Highly recommend, friendly welcoming home-boarding for dogs. Always very accommodating, my dog loves going, it’s a holiday for him too! We can go away for any length of time with the reassurance our pet will be safe, happy and well looked after. Often photos or videos will be sent, lovely after you’ve been missing your pet whilst away.

Whenever we go on holiday, we would not leave our dog anywhere, except in Dogsbody hotel! We come back to a happy relaxed dog, and while away, we know our dog is in safe hands. Highly recommend to any dog owner looking for a lovely happy place to accommodate their dog while on holiday.

We are over the moon with what such wonderful care Frank received while we were away for our Wedding abroad. It’s not easy leaving your spoilt pooches, but knowing that he was in such loving and capable hands made our time away so much more relaxing. It's clear that Frank had a fantastic time at Millin Brook, and we’re so grateful for the attention and care that was given to him. Coming home to a happy and healthy pup was the best welcome we could ask for!

Oatie had a lovely stay with Millin Brook in July. It was his first time staying away from home but he had no problem settling in. We were kept updated every day with lovely pictures and videos of Oatie having fun. We’ll definitely be booking back in with Sian & her wonderful team!

We knew our dog would be happy staying here as soon as we went for a pre-stay tour, he couldn't wait to go in and didn't want to come out! We were leaving him for the first time in 7 years, but there was no need to worry. Millin Brook is professionally run by Sian and Dave. They really understand what people's pets mean to them, and provide an exceptional experience for your dog whilst they are there. Lots and lots of exercise and fun but underpinned by regular mealtimes and rest periods. Our dog was exhausted when we collected him, and had even lost little weight (could you do humans too)?! We would not hesitate to recommend Millin Brook 100% to anyone and thank them for looking after our little oddball so well, so we could enjoy a little break too.

The only kennels Betty has returned to and will continue to do so. Clean, spacious boarding kennels, great outdoor areas and lovely staff. Super reassuring having pictures sent of the dogs enjoying their stay too! Would highly recommend, thank you Sian and team! 🥰 …

This was Heathy and Taylor’s third holiday at Millin Brook as always we are safe in the knowledge that they will be extremely well looked after and cared for by Sian and her team. We always look forward to receiving photos and videos everyday to see our boys enjoying themselves. We have already rebooked for their holidays next year and I’m sure they will have another great holiday. I would reccomend100%

My dog recently stayed for 2 nights at Millin Brook luxury dog boarding kennels. This was his first time staying away, without our family. He was well looked after, and had a great time exploring the fields with his new friends! Sian kept me updated each day with a great selection of photos from the day, and details of how he was doing. Before his stay, Sian took plenty of details about his routines, likes, dislikes, and quirks. I felt secure that my dog would be safe, happy and well looked after at Millin Brook, and would recommend.

This was the first time for my 2 staffies to stay at the kennel. I was worried if they would settle. But they had an amazing time. They made friends with several other dogs, went to the seaside and had an afternoon tea party. Dave and Sian gave them lots of love and attention. This is definately 5 star accomodation. Thoroughly recommended.

We are so grateful to have Millin Brook as a place for Cassie to stay when she can't come with us. Although we live almost an hour away it is worth the effort. Cassie was overjoyed to see Millin Brook again this time. We know from the daily photos that she is outside with the other dogs having a great time and this helps us to relax. Siân is a total professional who understands how important dogs are to their human owners. Cassie was returned to us - as always - shining clean from her bath, wagging her tail and full of the joys. We think that the whole experience helps her with socialisation. It's just a fabulous place to leave your dog.

James and Selma couldn't have done more to reassure us or to make our dog feel at home. During the short time he was with them, we received regular updates, including photos. At the end of his stay, we picked up a happy dog and would have no hesitation in using Mind the Dog again, or recommending them. It's a real doggie home from home!

James and Selma provide a reliable, trustworthy and reassuring dog sitting experience. I used Mind the Dog for a couple of nights stay for our nervous whippet and despite the two of us being a little apprehensive for her first stay away James and Selma immediately put all our worries at bay. They cared for her as if she was their own, shared regular updates and were happy to cater for all her dogs needs. It's the first time my two dogs have stayed anywhere and they had the most amazing time. The location is lovely with a secure garden and on site walking. The dogs live with the family and I don't think either of mine realised they weren't at home. Caroline sent regular updates and photos. Both dogs were very happy and relaxed when I picked them up. Thoroughly recommend Landsker Paws and will be my go to dog boarding from now.

The most amazing holiday home from home for furry family you will ever find. No kennels can or will come close to this place in our eyes. Caroline, the owner, is the nicest of ladies and makes it even more special by how everything is run, so friendly and welcoming to both us and especially our little babies. Our two little dachshund cross are with us at home every day, with the kids in and everywhere around the house and sleep where ever they want. For us to go from this to a kennel, even tho it may be heated and look amazing it just didn’t go down well with previous kennels we had tried. When searching google for home from home kennels we came across Landsker paws and immediately made enquiries. We went to see Caroline with the boys for a visit and then they spent a day there prior to our needed stay. We feel that due to Caroline’s kind friendly nature and the environment the boy’s literally felt at ease and at home straight away. The family house is lush, and in a stunning location that is just perfection for a dog’s holiday, long or short. Caroline sent updates every day, with lots of photos in and out of the house, putting our minds at rest. Caroline and her family treated the boys like their own. Treats during and a wash prior to collecting at no extra costs. The environment that Caroline’s created is relaxed and peaceful, with plenty of walks, fun, company and home comforts, it really is a dog’s paradise. 😍🐾 🐕

Mowgli had the absolute best time at Landsker Paws. Caroline was superb and kept us updated daily, and it was great to see photos of him having such a fun time. Thank you for looking after him so well!

Can’t recommend Caroline enough, her & the family are great. We’ve used Landsker Paws lots & the care provided to our very mature doggos is amazing 🤩 and so reassuring. If I was a dog I would certainly choose to go to Caroline's to be boarded. Becks is well looked after & seems so happy around the other dogs. Lovely surroundings, can't beat it.

Carrie thoroughly enjoyed her second stay at Landsker Paws. We had daily updates with photos from Caroline and it was clear that Carrie was having the time of her life with her new doggy friends.

Amazing place to stay for dogs , they live with the family , Caroline is lovely and walks them miles. Lots of updates every day too . My dog has been exhausted since she came home from all the walking and playing with the other dogs . A real home from home for our furry friends !

Queenie has thoroughly enjoyed her time with Caroline and her other dogs. She kept sending me wonderful photos of her having a great time. It was hot so she cooled off in the stream. I would absolutely recommend Landsker Paws for anyone not wanting to put their dog in kennels

We have never put our pooch in kennels, nor would we. However Landsker Paws is a home from home. Our beautiful girl didn’t want to come home after 2 days!! She was taken for several walks every day with the other dogs, who she got on with very well. Slept in the house not a horrid kennel. I cannot thank Caroline enough for taking and loving our fur baby plus sending me videos, photos and messages the entire time she was there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else x

Our Lurcher Bryn goes for regular Daycare at Barkers. OK, I have to admit Bryn is the loveliest dog in the world, so of course he could be marked out for special attention but he is treated just the same as all others there. Like Royalty! It's the most amazing place for dogs. In fact I would love to go there be be treated so well in such gorgeous surroundings. This is a photo the owner sent me after his day there today. When we finally get to organise a holiday away for us, there is no doubt where he will be going! Barkers!!

We couldn’t have been happier with the care our puppy received. It was a big step for us to use day care, but Barkers were friendly and reassuring. Dougie had a great day, Helen sent photos during the day and at the end of the day sent an amazing video compilation of his day! Dog paradise! Barkers look after your dog like its their own. Everything that your dog wants from the amount of walks they've got on their land to the indoor play area incase it's too wet to take the dogs out is designed with dogs in mind. Absolutely perfect safe and happy place for dogs. I wouldn't take mine anywhere else.

This business is the bee's knees of dog care. Our 7mth old retriever puppy has had wonderful care there, both at day care and overnight. His behaviour has improved in leaps and bounds and he is learning how to play properly and that we are his owners, not other dogs! His respectfulnness has increased. The girls who look after him are fab, end of! Can't recommend them highly enough.

This must be the best place ever to leave your furry friend. @choco_gina loves it here. Her auntie Helen spoils her rotten, games In the dog barn, walks in the woods, furry pals to play with, curled up by the Aga. Gina says her fur mom and dad can go away and know she will be looked after better than any kennels.

Great place to take your dog. Helen clearly has a great love for dogs and they love her in return. Wonderful facilities and a warm welcome.

Barkers is the most amazing place my dogs absolutely love it there and they come home happy and content and eager for their next play day.

Handled our big German Shepherd no trouble at all . Very confident with the dogs... Walks 3 times a day , nothing too much trouble . Great price. Highly recommend, a kennel you can trust... The track is a bit of a challenge LOL

We left our dog Monty at berry hill kennels for 2 weeks and was instantly put at ease when they answered my calls to let me know how he’s getting on and keeping me updated. When we picked him up he seemed happy and healthy just as we left him. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

My dog died at home , he was a big dog but these guys came out, called him Dave ( his name) and took him , with great respect and compassion to the vets . They were just supportive and understanding re our grief . I couldn't cope with putting my beloved dog in the boot ofmy car. They understand....

I can not speak more highly about Maureen, Ryan and the crew at Berry Hill! They have been awesome and amazingly accommodating where possible in every interaction I've ever had with them. What the kennels lack in aesthetics externally, they more than make up for it in care, attention and love for the dogs they look after. They've been amazing to Rocky, my crazy husky and I will always recommend them to whomever will listen or is looking!!

Excellent! Ryan was fantastic with our dog Sandy who was exhibiting some difficult stubborn behaviour. His calm but firm approach on one attempt has sorted out a problem. Sandy now gets in the car easily. He takes time to get to know your dog. He listens to your anxieties and spends time with you where necessary at the kennels. Sandy was walked in and out of a kennel to see if he was comfortable. We were shown the walks and saw other staff walking the dogs. All staff here were very helpful. They will meet you at the bottom so you don't have to drive over the Ford. I will definitely be using them in the future.

A 5 star hotel for doggy guests with a very personal service. The kennels are heated at no extra charge, scrupulously clean and all diets catered for. Owners can bring their own food if they wish along with any medication their dog needs. There is no minimum stay time required, some regulars stay just overnight. The dogs are exercised three times a day out on the common and there is an enclosed outside run as well. Berry Hill is not just a kennels they also offer transport for collection and delivery including taking pets to the vets. The kennels are highly recommended and it is no wonder it is full most of the time, so advanced booking is advisable. I was surprised at how quiet it was and when I looked around all the dogs were clean and happy. The owners hope in the future to add a cattery so all pets can be catered for.

Our 15 week old puppy Heidi (a cavapoo) absolutely loved her stay here this weekend. We were so nervous about leaving her as it was her first time but she seemed really happy after her first night. The owner Ryan was fab with her - and so flexible with us. We picked her up in the morning & dropped her back in the evening so we had her during the day which suited us. Our caravan is local but will not allow dogs so this is the perfect solution for us. Thank you so much Ryan & family - we will be back very soon. I cannot recommend these kennels highly enough - clean warm & almost a home from home - brilliant.

My Large Welsh Collie loves the Kennels I travel a lot so needed a home from home for my best buddy, he always runs up to the kennels showing he enjoys the walks and always greets the staff, friendly and very amenable, clean responsible and professional. I am a retired Animal Health inspector and know a good kennel when I see one 100% reliable.

Absolutely BRILLIANT kennels. Ryan an his staff were excellent. We were staying in nearby hotel and collected them each day, when it was time to go back to the kennels the dogs were really happy to see Ryan and their new dog friends! The kennels are immaculate and heated. Definitely recommend.

We were holidaying close to st davids and needed doggie day care whilst we went Coasteering . Berry Hill couldn’t have been more obliging . They took great care of our dog ( who is not used to being in kennels ) making sure the kennels were nice and cool in this hot weather . They even ensured our dog’s cooling vest was nicely cooled for the return journey . Definitely recommend this place . Thank you .

My 2 dogs absolutely love their stays with Lillian, they look on it as a home from home. The Facebook updates and photos during their stay are reassuring and confirmation of how happy your dogs are. My GSD has separation anxiety but she has no problem staying with Lillian and attaches herself to her instead. I cannot recommend enough, the dogs are safe, well looked after and loved. I would not use anywhere else for dog boarding.

My dog Rory goes to daycare with Lillian every week. He is treated like family. He has a great time with the other dogs and you can see by the pictures Lillian posts how much fun he had. I wouldn't send him anywhere else as I have peace of mind that he is well looked after and spoilt

Simply the best place for your dog to stay. Our Welsh collie Benek loved the place - he is only 9, months old. Lillian is a special person and our dog and the other dogs in her care recognise her as the 'pack leader'. He was there for a week and we got daily updates and pictures on Facebook. We live at Dinas Cross - about 18 mils away but would travel further for our dog to be looked after by Lillian. Benek had beach, woodland and country walks daily and was absolutely whacked when he came home. Benek will be there on holiday again soon.

Lillian is amazing with the dogs. Hers are so welcoming and my collie fits in so well with the pack. Will always use her services. :)

My hounds went here for a "trial" overnight stay and have been refused because they apparently bark to much and didn't recall for the husband. They have had their heads in corners for most of the following day as if they've done something wrong. Best breed of basset and the nicest boys you can ever meet. They attract attention and fuss everywhere they go. Not only have we had to cancel our holiday because of the short notice refusal on environmental suitability basis'. i seem to have two very unhappy boys to cheer up following this 'trial'.. Something is not right here. If only dogs could actually talk. I suspect this is a show you one world cage them up after, rip off,pretend to care type of business where the "mum" has other interests. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Dog poo all over my dogs kennel. Not eaten his food which was out of character even in a kennel. Came home very distressed, took a few days to calm him. Plus side he had been washed. Maybe we were just unlucky.

We moved to the area almost 2 years ago and I’m so happy to have found Rachel and K9! Paddington, our 3 year old rescue from Italy, loves going on holiday to Rachel’s. He’s been several times in the past 18 months and it’s like a home from home for him! Rachel spoils Paddy rotten and he’s always very happy to go and stay with her! The actual kennels are very clean, welcoming and comfortable with a separate bedroom and living area! Communication is great and reassuring especially when we have to leave Paddy for several weeks at a time. Would highly recommend.

Our dog Molly is really nervous and has never been in kennels. I was very nervous about leaving her. Rachel sent us a video when we on holiday to show that Molly was fine. After that, Molly ran to Rachel each time we brought her. I will not use any other kennels. Rachel is a real dog person. Thanks Rachel. 5 star all the way.

Rachel and David have always been very friendly and supportive with our ageing Dog, Molly. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for them and have been so flexible with drop off and pick up times. Rachel genuinely loves Molly and all dogs . Thank you for your care over the years .

Fletcher has been staying with Rach since she opened. The attention he receives is second to none, he is treated like family rather than a guest. He has freedom, safety and lots of company. Tommo spoils him every visit and Rach, Tommo and the girls are his second family. Exceptional service at great prices.

I got my first dog before Covid,also during Covid I was diagnosed with COPD.It made looking after a young busy springer a bit tricky.Thanks to Happy Paws in Merlin’s Bridge in Haverfordwest we both got through that and my thoughts of having to regime him did not happen.I now live with my mum and dad. My dad sadly has dementia and my boy is an amazing help for my dad but this could not of been possible if it wasn’t for Happy Paws day service.I would have had to either not helped them or given up my dog, obviously my boy would have been rehomed. I can not even begin to to express my gratitude to Sammie and her team. Fabulous service with a genuine caring for local people and there needs.Thank U ❤️

Very understanding and professional with our 11 month old Standard poodle Charlie, he’d never been anywhere without us, they were so patient helping him settle in. He’s now a regular visiting once a week and he thoroughly enjoys it, he comes home absolutely exhausted. Very flexible, Can choose different days and times each week to suit your needs. Brilliant for dog and especially puppy socialization when this is limited due the covid situation at the moment. Tires both my dogs out mentally and physically and really breaks up the week for them. They both are really excited to go in and play with their friends

I was booked in for an induction - I arrived and was told by a laborer that they were not open. I then looked on their Facebook to find out they were closed. Nobody contacted me to let me know and in fact, when I commented on their post, they publicly told me it was my own fault for not having checked their Facebook (I had prior to 6pm the previous evening when it had been posted that they would be closed). In their defense, they did offer me a free induction to make up for it - But I'm not interested in taking my dogs somewhere that will happily try to make people out to be stupid on a public forum and then delete said post to replace it with one that was clearly to make people feel bad for them instead.

Absolutely love this place!!! My black lab Maddie loves it too ❤️ She runs in and sleeps on the way home 🐶 Louise and all the staff are warm, friendly, professional and fantastic with all the dogs! Can’t recommend them enough 🥰

So took Oxo my 10 yr old spaniel for his first ever professional grooming sesh. Was like taking your child to first day at school!! Needn't have worried. Picked up a very happy handsome hound. Would defo recommend Professional and caring Thank you happy paws

Merryl came and looked after our two very spoilt dogs last weekend. Never having met her before apart from a video call I was a bit apprehensive, but all my reservations immediately disappeared as soon as she arrived. My parson Russel terrier is very highly strung and needs attention all the time , and my little Jack Russel was a rescue dog so is very nervous on meeting new people , but both dogs took to Merryl straight away . Merryl sent various photos of the dogs having playtime and when they were resting so I felt reassured that they were settled in her care . I would not hesitate to recommend Merryl to look after your fur babies and your home ❤️

Merryl has sat for us a few times now and as always, does a fantastic job looking after our two fur baby cats. A reliable, trusted and professional service is always delivered and we are always able to completely enjoy our time away knowing our cats are being well looked after. Our home is always left clean and tidy, and also very looked after whilst we are away. We are so pleased we have found trustworthy sitters that just love spending time with our cats.

Amazing service. Merryl sat for us for 2 weeks whilst we were away and did an excellent job at looking after our home and two house cats. She arrived early to understand more about our babies' routines and had video called prior to that to introduce herself. Merryl was very dependable and made us feel very calm during our trip, sending updates every so often so we knew our cats were OK. We will definitely leave our cats with Merryl again and recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter. Our home was also well cared for and it was amazing to leave our home and cats in Merryls care knowing that they were safe.

We were nervous about having a dog sitter looking after our precious little dogs, Rita & Lula, who are only 18 months old. It was our first time away from them and we really wanted to ensure they would be well cared for. We had visited boarding kennels, but knew that was not an option for us!!! Leaving the girls in their own home, was by far the best solution! After some research we were recommend Running Duck Pet Services. We were advised that Merryl would be our dog sitter and as soon as we met her, we knew the girls would be well cared for. Whilst away, we had a daily update from her, which was very reassuring. It put our minds at rest and enabled us to relax and enjoy our holiday, knowing they were happy. We have already booked Merryl for next year too and would definitely recommend the Running Duck Services!!

Merryl came to look after our dog Skye and elderly cat Fluffy for the weekend. We were so pleased with the care and attention she gave to them both. Merryl also looked after our home, which was spotless upon our return. Thank-you so much, we knew both of our much loved pets were in very safe hands. This made the weekend for us even more enjoyable.

It's been so easy to organise our pet sitting requirements - everyone was very helpful and worked hard to understand and meet our specific needs. Merryl was great and really friendly - we have a very anxious dog, but she was able to win him round with a calm and unfussy approach. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

It was so lovely to know our 4 legged family were being cared for lovingly whilst we were away on holiday.
