Britt did an amazing job with our son's service dog, Bagheera. GoldenDoodles specifically ones which have more poodle in them are hard enough to keep up with. Add in the mix that our son brings her to college since she is his service dog, tries his best to keep up with her curly hair. Britt took extra time to make sure Bagheera didn't need to be shaved, especially during the winter time. She helped us understand this since we moved from the Vegas, NV area recently and how our pups out here need to keep their coats. Bagheera, looks beautiful and comfortable with her new haircut. I can't thank Britt with Chehalis Critter Care LLC enough and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a groomer. We have already set up our next appt for when our son is back for winter break with Bagheera.

Brittany took such good care of my old lady kitty! She needed her nails trimmed and Brittany did exactly that plus shaving down the fur between her paws (so less litter gets stuck). The service was fast and affordable and Brittany was so kind and knowledgeable. We had a great experience!

The work done on my GSP was absolutely stunning. She was so happy coming home and she looked and felt like she was a puppy again.

I really appreciate how Britt was available at very short notice and was so friendly and helpful! Her prices are very reasonable and she did a beautiful job on my long haired orange cat. We are taking our Airedale to her later today and I know she'll do wonderfully!

Ziggy loves going to River Bend Pet Center for Play Day. Staff make the experience equally as enjoyable for me. Does not get much better, it is a win win for all. Dr. Brandy Fay has been all of my pets Veterinarian (2nd mother), since she started practicing. No words to describe her excellency on every measurable level.

My cat Cowboy received nothing but the best while he was boarded there. All the staff was so attentive and kind. Everyday on my vacation I received a picture and update in a text. It really made my vacation worry free knowing he was cared for with love.

Great groomers but I have been trying to get ahold of someone to just schedule a grooming for about two weeks. Left a message with a person who said I would get a call back, never did. Since then I’ve left two messages and haven’t heard anything back.

When a Dr Cares they GET DOWN CLOSE and PERSONAL Dr Fay takes every case every pet as if her very own, we know as she has been on 2 life threatening journeys with us and we have worked very closely with her over the years and seen the tears of sadness and joy in her eyes along with ours. She is ONE IN A MILLION. It takes more than a Veterinarian to make a GOOD DOCTOR. Anyone can be a Vet, not every vet is a GOOD ONE. SHE IS THAT ONE IN A MILLION!

We love taking our animals to see Dr. Fay! She is so kind & always remembers us, so I don't feel like I'm having the same conversations over & over at each visit. I also love her willingness to try different options to suit our family needs the best!

All three same. Litter babies been using Dr Fay since they had their first shots 9 years ago. Sadly the. Choc passed last year. But Dr Fay was compassionate and caring all through her illness

Absolutely Love Dr. Brandy Fay We had a pregnancy scare with our Labrador June, she rushed right in as; we got there before she did. She had a full day of surgeries spay/neuter scheduled. Took June back right away and was able to put us and June at ease after only about 30 minutes had passed. 2 days later... June welcomed 4 healthy Puppies, 2 girls then 2 boys. Friendly staff, clean, well put together offices. Love that they also sell great products, offer puppy classes, have a private dog park available for use and more. 🐇🐕🐩🐈🐾

We love River Bend Pet Center! We began attending the puppy socialization as soon as we got our puppy. It's such a good way to socialize pups safely while a trainer oversees to make sure the playtime stays fun and appropriate. She also gave tips and information throughout the sessions - it's like free training. Now we've also just completed Basic Obedience and it was a wonderful experience. It has made all the difference in making our puppy a well behaved member of the family. We're looking forward to doing dayplay and boarding there as well. Hannah is amazing with dogs and people. Her gentle but firm methods help both dogs and owners succeed. Beautiful facilities. All the staff is so friendly and skilled - overall wonderful.

They were accommodating to our needs and came through last minute for us. A wonderful, clean environment. I find it reassuring to know they're there for future reference. I can't recommend them highly enough!

The best boarding facility, the owners awesome people. They took excellent care of my dog. The facility is clean and kept warm on the cold days my dog was there. I will use them again. I boarded our dog again for 10 days and once again they did an excellent job.

Dogs were fine after a week at this kennel. My frenchy came into heat and they kept her separate in her own heated room. We will use them again

We took our dogs here during spring break. Teresa the owner was great with them. If I messaged her asking for updates she was quick to respond and reassure me my dogs were doing good. We plan to use them again on our next vacation.

Country Road Kennels is the best hands down! We are so happy we found this place as we no longer have to feel guilty boarding our dogs when they are in the care of Teresa. Our dogs always get a nice kennel with real walls (not a wire cage), along with plenty of time to stretch there legs and/or lay outside under the sun at affordable prices. No up-charges for extra exercise or yard time! Not to mention that Teresa has excellent communication and always goes the extra mile with service and support.

They took wonderful care of our two four-year old German Shepherds that had never before been kenneled before. The girls came home happy and not the least bit stressed. Thank you so much! Dave & Michele

Great stay for our little doggo! Very affordable price and they really seem to care about the dogs. We had to cut our stay short unexpectedly and they didn't charge us for the remaining days without being asked! Looking forward to bringing our doggo back in the future.

Amy and Rae took care of my kitty, Bella, while I was at a knitting retreat this weekend. I felt so confident that they would make sure that she was fed, watered, litter box cleaned and she was happy! They were able to give Bella her asthma inhaler which was so comforting to me! I will always use Oh My Dog Sitters for my pet's care in my absence.

Amy and her team are *great* and the Client Portal system is a huge time-saver. All of the sitters are great and the daily visit check-in, with an activity report and photos, is so reassuring. I would highly recommend Oh My Dog to anyone looking for a pet sitter!

Amy and her crew were the best!!! Came and met my animals before and then got on the floor with them and played. They made me feel so comfortable to leave all 4 animals in their care. They came 3 times a day and walked the dogs and loved on them every visit. Each visit they contacted me to say they were there, sent pics and then gave details of their visit. They let me know when they left and how the dogs went potty and what treats or food they gave them. Highly recommend Oh My Dog (sitters) I look forward to having them in the future

Can't gush over Amy and her crew enough. The care they take and attention to safety detail is top notch. And our dogs go bonkers when they see Amy or Brenda out and about, so I know they are given the best times on their walks and visits! We hope to recommend Oh My Sitters to many more doggie parent friends -- we wish we'd found them sooner.

With Amy and crew I know our kitty is well cared for while we are gone! I love the daily reports letting us know how things are going. They even take the time to ensure our hummingbird feeders are full. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Amy and her team are the best pet sitters we have ever worked with. We never have to worry about our pups while out of town, and get photos and written updates with each visit through the app they use (also super convenient.) They are understanding and accommodating of our two rescue dog's needs and quirks, and truly go above and beyond to make sure our dogs are happy while we are gone. I cannot recommend Oh My Dog enough!

We always use OMD to care for our precious pets while away. The team is very professional, caring, and attentive to details. I recommend them highly for both cats and dogs. We always get fabulous notes and photos while we’re away which gives us peace of mind on our trip, and our pets are very well taken care of, including meds as needed and special notes.

Amy has watched our cats twice now and she is awesome! She sends daily updates and pictures. She goes above and beyond for our pets and house and it really helps remove any anxiety we have with leaving our pets at home while we are gone.

Our mini dachshund puppy is now 5 months old and we couldn’t be happier! She has the sweetest demeanor. She loves everybody and loves playing with other dogs as well. She’s healthy and keeps getting sweeter everyday. We’ve had a lot of people asking where we got her and we always give them Laura’s information! Would definitely recommend Cimarron Farms!

We got our baby Girl Mayze from here and as soon as she got home she went straight to the potty pad and has only had one accident in a whole year !! She so sweet and her personality is AMAZING!!! I recommend this place to everyone! So good we are going to get another one soon!

Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our precious girl Zoe. We found Zoe at Cimarron Farms in 2004 as a newlywed couple anxious to get a dog. She was an independent but loving little pup who grew into the best dog an owner could possibly want. Zoe was there in 2006 when we brought our first child into the world as well as our second in 2010. She was the best big "dog" sister to our kids and helped them learn responsibility and compassion. Zoe never met a squirrel she didn't like. I'm going to miss her.

The Dachshund puppy we got from Laura is the best tempered pup. Our Vet said he is perfect and healthy. I have recommended Cimarron Farms to several interested people and would not hesitate to buy from Laura again.

After watching a long haired dachshund from Cimarron, we fell in love with the breed/temperament and decided to purchase our own. Laura was professional, responsive, kind, and very thorough. Though we did not live in Washington, she helped us pick a puppy that checked all of our boxes. We now have such a lovely dog that sparks so much joy, is healthy, has a wonderful personality, is friendly, easy to train, lovable, and can keep up with our active lifestyle. You can tell Laura is really passionate about what she does, we cannot thank you enough!

We have a lab from Cimarron. We went to Laura because friends had a dog from her who was...special. We hoped for a dog with a similar temperament. We got it. Our girl is the best dog imaginable. She is lively, an energetic swimmer and retriever out for fun. She's five now and fast and strong. But she's also has the sweetest, gentlest temperament imaginable. She's been easy to train, and easier to live with. When Colby enters a space, everybody melts, and she melts into them. The dog is just special. I'd go back to Cimarron in a heartbeat.

Our first experience with Nelly's Ark was fabulous. I have two, very bonded lab/gsp pups, littermates 9 years old. Much to my surprise they did very well and we're very happy. I was also thrilled with the results. Of course they did not need clipping but they needed good baths to get a lot of hair out and they needed a good nail clipping as well. This is not something that they do willingly at home. One person they're even exclaimed how happy my boy was when she met him in the bath! I would have bet a lot of money that he would have had his tail between his legs and been shaking during his bath but no, he was greeting everybody with a smile and a tail wag. How could I give this place anything less than five stars!!

Going with a good middle ground 3 star review as I haven't had my pet actually stay here but I took a tour that left a bad taste in my mouth. There is only someone there about 3 times a day according to our tour guide plus kennels are wire walls, this makes me incredibly anxious for reactive or aggressive dogs who they say they will take anyways. No walks are given, just a short yard time. The facility seems run down and has an overpowering chemical smell. Just be cautious please. I went in to take a look before I scheduled to have my dogs there and this place only set me on edge, there's no way I'd feel comfortable leaving them there.

Our dog Honey Bear is a Chihuahua that hates people and will not trust anyone except her own pack, her family of humans. We worry about leaving her anywhere but this time we had no choice. She has a hard character as she will trust no one, but thankfully she was warm and safe and cared for for 5 days and 4 nights last Thanksgiving weekend. She was happy to see us and recovered quickly from her melancholy of missing us. We were thankful she was well cared for in spite of her being a little difficult with strangers as she always is. I've had other places turn us down because they couldn't handle her, but at Nelly's Ark they took good care of her and we are very thankful.

Our family had a Great Wolf lodge trip planned. We decided to board our 20-month-old, intact male GSD. My wife searched kennels in the surrounding area. Nelly's Ark came up as the best. There is a reason. First off, the facility is clean. You can tell they take pride in its appearance. Second, the staff is top-notch. They were professional, friendly, and respectful. The extra special care they provided for my boy Dutch, was immensely appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone looking to board their pup. Thanks Nelly's. 10/10

My dog went in looking like a used mop! She has long hair and was a mess! She came out looking like a young puppy! Totally beautiful! The staff were kind and friendly.

Have taken our dog Lady there for boarding twice and will again for future trips. She's been well cared for while we were gone for a week both times. Staff is friendly and loving, you can tell they care. Boarding fees are reasonable as well.

Our dog is very sensitive to his personal space and can’t stay at other boarding services. We drove him down 1.5 hours from Seattle for 2 weeks and the staff took great care of him with zero issues- he came back a happy dog! It is well worth the drive and we are very grateful for how professional Nelly’s Ark is !

We HIGHLY recommend Julie!! She is absolutely AMAZING with our fur babies and every dog she cares for. They will feel like and beloved like they are at home. She goes above and beyond of what I have experienced with other doggy daycare and boarding. My boys get super excited about going to see her.

My Tater and Tot have been going to Kissy Pet since she was just getting busy! They LOVE all the updates and play areas, they’ve done such a wonderful job making it the best area for dogs of all sizes and personalities. She does pick up/drop off if it’s an emergency without question, and of course if scheduled. Our dogs get so excited to see Christina and just hop right in her car! Our Tater is a little anxious and she is the perfect person to trust him with. I have referred a handful of friends and everyone LOVES her too! She is so trustworthy and it’s so comforting to know our fur babes are safe and cared for when we can’t be there with them. 💯 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We left our 9 month old labradoodle with Christina for two weeks and she’s amazing. She sent us pictures of our dog playing and having a good time with his friends everyday. She texted how my dog’s day went. Christina even brushed his thick doodle hair which others don’t do and even if they do they charge extra. Our pup came home healthy and happy. We’ll be leaving him soon with Christina again soon. She’s the best.

This is my puppers second home. He loves going to Kissy’s place and enjoy an entire day of playing and interacting with other friendly pups. Secure environment, and my dog definitely gets the same home environment feel. Highly recommended for any fur parents who are looking for a trustworthy sitter!

We've used Kissy's Pet Sitting a couple times now for long weekends for my shy and anxious dog. She always is happy when we pick her up! I like the in-home environment as my dog wouldn't do well in a kennel with other dogs. Christina is great with the dogs and very flexible to work with. My go-to place for leaving my dog for our trips that we can't take her with us.

Christina has taken care of our dog Phoebe multiple times, ranging from a few days to 2 weeks. She took amazing care of her every time and sent pictures and updates every few days, which was so appreciated. Phoebe is pretty slow to warm up but she was so comfortable with Christina and we knew she was always in great hands. 14/10 would recommend Christina :)

We love taking our lab to Kissys! Christina is so easy to work with and updates us on our baby. We know Shelby our lab is safe and happy and completely living her best life with the other pups. I tell all my friends about her and her business! It totally makes me feel like I’m dropping off Shelby at a friends house to play.

Can not recommend Kissy’s Pet Sitting enough! My pup has had some anxiety in the past staying at larger daycare / boarding facilities so the fact that Kissy’s is in home makes the world of difference. Our sweet girl will happily get out of the car for her stay and that helps so much with the anxiety I have leaving her. Christina was so kind as to send lots of updates while we were away for a week and even checked in with us when she noticed our pup was limping - I so appreciate the level of care. The booking and meet and greet process was super easy - 10/10 recommend!!!

We had a very traumatic experience with boarding in the past, so we were very hesitant and selective when looking for someone new to watch our pup Loki. Christina went above and beyond to keep us reassured while we were gone. Loki had an absolute blast, as evidenced by all the pictures and videos that Christina sent. I also love that she actively posts on Instagram stories so we get glimpses of Loki throughout the day. We have continued to use her services when we go out of town and would recommend again and again!

Karen is seriously a master of her craft. When we first met her, we could tell right away that she's highly personable and extremely competent when it comes to dog-care. We enlisted her help several times throughout the years and every time our dog, Jake, was beyond excited to see her. She's professional, flexible, funny, and great at caring for our fur baby.

You will not be disappointed. Karen has been caring for my pups on and off for nearly a decade. The last six months of his life my 100lb boxer stopped using his rear end. Karen came several days a week, put him in his wheelchair, cleaned up after him (no easy task), but most importantly, genuinely cared enough to help me track his needs. She took one of the best pictures I have of my old man. I took a few years to get my next dog, which Karen has now walked several days a week for four years. My dog LOVES her walks. If I happen to be there when Karen comes my dog does not even acknowledge my presence. Karen is communicative, reliable, flexible, and trustworthy. I have never once worried about my pets in her care. When my dog allows me to chat with her, I genuinely enjoy her company.

Karen is reliable and goes the extra mile. We have used her service for our kitty for several years. Karen is also a fun person to chat with and we know our furry family member is in good hands!

Over a period of several years I used Walkies and the experience was very positive. Even when i had a crazy, out-of-control hunting dog, she was well taken care of by Karen and loved seeing her pull up with her own dog. The two became besties. 0 stars. My dog went once and will never return. They advertise daycare and it is not daycare. I had a weird feeling so made sure to ask how my dog did and all 3 guys said she did great and got along well. I asked about the schedule as I heard my dog screaming and she was in a kennel (I specifically said she does not kennel). I was told daycare is in the kennels and get out 3 times a day for 20 mins. I can leave my dog in a house all day long for free. The website states daycare dogs kennel from 11am-1pm. They will kennel your dog all day. When I sent messages today attempting to address these issues for a second time I could not get an answer just nonsense beating around the bush. Don’t waste your money. Don’t put your dog through it.

My family took a 4 day vacation to Great Wolf Lodge and needed a place nearby to board our pup Arlo. He's a very high energy 1 1/2 yr old golden retriever and we had no idea how he would do staying somewhere besides his home for 4 days and 3 nights. But he did great. I can't say enough about this place. It's just a few minutes off the freeway in Centralia and 10 min down Hwy 99 straight to Great Wolf. The property is set back in a residential type area but off of several streets tucked back. There's a beautiful main home the family lives in and then their business is down a gravel driveway to the back. They have a very impressive setup. Several buildings with different purposes. Training, grooming, doggy daycare and boarding. When I saw the property and setup it was obvious they are devoted to what they do. Check-in was easy, I handed Arlo over with collar, leash, a new Tuffy toy with no stuffing, his blanket and his food. They will feed your pup what they feed their dogs for a small extra fee but we felt keeping him on his own diet was best. They provide a raised bed for your dog so we just brought his blanket so he had something from home. They asked about his social behavior and we explained he's gone to the dog park a couple times but hea not an alpha dog so we worry about other dogs being aggressive. So they found a nice female labrador retriever dog for him to play with during his stay. They are very careful to ensure all dogs are current on vaccines and that if dogs aren't fixed they are kept with other unaltered dogs. When we picked Arlo up he was of course excited to see his family. But he was happy, and it was obvious he was well taken care of while he was there. He had outside playtime and got to socialize and we were happy with our experience. Price of $35/night also seemed very fair. Next family trip we will definitely be using their services again!

I had a last minute grooming & single day boarding and they were very accommodating. A very busy establishment with very affordable prices.

When I took my dog home after he stayed overnight for a couple days with Centralia Pet Resort I noticed my poor dogs collar was overly tightened while he was there and he couldn't breathe properly and he was basically suffocating for I don’t know how long! So please make sure you examine your pets when you pick them up! I do not recommend this business for proper overnight dog care.

We dropped off our lab for the dog daycare service while we went to Great Wolf Lodge for the day. The staff were all super friendly! She seemed super happy to go and when we picked her up we could tell she had a great day of play. Next time we come back, we’ll definitely make a visit.

Scott, his wife, and son do a fabulous job taking care of our unruly crew. I drive 60 miles from Seattle just to board here. They are the best!!! In 10+ stays they're always happy 😅 …

Our dog is excited to go there. As soon as she hears "are you ready for vacation," she runs to the door.

Second time watching my dog was difficult for them. They are pretty old and not able to handle dogs who have energy. IF you have a dog with a lot of energy DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. They can't handle it. Plus who knows how much attention they actually give your dog. We picked up our dog who was hungry and had blood shot eyes. Our dog was not invited back, not like we'd bring him back anyway. But they did try and take care of him and put in the effort so 3 stars. They seem pretty ok so I'm bumping it to 4 stars.

I took my daughter's husky here when she was in California to visit. They did such a wonderful job with her! Provided some guidance to my daughter on how to manage a husky as well as fit her collar properly. The difference in behavior in only one day was notable! We will definitely be back.
