Ashley is thoughtful and professional. Our 3 year old yellow lab thoroughly enjoyed his 7 days/nights with Ashley! And, I appreciated the frequent texts and photos she sent daily. Ashley truly cares for your pet and knows how to communicate with the people! Will be back again. Highly recommend!

We met Andrew a few yrs ago when we were in need of a last minute dog walker for an extended period. Andrew has been caring for Chloe ever since ! We esp appreciate him on cold winter mornings... I dropped my 2 year old pup off for his first ever professional groom. He got a Bath Brush nail trim and teeth clean. He came out looking super handsome with a tie not to mention how happy and excited he was. His nails were trimmed perfectly, Teeth looked way more white, less shedding and he smelled great. We will definitely be taking our pup back here!

If you have a high energy breed consider finding a different place. The hours they are out playing is 8 or 9 to 11 and then 1 to 3. My Brittany is reenergized by time I pick him up at 6. In addition, multiple times he has been in the kennel more than that because they have employees call out and they don’t have the enough employees to let all the dogs out at once.

I am very thankful for Bowhaus in Erie. Both of my dogs get so excited to visit! There is nothing better than feeling confident about where you leave your pups for the day or a trip! They have a large indoor and outdoor area. Also, I love their enrichments and holiday events! You cannot go wrong with taking your pup to Bowhaus.

Website in not compatible for booking although advertised. When I called the chick up front didn't even take down my information. She explained it was a very long process to get the dogs in and that the groomer was scheduled out until September....Receptionist convinced me to go elsewhere. Please reach out if you'd like to provide us services for two dogs. I have already created a profile for my dogs. Doubt I'll get a call. Horrible customer service.

LITERALLY THE BEST PLACE YOU CAN BRING YOUR DOG!!! I have brought my senior dogs here and my puppy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is super patient, kind, compassionate, caring, loving, and they have the BEST customer service. I have boarded my dogs and they love going. My puppy is learning to socialize and they are researching her breed to make sure she is successful. I am over the moon about BowHaus. I hope all employees get a significant raise. You have a forever customer. ❤️

This is the only place our pup PULLS to get INTO. Love the webcams and the ease of booking. Prices seem high to me but it’s not like you can find similar for less.

Bowhaus was able to accommodate a last minute walk in reservation for us! They provided pictures and a report card for the day. Our 11 month old pup had never been so tired. Highly recommend and definitely plan on letting Oliver join the pack! Live webcams are a plus also!

While I don't board my dog, we do use the grooming services here. Katelyn is the absolute best groomer around. We have been with her for years, followed her to 3 different places. She's the only one I'll trust with my labradoodle. She takes extra caution with his ears as he's prone to infections when they get wet. He loves going to see her.

All I know is that everyone at Bowhaus is very nice and my dog comes home happy from his visits. That's all that matters. Happy dog.... happy life. :)

Bowhaus is such an awesome place to take my little boy!! He is loved, and cared for by everyone. I appreciate that they take pictures of him when he is there and that I can see him playing with his friends on live video. The fact that they offer new and thoughtful ways to stimulate their senses and use every teachable moment to help them be better, is a bonus!! I have been using Fuzzy Paws for at least 15 years for my pet sitting needs. Tosha has taken great care of my various cats. My cat now is a real people cat and he gets lonely without a visit from her while we’re gone. She goes above and beyond taking care of my pets as well as picking up mail and watering plants.

I travel frequently for work, and Tosha has been taking care of my cats regularly for over a year. My cats have developed a relationship with her and are comfortable with her when she visits. She is as familiar to them as family. Tosha even sends me pics of the girls when she visits, which helps me know they’re safe and well when I am gone. Tosha did a fantastic job watching our little guinea pig while we were away! She was responsive and reliable and kept us updated with a daily photo. It was nice to know our little girl was in good hands. I highly recommend Fuzzy Paws Superior Pet Care and plan to use their services again soon!

Great sitter! Kept me informed with texts and pictures of our cat while we were gone. Gave our kitty extra love and attention and took care of our fish, too. I felt our pets were in good hands and I didn’t need to worry. Would definitely recommend!

We have been very happy with Tosha! She is great at communicating before & during our travel, which makes us able to fully enjoy our time away. Our cats love her and she takes amazing care of them. They not only get their basic food/litter needs met, but she spends time playing with them as well. We are so glad we found Fuzzy Paws!

Our two cats are in good hands with Tosha-We have used Fuzzy Paws multiple times now and are not disappointed. The communication is clear and we love receiving photos of our cats playing and being cared for while we are gone. It’s great to have someone you trust look after not only you pets but also your plants and home while you are gone and Fuzzy Paws does just that!

I reached out to Tosha shortly after moving to the Superior area. She was prompt and confident with her response. Very shortly thereafter I had an unexpected trip home for an unknown period of time (my dad died). Tosha was incredibly understanding and pounced into action to take care of my kitten until I had the space to return. Tosh is special in that she really cares about my kitten. I cannot recommend her more based on our communications regarding looking after my Layla bug during a really hard and unclear set of absences.

Tosha is fantastic, our cats loved seeing her when she visited and they were very happy and well-fed when we came home. We’ll certainly hire her again to watch our two cats when we’re out of town. She even left little Christmas treat bags for them!

Tosha has been walking my dog every day for almost a year now. She is very professional, very thoughtful, frequently updates me on how the walks are going, and most importantly, extremely reliable. I feel very confident in her caring for my dog and would definitely recommend her services to anyone needing their loved one taken care of!

I have nothing but praise for the care Juliet and Boulder Pet Care has provided for my dog. I have a very high energy labradoodle, and as a professional I travel for work quite often. Juliet and her team has done overnight care for my dog and provided many walks and she's always timely, communicative and really easy to work with. Aside from the logistics, I know she genuinely cares for the pets, and my dog is truly loved by her which is priceless. He nearly jumps out of his skin when she shows up. Even though Juliet is more experienced with dogs and cats than with birds, she was very willing to learn how to take good, gentle care of our parrot while we were gone on vacation. Our parrot is 26 years old and a bit set in her ways (stubborn!), but Juliet has managed to do a fabulous job with "our baby". I have no worries about our parrot's health and well-being under Juliet's care when we leave on any trip now.

I travel a lot and I know I can rely on Juliet to take care of my pets when I am gone. She is extremely reliable, takes good care of the animals, always gets in contact if there is even the slightest issue and she has great backup systems in place to make sure no matter what happens, my cats will be taken care of. This was great for my dogs. Juliet came by the house to meet them beforehand, made it very easy for me to drop them off, and took great care of them -- including texting me photos of their activities. The price was also very reasonable. I definitely recommend Boulder Pet Care for dog sitting!

This review addresses the house sitting service as the dog sitting/care was, like other reviewers have stated, good. We were not satisfied with the condition of our home upon returning from our trip as it was not cared for appropriately. Juliet, the owner of Boulder Pet Care was not helpful in resolving the issue. Will not recommend nor use this company in the future.

It’s such a relief when I go out of town to know Boulder Pet Care is taking care of my special cat Boots. They have excellent communication so I do not have any stress around the happiness and comfort of Boots. When I return from trips now he is the same as before I left. 😻 …

Happy Hounds is what doggie daycare should be! The are attentive to the dogs needs and temperaments, and separate pups accordingly. I had never boarded a dog until I got my whippets. They are couch burritos and champion runners. HH reads them and gives them an awesome balance of exercise and down time. I trust them with my girls, while I am away! Thank you, Happy Hounds!

When the last doggie daycare I had used for many years closed, I was concerned that I would never find another place that I could trust and that provided structured playgroups rather than free-for-alls, like some other daycare places. Luckily, I happened to find Happy Hounds and both me and my pup could not be happier! I have been taking my pitty mix, Henry, to Happy Hounds for 2-3 years now - for daycare at least once a week and for longer boarding stays when I travel - and they consistently impress me. They take the time to understand each dog’s temperament and take a great deal of care in accommodating the needs of each dog. They adore my Henry and take excellent care of him every time he visits. We love HH and highly recommend them to anyone looking for doggie daycare/boarding. Thank you HH for taking such great care of Henry!

Our dog had to start going to doggie daycare when he was 10 months old. The apartment complex we were living in told us we had to get rid of our rescue pup because he was too loud when we weren't home. Happy Hounds made it possible for us to keep Percy because they watched him when we couldn't. He is now 12.5 years old and I credit his time with Happy Hounds as a huge part of the reason he stayed healthy and active for as long as he has! I am incredibly grateful to them for the care they have given our neurotic, rather antisocial pup!❤️

We love Happy Hounds, and so does our sweet puppers, Lucy. The only complaint that I have is that the location is now too far out of my drive from my new job to take her regularly. We've enrolled Lucy into a new daycare closer to work, but the quality of care and attention just doesn't compare to Happy Hounds. Our Lucy loves being around people, and the staff at Happy Hounds always made sure she was given love and attention. I would recommend sending your fur babies to Happy Hounds 😊

We boarded our boy Huckleberry with Happy Hounds a few times over the last year when we were traveling. He was always happy and obviously well taken care of when we came to pick him up. The staff there is caring and sweet and were always excited to see him walk in. We unfortunately lost our boy to cancer recently and the team sent us the sweetest card and each of them wrote something about Huck in it. We will definitely be using Happy Hounds again when we welcome a new dog to our family.

I took my 5 month old Beagle here, she is very special as she has orthopedic issues with her back legs. The staff were very professional and friendly in accommodating her needs. At the end of the day they will give a report on how your dog did. The staff here show an amazing amount of love and care for your dog. Fantastic experience.

These folks are amazing. They really know and care for each dog's individual needs and both of my girls absolutely love the staff there. We sometimes get report cards or instagram photos and my two pups come home totally tuckered out.

Friendly staff and I can tell they love my fur babies like I do! My pups are always tuckered out when they come home from Happy Hounds, but hey, we aren’t complaining! Addie and Toby are always happy before and after their stay!

Cindy and her team are not just the best care we could find for our pets it’s the best service I’ve ever heard of. While we were out of the country one of our pets had an emergency situation and not only did Cindy’s team recognize immediately that something was wrong she solved the problem. If it were not for this amazing team our little Daisy may not be with us. If you need pet care while you’re away you will not find a better option.

We've been using VIPet's services for our last several trips out of town, and feel very happy to have found a sitter service who we trust completely with our home and our pets. We receive photos from the sitters at every visit, and you can tell the owner, Cindy, takes pride in providing dependable service from sitters who are true animal lovers. My only recommendation for the sitters would be to ensure that all overhead lights that were turned on during the visit, are turned off upon their departure.

Cindy and her crew have been taking great care of my Orion (cat) for over 2 years now and I would highly recommend them for any pet-sitting needs you have. At the end of every visit I get a text with photos and an update on how Orion is doing and that is very comforting. Solid, reliable, responsive….what more can you ask for? 5 stars for sure!

Incredible Pet sitting service, we have used VIPet a handful of times now with more upcoming. While getting set up for service they are very thorough in getting as much information as possible to ensure they can provide excellent service for your pet. Claudia, has been absolutely fantastic and has made our out of state travel stress free with frequent updates and detailed logs of her visits. Highly recommend and will be using again as long as I live in this area.

I have used VIPets several times for taking care of my senior cat and keeping my plants alive, both indoors and out, while I’ve been away for sometimes extended trips. The kindness and professionalism of everyone who has come has been exceptional. Getting daily texts and pictures helps me see how things are going and is reassuring. I have only one frustration and understand that it is being addressed. A couple of times there has been missed communication while setting up initial visits - I have sent emails that were not seen until days later, causing confusion and flurries of last minute texts or calls. This has happened on two separate trips months apart which is why I mention it. I believe that issue is supposed to be resolved in the upcoming weeks. I advise using text messages as the best way to communicate reliably. I’m definitely a repeat customer!

I highly recommend Cindy and her amazing team at VIPet Sitters to anyone who could use their services. It was our first time using at-home pet services and it was exactly the experience we had hoped for. Constant communication, updates, pictures (we so appreciated all the many pictures!) and we arrived home to two very happy very well cared for pups. Cindy requested that I message her once we were physically back together with our girls. Rather than assuming we made it home at the expected time, Cindy makes sure of it before considering the job done. I really appreciated that. For years when they were younger, our girls would board at a pet hotel whenever we would leave town. They were always very well taken care of but our one pup who has a bit more separation anxiety would have a desperate and frantic excitement about her when we would pick them up. Even though they were well taken care of, it was a stressful experience. When we arrived home this time though, they were both excited to see us but there was no desperation in their excitement. We came back to two sound asleep pups who had been well taken care of in their own home by some really great folks. To Cindy, Shannon, Daniel, and Mindy - Thank you so very much for taking such great care of our girls. You guys awesome!

We've used VIPet Sitters for several years now to watch our two kitties. They have been amazing with our boys over the years. They give picture and text updates every time they come over and make sure they get some love and attention while we are away. Recently, both our kitties were put on medication. They did a great job giving the kitties their meds with no issues (which is hard for cats)! I would definitely recommend VIPet for your pet sitting needs.

My favorite place to take my boys, hands down. Everyone here is so kind and friendly, and they always tell me how much they love my boys. They are always so excited when they realize where we’re headed, and they come home sleepy and happy. Very reasonable pricing, very responsive, and they clearly take great care of the dogs for both daycare and boarding. I have been taking my dogs to Rogue’s for over a year now, and they have even dedicated time to working with my more reactive dog who used to be difficult around strangers and new dogs, and he is now happier than ever when we head to the farm. I’ve never had a bad experience with Rogues!

I've been bringing my big dogs (80 & 100 lbs) here for daycare for about two months - once a week. All of the staff that I've met have been friendly. It's been nice for my dogs to be able to socialize with other dogs. I do wish I could know more about where/how they spend their day. Overall I would recommend this place for daycare. (don't know about boarding)

Rogues is amazing! Always takes very good care of our pup Zimmy! He loves going up here too, always gets very excited when he sees we're on the road to rogues!
