There's nowhere else I would rather send my dog! My parent's dog came here 4 days a week for daycare for 9 years (until my parents retired) and was here every time they went on holiday. My dog came here for day care for years until I changed job, and still comes in when we go away or when we go on a long day trip. He has the best time when he comes, and we can relax knowing that they take just as much care of him as we would do at home. The kennels is set in a large farm with big fields and the dogs go for long group walks where they are free to run and sniff. It is excellent and you really feel that the staff have the best interests of dogs at heart.

Pridelands and the staff who care for our girl on her visits are great! As soon as we reach the drive our gorgeous girl knows where she is and the excitement is uncontainable! She gives staff the biggest doggy cuddles when she sees them! That makes me smile as I know she’s happy there. She’s well exercised and socialised during the day and I can relax knowing she’s well cared for! 😃

Our little pug has stayed in Pridelands for a whole month when we went to visit home. When we left him there he was unwell with eye infection and I was worried to leave him, but Pridelands was very good at communicating with us and took very good care of him. Clare (the owner) was very accommodating and hands-on and she was updating us and sending us some pictures and videos. We kept in touch despite the time difference. It was so reassuring. Our little pug was well cared for and when we came back to collect him he seemed so happy like he also had been on his own little holiday while he was at Pridelands. The staff at Pridelands are very nice people who don't do their job just for the money - they do everything with love. Our vet also said that Pridelands is known to be good at what they do. I can fully recommend Pridelands and I look forward to availing their service again for my little pug in the future. Thank you so much, Pridelands team! Well done and keep it up!

I cannot recommend Pridelands strongly enough! My ESS has been attending at least 2 days a week for the last 13 months, with a few weeks residential. She absolutely loves going, is always super excited on 'playschool' days and when I collect her she has clearly had a fabulous day. She is able to run off lead and swim in the pond! She has made a best friend, Nessa who she gets on with tremendously. Sharon and Jenny are the best carers and although Willow is a nervous girl, she adores them both and enjoys the walks, cuddles and attention she gets from them. Thank you ladies for looking after my 'baby' as well as I would myself.

My dogs love coming to stay at Pridelands they are delighted to meet up with staff when they arrive and so happy and relaxed when we collect them. I was very nervous the first time I booked and I was reassured every step of the way. I have booked them for doggy daycare and longer stays many times since with no regrets. Nothing but praise for this team who really love all the doggos. When we pull into the drive my two are wagging their tails and looking forward to their stay before we park up. I can highly recommend.

We were a little skeptical about using a kennel while we were away but left with little choice when a boarder let us down at the last minute. How wrong we were... from the off we felt very comfortable with Pridelands. On our first visit Sharon was wonderful showing us around and explaining the process. All the staff we met that day spent time saying hello and giving Skittle cuddles... they all clearly love dogs!! We picked him up after a 6 night stay and he was good as gold. Clearly well looked after (and exercised) while clearly still enjoying the company of the staff. Safe to say we'll be using them again!

We have a twelve year old naughty beagle and eleven year old lab. Pridelands have welcomed them every year and taken the greatest of care of them. The team are amazing and there is a great atmosphere around the place. The beautiful Sussex landscape behind the kennels reminds you of the fantastic walks they have. On pick up our beagle prefers to head to the reception than our car. Leaving our dogs at kennels has been made a guilt free experience since we started using Pridelands as we know they are in the best care by the best people having the best time.

Our two dogs and cat stayed at Pridelands in August and had a great time. Our cat, who is a bit of a diva, decided not to eat for a few days and Sharon went above and beyond to find her something that she would like to encourage her to eat. We were kept fully up to date on the cat's progress which we really appreciated. All three came home happy and relaxed and we would recommend Pridelands as a great place to look after your pets.

My dog loves going here. He's usually very anxious about day care/ kennels but he always comes back relaxed and happy. I hear he enjoys playing with the other dogs and gets lots of cuddles - as an anxious dog owner it's great to hear how well he's looked after and that he is comfortable whilst I'm away. Would highly recommend Pridelands, even if your dog is more on the nervous side.

Our two dogs have stayed at Pridelands a couple of times now and have more stays booked. Having two cocker spaniels the outside space is great for them to explore and run around in and the lake must be quite tempting for them too! The dogs are happy to go in and they’ve be good when we’ve collected them - and the staff appear genuinely pleased to see them. Would recommend Pridelands 👍

Highly recommend snuggle and cuddle. Anne and Gordon are fab! My miniature dachshund seems very happy there and I love it’s a home from home environment. Very happy with the service :)

Jessie has been going to Anne and Gordon’s at least once a week for the past 18 months. They look after her as if she were their own and she loves every minute she’s there with them. The setup is totally professional and all guidelines are followed to the letter, but the overwhelming feeling is of warmth and love for the dogs. Jess gets on with all the dogs but particularly loves Otis who she has lots of playtime with before snuggling up with Anne or Gordon for big cuddles. Owners are treated really well too, with compassion and a friendly welcome. I have tried several doggy day care providers in the area but Snuggle and Cuddle beats all the competition hands down in my experience. 🐶👍❤️

My 19 month old toy poodle Otis does not look back when I drop him to stay with Anne and Gordon. It is so reassuring to know that he is happy and so well looked after when he goes there. I am a new dog owner and Anne has given me so much support with Otis that I don’t know how I would have coped without her. I would definitely recommend Snuggle and Cuddle Home Dog Boarding especially as Otis regards it as his second home. Thank you Anne and Gordon.

We have been using Anne and Gordon from when Delby was a young puppy. He loves going to stay with them, and when we walk locally if we pass their house he excitedly try’s to run up the path to visit. It really is a home from home. We are always happy leaving Delby knowing he will get 2 good walks a day, lots of cuddles and be cared for in the way we would wish for when we are away! Thank you for welcoming him in to your home. Anne is excellent at communicating with us as owners and we frequently get photos / videos of Delby on his holiday and he always looks happy. We would highly recommend Snuggle and Cuddle.

Anne and Gordon run a fantastic doggy daycare and boarding business at snuggle and cuddle. They have a beautiful safe garden which my puppy loves, and clearly treat her as part of the family when she's with them. They are also very knowledgeable and experienced and took the time to ask lots of questions about my puppy before I left her with them for the first time. All of this means that I can get on with my day and not worry about the safety of my dog while she's with them.

Our Cavapoo Coco loves going to Ann and Gordon, one of the reasons we decided to use a doggy daycare facility was to help with our dog’s socialisation and it has been a great success. Would 100% recommend to others.

Betty loves going to Anne and Gordon for day care and for overnight stays. She is incredibly well looked after and I regularly recieive photos and videos of Betty playing with the other dogs which is lovely to see. I could not recommend Snuggle and Cuddle any more!

On my first day meeting with Anne she was so accommodating and welcoming, it puts you at ease straight away. This is my first dog that I have owned and I was weary at first to take him as a young puppy to day care, but there was nothing to worry about. The first time I picked Fodey up after day care, he didn’t want to leave! Every time I take him now he gets so excited when we get out of the car and can’t wait to run inside. It’s a great place for his socialisation and Anne is very thorough in ensuring your dogs safety whilst in her home and also out on walks. Anne treats all the dogs as her own and it’s very reassuring to know your dog is in great hands in a lovely home environment. Anne also sends updates of videos and pictures showing me what a great time Fodey is having playing with his other doggy friends or having a cuddle on the sofa. I definitely recommend Snuggle and Cuddle Home Dog Boarding, as you will always have peace of mind that your dog will be greatly cared for (whilst also having lots of fun!).

We have used Snuggle and Cuddle for dog training, day care and overnight dog boarding. Anne has always been very professional and welcoming. Her training advice when Comet was very young was extremely helpful. He absolutely loves going to her house for the day and honestly can't get in fast enough! We recently went away for a week and I knew that Comet would be taken care of brilliantly. Anne sent me lots of pictures so that I could see how happy he was.

I left my dogs with Anne and Gordon for 4 days. It's the first time I have left one of my dogs and I was worried as she is such a nervous dog and is used to being around me all the time. She even sleeps at the bottom of my bed so to leave her in kennels was not an option. From the minute I met both Anne and Gordon I could tell they genuinely loved dogs and were completely unfazed with my dogs exploring their entire house and garden. I had no worries while I was away as I got reassuring updates by text and the odd video and welcome picture. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again

Grace has an extensive knowledge and understanding of dogs. We first came to Grace and our dog was quite reactive. She advised she couldn’t take him on but pointed us in the direction of where to get help and training. We worked hard on his reactivity and approached Grace again when he was better and she now takes Rocco for walks 3 times a week and he’s amazing with other dogs. We completely trust her with Rocco and also to let herself into our house whilst we are not there. She is great, reliable and would highly recommend her!

Gracie is so good with my cat Loki - when she's not feeding him his multiple supplements and meds, she's fussing him and taking him for walks! She always sends me lots of photos too :)

Our Lab loves her walks with Grace and all of her friends. Grace came to meet our dog and took her on a solo walk to get to know her and her temperament. Grace matched her with a particular dog who she’d get on with which has been lovely. We were really nervous to leave our old walker behind when we moved house but Grace has been amazing. I think our dogs excitement when she arrives to collect her speaks for itself!

Gracie is consistently reliable, responsible and provides regular updates and photos of my pet on her home visits. She is flexible on short notice visits and I am more than happy with her pet sitting service. My cat is very happy in her care. Thank you Gracie x

Grace is amazing and helped me out when I over booked myself and wasn’t able to come home at lunch to my own dog. With little notice Grace managed to fit Pongo into her schedule, Pongo is a very anxious dog especially around new people in his home. I felt at ease with Graces presence and her experience that all would go well and it did. Grace read Pongos signs and was ever so patient with him, went at his pace and did not rush him, it wasn’t long before they were out in the garden enjoying some time together. Thank you so much Grace, really appreciate it especially as he is my precious baby, I’d happily recommend you to anyone. Hopefully one day he can join you on some group walks! 🐶

I spotted Grace in her car with the advertisement for her pet sitting service. Contacted her through her website and she quickly responded and we arranged for her to come and meet my Cat. I was away and Grace text me every day to keep me updated on how my cat was and sent photos. Grace has been amazing to work with and she clearly loves animals. Highly recommended.

Grace is absolutely fantastic with my diva of a cockapoo. I can't beleive how far she's come on in the few months Grace has been walking her and now in group walks too. 100% wouldn't consider using anyone else

Gracie has been the kindest, most thoughtful person and given my boy a chance to shine brightly where others would not consider him at all. We are very glad she did !

We put our german shepard, Blue ,in Tracy's care for a day, the house is clean, she treats the dogs as individuals and they stay in the house with the family, the charg is very competative and Blue enjoyed his stay.

Couldn't do our dates, so I guess they are busy and if they are busy I assume they must be ok

Well I have found the perfect and safe place for my beloved furry family to stay whilst I am away from home. I live close by to the kennels and can say the care and attention of all the staff at Linden Lodge have given my pets whilst in their care is comforting to myself and reassuring my animals are 100% well cared for . Thank you for your kindness and support to the kennel team. We shall return once again soon.

We have used Linden Lodge for a good few years, both our dogs walk off, happy and tails wagging, without a backwards glance, they are always happy to spend their holidays here. Would recommend them with confidence.

We have quite an anxious german shepherd, but he loves coming here and we have never had any issues, they look after him very well, and whenever we pick him back up, he is always very clean and happy.

Iwas looking for a kennel for my dog, while we will travel. Lynne, the lady who showed us around the place, had all passion for the work she does. Had all time to listen about my dog, she explained well all that they have in offer to accommodate my dog. Very good and clean place. I’m looking forward for our next visit.

Our boys Linus and Stanley love going on holiday here. It must be good, they can't wait to get in, and don't even wave goodbye! Thank you Linden Lodge so much! First class, and definitely 5stars from us!
