Kim is absolutely amazing! She took care of our little Olli for 2.5 weeks while we were away for our destination wedding and honeymoon, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. She updated us multiple times a day with videos and photos of our pup, which made it so much easier to enjoy our time away, knowing Olli was in such good hands. Kim truly treats your furry friends like her own, and we are beyond grateful for her exceptional care. We will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future. Highly recommend!

furry Tails has been incredible in every way. Comes out daily 3x a day due to needing to go on vacation. Our pooch needed medicine and food at certain times and she juggled it all perfectly. Lots of loving & sent great photos during her time. Highly recommend

Just finished an overnight stay service for a long weekend with Pet and Home Care and couldn’t be more pleased with the care of our pet. My cat is very shy, but warms right up to Autumn. Pet & Home Care did such a wonderful job in taking care of our older mixed Malti-poo Taco, and sharing with us how he was doing each day, the other dogs he was playing with and how his time was there at their lovely kennel. Reifsnider Farm Kennel was a great choice for my energetic Labrador Retriever, Ozzy. The large play area and the walks on the farm were enough to wear him out! The kennel building is very clean, and the dog runs are large enough to allow bigger dogs room to move around. I'll definitely be using this facility again!

A friend introduced me to the Reifsnider Farm Country Kennel and I was totally sold. I have never left my animals before but instead paid someone to stay at my house whenever I traveled. John and Debbie Reifsnider were great with Nala. The farm is immaculate which also tells of how they would tend to the animals in their care. I was sent pictures of Nala during the week and knew she was in good hands. The kennel is new, very clean and a great set up for pets who want to visit with other pets and ones who do not. Well worth it and would do it again.

We left our dog there for a week while traveling and due to a cancelled flight, we had to extend that another day. They were very accommodating and took excellent care of our dog. We will be using them again when we go somewhere where we can't take our dog along.

Great experience! Large kennel areas with separate play areas on large farm run by friendly family! I could not have felt more comfortable leaving our two large dogs for the week.

When we were out of town for more than three days, we would always have Urbana Pet Care to take care of our two cats. The sitter would help to change water, clean the litter, play with our cats, and send us photos. The sitter was really responsible and provided great service!

Best pet-sitting service ever! We were not satisfied with our previous pet sitter and were reluctant to try another. I then browsed the website Yelp and found Urbana Pet Care, which was highly recommended. My husband and I decided to give it a try. We just had our first pet sitting engagement with Urbana Pet Care last month. The staff showed genuine concern and care towards my pet, which in turn made me feel more comfortable having them take care of my pet. Rice was amazing with our cat Catty and texted detailed updates with pictures every day to us, making sure that we were at ease. It's always great to get updates about your pet while you are away. We were very pleased once again with Urbana Pet Care, and would certainly recommend them based on our experience.

I have used Urbana Pet Care for a few months to take care of our two doggies🐕🐕 when we go out of town. We always have someone from the Urbana team stay at our house so we don't mess with their routine. Recently we went on a 2 week cruise to Italy, France and Germany and left our pups to the sitter Rice. He emailed us pictures of the pups having fun and laying around every day, letting me know how my doggies did in their daily walk😊. I also appreciate that my home alarm system is always reset properly and the door locked every day. Makes me feel safe knowing Urbana is responsible for both my pet and my home. My neighbor also recently told me that she saw my dogs out with her new walker the other day and my doggies looked like they were having a great time🎉🎉🎉👍! Thanks! We started using Urbana Pet Care’s midday dog walking service two years ago so our dog can take a bathroom break everyday while we are at work. The team has been doing great ever since! The walks are always on time and the walker is really friendly - my buddy loves her! And when there is an emergency, the team always has back up. Recently we went on vacation and were unable to bring our dog. So instead of boarding, I tried their in home pet sitting service for my dog and to take care of my cat also. It was great, I received pictures and updates from every visit so I didn’t have to worry while on vacation. Overall, they always keep us updated, are very efficient at communicating, and are a very nice team to work with. Highly recommended!

We requested cat pet sit service during our vacation time. We receive a video or image update for each visits and the sitter follows the instructions carefully. Everything went well and they deserve a 5 star rate! I will be back in touch for my next trip with Urbana Pet Care.

Top-notch pet care!🎁 I was soooooo lucky to meet Urbana Pet Care, the best pet sitter I have found in the area, hands down. I have a British Shorthair & also several cats.🐱 The cats are strictly indoor & my biggest fear is that they will somehow get out while the front door is being opened/closed, as they are curious creatures. But Urbana Pet Care exceeded my expectations and took great care of my kitty every time. My little puppy always seemed happy when I would come back from my works or trips, which is proof that the pet care specialist would actually take the time to play with her, to brush her and give her attention. I can't recommend Urbana Pet Care enough if you're looking for a great cat sitter or dog walker with reasonable rates who will give you peace of mind!👍👍👍

Rice to the rescue!! We had to leave town overnight without notice and worried as we have a little dog 🐶that we were not willing to leave with strangers or in a cage at some boarding facility. We asked our friend and he recommended Urbana to us. We then called Urbana and asked if there was any way they could help. 📲A few minutes later, Rice, the owner, was on the phone and even insisted on driving us to and from the airport. ✈️ Rice welcomed our doggie into his own home 🏠and sent us updates and pics every few hours. So incredibly relieved to have been able to tend to an emergency without having the stress of worrying about our little one!🆒 I am thrilled with Urbana and will definitely offer a recommendation to anyone with pets. 🤩🤩Rice and his team have done a wonderful job. They love animals, and they know how to take care of the things you'll be worried about before you even get a chance to worry!👏

Ursula is a fantastic pet sitter! Whenever I have to leave town she's always happy to watch my cat and take care of her. My cat absolutely loves her and I fully trust her to take good care of her. Ursula was great! This was our 1st time using her and a dog sitting service in general while we were away for a few days. I just wasn’t comfortable using a dog kennel for my pup. Ursula was was great from the get-go….from the initial meet all the way up to when we got back. She took great care of our puppy and you can clearly tell she loves dogs. I cannot say enough positive things about Ursula. We have used other dog walking companies, but she is the best. She is warm and genuinely excited to see our dog every day. We can also tell that he really likes her too! She walks him for the full time we requested and ensures he has treats and fresh water before she leaves. I've been using D'Tails Pet Service for dog walking/potty breaks for about a year, and am very happy I found them! When I first rescued my dog, she was very skittish and intimidated most people, but not Ursula! My dog warmed up to Ursula quickly and is always happy to see her. Ursula is extremely reliable and very flexible; she's patient with schedule changes, has added visits with little notice, and is fair with her pricing. Best of all, she seems to genuinely like my dog and the feeling is clearly mutual!

If you’re looking for quality, professional, and successful training, Melinda Moss at M Squared Dog Training is the absolute best! I have been looking for the right fit for my Border Collie puppy and myself for best training experience and glad we found a home at M Squared. We went through puppy training and now continuing on for the dog agility experience. In short time my constantly distracted Border Collie has adjusted to becoming a good citizen attentive dog. Melinda's kindness, professionalism, talent, and knowledge really helped shaped my puppy (and me!) for future training endeavors. There is a clear difference in my Border Collie in short term. He can still be a distracted busy dog but now he listens well and definitely knows the response when asked. I really enjoyed working with this trainer and look forward to more opportunities to do so.

I took my six month old puppy to Melinda Moss at M Squared Dog Training to learn basic obedience and manners. I was very impressed with her skill set and the classes she offered. She was sensitive to both animals and people. She was calm and respectful which helped people feel safe even when the dogs were not cooperating. She also seemed to know exactly what to do to help both the dogs and their handler. I highly recommend her classes for all ages of dogs and handlers.

I began agility classes 5 months ago at M squared because I was 'stuck' and didn't know how to fix holes in the program that I was in. I am so happy to have found Mel. The classes are small (so everyone gets individual time), and Mel is such a patient instructor who gears the training to individual needs. She helps me to bring out the best in my dog - her training methods are very clear and I wish that I had started out with her -- things are making sense to me (in my case, it is the human that needed the training, not the dog 🙂). I have recommended her classes to several friends because she provides clear instruction with positive reinforcement and the lesson time flies by because you are playing fun games with your dog. If/when I get a second dog, I will definitely begin my foundations training with Mel. I've taken group and semi-private Agility classes and attended her 2 hour workshops -- if I was retired, I'd happily take classes from Mel everyday of the week -- that is how much we enjoy it! She has turned me into an "Agility junkie".

Mel is dedicated and has the experience to train dogs to be well behaved. She offers different group classes and private lessons to suit ones needs. We have an Australian Shepherd and are extremely pleased with the training. Amazing to see the progress and all the fun things the dog can do!

I started Agility classes with Mel almost a year ago, and am so happy I chose the M Squared family! Classes are laid back, FUN and every handler/dog team gets a lot of personal attention. My dog has come such a long way since we started at M Squared and I can't thank Mel enough for her patience and guidance this past year. Mel is incredibly adept at working with handlers and dogs of different levels, and providing different techniques to bring out the best in everyone. I highly recommend M Squared to anyone, whether you are looking for agility classes, or manners/obedience classes.

I don't usually write reviews, but I'd be remiss if I didn't share how thrilled I am at the progress my 9 month old Ridgeback has made after attending just a few classes with Melinda. Her training methods are effective, fun for both the dog and owner, and achieve noteworthy results. Before Melinda, I think the only word my dog knew for sure was "no", but because I said it all the time, it meant nothing to him. It's amazing to see the understanding in his eyes now as he responds to commands and how attentive he is during our walks/training sessions. Melinda has a wealth of knowledge and helpful tips that I happily drive an hour each way to hear. If you're looking for a trainer, look no further than M Squared. I just signed up for another package and can't wait to see what we learn next.

I started taking classes with Mel this year from her performance puppy class to her excellent master's class Mel is a wealth of information and trains based off the dog and handler and adjusts training as needed. No matter what level you're at everyone gets what they need from the class. Since joining m2k I've referred many friends and will continue to do so.

My dog Miley loves going to Melinda's classes! She has learned a lot and Melinda is great at what she does. We've taken both obedience training and we are currently taking the Agility Training! It's fun and it's great stuff for your dog! Highly recommend!

My time away now is so much less stressful knowing that my cat is safe and comfortable at home getting regular check-ins.

Grace and her team are amazing people. We unfortunately have a sick kitty who needs sub-q fluids every 3rd day. It’s been a long journey for us this year as her condition changed seemingly overnight. We had a week long vacation planned before Alley cat’s incident occurred. Our first thought was to cancel all of our plans. Thankfully, I found Grace and her team. My first interaction with Grace was a comprehensive phone call about services and rates (incredibly reasonable for her specialized care!) and we set up a meet and greet. She reassured me about her experience, and that she does this work so people like us with chronically sick kitties can travel with peace of mind. My mom came to stay with our kitties so they weren’t alone while we were away and Grace cane through for us to help give Alley her fluids. The process was seamless! Grace’s passion for cat care is apparent in everything she does. I have no doubt that if we ran into an emergency situation while we had been away, that her team would do everything they could to support us until we would be able to get back. She was handling a situation with someone’s broken A/C while we were away and safely relocated those pets until it could be repaired. How amazing is that?! Booking is easy, rates are reasonable, communication is top tier, we will continue to come back to Furever friends for all of our cat needs. Grace is tending to a labor of love for the community of cat parents in Baltimore. Our babies say thank you!

We could never say enough amazing things about Crystal and how devoted she is to our pup. We found her right as we adopted our husky as new puppy and she has been able to be with him and watch him grow for the past two years now. Our pup loves her just as much as we do! Crystal always goes above and beyond to make sure that our dog, our home, our privacy, and our things are treated with care and respect. She has so many times stayed longer with our dog than necessary in the event that he had an accident, got sick, or something out of the ordinary happened. She is in CONSTANT communication with us and gives really excellent visual reports on how her time with your pet has gone. She even does little things like bringing in mail and sending us homemade treats (which our dog LOVES). She will treat your pet and your home like her own. We don't know what we would do without her!

Crystal takes extra time with my Great Dane and his guard dog instincts. She is patient while he warms up, and has him sitting in her lap by the end of every visit! She just knows animals. I never worry when we leave our boy with her. She’s professional, responsive, and flexible. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our boy!

Valerie stepped in at the last minute when we became alarmed over numerous troubling incidents at our vet's boarding facility. Our little Tonkinese boy was chronically ill and received visits from Valerie three times a day. Valerie provided unparalleled care–she would rock him and sing to him! Bennie passed away in August. The following day we unexpectedly were given the opportunity to adopt two frightened rescues out of Baltimore. Although Oliver and Thea are amazing, intelligent, sweet and fully acclimated, strangers can still be a problem, so a kennel situation would be quite stressful for them. We know that we don't have to worry while vacationing when Comfy Pet Sitters is on the job. We are confident that Valerie will win them over as she is a "cat muse." (NOTE: Valerie also cares for our Sugar Glider, Hannah.) Valerie's rates are fair and affordable. Animal care is Valerie's full-time job; we don't have to worry that our kittens (who feed around 6pm) will have to wait until after 9pm to be fed. (If your pet sitter has a full-time job, your animals may not receive the care that is needed on your pets' schedules.) Needless to say, Comfy Pet Sitters is our 5-star choice for our fur babies!
