Joe and his team are all excellent. Polite, friendly and happy to be firm with my dog and reinforce our existing training. Each service we’ve used has been great and the person doing the service sends pictures and texts about how everything has gone. We Love Pets is also very reasonably priced and I will absolutely keep using them for as long as they will have me!

We've left our dog, a greyhound, with We Love Pets on a few occasions now and we will do it again. Joe is great with dogs, gives us updates of our boy on a regular basis, and most importantly we feel he is safe when he's there

Joe and his team are incredible. From the moment I met Joe, he has been professional and has worked really hard to make sure I’m comfortable whilst putting my bouncy boxer first at all times. He and his team provide dog walking, daycare and overnight care with updates, videos and photos to make sure I am not worried. My boxer absolutely adores all of them and I know from his reaction how well he is looked after. If you are looking for someone to adore your pet and take all of the stress away then you should definitely talk to Joe. I can’t recommend him enough!

! PLEASE READ ! On Wednesday 12th June 2024, this company lost my sister’s dog whilst on a walk. After he had been missing for 20 mins, they called my sister to make her aware. I then called them, and was told “I’ve tried to find him but I am just in the car to drop the other dog who was on the walk home, then I’ll go back to look for him.” There was also another lady from the company who was floating around trying to “look” for him. He returned back around 45 mins later, then had the cheek to tell us ‘I’ve got to walk another dog, I’ve already put it off for an hour’!!!!! He also lied twice about where my sisters dog was last seen. The way this was handled from start to finish was appalling, they had no compassion or concern whatsoever for my sister, or the situation at hand. They did not make any real efforts to search for him. There was barely any communication from them throughout the search. All in all, he was lost for 5 hours. He was finally found by my sisters partner, my partner, and my sisters friend, with help from members of the Maidstone community (massive thanks to them!) When he was found, he was exhausted, terrified and his paws were in pieces. I just thank god that nothing more sinister happened whilst he was gone. As a dog owner, please, think twice before using this company if you love your dog!

We found We Love Pets through Google searches. We had never used a pet sitter before and were apprehensive about what to expect, however Joe was absolutely outstanding. He answered all our questions and assured all of our worries. He made sure that both he and us were happy with the temperament of our sausage dog and cat, that he knew all of their requirements and what we expected before any contract was signed. The paperwork was prompt and easy to sort out and Joe was always happy to respond to us when we had a question or needed to make a change. Both our pets absolutely loved having Joe visit, in fact our sausage even waited on our sofa at the exact time Joe came in the evening, waiting for his new friend. We will definitely be using Joe again and would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a prompt, careful and professional service.

We were so impressed with Joe. His communication was excellent, he gave us daily updates on our cats and how they were. One of our cats has to have medication at a set time and this was factored in and administered correctly. Would definitely recommend Joe and will be using his services again!

I came home after 20 days to a very happy cat with a shining coat. Joe does as per your instructions and spends time with your pet, not just popping in to feed them. I couldn’t of picked a better company for my dog care which includes visits and walks from Joe and Carrie. Joseph looked after our chickens and roosters. Clearly loves animals and put me at ease knowing he was looking after them. Lovely and clean when i came home, obviously spent lots of time keeping them clean and feed well. Kept in touch all week with updates

Mazzie has been fantastic with our dogs and always responds quickly to enquiries for scheduling walks. We have no concerns that our girls are happy to see her and it is great to know they are getting walkies when we are not around. Mazzie also is always happy to sort out feeding if needed and anything else we might ask. Great service and so pleased we found Poppy and Pals. Thoroughly recommended.

Mazzie was a fabulous lady to look after my timid and shy Beaker. She really got to know her and her growl really well and definitely understood Beaker and her weird ways. Poppy and pals is a fantastic pet care service and I will highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Poppy and Pals are amazing. They looked after Hamish while we were away and he has been thoroughly spoiled. Mazzie spent time getting to know him and kept us up-to-date with photos - some really great ones! so we had complete peace of mind while we were away. We are very grateful for the care given to him (all 3 of us!) and will definitely use them again :)

I have had our labs walked by this company for years. They are brilliant trust worthy and love the dogs in thier care as they were Thier own. I would not hesitate to recommend. All our hairy guys have loved them and so look forward to going out with them.

Where do I even start! The Poppy and Pals team are wonderful, very reliable, kind and caring. They have walked our super crazy dog Odie since he was a puppy and that is no easy task. The team have also recently welcomed our latest addition to the family Molly for walks whilst we are at work. Mazzie is really great and I really can’t recommend the team enough.

We have used Poppy and Pals for the last 18 months have found them to be brilliant. They have treated our dog Babs with so much love and care, it’s been reassuring to know she was so well looked after on her walks while we were working. Overall an excellent and reliable service, we highly recommend Poppy and Pals.

It has taken us 3 years to feel comfortable with leaving Dexter with someone outside of the family. Having decided we wanted a holiday abroad this year, we took the plunge with Julie and Malcolm and we’re so, so glad we did. After two separate overnight stays before we went away, we knew that Dexter would be in very capable hands and would be very happy. It is clear that Julie and Malcolm love dogs and Dexter was made to feel like one of their own. While we were on holiday, Julie sent us regular texts, photos, videos and reports, which was fantastic as it gave us such peace of mind. We could also see how much Dexter was enjoying his holiday - playing with his new friends, eating delicious treats, having lots of cuddles and relaxing on the garden day bed! We will always use Julie and Malcolm to board Dexter in future, for as long as they will have him, because we can see how much love and care is lavished on him. In return, he also loves Julie, Malcolm and the dogs and, if they are in the park at the same time as us now, he will run from the other side of the field to see them! All in all, we don’t think we could find anywhere better to board Dexter. It is such a relief to know he has somewhere to stay where he is so well looked after and where he is so happy. Thank you to Julie, Malcolm and all the dogs for welcoming Dexter into your home and making him one of the family when he comes to stay!

My dog Oli has been home boarded a few times a year for the last ten years. I have to say Julie had been exceptional in her care for him. We received many photos and reports of his holidays for the two weeks we were away. She really is a very caring and loving person and went the extra mile looking after him. I really would not leave him with any one else just wish she had been doing this a few years ago as we have had some bad experiences in the past . He has come home clean and exhausted from all his lovely walks and playtime with Julie’s dogs can’t thank her enough. I know from now on I won’t worry about him while I’m on holiday he will be having a great time

I had never put Rocco into boarding before and I was quite apprehensive about how he would be. I met Julie in her home with Malcolm and their own dogs, a meet and greet, Julie did it with great care and attention to not overwhelm Rocco. It was agreed then on Rocco's reaction to do a two night trial to see how this would go. This was free of charge. Julie updated me with an emailed report, what's app messages and pictures, fantastic. Rocco had great fun and it was set for him to stay for 12 nights. Would I recommend Julie, 100%, would I use her services again, 100% She sent lovely videos and pictures throughout his stay. He truly had a fab holiday himself. So well looked after and cared for I don't think he wanted to leave.

I’m so happy that my friend recommended Parsley and Pals to us! Julie and Malcolm took such good care of our dog Albie and I could tell they genuinely loved him. On my first visit, it was evident that Julie has put so much hard work, love and care into Parsley and Pals, and she absolutely adores her dogs as does Malcolm. I didn’t hesitate in booking Albie in with them for a holiday and I felt at ease whilst I was away as I knew he was treated like a king. Julie sends regular updates which is lovely. I can’t recommend Parsley and Pals enough. I feel like myself and Albie struck gold finding them and we have more visits booked in. Thank you so much 😊

I was so pleased to have found Julie with her Parsley and Pals boarding! We have a 5 year old cocker spaniel Sam, who boarded this week, and he had an amazing time!! Sam was treated liked royalty with healthy snacks, lots of playing, cuddles and space if he needed it. It was really reassuring to know Sam was in safe hands while we had a lovely holiday, and so did he! Julie kept me up to date with his activities and sent photos and videos, which were lovely to see. We are definately booking again next year! 100% recommend this service for your precious doggies. I have one happy, tired boy.

I cannot recommend Parsley and Pals more highly. Julie is truly committed to the dogs in her care giving them a home from home experience. My dog, Winston, had a wonderful time and has a group of new friends in the resident dogs. Julie is meticulous about her daily reports and kept me updated with pictures of Winstons adventures which was very reassuring. I will certainly be booking Winston in for visits and holidays in the future.

Wow! What a great experience we, and our two dogs had with their stay. Photos sent through and a great and thorough report of each day. Walks and lots of cuddles were had. Resident dogs all lovely and our dogs were very happy and relaxed there. Definitely would recommend and will be using again. Thank you Julie (and Malcolm)

Our dog Spud has gone to stay with Julie a few times and we couldn't be happier! Our baby boy has the best time and is very well looked after. It is clear how much they care the their own dogs as well as guests! It's such a piece of mind knowing he is comfortable, safe and happy. Spud will be returning in the future for sure!

Liberty had a great time at parsley and pals, I felt 100% at ease leaving her with this fabulous dog boarding organisation, the dogs are definitely in charge! Julie sent regular photos of Liberty and she looked like she had a nice time, lots of room, good garden, spoiled rotten! Will definitely using again🐶 …

We are so fortunate to have discovered Julie and Malcolm, such lovely genuine people who literally care for our dog Stanley as if he is their own dog. Stanley is so comfortable in their company and he has also made some new dog pals with the resident dogs. Highly knowledgeable and professional in how they look after Stanley and it is great for us knowing we can leave Stanley in their care fully confident that he will have a great time. We particularly love the updates ( emails and videos ) that Julie sends which gives us a great insight into what Stanley is doing and he has grown in confidence whilst with Julie and Malcolm. We would highly recommend Julie and Malcolm.

We used Opsy Flopsy Lodge for the first time for our two Buns. They stayed for 11 nights and loved it from the photos and videos that were sent whist we were away 😊. Super friendly, lovely home and would highly recommend, we will definitely be using again. Thank you so much Lorriane and Louis for looking after Fudge and Pebbles 🐰🐇 x

Janine just returned from a lovely 18 night stay at Opsy Flopsy Lodge. She was so well cared for by her lovely hosts, tending to all her needs and making sure she was very well looked after. Even trying to work out why she was nesting her hay like a bird! We loved receiving the video and photo updates to see what she was getting up to. We would highly recommend Opsy Flopsy Lodge and would definitely bring Janine for another stay in the future, thank you!

I cannot fault OpsyFlopsyLodge. The care my rabbits received from start to finish was fantastic. Lorraine is very friendly and welcoming. She puts you at ease and you know that she is really going to care for your rabbits. She looks after rabbits that need indoors or outdoors accommodation. Mine loved running around her garden. Lorraine sent regular updates with short videos of our rabbits whilst they were in her care. I'm not sure my bunnies wanted to go home when I came to collect them.

I can not recommend this amazing business enough for any rabbit owners in Kent. Lorraine was phenomenal and my buns had their very own holiday while I was out of the country. I was updated often about their time at the lodge, they were taken care of so well and Lorraine was an absolute pleasure to work with. My buns came home happy, healthy and I’ll be using the lodge again in the future!

My bunny stayed for 16 nights and I was so impressed with how often Lorraine sent me updates with pictures and videos of my bunny having a lovely time! It was very reassuring. Lorraine treated Pumpkin as her own with regular exercise and treats. I didn't have to provide anything for his stay - all food and hay was provided. She has a variety of cages / hutches to suit all bunnies either indoors or outdoors and she is very knowledgeable about the welfare of the rabbits. Would definitely use again.

Opsy Flopsy Lodge is the ideal environment for you to leave your bunny whilst on hols or away. Lorraine took such care in looking after our boy and sent regular video updates. She personally oversees the mixture of hay roughage and her premises are beautifully presented and set up for indoor and outdoor bunnies or both. Our boy had a fabulous, roomy bespoke cage and time outside. She made sure the sun wasn't too directly above and used the awning to shield and asked how he likes his water (bowl or bottle). Such care and attention to detail. An absolute bunny heaven. I wanted to move in myself! Flexible pick times too. Thank you xxx

OpsyFlopsyLodge was definitely the best holiday stay for our little Rocket! He is a funny character and can be extremely fussy but Lorraine made him feel so at home he wasn’t even cross with us when we got back. Cannot recommend Lorraine enough. From letting me go and view before I booked him in and then the videos when we were away…just perfect! Thankyou! Rocket will definitely be staying again!

Our two bunnies had a lovely time, they spent four nights at Opsy Flopsy Lodge. It is an all inclusive package, which is great. All their needs were catered for, including time to run around outside. We even had photos and videos sent to us, while we were away. The hutches are great and made to an exceptionally high standard. They are clean, warm and very safe. Lorraine is so welcoming and nothing is to much trouble. It was the first time we had left our bunnies with someone we didn't know and she made us feel really comfortable leaving our bunnies with her. They will definatetly return again next time we go away as we know they are in safe hands and they are well looked after 😊

Fantastic place for rabbit boarding highly recommend. Lorraine is fab and our rabbit Charlie Brown was very happy here for just over a weeks stay. Affordable and friendly service, regular updates on my rabbits stay with videos, messages and photos. Definitely use the this place agn next time we are away and in future. Lorraine was incredibly helpful from the word go, extremely accommodating and went the extra mile to fit us in. The space she has for outdoor rabbits like ours is great. They are given daily time running around her safe spacious garden and not kept cooped up in their hutch. That said, the hutches she has are home made, of excellent quality and a really good size for 2 rabbits. She is knowledgable and genuinely cares about taking really good care of the rabbits. Despite being a bit of a drive from home , I would 100% use Opsyflopsylodge again in future and would gladly recommended to anyone else. Can’t fault the service we were given one bit. Chris at We Pet Care has been very kind sharing his Knowledge with me and teaching me how best to groom my dog. He uses soft water which I think makes her coat extra clean and light. Long or short coat she always comes out looking amazing.

Visited We Pet Care today for the 1st time, with my pomeranian. Chris was absolutely brilliant, he couldn't have been more informative about the best cut and how to maintain my poms fur, educating me on how to help her regulate her temperature throughout the summer months by keeping her fur longer, and ensuring the cut doesn't damage her fur as she gets older. He gave me lots of helpful tips on hand stripping her and ear and claw care inbetween her grooms. He was super gentle and attentive to my girl, making sure she was happy throughout the process, and not stressed at any point. She came home happy, with a beautiful cut and super soft and fresh fur. Will be recommending We Pet Care to all our doggy friends

Chris has been absolutely amazing with our cockapoo Marley! Super patient and keen to help in any way possible. When we first took Marley to see Chris he was petrified of being brushed and unable to be groomed in any way. After a few weeks and several desensitisation sessions Chris and Marley have formed a brilliant relationship and Chris has now been able to give Marley a full groom. We are beyond happy and have already booked in for Marley's next groom with Chris! 100% recommend.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the care and attention to detail Chris gave to my dog. This is the first time we have been here and will definitely be booking again. Our dog Poppy regularly stays with Dawn and Sophie and she loves going there. She is treated like one of the family and sees their home as her second home. Your dog would not be better looked after anywhere else.

My lab loves going out with Robyn and the other dogs, he goes to various places every walk. I recommend two tails as I think it's great and very professional. He comes home very tired from his long playtimes and he seems extremely happy to go out for walks with them all. It's hard to find someone to trust with your dogs and I think Robyn is extremely trustworthy with your dogs.

We have used Two Tails for over two years now, I would still highly recommend Robyn and her team. She has always shown such love and care for my dog, which is extremely obvious when Hettie hears her pull up on the drive! The walks the dogs go on are great and you can see just how much fun they always have from the daily pictures. Keep up the great work!

When I got my Siberian Husky Luna I needed a dog walking service to take Luna for walks during the week, Robyn had just started up her business and Luna was one of her first dogs and she has never looked back, always enjoys her time out with her, she always gets so excited when Robyn turns up to collect her. One of the best things about Robyn is that she loves the dogs like they were her own. I would recommend Robyn as the best dog Walker around, nothing is ever too much trouble for her. If you were looking for someone to look after and walk your dog then look no further as you’ll not find anyone better than Robyn.

I have been working with Robyn at Two Tails for just over a year now. Having got Eric at 8 weeks old, he wasnt old enough to attend the group walks so Robyn did home visits for me and slowly introduced him to the pack. When Eric was ready for walks he joined the group and he couldnt be happier. I am confident that Eric is being looked after in the best possible way, however the most important thing is Eric and I know he is always beaminig with happiness in the pictures I get sent daily. Being a first time puppy owner, Robyn was a great help with training advice also and has helped me no end with Eric. Thank you Robyn, Dannie and the Two Tails Team! x

2 tails have been walking my dog for almost 2 year's and he absolutely loves his walkies with them and has the best time with his friends. Although we are currently working from home we still use them as he looks forward to seeing them. Definitely recommend Robyn and her team.

Highly recommend! With Luna being my first dog, I have been very wary of who I trust to look after her.. Robyn is perfect! She loves them as if they're her own, and I know I can trust Robyn to wear Luna out - with Luna being a youg dalmatian that's not easy, but she returns home happy and sleepy having lots of playtime/socialization and exploring with Robyn, Bonnie and the gang!!

Robyn and Danie really look after the dogs, they treat them like they're their own. I am always sent lots of pictures to see how much fun they've had on the walks. Murphy comes home tired but I know he's enjoyed himself. Would recommend to anyone wanting a really good reliable dog walker.

I couldn’t recommend enough. Robyn looks after our 2 mischievous pups as if they were her own. They thoroughly enjoy the mystery outings she takes them on, they come home happy and exhausted! My dogs are my babies, but I trust Robyn to care for them, love them and most importantly keep them safe. Barley and Sophie absolutely love Robyn and Bonnie, which is paramount. Robyn provides such personal care for our puppy! We use her for dog sitting, walks and training. She has a lovely dog called Bonnie who is now Lola’s best friend. The care that Lola gets when she is there is outstanding and since we’ve been using Robyn Lola’s behaviour has improved dramatically!

We lucked out when we found Robyn to help look after our boy. She provides socialisation & adventure on a daily basis & has a genuine care & concern that takes away the worry & stress of leaving a dog on his/her own. Lester loves his time with Robyn & has never had so many friends! Any dog would be lucky to join her gang.

I contact Dexter's Dog Services in an urgent situation and they were able to quickly contact me, arrange to meet and provide services all on the same day which exceeded my expectations. Just want to say what an amazing service I have had from Dexter's Dog Services, they are always so reliable and I know that my dogs are in good hands and are given plenty of exercise.
