We could not be more grateful to the staff here for taking care of our fur babies. The girls always have a blast, and they’ve been very accommodating when we have had emergencies come up. The dogs get to go out way more often than most places, and we love the individual playtime they get in the separate yards. The staff have been great following our feeding notes, to avoid any allergy issues. I love the pictures I get each day from their daycare, showing the fun they are having. They are always tuckered out when they get home. So so so appreciative to the kind staff here!

Great for our elderly beagle. We look forward to getting his pictures daily when he's boarded here. It's nice to enjoy our vacation knowing our doggo is well looked after and getting his medication while we're gone. Definitely recommend their boarding and daycare.

We recently had to board our German Shepherd while on vacation in Bardstown. The staff at critter cradle are highly professional, and very caring. We received pictures of girl time to time, usually eating or playing with her ball. Thank you to all the staff of CC.

We moved to the area but needed to drop our two pups off a month prior. Amber had great reviews so opted for the off-leash training. It was tough being without our pups for a month, BUT... well worth it! Amber and her staff did an amazing job for the month they were there. They both now have a great foundation for commands and respond great. We received several photos everyday along with a few progression videos. They were very accommodating for diets and individual habits. Maddi is a newer trainer and also did a great job with training our pups. We will be dropping our pups off for any future time away. I highly recommend The Critter Cradle.

The Critter Cradle is amazing.. it's the only place we take all 4 ( yes we have four dog's!) When we travel and we travel quite a bit during the year! You can tell they honestly love their jobs and my pet's are always excited when we drop them off. The staff is loving and caring. What I love most is they send you pictures about twice a day of your fur babies to let you know their doing well .. I can go on and on about how wonderful they are! I have posted a few pictures they sent us while we were on a recent trip

Cheap prices for caring and taking care of our 2 pups while we went to Heaven Hill, who do not allow dogs unfortunately. Highly recommend them for day care.

This is an awesome family run pet daycare. They give a paper per day detailing what the pets day consisted of along with texting pictures of the pet while in their care. They also offer grooming and level one obedience classes.

Always very friendly and have taken our dogs there for the last 3 years multiple times a year. Your dog is taken outside 5-6 times a day to run around in the fenced area. They send you pics of your dog twice a day and their prices are very much in line for the area.

I am only giving 2 stars because my dog seemed to like the groomers (when they were available) and they did a pretty decent job when they were there. However - The groomers are HORRIBLE communicators and very unprofessional. We have tried two groomers now. The first one was wonderful with our nervous dog so we were happy. Then, she started taking at least a month to respond & get back with us. I tried calling to book an appointment with her but the front desk always wanted me to reach out myself directly to the groomer, but I never got responses which was frustrating. Also - this groomer would just leave at our scheduled appointment time sometimes to pick up her children when my dog should’ve been getting his grooming and we would have to wait. (Very unprofessional) The second groomer we tried responds immediately and books appointments which we thought was great. However, we have now shown up TWICE on time to our appointment and our groomer is not there and won’t answer her phone calls. We waited on her 30 minutes after our appointment time the first time, the second time she didn’t answer her phone and never showed up so we left and never got an apology for the inconvenience or anything. Not acceptable to happen two times in a row. We have now found a better organized groomer and will not be back.

We’ve been trusting Julie for 3 years now and she always takes great care of our puppy. Her place is kennel free, so we never have to worry about our puppy being locked in a kennel all day. The recreation area for the puppies in the backyard is amazing. There is TONS of space for them to have fun. A HUGE plus is Julie takes the time to send pictures of our puppy to us daily while we are away. The pictures always look like our puppy is having an amazing time. She’s literally on vacation at Julie’s, so we don’t have to feel guilty about leaving her here. Check out Julie and Wagging Tails if you’re thinking about boarding your pup. I’ve been utilizing the overnight pet sitting services with Julie/Wagging Tails Pet Sitting for the last 8 years. My coonhound Caesar loves going there! All I have to say is “do you want to go to Julie’s?” and he gets all excited! Julie takes great care of him and texts me pictures daily of Caesar while I’m on vacation or out of town. I feel fortunate to have someone I “trust” to take care of Caesar while I’m away. I don’t feel bad leaving Caesar with her because he loves it there!

I LOVE Wagging Tails boarding and Petsitting! I’ve take all three dogs over the last 12 years to them. Their in home care, no cage service is always the best for my fur babies. No matter the needs of the individual I can be assured that each need is met. AND my babies always have the best time with their buddies. Highly recommend this business.

We've boarded our dog with Waggingtailslex for several years and couldn't be happier. There is never an adjustment period once we pick him up and bring him home, which is usually 4-10 nights when we travel without him. That is huge and tells us the environment is like our own home, but with dog friends! We enjoy seeing photos of him throughout his stay. It's always a comfort to us knowing he is in the best hands!

I am so thankful for finding Wagging Tails. I have a puppy and was looking for something different than a kennel environment. My dog Cricket loves this place and on a recent trip I didn't worry myself sick about how he was doing. The daily photos are great as well!

I’ve been taking our dog to Julie for quite awhile. Both love(d) it. We lost our last dog last July and he went there every time we went out of town. Our new sweetie has been to Julie 1st for a few days of day care so she’d be acclimated when we were leaving her for a week. She had lots of friends to play with and based on the pics and Julie’s comments, she had a great time! I highly recommend Wagging Tails.

I've boarded my dogs with Julie, the owner, since 2017 and would not board my dogs anywhere else. My dogs attend daycare with her about once a week. Julie is caring, compassionate, and honest. One of my dogs became blind from an autoimmune disease shortly after I adopted him and she continues to give him the best care even though he requires special food and multiple medications each day. She lets me know if he gets sick or has a cut or scratch. I appreciate her honesty and integrity. She limits the number of dogs she takes and has a wonderful backyard with a divide in it so that the more rambunctious dogs can play separately from those less playful.

We wouldn't trust anyone else with our 3 dogs. Julie loves our dogs like her own and has been with them since they were all puppies. No crates (unless you want that) and tons of play time and snuggles with daily photos. We know our dogs are in the best hands when they are with Julie. We hit the jackpot with Wagging Tails!!

Wagging Tails Pet Sitting is the absolute best. Our dogs second home is with Julie. We can see how much they love her walks, daycare and staying for boarding. We highly recommend!

They didnt do as,I,ask to cut my Sheltie. I wanted a Sheltie cut. He comes out shaved. Thats the 2nd time this,has happened. Plus they cut his,side pretty good with clippers. I have pics. They,are reasonable and friendly. Hes been going there awhile. But i dont like his hair cut short. It takes forever to grow back. I shouldnt have paid for it, but i did. Time to find a,new groomer i guess. PM

Gretel really enjoys The Dog Spot! I love that she can run in a huge yard and play with other dogs her own size! We’ve been coming here for years, Gretel is our second German Shepherd we’ve boarded here. I really appreciate Carol and her team! Our pup is always happy and never stressed when we pick her up. This is the only place I would trust with our pup.

First time visiting here, our Dane stayed for 10 days! Always nerve racking trusting a new place but she came home happy and somewhat calm thankfully. She’s usually very anxious and hoarse when she comes home from other kennels. Right price, right location for us and they post videos of the pups daily on Facebook. we will definitely be using the dog spot again!

I highly recommend the dog spot to anyone looking for a place to board their dogs. Not once have I ever had an issue with my dog staying here because Carol and her staff take excellent care of every dog that stays with them. My baby Jack absolutely loves coming here and getting to run around in the yard with the other dogs. He genuinely looks forward to visiting and getting to see his best friend Livy!

The dog spot was great to my fur baby! She stayed for 3 days and when I picked her up she gave the worker lots of love. It was reassuring to know she was in good hands and enjoyed the company of the workers! Kayleigh checked her in and checked us out as well. She was fantastic reassuring me she would be treated with the utmost care! The dog spot exceeded my expectations. Kayleigh really made me feel comfortable leaving my fur baby as she does have anxiety so I worry.

We've had our baby Jax at the Dog Spot while on vacation several times and he had a great experience. The staff is very nice and our dog seemed to respond well with them when we picked him up. We've never had any issues and he seems to enjoy his time with the other dogs and the staff.

I have taken my dogs here multiple times and have had no problems. They are very nice and treat my babies very well. When I picked them up they seemed to like the staff and have no problems with other dogs. I would recommend them to others!

The Dog Spot is the only place I trust to leave my fur babies , Kayleigh checked me in for our reservation over summer break. Her and Carol along with the whole staff did an amazing job at explaining everything . My dogs had the best time !

First time boarding our English Mastiff and was very worried but The Dog Spot took great care of Titan! We called on the afternoon of the first day and they checked with the caregivers and called us right back to assure us! They posted pics and videos on Facebook so we could see how well he was doing! Great small dog daycare spot that seems very clean and well taken care of. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there are no initial evaluations for temperament for first time daycare or boarding dogs. They’ll ask if dog is friendly or has any issues and take owners word. Could lead to some unsafe situations if it hasn’t already. Otherwise a great place to board your pet!

Our dogs had a fantastic week at Harleys Home. The facilities are clean, bright and cheery. The owner posts pictures & videos when they're boarding, showing all their activities! Beds & blankets are provided. There's a big forest trail for daily leash walks, and lots of toys, a ball pit, with indoor & outdoor fun! Your pet won't be in a cage all day, it's like going to camp for them! We'll use Harleys Home again.

We felt so comfortable leaving Rusty at Harley's Home. We loved seeing the updates on Facebook. He came home happy and healthy.

I recently entrusted my beloved dogs to this boarding place for the first time during a weekend work trip, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The care and attention they received were exceptional, and the constant photo updates on Facebook allowed us to check in on them regularly. All I can say is WOW! What a wonderful experience. We have never left our Daisy anywhere and they went above and beyond our expectations! They posted pictures of her through out the day so we were able to see her. They knew she didn't like being alone so she spent time with them in their home and got so much love. Harleys Home was a wonderful boarding for my dog! My pup Riya stayed for 7 days and she really enjoyed her stay! The kennel is very clean and the owner loves all the dogs as her own and takes them for walks on trails daily. They also post on Facebook updates of the dogs, which made me happy to see my dog having such a good time!

This was the first stay for my fur baby at a boarding facility and I am so blessed to have been recommended to them! She stayed 4 nights and It means the world knowing someone is caring for your pet like their own. It’s amazing how the whole family is involved to care for your baby. She was so happy and not anxious to leave. I would not consider taking her any where else! So thankful for them!!

Harleys Home is a wonderful boarding facility. They treated our Gunner just like their own. I felt like he was on vacation while we were vacationing. I had no worries about my pet while I was gone. They do a wonderful job of providing walks through the woods, playtime and posting videos throughout the day so you can check on your pet. I just can't say enough great things about this facility. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pet boarding facility.

I recently moved to Harrodsburg and needed and place to board my two small dogs for the weekend to attend a wedding out of state. I found Bed and Biscuits through a web search and chose them as the destination for my kids. I was not disappointed! Janet and Chuck were taken very good care of. The staff is extremely polite and caring. I would highly recommend! My dogs have found a new second home when I travel! Thank you Bed and Biscuits!

SO INSANELY HAPPY! My dog Finn is people and dog aggressive. No one in my entire area would even give him a trial basis and I have been desperate to travel again for years and felt it was just hopeless! My daughter that lives in Colorado actually found this place and it’s an hour from where I live ! Chelsea welcomed this emotional woman and made me feel so at ease and treated my dog like he was her own! I adore her! Come to find out Finn is only the way he is in my home! I left him for 5 days and it went amazing! All the other girls there are SO sweet and loving and kind! AND they answered the phone every time this worried mom called to check in or ask a million questions! I LOVE this place! They even let me bring all his favorite things and gave him one on one playtime! Truly has been a blessing! Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart! He slept like a baby once we got home! I'm so grateful to have a safe, positive and affordable place to take my pet while traveling! These ladies know their stuff and want to make sure your pet has a positive experience! I've brought my poodle mix three times for extended stays, and even though I've moved from the immediate area, I'll continue to bring her here!

Our 4 year old White German Shepherd loves the retreat. The staff are always helpful, kind and enjoy what they are doing. They always call Piper by name as soon as we walk in. Highly recommend this place.

Our two dogs have stayed here twice now, and they love it! They are always exhausted when they come home and the staff is always great about showing us videos of them playing and running around with other dogs. I feel very confident leaving my high energy fur babies here.

I brought my Doberman to Bed & Biscuit for the first time last week and she stayed for 9 days while I went overseas. This was the longest we had ever been apart and I was very nervous. However, the staff at Bed & Biscuit were amazing! Any time I was missing my dog (which was A LOT!) all I had to do was text them and they would send me photos and videos of her having a great time playing with the other dogs. I am so thankful for what they do, and this will now be the place that I take my girl when I travel.

Our dogs love going to Bed & Biscuits Pet Retreat! They are well taken care of while they are there. I can't think of anyplace I would rather have my pets than Bed & Biscuits. We always take them there.

We contacted I-Sit Pets when we were planning a trip out of town for a few days. We rescued a very anxious dog a few years ago and he really needs a lot of patience and care when we are not with him. We have tried several options, but have not found a good one until now! Laura was so caring and nurturing to him and very patient. Our minds have been at ease with the frequent updates and seeing him so relaxed and playful.

This is the second year we used I-Sit Pets. I never worried about the care my pets would receive for one second. I did worry my pets would wear out Machelle where she would never come back. Machelle is fantastic. She has a calm personality. My 16 month old mini schnauzer was her best friend. Machelle gave him 100% attention, he was fed, he was walked. Amos was extremely attentive and caring for our two Shih Tzo dogs, who require a lot of coaxing to eat! They naturally took to Amos’s warm personality. I highly recommend Amos and iPads!

Betsy Rose and Amos took such great care of our dog Bella! They came by and took Bella for a walk, gave her lots of hugs and belly rubs. Bella loves the care that she got and considers them family now. I would highly recommend!

Time to add our five stars. Lisa texted us every day with an update, answered all our questions, showed us photos (whenever our shy pets permitted), and was very meticulous, meaning zero surprises when we got home.

Lisa is the VERY best. Every time I consider a trip out of town Lisa is my first call. She is flexible, reliable and takes such good care of my cat. She also doesn't mind the PARAGRAPHS of texts that I send her with detailed information. Highly recommended.

Lisa took care of my cat for about 2 weeks, and I when I got back he was excited but he wasn't super nervous like previous times and sitters. Lisa took the time to help my older cat feel comfortable despite him being a bit lonely. Overall 5 stars for no only price but for doing a great job of helping out and being flexible and having good pricing!

Lisa has watched our cat Maddie during our last two summer vacations. She is so dependable and most of all she loves animals especially cats. In addition to having several cats and a dog she also rescues cats and seeks to find good homes for them.

Lisa is highly recommended. I was originally referred to Lisa years ago when we were planning a vacation and asked our vet for pet sitting recommendations. We weren’t sure about having a stranger come into our house every day to take care of our dog and cat so the vet recommendation meant a lot. And when we met with Lisa for the first it was obvious that she is a true animal lover and a perfect fit for the job. Since that first time, we used Lisa’s services for various vacations and found her to be completely trustworthy and responsible. Since my wife’s death two years ago, I hired Lisa to come to my house every day while I work to let my two dogs out and feed them. It has made my life so much easier to have someone like her that I can trust in my home and who will treat my pets like her own. I don’t know what I’d do without her!

Lisa has watched our kitties twice, once for a weekend trip and the other for an international trip. I cannot recommend her enough! She loves your cats like they’re her own, and is extremely reliable and caring. We will always use her!

Lisa has been taking care of my Mom’s cat on a daily basis for the past 13 months. She is truly excellent, and the cat adores her! She is passionate about her work and extremely reliable. The special connection she has been able to establish with my Mom’s cat is astounding and heartwarming. Lisa is a terrific pet sitter. Lisa is the perfect pet sitter. She’s been doing this work I think for over 20 years but talk to her for just a little bit and it will be clear that caring for animals wherever she is is a lifelong mission. Her prices are very reasonable and it’s like getting double for your money because you know that she’s going to put that right back into caring for more animals. Each day Lisa came she took a picture of all my cats plus the two neighborhood cats I feed. I’d swear she’s a cat whisperer. All but one of these cats are very shy yet she’d manage to get sweet pictures of all of them! Lisa is very straightforward so you may get schooled some but I appreciated it because I know I’m getting the best advice I could ask for. I just couldn’t ask for anything better than the services Lisa provided.

Longview Pet Sitting is the best pet sitters we’ve ever had! The others just don’t compare! Our Cats love the visits from Mr Joseph and Mrs Juliet! They send us detailed emails about every visit and send lots of pictures too! We always are relaxed knowing they’re taking care of our babies! I recently used Prospect Pet sitting during a family vacation and couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of service and professionalism. So much so, that I used Joseph’s services again during the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon reaching out to Joseph, he promptly scheduled an introductory meeting and came to my home to meet my two dogs and get familiar with my home as well as my pets routine. He was very through and explained a variety of options to me, which I could choose to utilize depending upon my preferences. The service is truly concierge. In addition to taking great care of my pets, Joseph also collected the mail, brought in packages, and even took out the trash when it was pick-up day. For my high-maintenace dogs, Joseph truly catered to their needs just as we would have and ensured that everything was done in the usual manner - no matter how specific. I had zero concerns that my pets were being taken care of, and could see the affinity he had for animals upon meeting him and watching his interaction with my dogs. The technology solution is great and allowed us to see pictures twice and day and receive a detailed update about each visit and how everything as going. At the end of the service, Joseph followed up with an email to ensure everything was satisfactory and we were pleased with the service. I couldn’t be more happy with Prospect Pet Sitting and plan to use Joseph again in the future. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need.

Joe is the best. Not only does he give our pup great walks while we are at work, he works with your pet to develop a bond. Our dog loves Joe so much now and is very happy when he comes to visit her. I have no words that would adequately express the excellent care that Joseph gives all three of my pets. I was so lucky to find Prospect Pet Sitting when my former walker left me without notice. He spends time walking and loving on each of them while I am at work. That gives me so much peace of mind! We are so lucky to have Joseph as our pet sitter ... while we are at work, he has been coming to our house 5 days a week for over a year now to take care of our 3 dogs and 2 cats. We had a great experience with Joseph and Prospect Pet Sitting this past weekend. He was prompt, professional, and clearly had a passion for animals! Joseph was extremely responsive and accommodating even with pretty short notices (48 hours). We really loved the fact that we got real time updates via email when he arrived and when he left along with commentary and a picture! We would highly recommend them, and definitely plan to use to him the next time we have to leave town without our pets.
