Lorri took such great care of my fur baby while we were away! She kept us updated with regular updates about my pup, which gave me so much peace of mind. This place came recommended by a friend. My dog stayed for three days. He seemed to enjoy himself. Thru groomed him for me, cut his nails and I was told he made friends and played well with the other dogs. Very reasonably priced.

We left our two young fur babies with Pat the Dog for a week. The pups went right in with no hesitation. We were very relieved because it was their first time being left. They were very happy when we picked them up. We highly recommend Pay the Dog……….you don’t have to worry about your fur babies.

We've been taking our pooches here for over two years. They do a pretty good job grooming them. Turn around time is fairly quick too. Sometimes the fur isn't always even, looks rushed, but overall the job gets done. I'm the proud mama of rescue mutts, not show dogs. I do wish they had a higher, more noticeable sign. Even after driving there multiple times, I've passed it more times than I care to admit. And turning around is definitely not convenient. Parking is not great either, but I have found the outside median grassy area is a much better place to park and allows you to get out with little effort. Phone staff are always polite and helpful. Darby is very sweet and attentive. She actively listens to specifics I've given her, regarding the health welfare of one of my dogs and shared the info with the groomer. Tyler has a subtle sense of humor, but he's thorough and ensures you're aware of their policies. I also appreciate that they require veterinary proof of vaccination and wellness checks. Keeps everyone's fur babies safe and healthy.

My dog has been attending Pat the dog since he was a puppy. He absolutely loves it there .He comes home happy and to me that is important. The staff is great and the same people have been there since he was a puppy so it must be a great place to work as well.

We had our dog groomed a week before and bathed the day before dropping him off for eight days and we picked him up drenched in pee. I’m horrified and will not be coming back.

I boarded my 6 dogs and am very pleased with their care. I highly recommend Pat the Dog to anyone that needs to board their dogs for a trip. If there were 10 stars, I'd give them a 10.

This place is NOT recommended. After several years as A client I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and was scolded by the groomer and charged extra 20 dollars. She has zero customer service skills and was VERY rude to us. We will NEVER to this unorganized place where the groomer is a terrible human. NOT Recommended…..🤬 …

All the girls that work there are great and never had an issue with anyone. What I will not tolerate is Tyler screaming at my dog for being excited and acting like...well A DOG!! My dog has been going there for over a year and never had a problem. The fact that my husband could hear it from the front desk is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Obviously he does not need to be working with animals. We will be taking our business elsewhere

The caring and compassionate owners run a top notch boarding facility. Our dog Molly just absolutely loved this place. After having a horrible experience at another local place, it was a blessing to board her here.

Great place to leave your pets. Rick, Cathy and the staff are wonderful with the dogs. Our older bloodhound seem d to really enjoy himself We will definitely be back and recommend!

We are from Decatur, AL. We took our Boxer and our very hard to handle Rhodesian Ridgeback here. They were very accomodating seeing as we could only make it outside of normal hours. Even though we were after normal hours the tour of the facility was very thorough. We got to see all three play areas and we got to see the kennels. We have no doubt our dogs go exersize as they were "tired" of thier vaction when we picked them up. They were there almost a whole week and were still in great health when we picked them up. Of course our dogs would have ripped through some treats if we had any because all thier activity over the week they were there burned some calories. We are going to board them here again this December for another week.

Just picked our baby up Chachee and he absolutely loved it. Very pleased with the care he received definitely will be using them again, would recommend them to anyone needing a great dog resort!

Called to see about boarding and the owner was very nasty and rude. Definitely wouldn’t trust such a rude person with my furry family members.

Interviewed a few different people to pet sit my two cats. Knew instantly that Ana was the one I would go with because she asked good questions and took notes of everything we discussed. My cats fell in love with her instantly and one of my cats is very scared normally but Ana won her over very quickly. Will definitely be using her more in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter.

Ana and Julian have been taking care of my puppy for months now. They came by about a month and a half before I even started work, because I wanted to have someone lined up. They then went out of their way to stop by again when we finally got close to needing them daily to check in on my pup! My pup LOVES Ana. She takes such good care of him - she asks questions about my training with him so she can continue it when she is here. She always sends me photos and videos so I know he's happy - it brightens my day to see him so happy! I recommend Ana and Julian 100%!!! They will help you with whatever your pet sitting needs are! They are also professional and reliable - I always know if we set dates and times, Ana will be here!! LOVE them :) - Sarah

As a pet owner we always worry about leaving our 2 babies when we have to travel and cant take them but since we met Ana and Juliana we know they are in good hands and are getting lots of love. Whenever we are away we get lots of pictures and our dogs absolutely LOVE them!! Emily and Bill did an outstanding job watching our 3 dogs. Their service was exceptional. They went above and way beyond what we would have expected a sitting service to do and it was greatly appreciated. They gave great reports after each visit and sent wonderful photos. Bill and Emily are wonderful! They have taken care of our fur babies for many years with the utmost of care! We have a pit bull who has never done well at typical boarding places. It is so nice to be able to have him stay in his happy place with people who truly love him. My mom had an older dog that she could no longer take care of. Sadie was 12 years old and had always had stomach issues. Bill and Emily worked with Sadie for weeks as we tried to find her a good home. With their love and attention, they figured out what caused her stomach issues and developed a diet for her. She went from throwing up multiple times a day to not throwing up at all. She is currently with a loving family, and we are so grateful for Bill and Emily for taking the time to figure out what diet works best for her. You will not be disappoint with their service. I HIGHLY recommend them!

During that time there was a hurricane in Florida, and we were concerned to say the least! I was always reluctant about having anyone babysit my dogs however when I met Emily and Bill they definitely changed my mind. My dogs love them so much and they are so incredible with my dogs. Emily really goes out of her way to play with my dogs besides just feeding them and fluffing their beds. I feel so happy and secure knowing that my dogs are being taken care of by DogSmith of greater Orlando. I have two Labradoodles and they both weigh around 70 pounds. At first I was worried to have someone come to my home when I am not around. Also not knowing are they who they really say they are. Or will I come to an empty house. They came over before the pet sitting to introduce themselves and to meet their client. I would highly recommend them for pet sitting. They took care of my Dachshund Oscar for 4 days and did a wonderful job. When I got home I could tell they took good care of him. Also, I received 3 messages a day with updates and I have documentation of every visit. They are very professional and trustworthy. I will be using them in the future.

Puppy Dreams is the only place we trust to take care of our pups when we’re away! After a horrible experience at another boarding facility we found Puppy Dreams. There was a couple month wait to do our initial visit to determine if our girls could join the pack but I’m glad we waited until we could get in. P & L love it there and are always happy when we arrive and are great when we pick them up. At other facilities they would have gastrointestinal issues in the days after pick up but that hasn’t happened on any of the occasions they’ve stayed. The facility is spacious and clean with lots of outdoor space. Puppy Dreams has been able to accommodate multiple last minute requests for boarding when we had water damage in our home and it wasn’t a safe environment for them. It’s been awesome not to have to worry about our pups throughout the reconstruction and Puppy Dreams has had availability for our girls on the multiple occasions it’s taken to get all of our repairs completed. The staff is fantastic and it’s reassuring to know that our dogs are so well taken care of when they’re away from home. They’re getting playtime, given their medication, fed and walked consistently, and enjoying lots of love & cuddles from the staff. If your pups are a big part of your family like they are for us, check out Puppy Dreams where they’ll be treated like they should be!

We LOVE bringing our two dogs for boarding and doggy day care at Puppy Dreams. The owner is wonderful and the staff is super friendly. They give the dogs quality care and attention each and every time. I have been taking my dogs here for several years and will continue coming back. The dogs hop out of the car when I arrive and get excited when they go inside. The building is clean and well maintained, and again, I can't say enough about the owner and staff. They are AWESOME. :-)

Having tried several doggie daycare locations across Orlando, Puppy Dreams is BY FAR our favorite! The staff are all so friendly and caring, and you can truly see that they enjoy what they do. They take the dogs out more times per day than other daycare places, and they really let them play to their hearts content! We just started taking our dog, "Mama", to Puppy Dreams a few weeks ago. She loves it! She really enjoys being with other dogs (especially the calm ones), and she's always happy when any of the staff come out to greet her and take her in to start her day there. Great day care for dogs!

We love bringing our dog here! We’ve had trouble at other boarding places who won’t take him because he’s overly playful and too big for other dogs. At Puppy Dreams, he gets 1 on 1 attention or carefully supervised play with other dogs that share his temperament. He’s always so happy to go for daycare or boarding and we can tell the whole Puppy Dreams staff truly love every dog that walks through their door. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We discovered Universal Dog care Orlando online by the awesome google reviews they had and right away knew they were going to be great at taking care of our Nico while we were out on our cruise trip. Grammy and grandpa are the best at taking care of fur babies! Nico recently got diagnosed with reverse sneezing so he now has to take pills in the morning and at night to help with his allergies and they did not have an issue with that and gave his medication on time. Pictures were provided several times a day and Nico looked so happy and like he was having a great time! also quick response to our text messages. So glad I went with Universal Dog Care Orlando. They provided top notch service. My pet wasn’t just boarded in a kennel, he was cared for in an environment that he was able to be comfortable and play with other dogs. I loved getting update photos all day long making me feel at ease while my family enjoyed time at the amusement parks.

My husband and I were visiting Orlando for a few days for a conference and needed to board our pups for a few days. We stumbled upon Universal Dog care after doing some searching and were blown away at their reviews. Let me tell you… the reviews are legit!! The level of care, love and attention they showed to our dogs was unmatched by any other service, and we’ve been to some great places. They sent pictures throughout the day, but the best part of that was how incredibly happy our dogs looked at all times. Always playing, always smiling and tails wagging. It’s always a little scary going to a new place but they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful!!

I had a last minute trip to Orlando and had to bring my puppy with. I was so hesitant in leaving him just anywhere. I read all the 5 star reviews Universal Dog Care has and decided to try them. I messaged them and got a prompt response. Since day one that I left my little champ there I received messages and pictures to let me know my pup was just fine! Finding Marc was the best thing that happened to us since we like to travel but don’t want to board our cat. Marc is 100% dependable and our cat is relaxed and happy when we return. We have 2 Chihuahuas, 1 Bloodhound, a Bearded Dragon, an African Grey Parrot, a pig, a goat and a flock of chickens. We've been forever concerned about animal care when we have to go away. The options of having family or freinds taking care of our pets, and boarding them too, all seemed to fall short of our expectations. Then we found Loving Paws of Clermont. Our worries about animal care are over. We just returned from a short trip away and all of our pets seemed absolutely fine. In fact, we think they would have rather seen their Loving Paws people come through the door as opposed to seeing us. On glowing referrals, I contacted Marc to do some training with my dog for anxiety issues. Our first session was actually so much fun, and Belle responded so positively to Marc. I was amazed at how much she learned and responded in just one session. Unfortunately, I learned that I need more training than the dog! Marc definitely has a calming aura that is obviously perceived by the animals he trains. I would definitely recommend Marc for any dog training needs!

The service received was excellent. It is the first time we've used them and will do so in the future. Ana did an excellent job of keeping in touch with us after every visit, including pictures of the cats and a checklist of everything done. she even brought in some flowers left at our front door the day after we left and kept them watered until our return. It is a professional and well organized organization with a real compassion and dedication for the the work they do.

Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.

My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! I love Miss Emily’s and the wonderful staff as well!!!
