My dogs have been going to Jans for the last 5+ years. I have used weekly day care as well as holiday cover. It’s so reassuring when they jump out the car all excited to be there and run down the garden for a play and sniff about. It means i can leave them assured that my doggy babies are in good hands. Jan has always been a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation recommending her and have done so to friends who now use the service.

Jan is absolutely fantastic. From her knowledge, to her clean, spacious, calm home, she is welcoming and caring. We have left our 10m old Reggie with her 4 times now and he LOVES IT! When he returns, he is happy and relaxed. Have taken him to a dog day care previously but Reggie comes back exhausted and extremely thirsty. It's like he hasn't been able to relax. When he comes back from Jans, he's a lovely calm happy do. Jan has excellent knowledge of dogs and has shared some really useful tips with me. Fair to say Reggie has a friend for life with Jan. We won't go anywhere else!

Mark has been walking my dog Teddy (large toy poodle) for over 3 years now and he is absolutely brilliant. As a puppy Teddy was initially a little wary of going out with a new person but Mark was fantastic with him. In no time Teddy was bouncing out of the door and he still gets VERY excited when he hears Mark’s van. Mark takes care to consider which dogs’ personalities and energy levels would fit best on their walks and takes them to an amazing variety of places - lucky dogs! He takes such good care of them and always has water etc on hand. On top of that, Mark sends great photos - it’s a lovely bonus to be able to see Teddy having a great time. I feel so lucky that we found Mark and really can’t recommend him highly enough.

Mark has walked my dog for a few years now and you get so much more than just a “normal” walk. He takes Wilbur all over the place, not always just a boring stomp around a local park, and I know my beloved hound is really looked after. My dog is always brought back clean (and tired!), despite being an absolute bog hunter! Cannot recommend Mark enough, his enthusiasm for ensuring the dogs have an enjoyable time is fabulous.

Highly recommended for cat sitting. It was lovely to go away for a week & not worry about our 2 cats knowing that Mark was in twice a day to feed them & ensure they were safe & well. We were sent pictures & updates which was great. We have used pet sitters before & Mark is without doubt the best we have had & it's great to have a pet sitter we can trust for when we go away again.

Mark is our dog's favourite person. Since Murphy was 3 months, Mark has been helping us look after him when we're at work. When we go on holiday, Murphy looks forward to being at Mark's for a few days. He and Klaudia are lifesavers, and we would be lost without them. We cannot recommend them enough

I can thoroughly recommend Mark Bissett of Furry Tails Walks after he looked after my Cavapoo Tilly for 2 weeks whilst I was away. She enjoyed herself so much and is looking forward to her next Doggy Day Care. He cared for her within his family home and for those two weeks she became a contented member of his family. She met many other furry friends and had countless adventures during their daily walks. He sent me photos of her on a daily basis which greatly put my mind at ease whilst I was away. Thank you so much for looking after her and for taking away any concerns I had for her during this time. This was her first time away from me since I brought her home as a puppy at 8 weeks old. I'm surprised she was happy to see me, thankfully she has settled in back home and is dreaming of her next adventures with Mark.

My cockapoo has been with Mark since he was 6 months old and he absolutely adores his weekly walks with him. Can’t recommend Mark highly enough.

A second home to my dog Basil. They have done so much for him and me over the years. They helped change my dog from a scared rescue dog to the happy confident dog he is today.

My cocker spaniel Jessie had a wonderful 5 days in October, staying with Tina and Harley. The photos and video clips of her with doggie friends showed how happy and relaxed she was. Also noticed her enjoying home comforts and lovely walks. I will be using Tina again in the future.

I cannot recommend Tina enough! From the moment she came round to meet me and my 4 Birmans I knew they would be in absolute safe hands! The minute she walked in the door the cats knew that she was someone they would like! Evidenced by them all wrapping themselves around her legs! Leaving your fur babies in the care of someone when you are away is not something that should be taken lightly but I had absolutely no reservation leaving her to look after them. Tina is kind and a person that you can easily warm to! She even did an amazing job of looking after my fish which for many is a daunting job but I came back to all my fish alive and well and 4 very happy, well looked after cats! I had a lovely surprise on my return to come back to some flowers, chocolates and a card from the cats :) I will always use her for my cat visits from now on and do not hesitate to recommend her if you are looking for a pet sitter/ visitor. It's so great to have someone like Tina looking after my dog. She went above and beyond to take care of my dog following an operation and reports back after every walk. My dog is always happy to see Tina when we meet her on our own walks

Tina is great and I’m happy to leave Sooty in her care when I go away. She takes time to fuss and play with him and it’s great to get email updates and even video footage of his antics. It’s also very reassuring to know she’s a veterinary nurse so if there was anything wrong with him while I was away I know he’s in good hands and would be taken to the vet if needed. I highly recommend Tina and so does Sooty!

Look no further for a first class pet sitter. Tina has looked after my fur babies quite a few times now and I would never ever consider having anyone else. Not only is Tina very experienced in animal welfare. She is also Very reliable, kind and trustworthy.. Already booked her in for next years holiday.

Excellent care..and a Veterinary Nurse!!! Our dogs both love Tina's for day stays and overnight!! And they have great days..just look at the facebook posts..The beach...the woods...the river...sometimes I am quite envious of their 'dogs life'!!

First time we have used Nathan’s and it won’t be the last. We went away for two weeks and Katie came to look after our two Westies and two cats. We received twice daily updates with pictures. This team are incredible and have helped me so much while I worked. They were able to be extremely flexible, always going above and beyond for my dog and would take him on long walks. They never let me down once would highly recommended them thank you Nathan and Teri so much

Nathan has been helping me with separation anxiety training for one of my dogs. The support he gives is amazing, talks me up when I need to be reminded of the progress but also reminds me to take things steady if I’m getting too ahead of myself. He holds me to account in the kindest way! It’s a long journey for my pup and me and it isn’t going to change quickly but I couldn’t have done this without Nathan. If you don’t have a dog with SA, you just don’t understand it in the same way. I can talk to Nathan when it’s getting me down and going wrong and I know he has truly lived through the same things. I speak to him more frequently than list of my family! He’s so so super lovely

We first met Nathan a year ago when we had 1:1 puppy training classes on Zoom due to the pandemic. This was so helpful, as Luna is our first dog and Nathan really knows his stuff. He is clearly very passionate about dogs, and Nathan went on to do some training walks with Luna to support us with her reactivity which was very beneficial. Nathan still walks Luna along with his colleague, Rachel. They are both very reliable, and treat Luna as their own. We have also recently attended some Hoopers classes which Luna loves and her humans also find it fun. I can highly recommend Nathan and his team. They are very accommodating, responsive when we need them and I want to say thank you for being there.

Really enjoyed doing the Canine body language course with Nathan on Terms over 2 evenings. I really enjoyed that it was a small group and didn’t have to go far. The other people were really nice. And looking forward to doing more courses. Thank you Nathan.

I had 3 dog training sessions for my puppy Yogi with Kazzi. It was such a positive experience, I went in not knowing what to expect and was quite stressed as my puppy was really bad with his recall. Kazzi gave me lots of confidence and myself and my puppy have a better understanding of one another now, he actually listens to me now! (Most of the time lol). Couldn’t recommend them enough, amazing training! Thank you!

Been attending the new Hoopers class that Nathan is running. It's great fun & a fabulous way to connect with my dog. I've learnt some new training tips & my dog has had a sensory workout - moving safely around the space & obstacles, sniffing around, focusing on me & of course a few well earned treats along the way! Definitely recommend, especially if you're looking for a bonding activity for you & your dog.

Nathan is great and takes his time to get to know each dog! 6 week puppy school was so much fun and a great environment for both the puppies and their owners! Would totally recommend! We had Teri look after our two Paps for a week whilst we were away recently. When you go on holiday, overseas, as all dog owners know, you feel guilty about leaving your dogs behind. You hope they're all OK and that they're not missing you too much. Having Teri stay in our house means that the dogs know where they are and feel comfortable with their surroundings. Their routines are kept the same with food, where to relax and sleep at night, etc What was great is that we had constant communication from Teri with loads of photos daily, videos and messages on WhatsApp. It meant we could see how our dogs were getting on, if they looked comfortable and happy or not. To be honest, they appeared to be having the time of their lives 😂. We were really happy with how it all went and have already booked in for two more holidays next year. We'll be able to have these feeling guilt free and knowing our dogs are being looked after and loved without them feeling like we've abandoned them. Thanks Teri for looking after them.

We used Nathan’s paw trails to look after our 45 kg anxious little rescue dog and we couldn't fault his service. Would definitely use again! We had lot of updates and pictures. Great service.

Our working lab can sometimes be a handful, but Danielle cares for her wonderfully, ensuring all her needs are fully met. Danielle is fantastic with the dogs, maintains excellent control, and takes them on diverse and enriching walks using a well-equipped, dedicated dog van. These outings always leave our dog content and fulfilled. Additionally, the booking and payment systems are professional, user-friendly, and efficient. Highly recommended!

Our dog Domino is a very lively working cocker. He gets extremely excited every time he goes to mybestfriend in Andover for a stay as he has such a wonderful time playing with the other dogs. We use Danielle for all our boarding and are very happy to continue the relationship.

Danielle fitted us in at short notice and took really good care of our 7 month old puppy. He can be quite shy but we felt comfortable leaving him with Danielle and Graham and he had a great day playing with the other dogs. Thank you!

Was like dropping off my little baby off at first day at school, so was a little nervous. I had no need to be!!! I was updated with photos, showing all the fun he was having and new friends made. He came back VERY tired and happy!! 5 star service, will defo be using again!!!

Janet looked after our Labrador for 5 nights while we went in a cruise. She was wonderful, was very thorough in gaining information about our dog to make her stay as comfortable as possible. She included her in her daily life, lots of walks and out for coffee and lunch. This is clearly more than a business for Janet. We were very lucky to find her and wouldn’t hesitate to leave our dog with her again.

We left our two Old English Sheepdogs with Janet for the day and she was absolutely fantastic. We had never used her before and found her online a little while before holidaying in the area. She was very friendly and professional from the start and put our minds at ease about leaving them in her care. During our dogs stay she kept us updated with their day and activities via message and on the collection of our dogs we were provided with with a diary of their stay along with photos. I really can't recommend Janet enough. If we are ever holidaying in the area again I would not hesitate to use her again.

The care our dog gets here is fantastic. He is always happy to go in, as he is made so welcome. The diversity of walks and activities he gets truly stimulates the dog I would give more stars if I could! I read a previous review from someone who said the garden was full of dog mess???? In all the years we have used JB dog care I have never seen any. Don't let this one unjustified comment put you off, for your dog's sake.

Was really discusting, the amount of dog muck out back was terrible. Constantly trying not to stand in it and then stepping in it anyway, really discusting. Would not leave my baby here if last place on earth

Denise and Fitz have looked after my female Maltipoo on multiple occasions. I feel very comfortable leaving her with Denise and often receive cute photo updates. Very much recommend this service.

Denise has looked after JoJo our rescue podenco numerous times and can’t recommend her highly enough. JoJo loves coming to stay with Denise, and is given 5 star care. She goes on lovely long walks and we get updates via photos and text messages as to how she is doing and what mischief she is up to. Denise is very caring and loving to JoJo, what more could you want when you are away or on holiday!

Highly recommend Denise and Fitz, they’re great. My dog loves staying over as he’s always having a wonderful and playful time, which gives me a great peace of mined whilst away on holiday :)

Denise is wonderful. I left my 15/16 year old boarder terrier, Teddy, with her. He has never been left with a family he does not know. So I was a little worried. But I need not have worried. Denise incorporated him into the family and Teddy even took over their dogs bed with no problems. I would highly recommend Denise's dog sitting service.

Harriet has been a godsend when it comes to providing care for my mini Daxie lilo! As a health worker trying to find dog care around my schedule is difficult! Harriet is fantastic with my dog and I know she is cared for so well when with her. The health service discount helps lots!!

Our lively spaniel was too much for the last boarder we tried, but he settled in just fine with Harriets crew. Clearly had a wonderful time and we at last felt confident we had found a caring and competent person to look after him. Delighted to say we are now having a week away for the first time since he joined our family and best of all have no worries and know he will have the best time 🙂

Moogles have done a fantastic job of walking and looking after our dog, Molly, over the last 6 months. She clearly adores both the dogs she walks with and the people who walk her. What has been invaluable to us is that Moogles are so flexible, able to fit in with my varying work schedule. They provide a fantastic service at a reasonable cost - we love them!

Moogles are fantastic. They've done a wonderful job settling my dog - who can sometimes be a bit of a handful - and they've been flexible and helpful, fitting around my schedule, which is sometimes unpredictable. They've also taken my dog to the vet a couple of times when I wasn't able to go and that's been a great help. I can't wait for them to start doing boarding too! Highly recommended.

Moogles provide a great service - reliable as well as flexible. All the dog walkers are friendly and clearly love dogs! Marley loves his walks with Moogles, and I am always reassured that they will look after him as if he were their own.

The team at Moogles have been looking after Crumble since we got him at 10 weeks, at first they came for 'puppy pop in's' getting to know him and doing some basic training, then he progressed to the 'big boy' walks, socialising with other dogs and having lots of fun. Crumble loves his Moogles time, you can see how excited he is when they arrive to pick him up and he is worn out when he gets back :-). Moogles are part of Crumbles family 😀

Would just like to say I am over the moon with the service from all at moogles. My dog belle can be a bit of a handful and a bit moody at times but they totally understand her and will work with her as opposed to against her. She literally bounces at the door when she can hear them. I have been using moogles for 14 months and would highly recommend
