I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Due to a family emergency, I had to leave the country earlier than I had planned, and needed a sitter to fill in the gap between my departure and another sitter. Michele responded within minutes of my posting the sit, and then we spoke and confirmed the sit within hours. Her husband, Israel, was coming from Mexico to France, while she and her kids were to come from Sweden. When Michele’s travel plans changed, and she wouldn’t be able to come with her children, she assured me that Israel would still come to look after the house and dogs. To do this, for a stay of only five days, he flew to Paris, and then to the south of France, where he rented a car and drove the rest of the way to my place. As I was already traveling, the previous sitters filled him in on the various things that needed to be tended to: caring for two dogs, tending to hens, watering 90 young olive trees daily, as well as other things. The place is big and it took me 3-4 weeks when I first moved in to figure out where things were and what to do. Israel mastered everything upon his arrival, sent me daily updates with photos of my two VERY happy dogs. In addition to all the upkeep, he managed to hike with the dogs daily. I arrived home to find everything perfectly maintained, two fit and and Israel’s guest house cleaner than it was when he arrived. Immaculate. I cannot even express my gratitude for to both Michele and Israel for such a sacrifice and commitment to do that for me. It was a very difficult time, as I was dealing with the loss of both my son and my mother. I did not worry for one second while my dogs and home were in Israel’s hands. Thank you both, so, so much. You’re welcome back anytime, with the entire family, even just for a visit, maybe just a well-deserved holiday, with no dog- or house- sitting!

Anita was a wonderful dog sitter for Balto! They were super tentative, made sure to ask any and all questions before we went away, and they sent the best updates about Balto while we were gone. I felt so much better knowing my dog was in great hands, and I could not recommend Anita enough! Quality care, and our apartment was spotless when we returned home.

Leah & Elias, were an absolute joy as housesitters. They arrived a day early so we could all meet and go over the pets routine. Our cat is relatively new and has a little separation anxiety but they managed his care really well. Our dog needed to be dropped off at a sitters and they took care of that as well. We also came home to a clean and neat house! Overall, they went above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

If we could give 10 out of 5 stars for Candace, Brian, and Chris, we would! They were amazing house and dog sitters for Brown Dog and Scout. They were so accommodating with our timeline and had read our welcome guide to a tee! It was so reassuring being gone for 2 weeks and knowing our pups were in amazing hands. They sent us daily updates and pictures and it was clear the dogs were so well cared for! They left the house very clean and even had all of our bedding and towels washed for us when we arrived home. Joanna and David were absolutely perfect!!!! This was my first actual time using a sitter and they went above and beyond what I expected. I have a 1 year old Bully Breed that I adopted 6 weeks ago, so if you know dogs you know what they had to deal with :)) They sent pics daily and kept me updated. We were not able to meet before I left but they were nice enough to stay to meet me when I returned. My house was cleaner than when I left, all bedding and towels washed. Charley, my dog, was happy to see me for a minute when I got home but immediately went back to play with David, so I am thinking she had a blast while I was gone. I am totally sold with this process after having Joanna and David here. If you have the chance to book them for your trip, you will not be sorry. I am hoping to use them again when they return to Florida.

We were so happy with Lynda's care for our senior pup. Lynda was extremely accommodating with the key hand over situation we had considering our early flights out of Berlin. She was easy to coordinate with and made this part of the holiday very smooth. We could also tell Sesame was in the best care. We received updates and photos of Sesame on walks and getting cuddles. We know Sesame can be sassy sometimes but Lynda was great with her little attitudes and handled her with ease. It was also really heart warming to see that Lynda truly enjoyed her time with Sesame and created a strong bond with her. We love to know that our dog is loved and treated with the care we would give her if we were home. Both my partner and I were able to fully enjoy our holiday as we knew from updates that Sesame and Lynda were doing well. Our apartment was clean and tidy when we returned and the sheets had also been washed. We would definitely have Lynda back and would recommend her to anyone else looking for an experienced sitter to stay with your pet.

I was fortunate to have Lisa as a sitter for my active, 7-year old lab mix (Ozzy) for a week in Bend. Lisa took the time to meet us via Facetime and in person before her stay. It was apparent she wanted to be well-prepared and aware of any special doggie needs he may have, or any help I needed with watering plants or bringing in mail. She took great care of Ozzy while I was away and sent me regular updates and photos of their outdoor adventures. I returned home to a very happy dog and a house exactly as I had left it. I'd welcome Lisa back anytime!

Lisa was a terrific sitter for our sweet Rosie. She arrived the evening before the sit, and we immediately could tell how much love and attention Rosie was to get. She provided updates and pictures which we were delighted to read, and we could tell Rosie was happy and well-cared for with Lisa on their walks and fetching sessions, on their car rides, and during Rosie’s many daily naps. Lisa left the house in great condition, she’s very tidy and clean. Lisa’s experience with dogs and her friendly, sweet personality makes her an excellent sitter taking good care of animals while also being easy to communicate with. To this list of attributes I would add flexible, capable, sensitive, extremely good with the dogs even if one of mine is sometimes a little ornery, and just a wonderful person all around. Because of constantly changing circumstances due to a move and coronavirus, my dogs ended up spending not two weeks but a whole month with John and they were so comfortable and happy. John helped them in so many ways and coordinated shipping them overseas, he went above and beyond the wildest stretches of what a house sitter entails and did it with a smile and a laugh and reassurances that all would be well. And indeed he was absolutely right - the dogs arrived so well cared for that all my fears of them being traumatized went out the window. We have used other facilities before and wanted to try canine country club after a friend had referred them. Other places our dog came home and was off. We could tell he was stressed / disgruntled. Our dog loves Canine Country Club. She gets so excited when she sees us preparing her food and other stuff we provide. They post pictures of her on Facebook so we can see how much fun she is having, and she always comes back exhausted from so much play time.
There is no place better. Dino (our great pyre) has been at a couple places before, but the the care and love he gets at CCC of the Lake is beyond our expectation. He comes home happy and tired. Once he is neutered he will be able to play with the other dogs, but for now, the individual attention he gets from the staff during his day boarding is wonderful! Thank you "CCC of the Lake"!!
Jody and her staff provide the best care. As soon as we pull into the lot our dog gets so excited! He loves spending our vacations with the CCC of the Lake staff and all his fur friends!! Words cannot express how much I appreciate being able to leave our pup and know he is cared for and safe. Also, being able to see all the photos they post each day allows us to see how much fun the dogs have everyday!!
I loved boarding my 6 month old lab puppy here; I did a ton of research on many boarding options, and finally, after hearing from my good friend how great this place is, I sent Winston here for 5 nights while on vacation. The grounds are clean, the staff are professional, and Winston came home happy & healthy! I loved seeing his photos being posted every day too- that was a great touch. It’s nice to know CCC exists and will take such good care of my Winston whenever I travel. Thank you!!
This is the place to take your fur babies for daycare or overnight stays. I would not trust anyone else to take care of my fur babies the way they do. The staff is always friendly and accommodating especially because we have one dog who has some special needs and they always rise to the challenge of taking care of her. There is someone in the facility overnight so if you're boarding you can rest assure that there is always someone present. My favorite part has to be the pictures they post on their Facebook page you get to see the dogs at play and enjoying themselves. It gives us reassurance when we are away that they are happy and well cared for.
We have been coming to CCC of the lake for a couple years now and we would not trust any other place with the care of our two dogs. Even as my one dog's needs changed, getting more and more dog selective - the team at CCC of the lake took her in and just gave her more human affection. The facility is clean, their staff CARES and LOVES the dogs in their care - and they go above and beyond to make sure all the dogs in their care are safe at all times. I literally do not trust any other facility to care for my babies, I have peace of mind when they are with CCC of the lake! Thank you always for taking such good care of my babies <3
This is the only place that I trust with the care of my dog. I love how the animals are cared for. That for the most part they are not kept in kennels. They have inside and outside play areas. I highly recommend Canine Country Club to care for your dog. They do day care, if you don't want to leave your friend home alone during the day. I've only had them care for my little buddy when I've had to travel.
First time boarding Cooper and he loved it. He is tuckered out! Every staff member I spoke to was really sweet and you can tell they love their job and really care about the wellbeing of the dogs. I was nervous as this was his first time being boarded but I can tell her had the best time! Thank you to the staff members and everyone who took care of my baby. He can’t wait to stay again! Can’t express enough how grateful I am that we found this dog boarding/daycare for Izzy. Since moving to NJ we’ve been trying to find a perfect place that makes us feel at ease and comfortable and one that Izzy will like. After having a disastrous experience at another place, CCC of the Lake was AMAZING! From the initial conversation all of the staff were so comforting and helped ease our concerns. They upload photos of the pups almost everyday and that truly secured our thoughts on how she was doing for our trip! We saw she was playing and not scared or looking miserable and it was great. We picked her up and she was excited to see us but seemed like she had a great time! We will definitely be back for our annual vacations but also doggie daycare days during the year!

Leanne was recommended to me by a friend when we had a last minute trip come up, she was more then accommodating and came to meet my baby, Reign. Reign struggles with separation and is fearful of new people, but leanne and her daughter were so amazing with her. 🥰 After that first weekend trip and seeing how much Reign loved them, I wouldn’t want anyone else (besides family) to take care of her. Since that first trip away we added a new puppy to the family and Leanne and her daughter were also amazing with him and had no problem doing all things puppy with him and Reign. BIG DOG REVIEW! As I’m sure you other big dog owners can agree, it can be difficult to find trustworthy, confident, and reliable pet sitting. Jody and Mark came by to meet my 165lb St Bernard Hazel Grace, and I just knew from there she was in good hands. Hazel is reactive to other dogs and animals, so I’m always struggling to find pet sitters who can handle her, and relieve me of my anxiety of leaving her when I go on work trips. This has been the best pet sitting experience I have had thus far, Mark was on time, took her on walks despite her difficulty on walks, he handled her well, I didn’t fret for a moment while I was gone. I started having Shirley come to my home this spring when I added a new puppy to the house. I figured I would do it for the first month so that the puppy didn't have to wait all day while I was at work to go potty. Well it worked out so well that even though the puppy no longer needs to be let out during the day, I still want Shirley to come and take care of my three dogs. I love having the peace of mind knowing that if anything is out of the ordinary at home, Shirley gets in contact with me and lets me know. She is great with all three of my dogs even though one can be a bit protective of her home.
Shirley has been my pet sitter for over 3 years...that alone should tell you how I feel about her! Much like another reviewer, I am very particular about my dogs and they are my most precious beings. We compete in dog agility and my dogs are very active. Shirley and her staff help me keep my dogs fit and engaged when I cannot be with them. Since I rescue my dogs, there is always the "unknown" when introducing a new dog into the pack. Shirley is a certified dog trainer and we communicate frequently so she knows what I am working on with each dog and she will tell me what I need to know based on her visits. Shirley and her team have been taking care of my pup for the past 4 years and they are absolutely amazing. With two working parents, we had always hated leaving our pup alone for so many hours. Luckily we came across DSS&S 4 years ago and they solved an important problem that we had. They come to our house multiple times a day, they make sure our dog has ample time outside and is taken care of. At night they feed her prior to us getting home and have also stayed at our house when we went on short trips. Even when I gave birth to my son, they saved us by stopping whatever they were doing and picked up our dog and brought her to her own house and took care of her! How amazing is that! Just love them and would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent for personal dog sitting in a private home. Not like a kennel. They have fenced in yards and dogs are allowed on furniture and beds. Just make sure to book early.

The Peaks Pet Nanny provides excellent care and service. When my fiancé started working away from home several days a week, we needed someone knowledgeable and trustworthy to stop by and look after our senior dog. Lynn was everything we needed and more! She was incredibly attentive and compassionate, going above and beyond to ensure our dog was comfortable and happy. She even noticed when he wasn’t feeling well and immediately let us know, which gave us valuable information to share with the vet. Their team was super reliable, easy to contact, and willing to accommodate last-minute schedule changes without any issue. Sadly, my dog has since passed away, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use The Peaks Pet Nanny again in the future. Their compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism truly set them apart.
I used Peaks Pet Nanny when I lived in Morris and Sussex County, NJ from 2017 to 2024. The service was amazing throughout the years. Cathy was my regular dog walker in Wharton and Myrna in Sparta. I called on them primarily for vacations and as needed for longer work days. They were great! I loved the notes they always left for me when I arrived home updating me on what the walks were like and how the dogs were doing; they sent me photos via text, especially when I was gone for more than a day; and they clearly loved to snuggle with my little ones. And Gina and Patric were always super-responsive. I highly recommend this service.

I want to give a special shout-out to Aliyah who took care of my minirex bunny CeCe while my family and I were away on vacation. Aliyah gave lots of love to CeCe and communicating with her was very seamless. I have been using the Peaks Pet Nanny for a few years now and I cannot praise them enough. Patric and Gina provide something that is priceless - the peace of mind that our pets will be lovingly cared for, no matter what. When we first signed up with Peaks Pet Nanny we had two beautiful Maine Coons - Molly and Wildfire. We lost Molly a year ago and not it's just Wildfire. The Peak Pet nannies who have come to our house are wonderful - they are devoted pet lovers themselves who go above and beyond what's expected to make sure that our pets feel cared for. They arrive on time, spend quality time with Wildfire petting and brushing her (she loves that) and send me regular updates with pictures. Peaks Pet Nanny's service is 100% reliable. The visits will happen, no matter what. On Thanksgiving last year, it turned out that the nanny who was booked to care for Wildfire got sick. Patric called me to reassure me that he had reshuffled schedules and there would be two nannies sharing the three-day booking. It was a complicated schedule, but it worked! Wildfire was happy and we were happy and had a wonderful holiday. To all pet parents who need pet care when they are away I highly recommend Peaks Pet Nanny.
The BEST pet sitting service! Used for daily walks for my dog, as well as cat sitting for my two cats while away. All "nannies" are wonderful. Scheduling and payments are very easy as well. Gina & Patrick run a very professional company. Highly recommend!
I never leave reviews but this company does need one. Gina was so kind and she found the accommodation I needed right away. Chopper and Bear loved Fred and their time with him - he is such a gentle soul and I’m glad my fur babies got to meet him. When I came home, Chopper was so happy - I was very worried to leave him for days but Fred made us feel comfortable with all the pictures and the notes. I’m also a vet tech so I’m very attentive about my babies but they all put me at ease and the experience was wonderful. if I will need more assistance in the future or know someone that will, I’ll definitely contact them. 1000% recommend this company to take care of your fur babies.
