Truly remarkable is one word amongst many that springs to mind to describe this day care for pups 🐾If it wasn’t for Happy Hounds I wouldn’t be able to go into the office knowing my beloved Nova is cared for 🥰 and feels secure. She suffers from anxiety and cry’s non stop if left alone so this place is a life saver. They literally love her like she was there own. I love the little updates they do especially the effort they go to for Birthdays I’m definitely booking Nova in for her puppy birthday just so she can eat cake and wear a silly hat 🎂

Happy hounds is the best doggy day care in Herts. The team are absolutely fantastic! My pup adores trotting off to day care and playing with all the other dogs. Her confidence has improved so much. The enrichment they provide for the dogs is amazing (they have given me a lot of ideas of things I can try at home to keep my pup entertained) The pupdates and little photoshoots they do are brilliant. The set up is very well run and organised and you know your puppy is in great hands. The booking system is very user friendly, and they are very reasonably priced. If you need a doggy day care send your pup to Happy hounds, where the team will love and care for your dog as much as you do. You won’t regret it! Couldn’t recommend them enough. 5*

We have been using Happy Hounds for our dog, Rupert, for 3 years and we cannot fault the care at all - it’s second to none. Georgie and the team cater to not only our dogs (particularly fussy) needs but to all of the dogs. They provide a detailed handover at the end of the day with details of Rupert’s escapades and particular achievements of that day, and also quickly address and follow up any concerns that they may have. There are also photo and video updates each day to keep you updated on your dogs’ day. They provide a stimulating, varied environment but also ensure that all of the dogs participate in rest time to ensure the dogs get the rest they need and do not become overwhelmed or overstimulated. Our dog absolutely loves attending daycare, he cannot wait to get out of the car when we pull up and races to the door, pawing at the gate if one of the girls are not (in his opinion) quick enough to let him in. They have high expectations of each dog’s’ behaviour to ensure that all are safe and happy at all times. We can’t thank each and every one of the team enough for their continued hard work🐾

Love the flexibility! I love that you can book on an app and reschedule etc (within reason of course!), and know that my dog will be well looked after and come home content and tired from a days play. Also the photo updates, esp birthday and Christmas photos are my absolute favourites

We (Tulips & Tails Pet Photography) have now done three Photo Shoot days at Happy Hounds and it is clear to see that they have a great understanding of doggy behaviour and enrichment. The pups all seem happy and confident and the staff are all great with them and very clearly understand all of their individual needs. The owner Georgie is very helpful, well organised and runs a tight ship! We can't wait to come back again next year!

Milo thoroughly enjoys his days at HHH he loves all his Aunties that work there . Milo suffers with separation anxiety but will happily attend daycare . Nothing is too much trouble for Gemma and the girls who go out of their way to look after the dogs in their care. Wouldn’t know what to do without them. The Hudson’s

Amazing doggy day care! Our dog has been going to HHH for almost 2 years and she absolutely loves it. The staff are all kind and caring. They go above beyond for each dog’s birthday and you get to see photos of what they get up to everyday, which is just wonderful. We couldn’t be happier with HHH’s services and can’t thank everyone working there enough for creating such a wonderful atmosphere for our dog Luna. X

Hayley is great. She provides lots of updates and is super responsive when organising dates for day care. She tries to be flexible where possible which has been a godsend when I started a new job and didn’t have full control of the days Patrick would need looking after. Patrick adores going to day care, spending time with his little friends but also snuggling up with Hayley. I would highly recommend Fido & Friend's to anyone looking for dog care.

Amazing service, our dog loves his visits to Hayley and Craig at Fido & Friends. We know he will always get a great walk, and being very needy, he gets plenty of attention and cuddles throughout the day! During his stay Hayley provides WhatsApp updates of photos and videos which we love as it's always lovely to see how much fun he is having. Would highly recommend!

Hayley is brilliant with our little Spencer and he loves going for day care every week when I'm in work. We also get to see loads of pictures of him with his friends on the Instagram & TikTok!🐾 he's also enjoyed overnight stays too! …

Our Charlie is super happy playing with all of his friends.Lovely long walks with plenty of photos and videos through out the day. We are so glad we found Fido and Friends because we know all the dogs are happy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hayley has looked after our little rescue dog a few times now whilst I've been away on holiday and I know he is always having a brilliant time. Hayley is super attentive to the needs of each individual dog to make sure they are happy and safe, so I know my boy is getting the same level of attention and fuss he would do at home. He loves playing and exploring with the other dogs, especially Little Dave! And Hayley sends lots of photos and videos so you can see what they are getting up to! I would 100% reccomend Hayley to look after your dog. Fred can't wait to stay again 🥰

This was buddy's second staycation with Hayley, Craig, little Dave and Charlie ( the dogs) he was very excited to return. Hayley runs a very organised and professional pet care service. From the moment your beloved pooch goes into her care, rest assured you will know that they are having the best time ever. I was updated all the time with fabulous photo's of buddy enjoying his time with the other doggy boarders and little Dave and Charlie. *** Awesome service! *** My dog has been walking with Hayley and her dogs for a few months now and she absolutely loves it. It’s nice to see the videos, photos and updates after her walk. :) She gets to play with lots of dogs on a regular basis which is lovely to see. On the odd occasion we need to change the day, Hayley is very accommodating and offers alternative days if she can. It’s nice to know she is local and only does this side of Chells Manor Stevenage which means my dog isn’t in the car for long. Hayley gives plenty of notice of her holidays book which means I can sort alternative plans out well in advance. I know my dog is safe, happy and well looked after when she is with Hayley. I would definitely recommend her services :)

My dog loves her time she spends with Hayley, Craig and their lovely dogs at Fido and Friends. My dog is a Romanian rescue and Hayley has spent so much time getting to know her and now she has flourished in their daycare and boarding. They go on lovely walks and countryside adventures followed by rest, fuss and lots of attention in their lovely home. I don’t know what we would do without Hayley and Craig, my dog sees them as her second family and gets very excited when the car pulls up outside their house!

My dogs love going for a. Adventure with Hayley and co! Hayley sends great pictures of the walk and the dogs are always tired afterwards. I get a report on how they have been and it has really helped with their confidence and being more social with other dogs. I highly recommend Fido and friends for fun walks with people who really love dogs.

My 6.5 month old puppy goes to Megs once a week and he loves it. He plays in the garden, goes to the park and woods for adventures, gets lots of attention and snuggles and meets other dogs. Meg sends pupdates during the day and it's obvious she adores dogs. Best of all, he's knackered that evening and most of the next day too.

Megan was the perfect sitter for our dog, Teddy. He’s quite a big dog but Megan was more than happy to look after him and he had a great time with her. She was very friendly, excellent with Teddy and I was grateful for her flexibility in arranging the logistics. She kept us updated with messages and photos while we were out and this was much appreciated. Will definitely be using her again and would highly recommend!

Rocky had her first day at Meg’s a few months back and she really enjoyed it! She’s a very timid dog but once she gets to know you she really comes out of her shell. It’s so nice to have someone I can trust with Rocky. I loved getting the little updates throughout the day. Highly recommend Four Legs & Meg and won’t hesitate to use again. Thank you again x

Meg looks after my Fox Terrier Rufus and he loves going there. Meg really understands him and I feel totally relaxed when he is there. I would definitely recommend Meg if you are looking for someone who cares as much about your dog as you do. It’s like a home from home.

Leia had a few stays at Megan’s and we are so happy about it! We had an hour assessment for Leia to meet Megan and Finn to make sure they get along before Leia actually stayed there. As Leia is quite young so we were kind of worried, but during the stays we received photos and updates regularly, it’s reassuring and we can tell Leia really enjoyed the stays! Because of the stays, Leia managed to get over the difficulties that pups have with meeting other dogs and became much more confident! It’s also a nice family home! Honestly we are so glad that we found Megan, she is so good with dogs and nice, we 100% trust her, we already booked in a few stays for Leia, definitely recommended!

Meg looks after my little 6 month old puppy Otis on a weekly basis when I have to go to work. Otis absolutely loves going to see Meg for daycare and runs all the way from the car into the house. I 100% trust Meg with him and am so grateful to have found her. The thing I value most is Meg’s flexibility. Sometimes I have last minute changes to my schedule which mean I need to book Otis in for extra days and she is always so accommodating. Thank you!

Meg is absolutely brilliant and we couldn't recommend her more - our pup Eric always has the best time and Meg is wonderful, and also regularly sends photos and videos of what our boy has been up to! Would highly recommend.

We couldn't have been happier with Michelle’s care for our 9 month old black lab pup. We felt reassured for our 10 days away. Michelle sent photos and videos. The pup slept in a lovely spacious room with a large crate and had a long walk every day. It was great to know she was being well cared for in a homely, family environment. Amazing care from Michelle whenever she has looked after our dog, Coco for us. Each time Coco has stayed, we have been sent regular updates, pictures and/or videos which gives us peace of mind and reassurance. Coco's confidence has grown since staying with Michelle, and she is more relaxed and comfortable in the company of other dogs. Cannot recommend Michelle highly enough.

We really couldn't be happier with the service Michelle provides. Our 2 year old lab, Lola stayed with Michelle for 2 weeks while we were on holiday. It was the longest she has stayed away from us, and we were really quite worried about leaving her for so long. After a trail day, I could tell that Lola absolutely loved being at Michelle's. When we took her for the full 2 week stay, she was immediately at home, and didn't even notice us go! All of the photos and videos that Michelle sent us showed that Lola was having an amazing time. Michelle loves all the dogs that stay with her, and they get treated as if they are her own. Thank you very very much Michelle!

As a dog owner all you want is for your dog to be safe, happy, entertained, and well looked after when you are away on holiday, and this is exactly what I got for my labradoodle! Michelle sent regular videos showing our dog clearly having her own lovely holiday when we were away which always put a smile on my face. I actually think she is now a bit bored she’s home! We are very happy that we contacted Michelle on a recommendation from our dog walker. Our dog has now stayed at Michelle's house on a couple of occasions and she has had a great time. She settles in straight away and gets on great with Michelle's pets. They go for lovely walks and gets well looked after. I would definitely recommend Happy Pet People.

My dog Milo stayed with Michelle for over 2 weeks and I couldn’t have been happier. Even from the start the thorough checks and trials to make sure myself and Milo were happy. My 2 year old sproodle can be slightly ‘challenging’ sometimes so was worried about how he’d be in a new setting but Michelle sent me lots of great videos of him having the best time ever, running around off lead and he made some great friends whilst at it! Michelle spent 1 on 1 time with Buddy to work on his confidence and obedience which I hugely appreciate ♥️

Michelle does an excellent job looking after dogs. She understands and dedicated her time to understanding the different needs of individual dogs and creates a fun and fulfilling atmosphere for all!

Michelle looked after my mini golden doodle for two weeks over Christmas. He was extremely well looked after, he had lots of exercise and she sent me regular photos and videos which was lovely and enabled me to relax and enjoy my holiday knowing he was happy and well looked after. Michelle looked after our 5 month old puppy. He spend the whole day playing and had such a good time. Michelle kept us up to date with pictures and videos as it was the first time we left him overnight. Would highly recommend.

We did a trial night with Eva (our 4 yr old Golden Retriever). Her first kennel experience. I think she got a little stressed, she wet her bed there and came home having lost her voice...too much barking I suppose, and she's not much of a barker. And she's never had to go to the toilet on concrete before, so she must have held it in for as long as she could, poor thing. But she was fit and very happy! 3 weeks later we went back for the real deal, a full week in kennels! Eva dragged me from the car to the building...a good sign! And she was happy to be dropped off. It was only once we got back from holiday I looked on Facebook and saw lots of Eva having a great time on walks and in the river (on lead). I wish I knew about the FB posts while I was away! Eva was happy to see me, a little smelly but nothing a bath didn't fix and her bark had gone again. I was told she settled in much better the second time and she was certainly very happy around all the very friendly staff. I chose kennels rather than friends or house sitters to avoid the chance of being let down at the last minute before holidays. First time in kennels so I was a little worried, but had no reason to be at all and will definitely use Mimram again! (Pictures here taken on walks with Mimram Kennels)

We have used Mimram for our last and current dog and both pull to go in and never look back when the guys take them off to their kennel. Dogs come out happy and clean. We love the Facebook posts and photos they put up showing our dog having fun

Staff seem like lovely people but seem not to fully listen to you and your wishes for your dogs. Dogs also came home with quite bad with kennel cough which had apparently only came on a day before pick up but symptoms were already pretty bad? So made me think could have been longer. Another lady was also dropping off her dog at the time of my pick up and they didn’t even make her aware this was going around in the kennels until I had spoken up in the reception.

Helped me out at very late notice which meant I was still able to go on holidays. Very helpful. Reasonably price and my dogs very well looked after. Great team

I viewed two daycare centres, Mimram being the 2nd and as soon as I arrived I knew it was the one. The place had a real charm about it with very good outdoor space and the individual kennels having outdoor sections as well. The people at the kennels were very friendly and knowledgeable and clearly loved all the dogs....so I gave it a try and my ten month Lab pup spent his first day there, when I arrived to collect him he was waggytails and seemed very happy and relaxed and I later saw lovely pics on their Facebook of my boy enjoying outdoor time in their field. However I thought the real test would be Loki's reaction when I took him back. Well all I can say is that the boy did not look back, he happily trotted off again all waggytails with one of the staff members and not once did he look back, he was actually pulling at the lead to go in...you can't really get much more of an endorsement than that!

Great kennels and my dog absolutely loves staying here- he even cries when he has to leave. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the photos to Facebook of the dog's play sessions are a nice bonus too

We (and Teddy!) love Mimram! So good to have a local family run kennels - the team are lovely & Teddy goes running in every time so that’s the ultimate 5* review…(he hasn’t learned to type yet 🐾) …

We're so happy we found Mimram, our little dog Wilson is very nervous and they handle him with such care, empathy and patience. The staff are so friendly and always update their Facebook page with pup-dates which we looked forward to every other day while we were on holiday. Chloe is amazing ... utterly charming and instantly trustworthy ... she jumped in at the last minute and looked after our 2 kittens over the Christmas break ... following housesitting instructions to the letter ... and sending us daily photographs of Dolly and Beanz (rather good ones I may add!) ... will definitely be calling upon her services again.

We have been using Chloe and her girls on a regular basis for 3 years now. Chloe is always very responsive on texts. All are great with our dog and our dog loves them. They are sensible and don’t walk when it’s too hot but hang with the dog and provide company/distraction instead. They always share photos of the happy pup which is very thoughtful and much appreciated🙏🏻💚Highly recommend their services!

I have a rescue dog, who is a bit tricky and has lots of needs, mostly around routines! he has had a very traumatic life. I very much wanted some time away and the Remraf team have made that possible!! Lisa from the team came for a meet up and some “get to know you” walks that went well and then she pet sat for 4 days with overnight sits and walks and it all went brilliantly😀 I am delighted with the care and attention she gave my boy and I felt happy and confident going away, knowing he would be so well cared for. Communication whilst I was away was excellent, with regular updates and photos. Chloe and Mel were so helpful, accommodating my greyhound sitting needs very late in the day (less than 2 weeks before I was due to go away and in peak holiday season). Communication was great and Mel came to meet my boy a few times so he would feel more comfortable with her. I got daily updates, photos, videos of his adventures with Mel (and other doggy friends, he loves other dogs), he had great walks in lovely settings. Chloe and Mel asked all the right questions for info about him and his needs, meaning nothing was missed (you know what it’s like, you do their routine without thinking, then don’t think to detail it all. No worries as they covered everything - routine, allergies, likes/dislikes, feeding, treats, meds, vet details etc). I was worried he wouldn’t want me back as he had such a good time. I had no concerns about leaving my fur baby or my house in their care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Remraf K9 services. Thank you so very much for enabling me to go on holiday with confidence that Hamish would be well cared for. As soon as I saw a picture of him roaching (as in picture attached) I knew he was relaxed (he was roaching from Day 2).

I have used Chloe on a number of occasions. I find her incredibly professional, riliable and capable, My animals range from dogs, cats rabbits , Guinea Pigs and rabbits and she can manage them all! She keeps me updated with lovely pictures whilst I’m away which is a lovely touch. I recommend her10/10 ⭐️⭐️

Chloe is a very enthusiastic and professional lady, she has helped us with our very reactive Labrador, providing training, printouts and advice. Our Lab also goes on a weekly walk with one of her walkers and she provided us with a sitter for an all day session, at short notice, so we could attend a family funeral. I know I can call Chloe at any time for advice and I have no hesitation in recommending RemRaf Pet Services.

Chloe has been helping us train our rescue dog for a few months, and I’m convinced at this point that she speaks 'Dog.' Unlike other trainers that we have tried in the past, Chloe adapts her methods to fit our dog's... unique personality... Highly recommend her!

The lovely people at We Love Pets Stevenage took such good care of our cat whilst we were on holiday, and kept us updated on their visits with photos and a few words. Very reassuring to know he was well looked after (didn't stop him being grumpy with us when we returned though!!!).

After loosing our older dog we decided that our other dog wouldn't cope with being in kennels by himself, so looked for a home boarder. We love pets was recommended to us. We did an over night sleepover and then a day visit to find the perfect match. We went away for a few days knowing our dog was being looked after and cared for like their own. With updates and photo's the whole time reassuring us he was happy and safe. We will definitely be using our home boarder again and would highly recommend we love pets!

So lucky to have found such lovely and caring people to look after our dogs! My dogs are absolutely in love with all the carers and get so excited when they see them! They have always tried their best to accommodate me at short notice when I have needed last minute dog care . Can't recommend this company enough!

We have an elderly golden retriever with mobility problems . We knew we couldn't put him into kennels and luckily found We love Pets , they were so caring . He was looked after in a family home, which we visited beforehand so they knew him , his needs & medication etc. Whilst he was there they updated us with photos so we knew he was happy and we could relax in the knowledge he was being well cared for. We would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone looking for home care for their fur baby !

We used WLPS to look after our 3 cats while we were away for a week. All our requests were taken care of and I have already booked them again for the next time we are away. It's nice to have found reliable and trustworthy people to look after the cats.

WLP have been fantastic in looking after our tortoise. Since we go away a few times a year, it’s a comfort to know there’s someone reliable and friendly available. Our tort is on good hands!

We have been using the pet sitting service for a year now and we could not be happier. Thor loves going there every week and he alsways comes back home a happy boy. Charlotte is always very responsive and willing to help with requests and the sitters are wonderful with Thor, so I feel peace of mind when he is there. The only thing I would change is having a more flexible cancellation policy, hence the 4 starts.

For our 9-month old dog first night away we had been very pleased with Charlotte and her team. Tasha has been great and did a wonderful job at caring about our dog like it was hers. She’s kept me informed regularly how she was doing through quick chat and photos sharing. Our dog had a great one night stay and we peacefully enjoyed our night out. Thanks a lot Tasha!

Halo Dogs is an amazing daycare! Our Beagle Cookie has been going there for years now, on a weekly basis, and seems to love it. The midday update email with photo is much appreciated, and you can see the dogs having so much fun! Would definitely recommend! People working at Halo Dogs are also lovely.

We have been sending our Great Dane, Xena to Halo Dogs when she was six months old. Sufficed to say she absolutely loves it and appears to prefer the team there over us, her actual owners! Normally she woofs at anyone and everyone who comes to the front door, but with Halo she greats them with a wagging tail and leaves without any noise. Halo provide an excellent service and are one of the only few daycares that serves central London. They listen and are attentive. We have recommended Halo to many other dog owners and will continue to do so.

If your dog had a car they would drive here and never leave. Halo is amazing. Our dog absolutely loves it. Loads and loads of outdoor space, facilities, and other dogs to play with. And if they want to chill out there is plenty of space for them to do that too. The staff are brilliant. They are all not only dog experts but more importantly dog lovers! It's a proper personalised experience for the dog - they all know our dog thoroughly and are always chatting about her. It's a door to door service and we have never felt more confident than when the Halo van arrives! Some people say it's a bit expensive. It isn't. It's great value for money. They are at the farm all day, they have two walks a day, the area is massive, they get treats and interaction all day, AND they are picked up and dropped off (even if you're not in). Complete peace of mind. 100% worth it. Book a free introduction day - take your dog and meet everyone there and see for yourself!

My miniature bull terrier Stella has been going to Halo at least once a week (and sometimes more if she’s lucky) since February and honestly cannot imagine her life without Halo. We get daily pictures and a personalised report updating us on her progress. They even have a vet nurse called Ros on staff who has called to check up on Stella once when she was ‘off sick’ :). Everyone is so lovely and Stella is always super happy to get picked up and go spend the day at the farm. WE LOVE HALO ❤️

I have being sending Barney to Halo Dogs for around 2 years, and trust me when I say if Barney didn't like it he wouldn't go. The team at HALO are amazing and look after Barney as though he was their own, when Barney comes back from Day School I can just tell he has had a fun actioned packed fun day. I am also really appreciative of the pick up and drop off service from my home or my work place, the ease of the booking system and the the general organisation of how Halo Dogs runs. Barney and I highly recommend Halo, while you dog is living their best life, you can rest assure that your dog will be in very safe and caring hands.

Excellent day care centre and a perfect holiday retreat when we’re away. Bella absolutely loves this place The staff are friendly polite and adore the dogs they care for. Halo were amazing, and an absolute saviour for me and my puppy. Frankie went to Halo from the age of 6 months for about 8 months, until we moved out of London. We visited the daycare facilities before we committed to anything, just to see how Frankie got on and so I could check out where Frankie would be when he was there. There was plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors - space for quiet nap time, and lots of space for running around and enrichment and agility activities. The dogs were also taken out on walks as there was plenty of space around, so Frankie was able to burn off all that crazy puppy energy during the day! He practically ran out the door on his daycare days and loved Bruno, who came to pick him up a couple of times a week. He always came back tired which was the sign of a good day. They also sent little pupdates and photos during the day so you knew what he’d been getting up to. Having spoken to Bruno and Justin on a couple of occasions when Frankie was slightly challenging…they were super helpful and gave some really sound advice. I knew Frankie was in very good hands on the days he was there. He is a very social dog so loved playing with his puppy pals, and I also recommended Halo to a couple of friends with dogs of a similar age so he sometimes had some friendly faces to mess around with. The facilities and all the staff were excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a daycare. They were super easy to manage online - you could book, cancel and pay for it all online so minimum hassle. Frankie and I moved out of London which was the only reason we left, but not before they gave him a special little birthday celebration and a fun last day. Thanks Halo, you were and Frankie and I were so grateful for your help in those challenging, early puppy days!

Our 13 year old Irish Terrier Bella has been going to Halo Dogs on and off for the past 10 years or so and we couldn’t be happier with the care they offer! Doggie day care isn’t cheap but Halo are very competitive and offer so much for the price. The fact they collect and drop off makes everything so much easier for us and their facilities and location are second to none! There is loads of outdoor space and lovely cosy inside areas too - I often think I’d love to spend the day there! The guys at Halo all seem to genuinely love our dogs and we get updates through the day and they listen carefully to any individual concerns or special requests. Bella absolutely loves going to Halo - think she’d rather be there than with us - always desperate to get into the van and it’s a great feeling to know your dog is happy! I really couldn’t recommend Justin and his team enough!

Can't recommend Halo Dogs enough! Was recommended them by my parents as our family dog Sheba had such a good time at Halo and now my sister uses them too. Our 3 month old puppy Omen is a little anxious and was in need of some serious socialisation. We were quite worried about her first day but the staff there reassured us that she would be fine and even provided 'pupdates' during the day. During her day at Halo she met so many dogs and came back exhausted but tail wagging and tongue out which is always a good sign. The staff there are so attentive and really care about the dogs. She will stay there for a full week next week with lots of training involved as the staff there have full training facilities too, and we have absolutely no doubts that she will have the best time. We live actually quite far from Halo but are willing to make the journey as there is nothing like them in our area and need the best for our dog. Big big love to everyone over at Halo Dogs, you're doing an incredible job!

Our dog Barlet has been going to Halo since he was about 4 months old. He's always excited to get picked up and head off to the farm. He's gone to their daycare regularly and lately done a few long overnight stays. We always used to worry about what to do with B while on holiday, but now we happily leave him at Halo and know he'll have a great time. The updates really help as well, especially when he's on his own holiday at the farm. The convenience of him being picked up and dropped off makes all the difference as well. My mischief stayed here for two weeks, can't rate them highly enough!! Timi and Paul are lovely and took such good care of the girls, sending video compilations of their play time and any cute/funny moments. They also made sure to accommodate their vitamins and discussed what I would want should they need the vet, very thorough and professional!

This has been my first time using a rat boarding service, and I needn't look anywhere else! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and happy to accommodate any rat's specific needs. (One of my boys required meds twice daily.) I was able to settle the boys into their cage, which gave me peace of mind to see where they would be staying. The cage was laid out very well - I only had to bring hammocks and water bottles for them. My boys stayed for eight nights. I received regular updates together with some videos of them with treats or out on free-roam. I can't recommend Coco's enough.

First time leaving our rats and had absolutely no worries about them while we were away as we were sent regular updates and videos! They were so well cared for and happy! I’m sure they’ve come home even more confident than before. Would 100% recommend Coco’s!

Our two boys recently stayed for a four nights and I can't fault the care they were given at all. Timi and Paul went over and above looking after our boys and the videos we received of their free roam time were amazing. Timi and Paul also gave us lots of helpful advice and are genuinely the nicest people ever! Would definitely recommend and would certainly use Coco's Rat Resort again! We used Coco's Rat boarding recently for our 2 girls whilst we were away on a holiday and we had an amazing experience! Timi and Paul are very professional and clearly possess a lot of knowledge and experience of working with rats. They were incredibly patient and kind towards our girls, considering how shy they are with new people. We also got daily updates from them with videos of playtime, which was very reassuring! I recently used Cocos Rat Resort to board our three does whilst we were away over Easter. I was nervous as our rats really are part of our family, but I needn't have worried. The 5* reviews on here are spot on. The whole process was made so easy for us - the girls quite obviously had a great time and it was wonderful for my young children to see the array of videos showing their rats getting up to mischief whilst we were away! Can’t recommend Paul & Timi at Coco’s Rat resort more highly! Great communication, highly professional and most importantly really care for the little rodents in your life taking time to play with them outside the cage and even share great videos whilst we were away. One downside is that I think our rats may have enjoyed their holiday more than we did!

I recently used Cocos Rat Resort to board my group of 4 rats, after struggling to find suitable rat sitters. Timea & her partner were very friendly, flexible, and helpful. It was such a relief to not have to bring our own cage, as one is already provided, fully set up with an active layout. All I had to bring was hammocks, food, and water bottles! They had even made it accessible for my boy with HLD. Throughout the week I was sent photos and videos of my boys having the best time, and it was a comfort to know that they were being well cared for by somebody with extensive rat experience. I'd definitely recommend Cocos Rat Resort, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Coco's was recommended to me by the breeder of my rats, and it was absolutely excellent. Paul & Timi were so helpful with the booking and flexible with the drop off/collection arrangements. The rats themselves got to stay in a very well equipped cage (I took away some ideas 🙂) and appeared to have a fantastic time. They're booked in for their next visit already.

We booked Amy to look after our pups over our wedding weekend. She came to meet them for a trial walk beforehand and we were instantly put at ease by her calmness and how much the dogs liked her. She stayed at ours for a few nights and kept us updated throughout the long weekend with how the dogs were getting on. She also left the house spotless when she left! Amy is great with the dogs and we will definitely be booking with her again.
