Great pet sitting. We have used D & K multiple times and feel very relaxed when we are away form our dogs. While we are away, we get daily updates knowing our pups are doing well. Our dogs are safe and secure. This peace of mind is reassuring!

We have been dropping our hyper pointer 3 year old pup here for day care and planning to board him in the future. We love it and it’s perfect setting for our dog. My dog is usually the one who gets easily overwhelmed around big large group of dogs. And I see that every other dog day care around here is so crowded and chaotic . We are glad we have found BOWWOW!

We boarded our dog here for a week while we were at a beach hotel that didn't allow dogs. I didn't realize from the website that there was no outdoor space for the dogs. During doggie daycare, the small dogs were all in one room up front. No toys, nothing interesting except for the other dogs, and no designated restroom spot, so they would just mop the floor if a dog went in the center of the room. My dog seemed happy when I picked him up (and when I dropped off more food mid week) but two days after we picked him up he developed a terrible cough that persisted for a week.

We take our 50lb, 2 year old mutt here about once a week for day care, and then sporadically for overnight stays when we go out of town, and our girl loves it! UPDATE: Now seeing what this place is compared to "Smart Parke" in Laguna Hills, I am changing my review from 5 stars to 3 due to the lack of amenities and services in comparison.

BEWARE BEWARE If I could I would put 0 stars. This place is not well taken care of. I took my dog there one time and 2 days later she got kennel cough from one of the dogs there and off to the vet we went. That was the only other interaction my dog had with other dogs. I paid for a 10 day pass and i requested a refund I have been calling for my refund. I still have no answer and no refund. This was over a month ago now. Every single time I call it get sent to voicmail. This place has the worst customer service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE they might get sick

We have boarded both a dog and a cat many times over the years. The animals love BowWow and so do we. Martina and Chris are the BEST caretakers for our pets. You will love them too.

Always get my pets nails cut here. They never bleed and the nails are always nice and shortly trimmed. The staff is very nice and I always feel like my pets are in good hands.

Our dog loves coming here now. She never got along with other dogs but now she hangs out in the play room with many of them. The owner decided to give it a try one time and now our dog handles it wonderfully. Staff is always friendly and caring. Our girl doesn't come exhausted like she used to after being boarded.

Large shop. Clean facility with friendly staff. The only place I will leave my canine children. It is pretty nice set up for daycare as well and they have different areas to separate animals. A couple rooms are in front with big windows and I am always amused by the dogs watching me and enjoying the activity while many are lounging in beds scattered in the room and others are running around playing. Have you ever wondered what your dog does when you leave him? Wonder no more.

I love this place. It's very clean and spacious. Reasonable rates and they do a great job grooming when I come to pick her up. I love that they text me pictures every day of my dog interacting with others. It gives me great comfort while I travel.

Noriko and Scott have not only made the place much nicer, but also provided our sweet pitbull Marley with wonderful care. At one point, we had to be away a lot, and they sent us pictures every day. When Marley got sick, they even took her into their home until we could get back. Highly recommended.

Tanya was available to care for my dogs on Christmas Eve with very little notice, allowing me to spend the evening with my nearby family. The dogs were safe and happy. Tanya was delightful.

Every time we leave town, we know we can trust them to take care of our Lily. She’s always so excited when we are dropping her off. Great Doggie Daycare!

I feel like our puppy is at a family member’s house while we are gone. I love that our puppy is in a home environment and cared for in an individualized manner while we are away. She really gets to know each of her dogs. Romey loves going to Aunt Gails and really misses his furiends when he comes home. We are so blessed to have found such a wonderful second home for our puppy. We never worry about a thing while we are away.

5 stars is not enough to rate OC Pet Suites in Aliso Viejo! I have a 6 month old puppy and was nervous bringing her in for day care. The staff made me feel so at ease and gave me updates her first couple visits where my pup was having a GREAT time! We are regulars now and they always greet Callie by name when we walk in! My pup loves it there, and it’s obvious she’s very well cared for. The facility is clean, the prices are fair, and the staff truly cares about all dogs!

Pet Suites takes great care of both our dog and our cat! The staff is friendly and easy to work with. We feel very comfortable having our pets stay here and they receive great care!

I really love this place for grooming my dog. Their groomer, Christine, is so professional and considerate. She calls me before the grooming to check on the details and make sure she knows what kind of haircut I’d like and also if there is anything that she needs to pay extra attention.

I brought a group of three family dogs in for boarding during the Veterans Day weekend. None of them had ever been boarded before and one was a quite recent rescue. I admit I was a bit nervous about how they would react. The staff was sensitive to the situation and handled the hand off with patience and kindness. I highly recommended Pet Suites!

I have been taking my dog Remi here for a long time. The level of professionalism and care that they offer and provide is out of this world. If we hadn't moved out of the area he would be going there forever. He would be genuinely excited almost every time he would go. We used to live across the street and sometimes on our morning walk he would just walk himself to pet suits. We have a very loved medium sized cattle/mix dog. My dog adores his time at Pet Suites and I respect the staff. We attend the day camp at least twice a week. His entire body wags every time we come. He couldn’t be happier if we tried. Here he gets great exercise and proper socialization in a clean safe environment. It’s his home away from home. The staff takes great care of him. It’s a great option for when we can’t take him on our long walks or when need to go out of town. We are huge fans!

Mike of Mike's Pet Care has been great! We have 2 cats and we have always returned with them well taken care of and the kitties happy! Mike is very responsive with communication, his rates are more than fair and his past experience keeps our mind at ease that he would be able to handle any issue with the cats. We have used him multiple times now and he makes sure to go above and beyond and is very professional - will take in mail, packages that happen to come and he even dealt with a (huge!) ant issue when we were gone without so much of a mention! Mike is awesome! We have a very geriatric cat, 18 yrs, and she is a handful and diva all rolled into one. Mike takes great care of her and all her medical needs. You also fill out a profile for you and your pet, so all of the important information (vet contact, emergency contact, feeding schedule, etc.) is in one place. Dessa was assigned to feed our cat, Mia, for a couple of days while we were on vacation. We've never used a service like this before, but we felt very comfortable with Dessa after our first meeting. Our cat is super sweet, but she is a scaredy cat. With a couple of treats, Dessa was able to get her out during her visit so that she could send us a photo, along with a quick update. It made us feel so much better during our vacation to know that Mia was doing well. Cleaning the liter box was also included in the visit, which was much appreciated. It was so nice to be able to let Mia stay at home rather than be stressed out at a pet hotel/boarder. We will definitely contact Emery for future services.

Anna and Grace take wonderful care of my 2 dogs. The dogs love them and so do I. They work around my crazy work schedule and are always prompt and follow all directions. I highly recommend them. I hope to have them take care of my pets forever.

We are SOOO grateful to have found Anna!!! She loves and takes care of our puppy Aldo as if he were her own and Aldo adores her!! Anna has stayed over at our house with Aldo, multiple times taking him on walks, adventures, administering his medication, keeping him entertained, feeding him, and giving him snuggles so that we don’t worry about leaving him at home when we travel!! Awesome place! Seemed clean for the amount of cats in house. The staff seemed very friendly and caring, and my cat (who seems to suffer from separation anxiety), seemed very relaxed and didn't react like she did previously to me being away from her. So I can only assume she received plenty of love and attention, and wasn't just left in the cage like some places do. They even went above and beyond, and trimmed her nails for me free of charge! Very unexpected, and much appreciated, as my funds were already tight due to home fumigation related costs. If I every have to be away from my Missy again, she will be staying here again! Love you guys! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my sweety!

I was in need to find a cat groomer for my long haired older kitty and was SO happy with the results. The staff is professional, kind, and best of all took great care of my cat. So happy I found this place!

These ladies are awesome. Nothing but cats in the facility, and they have "Cat TV" - birds in cages to keep the cats amused while they're hanging out. There's also a larger area for them to get some exercise. Definitely a great boarding place, and they'll care for your cats like their own. They offer grooming and have a vet on call. We've used them for years - with our first cat and now our current two. There are double boarding spaces also, which is good for our kittehs.

I bring my cat here for grooming all the time and they always do an amazing job! My cat tends to be fussy when getting groomed and I’m really pleased to see how patient the ladies at Cats-Luv-Us are with my cat. I highly recommend them!

Not sure what to say here. We had our cat boarded here for one week while our house was fumigated. At first meeting things looked well managed, and the two ladies operating that day were obviously cat people. I was impressed. One said that our cat might be able to use the playroom one day during the stay depending on how crowded things were. I was also told that she would take a pic of our cat and send it to us during the stay. No pic, no contact during the week. When I returned to pick up the cat, there was an overwhelming odor of cat urine, and things appeared in disarray generally. I never like boarding animals, and absent a compelling reason will not do it again. I am still wondering just how well they attend to the cats, and I am uncomfortable.

I was stressed out and worried about having to board my three cats, especially since one is 18 years old and skittish and another has special needs including a (non-contagious) health issue he'd just recently been diagnosed with, but I am pleased to say my cats were very well cared for. The two older ones seemed pretty comfortable and the youngest clearly had fun there. (The staff sent us photos and videos while we were away.) I would definitely board my cats there again if I ever need to.

I don't know where to even start. I'm forever in debt to these wonderful caring people. They truly love cats and look out for there best interest. I've been going threw a difficult time in my life compounded with the responsibility of having one of my cats to keep safe. Rita showed me some much needed compassion and understanding ihope to pay it forward once I'm back on my feet. They are awesome with the fur babies. Run a clean environment and would be the best design you can make if your needing a cat sitter for any reason!!! Thank you lady's I'll let you know how well Littles and I are doing very soon here!!
