Betty has been going for over a year now and absolutely loves it. The staff and owners are wonderful and treat Betty as if she was their own dog and she’s always got plenty of licks for them! Myself and my partner have busy jobs so this was just perfect and puts our minds at ease that our fur baby is well looked after. Brilliant service from pick up to drop off and I cannot recommend this place enough. The service has always been professional and I never worry when Betty Is at the daycare because I know she is very well looked after. Thank you Pets in home.

We could not love Pets in Home more, they have looked after our dog for the past few years since he was a puppy and he absolutely loves going to day care! It's lovely to see them call for him and for him to trot out to the van wagging his tail, off to see his friends. Despite the fact that we're working from home in lockdown and don't really 'need' the service, we've continued to send him one day a week as he loves it so much. We really enjoy seeing the Facebook photos at the end of the day to see what he's been up to it. Pets in Home is ran by a great bunch of people who clearly love what they do - we feel our dog couldn't be in better hands.

We moved here with work and was worried about leaving our Dachshund Arnie on his own at home as didn't really mix with other dogs. Since being here he has settled in great and gets along with the dogs and as calmed down a lot as he was always anxious. The team there really love and care for the dogs as if they were their own. I would recommend anyone to take their pets there. 5 star honestly.

Millie has been going to Hinckley Pets In Home since she was 4 months old. She absolutley loves it! She cant get out of the door quick enough when they come to pick her up. We heard about 'pets in home's from our neighbours. Our whippets love it! It gives us one day off a week and they have the time of their lives. At the end of every day the team post photographs of the dogs so you can see what your pets have been up to. Big thanks to Daemon, Tracy and the team

I honestly do not know what we would do without Hinckley Pets In Home. The staff are wonderful and I would not feel safe Poppy going anywhere else. She goes off happy in a morning and comes home exhausted, so we know shes had a good day and we see the pics on Facebook we know shes happy and content with her friends both" hooman and dog. Great communication, their space has lots of stimulation for the doggys and lots of places for them to go rest and chill when they are ready. Pick up and drop off are convenient, punctual and safe. Really enjoy seeing the photos, videos on social media and private feedback.

You won't find a better dog walking / boarding service in Atherstone. Out With Hound is loving and caring, and treats your beloved pooch as if it was their own child. An excellent service which I highly recommend.

Ali is great and regularly looks after our dog and cat when we go on holiday. They both absolutely adore her and clearly trust her and that gives us so much comfort when we’re away. Ali is also great at posting “pupdates” so we know how our animals are doing every day. I thoroughly recommend Ali as someone who you can trust so you can go and enjoy your holiday knowing your pets are being well looked after.

Ali and Pete are excellent. My dog loves his walks with Ali and is always happy to see her. The text pictures whilst I’m out at work are brilliant and always make me smile. Hiring them was one of the best decisions I have made, giving me peace of mind that my dog is well taken care of and rewarding me with a happy dog on my return from work. They are reliable, friendly and happy to help out with changes when they can. I can’t recommend them more highly.

My two dogs love Ali and Pete, and they arent dogs who like many people! They have great walks. Also offer pet sitting at home to save using kennels. Great Service, we would be lost without it !

Ali from OWH has been a Godsend. We had to isolate because of COVID and were desperate to find someone local to exercise our 11month old Spaniel. I messaged her via Facebook and had a response almost immediately. Within a couple of hours she arrived to meet our pup and took her on a 30min walk for free! We arranged for an hour's walk every day and Ali always arrived on time, observed social distancing and our little dog went off very happily with her. We had pictures and a brief description of their walk via WhatsApp every day and as we experienced som hot days Ali arrived early to get our dog out and home before it got too hot. I have already booked her for some dates in August and highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a reliable and trustworthy dog walker. Thankyou Ali. Xxx

I needed to access a one off day care facility for my patterdale terrier Queeni and as she is not great with other dogs , I ideally I needed one on one care for her . Fortunately I was able to give a few weeks advance notice, and cannot believe I was able to locate such a wonderful, knowledgeable and professional couple as Ali & Pete in my local area. what a find! They are clearly passionate about their work and treat every pet as an individual. Pete sent photos and videos throughout the day for my peace of mind that Queeni was not missing me in the slightest. I will be using Out with hound in the future without doubt Thank you so much.

I was really happy to discover Ali as the price of dog walkers can be expensive, but she is very affordable, professional and my dog loves her. She also has dog boarding license which is an added bonus as I don’t have to worry incase I need someone to look after him for a few nights.

My dog goes here regularly. The owner is knowledgeable like a vet would be as he’s done it so long. The girls who work there love dogs. Our dogs, especially the puppy jumps up to her when he gets there. It’s guarded on an evening, gated and owner is on premises so it’s safe too. Can’t ask for more.

We have been going to Cofastre for over 12 years-at least a couple of times a year ad would not go anywhere elseAll our animals over the years have been treated and cared for so well.There is nothing the owner Andy does not know about dogs or cats and we trust him a million percent.When we say to our pooches'Going to see Andy' they bounce with excitement. Took my cat here originally for two weeks however lowered it to a week so family could look after her. Overall its what you expect. Small cages for cats. I did ask them to flea her (provided treatment) as she was due whilst away. They said yes. They did not flea her. I also took biscuits and wet meat and advised them of dietary requirements. They didn't even feed her the dry food at all. Came back unopened! She has allergies, and they completely ignored it! So who knows what they were feeding her the whole time. She has lost weight. Probably due to her being used to the food I provide and they did not feed her that! Upon my dad picking her up, they did not give him all that was taken with her. They kept the food and her paperwork. I had to collect this myself when I returned. They don't give updates on pets. Takes ages to get through to someone by phone. All in all, unless it's a last resort. Have someone who you know look after your pets. I don't think they care enough about cats.

THEY DO NOT LOOK AFTER THE ANIMALS PROPERLY!!! To say I'm fuming doesn't even cover it.. booked my dog in friday to Monday .. when I picked him up Monday he was just skin and bones, looks like he hasn't been fed the time he was there.. Paws and mouth were bleeding. I took him straight to the vets and even they was in shock.. A report has been made!...

Eric has just returned from 2 weeks stay and he is like a new dog! He's obviously enjoyed his stay and we are very happy with the service we and Eric received. We would highly recommend Cofastre Pets Hotel and Eric will absolutely be staying there again in the future. Thank you Cofastre

First time using Cofastre for our cat and dog will definitely be using them again both were well looked after we have used a few other places and they don’t compare to Cofastre.

Kennel owner and staff are all 5*. My dog, who is 9 years old, has stayed here quite a few times. He is very happy here, which puts my mind at ease so I don't have to worry about him. Everyone at Cofastre is very caring and take their jobs and responsibilities very seriously. I would definitely recommend Cofastre Pets Hotel to anyone who loves their pets and wants them to have a very happy time away from home.

Rachel has looked after our Cockerpoo Woody on several occasions over the past few years and quite honestly he loves going to stay with her. We get regular updates whilst we're away with photos and its clear he's having a great time with the other dogs. She's always very thorough and professional and ensures that the animals that she has in her care are harmonious together. Its great to have peace of mind to know that he's being looked after so well. We can't speak highly enough of Rachel and the care she provides.

Rachel and Mark are super!! Our dogs adore them and love to see them. We love getting the daily pictures and Mark certainly knows how to use a good filter. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Absolutely flawless service. We had a holiday to Florida and needed someone to come and feed our old cat twice a day whilst we was away. Service was great, communication was fantastic, kept us updated with photos. Whilst we was away we got delayed coming home and had to stay an extra 2 nights because of a hurricane. Was not a problem extending the service to carry on feeding our cat. I can't recommend this company enough. If you need a service they offer, don't think about it, just contact them and book. 5 star service. Thank you 💙😻

Honestly, Rachel has changed my life. My Assistance dog wasn't getting walked as much as he should, so we found these. She focuses on my dogs needs during the walk making it dog focused and allowing him to decompress. She has respected my wishes in terms of not letting him play with other dogs other than ones he knows. My dog absolutely adores her and gets so excited in the morning to go, she's so amazing with him and I can't recommend them enough.

Rachel has fed our two cats Rocket & Dixie on a number of occasions and has always looked after them incredibly well. She gives us peace of mind whilst we're away, both in terms of the cats & also our property, ensuring it's left clean & tidy. She gives regular updates about the cats and provides pictures/video which is lovely to see. Nothing is ever too much to ask. I would highly recommend her services.

RM Pet Care are fantastic! Rachel & Mark care deeply about the animals in their care. My Rommie rescue is very nervous around new people & Rachel spent the time getting to know her. This is invaluable for our sensitive souls & my dog absolutely adores both her & Mark! Highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful attitude towards myself and my wife. My dog came back in such an awful state we actually thought we would need to take him to the vets. Apparently another dog viciously attacked him and left him with a severed ear. The owner was damn right rude and aggressive. Would not recommended to anyone whom care she their pet.

Rachel has been doing pop ins and walks for our dog since she was a little pup, and is absolutely brilliant. She is extremely trustworthy, sends photos and updates and gives our dog so much love! It is really refreshing to see someone really love what they do. Even more so, the tail wags when we’ve seen Rachel on the street are probably more that what we’d get shows a lot!

Couldn't recommend Rachel enough! Our dog always has a waggy tail when he sees her and we feel so confident that he is being well looked after when out on his walks. He's also boarded with her, we get regular photo updates and her communication has always been great.

Booking in with Eclipse pet care is the best thing we did for our dog. Beth is so loving and caring towards our little dog! I could not recommend Beth enough. Beth has been caring for my pets whenever I am away from home for a couple of years now, and has always been very reliable, and willing to work to sometimes quite complex arrangements. She sends me reassuring update photos regularly so that I can see that all is well. My usually very nervous cat seems to find her presence safe and reassuring, which is a big bonus! I have no hesitation in recommending Beth to anyone looking for someone to care for their precious pets!

Beth has been looking after our French bulldog Lola for a few years. Lola is nervous aggressive and doesn’t like strangers but from the first meeting Beth did everything she could to win Lola round. She now absolutely loves Beth looking after her. We have left Beth on a few occasions now to look after her and I wouldn’t want anyone else. She regularly updates us with pictures and messages and keeps our house spotless whilst we are away. I would highly recommend Beth for any pet stays or walks, she is also the loveliest girl and will go out of her way to make your pet comfortable.

Beth looked after my cat when I went away and the whole experience was easy and comfortable from start to finish! It takes a lot to trust someone with your pet, but I found Beth to be incredibly personable, trustworthy and she put me at ease so that I could enjoy my holiday without any stress. Beth stayed at our house and looked after our 2 family dogs. She is very friendly and caring and both dogs were settled with her. Beth sent regular updates and photos throughout the day. She is very reliable and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend her.

Beth is amazing with our 11 month old mini schnauzer border terrier cross, Hektor. From the moment she met him she was able to bond with him immediately. Hektor loves the small group of dogs that he walks with and meeting them has improved his social skills no end. Beth is always on hand to answer any questions and is a real peace of mind when we have to leave the dog for work.

Beth regularly looks after our Cavapoo Bear and also takes him for weekly walks. I can only say that it is an understatement to say we couldn’t do without her. Beth has gone over and above her duties and has always done everything she can whenever she can to help us when asked to do something ‘out of the box’. Moreover Bear absolutely loves her and is a testament to how she loves him back. Beth is honest, loyal, hard working and truly passionate about her commitment to her dogs and her duties.

Our cockapoo Freddie was extremely well looked after by Beth whilst we took a much needed weeks holiday abroad. We could see from the many videos and photos Beth regularly sent to us that Freddie was having a fantastic time with her. We found Beth to be very professional but also very caring and clearly passionate about her work, she was great with Freddie and we think he’s actually sad his ‘holiday’ from us is over! Beth has been taking our French Bulldog Stan out for a weekly walk since January , he absolutely loves going and gets really excited when I say Beth is coming for walkies 🤣 he waits at the door for her. I have been using Vicky for several years now to look after my four cats plus their feline friend. She is very obliging and able to cover at short notice. The cats love her and look forward to her coming around. She is happy to accommodate their favourite brands and preferences. Not had any problems.

I wish we had read the previous review before we trusted Vicky to look after our dog whilst we had 10 days in Greece in October. Our first day on holiday we received a phone call from her to say our dog had become aggressive and bit her hand while she was trying to separate him from another dog that she had left alone with him. Vicky said he had to be picked up immediately. Bearing in mind we were nearly 2000 miles away, we arranged for a family member to collect him and take him to a kennel the following morning. On return we contacted Vicky to ask for a refund for the unused care and only got money returned after informing her that I was going to take her to the small claims court. It had taken some 37 days for the refund. We found Vicky to be very unprofessional and just want to let others know what kind of experience you may receive when you trust your family pet in her care.

We arranged to have Vicky look after our 3 cats and fish while we were on holiday, cats soon got used to Vicky, they were well looked after would recommend Vicky, we will be using her again. 😀 …

Do not use this service. Bad communication, unprofessional behaviour and playing around with my money afterwards. I took my dog in for 2 weeks and despite passing his trail night the contract after 4 days was ripped as was my dog was struggling to cope. I was aboard and I don’t know the ins and outs of how he really was. Because I questioned as to why I then got statements like you care more about your money than your dog. Despite me paying up front almost £500 straight away I received the re fund 9 days later! My dog was fine after this and was able to get the right treatment elsewhere.

This was a great kennels for my nervous dog to stay at. Caroline kept in touch with me everyday about how Lottie was and made me feel at ease as it was our dogs first time at kennels. She was walked multiple times a day by Caroline and Rachel. I couldn't recommend these kennels enough!

Our 4 year old beagle has stayed at Castle farm kennels several times, she absolutely loves it. The staff are really helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Ruby is looking forward to her next visit. Thank you for taking such good care of our little girl.

NEGLIGENT, INCOMPETENT AND A DANGER TO DOGS!!! We left our beloved dogs in their care from 5-11-21 to 8-11-21. We were assured that they would be well cared for and looked after. This was not the case. Milo has epilepsy and is on Strong medication. They gave Rosie his medication in error for 3 days, that’s 6 doses. She would have been severely impaired by this as she is half his size. He would have suffered seizures as a result of a sudden interruption in his medication. The form explained how and when the medication should be given, with a description of milo and his date of birth. The same information is written on the bottle of medication. How can this happen? They have admitted their error but won’t explain how this has happened. Both dogs came home with injuries. Rosie has a huge puncture would on her neck which has become infected with a huge abscess and the vet says it was a bite. She was very spaced out and it has taken 5 days for her to recover. She’s still suffering. Milo has a tear on his lip which had healed but was still scabby and sore to touch. They failed to notice that the medication was being given to the wrong dog. They failed to follow the correct procedures for administering medication. They failed to notice, record and reported the injuries or any incident which may have caused them. They failed to notice the sudden and extreme change in behaviour for either dog or follow any procedures which should be place to deal with such an incident. They are refusing to cooperate and provide us with any answers other than a snivelling apology. Please please don’t send your dogs there. They have been reported.

Absolutely lovely staff and great kennels! We use castle farm kennels multiple times a year for our dog Latch and he can not wait to get out the car when we arrive! He's treated like their own. Could not recommend enough!! Thank you to the castle farm team 😊
