because of neglect plus the time he was unattended to. But one staff member did not feel comfortable with the deception. So the call was made to me directly. After speaking to my coworkers and friends with pets, I should not have and will never leave him there again. Yes they did not charge for his boarding and paid for his vet visit because I took him when they should have immediately. I stayed professional but made my demands very clear of what i knew and the owner to contact me. He is slowly recovering and able to put some pressure on his paw today with slight decreasing in swelling and two prescriptions. Oddly, FurKidz has not called once to check on him.
I hesitate to write bad reviews, and it's taken me a few months to write this. However, I will 100 percent NOT be returning. When I called to check on my Yorkie, the young lady who answered the phone always went to check on her and gave me an update. Kudos to you. The lady who answered near the end of the week gave me the response of "I guess she's okay." Not a good response, ma'am. This was the response twice, not once. When I picked up my dog, I questioned whether it was her until she saw me and was excited to see me. She looked AWFUL and smelled like pee. That is not acceptable. Whatever perfume they put on her made it only worse. I decided to keep my mouth shut and just walk out and never go back.
We had never boarded our dog before, and the wonderful staff eased our anxieties, and reassured my kids that they would take the best care of our Maverick. We called and checked on him a few times, and the staff was always pleasant and happy to talk to us. It was a great experience, and our pup was happy and healthy when we picked him up. Thanks to all of you!
This place is AMAZING! I boarded my dog for a few days and added on the doggy daycamp & video access in his kennel. Pictures were posted daily of my fur baby having fun with all the other doggos at daycamp which was nice to see while I was away. I had to call a few times for the video access because there was a "server error" each time I logged on. The front desk was very helpful and tried to troubleshoot the issue with the IT company. Unfortunately, the video access didn't connect while my dog was there but they removed the charge from my bill due to the error. When I came to pick up my dog, all the staff was so friendly and they interacted well with my dog. I highly recommend this place!

This business is above and beyond 5 stars absolutely hands down the best. 1. The place is nice and clean and organized. 2. The staff is very nice and professional all the way around. 3. My bearded dragon Frank was loved, and cared for like their own. Everyone took care of him like it was their own. He was shown off in the office and everyone loved him. I will be bringing him back to them only to take care of my baby. This place I highly recommend to everyone.
They did a good job with his haircut and his toenails and the works. But I do think they need to take a little more time with new customers so we know how long it takes and what all is involved with it.
