Paws and Tales is THE BEST doggy daycare I’ve been to. Anette is so so gentle and loving towards EVERY dog. My dog was a very shy boy but has blossomed into a confident excited to see everyone dog, all with the help from Anette and her team. They help entertain and exercise the dogs all while making sure every dog is having a BLAST and are COMFORTABLE. They play with balls/ obstacles/(in the summer they have multiple pools and water toys) /with the staff and with each other. The facility and vans are clean and sanitary. They have an AMAZING service that they pick up your dog from your apartment. They come on time and are polite. Drop off is so convenient as if you need, they drop your dog off in your unit. You can request any service Be done during drop, water bowls filled, paws wiped, being fed etc. and they actually do it! Everyone at paws and tales are kind, incredibly knowledgeable on dog care, all have great communication and love your dog like it’s their own. I could not be more appreciative of this team. 100/10 recommend both day playgroup and overnight boarding.

This place is responsible for losing a dog yesterday. Please stay away from this daycare they hire anyone without a background check and no past dog experience. Owner does backyard breeding as well and crates the dogs for hours and hours while they are suppose to be “ playing “. Please be careful with this place I had a friend who worked there and told me a lot more stuff.

My sheltie puppy Maisy went to play group here for almost a year, starting when she was only about 12 weeks old. The team treated her like family and I'm sure she'll miss them. I cannot recommend them enough.

We are so grateful we found Paws and Tales, our dog Kylo has been going 3-4 days a week for the past 3 years and religiously sits by the door to wait for his friends to come pick him up!! They keep the pups so engaged with games and activities, are so attentive, and post great photos and videos. We especially love that they spend so much time outside which is Kylo’s favorite. He comes back happy and exhausted every day. As owners, they are so easy to work with and flexible, always willing to help us out in a bind. We have also used them for boarding on occasion, the only team we trust to take Kylo home outside of our immediate family and friends!! We love Paws and Tales!

If I could rate their service 10 stars, I definitely would. They go more than above and beyond. During the holidays, they dress our little princess up. Which is the cutest thing ever!! My husband and I never have to question what our little girl is up to because they have their own instagram and post frequently. I would never give my dog to strangers or somewhere I feel as if she is not safe and Paws and Tales has created a 2nd home for our little girl!

I cannot recommend Paws & Tales enough! Our dog Ruby has been apart of playgroup for the last year and a half and the entire P&T team is incredible - they would come and pick up / drop off Ruby and she would be soooo excited the second she heard the door rattling. She wouldn’t even look back when they came for pick up (and she’s normally glued to my hip)! Curtis and the staff there are amazing - they are responsive, incredibly kind and reliable. Ruby’s last play group closed and I was hesitant to start her with a new group, but Curtis was great from the very beginning. I was so appreciative of all their requirements (introduction of play, vax info, etc.) so I knew she was in good hands. We are moving out of Jersey City to the suburbs, so will no longer be needing services, but we would’ve used them for the next ten years if needed. Definitely recommend, your fur baby will be in great hands with these guys. Huge thank you to the entire team and all those that took such great care of my Ruby girl!

Working with Paws and Tales over the past week has been a flawless experience. I needed a place to take my pup for a full daycare for a few days with pickup and dropoff service. Curtis was very responsive and arrived every morning and afternoon on time. Bean returned happy and exhausted at the end of each day. She was also a feature on their Instagram page which was a nice touch. We're incredibly happy with the service, and will be coming back.

We used Paws & Tales Doggy Playgroup for boarding last weekend for our doberman puppy Reposado. Curtis and his team accepted our pup on short notice and were very responsive and easy to get in contact with. They were very professional and we did a meet and greet beforehand which made me more comfortable. I wish I would of received a few more photos or videos but otherwise they were very easy to work with. I would recommend!

Our small dog is a little bundle of energy, but was scared of socializing with other dogs at the dog park. Enter Paws and Tales. Not only does she come home tired every single time she goes, her doggy socialization skills and behavior have dramatically improved (she loves the dog park now too). Plus, the pickup and drop off service is very convenient. I seriously can’t recommend Curtis and team enough: our dog runs around in excited circles every time she sees them. Plus they post great photos on social media regularly.

Like one of the other reviewers, I live in the building next to this shop and see how the staff routinely treats the pups. They have 10-15 dogs outside at one time, all different sizes, with one employee "supervising" (AKA sitting against a wall on their phones or screaming at them to "shut the ---- up!"). There is nothing outside except a patch of field turf, the dogs and the employee. All the games, obstacles and props have been removed several months ago. Again and just to be clear, I do not have a dog that is a client of this shop, but feel bad for the dogs that get mistreated, just as much as I feel bad for my neighbors that have to listen to both the pups and the employees all dang day. If you're looking for a doggy day care that cares about your pup just as much as the crate you're refusing to buy... then this is the place for you!

Reading our pet journals daily while we are away has become something we look forward to while traveling to stay connected to our kitties!! Dave especially provides great services and we know our cats love him as well. I recently used trusty tails for cat sitting services for an extended vacation. I was very satisfied with the communication, service, and overall care for my pets. It was so comforting to wake up to the visit updates when overseas and know my kitties were safe at home! I’d recommend them to anyone seeking professional pet sitting services.

Excellent service! I use Trusty Tails on an adhoc basis for my foster dogs. There are many options to choose from based on your dogs needs, and it's super easy book and manage through the portal. The walker Emilio was very kind and caring, and uploaded the visit reports and photos very quickly.

Trusty Tails takes away the anxiety of leaving a pet at home! Everyone we have interacted with has been professional and courteous. I can't say enough about the people at Trusty Tails, if I could give 10 stars I would. They bring a combination of professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness and flexibility that is unmatched. We were very nervous about leaving our new pup, but the people at Trusy Tails put us at ease. The amazing people who come to be with our pup are attentive and treat our dog like a queen. They really seem to love what they do and it shows. I could never imagine using anyone else.

Our daily walker, Lizzie, has been great and takes such good care of our girl. One day our dog had an upset stomach and I saw from our cameras that she had to go out asap. She was so sweet and took the time to follow up with me to make sure I knew Maya was okay. I am so happy with Trusty Tails and would 100% recommend them!

I had a stellar experience with Trusty Tails. They were professional, helpful whenever I had any questions, and always prompt with the visit update emails. My kitty's caretakers were just wonderful--kind and patient with her. The only time I ever had an issue, they addressed it head-on while taking responsibility, apologizing and providing a free service to make things right. Though my friends here (in Europe) take care of my kitty now, I wish Trusty Tails had an outpost here too!

Fur Seasons Dog Resort & Spa is by far the best grooming place I've been to. To share a few things with you; the business itself is very professional. The workers are extremely friendly and polite. My dog Ace has been getting groomed by Jose for about a little over a year and I have not been displeased with their services. Jose does a wonderful job each time, Ace always smells and looks great. Additionally, Jose and the staff always make sure my request is heard and executed. I wish I would be able to show more pictures of his work, but Ace does not let that happen often lol.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to share my experience at Fur Seasons.. & Roxy’s! As a first-time dog parent, I was nervous about leaving my fur baby, especially since she doesn’t get to socialize with other dogs often. However, the staff put my worries at ease right away. They were incredibly attentive & accommodating, even taking Roxy in last minute when I needed help. The facility is clean and well-organized, with plenty of space for play. I loved seeing how engaged and happy she was when I picked her up—she came home tired and wagging her tail! I can’t recommend Fur Seasons enough. If you’re looking for a safe, nurturing environment for your furry baby, this is the place!

This was our foster dog’s first time at the groomers for a bath, and Jose was absolutely fantastic with our 5 month old puppy. It was clear that Jose had lots of experience with dogs, and with ease made my super shy puppy feel comfortable! He took ample time to allow our puppy to to warm up to him before picking her up, and built in time to get her acquainted to the tools being used at the groomers. She did fantastic through the bath, blow dry (with ears carefully covered) and nail trimming.. and I will definitely bring her back as I trust Jose and his skill! Highly recommend.

I found this location in Google while looking for a new groomer. We’ve been trying the ones by our area and we weren’t satisfied by their services (business hours too restrictive, not open on weekends, too long for the pet to be ready, not handling with care, not responsive for appointments, etc..). I called and got someone on the phone right away. I was able to get a last minute appointment on Christmas eve for our dog Lily. She is a cockapoo, medium size dog. She is 9 years old but already has arthritis in most of her legs and suffers from multiple allergies so she needs to be treated with care and attention as her skin and paws can get reactions. My husband dropped off Lily and I called and was able to speak with her groomer directly. His name is Jose and he was so kind and genuine on the phone. Since it was our first time there, he asked about her needs, her issues, what needed attention. He explained what he would do based on her arthritis and allergies and answer my questions calmly. When Lily was ready, Jose called to let me know and even sent me a video of how Lily looked . My husband picked her up and she was happy and looked beautiful. I will definitely come back as I believe the service, attention to detail and empathy for dogs was delivered during my dogs grooming appointment. We appreciate finding a location that has flexibility for our busy schedule and has great customer service and groomers in our community.

My puppy and I left so happy after our first visit. We were given such a special attention which made my puppy and I feel super comfortable. Great amenities and care from all staff members. My puppy also had his first grooming and spa session and he was so happy, looking even better afterwards. We can’t wait to go back. I feel extremely safe and tranquil leaving my dog with furseasons. Jose did a great job grooming Siena! He did exactly what I asked him to do. He also provided great advice on what she needed. I could tell her really loves dogs based on the interaction he had with Siena while I was there. Will definitely be coming again! Highly recommend.

I have taken our dog Luna to the Fur Seasons for doggie day care & the occasional overnight for the past few months we love it!! The place has a nice interior with couches & beds for the pooches and a nice, spacious outdoor dog run. Nese, Thomas and staff are really great with our dog! They are all professionals & dog lovers! They even gave her a bath and dropped her off at our home! We are looking forward to trying out more of their grooming services in the future. It’s a nice bonus that our dog is nice and sleepy for the rest of the night when she comes home. We feel great having The Fur Seasons looking after Luna & will continue to use them for all our day, overnight & grooming needs.

I’m so happy to have found Criselda at A Bark Away. She took amazing care of my Goldendoodle Bennett for 3 weeks. I’m really grateful to Criselda for her effective communication, sending photo and video updates everyday and also asking questions to better care/understand my dog. Bennett has visited twice and enjoyed both visits! Bennett’s had an amazing time getting attention and learning to interact with other dogs. We had an amazing experience with Criselda and A Bark Away NJ! We left Cherry with Criselda for roughly two weeks. Even though we were physically apart from Cherry, we always felt like we were close by -- we were provided with daily updates through pictures, videos and other feedback throughout the day. We also can't thank Criselda enough for the behavioral training she provided (Cherry has some anxiety issues) -- we've noticed so much change in such a short time! For anyone considering working with Criselda, we highly recommend doing so!

Criselda was great with my 1 year old Italian greyhound who is extremely anxious and fearful. She gave me all the right tools, tips and information to improve her behavior in even just a few days! I would recommend her to anyone in need of a trainer.

Criselda trained my mastiff and she did an amazing job! He went from being shy and not sure of himself to confident and displaying skills I never thought he could! He’s a big boy and leash pulling was something I wanted under control. He now walks effortlessly right next to me! She was patient with him and you could tell he loved her so much. She did an amazing job with him I could not recommend her more.

I started working with Criselda because my bull terrier was having bad resource guarding issues. We were really defeated and getting scared that our dog wouldn’t be safe to keep as he was snapping on us frequently. When we met Criselda she knew exactly what to do and reassured us there were other options. We’ve been working with Criselda for about 8 months and teddy rarely snaps anymore. She thought us the tools to handle it and now we aren’t scared of him in the slightest, even if he did growl or snap. Not only did the resource guarding drastically improve but she also helped his recall and listening. We can now even take him off leash in Central Park which is something I never thought I’d ever be able to do. I highly recommend Criselda for any of your dog training needs. I trust her with my dog more than i trust myself!

So grateful we met Criselda! Briggs is a rescue dog and we got him when he was around nine months old. He’s a sweetheart but came with a ton of bad habits and was extremely reactive. We tried so hard to train him ourselves but had no luck. The final straw was when Briggs ran through our glass door because he saw another dog out front. We knew we had to do something. After some time with Criselda, Briggs is now a new dog. He listens to every command, we are able to walk him with no leash and he doesn’t react to thing around him. He use to constantly bark at us, he no longer does that. And is way calmer when company comes over. He’s a happier dog! I am now 7 months pregnant and couldn’t be happier with the decision we made to get help with Briggs. Without Criselda I’m not sure how Briggs would behave with a new baby in the house. I am no longer worried about that. Can’t thank her enough for the help. We love our Briggs!

Criselda changed our lives. Our 2 female Boston Terrier’s have sibling rivalry. They started fighting when we moved a year ago. It got so bad that they couldn’t be around each-other without fighting. We had trainers that told us we would likely need to re-home a dog even if we worked on the behavior. We were unbelievably upset and thought we might need to give up one of our dogs. When we met Criselda she knew what to do and worked with us and our dogs to look at the behavior and develop the tools to handle any fights. We can now happily enjoy both our dogs again with structure and the right tools. Criselda is truly the best trainer out there!

They really are the Furry Best! Our dog, Daffy, absolutely loves Adrian which is obviously the most important thing when considering a pet care service. However, the advantages are endless: photos every time he goes out which never fail to make us smile (I've shared some here that Adrian has taken for us). Rapid responses and amazing short timeframe flexibility for when we're in the in the city but want to make sure Daffy is walked and taken care of. The extra effort to provide Daffy with variety, not just to the same place or the same route every day. Adrian really knows Daffy as an individual dog and for us the knowledge that we have a reliable, confident and caring individual to help with Daffy is priceless.

I’ve been on the search for a reliable dog walking company and this is it! They’re the best for my fur-babies. I’ve tried other dog walking services but doesn’t compare to the furry best pet care. Marisa and Drayton are amazing and go above and beyond for our dogs. We had an incident where one of our dogs needed a last minute bath and they were able to squeeze us in. Once I got home my pup was nicely groomed and smelled so good! I can totally trust them with our dogs and know they’ll be in the absolute best care. I’m so happy a service like this is available in my building!

The Furry Best is an awesome service! Drayton is super responsive and flexible with last minute walks. He is great with dogs and knows how to pair your dog with others so they get some much needed play time. All walks are tracked and you receive lots of pictures and feedback when the walk is finished. I had the best experience with Furry Best pet care this past weekend! They took incredible care of our cat Charlotte while we were away on vacation. Their in-house boarding services are very helpful and convenient as they will visit your pet and take of them in the comfort of their home. They took such incredible detailed care of our girl - making sure to feed, play and spend time with her (our cat is a more social cat who demands a lot more attention/time/play). It was so great having Marisa + Drayton care so much for her and enjoy time with her. The updates and messages from the online portal are amazing because you receive photos as well as reports on how your pet is doing.HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is looking for trustworthy and caring people to watch after your furbabies. The furry best pet care is amazing! We got our puppy at 8 weeks, and with both of us working full time we needed someone to feed and play with him during the day. From the start they have accommodated our puppy’s needs by combining services and providing excellent care. We love getting the walk summaries, and our pup absolutely loves the team… They’ve also helped with training our puppy. Not only do they work one-on-one with him, but guided us on how to continue and progress the training. We learned so much from the first session alone! I don’t know what we would do without the Furry Best team! Highly recommended for anyone with a pup needing extra company or training.

Honestly the best dog walking service out there! Adrien is SO GREAT with our dog Mica... every time she sees him (even when we see him out and about with other dogs) she gets so excited! It’s like she’s got a new best friend. It’s so rare to find someone who will care for your dog like it’s there own but best furry pet care really goes that extra mile. I often have to schedule last minute walks and never has there been an issue with availability or communication. I know Mica is always safe and cared for in their hands. Also, the rates are more than fair for the exceptional service and care your pet receives. I’ve also found that Mica’s walks and play time with other pups have made her more socialized and well behaved around other animals and that’s all thanks to Best Furry Pet Care and Adrien. You’d be crazy not to try them out!

All I can say is we're very grateful for Furry Best. Natalia is more than what we could ask for as a dog walker. She comes every noon to get Sparky, then they walk around the block, and even before she leaves our house, Natalia will give Sparky a hug, belly rubs him and assures that he's loved even for a short time. We're professionals who work long hours and having Furry Best, especially Natalia, visit Sparky and potty him is what we needed. She's a huge help and we just can't thank her enough for catering Sparky. If you need a dog walker, I definitely recommend furry best! They're amazing and the communication is never in question. They will answer when you message them, Natalia always does. She updates us about their walks, leaves food for Sparky and water to make sure he's good for the day while waiting for us. The Furry Best Pet Care is truly the furry best. It's really easy to schedule an appointment and the dog walk recaps are super helpful to see where they went and if they "went". Dray and Marisa are great with the dogs and treat them like their own. Highly recommended.

Sylvia and her team are fantastic. Our dog Brito has had some issues getting along with other dogs, but when he goes to Like Home Pet Care, he doesn't have an issue which speaks to the professional and comfortable environment they provide. He's always playing, making new friends and comes back EXHAUSTED from his days there. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a doggy daycare. Sylvia is very responsive, always helpful and knowledgeable, and their pickup and drop off service is so helpful. It's great to see our dog get to run around and just be a dog!

Silvia and the team have watched our dog for the last 3 years. They take such good care of her, she gets excited when they come to pick her up, it is a terrific service! They treat her like she is their own. We also use them for pet sitting when we are out of town. They send us pics of her while we are gone, and our dog always has a great time. They are terrific, I highly recommend them. Nikki, who does grooming there, is also terrific! Our dog comes home smelling great, and even sometimes has her nails painted, lol! Love it!

I can rest assured knowing that my dog is getting the same kind of love and care he'd get if I were with him myself. They truly love every dog in their pack. My pup comes home happy (and actually smelling great!). I've NEVER heard of a dog getting sick from going to this daycare as I have with some of the others in this area. I OFTEN have seen them cleaning and disinfecting. They also offer pick up and drop off - which is so nice. Their groomer Nikki has the absolute BEST bedside manner with my very nervous little 7 lb dog. And her cuts always make him look like a puppy again! I can't say enough how much I absolutely love everything about LHPC!! If I could give them 6 Stars I would!! ❤️❤️❤️

I have used this company to care for my three cats and plants when I go away too many times to count. Silvia is amazing, sends me lots of updates and when I come home the litter box is spot less. My cats enjoy her company, even my not so friendly Melo comes out to greet her. & I love their online scheduling system, it is so easy and convenient!

I absolutely loved how caring and loving Silvia and her team are towards their pets. They treat my son (Bailey) as if it was their own if not better. I highly recommend like home pet care they really make our loved ones feel at home.

What I'm going to say here is just my personal experience with Like Home Pet Care. I will refrain from using too many positive or negative adjectives just to give others a better idea. I have used this service for about two weeks. Since the last walk I was informed that Silvia's cousin will walk my dog as she is going on a vacation. Today I was supposed to make a payment and leave the cash on the counter. However, I forgot to do it. I ran home before 2pm as Silvia should arrive anytime between 2 to 5. I was home with my dog the entire time until she texted and told me my dog went #1 (which my dog did not). Of course, I raised my concern, talked to my doorman, and confirmed that she did not show up. My answer from her was "I was there but I never sign the key in or out they just hand it to me". I double checked again with my doorman as I do not wish to have any misunderstanding with Silvia. But my doorman insisted she did not come. When I texted her again and told her what my doorman said, here is what she said "I had asked my cousin to do it because of my schedule." And this time I had to tell her I was really confused because in the first message she said it was her who came, and in the second message it became her cousin who should have come. Her response this time was because she was texting and driving. And apparently all the confusing messages are due to iPhone's autocorrection function. Since I was not sure about how autocorrection can mess up with "me" and "my cousin", I decided to cancel all the other reservations. ***FYI, the owner filtered my reviews on YELP rather than being willing to deal with her dishonesty.

They lost people dog. And they do t think it’s their problem. The owner need to travel so she scheduled morning walk with friend and asked them to walk night time. What is her mistake and asked friend come to stay at home coz she worry the dog will come back home. Sometimes people need travel to do something so we have to ask dog sitter company. But this company will not take responsibility and will use contract to tell u they don’t need to take resonant don’t afraid lawyer. Also they said they post 200 flyers but I didn’t see anyone outside or anyone who saw the lost Shiba flyers around jersey city?

Can’t go anywhere else. Silvia and team are so great with my pup and always give him the best cut that grows out PERFECTLY.

I felt secure traveling for the long weekend knowing my 2 cats were well looked after. Silvia was as good as I expected.

We've had Angel, Jerome and Leo take wonderful care of our little ones (3 cats and a dog) during a few long trips. We really appreciate that they provided photos during the visits and were responsive when we were on the road. We also like that they use the PetCheck app which tracks the pet care requests and visits.

While we did not take our dog to their training, we did meet the owners at a recent dog event. We met two of the dogs they were training and were very pleased. We spoke for 10-20 mins and agreed on many key training points and the proper use of electric collars. Based on that interaction, I'd recommend them to someone looking for basic or advanced training.

Highly recommend! My partner and I went on a 11 day vacation and couldn’t find anyone to watch our two Frenchies. We came across this company and I am so beyond happy! Angel was so great starting with the first phone call. She answered all questions and did a meet and greet with our pups! They loved her immediately. The prices are so reasonable and she updated us with texts and pics on how are pups are doing! Drop off and pick up was super easy and convenient. It was very comforting to knowing that the pups are with someone who loves dogs, knows how to care for them and that they were able to just be comfortable in her space without feeling confined. I fully recommend anything’s pawsible, I had a great experience with my dog walker. She was always on time, never missed a day, took great care of my dog and let me not worry about anything. The staff is was amazing, Angel took care of everything and made sure I had the perfect dog walker match. I just left them because I live out of jersey city and but I would get there their service again if I ever go back.

This company is amazing! I've been through a lot of dog companies, and this one is fantastic! They are always on time, courteous, and so thoughtful! Tyler is my primary walker. Delilah (my Doberman) LOVES him. She has seizures and special needs and can be aggressive on leash. They have listened to all of my needs, and make me feel SO comfortable with them. He treats her like his own dog. They are def compassionate. You will not be disappointed with this company!

Angel and the Anything’s Pawsible team treated my dog wonderfully! They were always quick to provide me with updates while I was away for ten days. They took him to the dog park, bought him some fresh toys and even a new bed! I would highly recommend them for your dog sitting needs. :-)

I booked the cat sitter service since I had a ten days business trip. The first thing I would like to say is this cool app they are using so you can see what time they came in and what time they scanned out. Also my cat sitter- Jan was very responsible. I love reading his comments about my cats. The whole process was very smooth and worry free. Will definitely go back to them if I need to travel somewhere next time! Five star service with no doubts!

I had used them back at Christmas time for Cat Care and I was really pleased so I was going to use them again for a trip I'm leaving for in two days. I put in the requests weeks ago and they had been left unapproved. I emailed and called several times earlier this week asking them to please confirm my appointments because I was leaving the country for over a week and concerned that no one would be in to check on my cat. Every time I called they said they would approve it that day and they did not. Finally I had to cancel my appointments and schedule a new service two days before my trip because they hadn't approved them and I had no assurance that my cat would have been cared for. It was extremely unprofessional and I'm very happy I cancelled my services beforehand and didn't have to try to figure it out from abroad.

I’ve had such a great experience with this service. Always on time, communication is consistent, they accommodate every booking I submit. The care takers come by and take time to get familiar with your pet and understand fully what their needs are. This company has earned my trust thoroughly and I highly recommend!

Our puppy Nathan had a great 3 day stay at this lounge made good friends with the staff...we recommend it and we will definitely come back if needed...plus next door the have grooming place if you need to have your pet groomed...

The absolute best daycare in the area for small dogs! Idk how they do it but it does not smell inside at all and the pooches (12 max) have a super comfy environment to stretch out in. Dogs are individually walked and fed and are supervised at all times. I really couldn't ask for a better environment for my lil guy

Love this doggy day care. It's a single room with velvet couches and takes more or less only small dogs (max of 20 lbs I think, but could be a bit higher). James (the owner) is great with our pup and the pup loves going there--he knows when he's on the block and he starts running toward the day care. It's not cheap but it's not exorbitant either for what it is. This is also one of the few doggy day cares that I've encountered that actually walk the dogs during the day (3 times a day I believe). I highly recommend it and we feel lucky to have this as an option so close to our place.

I have taken 2 of my pups to Executive Dog Lounge in Jersey City over the last 1-1/2 years. The doggie day care was a godsend for me. I have been very busy as a single father and needed to place my dogs in a responsible and attractive day care spa. The owner James is focused on his commitment to give the dogs the best possible services until owners come to retrieve them at day's end. In addition, the spa is clean and nicely decorated and the dogs appear to get along famously.

I want to start by saying thank you so much to James for taking care of my beloved Toby! From the second I entered the Executive Dog Lounge to moment I had to basically drag Toby out of the daycare (he loved it there so much she did not want to leave!), the entire experience was professional, kind and relaxing! My friend was visiting, and we wanted to leave Toby somewhere safe while we hit the city for the weekend. I asked around my neighborhood of well-trusted dog parents and everyone raved about the Executive dog lounge and the care James gives to all the pups there. From Friday afternoon to Sunday evening, my heart was calm knowing my Toby was being properly supervised and loved. (Their version of boarding, Modern Boarding, was perfect for us!) My pup, Leah, loves coming to Executive Dog Lounge! I can tell she has loads of fun with the other pups there and that she is well cared for. She gets scheduled walks & feedings, all the playtime she wants, and new BFF's. She always comes home ready to go straight to bed and wakes up fully energized for another awesome day with friends! I love that the daycare doesn't have the basic business hours; I can drop Leah off before work and pick up after without having to rush. The decor in this place is beautiful, always smells great and is super clean (all of which reassure me she is in good keep).

My Shih-Poo is very much well taken care of by both James & Samantha! He has horrible separation anxiety and they are extremely good with him. I know he has a little feisty temper but what I love about them is they take the time know each and every dog and know how to work with them including my fur baby! Even if you aren’t signed up for a corporate month or monthly plan I strongly reccomend bringing in your fur baby at least a few days out of the month so they can go and socialize with the other pups!

My wife and I accidentally found Executive Dog Lounge while we were looking at places to board our puppy since we were going on vacation. We were very reluctant to do this boarding thing, but then found the Executive Dog Lounge and James the owner. After speaking with James for while, he urged us to continue our walk to the place we where originally going to check out and see what that was like. We quickly walked back to James and requested his services. It was the best decision we could’ve made for puppy. James and his staff treat not only our dog, but all dogs as if they were their own “kids” as he refers to them. His knowledge and his staff are undeniably the best when looking to board your puppy/dog. We had complete peace of mind while in Mexico, not only because of the updating & reassuring emails, and random videos of our puppy playing, but because we experienced firsthand how happy & tired he was after spending a couple days leading up to the vacation in his “doggy daycare”. I don’t often write reviews, but if you adore your dogs like we do, you will not be sorry if you make the choice to Board with James and his staff. In full disclosure, I am writing this review not as past customer, but as a neighbor of the Executive Dog Lounge, and it's owner James. I've had multiple unpleasant interactions with James, most not worth explaining publicly. Our last encounter however, is worth expressing to the rest of our neighbors and his potential customers. My mom had been visiting me for a couple days and was sitting outside of my apartment building, in her walker, when James crossed the street to take pictures of her with his cellphone. When she asked why, his response was "Do you live here? I have seen you here for 2 nights". When told that he had no right to do that, he responded "It's a free sidewalk". I felt deeply hurt and disrespected when my mom explained this to me. No one visiting our neighborhood deserves to be treated like an outsider. Jame's rudeness infuriated me, I filed a police report and also argued with him in defence of my mom (which he also chose to take video of). The anger has since subsided, but I still think it's important to speak out on this issue. We should all hold the people and businesses in our neighborhood accountable for the ethical treatment of others. I have no tolerance for bigotry and neither should anyone else. This isn't the first time James has disrespected one of his neighbors but, I would really regret not doing what I could to make sure something like this doesn't happen again. I hope you will take this into account before giving James your business.

Mende is reliable, loving, and understanding. She has been walking my dog Max for about a year now and I can always trust her to be communicative, show up consistently, make sure that Max is safe, and show him love as if he is her own. I love receiving pictures and updates from her on their walks, and she’s flexible if timing needs to be changed or if there’s a special request (like to feed him after his walk). I love that I have someone I can trust to care for Max when I’m at work during the day so I don’t have to worry. Mende has also watched Max overnight once as well, which was great experience.
