Erica watched my senior dog and cat for 12 days while I was traveling internationally. She was organized, responsive, and took excellent care of both my animals and my apartment while I was away. She sent me photos during the stay and my pets absolutely adored her. She has watched my pets before and I always trust her to take excellent care of them. Traveling internationally and leaving my pets in the care of a sitter always makes me a little nervous, since I won't always be immediately reachable. However, Erica's communication and obvious competency made me feel very comfortable about leaving my pets in her care while I was away. It's very obvious she adores spending time with the pets and caring for them. I came home to a clean apartment and very happy and healthy pets. I would highly recommend Erica for any of your sits!

This is our second time welcoming Michele and we were so happy to have her back! Our dogs Pedro and Samantha love her and it is clear she loves them! Our house was immaculate upon our return and Michele made her famous lemon chicken recipe which we gobbled up and then we asked for the recipe. Ryan was one of our best sitters we’ve had! Ryan is so lovely to chat with and we looked forward to meeting him before our trip. He was organized and communicated his plans clearly with us and was easy to communicate with while we were away. Our dog took to him immediately and so we knew we could relax while away. Our home was in great shape when we returned and it was nice to get a debrief from him as well. We’d love to have Ryan back anytime, and so would Steve (our dog)!

We loved Misty!!!! She was absolutely the most perfect baby sitter for our dog and an amazing short term tenant at our house. Not only did she keep the house clean but she even washed everything she used before we got home. We even got a couple gifts from her. She is such a sweet human, kept in contact with us while we were gone and sent videos of the hikes and walks they went on. I would 100% ask her to stay at our house again

Jo & David were absolutely amazing sitters for our house and dog Rosie while we were out of town for 2 1/2 weeks. They are the best! Jo was super communicative and responsive at all times. She and David bonded with our dog, who grew very attached to them. They left our house super clean (and there were even chocolate chip cookies for us on our return)! Most of all, they are just super nice people and very easy to work with. Anyone is lucky to have JoAnna & David housesit for them.

Alexandria was by far our best sitter yet (and we've had excellent zeewoi sitters)! She was responsible, self sufficient and very responsive. She took the time to come meet our dog ahead of time and to run through the routine before our trip. She was communicative and sent great pics of her adventures with Rupee while we were away. She was extremely clean and followed our household routine. And to top it al off, she left us with a homemade vegetable soup for our jet lagged return home from Europe! First things first, Linda is awesome! If she applies for one of your sits, you have to accept! This was our first time using zeewoi and is also the first time we have left our dog since we got him. Obviously, we were nervous at the beginning, but Linda removed all aspects of that. She is honestly one of the nicest, kindest, most polite people you will meet. From our first initial meeting, we knew that she was the sitter for us, and for Archie. The day that we left, Archie let out a little cry as we said goodbye. This was the first time he had done this (it broke our heart), but we knew he was in great hands! Throughout the week, Linda was extremely communicative. She would send us daily updates, share videos of their walks together, and send pictures of the two of them having fun. She spoiled Archie with love, attention, and a couple of new toys! When we returned, the house was in the exact same condition as we had left it, and was very clean and tidy. When Linda left, Archie ran to the door, started to cry, and sat/laid there for some time - And we think that this alone is a great reflection of the kind of person that Linda is. Linda – It was an absolute pleasure to host you in our home, thank you for everything that you did for us and Archie, and for making our first experience a positive and memorable one. Archie misses you! We hope you get the chance to do it again for us in the future.

I was able to call daily and they sent us pictures of him every day 😊 and if you follow their Facebook page, you might even get to see your baby on there! We brought our dog here for a whole week and he loved it!!! They took very good care of him. They also let us take him whenever we wanted to the beach. This was our first time boarding our dog but the staff were very reassuring and we also got to see photos of our dog. I will definitely be back to this wonderful place.
Brought our dogs Cooper and Luna for daycare and grooming. We are from Canada and are in Panama City for 4 years (Military). We looked for a daycare that would be similar to the one we had them in back in Canada and we definitely made the right choice! Super friendly staff and our fur babies are pooped out! They also did an amazing job on their grooming, they even did a touch up on Coopers nails when I noticed they were a tad long! Highly recommend! Cooper and Luna are definitely excited to return for daycare and eventually boarding :)
As traveling nurses my wife and I always seek out a Doggie day care. From my first contact with the owner I felt comfortable bringing our girl Blue Sapphire here. Owners and staff are very friendly and attentive. The place is clean and no bad odors. They kept us up to date on her first visit all the way to her last. Blue was always excited to go and always exhausted when she got home. Just the way we like it😅. She will miss them and us too. Highly recommend!!!!
Highly recommended for your pet daycare or boarding needs. They have online accounts to make it easy and convenient for booking. They would periodically send updates without asking which was a nice little surprise. Facility is clean and well maintained. My pet looked happy, which put my mind at ease. Two of our dogs died within 1 week of boarding at ruff house resort. We boarded our four dogs Juno, Dolly, Panda and Washer on June 20th 2024- June 23rd 2024. They were in good health when we dropped them off, but when we picked up our dogs on Sunday June 23rd we noticed our dog Juno limping. I asked why, and was told that they didn’t know. Then was informed they had to pick Juno up in order to get her out. We were never informed of her having drastic changes in behavior whilst being gone. Panda had feces matted on his bottom and they washed it off before handing him back to us. When we brought the dogs home, they were all coughing. On Friday June 28 2024 Juno died. She went limp with respiratory issues and passed. She had been to the vet and was being treated. On Sunday June 30th 2024 Dolly died, who had also been to the vet and was being treated. Exhibiting the same symptoms as Juno. We had used this place often, but we will definitely NEVER use them again and will absolutely NEVER recommend them. Ruff house resort has given our dogs back with kennel cough more than once. This time we lost 2 of our 4 babies. Never again. BEWARE. Myself, my wife and children are devastated. Taking them here is not worth the risk of losing them. I expect ruff house resort to give me some answers and provide better sanitation practices. If they are incapable of providing a safe and sanitary environment for our fur children, then they shouldn’t be open.
We are evacuating from Hurricane Ida and it was so difficult to find a place that accepts pets. So thankful Ruff House had the extra space and were so accommodating. This was the first time I had to board my pups and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I loved seeing the employees playing with all the pups when I showed up! Not to mention, they were highly recommended by a local friend! 🥰
I took my puppy to doggie daycare at Ruff House for the first time this week. She did wonderful. When I came to pick her up, she did not want to go home. The staff made sure she had a good time. She used up all her puppy energy and slept in the car on the ride home. I will be bringing her to Ruff House once or twice a week so she can enjoy play and get used to being around other dogs and people in a safe environment.
I myself n my 2 dogs were treated very well. One of my dogs is an 18yr old senior. They had gone in for flea baths, I had just picked them up from my husband (which I a separated from) n they had been staying outside. When I got there to pick them up, Bones was jumping around like a puppy. Ruff house was so good with the both of them. Wonderful Experience.

I haven't made an appointment for my Rosee girl yet, but I called to speak with staff. I had several questions regarding grooming, prices, etc. I forgot the lady's name that I spoke with, but she was very friendly. professional and took time to answer all of my questions and explain their services. I even explained that my baby has been professionally groomed but when I groom her myself, she gets anxious and hyper. She was very understanding and very kind. I cannot wait to get my fur baby into them within the next few weeks!! Thank you for your wonderful customer service during my phone call.
I sought shelter in Marianna (from Tallahassee) during Hurricane Helene and boarded my dogs here. One is a big shaggy Leonberger that needs frequent grooming. Not only did the dogs seem to enjoy the boarding experience, the staff were able to get her groomed on short notice and it was definitely the best grooming job I've seen. Honestly, it's probably worth the 2 hours round trip just to get her groomed here.
I wish I could put a picture of my baby on here so everyone could see what they didn't do but charged me $63.00. My baby is 11 weeks old and is a miniature schnauzer that weighs 7 lbs. The only thing they did was bathe and blow dry him and trim around his face and but and grind his toes. Ridiculous and I will never go there again.....
The girls seemed great and excited to see my baby when I dropped him off. He seemed happy when i picked him up.. I am just waiting for his pics to be added to their social media pages.
We took our 3 yo. Boy Buddy to the Gypsy pet Resort to be pampered, everyone was very nice and professional! Buddy goes often now.
Very bad customer service. Made a 12 noon and they canceled. Changed to a 9am appt. Called to confirm. Was on my way but they said they didn't like my TEXT attitude and canceled when I was 10 min out. Called and transferred to a very unprofessional owner who said she cancelled because of my text attitude. Every word that came out of this teenagers mouth had disrespect. She even said she would call the police if i showed up and was hung up upon.call the police if I showed up.
Unprofessional attitude from owner. Told my grandfather that they complain too much and to not bring the dog back. Only complaints that were ever said were 1. Not to put powder on the dog, and 2. There was a schedule miscommunication where the receptionist said they weren't scheduled for an appointment despite having an appointment card from gypsy pet resort with that specific date and time wrote on it. When he tried to state this, she angrily told him to leave and immediately threatened him with police action. Going so far as to follow him out the store continuing to angrily yell. This comes as a blindside as he had nothing but nice things to say about the groomers and how good of a job they did. But due to volatile management they won't be going back. 5 stars for the employees. 1 star for management.

I have a tiny dog. They cut her up with the razor and then labled my dog hostile when she nipped them to warn them that they were hurting her. Then they told me I would pay 50 dollars,but when I got there not only was my puppy traumatized, but she also had a very choppy cut. The groomer responsible wouldn't even talk to me she was conveniently gone when I got there. They tried to hide what they had done and then charged me 70 dollars instead of the agreed upon price. They also won't even bring your dog to you till you pay. Please don't go here

I was in the area on vacation and Great Oak Pet Resort took great care of my dog. Highly recommend. Nice people. Took her last minute. They are so nice and my dog really enjoyed her day. She got a vacation too!!!! And, it was before the hurricane hit and they were so accommodating.
We have used the grooming services & boarding services. Had some bumps in the road but always smoothed out. Today however, made an appointment for a nail trim for my 2 dogs through the app. Appointment was confirmed. I rushed home from work, got the dogs loaded up, & rushed to the 2pm nail trim appointment. Got there 5 minutes early. I walked in and stated I have a 2pm nail trim appointment. The front desk person looked at me like I had 2 heads & stated oh, well the groomer left for the day. Another employee walked in and stated well, the groomer left for the day. I stated so much for having an appointment, guess I will have to go someplace else.
Traveled to Florida state caverns for a tour and while traveling we brought our pups. We needed them to have a cool day because of the heat and found this gem to watch our pups while we explored in the heat.
I left my beloved dogs for a week while I left town. I was super stressed, but I could tell that they were very good with dogs. When I returned, my dogs were happy, well fed, and I could tell they had very positive interactions with the people there. I would definitely return.
First time for Sassy but we loved it. Took a bit longer than we expected but they were very busy. She was calm and happy when we picked her up. Thanks ladies for taking great care of our baby. Annette & Brian
Can not say enough great things about this place. We have boarded a couple of our dogs here on separate occasions, and they are amazing. We made the mistake of trying the new pet resort in town, GYPSY PET SPA AND RESORT. What a NIGHTMARE! Great Oaks is more efficient, better staffed, and more knowledgeable!
This place treats the animals better than the employees if I could give it zero stars I would do not bring your pets here also I brought my dog here and I got her back with patches of fur ripped out of her neck where they had ropes around her do not come here or do business here
My Pup Roxanne had an amazing time here on our family vacation and did not want to come back home. She will be very happy to get to go back in a few weeks. They treat your pets so great and she never has gotten any illness from staying here. Reasonable prices for the amazing quality of service and care for your babies.
This place was an amazing find. We were visiting Marianne for the day and needed to have some place for our recently adopted family member. The facility is amazing, the staff took the time to get to know our dog and to make her comfortable. She had a great time, time to play and a 2 hour block of nap time. She didn't want to leave. Will definitely use again we are up in that area. One of the best dog day facilities we have ever used.
We have boarded our cats there for the past several years. No problems...they take good care of them.

Our Vizsla/Lab mix, Koda, stayed with DogTown Kennels for the first time over Thanksgiving and we were SO pleased with the care he received! Monica and Courtney treated him just like family, and sent us multiple updates every day with photos showing him out exploring the yard and playing with their children. I'm so grateful we found them and will not hesitate to book with them again and recommend them to others!!
We highly recommend DogTown kennels for any of your boarding needs. Courtney and Monica are amazing. The love they have for your fur babies is more than you could ask for. We got pictures and updates daily which we really loved, it helped ease our minds knowing that they were in such good hands and you could just see the happiness in their pics. Best boarding place in town.
Can’t recommend DTK enough. Monica and Courtney watched my high drive working K9 while I was away at training and kept me in the loop with his progress everyday and sent tons of pictures. They treated him like family and even though I was half way across the country I had no worries the whole time I was gone! If you need a place for your dogs while you’re gone, look no further. They watched our kiddos for 8 days. we have 2 elder pups, and a 9 month old Dane. Despite the feed and medicine regimens these ladies did not flinch, and cared for them like they would their own. We received much appreciated photos as promised 3x daily and updates as needed. I highly recommend them, and we will be using them again! Thank you for loving on our kids as your own!

Samantha is great!. We recently had to go out of town and it was very short notice but she took our 2 dogs and even came back on Sunday night after kennel was closed just so we could pick them both up...Cherokee Country Kennel is the only place I will be boarding my dogs at. I would definitely recommend it to all people I know.
Samantha is absolutely wonderful & so accommodating! She has my four stubborn beagles nails trimmed & polished in less than 30 minutes & has the most reasonable pricing!

My boyfriend and I owns a Doberman Pinscher and he’s now 4 months. Ms Barbabra trained us on some of the basic obedience, and it was very helpful to us. Novah will be paying her a visit often! She’s the best!

The best boarding and daycare place ever! My dog loves Paw Barn. All of the staff are just amazing. They are kind, caring, and so knowledgeable about dogs. I never worry about how he is being treated. My poodle loves it!! And their new facility is amazing. The kennels are clean and the facilities is very nice. The owner has a passion for what he does and it shows in his business. I would highly recommend taking your animals to Paw Barn!

My daughter recently adopted a rescue from the shelter a few weeks ago, after her sweet furbaby of 15 years passed away earlier this year. Ryder came to her with no history known from his past. She just knew he was a gentle giant who loves snuggles and playtime. During his 3 days of Daycare, he had the best time. After his first day, he was SO EXCITED to go back, he was running to get in the front door. Thank you for taking such good care of him.

To be honest I didn't take time to meet the owners... the place smelled like a pee pad and the floors where soiled... I wouldn't stay there myself for a few min so I will never expect my animals too.

Brittany is my niece which could make me a little prejudice but I am not. I have seen in action at Alaqua showing all the love to animals. I have a little rescue from Alaqua who is people selective. She runs from most people with Brittany she melts in her arms and literally squeals. She has fostered many cats which I have seen her interact with. She is great at gaining trust in animals. I truly recommend her.
Such a blessing to find Brittany, she was amazing with my cats and provided the best service! She checked in with me every day and sent pictures and videos which was so lovely while I was out of town knowing my kitties were having a good time. Brittany always does an excellent job pet sitting my fur babies. My one little five pound senior dog is high maintenance and Brittany is so sweet with her and takes excellent care of her. She will rearrange her schedule to be at my house as much as possible to care for her. And she always walks my big dog and makes sure everyone is happy. When I return home the house is always clean and the pets are happy and well cared for. I have used Brittany several times and will always ask her to pet sit whenever I go out of town. We love Happy Tails! We have a little batch of rescues who all have their quirks, and Brittany takes such good care of them. I was able to be fully present for my daughter's wedding week a few years ago and not worry one bit because I knew I could trust her care and attention to detail while we were gone. She sends daily updates about the pets, pays attention to anything possibly amiss in the neighborhood, and keeps me posted on her schedule. We were gone during a severe weather event once, and no sooner had the tornado warning gone off on my app at 4AM than I got a text from her letting me know she had everyone gathered safely. Our two high maintenance dachshunds have fallen in love with Brittany. She treated them so well and kept us informed on a daily basis. We have already booked Brittany for later this year and also in 2025. She is our go to caretaker for sure. We highly recommend Brittany!!
I hIghly recommend Happy Tails. Brittany stayed at my house for a long weekend and took great care of my big dog, Hazel. I got updates and pictures through out the duration. And when she left, you could not tell she was even here. She clearly loves animals and it’s so nice to go on vacation knowing your pets are in such good hands.
Brittany was WONDERFUL. She was so great to our pup, very communicative, & so easy to work with. It is so nice to know we have her to watch our pup when we visit with zero worries. Love that she is local to the community & has such a passion for dogs. Could not recommend her enough!
