Barbie and her team at Superstar Petsitter was a wonderful find for me and my neighborhood of dogs. Her sitters go above and beyond and give the fur babies so much love that I wonder if they like our petsitter more. They are capable, easygoing and stick to my rules for my pups. I highly recommend her team any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I have used Superstar Pet Sitting (and Walking) for many months and I’ve been very impressed for the following reasons: 1. It’s so easy to see how much my fur baby loves her walker. She’s a small dog, but she manages to wag her entire body when she sees her walker. 2. I’ve watched my dog’s walker interact with her. She so good with my girl. You can see how much she likes what she does with fur babies. 3. My dog’s walker is extremely reliable. She comes on time and on the scheduled days. In addition, she is very flexible. The few times I’ve requested a change in time, she’s always made it happen. 4. Barbie, the owner, runs a very organized business. She sends you a bill for the week on Thursdays. You pay via PayPal, Venmo, etc. before 7:00 on Friday. She sends you the following week’s schedule over the weekend. She’s got an upbeat personality and you can tell she loves pets and running her business. I highly recommend Superstar Pet Sitting (Pet Walking). We’ve used Superstar Pet Sitting for years now for our aggressively friendly house cat, Meeko. We love knowing that Meeko gets all the care and attention she craves when we’re off on vacation. Barbie, the owner, sets up all scheduling and was even the one to do the care one week when the team member we usually use didn’t happen to be available. Barbie always sends over photos and a brief report of the visit which gives us peace of mind. David is a natural with dogs and the quality of his care is consistently very attentive. He has watched our dogs (of varying sizes) numerous times and they always have a glow upon our return. They are genuinely excited to see him when he comes over. David goes the extra mile, sending great photos of the excursions of the day to bonding with each animal to guarantee that they are well taken care of. If you want your animals to have the best experience, look no further.

I bring my rescue bulldog to Potato Pups' Doggy Daycare. Millie has anxiety and has not done well in other daycare situations. I am so glad I found Potato Pups! Millie loves going. In fact, it's difficult to get her in the car to leave! David gives lots of quality attention, which includes outings and appropriate exercise. His experience is evident in the way he can control a group of dogs with verbal commands. We have also used Potato Pups for boarding both our dogs when we went out of town. Our Aussie, Scarlett, met David and also fell in love. It was the first time I've left my beloved pooches and felt completely comfortable. I knew my pets were receiving excellent care. Additionally I get lots of great pics every day. I couldn't imagine a better situation!

Dave is amazing with dogs! There is no better dog sitter. Its like a huge play date. Dave takes the pups for walks and rides and hikes. He has them pose for pics and sends the pics to owners (he is a great photographer!). I am a stay at home mom with 4 children - my dogs have the run of the house and are never alone so it’s never an option to kennel them. My pups are always happy to see Dave. They get their own doggie vacation when we leave town. I give Dave and Potato Pups my highest recommendation!

David has been working with & walking my girls for many months now, & they just love him! They’ve done private & group walks & they're getting so much better focusing when on leash with me. I get photos & a report after each walk, & they come back tuckered out! David is reliable, professional, on time, & has a calm demeanor that the dogs really respond to, but is also pack leader which they respect. Most importantly, he’s been doing this for so long & it’s obvious he loves working with these pups & excels at it. He’s also housesat for me & is extremely trustworthy—just a solid human. I can’t recommend David’s services enough!

David is hands down the best!! He is so incredible with our boys and they love him! My dogs leave so happy and come home happy and tired. I get pictures throughout the day of their adventures and it’s so comforting knowing I can leave them with someone who loves them and that they are in the best hands. They sometimes don’t even want to come home as they have such a blast with David!

I could not recommend David enough. We have worked with a lot of other dog walkers and sitters in the past for our two large dogs, but none even come close to David. We never had to worry when we left our dogs with him and they were always reluctant to come home once we returned. They would get super excited when his truck pulls up to the house and I know that they have the most fun with him on their multiple daily walks. The added bonus is that he always sending us awesome photos!

David at Potato Pups LLC is the best. Our dog Lola loves the walks, dog parties and overnight boarding. David has a way with animals ( and with humans!) . It’s a huge comfort to know our dig will have the best time whenever we need to board her.

My pups are pretty excitable and I was nervous hiring someone to take care of my girls. The second we all met David we were totally at ease. He’s truly a dog whisperer. He was able to get my pups out on great walks that got them some much needed exercise as well as sending plenty of picture updates. On top of that he’s just a stand up guy with great communication. We LOVED working with Potato Pups!

David took great care of our goldendoodle Scout, while we were out of town for two weeks. We absolutely loved seeing all the great pictures David sent us of Scout daily. It was definitely our highlight of the day. It was amazing traveling and knowing that our dog was being looked after and safe. We highly recommend David for pet sitting, walking and/or boarding! We will definitely be using his services again.

David is the BEST!!! Our dogs didn’t want to go home. We were going to be gone for fifteen days which is a long time and we were very stressed about leaving our dogs that long. The first time I met David he put our mind at ease, and our dogs loved him. They got walks three times a day, and lots of free run time with all the other pups. And the pictures we got every day was awesome. Still can’t figure out how he got them all to pose. If you need pet sitting or dog walking definitely Potato Pups is the best.

I do not know where to start... since joining Melissa's Mutt Hutt earlier last year, Melissa and her team were very welcoming and made it know they were excited for me to join them. Everyone is very helpful, training was informative, which lead to me never feeling uncomfortable branching on my own. I have had been lucky to work with great clients and their pups. I mainly board dogs in my home, and they are all well trained and have not had any issues. You should feel 100 percent comfortable having MMH take care of any of your pets!

We have been working with Melissa's Mutt Hutt for the past 6 months for daily walks and last minute boarding at a walker's house when away for the weekend. They are very responsive communicating through the app or via email/text when last minute and send wonderful updates. I can tell from the way they welcome my pet when they come to pick her up that these people are genuine dog lovers and passionate about the work they do.

Since working with Melissa’s Mutt Hutt for almost 1 year, I have shared so much love and joy with these pets. I have been thoroughly trained with each of my accounts so that I can confidently carry out walks and visits independently while clients carry on with their work, vacations or other plans as they arise. We use a brand new app that allows clients to communicate with us, schedule appointments, and share the cutest pics of their fur babies! I treat the time I spend with my dogs and cats as more than a job because I know how precious they are to their humans. It’s more like a hangout, and I often wish we could extend our time together.

I can’t stress how much I love this business. I’ve used them for both walks and sitting for my two dogs and they are just over and above fantastic every time. Really like the sitter Kaia we had last time.

After working for two years with another dog walking/pet sitting company, we moved out of their normal area of service, and had to find pet care on short notice. With a shy and anxious dog who is nervous of strangers and sometimes reactive to other dogs on leash, finding a trusted dog walker is no easy task. I found MMH on Yelp and gave them a call. Melissa called me back within 24 hours, and Sarah came out that week to meet me and my dog and assured me that Allison would be able to take care of our pup. As we still had a few walks scheduled with our previous walker, they even coordinated a time for Allison to join our old walker on one of their last visits and help our dog adjust to the change. Allison is amazing, and we are so lucky to have found her! She took the time to get to know and build trust with our dog. Our dog loves her, she sends the best photos and updates after each visit, and she really goes above and beyond to keep us informed of any concerns. We’ve worked with lots of great dog walkers over the years, but she is the best when it comes to communication. We have regularly scheduled weekly walking, but MMH has also always been able to accommodate our one-off requests. This is one of the benefits of working with a larger company. If we need a one-off walk, and Allison isn’t available, MMH has always been able to find someone, and Allison regularly introduces our dog to other walkers so that there are multiple people who can fill in when needed. We’ve also used MMH for overnight, in-home care, and again, MMH has always been able to accommodate our requests and we’ve had positive experiences with all the walkers/sitters so far.

Melissa's Mutt Hutt & Cat Shack has been serving the beloved four legged family members of the South Bay area since 2004 and it is of little surprise. From top to bottom, each member of this team is passionate about providing the highest level of service and care. It has been my experience that the management team goes out of their way to make sure that each client is well informed about fees, policies, and services. They return messages in a reasonable amount of time and make sure that any and all concerns or questions are thoroughly addressed. The staff are all carefully selected, vetted, and trained to provide the highest level of care while maintaining safe handling practices. The attention taken to ensure each staff member is trained to handle any situation they may be confronted with while caring for a family's fur babies is extraordinary. Their devotion to animals and advocacy to provide a gold standard for care is apparent in every aspect of this business; from the management team and staff, to the range of care that is provided. This is a phenomenal group of people. I highly recommend using their services.

I will start by saying I rarely take the time to write a review unless I feel it's necessary or worthy. Melissa's Mutt Hutt is absolutely worthy of 5 stars!!!!! As so many of us feel, our fur babies are family members so trusting anyone else to care for them can be difficult. From my first meeting with Melissa I knew my dog would be in the best of hands. She is so passionate about what she does and is professional, educated, and CARES. She treats my dog like her own! I have used both her dog walking and boarding services and what a gift it is to feel my girl is in completely responsible hands. With each day comes daily photos, thorough notes and communication, and LOTS of love! If you are looking for a dog walker or boarding care, I sincerely recommend this service!

My review is primarily for the management team consisting of Melissa, Elise, and Jackie (note the boarders have been largely good). My concerns with this business can be summed up as: lack of fee transparency/moving goal posts and terrible communication. I recently relocated to the area and my anxious senior pups were exhibiting signs of aggression towards one another, which I disclosed to the team ahead of our first boarding appt. Fortunately, both boarding visits went well and the second boarder raved about how sweet and calm both dogs were throughout the visit, with only some minor growling one time. Fees: Upon booking my first boarding appt, the management team added $10 per day for medical administration (for longer stays, this would amount to a day or more of total fees). I contacted them to understand why it was being added as I've never had such a fee in all the years I've been working with professional boarders, and their meds simply get mixed in with their food and there's never been a problem with them not eating it. I was told it was "industry standard" and because of the extra effort required. I reluctantly agreed but soon learned it is not industry standard (all 6 of the local boarding businesses I contacted do not charge such a fee), and this felt disingenuous. I recently made a number of additional bookings, with two bookings in march separated by 2.5 days, and without my approval, they added two additional days of dog boarding to connect the two visits. I requested an adjustment to the booking thinking it was an honest mistake, only to receive a very condescending email from management telling me in the future they would automatically book additional days if stays were not separated by 2+ days because "its in the dog's best interest", "the dogs don't eat and won't take their meds", "it causes more behavioral problems", etc... none of which were issues that my dogs have had under their care that have been reported to me or under the care of other boarders. I contacted management again to understand why their contract terms were changing and again was met with the same condescending attitude of "we've been caring for animals for XX years, we know better than you do." Communication: There have been several instances of what I would describe as clunky (at best), if not altogether unprofessional and frankly disrespectful communication by the entire management team, including Melissa herself who decided to start insulting me over the phone when I pushed back on the new 2+ days stay separation requirement. They claim their med fees are industry standard, and they know that's not true. Maybe some other boarders do it, but don't tell your customers something is industry standard when you know it's not just so they'll be ok with it. If you push back on anything with them, they'll immediately become defensive and dismissive, speaking to you like you have no idea how to care for your dogs - citing potential risks and issues that have not otherwise been noted or are issues at all. And if you persist and continue advocating for yourself as a customer, good luck, you'll be met with all manner of excuse making about why things are your fault and even likely get the owner herself insulting you over the phone. I've never had the misfortune of working with a management team like this, so I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere. 1/3/24 Update: There's Melissa's response. Not surprised at all and won't take the time to point out the multiple lies and inconsistencies (I have receipts) or her not addressing key concerns I outlined and instead resorting to insults and personal attacks... again. Ask yourself if that's the kind of business you want to support. I personally won't and hope anyone who does business with them doesn't have service issues because this is the person you'll get to try to resolve them with. Also note that many of the 5 star reviews here are from her employees and not customers, including several that were left since I left my review to inflate their scores. Again not surprised.

I've been working with Melissa's Mutt Hutt for 3+ years now for my 2 dogs. I couldn't ask for a more dependable, trustworthy, personalized and flexible company -- all things that are important for someone like me that travels a great deal for work. As a new client, Melissa will come to your house, meet your dogs, and ask detailed questions about them. She'll then work to make sure your dogs are 'matched' with a great Mutt-Hutter. There have been many instances where I have last minute travel -- and Melissa is always very accommodating. And when I travel I don't think twice because I know that she and her wonderful group of Mutt-Hutters will treat my dogs as they would their own -- so I never have to be worried. In addition to boarding services, my dogs are also walked multiple times a week -- which means I get a detailed note about how the dogs did on their walk when I get home from work! I treat my dogs like children -- so I mean it when I say that Melissa's Mutt Hutt has been wonderful and I won't think of anyone else to watch and walk my dogs!

Melissa's Mutt Hutt is the best. Melissa only walks one or two dogs at once. She believes in personalized care for the dog. She accommodates last minute petsits when you wanna leave town for a few days. I have been a dog walker/sitter for over 2 years. I have the best and the easiest and the happiest dogs ever. They are such a treat. Her prices are competitive and she is very reliable. Come rain or shine, we will take care of your pets

Isla (my Mini-Labradoodle) has been going to Camp Puppies since she was 6 months old and I couldn't be more grateful to have someone as amazing as Kacy as Isla's second mom. When we moved to the South Bay from San Luis Obispo, we didn't find a good fit with any of the local kennels and knew that our Isla needed more personalized attention, exercise, and love. I stumbled upon Camp Puppies on Google, and couldn't be happier that Kacy was willing to take Isla into the pack. Through working with Kacy during weekly walks and occasional overnights, Isla has become a more confident and social little lady. She always comes home super tired and I always know how much fun she had from the photos and videos sent by Kacy. I literally could never trust anyone else with my precious Isla and wouldn't leave the South Bay because of how great Kacy and Camp Puppies is! Thank you Kacy!!!

Our sweet, senior pug is treated like a tiny prince at Camp Puppies! Kacy truly loves every pup she works with as if they were her own. She is attentive, thoughtful, and gives **all** the love there is to give towards each and every dog in her care. Camp Puppies is reflective of Kacy’s genuine care for her clients and her commitment to making sure CP is a delightful experience for both dog and human.

We absolutely love Kacy, can't say enough good things about her and our dogs feel the same way! Kacy takes our dogs on great long walks often to exciting and new places nearby, which they love. If you are in the South Bay you need to use Kacy and Camp Puppies for all your dog walking and boarding needs.

We love Camp Puppies! I’ve sent my pup to Chrissy for plenty of long weekends, and even sent her to Puppies while I spent time abroad. I always receive plenty of pictures and updates so I know my pup is in great hands. Chrissy genuinely loves and cares for the dogs she is watching, and I have and will recommend her to friends again in the future.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Chrissy is a godsend! We were introduced to Chrissy by accident by a neighbor who absolutely raved about her dog walker. We had always wanted to get a dog walker for our dog but have trust issues and never took the plunge. Kacy has been the best bud and walker for our wiggly, reactive pitbull Lola. She also walks our dog Radar who is a shelter doggo that is still learning not to pull. Kacy takes them on long walks and trips to fun parks that they look forward to each week. Our whole family loves Kacy! <3

Tracy is very professional and definitely knows how to keep your dog safe while they have fun at the same time. She also is willing to listen to any concerns you may have about your dog.

We started using Tracy in the last year and have really enjoyed her service! Sometimes trips pop up last minute and she's always able to accommodate which relieves us of the stress associated with leaving your fur babies!! She definitely goes above and beyond. We have one kitty who is very messy and we never come home to it! She's also very detailed, if she doesn't see both kitties out and about she won't leave until she confirms they're both ok. We've been using Tracy for several years. At first to check in our cat when out of town. A couple years ago we took in a rescue and Tracy helped us to not only walk our dog while we're at work but train her also. Our dog's on-leash behavior improved dramatically when Tracy started walking her. Tracy is very reliable and good communicator. She texts us pics from every visit which we love!

Tracy is super efficient and knows all the right questions to ask when first meeting your pets. Our cats immediately warmed up to her and made it an easy choice to have her take care of our kitties. She sends lots of photos and videos every time she visits and gives updates on how they're doing. Definitely would recommend Fancy Tails!

First, let me say that my puggle, Harvey, is a cherished member of our family. I have always been very tepid about using dog walker services, as our dog is somewhat temperamental and doesn’t get along with a lot of people / most men. Tracy (Fancy Tails) was recommended by a former neighbor of ours, we would see her frequently in our apartment building walking multiple neighbors dogs, and was always extremely pleasant and professional! We decided to give her a try, and let me tell you it’s the best thing we’ve done for our dog! Our first visit was an introduction between her and our puggle, and we were immediately impressed with her as a person and lover of animals. I immediately felt assured that we found someone trustworthy with our beloved boy. Furthermore, Tracy offers so much more than dog walking - she truly cares for the furry companions she walks routinely, and takes the time to take pictures of your dog on the walk - evidencing any bowel movements/ potty they take. Believe me this is reassuring, I’ve had dog walkers leave our dog tied up outside of a Starbucks all day and claim she was being walked! I’ll also add that Harvey has lost significant weight since he started walking with Tracy! Tracy also offers pet siting, which we recently utilized for our recent wedding trip! It was extremely stressful to leave Harvey, let alone in a house he’s never stayed, but every night Tracy sent us pics and videos of him happier than ever! Heck I don’t think he wanted to come home with us! Anyway, my wife and I are truly indebted to Tracy! Use Fancy Tails with confidence!

We have used Tracy's services several times now and would not trust anyone else to watch our cat. She sends daily updates and videos while you are away so you can be sure your pet is well cared for. Our cat gets scared when we go on vacation and Tracy even looks under the bed (the number one hiding spot) to send us a picture so we know our pet is at home safe. I have been using Fancy Tails for almost a year for my puppy Lulu. I started using Fancy Tails when I needed a family emergency and needed both a pet sitter and walker. Tracy not only accompanied me but took such great care of my miniature poodle. She sent me regular updates via text along with photos of the her daily activities. I work long hours and have Fancy Tails as a helping has been so much help!! 5 stars all the way

Tracy was great with our two "men". We were nervous since they had never been left alone before. They liked her immediately when they met her and she came every day to take care of them like clockwork and sent us great pics and updates. Fancy Tails is a lifesaver! Tracy not only takes her job seriously she loves my little Golden with all her heart. She deserves 10 stars for dependability. She's texts when she picks up and drops off and her videos are adorable. Roo loves Tracy like family. And to top it off her advice on topics of Roo's health, behavior and training has been as valuable (or more) than our Vet's.

Fancy tails is an extremely reliable and safe dog walking/sitting company. Tracy responds promptly, provides updates on your dogs walk, and is knowledgeable with resources in the community such as veterinary services. She has also watched my dog when I've taken trips and I always feel he's is great hands. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend A Bark Idea enough. When you choose a business to help train your puppy, you want to find trainers that will love your pup just as much as you and this is that place. Cami, Kelsey, and Justin have so much love and compassion for these dogs and it shows. Even before my pup started at Happy Puppy School, I had an open line of communication with A Bark Idea while I was crate training, which almost broke me, but they helped me through it and helped me with my confidence that I was doing the right thing and it would get better each day. AND IT DID! I chose to put my puppy in Happy Puppy School and it was so worth it. I chose the 24 lessons package and each day, I received a video message of what they worked on each day so I could practice with my pup. You really have to understand that the work they do with your dog at school, you have to come home and practice with your dog because they need to learn to listen to you too. The socialization that the puppies get at school is so important, not to mention, the amount of energy they expend all day makes it easier at the end of the day for you! Once my dog was done with his training, I purchased the day care package and take him at least once a week. He has the best time and comes home pooped out. A Bark Idea are our family now and I truly feel like it was the best decision for me and my puppy!

I cannot think of a better place for puppy training & daycare. We recently rescued a puppy and were in desperate need of some direction. Cami & Kelsey have made the whole process so much better. Not only do they treat our puppy like one of their own, they also help me with changing some of my habits to help create a confident puppy. Our puppy is half Belgian Malinois & half husky- two very smart high energy breeds that need a lot of work. Once we found this out through her DNA test it helped to understand her breed needs. Cami & Kelsey continue to teach me so much about training & setting her up for success. I am so incredibly grateful for everyone at A Bark Idea & for taking such good care of our pup!

She loves it so much there that her tail wags the entire car ride in the mornings and she can’t wait to go for weekly day care visits. We also board her frequently and know it feels like home to her. The staff has been so wonderful, knowledgeable and understanding with our many questions and we can feel the love they share for our little fur baby everyday she is with them. We feel so fortunate to have landed at A Bark Idea and know our girl is going to have many more days of fun with her doggy crew. The photo and text updates are just icing on the cake! What a gem in the South Bay!

We love everything about A Bark Idea! Our golden retriever loves going to stay overnight at A Bark Idea - Cami and her team are simply amazing!!! Our dog has so much fun and we love seeing his adventures with the awesome photos they text us during his stay! Our dog comes back with better training and listening skills than when he goes in - I think he might like it better there than at home, truly! It brings me so much peace of mind knowing that he gets to run freely with other dogs all day, play with the sweetest humans ever, learn good behaviors, and sleep freely with a human like he would at home! I can’t thank A Bark Idea enough for being the best dog trainers and doggy day care I could ask for! I rescued my little guy Pickles at 8 weeks old and he was super fearful of everything. He started A Bark Idea Puppy School at 11 weeks old and the rest is history! The first few times I dropped him off he was shaking and scared (separation anxiety), but that quickly changed. His third day of school he was wagging his tail as we pulled up to A Bark Idea, jumping up and down at the gate and when he was greeted by the team at the door he didn’t even look back at me. He loves training with Cami and Kelsey, as do I because let’s face it, the humans usually need more training than the dogs. Pickles has learned all basic commands and more, leash training and how to socialize with other dogs of all ages and sizes. They’ve helped Pickles to gain confidence as he gets older and taught me ways to work with him on my own. I also recently boarded him for the first time and he did so well! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to watch him overnight. I love getting all the updates of Pickles hanging with other pups and I mean just look at the photos, I’d say that’s a happy little guy! This place is gold. Kelsey and Cami (and Justin and literally all of their staff) are amazing. So knowledgeable and kind - their positive reinforcement training approach really works. I have a super high energy puppy that I really struggled with - a GSP/Weimaraner/Doberman mix - he has a mind of his own and more energy than a toddler on a sugar high. I had *almost* given up hope when I started him here for training. They have worked with me (and him) to get to a place where I can actually enjoy him. No more stressful days thinking “what do I even do with him?” He’s been with them for training, daycare and some boarding since February and the difference is quite literally night and day. He is such a gentleman now. They are phenomenal. He is always SO happy to see his friends there, he can’t get out of the car fast enough! I tried another well known, local training place first and that was a huge mistake. I tell everyone I know…start here!!!! You will NOT be disappointed!

A Bark Idea has been like a family to us since we started bringing Benny to Happy Puppy school. This was our first time adopting a puppy (previously had two older huskies) so training was very new to us. We knew we wanted to work with positive reinforcement trainers which is how we found A Bark Idea, and they have been amazing! The facilities are cleaned regularly and were safe enough for Benny to meet other dogs/puppies to get socialization in during his first few weeks. Benny also received incredible attention and love from the staff who regularly sends us pictures of our cutie. It puts our minds at ease knowing he is always safe with them and learning to be well-behaved. Each day Benny is at class he receives specific training which is then communicated clearly to us to practice at home. All of the work we have put in with the Bark Idea team has clearly paid off and we are incredibly grateful! Benny loves going so much that we decided to try boarding him there as well which was a perfect transition. Benny got to see all of his friends and stay in a place that he was already comfortable. You could tell he didn't even notice we were gone which is what we hoped for! Again, thank you so much to the Bark Idea staff (especially Kelsey who is incredible) for treating our fur babies like family!

We absolutely love the Bark Idea team. They’ve taken amazing care of our sweet Shiba Inu for the past 1.5 years, from when he was a young puppy to now. Our dog absolutely loves going to doggy daycare - he jumps up and down in excitement at the gate during drop off every time. I completely trust them, and they TRULY care about our dog, his health and his development. We regularly use Bark Idea for doggy daycare and have used them for boarding (anywhere from one night to one week). Though there might be cheaper options out there, I view it as a long-term investment in our dog, his socialization and his happiness, and all of that in a safe, positive environment where our dog can learn. They really understand dogs, and take classes to stay current on training techniques, and share their wisdom with their clients. I see them as partners with us in raising our pup to be his best self! This past weekend we boarded our 6 months old Chocolate Lab Rue and she had an absolute BLAST!!! As soon as we arrived she ran right inside ready to play. I was so sad about leaving her alone but I knew at A Bark Idea I had nothing to worry about. The picture updates we received showed just how happy our pup was, smiles all weekend long! Definitely the best dog training/boarding around. The crew is amazing and the atmosphere is the best. Rue was sad to leave all her new friends and she can't wait to go back! Thank you!!!

Amazing service! It was our first time to leave our cat home alone for over two days, but since the meet and greet meeting with Jill I knew i could trust them and Ms. Cookie would be in good hands. They were very responsive form day 1, very professional and thorough during the meet and greet appointment, when they took notes on our cat's habits. They send you a daily report with pics that really makes you know someone is actually taking care of your pets. We were away for almost three weeks and we never felt worried for our cat, we knew she was getting the best care possible. We will keep using Ally McPets and we'll recommend them to our firends.

Ally McPets is a godsend for those trying to arrange care for their pets when drawn out-of-town for fun or work! We were scrambling to find someone who could care for a 10-week year old kitten we rescued two weeks before a previously scheduled vacation. The kitten had warmed up to us after having being abandoned and we were concerned our absence would set him back (possibly permanently). Ally McPets saved the day. I just want to state how pleasantly surprised I was with the service provided by WalknRoll. Everyone I talked to throughout the setup/application process was professional, responsive, and friendly. When I dropped my guy Mickey off and met Midori, I was immediately comfortable knowing he would be staying in a beautiful home with a genuinely sweet sitter. Midori and her Family sent me pictures of Mickey playing, resting, and going on walks. I could tell he was having an incredible time. I’m so glad I found Walk n Roll. My family found themselves in a very tight spot, and needed care for our four pups right away! Tish and Tissa moved mountains to help us out, and were an integral part for several months of providing care in one way or another for us, whether it be transporting them to and from the vet, long term boarding, and spoiling them with love and snuggles! At Walk N Roll, our dog was treated like one of the family, and she received so much love and attention. While she was there for a 2 week stay, we were sent photos regularly of our dog going on outings, or relaxing at home. This helped to keep my children calm, knowing that their beloved pet was in good hands. When our return flights were suddenly canceled, they were very gracious and accommodating, which was such a relief! Knowing that our rescue dog was safe and loved, in a caregivers home (and not in a boarding facility in a small cage with a dog run), gave us so much comfort. As testament to the care she received, our dog is now missing her Walk N Roll pet sitter!

Leaving my golden retriever, Ginger, for two weeks felt like I was leaving my daughter behind, but when I saw how well cared for she was by Midori and family through social media posts, including both pictures and videos, I knew she was in the best of hands. Our black lab had a great vacation at Walk N Roll Pet Sitting. He stayed with Tish, and her chocolate lab and 2 Pugs, for 10 days. Tish kept us posted via mail as to how he was doing during his stay, and included several pictures, which our kids enjoyed receiving. It was comforting to know that while we were out of town, our dog was in such good hands, enjoying Tish's backyard and being able to play with her own dogs. It was quite obvious to us that Tish is a real dog person, and we highly recommend her. Your pet will be well cared for and given lots of attention while staying with Tish.

I’m very particular about who watches my golden retriever girly. GD was totally the right choice. I have been taking her for daycare when I have to work long days, and boarding when I’m out of town or have a late night at a concert, etc. The facility is cage-free even with boarding and they are with a human 24/7. I have so much peace knowing that she’s always in the best care. They post lots of pictures on instagram too, so you can how much FUN your furry friend is having. I feel like I’m dropping my dog off at recess every time and I’m lowkey jealous. You also have the option to have them groomed before pick up (for an extra charge) so that they aren’t super smelly after playing so much. All around so happy I have a place for my pup.

Grateful Dogs has been a lifesaver for my nervous rescue. She used to be afraid of everyone would wait for me by the gate when she first started. Now “daycare” is her favorite word. She has become so much more social, both with people and other dogs and I give so much credit to Grateful Dogs and their wonderful staff for their patience and love for that progress. I also love that they are crate-free for overnights, a huge must for my dog who loves to snuggle at night and was traumatized by a crate. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I love it I love it I love it! I have trusted GD with my dogs for years. No cages no kennels and they truly care for your pets. The staff are all wonderful people who love dogs and always go above and beyond. If you overnight your dog there, your pet will sleep in a room …with a human! Any special feeding instructions… not a problem. Medications, not a problem. They truly do it all and I appreciate the entire staff.

They are the best, best, best. Took care of my GSD throughout her life, made special accommodations for her when she was disabled. Cannot say enough good things about them. Their care for her for almost 10 years was just amazing.

My pup loves this place so much that just saying “Grateful Dogs” will get her to furiously wag her tail and race to the door! And they love her as well, these people truly and genuinely LOVE dogs - like, I’ve seen them cry at the news that older dog “patron” passed away. If you board overnight, there’s no cage - they have staff SLEEP IN BEDS WITH THE DOGS! How awesome is that?? 10/10 recommend, I love my Livvy like a child and there’s nowhere else I’d rather take her!

Grateful dogs is a great daycare. Shortly after I dropped my pup off at Grateful dogs, the staff immediately noticed he wasn't feeling well. They brought my dog out of circulation as to protect the other pups and himself. They worked with me and communicated often until I could arrange for an early pick up. The experience was highly professional and I was/am extremely appreciative that they took such precaution to protect the health of the rest of dogs at daycare as well as my sick pup. This facility is highly professional, knowledgable, and caring of the dogs. Highly recommend!

If you haven't been here for the tour nothing i say will convince you like the staff there will. So patient with all the dogs, the facility is great, no cages or crates. Plan ahead if you are thinking of using the service as your dog will need to do a trial. We are always happy with the staff and service!

My pup Louie and I love Doggie Goddess! We have been going to the amazing women of Doggie Goddess for about a year now. Not only does Louie spend two days a week there, but he has boarded with them a few times as well. Each member of the staff is so kind, and I can tell they love my dog as if he’s their own. Regardless of the location, Louie comes home each day exhausted (in the best way) from playing and socializing with his pack! It’s incredibly special to find a business in which you can trust the staff to watch over an animal you love, especially one that is cage-free. Thank you to all the women who care for my pup while I’m unable to do so - you are such a huge and great part of Lou’s life!

Doggie Goddess is our dogs home away from home. They treat our mini schnauzer like family. Additionally they are extremely professional and go above and beyond. The facility is extremely clean and our dog has never come home sick after her visits at Doggie Goddess. Traci and her team are amazing. Definitely should recommended 10/10

By far the best daycare I have found in LA as they take care of my little drama queen as if he was their own.

My dogs have been going to Doggie Goddess for 10 years. If I could give Doggie Goddess more than 5 stars I would. Traci and her team are amazing. The dogs are always supervised, there is a very balanced pack mentality so the dogs get to have a great time but safety and balance is always happening as well. Traci and her team know all of the dogs, their personalities , quirks and what makes them happy. My dogs can't wait to go there and their sleepovers are the best. There is someone who sleeps with the dogs( which I love). If you are looking for a safe, fun place for daycare and/or boarding, I highly recommend Doggie Goddess.

I forgot about this place until I get an email from them, so let me warn future pet owners: The worker, Yadira, is a case in unhinged behavior. When I went to pick up my dog, I heard someone angrily yelling at the dogs to be quiet. This worried me so I started filming. From the moment this worker greeted me and opened the door, she had a nasty attitude, was rude, would not listen to my questions, and basically acted like an angry immature high schooler. I had to use de-escalation skills and try to reason with her. Luckily, she didn't see the camera, so I was able to record her behavior without her putting on a mask. She would not let my dog out for almost 4 minutes after I went to pick him up. While my pup whined to come out, she angrily told me that he had tried to snap at her AFTER SHE PULLED HIM BY THE COLLAR. When I asked her why she did this, because I've heard you never do that with a dog you don't own, she proceeded to give me more attitude, giving pseudo-explanations that made no sense. She even lied telling me she's told my husband about my dog having issues (My dog has never had issues at any other day care). When I asked my husband about this, he said he had no idea what she was talking about. She probably had the wrong dog in her deluded mind. I got a call from the owner that day to complain about me. After seeing the video however, the owner did apologize to us and told us Yadira just had a bad day. Unfortunately, I don't want to leave my pup with humans who act psychotic when they have a "bad day." That said, we decided never to bring out pup there where a crazy lady with rage issues will yell at the dogs and pull them by the collar whenever she wants just because that's probably the only time in her day she gets to feel some sort of power.

We’ve tried several L.A. area dog daycare and boarding centers for my high energy, XL girl and BY FAR, HANDS DOWN, we are happiest with Doggie Goddess. The owner and her staff obviously really love and understand all dogs. I feel most relaxed and assured that my baby is in good hands when I drop her here! No time outs or cages, just redirection, when needed! True Pros!
