My dog had a medical emergency while in John’s care and I credit him with saving my pup’s life. You couldn’t ask for a better sitter in a pressure situation. He also communicated regularly during the stay, keeping me posted on how my pup was doing. Would recommend John to anyone who needs a sitter they can trust.

This was our first house/pet sit with @zeewoi and we were extremely pleased! Robert showed up when he said he would, he accommodated our timelines and our dog's scheduled routine. He left our home in excellent shape and we had a very happy, relaxed pup to come home to. It was important to us that Robert meet us via video chat or in person before we left and he went above and beyond. He sent photos of our dog, Cooper, and him throughout the sit and we could tell that Cooper was very happy with Robert. He responded immediately to our texts, giving him updates about our return. Communication is so important for making sure both the sitter and the house owners are confident in one another. Robert is very outgoing and friendly and we have 100% confidence in him to look after our home and our dog when we are away. We look forward to Robert providing another future home sit.

I was very happy with the love and affection that was very apparent when Travis and Shannon met the pups. I received one picture on my trip and was happy to see Shannon cuddled under a doggie pile. Nothing like seeing your dogs being loved by others as their own. Every thing was in its place when I return which was nice. I also received a welcome home gift handmade by them which was very lovely and made my day. I highly recommend them as trustworthy and reliable pet sitters to anyone.

Emily and Chris were absolutely incredible house and pet sitters. They took care of our dog and two cats for 10 days and were some of the best sitters we've ever had. They took amazing care of all three animals -- giving medicine to our aging dog and managing to befriend our very shy cats on day one. We received adorable picture and video updates each day and it was clear that the pets loved spending time with them. Additionally they left the house in pristine shape and were incredibly diligent in all aspects -- bringing in packages, taking out the trash and recycling, etc. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We initially accepted Deirdre and Jason for a long stay to look after our dogs. We were very happy they accepted. A few weeks later we realized we needed another sitter for another trip we had planned. So, we posted more dates on zeewoi. To our happy surprise, Deirdre and Jason reached out to us saying they could also look after our dogs and home with the new dates we posted. This made our life much easier and we were very confident to have Deirdre and Jason stay longer with us and care for our dogs. We were definitely right!! D&J have countless experiences on zeewoi with very good reviews from all of their previous sits. They are very experienced with all aspects of a house/pet sitting. D&J are very self-sufficient, have the background knowledge and education of pet care, and most importantly a genuine love for all animals. This is most important for my wife and I. We knew from the first meeting with our pups they loved animals. Communication was excellent. The process before and during our sit was stress-free for us. We were given daily updates on our dogs including photos and videos. Any concerns D&J had were vocalized to us. D&J are also problem solvers and know how to react many challenging situations. Our routine for our pets was followed immaculately and all dogs were very happy and connected with them. Even our female dog Kinki grew close so quickly with D&J which is very rare. We had ZERO issues while we were gone and we were able to really enjoy our trip while we were away. The dogs definitely love being around D&J. Homecare: We are very pleased with the condition of our home when we returned. It was clean, free of clutter, and exactly how we had left it for them, if not even better! D&J even mowed our grass and took care of our yard! Our yard is not a small garden. It is very big and takes hours to mow. So we were very surprised and excited to know they did that for us even though it's not expected of our sitters!! They definitely went above and beyond what is expected. Our dogs are so very important to us. When we know we can trust our sitters it's the best feeling in the world. We definitely trust Deirdre and Jason with our most prized possessions and we look forward to the next sit with them in a few days!!! Care and compassion for my dogs was at the top of the list of John's attributes. He was the first sitter I have used through zeewoi that was close enough to come meet the dogs before the sit. John not only came for an initial meet and greet, but he made time to meet the pups a second time prior to my departure to better familiarize himself with both the dogs and my home. Having put the fear of God in him about Penny's reactivity (I might have been a bit over the top, but better more attentive than less!), he was cautious with her in the beginning. Later in the sit, they trooped off to the beach on multiple occasions - all good! My 10-yr-old was on some meds for a serious battle with arthritis, and John managed Cooper's needs beautifully. John even made a call and a trip to the vet to re-up Coop's prescription when it was clear he needed to continue the protocol. I received daily updates by text, including photos and video; communication is hugely important to me. I feel blessed to have had John care for my fur-babies.

Jim sat for my extremely shy rescue pup and new kitten for two weeks -- my pup struggles with new people, and is very fearful of men in particular. And yet, Jim was more successful with her than any sitter I've ever had: I can't recommend him highly enough. He has wonderful patience, a calm energy, and is a great communicator. He consistently updated me with photos and videos of my sweet girls enjoying the world with him, taking my dog on hikes and adventures to her favorite streams. He went above and beyond both for her (in meeting her needs and taking the time to get to know her personality), and also in caring for my home. I returned to such a cozy environment, a repaired wood stove, an organized wood pile and an at-peace dog and cat. Choosing Jim as a sitter is ensuring that your pets and home are getting the best of care, and his actions exemplify his kindness, generosity and thought taken in consideration of others. The two-leggeds and four-legged members of this household give Tess a 5-star rating! We think she's one of the best sitters you will find - highly communicative, friendly, competent, reliable, and great with pets. Tess was also flexible about start and end dates to accomodate possible winter weather complications. For this sit, Tess was able to bring along her mom, Cathy. Tess introduced me to Cathy during one of our Skype conversations prior to the sit. It was a bonus to have her here with Tess. Their travel to Marquette was complicated by weather. A fierce winter storm swept across Michigan just before the sit. It took Tess and Cathy two days to drive here but they arrived, as promised, in time for us to fly out early the next morning. We even had time for a lovely dinner together and to introduce them to the dogs and house. We left the next day and never had a moment's worry while Tess and Cathy were caring for our pets and home. Tess sent us regular updates and photos. The dogs immediately accepted them as great new additions to their pack of friends - even our cranky, old chihuahua, Nike! We returned to happy pets and a spotlessly clean home. We plan to invite Tess (and Cathy if available) to return for future sits. Thank you, Tess and Cathy!

We are very picky about our dog sitters, and we chose them because they have been doing this for a long time and track your wants and needs carefully and follow through with utmost care and integrity. They offered to come the day before we left to meet Winnie so that we could rest in that she would trust them and connect to them. Honestly, we would hire them as our only dog sitter all of the time if we could. I cannot thank them enough and say enough good things about them. My dog loves her PlayTime walkers! They have been really responsive, easy to schedule, and reliable. They always send text updates with cute pics after the walks, and leave a "report card" for how the walk went. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Where do I even begin? Susan and her staff have been quintessential for my family’s well-being. My husband and I are both officers in the Army, and we frequently deploy to training rotations and have recently had a nine month deployment overseas. PlayTime Pet Sitters has been a pillar of our pet care while we are away at work. We have an assortment of pets, which includes three birds and two dogs. I simply would not trust any other business to take care of my animals in my absence. There is a lot that I could write about the special care and authentic love for animals Susan and her staff have, but, I will instead summarize it with a single event. In January of 2022, our beloved dog swallowed a plastic squeaker that became lodged in her small intestine. I was alone, as my husband was deployed to a training center, and it was the middle of the night when I took my dog to the Emergency vet. About $7000 later, my dog underwent emergency abdominal surgery, and was recovering well. It was about 9 PM by the time I got her care plan, and I was overwhelmed with anxiety about how I was going to manage her post-operative care, as I had a week-long field exercise starting the following morning and I would not be home. I contacted other pet sitting businesses in Colorado Springs, and they all refused to schedule visits so last-minute despite my desperation. I contacted Susan at PlayTime that evening around 2 AM, in tears, desperate for a sitter that could care for my first and only dog as an adult at the time. Susan could not have been more superb; she reassured me that she would help me, and provided me with caretakers that gave my dog the best post-op care. Including feeding her baby food three times a day, and administering all medications with only written instructions from me on a letter I left for them in my home. PlayTime Pet Sitters has taken care of my family for well over a year. Their care is unmatched, and their dedication to animals is admirable and almost unbelievable. I have had a wide range of pets my entire life, including iguanas and a variety of farm animals. I am passionate and serious about my pets receiving the best care possible. I do not and will not give my business to anybody else in Colorado Springs. I would pay double the fee if it meant I could guarantee Susan and her team would look after my pets. If you are looking for a business that will love your furry, scaly, and feathered family members as much as you do, look no further. We had a great experience with PlayTime! In the past we’ve boarded and had friends watch our cats, but this was much better for the cats and us. They are very thorough, attentive, and professional. We felt good knowing that some of the people watching our cats actually had experience as vet techs or were studying to become vet techs. We got pictures and messages at each visit and it was nice not having to worry about the cats at all while we were away. And when we got back the cats were completely themselves! In the past they’ve had about a 2 day period of being mad at us.

Playtime Pet Sitters is the best pet sitting company in Colorado Springs! The prices are reasonable, but that’s definitely not the only great thing. They truly care about your animals, and isn’t that the most important thing? We hired them to care for our pets during a weekend away, and I will never hire anyone else. They came ahead of time to meet our dogs and see where the dog food and crates were. They were polite and thorough. I made a mistake in the scheduling, but they were happy to work with me and make sure the pets were cared for. They came each day at the scheduled time and took lots of pictures! They even leave a little handwritten report of what happened while you were away. I never worried about the dogs because I knew they were in the best hands. If you’re on the fence about hiring them or still looking around, you’ve found the right place. You will not regret it! You won’t find a company that can give you as much peace of mind while you’re away from your fur babies!
Loved my experience with PlayTime Pet Sitters! I went on a last minute trip out of town for a weekend and they were able to accommodate my request and were very professional which I appreciated. My cat and I got to meet my sitter (Susan) before my trip and it’s clear she has a lot of experience with pets and is very trustworthy. She made a lot of effort to understand my cat, his habits, quirks, favorite toys, and so on, which made me more comfortable with leaving him for a weekend because I knew he would be in great hands! It’s a little pricier compared to getting a pet sitter from a site like Rover but at the end of the day, I want to hire people I trust with my pet and will continue to use PlayTime Pet Sitters for my pet sitting needs. 🙂

We needed a pet sitter to care for our new cat and they took such great care of him while we were gone! Followed instructions to a T and sent lots of cute photos from the visits. We came home to a happy kitty, a nice report card of how they spent time with him , and all of our mail stacked neatly inside. We are very happy with the care given to our 2 dogs while we were traveling for 12 days. They visited 4 times a day, every day, even in over a foot of snow that fell during this time. They fulfilled every special request - even brushing both dogs' teeth every day. We received reports including pictures after every visit. They are very reliable and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service in the future.
The most amazing service possible! First, you can tell Marley (my dog) absolutely loves every pet sitter that comes to spend time with him. Second, they take the most amazing pictures ever! Third, from a business perspective, they have outstanding customer service and helped us out a few times as we made first time customer mistakes! Highly recommend them!
DID NOT GET SERVICE! But I need to note their amazing customer service. Called for 6 days of sitting 5 days before we needed it. They told us what they could manage with the short notice. They then told us they could accommodate our entire schedule thanks to the owner stepping in to care for our pups! Rare to find an owner who goes the extra mile. That level of commitment is why I will trust them in the future. This time a relative stepped in last minute and gave our pups 24hr care so we canceled. The owner was just happy the pups were getting the best care possible. Come for the professionalism. Stay for the love.

PlayTime Pet Sitters were great with our dogs! Since our dogs get far too stressed in a kennel we used to rely on friends, but that was a lot to ask. Playtime Pet Sitters came the the rescue and allowed us to make sure our older dog got his medication on time, and gave our puppy much needed play time. We got photo updates along with a description for every visit and they managed to clean our yard, get mail, packages, and put out the trash too! I'm glad there's such a reliable service in our area and we're looking forward to using them again.
We recently needed someone to take care of our aquarium while on vacation. Playtime Pet Sitters came to our rescue. Hannah handled everything with expertise, sent us detailed notes as well as pictures of her visits, and assured us that all was well. I used them over my December vacation in 2023. They're absolutely amazing. There was that mysterious dog disease that was going around and made pet parks and boarding facilities a risk. So I looked into pet sitters. They were very communicative with me about each visit they had each day, made sure to send pictures of my dog, and they eventually even found where the one cat was hiding! (and send pictures of the cats as well). My dog scraped her nose on something and they handled that very well. All of this is great because my dog is older and would have been very stressed in a boarding facility anyways. The ability for her to stay in her room, in a familiar setting, was great. I'm definitely using them again.

This is a review I should have written a long time ago! PlayTime Pet Sitters are amazing. Whenever we need to go out of town, they take excellent care of our little Tonkinese boy, Chip. They provide him with his asthma inhaler, and take care of him so well that he is always happy when we get home. We appreciate the photo updates and the attention to detail. After going through many other boarding solutions (which our cat hated), we could not be happier with the at-home care PlayTime provides. We are so thankful for each of you - Kerry, Ally, Hannah and Brittney (who braved a particularly nasty snowstorm for Chip), you are all awesome. If I've forgotten anyone else, Chip loves you too. :)

The entire team is phenomenal! They are always reliable and very flexible with my schedule needs. After trying (unsuccessfully) to find a reliable pet sitter on Rover, I was so happy to work with Play Time Pet Sitters. This was our first experience using a pet sitter for our two dogs and it was a wonderful experience. They were professional, paid attention to details, always on time, and best of all… the dogs were at ease and got lots of care and attention. They were always in communication with us and we enjoyed the updates and photos sent. They go above and beyond to help bring in packages, water plants, etc. I was very impressed that even our shy dog allowed them to pet her. They got lots of play time in the yard, went for walks, and got treats while we were away. I highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.
Based on her past history with her previous owners, we were concerned about leaving our kitty girl, Gis. We were afraid she would feel abandoned...again. Kayley and Anne took such good care of her. Playtime Pet Sitters is a great company to take care of your precious pets. I have had great experiences interacting with several staff, from asking questions about signing up, website bookings and service outline, to showing off our old cat’s hiding places and sleep spots. Each person took our feeding and care routine seriously and asked several times if medications were needed or other household tasks could be done. This service has really put our mind at ease for making sure our Archer is looked after while we are out. It seems no task is too small, and we look forward to using them more.
If you're on the fence about using a pet sitter... Book this one. We had never left our dog with a sitter or a kennel before and a last-minute trip out of town had us needing to do so on short notice. After talking with the wonderful office staff I already felt better about hiring these guys vs. dropping our beloved girl at a kennel where we would be all extra stressed. The first meeting with the sitters made us feel even more confident in the decision to have them come take care of her at home. You can tell the sitters know how to interact with dogs and they were stellar during our thirty minute preliminary meeting. Went over everything they needed to know, made sure they knew where her food and water was, etc. Were very patient and professional, which we really appreciate since the four-legged kid can take awhile to warm up to new people. While we had a whirlwind, hectic, sometimes stressful trip, we had one less thing to worry about knowing that our dog was being well looked after and wasn't upset in a strange place. The check-ins and photos we got just lifted our spirits during such a tiring trip. Everyone was great about updating us, and making sure our girl was fed and walked and given treats. Most of all, it really feels great knowing that they're not just caring *for* your fur family, they care about them too. Our dog wound up getting along with them so well, which would not have happened if they weren't kind and respectful to the animals they look after. Such a great staff working for this business, we would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

This is where you get the best service and loving care for your pets. I have a big dog who needs medication twice a day. He doesn't like the taste and Jason has always been able to get him to take the meds. Jason is caring, loving, and in return is loved by the animals and a friend to us. When we spend a month out-of-town, he kept us informed weekly how the animals were doing, which really made us feel comfortable. I recommend the great service and Jason Brown wholeheartedly!
Jason is the best pet sitter we have had. We have parrots who are free flighted in our house. Jason never misses a visit even during snow storms (we have cameras in our home after having prior pet sitters miss feedings). He also has to administer medicine, soak one of our birds in warm water to prevent fecal impaction, and pick up dropped toys. Jason does every thing we ask and we have used him for years.
Beware! Beware! Beware! We recently had Jason Brown watch our pets while we were out of town for 8 days. One of them was special needs and needed pills administered daily. Jason Brown promised us before we hired him he was capable taking care of our pets even with the added med tasking. Jason Brown failed us in every way possible. He failed to come over as promised. He may have come over twice. He failed to administer meds to our pet. He failed to recognize the very obvious signs that one of our pets was in severe distress from a UTI and needed medical attention ASAP. He failed to call us to let us know of the situation. He had our vet contact info and knew we had informed our vet of our trip. Had he called us to inform us of the dire situation we would have found a way to get home. But he didn't because he wasn't there to see how dire it was. As a direct result of Jason Brown's inability to do his job, which he promised us he could and would do, our pet died. I can't think of anything much worse than a pit sitter killing your pet. I wouldn't hire Jason Brown to mow my lawn, let alone get anywhere near a pet, and you shouldn't either.

We had brought both our dogs to Colorado and one was a puppy (3 months) and being the puppy that she is we weren’t able to have her in our air bnb so we were lucky to find this place their pricing is amazing and bailey would get so excited to see them when we would pick her up during the day and bring her back! Really recommend this place for your pup!
Richard runs dog sitting out of his home. Very nice man and very inexpensive. Dogs mostly play all day in his privacy-fenced smallish backyard. We were in town visiting from MN and he watched our girl every day while we enjoyed touring the area (the incline, Pikes Peak, etc.). Phone is a landline, so you need to call, not text. We Recommend Richard!
My dog just loves day care with her pals, and she gets excited when I approach the building. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and my doggie just can't wait to interact with people and dogs. Recommend highly.

This is definitely a mom and pop shop but they were extremely nice and flexible. They were willing to watch my dog the sunday before memorial day when no one else would. I would definitely come back!

Alpine Inn was recommended by my dog trianer. I left my puppy for 4 days. They took great care of him. They have outdoor kennels so they can be inside or out. Mrs Frances is a delight to speak to. Brandon was great and my puppy took right to him. We will be coming back.
We love this kennel! It isn't fancy but they take excellent care our dog, are friendly and accommodating. They were recommended to us by our trainer. We recommend them to people we know.

I have worked with Leona on multiple occasions. My dog was originally signed up for group classes with Spruce Mountain, and after one class, he had a hard time with being around the other pups. After speaking with Leona, she offered to switch him to individual sessions and we would revisit group training later. Due to my schedule, and living 45 minutes away, this was greatly appreciated. Leona has always been flexible, worked with me, has even boarded my pup with her to do some extensive training that I have not been able to do myself. This is my first puppy, and the work Leona has done, continues to do, and I am sure I will continue to work with her has been nothing short of fabulous. Leona not only trains my dog, she cares about my dog, his well being, and gave me the sweetest gift after he was boarded with her. It was a collection of pictures of him in various mediums and it melted my heart. I love working with Leona and so thankful she is such a pleasure to work with!!!!
Leona is the ultimate dog trainer! Hands down, she is the best animal trainer - I have had the privilege of knowing Leona for over 6 years and she has trained my 2 dogs expertly and compassionately. My dogs ADORE her yet they respect her authority. If you love your dogs (and who doesn't?) you won't regret hiring Leona for all your training needs.
Leona has helped with both our 9 month old puppy and some walking issues with our 9 year old dog. Leona is always patient with both the customer and their pups and does a great job providing positive reinforcement. Additionally Leona is passionate about helping the families that come to her for help and she provide external resources for information. My pups love Leona and we will be going back for any training needs!
Leona has been great figuring out our dogs who are all rescue with issues. I like a trainer that can work on issues and not just sit. She has such calm demeanor that dogs are attracted to her and listen to her. She truly in this for dogs and to help their owners.
I give this 5 stars but wish I could give more. Leona, shes kind and very knowledgeable and is extremely trustworthy when it comes to talking about my dog and just in general... and was extremely helpful and superb with training & regarding anything!!! We have been clients of Leona since early 2021. No complaints until our cat died under her care. At first, our cat’s death seemed from natural causes. However, upon returning to our home, there were things found in different conditions than when we left them. What was found in our house makes us question the care of our cats and we will not be trusting Leona again with our pets.
Leona is the sole person that will work with you, no passing off to another trainer. She has helped us with noise sensitivity, lease work, nail trimming and other issues. We love her!
