My dog had a medical emergency while in John’s care and I credit him with saving my pup’s life. You couldn’t ask for a better sitter in a pressure situation. He also communicated regularly during the stay, keeping me posted on how my pup was doing. Would recommend John to anyone who needs a sitter they can trust.

Brian was great and was my first sitter experience through TH to look after my two little dogs and one of them was a recent rescue I had for a month and learning new things and still training. Brian was good with communication, clear about his travel plans and we managed adjustments to him coming in early by a day. This was helpful for me to feel I can personally give orientation to my home and pets before leaving for a few days. Brian was also good with the hand-off to my next sitter when weather conditions delayed me. I came back to a tidy home and happy pets. Brian was calm with my new pup's minor furniture destruction. Thankfully I bought the warranty! I would recommend Brian to anyone and would consider him again for future sits!

I’m sure most folks say the nicest things about their sitter, but honestly, if there were a “super star” status available then Denise would win the prize as sitter of the year! From the start, Denise was an excellent communicator. While we were still in the decision phase, Denise was always available to chat either by FaceTime, telephone or text. It was so easy to choose Denise; as you can see from her countless 5 star reviews, she truly is the only pet sitter you’d ever need and the one everyone hopes to have. Denise came to our house eager to meet us, our pets and the quirks of our house. Denise has an excellent sense of humor and immediately put us all at ease. Our pets took to her as if she was a long lost friend (even our finicky Siamese cat was loving on her from the start). While we were gone, our dog had a non-emergency health issue come up and just like that Denise was taking her to our vet, and administered the dog’s meds like a champion (Denise is also a nurse BTW). Additionally, Denise brought our pup to her scheduled groom appointments and even made future appointments for us to make our return home as seamless as possible. Denise was even above and beyond helpful to our neighbors and they appreciated her giving them access to our refrigerator when theirs broke down on Thanksgiving Eve! When we got home we were super impressed by how perfectly immaculate our house was! Most sitters leave the house clean, but Denise met and may have even exceeded our military standards of clean and orderly. Seriously, our house felt like we never left it. Everything was spotless, shinny and clean. She didn’t miss a beat!! Our pets were so happy to see us but honestly, I felt like our pup and kitty were disappointed when we walked in the door (I believe they were expecting to see Denise!). Haha. If you are ever fortunate enough to have Denise apply for any of your sits then I can’t recommend her enough. Seriously, you can stop reviewing applicants and just go with Denise. She was awesome in every sense of the word and I hope she’ll come back and stay with our pets again.

Such a great family! George, Larissa and their crew were a fantastic bunch. Our large senior dog got an eye infection right before we left for our trip and so we had to ask them to do some extra eye care. When it was clear that it wasn’t getting better they were willing to load up Lorax and take him to a vet appointment and then apply the prescribed ointment for the next week and a half. Definitely above and beyond care that we really appreciated! Our house was left in great shape, our pets were super well cared for, and George and Larissa were great communicators. We have had many many sitters over the past 3 years but this was the first family. Nothing to worry about, they were terrific and we would happily have them back again. Thanks for taking such good care of our fury family and our home!

Joe was an excellent sitter and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away, dealing with one of our pup’s surgery recovery, which was an unexpected circumstance just prior to our trip. Susan and Jim were amazing sitters for my 2 boys whilst I went to Portugal to play golf. Communication we had prior to the sit was excellent, and we were able to discuss the dogs in detail. They arrived the day before I was due to leave so we were able to have a good handover. They really looked after the dogs well, and my house was immaculate when I returned. I can't recommend them highly enough, just wished they lived in the UK so I could use them on a regular basis. Thank you Susan and Jim xx

Brian is awesome - he is simply the best pet sitter and house sitter that we have EVER had and we've had a bunch. He is experienced, thoughtful, respectful, loving, appreciative, helpful, enthusiastic...the list just goes on. Started with our initial call - it was our first sit with zeewoi and he immediately instilled confidence in us in how he talked about his experience and how he saw his role. In the pre-planning, he had great questions for us and helped us to get organized. He was thorough through the instructions, came in a day early to make sure he understood everything about our house and our dog and then followed through on everything. He even drove us to the airport and picked us up on the return. Along the way we were gone, he sent us pictures and kept us updated - always making us feel good about being away and knowing Jorge and the house were in great hands. We had workers coming to fix a fence while gone and some other activity at the house - he was helpful, available, and willing to do whatever was needed to be done. He was self-sufficient and when it came time to leave, he had everything organized and cleaned at the house - he left it in better condition than he received it. We would love to have Brian sit whenever we are away (and in fact will invite him and hope he says yes!) - any one would be lucky to have Brian as their house and pet sitter.

Shannon and Travis stepped up at the last minute when an earlier sitter canceled. Shannon and Travis took care our our large brood of animals for two weeks while we were out of the country over the Christmas holiday. They kept us informed about what was happening with the animals and our home. Our dog Pepper doesn’t like most people, but loved Travis and Shannon immediately. I would not hesitate to welcome Shannon and Travis back for another sit. They are very honest and friendly people. Their dog Dime is also awesome.

This was our first experience with TH and we are very pleased. From the moment Rose arrived we knew she was the right sitter for our “kids”. Communication while we were away was great with pics of the dogs as well as text messages. Rose cared for our home and our “kids” with great care, she is very conscientious of your space. Extremely pleased with the care she provided to our “kids” and our home. We have another trip planned in a couple of weeks and are happy Rose will be staying in our home again. I highly recommend Rose as a sitter!

To this list of attributes I would add flexible, capable, sensitive, extremely good with the dogs even if one of mine is sometimes a little ornery, and just a wonderful person all around. Because of constantly changing circumstances due to a move and coronavirus, my dogs ended up spending not two weeks but a whole month with John and they were so comfortable and happy. John helped them in so many ways and coordinated shipping them overseas, he went above and beyond the wildest stretches of what a house sitter entails and did it with a smile and a laugh and reassurances that all would be well. And indeed he was absolutely right - the dogs arrived so well cared for that all my fears of them being traumatized went out the window. John’s flexibility, and his kindness as well as his impeccable maintenance of my house in my absence all make me recommend him an absolute 10 out of 10. Thank you John for all your help this summer!! Holly is amazing! We met her through friends and so lucky she came into our lives not just as a friend but she watched our mini golden doodle for the day (and he slept over) and we were such at peace! He didn’t want to leave when we picked him up! Holly is caring, loving, professional and truly has the biggest heart for animals. Our penny loves bark and breakfast. She can be a little anxious when she is away from us, but she is so comfortable with Diana. As you can see by the pictures she is as if she were at home. The love and care that Diana gives her is no less than she would receive here at home. Penny loves auntie Diana.
Our original dog sitter cancelled on us last minute and we were so lucky to have found Diana! She was an amazing host to our dog. The house has all the amenities a dog could ask for. Our dog had the best time and would highly recommend Bark N Breakfast!

Bark n Breakfast has been pet sitting my 2 Dobermans for over a year now. And they just love Diana. She is so good with them they sleep in bed with her she plays outside with them. It’s like they are her own fur babies.

Bark and Breakfast is more than a pet sitting service. It is an extension of our home life. Diana, the owner, is an utmost professional who cares for our fur baby as if he was her own. We knew she was the right fit for us from the moment we met. Our Frenchie has ear allergies and when we picked him up after his first stay she gave us a care package with a glass bottle of ear wash complete with written instructions and cotton pads. Amazing! Her space is a dream come true for pets. There are endless toys. Days are filled with fetch and walks by the bay. Hot days are spent in a tiny pool for cooling off and running around in a yard shaded by trees. He is free to roam inside and in the fenced yard and is never in a kennel. They thankfully only use crates if requested. This is super important to us to mimic his daily routine. They also text us the most wonderful pics throughout each stay to keep us updated. Pics are even edited with an artistic flair! Their love pours out in every way they care for him. Our Frenchie comes back to us tired and content from all the fun he has had from every stay. We trust Bark and Breakfast and recommend them highly.
I can’t express this enough… Diana at Bark ‘N Breakfast went above and beyond my expectations when watching my fur baby, Lacy, while I was a million miles away. Diana sent me multiple pictures and videos throughout the day to ensure Lacy was having fun while safe and getting the exercise she needs everyday. Lacy is a high energy girlie & Diana fulfilled all my asks without any questions asked. Lacy will forever be a customer at Bark ‘N Breakfast!!
We have three little guys, who think they are big guys. Diana is wonderful with them. They get so excited to see her for a walk or spend an overnight with her. They always come home happy and healthy. Diana always sends pictures and videos of them while we are away. Diana is more than amazing, she is irreplaceable.
Diana is an absolute GEM! I am so grateful that we found her to take care of our dog, Henley, while we were on a family vacation. Before finding Diana I was sick to my stomach about sending Henley to a kennel or leaving him with a stranger. When we met Diana we knew instantly that we could breathe a sigh of relief. She is warm, genuine and seems to truly love caring for her 4-legged guests as if they are her own. Diana sent us daily photo/video updates and Henley was clearly having his own 5 star vacation! Our only hope is that there will be room for Henley to stay again next time we need the help and peace of mind 💙

I was very nervous leaving our two dogs overnight for the first time, but Lauren was amazing and totally understanding. She came over twice to meet the dogs prior, and because we were in the middle of training the puppy she went along with all our crazy training instructions. Lauren is definitely knowledgable when it comes to dogs, and most importantly not scared of our two great danes. She gives photo/video updates each day, and even keeps you informed with their food intake. I used to leave long notes with detailed instructions but now I just leave a quick thank you note with any updates. Lauren is reliable when it comes to the planned visits and has helped out with a day notice. If you book her two weeks in advance she will do her best to work her schedule around that of your dogs. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, she treats your pups like one of her own.
Lauren is incredible!! We have two large sized German Shepherds that are not the easiest to handle (high energy and somewhat protective). Lauren was so patient with the introduction and now the boys see her as family! She is very adaptive to different pet personalities/temperaments. She is great with getting them the exercise the need and playing with them! She is reliable and has helped accommodate us so many times. She always gets back to us in a timely manner and sends us updates when she stops at the house. Literally everything you want in someone that’s coming to your home to take care of your “pet-children” when you’re at work; trusting and attentive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Animal Kingdom Pet Services.

I highly recommend Muddy Paws!!!!! Our family recently went on vacation and left our Bella in Jodi's care. Jodi went above and beyond in her care for Bella. Prior to our leaving, Bella developed a sore on her paw. Jodi gave her both oral medication and topical. When we came home, Bella's paw was almost completely healed. Jodi's kindness included her offering to take in our mail, water the plants, and she ran the vacuum to clean up Bella's hair before we came home! Jodi sent daily text and pictures and videos to ease our minds. Jodi was a blessing and we highly recommend her!

Jodi takes such great care of our fur babies every time we need her. She is reliable and trustworthy. The dogs are so excited to see her. It’s obvious that Jodi loves them and they love her. When the dogs are in her care, we have absolutely nothing to worry about. She updates us daily and sends a picture with her update. Our dogs require certain medications and Jodi makes sure the dogs get them. Jodi is absolutely wonderful and I can’t imagine using anyone else.
I cannot express enough how happy we are to have found Jodi. She is a kind and compassionate person who takes wonderful care of our Great Dane Kahla. Jodi walks my Kahla four times a week. After each walk, she sends me a daily text describing how the walk went with some amazing pictures! Jodi is also very flexible when I need to change Kahla’s walk days due to my work schedule. She is professional, caring, and dependable. Jodi suggested we try a different leash that has created such a pleasurable walk. It’s like night and day!! I told Jodi she is a member of this family now. I highly recommend Muddy Paws!!
Jodi has done an amazing job of taking care of my Rottweiler since the time he was a puppy. She is reliable, trustworthy, and sends me daily updates about her visits while I am away at work. There is no one else I would trust to take care of my giant dog and she cares for him as if he were her own. My dog loves playing in the yard with her and all of the attention he receives. I have never left a negative review. Sadly, this is my first. We were visiting friends in the AC area and All Star was suggested to us for our dog. First, the pictures on their website are not indicative of their facility. There is a beautiful picture of a large dog swimming pool. NO pool exists!!! The explanation was that the pool in the picture is the local dog park pool and they bring some dogs there on Sundays. Second, leaving our dog for the first time, we wanted to know how he was doing. We called two times on the second day and an additional two times on the third day. Never a call back. Third, when we picked up our dog, they informed us that his leash was lost. They gave us a filthy replacement, which I refused to accept. They then replaced that with a cleaner leash. Finally, after paying the bill, and in the car heading home, we noticed that they charged us an extra daycare service of $17.00. I am sorry to write this review because we go out of our way to support local small businesses, but this needed to be said. I hope they make changes to better serve their customers.
