AJ was so accommodating to our last minute needs of kennelling our dogs. He answered all of my questions and all of my calls concerning my dogs since this was the first time I have ever kennelled them and was extremely kind throughout the whole process. He has a great set up for the dogs to have the option of being inside or outside and never puts dogs from different households into the same kennel. Thank you so much for your help and accomodations!! We highly recommend AJ country kennel!

The person that was going to watch our two big dogs weren’t able to last minute. We had to scramble to find something because I was going to be induced later that day. I called this place and the owner made it happen. He was so kind and understanding, especially because we had no idea how long I was going to be in the hospital and one of our dogs had some health issues at the time. Our beast of a German shepherd had double ear infections from playing in water and a couple foxtail hot spots that were healing so he had tons of medicine. He was taking 3 different pills in his meals, 2 different ear cleaners, and wore the cone of shame. He took care of them and we didn’t have to worry about them while handling an important moment in our life. My husband picked them up and they seemed just fine (happy to be home, but perfectly fine). We will definitely be using this kennel again in the future!

AJ Country Kennels We want to thank Tom for taking care of our two dogs. Tom was so helpful and accommodating. Our trip itinerary had several date/time changes and he was so easy going about it. Tom was even better with our two fur babies. You could tell that they liked him immediately. They were happy to go into there new temporary dwelling and to meet their roommates. The facility was very clean, in fact upon pick up, Tom was cleaning as we arrived.we would definitely leave our fur chicken there again.

We’ve been using AJ Country Kennel for 5 years and can’t recommend it enough. The customer service is great and Tom makes dropping off your 4 legged friend a no brainer. Our dog is a very energetic and anxious one and he’s always the same bundle of energy when we pick him up.

I have attempted to kennel with AJ Country Kennel multiple times within the last year and have only been able to utilize their services once due to my own personal travel changes. They were very kind and understand about plans changing and do not charge for cancellations. The one stay that we managed to have was wonderful. I found the facility to be clean and stay ready, and the owner to be kind and professional. I was able to bring my dog's food, toys, treats, and a blanket for him. Upon picking him up he appeared happy and well cared for. Could not recommend AJ Country Kennel more for a place to safely keep your pet!

The owners of the kennel are wonderful and caring people. They keep the kennels extremely clean and allow you to customize your pets care while they are there. They are very understanding of changing schedules and very flexible. They took extremely good care of my dog moose for his stay there

Tom and his staff have been caring for my cat/s since 2018. He is fair with his prices, helpful, honest and kind. He offers the choice to use his food or you can bring your own when your fur baby is in his and his staff’s care. I wish all business operated like Tom.

Great accommodating kennel. They were able to take our holiday reservation with only a few days notice... The facilities are clean/ secure and the owner was sweet as can be. Our corgi can be a bit moody and needs daily meds, they had no issues managing him. Would highly recommend.

The owner is hard working and kind hearted. Although both of our dogs did escape the owner did everything he could to find them and was very sorry. We ended up finding them so it's all good. The owner has learned from our escape artists and has took the proper precautions to make sure this never happens again. I highly recommend this kennel! Great owner and they take care of your dogs very well. 5 stars for this amazing place!

This place is the absolute BEST!!!!!! Every time we leave our “Gracie Lou” there when going on vacation, she comes back as happy and as healthy as can be. The staff is as awesome at taking care of the pets needs as well as the “fur parents” that drop em off! We’re very protective over our little Princess, and wouldn’t dream of ever taking her anywhere else to be cared for, neither should you! I actually wish that I was born with an extra set of hands, so I could give this place 4 Thumbs up!!!!!!! 👍❤️👍

The only place I trust with our German Shepherd. They take great care of him every time and even got him to be around other dogs (which he's not so great with). We are so appreciative of the friendly staff and everything they do. We tried another boarding place during the holidays because VIP was booked and noticed a huge difference. VIP is the best place to care for your animal family while you're away. 100% recommend VIP.

They take great care of our shy/anxious dogs - they were able develop trust with our German shepherd who has separation anxiety & doesn't trust people easily & he's always so excited to go see his friends here! Very kind people that care about the animals a lot, I never worry about leaving my dogs here - this is the best place in the area!

I took my 7 month old cat to this kennel. (I have never had to use a kennel prior to this) I read the reviews and decided to book with them. From the beginning they were very responsive making sure she was up to date on shots etc. When I went to drop her off I was so nervous but when I got there I saw nothing but calm happy animals. The cat area only had one other cat and my cat and her bonded right away. I left there feeling good about my decision. When I picked her up she started meowing she didn’t want to leave! I also was able to text and check in on her. I highly recommend! Thank you VIP, I was able to enjoy my vacation and know my kitty was in good hands. 😻😻

This is the first boarding location I have ever used & will never use another as long as they still exist! My dog has been there for three different extended stays now & most of the time she's having so much fun she doesn't really seem to care about coming home :) She had been attacked by another dog (NOT here!) prior to her first stay here & had been apprehensive around other dogs after that. I was nervous how she would react when I brought her here the first time. I explained her situation to the owner who knew just how to handle it & found her a perfect group to socialize with. Now she has regular friends there when she visits! I don't ever worry for a second while she's there. They also wash the bedding before sending her home! Such a relief to have found this place.

Our pup stayed here with MJ for the first time and we were so happy we found her business. The dogs don't get put in some small kennel. They get the run of her big backyard and are treated like they are at their own home. She has her own two good pups for our dog to play with. I will be boarding our pup with her whenever we go out of town.

This is the best place to send your dog. MJ is great with all dogs. My dog gets so excited when I tell her she is headed to MJs

They have a very friendly staff, and took care of my pet very well. She came back to me happy and looked healthy from what I could tell. I appreciate that they take the dogs out numerous times throughout the day and even let the dogs play together if they get along. After the stay they give a report card giving details about how your pet did.

We love Funny Faces and so does our pup. When we pull in she gets excited to go in. When they come out to get her to bring her back she doesn’t hesitate to go back she doesn’t look back at me or tries to come back to me which shows seems to have fun while she is there!

Water pipe burst, leaking fresh water into my house so unlivable. My 2 cats needed shelter fast. I called Funny Faces staff and told them about our dilemma. My babies were there for a week pending repiping of lines. The ladies at the front desk were kind, helpful and caring. The cat room is clean well kept and comfy. I would trust them with my babies anytime.

My Bertie loves to visit Funny Faces. He always makes friends. I love the report card when we pick him up. I know he's in great hands and that's peace of mind.

We were in the middle of a rough move and needed to board our pups for a few days. This is usually a very frustrating situation because it seems like every boarding facility these days is "cage free" and my dogs do not play well with others. However, Funny Faces was so easy to work with. They have staff right at the front door, ready to take your dog when you walk in, so you're not fighting a leash and filling out paperwork. Brilliant! They kept my dogs together, and away from other pups. No incidents, happy and tired dogs when I picked them up. And they helped me to the car. Best boarding facility ever.

Funny Faces is the BEST boarding facility I’ve EVER encountered! I’ve been bringing my two doggies here for quite some time and they absolutely love it! The facility is spotless and well maintained! They even send my pups’ home with a report card to let me know how they did while I was away. The employees always show kindness and are always offering to help me unload my dogs and their belongings. I don’t see anywhere else taking care of my animals as well as they do! :)

My dog Waffles absolutely loves going here. They have the best customer service for pets and owners I have ever encountered. They make my dog feel very special with their warm welcome. They set up play dates for my dog. Also the grooming is excellent and very affordable. Love it!

This is by far the nicest boarding facility I have ever encountered!! The staff are friendly, helpful and have a genuine care and concern for each pet! The facility was clean inside and out.... not one bit of pet odor! They can accommodate special diets, etc. and even find play pals for your pet during their stay. There is a vet on call 24/7. Our pet actually WANTED to go inside on our second visit instead of pulling away! Kudos to this wonderful place where our dog can enjoy his vacation while we enjoy ours with complete peace of mind that our pup is in excellent hands!!

Best place to bring your pup for an overnight stay. My dog loves it here and is always excited at drop off. The kennels are in an AC building.

I wish there were more stars to give Amanda and her wonderful pet boarding facility. Amanda is so sweet and genuinely cares about your pets. We have two 5 month old puppies and I was nervous about leaving them for the first time. Amanda answered all of my questions promptly when deciding where to leave our puppies and her prices were incredibly reasonable. We boarded our puppies for a week and when we arrived to drop them off, we were so impressed with how clean it was and how nice the area is that she has set up for dogs. I emailed her a few times to check on our puppies while we were gone. Not only did she reply in a short period of time, but she sent pictures of the puppies and a video of them playing. It made me so happy to see how happy and playful they were during their stay. 4 Paws Country Inn is a special place and perfect for your pets when you need a place for them to stay. We have a couple more trips planned this year and I will need to board our puppies again. I will be calling Amanda soon to reserve a spot for them. I want to make sure they can stay at the BEST place in the Central Valley, 4 Paws Country Inn.

Amanda, the owner is very friendly and caring person and the place is super clean. While i was abroad, she texted me several times, explaining how my dogs were doing and sent videos of my dogs playing at her facility. My dogs were happy , energetic and looked clean and smelled good when i picked them up. I highly recommend this place to people who really care about their pets.

Amanda is incredible and will love your fur baby as if they were her own! My dog absolutely loves staying there and gets so excited when I tell her we are going to see Miss Amanda. Leia seriously has the time of her life while at 4 Paws! I wouldn't dream of leaving her anywhere else!

I am extremely impressed with 4 Paws Country Inn for numerous reasons! I had to travel recently and did not feel comfortable leaving my 3-legged cat home alone for the length of time that I would have to be away as well as the fact that the 4th of July fireworks were going off practically every night, close to my front door by surrounding neighbors. I proceeded to make calls and compare prices. Not only was 4 Paws Country Inn more reasonably priced, willing to accommodate during this Covid-19 nightmare, but most importantly provided my precious cat with a super clean, caring, and safe environment!! I received so much more than a 4 night pet stay boarding!! I was given peace of mind which is priceless. I can go on and on. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with Amanda prior to bringing my cat Pumkinhead. She was so easy and pleasant to talk to. I had nervous “mommy” questions which Amanda answered with professional expertise and reassuring patience. There was absolutely no pressure and I felt like she had a genuine love for animals and took her profession very seriously. I appreciated her attention to detail and her verification of my animal’s vaccination status via her very professionally drafted contract. This assured me that she would be also safeguarding other pets as well as my own. The day I arrived to drop off my precious kitty, Amanda welcomed us warmly and assisted me with my heavy items. Her facility is indeed a beautiful country inn and the outside is well maintained and full of natural charm. The inside is equally immaculate and the aroma is nothing short of clean and fresh. I was amazed that the kennel full of dogs had no hint of animal waste at all!! The destination of my cat would be a lovely large enclosed ward with a spectacular window and ledge for viewing the spacious fenced in yard. I was so happy to see the cat tree and three story crate that would accommodate my cat’s high back litter box and room to spare. I had expressed to Amanda how my cat was very leery of children and usually would hide if they came near. It was an unfortunate result of a truly traumatic event that occurred involving a 4 year old girl who may have been autistic. Amanda proceeded to instruct her sons (Jase and Bryce) of my cats’ fear and and cautioned to move slowly when they are around her. I really appreciated her giving this “heads up” to her sons who routinely help her. I was able to leave my cat in her very capable hands... 😅 I also received wonderful pics of my precious and I almost cried! She was enjoying herself. And the icing on the cake so to speak was what I witnessed when I was reunited with my cat. I could not believe my eyes!! Amanda had given me my precious and her two sons were standing nearby. As I anxiously released her from the carrier she greeted me and meowed. I knew she was happy to see me. Then she went to rub against Bryce’s leg and he picked her up. She didn’t meow or anything. She didn’t turn to cling to him as if in fear, which she often does even to me when I pick her up. Instead she let him hold her and she was totally okay with it!! Then when Amanda told me that he had spent much time with her in the cat sanctuary and often spoke to her saying “it’s okay sweetheart” I knew he had helped her recover from her fear of children!! 😭😻😍💕 Amanda quickly told Bryce to let her down now so that she could be with me, and as he set her gingerly down onto her 3 paws he extended his hand and she turned back towards him and rubbed her cheek on his hand. That right there was a miracle!! I am grateful beyond words to Amanda and to her helper sons Bryce and Jase who stand with her, smiling with the face of little angels!! 😇

Good place to leave your dogs since there isn't good reliable facilities near me, dog have plenty of space to run in secured fenced runners, my dogs seemed to liked because when I picked them up, they went to her (the owner) like saying goodbye.

Love this place! We left all 3 of our fur babies 2 - dogs and a cat. They of course were happy to see us, but they were well taken care of! My new home away from home for these three! Shirley was knowledgeable about their needs and the facility was great!

My first experience as well as my dog's first boarding. Even though my beloved dog turns out to jump fences, the staff are lovely and I recommend the facility without reserve. I visited several and this one is clean and calm.

This was the first time that we have ever boarded one of our animals and it was a great experience. What helped reassure us, was the fact that they are very strict on being up to date on all shots and flea/tick medications. They also are very strict with cleaning everything daily. This gives you the peace of mind that your dog will not come home sick. There is also a lot of room for the dogs to play and interact. We will definitely be using Best Friends Inn again.

Dependable and Trustworthy kennel that we have been using for the last 5 years. We have two large dogs and Shirley and her team can handle them safely and competently. There's a large space for dogs to roam and even a doggy pool. Every 2 hours the dogs get to go outside. Shirley is very thorough with requiring vaccination records and flea and tick control and my dogs always return home healthy. Thank you, Shirley and the team.

Shirley is THE BEST. I have been using her for 8 years now. What I love most is when we go to drop off our dogs, they are always excited to go, never afraid. They claw to get out of the car to see her.

Your best friends inn has been our go to for our fur baby Toby for the last almost year now. They are absolutely wonderful and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Our little guy stayed for about two month due to my husband and I relocating overseas and they took the best care of him and helped us tremendously with anything we needed for him until it was time for him to come with us. It is such a friendly, warm environment for you and your pet as soon as you pull up. Highly recommend.

Our dog loves it there. Very professional and safe. The fact that our dog gets excited, wags it tail and greets the people working there speaks volumes. Our dog is very social and is provided quite a bit of time playing with other dogs when she is there.

When I dropped off my dog, I did not believe that this establishment was too bad. I wasn’t welcomed back to see where my dog would be sleeping but Shirley appeared knowledgeable and trustworthy. Key word: appeared. My dog was there November 2017 for four nights. She sent pictures on a couple of days but I was never notified that things were a concern. However when I went to pick up my pet, I was told he did well except at night. She told me he barked too much at night and in her words “kept the whole kennel up” so she had to use a training collar on him. I inquired as to what that was. She told me it was a collar that made a high pitched noise every time he barked but in her words “he was too sensitive for that one” and began to bite at it. He was too sensitive for that one so she tried another one. The next type of collar she used was the shock method so she would manually control it by zapping him every time he barked. She said that one “worked much better.” I was stunned when she told me this. She did not call to ask permission nor did I sign anything prior giving my permission to use such a device. Somebody who works with animals all day and has made that her career should know that shocking our animals when we have entrusted them to her care is nothing more than animal abuse.

We found Shirley and her Best Friends Inn after relocating to Three Rivers. This is the best home away from home for any pet. Shirley and her Staff treat our little Dog (Child) Tootsie like one of their own. When we ask Tootsie if she wants to go and have a play day at the doggie motel she gets so excited and follows us around until we get into the truck to take her. Tootsie is a long hair Chihuahua that is a one woman dog, until she meet Shirley, now Tootsie has two Mamas. Best Friends Inn is more than just a boarding facilities, we are able to a vacation and not worry about the care our Tootsie is receiving. Not only do they have play time put also get to swim when the weather is right. When we pick up Tootsie she is just as happy as when we dropped her off, even after being gone two weeks. After we get home Tootsie has to rest awhile from all the fun she had but is always ready to go back and stay again. Thanks Shirley and Staff Steve & Shirley S.

Best place ever to kennel your pups and kitties. We've used Sandyland for 20-25 years. The owner Denise and lady that works there Charlotte, are all about the animals. They will give your fur babies their medication and anything else your pet needs. Charlotte literally saved our pup's life on one visit. She could tell something was off about him and rushed him to the vet. Turns out our boy was in a pancreatic crisis and if she hadn't been paying attention to him we would have lost him. I can't say enough good things about these folks. It's not a bright and shiny place, but animals don't care about bright and shiny.... they just want food, play, and love and that's what they get there!

They have been taking care of our dogs for as long as we can remember. Literally on two occasions saved our dogs lives. We adopt older dogs and never think twice about their safety when leaving them there. Recommend 100%.

Dropped off my dog over the weekend. Upon first impressions the premises seemed unkept and disorganized, the kennels are dark and have poor conditions for the dogs; cement floor and the building reeked of urine. I left my dog’s food for the owner to feed him but she didn’t use any of it and my dog came back skinnier, and also smelled of urine. Further, he physically starts to tremble whenever he gets near his kennel at home- I can’t imagine what she may have done to him to make him dread his kennel so much. Definitely do not recommend if you actually care about the well-being of your dog, this location should 100% be your last resort.

We love our dogs. They are family to us. We are very critical about who has the qualifications to take care of them and we found Denise meets those qualifications. When we go on trips, we are not worried about them because we know they are well taken care of.

We have used this service for literally years! They have been the nicest humans anyone could ask for. This time was for a new batch of animals that had never met them and our dogs absolutely LOVED them! We will continue to use them AND let everyone know about them! THANK YOU SANDYLAND KENNELS!

Been coming here for years. Denise and Charlotte have actually saved our Sparky's life on 2 occasions (special needs dog). Take care of our pets as if they were their own.

Owner is very accommodating. Kennel is nice and clean. The cages are very roomy. We feel very confident in leaving our pet with Sandyland.

Charlotte just does not seem to enjoy her job..more likely won't leave my baby again..the place smells has lots of flies..i was really ify about leaving my dog but I took a chance since it was literally last min..no camera to check on your pet..i got no pictures..just nothing to reassure me my baby was fine..i did choose to leave him cus I did like the kennel he was gonna b in..nice size kennel but the 2 days I left him I was concerned the whole time so I won't leave him again

I cannot say enough good thing things Happy Tails Pet Resort! We boarded our Saint Bernard for 7 days. Jessica and Karin sent me pictures every day. The facility is the cleanest I have seen. I definitely recommend Happy Tails for any boarding needs!

Kira stayed here for three days while my husband and I went to visit Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. At arriving you could see the kennels where the dogs slept and some of the yards where the dogs play. They sent me a daily picture and a short update on how she was doing. We felt our dog was well taken care of and definitely recommend this place.

They do an excellent job, they sent me pictures every day updating me on his stay. Highly recommend, great people.

Thank you Happy Tails Staff! Took our Maltipoo here for the first time while leaving out of state. We were a little nervous and so was our dog as we don’t separate too often, but we were very pleased with her stay. We got daily updates & pics and she was well taken care, which put us at ease. A lot of love goes into this place and even more love is shown to pets who stay here. It’s comforting to know your dog is in a safe environment and at affordable prices. We plan to return here again in the future.

Our dogs were there for 11 days, we got photo updates almost every day. The facility is nice and clean, staff is friendly and you can see their love for animals.. When we got back our dogs had been groomed and looked very well taken care of. One of our Queenslands is usually not friendly to strangers. For her to be playful and happy with the staff,, speaks volumes to the care she received. Will definitely use them again, thanks so much for the care our Fur Babies received!

This is our first place leaving our dog and we were so impressed. It’s a very clean and well cared for area that have workers who have a passion for animals. I feel confident and comfortable leaving my dog here knowing that he will be taken care of. I absolutely love the fact they send text messages with updates and photos of our dog as we are away, it brings a lot of peace. We will always be using their services forever!

Last minute booking and drop off last Friday for a weekend snow getaway. We received a daily picture of our Dog Rocky and we're very glad to see him happy. I found Happy Tails last year when I waited too long to make reservations during the holidays at our normal pet boarding spot and I'm so happy I did. Happy Tails is now our pet boarding spot of choice. It is located out in the country on an idyllic farm. My dogs (one big, one small) stay together in one kennel that has both indoor and outdoor access. The indoor part of the kennel is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer, so I know they are comfortable (which is especially important because the little one is hairless). There is so much grass and happily grazing cows that I feel like I'm dropping my dogs off for a vacation of their own (which reduces the guilt of leaving them behind). The owner is extremely accommodating and does not charge extra if you want to bring your own food. She cares more about the dogs not getting sick by switching food. I am so happy we discovered this gem of a place and I know my dogs are too! I highly recommend this place!

The best dog sitting service ever. Heather, Becca and Teresa have always taken excellent care of our dogs. I like the updates they send us with each visit. We even get pictures. Their visits are usually pretty long and they make sure the animals are back in our care on the day service ends. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Bentley. Tender Loving Animal Care has always been so accommodating with our pets. The pet sitters are always respectful and great with our pups. One of our pups is very hesitant with strangers and can be very protective of the house, yet the sitters are always patient with him and handle him exactly as requested. The awesome team at Tender Loving Animal Care were simply awesome from start to finish doting our recent two-week vacation. Each of the four care providers for our kitty arrived on schedule and took outstanding care of our cat as evidenced by the photos they provided and the post visit texts they each sent. My wife and I experienced zero issues communicating with TKAC’s staff from half-way around the world. We made a couple of minor requests that were immediately honored and carried out. The billing process was accurate and fair. My Wife and I felt no worries at all with Tender Loving Animal Care visiting our home while caring for our cat. They've taken care of my dogs several times now while I've been away on trips and I'm very happy with their services. Thankful to have this option available when we're not able to take the dogs with us, no need to drop them off or pick them up anywhere, the dogs get to stay home where they're comfortable, and they are well taken care of while we're away. Great job every time!

I would recommend TLAC to anyone! Knowing they are there to take care of my cats relieves so much stress while I travel for work. They are so quick to respond and understanding that schedules can be unpredictable.

My husband and I are both active duty military. Trying to find a pet sitter has always been difficult. The service and flexibility of TLACs staff is impeccable. We have two huskies and a cat and they are always very well taken of when we go out of town. Highly recommend!

I love TLAC! We used them a ton when we first got our puppy and needed help with taking him out during the day when my husband and I were at work. Everybody was always so great with our dog and great with sending updates and pictures from their walks/visits. I always felt like our dog was in great hands with them!

Susan did a great job dog sitting our dog for 9 days. She sent updates and introduced new did to current visitors over by one. She has much dog experience and it it shows. Our dog had a great time there.

Susan's bed and biscuit is a wonderful kennel to babysit your dog. Susan is very loving and caring to your dog and even sent me videos of my dog having a great time. I highly reccommend.

Took our dog here when we went to Pismo and wine tasting for the weekend. She was very friendly and sent us picture updates of our dog while she was watching her. I will definitely use this place again

Well this is my mom & dad's business, so I'm probably the wrong person to ask, but I'll try to de as fair as possible. I can say my mom & dad love there job & the pets as they do there own children, many even more then us (lol). My mom even has a couple clients that travel a long distance to bring there poodles, & always verry satisfied with the pampering of there beloved pets. The pets say it all though, when some of those pets get there they get so excited to see my folks, they start jumping around & barking, I've seen a dog almost plow my mom over it was so happy to see her after there owner had been sick for a while & funerals was able to bring them in. There place is small & a little old, many even a bit run down but, if you want a groomer that really love there paw pals & want your puppy pals to be well taken care of, this is definitely the place I would want to take my pals.

U gotta say I sometimes groom dogs here, this is my mom's business. She taught me & my sister here, my sister now the owner of lemoore dog grooming in lemoore ca & is starting the third generation of dog grooming with her daughter & they are very wonderful groomers as well I highly recommend if you are in the lemoore area & want quality dog grooming you check her out, I think you will be pleased. My mom is gifted in poodle cuts & has passed it on to us & our offspring as well, infact she has a few clients that come from LA. & Other places like that because they say no ones as good as her with there 🐕 precious paw 🐾 babies.. I have been going here for 5 years now. Ever since my baby girl was a puppy and every time I pick her up she looks wonderful and so happy. Completely recommend to anyone looking for quality dog grooming at a great price.

Took our beautiful Papillon in to be groomed as usual like they have done to her for years. Went to pick her up and she was butchered horribly short clear down to her undercoat big chunks from the clippers were noticed top of her head and the back of her leg like she (groomer) was bumped while cutting with them I just cried no Papillon can ever be taken down this short every groomer should know that.

Small, & the building is old, But the people are really good with the dogs, & there grandsons come up & wash the dogs when there not in school, really really good with dogs, you can tell they love animals... I would have gave more stars but that's all they had
