I’m so grateful that we found Laura & Tom! They treated my pets like family and my dog had so much fun! We received daily updates on both my cat and dog, and it was such a peace of mind to hear how they are, and to see pictures of my dog so happy. I would recommend them to anyone!

New to the area and were worried how we would find someone to care for our cats while we were are away. Thankfully we found Laura/Off the Leash Pet Sitting. Our cats immediately warmed up to her during the meet and greet (rare for one of them.). She did an awesome job keeping us informed while we were away, sending daily updates and pictures. Highly recommend!

Laura and Tom are AMAZING!!! They have totally changed our life and our ability to travel. The stress of having to find someone to help us with our fur babies made trips so stressful and at times, impossible. When we come home, the girls are excited to see us but not anxious and hyper like before. Seriously, they are the best!

Laura and her team are the only folks I would ever trust to take care of my doggie daughter! I have used them for a few years now take Sahani for a walk while we were at work. They take great pride in caring for your pet.

My senior Chihuahua Beau has anxiety attacks when anyone touches his nails. That's why I let the professionals cut them! They are always so gentle & patient with him! I've taken all 3 of my dogs to them. They are the best!

There is no better place to leave your baby while you are away. They took care of my dog like their own.. They communicated with me everyday and updated how my old baby was doing. I could tell that they have loving hearts for animals and really care for them. Thank you.

Got a quote ahead of time for my dog $65 for grooming, $5 for nails and $5 blueberry facial for cleaning. Maybe I don't know how to do math, but where I went to school that was $75. The grooming left my dog with almost no body hair, no tail hair, and no ear hair. There was not even a cute little bandana....oh and at pick up the price was $115....that's $40 above what I was quoted with no explanation. Won't be returning and no I didn't tip. I figured $40 was more than enough for the hack job on my dog.

Our fur baby loves Callie. She is sooo spoiled when we pick her up. Once she tells us hello, I'm glad you're home, but I would like to stay even longer. Never had an animal wanting to stay when they had been boarded. It does help you not to feel guilty about leaving them when you go on a trip. Couldn't be more pleased...

1st kenneling my dogs anywhere and I choose brewsters. My mini schnauzers seemed to do good there for the 1 night stay and the staff was good to them. They were nervous which is understandable since it was their 1st time kenneling and they are constantly with me since I wfh. I will kennel with them again for during the week kenneling. I rated it a 4 star since I couldn't see where they were actually staying. Pictures on the website of the boarding room/area would have sufficed me. I wouldn't need a tour and understand a tour would upset current pets being boarded. The other reason was no Sunday pick up. I would have to find another facility for my September trip when we return on a Sunday.

Always a great experience, after trying some other local places this is the only boarding experience where my dog doesn't come home acting stressed or having bloody diarrhea. Prices are well valued for the excellent care recieved.

They take great care of my cats. I have brought my cats there twice now. Cat room is clean. They send some pics and give me a status report. The staff are very friendly.

My husband and I boarded our girls (2 dogs) for five nights recently in one of Brewster's luxury suites. It was worth every penny. The facility is very clean and well managed. The people who work there obviously enjoy their jobs and the animals that they work with. I love that we were able to monitor their enclosure 24/7 through the app and could call anytime for updates on how they were doing. It's also very much appreciated that they don't breed discriminate. Highly recommend!

I believe this place is my new favorite location for nail clipping. Staff on point, friendly. Prices are reasonable. Some places (I won't name them) are overbooked, and don't take the time to do a good job. Or, they charge $32 for a simple nail job(yikes!). This business is customer focused. I have not used their other services, so I can't comment on that. But they have been in business for 7 years and received multiple awards. That should tell you something. Easy to find on Hwy 321. Highly recommended.

I used to take my dog weekly for daycare to play with other dogs under the impression everything was great. After a couple times I noticed my dog came back home with a limp, but I didn't think much of it since it usually went away by the next day. It always only ocurred after he was at Brewsters. Fast forward now to eventually find out from the vet that my dog was experiencing an injury that had turned arthritic. It's permanent. No undoing what was done. He was only 6 which I understand isn't a puppy, but he certainly wasn't a senior dog. Prior to this he had ZERO mobility issues or pain and now he can't do too much running or playing without it hurting his shoulder and causing him to limp for a couple days after (even while being on medication and supplements). The kind of condition you'd expect for the average dog twice his age. This place loves to put out the appearance of pet luxury and great care for dogs, but it's all for show. There's a reason you can't tour any part of their facility. Would you leave your kids at a daycare you could only see the front desk of? I wish I had been more careful because now my dog is paying the price for the rest of his life. All these reviews are praising the facility while having no clue what's ACTUALLY going on inside. Please don't take your dogs here if you have another option. I promise you, it's not worth it.

There is truly no place like Brewster’s! The staff is amazing. They care about each of the pets as if they were their own. We have never and will never hesitate to board our pup there. We also use their daycare and our pup loves it! Best place in the world for boarding, daycare, and grooming!

Jillian is a wonderful dog groomer! She does an amazing job on our 65lb doodle!!! The front staff are awesome and the doggy day care provides a wonderful energy release for the fur babies.

Waggy Tails is the best! So easy to schedule. Jana takes such good care of our pets while we are away. We never have to worry and it's so much less stress on the pets than going to a kennel.

Summer and her team are great, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! My husband and I are both from out of state so when we needed to be gone for a weekend having family watch our puppy was out of the question. Finding Waggy Tails was the best thing that ever happened. Puppies need a little extra attention than the regular dog and we definitely didn't want to board him. Waggy Tails was the perfect solution. Ace was able to stay in his own home and the overnight visits were exactly what he needed. He just wasn't able to last from the usual 10pm to 7 or 8am times that a neighbor may be able to check in. Waggy Tails is very reliable and you can trust that your dog will be loved and taken care of while you're away.

I haven't used Waggy tails in a while but Waggy tails was great! Jana was great, I was able to meet her before my trip and she was very sweet and patient. My cat needed a pill twice a day and needed to be separated from my other cat while I was gone so she'd actually get her food and Jana made sure both cats were fine and that my cat moochie got her pill. She sent photos and update every time she went over. I would highly recommend but it does get expensive if you're gone awhile.

I moved here about 6 months ago and my dog trainer recommended Waggy Tails for my 3 dogs when I travel for work. Every experience has been wonderful, the dogs and my home are cared for very well and I enjoy the updates while I am away. The cost is actually cheaper than keeping the dogs in a kennel, and my pets are less stressed and get more personal attention. Having large and "agressive" breeds, it can sometimes be difficult finding sitters who are willing to take on the challenge of 3 dogs, but Waggy tails welcomed my four legged family with open arms. Since I don't have any family or close friends in the area, I was so thankful that during an emergency hospitalization, I was able to contact Waggy Tails and have someone in my home that very evening caring for my dogs. I strongly recommend setting up a meet and greet with a Waggy Tails sitter and giving them a try, I don't think you'll ever want to use anyone else!

My husband and I moved to Knoxville last year and have been using Waggy Tails for our dogs regularly since then. They do an excellent job and the dogs love them! I am a veterinarian and I have been very satisfied with their work. They have braved snowy/icy conditions to come see my girls and always keep me updated on any situations that may develop. They are also very accommodating to other needs and will bring in our mail and feed our fish also! Our dogs are MUCH happier at home than they would be in a boarding facility and Waggy Tails is extremely competitive with their prices. I highly recommend them!

Summer & her team at Waggy Tails have been amazing with our pets. Our golden loves seeing them come and is always well taken care of - which says a lot; he's a handful. Waggy Tails always worked around our hectic schedules. Even if only notified the night before we needed them, they were always willing to take care of us. We feel like our pets have a fairy godmother who is always there to watch out for them. Two paws way up!

Isabel, Jana and Summer went above and beyond to care for my two beloved cats, during a SNOW STORM none the less!! I went out of town for the weekend, but ended up stuck for an extra 2 days due to the snow causing flight cancellations. So not only did they care for my cats an extra 2 days without hesitation- Summer trekked out in 8 inches of snow on bad road conditions to make sure my cats were safe & fed, even walking up a snowy icy hill impassable by vehicle. They kept me updated the entire time and sent sweet photos. Life savers!! THANK YOU!

I LOVE Waggy Tails! My dogs are my children so leaving them with a stranger is SO hard to do. Even from the first meet/greet, Lisa has always taken such great care of my 2 huskies Zoey and Dylan! First time visitor, and I'll definitely be back. My vet would no longer trim my fearful dog's nails, but they had her taken care of in under 10 minutes at an unreal price! Not to mention she immediately 'watered' their plant out front, so sorry about that!

This was our first visit. Very nice man, I think he is the owner, came to van and picked up my cat. I felt very comfortable leaving my cat. I knew he was in good hands. They did a great job on Axiel. I will be using them again. I am also going to make an appt for my friends dog. The cost is very reasonable and they seem to be gentle with the pets. I definitely recommend Paws & Claws Pet Grooming. The location is back behind the Shell station. Its kind of hard to spot. You can not see it from the road. Just turn onto the street by Shell and you will see a mini stripe mall with different businesses.

Brian did a great haircut for my anxious Himalayan cat Sammy! He is great with our furry family! He takes such good care of them.

I have been taking my fur babies, Ragdoll kitties, to Paws and Claws Grooming in Maryville for @ 8 years, even though I live in Knoxville. The owner, Brian, and the staff are phenomenal! Brian is very patient and kind and he grooms the kitties w/o sedating them. After getting groomed when my fur babies return home they act like nothing happened, they are NOT traumatized. I highly recommend Paws and Claws Grooming!

Don't take your dog anywhere else. Our dogs look forward to getting their hair and nails done. They are so happy to go into the shop. They are so proud after they get groomed, they actually smile when you tell them how good they look.

The staff is awesome and very accommodating. They sent me a couple of pictures (attached) to show how she was doing. As you will read below, they will do everything possible to ensure your pet is safe, happy and healthy. Two years ago I rescued my cat, who at 4 months old, had been dropped off by the lake. Since then we’ve never been apart, until this trip. By putting her in a kennel, I was worried that she might feel like I’ve abandoned her too. So, I selected their big glass room to help her feel comfortable plus, it’s a pretty big view of the outside. After a few days of not eating, which is normal for some pets, the staff called. They asked if I wanted them to use a different type of food (wet vs dry). They did it and she ate just a little bit. However, after a day or so of still not eating, the staff called again. This time they asked if there was anything else I wanted them to try. I told them I would talk with my vet for guidance, but a friend could stop by on the way to work, in hopes of getting her to eat. In the meantime, I called my vet to discuss the situation. My vet stated cats in severe distress can develop liver issues and to avoid that potential health risk, I might want to consider having her picked up. Since this was my first cat in a kennel, I didn’t want to take any chances. So within a couple of hours I had her picked up. After she was home she started to eat later that day. Though she still had to stay alone for a few more days, but at least she was eating, drinking and was being visited/monitored everyday. I very much appreciated the staff’s diligent communication, support and understanding during our stay.

We have used All Creatures to kennel our dog several times. We also have used the grooming services. They take very good care of our dog and he looks so handsome after the grooming. I have recommended their services to a number of friends.

They are AMAZING at All Kreatures. We have had our fur baby, Dante, stay with them several times. Every time they have been wonderful with him and he is happy to be there. We love that he can get special play dates and we can get pictures of him while we are away.

We've used several boarding facilities in West Knox/Farragut over the past 7 years and All Kreatures is our favorite. The best review is from our 3 dogs, who never seem anxious to leave when we pick them up! That's a big tell. Some places, they couldn't get out fast enough on pick-up day.

We LOVE All Kreatures! Over the past 23 years we have boarded several of our dogs at All Kreatures, and they have taken wonderful care of them. We couldn’t have asked for better care than what they provided….even in our dogs’ senior years.

All Kreatures is the best!! Our pups get so excited coming in the facility, and are happy and tired when they leave. We've boarded with All Kreatures multiple times, and have had zero issues. I'm lucky enough to work with the facility for some marketing, so I get a behind the scenes look, and they're amazing. They prioritize cleanliness, the health of the boarded pets, and safety over everything. The kennels are so clean, spacious, and each time I'm there, staff members are inside kennels snuggling and playing with your pets. We <3 you guys, thank you!

We love All Kreatures. Our Bully The Dude is always so happy and content there. I love they have the option for extra one on one time and we always opt for the bath before we pick him up. The staff is nice and very responsive to availability.

Jeff is awesome. The staff are awesome. My dogs had not been kenneled in years and I had to board them for a week so I chose All Kreatures based on a few friend recommendations. They were great. They sent me photos of my baby doggies. They fed them and included all their medicines. When I called to check on them, the girls always gave me details on how they were doing. I will take my dogs there again!

This is a great place for your fur baby. They are incredibly friendly and do an amazing job. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and is very anxious around people. We never worry about her while she is there. If you are looking for a place that has great prices and even better service then All Kreatures pet care is the place.

We have been taking our dogs to All Kreatures for 15+ years. Each of them has been well taken care of during their stay. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly and courteous! We also appreciate the Sunday pick-up time being available!!

We love Crickett Lane! We have 3 senior dogs and the staff here is amazing and always takes such good care of them. We have been bringing the dogs here since they were puppies and have never had an issue. I trust them with my pups and that’s the highest compliment I can pay to someone.

The team at Crikett Lane is absolutely fabulous. They treat our girls as if they we're their own. Our babies love to go for boarding and playtime. Love seeing the videos of them playing with friends.

My dogs seem to love going. The employees really seem to care about their guests and take time to play and interact with them. They even had a birthday party for my beagle.

We took our Zorii there today. Beautiful place Ower and staff were awesome, very sweet with zorii and very friendly. When we picked up Zorii, she was really happy and seemed to love all the staff. I can not say enough WONDERFUL things about Crikett Lane!! When I picked our dogs up after our trip, it was the happiest/most well rested they have ever looked post boarding!!! It is usually a stressful experience for them and with Crikett Lane that wasn’t the case! They are so caring and look after every detail! Our dog absolutely loves Crickett Lane. She’s always excited when we drive up the driveway. The staff have always been wonderful to our 13 year old lab, they treat her like their own.

Crickett Lane is an excellent place to keep your animals overnight or doggy day care. My little Polly stays there quite a lot for doggie daycare. The staff loves animals, are knowledgeable in every aspect of taking care of animals and each member has a heart of gold. Still using them after a year. Excellent staff !

Outstanding kennel! Crickett Lane is our go to kennel for boarding needs. My family used them for years with my childhood dog, and now my family continues to use them with our current dogs. Crickett Lane has always been accommodating and has exceeded our expectation. We never hesitate to leave our dogs and are confident that they will be well taken care of during their stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

My dogs love it here. We boarded our babies June 11-20, 2021. They love the staff. They took such great care of them and sent me a few pictures during their stay. I really love this place for a ton of reasons. My dog is naturally anxious and the staff is so great and patient with her. Their communication with me is always effective and timely. I feel 100% comfortable boarding her and dropping her off for day care. I would absolutely recommend bringing your pet here!

My GSD loves this daycare!! When I make the turn on the road heading to Pets R People 2, she becomes excited. It is such a comfort to know she is having such a great time.

The best place in Knoxville for our dog! Mr. Binx loves going to daycare here and we even board him here while out of town. We have tried a few different locations around Knoxville but this is by far the best!

So far my experience was that the people there really care about the pets which gives me assurance to leave my dog. The staff are friendly and cooperative. We asked them to see us the facility and they were nice enough to show us around and give us a tour. I have left my dog for a week there too and he seemed to have some good time. The staff also sent us photos every now and then which was just fantastic. I would definitely recommend this daycare!

Thanks to all the amazing workers here. I know that my pup feels so happy and safe with them. My only concern is that if you're boarding your dog and want daycare after that night, make sure you stop by in the morning, checkout your dog, walk back to the frontdesk, check the dog back in, to save yourself from "late charges". Good luck making sense of that. The system is becoming less friendly in my opinion. I just boarded my dog overnight and picked her up the next day by 7PM (the usual time at which I pick her up after daycare everyday) but Instead of using her daycare passes for the day after boarding, I was charged as "Late Checkout Care". Basically what this means is that if I stopped by in the morning by 11AM picked her up and literally gave her back to them the same second, it'd have counted as daycare instead of late checkout. Edit: despite my concern above this place is definitely a 5 star

My dog Bruno is very important to our family. When we're away on vacation, the last thing We want is to be worried about Bruno's care. I must say that our minds are at ease. It's not one size fits all at Linsmoor. There are choices related to kennel size as well as playtime activities. Grooming is also offered at this facility. Lara and her husband are both quality people who genuinely care about the animals in their care. You can't fake love of animals.

Just want to take a moment to let you guys know that this kennel is top of the line the way they treat your pets like their own, the way they care for them, to love them. It's just unbelievable. I recently had surgery and needed a place spur of the moment / ASAP to send my baby, they were more than willing to help me out and I cannot say thank you enough. Highly highly recommend! You will not be disappointed I PROMISE!

We have found a gem here. The staff is super nice and took great care of our two dogs. We also had one of them groomed while they were staying there and she looked great. I highly recommend this place. We already booked another stay.

We have started taking our dog to Linsmoor's to be kennelled while we're out of town. Our dog likes this place! Flora does a great job of caring for the animals. What matters most is our dog is well cared for while we're gone.

They are friendly and attentive here. I really appreciated how well they took care of my precious baby doggie here while we had to go on a business trip recently. They groomed him as well and did a fantastic job. The employees gushed about how much they loved my dog and how sweet he is. You cannot put a price on a piece of mind, but rest assured your fur babies are in good hands when boarded at linsmoor.
