Warning. Terrible new development at pampered pet resort. They have changed their play schedule and deleted an entire session for all pets. This means your pet will only go out every four hours and if you drop them off at daycare, they will only go out once in a seven hour period. This is crazy. The staff was of no help. The manager does not want to return calls your pet will be locked up for four hours at a time and only go out once in an eight hour time. If you leave your dog for 24 hours, they only go out 4 times!!!!. THIS IS STRAIGHT CRAZY THEY THINK ITS OK. CRAZY. BE WARNED. Update: they think dogs being out less and in their crate more is good for the dog. See their response. It’s nuts. They have an indoor facility the dogs could use. This wreaks of company deciding profit over dogs is ok. It’s not, dogs don’t go to you to stay in a cage for 4 hours a time. It meant poor Reggie was there from 8:30am to 3pm and only let out 1 time!!! How many times did you walk by poor Reggie in the crate during the 6 hours you couldn’t be bothered to take him out? Ludicrous that you say you’re for pets when you act this way, knowing a dog has only been out 1 time! In 6+ hours!!!. Shame on you and your employees for this terrible policy. Stay away.

Firstly, if I could leave ten stars I would. I cannot express just how much of a fabulous facility this is. My little dog has been coming here for about a year and a half. I pulled him out of another facility because I wasn't happy and placed him in the excellent care of Joyce and her team at Pampered pet Resorts. I worked with Joyce at another facility with my previous pup who needed some special care and attention towards the end of her life and Joyce was incredibly sensitive to my dogs needs then. Every time I tale Spike here there is a calm and organized atmosphere, the facility is spotless and well run. I just cannot say enough. They will treat your pup like royalty!

We were charged an additional $120 because of the way we brought in our dogs food. We have been taking our dog here for as long as I can remember. We have brought our dogs food the same way every time and have never had a problem. Their policy is that the food has to be “divided up into each individual day”. Nobody told us this policy has actually gone into effect after multiple times speaking on the phone. No heads up, reminders, or warning from anyone. Not even the lady checking us in or out knew what this additional “bagged food” charge was for or failed to mention to us that we would be charged additional if it wasn’t separated. Additionally, we called and said we were dropping off the dogs very early in the morning since we had an early flight. However, no one communicated to the worker there that morning what time we were coming in. As a result of this, we were rushing to make our flight because the suite was not ready. Have better communication with returning customers (not anymore) and staff.

After having a couple of subpar experiences at other pet boarding facilities in the Naples area we discovered Pampered Pet. We are so glad and grateful to have found this facility. A lot can be said about a business not when everything goes as planned, but how they handle challenges. We boarded our big guy (124 lbs) with our little guy (20 lbs) in a Presidential XL suite so that they could comfort each each other during their stay. Unfortunately, due to previous bad experiences our big guy almost immediately was displaying signs of stress. That is when the magic happened. Pampered Pet employees swiftly and confidently made a safety decision to move our little guy to his own suite due to the stress and angst our big was displaying. They called us immediately to notify us of their action and to inform us which camera we could view our little guy in his new pen. In addition they worked with our big guy, giving extra love and attention to help him with his stress and they moved him to a quieter part of the facility. For the next week we were able to view, in live time, both of pets acclimating and thriving in their new surroundings. On many instances we saw employees giving love and attention to all of the dogs on site. They confidentially led play groups for the dogs and attended to all of their needs. They were accurately aware of the high temperatures outside and took measures accordingly to ensure the animals were safe. They go above and beyond to attend to animals that are stressed by their surroundings and genuinely display care and affection to the animals. We were blown away by this display of professionalism and caring. Not only are we going to board our guys here in the future but we also plan on looking into utilizing some day care services as well. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to board pets for a first time. This is a five star top notch facility run by competent and caring people. Thank you Pampered Pet for taking such good care of our pups (Guillermo & Jericho). You have customers for life!

I could not have asked for a better experience for our Maverick! Being a tiny guy and only sixteen weeks old, I was beyond nervous leaving him for the first time. I checked into many boarding facilities from Cape Coral to Naples and I am so thankful I decided on Pampered Pet Resorts! I loved being able to see him in group play throughout the day and I felt so much more comfortable knowing he was playing and not shut in a kennel all day. I got the best report card that reassured me even more that I made the right decision. If we lived closer, he would attend daycare regularly! Bonus… he was absolutely wiped out when I picked him up. That alone tells me how much fun he had. Thank you so much to everyone at Pampered Pet Resorts for taking such great care of our Maverick and making our trip more enjoyable!

Our dogs Zeus and Mona Lisa were boarded at Pampered Pets for the first time this past week for 6 days. This facility is AWESOME! Being able to see them on the cameras and even watch them play when they had play time with other dogs was such a treat. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. The staff at Pampered Pets is amazing, quick to response to any questions when I email them and are very attentive to all the details we provided them regarding our pups. I would highly recommend Pampered Pets! Having them board there was a huge guilt free relief for us while we were away. Looking forward to using them again in the future!

My comment today about this facility is about the cleanliness. I was very impressed, after watching the live feed at different times during my dog’s stay, at how thorough the staff was at cleaning the kennels and the play yards with water, a solution of soap and scrub brushes! My dog came home after 4 days and didn’t stink like a dirty kennel! Thank you for keeping your facility healthy and CLEAN!

We took 3 of our dogs there. One big boy and 2 toy dogs. Not only do they have cameras where you can watch your pets twenty four hours a day, they took very good care of our babies and we would definitely use them again thank you

5 stars truly for compassion. I have a very, very timid rescue dog, who often can be classified as a “difficult” dog. I was so anxious to leave him. Staff members were sweet and understanding from the very start. They offered to try their best with him and they truly tried everything they could think of to set Ash up for a successful stay. They truly go out of their way to help. You can tell they really care about the dogs in their facility.

First and foremost, we were very apprehensive of leaving our dogs, Sadie and Beau with a “daycare”, so entrusting anyone was a leap of faith. For context, I consistently use the daycare for socialization or just personal time I need and when I travel for work without any hesitation. Our dogs get so excited as we approach or say the magic word, daycare. I cannot say enough about the great staff, clean (and crate-free!) environment with live cams, splash pads and plenty of play space. Joyce has thoughtfully provided a real quality resort environment! I’m so thankful for her and the team at Pampered Pets.

We have been bringing Wiley to Meredith now for about 2 months and we couldn’t be happier!! She goes out of her way to accommodate our schedule and makes a point to send us daily photos of our little pup! The fact that he cannot wait to get out of the car to see her, is very telling. When the puppy is happy, everybody’s happy! 😃 We highly, highly recommend Meredith/My Naples Pet Nanny.

Look no further… Camp Bow Wow is a friendly, family-like place where my French Bulldog Lily can socialize and play with her new friends. It’s home away from home for Lily! I did my research as well as asking other friends that board their dogs here. After hearing several times, “We love Camp Bow Wow”. Their reputation for day camp as well as overnight boarding is excellent. They offer many amenities that I will be interested in buying for Lily. Brandon is the trainer here. He works one on one with your dog at Camp Bow Wow or in your home. Most of all I am confident and trust that my dog is in the best hands either for day camp or boarding. The staff is outstanding. They are always friendly, welcoming, and supportive. I rate Camp Bow Wow in Naples, Florida 5 stars for their complete customer care experience I as well as so many others have too.

My puppy loves Camp Bow Wow! He runs to the door dragging me behind him when we pull into the parking lot. I usually take him when I have an appointment or just need a break. I really should take him more often because he just loves it. The staff are really nice and seem to genuinely love their job. They also have cameras that you can access to watch your pup play. I can always count on a nice long nap when I pick my furry boy up.

My dog loves it!! They worked with Fen and still do to reduce his anxiety. Fen is a very "active" 1 year old Boston Terrier. They send notes from Fen about his day and photos. He gets excited as soon as we turn onto Airport Rd. It makes me feel at ease to have him with such caring and wonderful staff.

Everyone that works there really cares about your dog. You just feel it when you walk in you see the way they treat them they care which says a lot. My dog was sick and didn’t go to day camp one day They called me to see how Toby was doing if he was OK. Every time go there he can’t wait to get in the door. Toby is now 3-1/2 years old and has been at Camp since he was 6 months old. He is a character, 8 pounds of pure happiness. You can’t help but smile when he looks at you. They love him like he was their own dog. You can’t fake that. As you know our dogs are very special and you can rest assured that they are getting the best treatment and care possible. This is a special place!!

We love Camp Bow Wow and have been taking our dog there for a couple years! The team members are attentive, caring and so helpful. Every time we tell Rudy we’re going to Bow Wow, we tell him, “you ready to go to Bow Wow?!”, and he gets so excited, jumping around the house! We’re so happy he loves it and are grateful to the Bow Wow team for loving our sweet boy when he’s there!

I have recently found Camp Bow Wow. My little French bulldog has been there twice. I love it there. I took a full tour. The people are so nice and considerate and caring. He’ll be going there quite often just to play, and if I ever have to leave town, I know I have a safe place to leave him, thank you Camp Bow Wow

We love Camp Bow Wow! The staff are so welcoming to their campers & humans. They are very communicative pre, post and during my pet’s stay. I definitely recommend the bath when you pick your pet!

Everyone that works there loves what they do. It was so evident the moment i walked in their front door. I am a single male that depends on their day care 5 days a week. They have made my life easy to own my pet and work with a clear conscious everyday because I know they take care of him like I do.

Camp Bow Wow is a great place for Venus to visit when we go out of town. Or just for a play date. I’m at ease knowing she’s in a safe place.

Cinda has always looked after my fur, feather, and fin babies with love, care, and responsibility that goes with the care. She cares for them as I do and they love having her. Cinda is amazing! She walks my Border Collie and Pitbull daily and they love her like she's part of the family. She's my #1 go to when I have any questions regarding the health, well being, and care of my animals.

Cinda has been dog sitting our 2 dogs when we travel. She is the BEST!!! Our dogs LOVE her and she is AMAZING with them. She is extremely trust worthy and professional. She always checks in early to confirm dates and times and comes three times a day to check on our dogs and walk them and feed them and play with them. We used to board our dogs but they always came back sick with diarrhea or kennel cough and we would have to take them to the vet after paying to have them boarded. We feel so much better traveling knowing our dogs are being cared for at home. It’s far less stressful and we feel less guilty having Cinda because we know they are getting one on one care. In addition, if our travel plans change because of flight delays or cancellations, we don’t have to stress about picking up our dogs from the boarding camp. If you are looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter then I highly recommend Cinda!

I personally will always recommend any pet lover to use Cinda! She treats every pet as if they were her own. My furbaby, Doja always comes home a happy pup🐕. That's saying alot because Doja hates being groomed and can be a bit of a drama queen. I trust few with my furbaby. Cinda is definitely one you can trust to make sure your furbaby feels comfortable, loved and return smelling amazing ❤️

Best pet service, very personable and cares about your pets.

We hired Paige to perform 5 - one hour long visits with our puppy while I was out of town and my fiance was at work. We fired her after the third visit due to lack of attention toward our dog and highly inappropriate behavior that violated our trust and our home. We would not recommend Paige unless you have cameras in your home, as we did, to verify your dog and you are not being taken advantage of. Very little attention was provided to our 12 week old puppy during these visits, only ~5/10 minutes at the beginning and end of each visit was he taken outside or played with, otherwise he was locked alone in his playpen while Paige and her uninvited shirtless guest sat in our living room on their phones, laid on top of each other on our couch, or performed sensual partner stretches. Google doesn’t seem to want to allow the photos we captured of these activities to be included in this review but we were appalled at what we witnessed in our home and hope others don’t have to deal with the same.

I can’t say enough about Paw-sitive Pet Nanny dog sitting services. They will treat your pets like they are their own! It’s so nice to get away and know our furry companions are being well taken care of. They will send you pics and videos to take away the worry while you travel. Before I found their service I didn’t want to leave my dogs! Now I feel comfortable knowing Paige and her team will provide excellent service and lots of TLC! Thank you Paige!

Paige responded very quickly to a last minute overnight stay request. We had to make several changes before we booked and she responded very quickly to all of them. She alerted us before arriving and gave us updates about how the dogs did. The dogs had a great time!

Paige and her team did an amazing job watching my two Great Dane girls while we were gone for an entire week. This is the 3rd time we have used paw-sitive pet nanny and each time has been stress and worry free knowing that my girls are in good hands while we are away. It’s always hard for me to leave them behind because of their own anxiety and daily medicine routines but paw-sitive pet nanny made it easy!

Paw-sitive Pet Nanny took such good care of our pets while we were out of town. Paige made it very easy to schedule, and Julia sent photos of each of her visits and overnight stays. You could tell she cared about the pets and their well-being. I felt very comfortable and recommend them without hesitation.

Paige and her team are the best. I can rest assure that while I’m gone away or at work that my pups are well taken care. I love that while I’m gone she updates me on their behavior and sends pictures. I was recommended Paige by a friend and I would also recommend her to my friends.

Heidi takes each visit seriously and spends quality time with my dogs. It is obvious that she loves the animals in her care and that her priority is to have happy customers (human and furry). She is careful to pay attention to unusual needs that pop up or any special instructions in my home. Heidi took really good care of my girls when we were on vacation and send me daily updates. I don’t usually leave my pets ever because I worry about them a lot but she helped me feel less worried about them the whole time and sent me pictures. When I got home my pets seem happy and were well cared for when I was gone.

Heidi was amazing! She took such great care of our dog on our wedding day—getting her ready, sending her down the aisle perfectly, and making sure she was fed and happy. Heidi is the best in every way. Professional, dependable, flexible, and really goes above and beyond to make us and our dogs feel comfortable and happy. Heidi has a way with dogs that charms them instantly. My little terrier does not warm up to people very quickly at all but with Heidi, she was running around rolling on her back and letting Heidi pet and snuggle on the first visit. I trust her with my home and my dogs completely!

Heidi and her staff have been caring for my cat, Vinny for almost two years. He is VERY shy around strangers and has some health issues that need to be monitored. Heidi and her staff have been PHENOMINAL !! Prompt, efficient and Vinny's new BFF's !! In fact , Heidi made such a great impression on the front desk staff at my building. THEY referred some other residents to her . The best recommendation I can give is that when we are gone, I NEVER worry about Vinny and his care ..

5 stars isn’t enough Heidi went above and beyond for the pets. Me and my gf went on vacation for a week and my girlfriend doesn’t feel comfortable leaving our cats and Guinea pigs with strangers but ended up giving Heidi a shot and she couldn’t have picked a better pet sitter. My gf always got excited getting the updates/pictures of the pets and we’ll definitely recommend her and use her again when we go on vacation 11/10!

We are very happy with Pet Paradise. He walks in happily, they have cameras to watch them interact with the other dogs. He comes home exhausted so you know he was out playing with the others!

Reading the company's published information and the GOOGLE REVIEWS, we noted several positive 5-Star GOOGLE REVIEWS but, also found numerous and disturbing 1-STAR GOOGLE REVIEWS. I entrusted my fur baby to Pet Paradise at the Naples location for his very first time been boarded and they were really gentle and kind with him. The place was very clean, it has a good amount of indoor and outdoor areas for the dogs to play in and with shaded areas as well as a little doggy water pool for them to cool off. As I was registering him, they asked for his feeding schedule, type of food, special items to leave for him from home to make him more comfortable. Also the best feature, is that they have cameras on the indoor and outdoor areas for owners to be able to watch their fur babies on their website from a mobile device or computer, which gave my family and I a big sense of relief as this was his very first time being away from home. They have a good amount of staff caring for the doggies here and a lot of a la carte services available for the pups. I give 5 stars, as my baby Fluffy was well cared for, also the staff working the front desk was very nice and the drop off/pick up hours were very flexible. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!

Our 5 month old puppy had a great time at Pet Paradise while my husband was in the hospital and I was spending so much time there with him. She played with the other pups and all the staff said she adjusted very quickly to the new surroundings. We will be taking advantage of the doggie day camps soon! Update 9/21/2024 Coco is 2 years old now, and she loves going to Pet Paradise when I need a doggy daycare break. Coco comes in the door and immediately goes bonkers - she is SO HAPPY to see the staff, and can barely wait for them to put on her ID and take her back to where all the doggies are. Doesn't even give me a glance back! She comes home content and sleeps like a log that night!

We've been to a bunch of boarding facilities since we've been here since 1999. They are gentle and caring, and my dog shows it. She gets so happy when we come there, I'm starting to worry that she likes them more than us! They also have a groomer on site, and Jorge did a fantastic job.

Do not even consider trusting this business with your pet. We boarded our dog for 3 days and when we picked him up yesterday evening and got into the car, we noticed a terrible odor. Our dog smelled awful and his belly was sticky from laying in what must have been his own urine for days! The bottom of his food container had the same residue and urine smell. The neglect is astonishing. At minimum the expectation would be to feed the dogs and let them outside to relieve themselves. Aside from the fact that it is not in the nature of dogs to relieve themselves where they sleep, our dog is nearly 4 and was housebroken within the first weekend we adopted him as a pup. He does not have accidents inside and in fact, is very good at letting us know when he needs to be walked. He is also drinking an unusually high amount of water which leads me to suspect his water bowl was not filled regularly either. This is mistreatment of the animals Pet Paradise was entrusted with and PAID for to take care of, and I am sure it did not happen to just our pet. It is heartbreaking.
