Lynn is amazing. She takes wonderful care of my fussy husky. Her frequent communication including pictures and videos is so appreciated. Would definitely recommend her!!!

I highly recommend WAGS Pet Sitting. Lynn was so easy to work with. I trusted her completely leaving my older dog with her over the weekend. She does pick up and drop off services and even keeps you updated with pics and videos of your pup. She is my go-to dog sitter from now on!

I have been so blessed to fine wags pets my little pug/mix loves going, there is a heart and secure back yard, and Mattie my dog loves seeing the other dogs that are there. A great comfort.

9-18-24I would like to edit this review based on what happened tonight when I picked Dune up from doggie daycare, the very nice gal at the front desk whom I apologize, I don't know your name, let me know that Mr. Marc noticed a small scab on dunes ear, I replied that I had noticed it and that he got it while we were out hiking, she was glad that I knew about it and was concerned that it had happened there, I replied it did not. As I was driving away I was so impressed that they noticed things like this and are quick to let you know, yet another reason why I absolutely trust them with my furry child. There is a lot of negativity in this world and I just wanted to take this time tonight to praise a great employee and great customer service. Kudos!!!!! Wonderful place, Dune absolutely loves going there, they take great care of him. I used them for my previous dog for kenneling for business trips and after I got over my fear of leaving him with someone else and trusting them I won't look back. They do a great job. Currently I leave Dune for daycare and he loves it. Thanks

This FAMILY run business is the BEST! We have used the Daycare program and the Overnight Boarding in the past few years and I can tell you that the level of customer service has been top notch. The owners respond asap, communicate every detail, address my concerns and are kind, caring and compassionate to our furry friends. The facility is Clean, Modern and safe. Our puppies are excited to go and that means everything to me. I am glad to see this family business is still providing excellent customer service and safe, affordable pet care in Billings, MT Give them a try, I am very impressed.

I love this place almost as much as my dog Franklin. He stays here every time I have to go out of town and they take amazing care of him and the staff is very accommodating friendly and my dog gets to meet a lot of other dogs. He plays his heart out and comes home happy and clean. They’ve got great grooming services too.

I have utilized grooming, boarding, and daycare services for my girl through Big Sky Pet Resort and have never had any issues. She absolutely loves it and gets excited as soon as she knows where she’s going! The owners and employees are extremely kind, caring, and easy to work with. They are also great about posting daycare pictures on Facebook. Highly recommend!

Well staffed facility with big-hearted employees. My dog came home from a 4 night stay happy and clean looking. Will recommend to family and friends. I appreciated the Facebook photos to check-in on our fur baby. Also, appreciated the no budge policy on up-to-date vaccines being required as well as flea and tick checks before playing with other pups.

Once a year I have to board my pup with these guys. Always friendly and Betty seems to love it there. I really like that they do a doggy daycare service and run her around with other dogs. Prices are very fair too.

All staff was super friendly and professional. We were given a written evaluation of her performance when we arrived back to pick our dog up. She was happy and worn out!!!

When our normal place for boarding was closed we chose big sky pet resort for our first boarding with Princess Sparkles. Very affordable and the staff was fantastic!!! We will definitely be back!

We recently boarded our two dogs ages 8 and 15 with Big Sky Pet Resort. They listened to our concerns and were accommodating to the best of their ability to make our older dog as comfortable as can be. Both dogs came home happy and healthy. We couldn’t be happier with how well our girls were treated. We will definitely be using Big Sky again!

Adelle and BEST Pet Care, has been wonderful and easy to work with! I first found them on Google search for doggie daycare, during my 3 months work contract. My job required early mornings, late days, and unexpected overnighters… Adelle and her staff were able to accommodate my every obstacle. My pups were loved and well cared for in a home setting and a variety of other pets. Again, so thankful for finding BEST Pet Care! You will be missed!! 🥰

Mike and Adele are amazing! They worked with my crazy schedule and communicated very well. Not one day went by were I had an ounce of concern leaving my baby at day care and as a dog mom it so very much appreciated! Gino loved going to best pet care it was even hard to get him to come home some days because he didn’t want to leave his buddies! 10/10 recommend ☺️

Highly recommend!!! We boarded our pups with Mike for a couple of days. We have a 6 month old Boxer and almost 2 year old Rottweiler. Mike was great with our pups. He even kept his older dog separated from our 2 pups and his younger dog so that the one young ones could play together. Mike kept us up to date with photos and texts of how things were going. They had a blast and came home so tired!! We will definitely trust Mike again to take our pups!!

Adelle and her team have been fabulous with our dogs. We have two labs that have both seen their fair share of medical issues and surgeries over the years and Adelle and Mike have both been fabulous at managing their meds and needs. They’re very consistent. I never have to worry while I’m gone if my dogs will be taken care of or not. Cannot recommend BEST pet care enough. They’re absolutely wonderful.

I can't say enough good things about BEST Pet Care. My two dogs absolutely love Adelle and her girls. I love to get the updates and the pictures after each visit. I always have a peace of mind when I’m away because I know my dogs are being cared for and loved on to the fullest. I use this place as my go-to because my pup just loves it here. I also love how they have the dogs playing with each other for most of the day and take pictures to show how the pups are enjoying themselves! When I come in to drop off and pick, the staff is very personable and has everything ready.

Paws and Claws is awesome, so glad we found them and have a place like this to take our dog to play and have fun during the day. He’s made a ton of friends and is excited to go back every time! Highly recommend.

Sadie Mae, my GSD, absolutely loves going to daycare to play with all of her friends. The staff are superb. They are very attentive to the needs of our four legged babies. We are also taking the advanced obedience classes with Joshua right now. He is a great trainer. He just has a way with the dogs that they want to listen to please him. I highly recommend this place for all of your boarding, grooming and obedience training needs. You won't be disappointed!

Hank and Ben have been hoing to Paws and Claws their whole lives. They are treated like royalty and get so excited when when we pull into the parking lot. Their prices are amazing, and their level of care and concern puts them ahead of any competition. I honestly dont know what I would do without them. They have let my dogs come by and play on short notice and have gotten me out of a jam many times.

Visited to check it out for future daycare for my pups. They assess all dogs before accepting them, so I feel confident my dogs will have fun AND be safe. Their indoor kennels don’t face across from other kennels, which minimizes indoor barking. They have a good air circulation system. They have multiple outdoor areas for different dog personalities and sizes. I watched for a while before I even went in and 100% of dogs arriving were VERY excited to be there, and dogs can’t fake that. There were a LOT of pups arriving and the lady at the front desk knew ALL of the dogs’ names!

This is my dog's second home. The owners and people there are top notch. They take very good care of my Belle. As we drove away, we saw her outside playing with the other dogs. She adjusts very well in that environment We are pleased with all the care she receives from them

My Hoss-Man is super exhausted after a long day of play at Paws & Claws! I love that it gets all his boxer wiggles out for the evening!

The dogs outside weren't watched very well. I kept seeing 2 dogs ganging up on a slightly smaller dog. I yelled at them a few times and I yelled at the person who was supposed to be keeping order. Plus it was way too hot to have these dogs outside in my opinion

Praise to The Dog House! I had two reservations for boarding for my young doberman who struggles with separation anxiety. On day one of the first stay it was evident that things were not going to go as planned. The staff made sure that he was taken care of and he did not harm himself while he was there. They went out of their way to take care of him. After this first stay I was sure they would not agree to board him a second time as they had to make special accommodations for him. This was not the case. They accepted him for the second booking I had through them. This place is not the place for my pup but this is no fault of theirs. They made sure he was safe and comfortable and kept in contact with me through both stays and did not hesitate to answer my questions and send updates. 100% trust this place!! Highly recommend. The photo is a picture they sent as an update and you can clearly see he is very happy!

We absolutely love The Dog House! Doc is a regular here and has been going for over a year. It’s great to have a place where they care for and work with the dogs. Holly, the owner, has truly been helpful with our weim puppies. They are 8 month old siblings. She is separating them at daycare. We haven't started training with her yet but look forward to it. We work with them at home, and she reinforces our training there. Highly recommend Holly and her team!!

Can’t recommend enough for daycare and boarding ! Skipper has come such a long way with the training the staff does with him. He is always happy to go and tired when he comes home!

Holly helped me with my pup, Ike. He has anxiety and is fear reactive. I wanted him to be comfortable in public settings and enjoy socializing with other dogs. She had amazing advice and taught me techniques to start with! Ike has come along way! Highly recommend Holly and the dog house!

Only a couple visits in and my Staffy loves the place. He was exhausted after his half day visit. We can’t even drive by without him getting excited about going to “Pup School.” The Dog House will be his second home. Havok definitely gives it a 5 star rating!

This place is amazing! Holly does so good with my Malinois and my Golden Lab! They both get so excited every time we pull up! This is the only place I will take my dogs!

I love the dog house, actually I think my dog loves The Dog House because he gets to play with all his friends and every Monday and he's so excited and it's so tired when he gets home.

I have a handful of a dog. Holly and her crew took wonderful care of him during his stay he didn't even rip up his blanket like he does in his kennel! Holly has an amazing kind demeanor that's perfectly suited to training and caring for dogs. I'm forever grateful for having a safe place to send my dog!

Like my kids always say that I love the dogs more than them. Sometimes it is true. 😄 so when it comes to find a boarding place for them, I wanted to find the best place for then. I was referred to the dog barn by another boarding place because they were full over the Easter weekend. I am so glad that I trusted them with our dogs, Shiloh and Rex. During their time there, I got messages and pictures from Shellie everyday on how the dogs were doing. I am very grateful that they took time to do these things. I would 120% leave our dogs with them any time we need to board them. Thank you, Kevin and Shellie for taking good care of Shiloh and Rex.

I am so happy with the dog barn. Our pets we're so happy compared to other places they have been. They were treated like they were the owners own pets.They made lots of friends and got to stay and play in the most beautiful place ever.

Great facility for dogs and good communication for their owners! It’s never enjoyable to leave your pets but I was very comfortable with the care my dogs received at the Dog Barn. My dogs are excited to go there and tired from all the exercise when they leave.

Every dog I met loves it here and can't wait to return. Very clean, friendly and fun! There is even a cute little cabin to stay in if you only have two legs. Shellie and Kevin are great host to all!!!

This is the most amazing place to board your beloved pets. We had to board our pets for 15 days. Each day I received a text and pictures. This place is very clean and definitely loved on our pets. The owners are the kindest and most loving people. We board here again!!

Luna’s Kozy Critter Cottage is PHENOMENAL!!! The best one yet our fur babies have been to. This was the longest we have ever left them and it was stress free on us knowing how well they were being taking care of. We got daily updates and photos/videos. One way you can tell a dog trust you is when they are out cold sleeping on their back. Our Meeko which is pretty skeptical, was so comfy and trusting of Lisa and her family that he slept on his back just about every night. Nala also found her a new best friend and snuggle buddy while we were gone. They were treated just like they care for their own. They were taken on daily walks and even a few hikes. They also worked with their obedience training. They had a fenced in backyard they could access on their on through the doggy door anytime they wanted. They also met new fur friends they could play with. I cannot say enough how thankful that our fur babies were in such great hands!! I would send them back again hands and recommend any of my family and friends to Luna’s Kozy Critter Cottage!!!

So glad I found Luna’s Kozy Critter Cottage!! Luna is the gentlest big dog ever, and Caretaker Lisa is just amazing. She offered a meet n greet for my little dog to help her feel welcome and comfortable around the other critters, and she gives them all plenty of love and attention every day…pictures included!! Couldn’t be happier with my experience and will always rely on Lisa to look after my little furry one when I’m gone. 5 stars, highly recommend

I was apprehensive about leaving Woody with a stranger. But after our meet and great, I felt comfortable with Lisa and her home. Woody stayed with Lisa and family for ten days. I had daily photos and updates on his progress with larger dogs. He was happy and enjoying his new friends. I recommend Lisa take care now.

I can’t say enough good things about Luna’s Kozi Critter Cottage. She made my Nietzsche feel right at home and kept in touch with me throughout the whole stay with pictures and texts. I have already booked another stay. I can’t emphasize enough how Lisa went above and beyond to give me peace of mind during my fur baby’s stay. I would give 10stars if it was an option!

My chihuahuas, Cupcake and Lucky, spent the last few days. Throughout the week Lisa would send pictures and it was obvious they were being well taken care of. We had a meet and greet and I really appreciate the set up.

We Had an emergency over Easter weekend and needed a place for our pup for a few days and Lenard was so nice and understanding and he was able to get her in on short notice! Prices were fair and very reasonable. Just picked up our happy girl!

Lenard and his staff at Thunder Ridge Kennels took great care of our 2 dogs. Lenard is very experienced and cared about our animals enough to go out of his way and share some very helpful tips and recommendations. 10/10 recommend

Not sure what happened over their 4 day stay, my 9YO husky with hip dysplasia could barely walk when we picked him up. Others were fine, I don’t think his supplements were given at all!! His elbow was raw down to bare skin. Was not like this when he was dropped off. He gets around quite well with his hips, not after this stay.

Have taken my dogs here many different times and they just love it! Leonard is a very nice man and takes great care of his facility and pups! 10/10 recommend!!

Leonard and his staff have been nothing but kind to us, and they took really great care of our two dogs while we were out of town. The property is beautiful, lots of room for the dogs to run around and play safely. The facilities are what I'm used to seeing for hunting dogs so just be mentally prepared that it's more aligned with cabins at sleepaway summer camp that you went to as a kid rather than The Four Seasons hotel. The floors are heated and they provide blankets/towels so it keeps everyone comfortable. I agree with another reviewer who said that the bougie kennels are more for the pet owners comfort than anyone else, all the pups (including mine) seem perfectly happy and well taken care of. Word to the wise: they will be playing outside a bunch so you'll want to plan on a bath when they get home! What really clued me in that this was the right place for us was our skittish dog letting Leonard pet her during our first visit. He definitely has a natural ability to communicate with the pups and I guess she knew it because she was an abuse case rescue and almost never approaches anyone for affection! We will definitely be bringing our dogs back to "camp" whenever we need to leave town, they had a blast :)

We brought our 8 year old yellow lab, Hitch, to be kenneled while we went away on business. We were kind of in a bind trying to find a kennel on short notice. Thunder Ridge had great reviews and were able to take our dog even with a time crunch. Hitch had a blast, was tired out, happy and healthy when we picked him up today. Very reasonably priced and the owner was amazing. The last time he was kenneled, at a “ritzy” expensive place, he came home with burned and torn up pads on his feet. When we called, they brushed it off as “normal” for dogs that aren’t used to pool time and gravel. That was not okay. It was their job to watch our dog and keep him safe. They failed to do that. We will definitely board this dog, and any future dogs, with Thunder Ridge in the future.

I brought my Yellow Lab Rocko to Thunder Ridge in hopes that he could make a great hunting dog. Leonard doesn't disappoint! My hunting dog is becoming very responsive to commands and when I throw his decoy out he runs to it at an astonishing speed. Keep up the good work Leonard!

I couldn’t be more happy with Thunder Ridge Kennels! I recently took my 1 year old lab Luna here for obedience training and they sent her back to me an entirely different dog!! They really did an amazing job!

I don't know what happened at this kennel but when my wifes son picked up our dogs they had an overwhelming stench of urine on them. like they were left in a dirty kennel all weekend. It was very upsetting for us to find out how our dogs were treated!! And to add to this review my boxer came down with kennel cough a week after her stay. she has not been anywhere but home after her stay so it is highly unlikely she got it sowhere else. I will not be going back!

The Tyres are great people with vast knowledge in loving canine care. The prices can't be beat and these people really love animals. I am a college student and therefore am money-conscious. I looked into boarding my dog here because I heard it was the cheapest place in town. This is accurate, but I was ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED upon seeing the note on their boarding page "no chows or pits". My dog is a red heeler, so admittedly it doesn't affect me directly, but I absolutely refuse to support any place that would promote any sort of breed discrimination. This is disgusting. Any person who claims to know anything about dogs or even just to be a dog person should know better than to fall into harmful stereotypes that are based on inaccurate information, even according to the leaders in dog bite statistics, the CDC! I would never trust my pet, no matter their breed, with anyone who is not an educated, equal opportunity dog lover, and neither should the rest of you. Shame on this company. They are missing out on meeting wonderful pets AND business opportunities. - Sincerely, a concerned pet owner and veterinary technician

Horrible experience!! I can’t believe my dogs came home with KENNEL COUGH and I wasn’t informed. On the ride home my dog sounded like it dying. I made it home and all my dogs eventually starting coughing and gagging. It’s terrible. I thought my business over the years would have fostered a better report, Obviously not!! So disappointed!!

They are friendly people but not quite sure I likes that the dogs were outside most of the time they were there. The weather was cold 2 of the days they were there. The dogs were taken care of though

Kalyn is a dear friend. The kennels and buildings are basic but the dogs get great care. She is very knowledgeable about animals and does show her corgis. Many obedience corgis and Shelties have come from her Eaglerock Kennel.

I trust them with my older dog anytime we go somewhere and they have the best prices around!
